The whole drive was spent just talking to them about everything that had been going on since you'd all been together back on their last tour, Chan had finally gotten the chance to spend some time back home with his family after a few years and you'd been so excited for him.

When Felix told you that he was going too, you were even happier, knowing your little brother was getting the chance to go home to be with the rest of your family for a little while, even though you were a little upset that you couldn’t also be there.

The boys told you about the few concerts they'd had since coming back to Seoul, some things that had happened in the studio when they were practicing and just everyday life for all of them- little things that Chan or Felix didn't always have time to tell you when you would talk to either of them.

The closer you got to the dorm, the more excited, and nervous, you became, and they both noticed- even in the dark of the car. Minho glanced at you after he finally parked at the dorm, offering you a small smile, "It's going to be great, Noona. Don't worry too much, okay?"

Hyunjin put his hand on your shoulder before you guys got out, "Yeah, Channie-Hyung isn't going to know what to do when he sees you."

You smiled as they stopped in front of the dorm and Hyunjin put the code in before turning the handle. He smiled down at you before he slowly pushed the door open for you, motioning for you to go first.

There was a loud gasp as you stepped through the doorway, "She's here!" You heard Innie yell before three sets of arms engulfed you into a tight hug.

"Han just texted me," Minho looked up at you, "Changbin-ah just parked, so they'll be up in a minute."

Also I generally think that latter books suffer from too many villains, and one of them per book (Minerva, Young Artemis, the Complex) would be more than enough and would have its time to shine. 9) Again, Minerva (don't know if t counts, and I've already annoyed you more than enough with her) and baby Artemis from TTP, I think the juxtaposition between him and his older self is one thing I really like from TTP. ANother thing I'd change is dump the entire Extinctionist and Opal subplots, and let yong Artemis be the only villain of TTP. He desperate for the money to save his father, and his older self desperate for the lemur to save his mother. Let them clash.

with dohyun leaving delta, his songwriting trio (dorenmi) with ren and dohyun is broken. he is very sad about it because they had dreams of being The songwriting trio of delta's next bg and potentially the next generation of bgs in general. he is still movin forward though and doing his best to not be Crushed by it. he is feeling a bit aimless though, and he got so used to writing with ren and dohyun that his creative process is all out of whack now, which is p much just as frustrating for him as dohyun leaving. i think he's been trying to do more things on his own lately, both falling into his old habit of shutting down and closing in on himself when he's hurt by Other people, and because he just like...wants to make sure he's still comfortable functioning by himself, because maybe he's Not and if he Is other people leaving his life won't hurt so much. but i think he's also trying to like...do it in a healthy way, and not shut down, and he's also trying to hang out with people that aren't his closest friends because he thinks it would be good to expand his social circle a little. also out of hopes that if someone leaves again he won't feel it as much. this means there's a lot of room for plotting with new people, yay! or reconnecting with people he hasn't spoken to in a while. but he is still pretty sad and is an introvert so he will not be doing anything that requires intricate planning or orchestration on his part slkdfjglsflkf ALSO NEW DELTA PEOPLE!! joomi is in a Creative Block rn to some degree and this unfortunately is extending to halloween costumes. he would be happy to go out and do halloween stuff with people though....he just probably will not be making the plans. he might honestly go and do some stuff by himself though, like the ghost tour...so there's an opportunity for him to run into pretty much anyone there! or maybe catch him shopping for a halloween costume just Staring at them with nothing calling to him. he could probably use some help in the costume department, especially for the trainee costume contest. he does not feel the need to win it but he does want to do a decent job, if only because delta is running the contest and he doesn't want to disappoint them LMAO he also might go to lotte world and check out the discounts by himself. he used to work there and hated it but it's been a year now and he's kinda interested to see how it feels now. he will probably be weirdly introspective if u run into him there. nayoung's Situationship (cam) has now left sr media and she is Just A Bit sad. but she's also like wow i can finally focus without him bothering me god bless. LKJSDLKFSLKDF but she's still being pretty antisocial...though she is at least Aware now that she Should interact with people more. there are just not many people in her life she does actively want to spend time with. but she is more willing to do things with others now, though chances are she won't initiate anything unless it is with her Palz, of which there are like, two off the top of my head. KLJSDLKFS so she may need some encouragement from others to not just Work all the time. she is still gaming and working at the convenience store in her minimal free time tho so plots around that are always possible!

HOWEVER she is very determined to win the axis costume contest. she is just way too competitive. she has decided she's going to be medusa and she is going all out. makeup, gray contacts, curled hair, snake staff and snake headpiece – the works. costume is something in this zone. she will probably look very unsettling and will enjoy unnerving people all night! it would be nice if she had someone to get ready with and/or help her do her makeup too so that plot is open if we can get nayoung to like someone enough for that LMAO 😭 but she will also 100% be sucking up to their seniors and getting as much candy and such from them as she can

riha got a dreamwave audition callback for lime BUT she did not actually go and audition. she chickened out and decided to pretend to be sick 😭 she just felt very unprepared for everything and even though she knows auditioning could only possibly be a good experience. she scawed. it made her think about if she Really wants to become an idol or not because she's really only doing it for her late mom and she's very intimidated by it. she thinks she does tho! so she's going to try to focus up so next time an audition opportunity comes around she feels ready for it. it's all made her think of her mom more though, and if riha is good at anything it's Running From Feelings, so you bet she's been trying to fill her life with Activities so she doesn't have time to be sad! unlike the others riha Will initiate and plan things with just about anyone. she's also vaguely looking into vocal lessons on top of the dance lessons she's already taking so she can Actually Improve, so more music-related plots would be nice now! but rly anything goes with her, she's always down for something new. most of the time anyway

Had an angry verbal spat with my coworker A (for asshole) today and i am very terrible at on the spot talking of any kind, like i am mad trembling, got ice cold stomach, head empty. They walk off and i close my eyes for a few minutes to try to cool off, they come back and *asks nicely* to have a talk, so we talk. I am still not normal enough to have a decent train of thought in response to them asking me whats the problem between us (because there is a problem (the problem being that i was annoyed to hell with their initial inadequacy (new to this location)(very unfair to them on my part) and then more somewhat minor and several major points of anger happened)(bitch))

initial thought was that they dont want to see me on my phone, understandable we at work (but theres no work at the time) so i get sent to 'review procedures with coworker B (currently doing procedure) for future' okay. also some line about going to lunch earlier but okay whatever. i go sit with coworker B and review. machine's somewhat dirty so i spend almost 2 hours cleaning (didnt realize time passed so fast)(lost track of time) i just sit down from finishing and coworker A comes back and sees me not 'reviewing' and not paying attention even though i verbally confirmed w coworker B and was following the steps on my notebook, gets angry with me. "that (not paying attention apparently) wasnt in the agreement (never fucking agreed to shit in the first place asshole)" and "you were supposed to go to 11.30 lunch now coworker C doesnt have anyone to replace them" ignoring the fact he asked me to go review at 11.00 and this is a multi hour procedure.

so i get mad. maybe alittle petty. i blow up at them that im only doing what they told me to do (review) and what am i supposed to do when the bulk of the procedure is repetitive motion between changing steps. whatever. im mad, theyre mad. 5-10 mins later we talk.

apparently i was talking mean to them when they first joined and didnt actively go out of my way to make them feel like they belonged. 1st off i use neutral tone for 90% of my conversations 2nd i aint using casual talk with a stranger, new coworker or not, 3rd im not a social talker esp not in work situation i have no reason to actively interact in a neutral/positive way besides for work matters. my bad apparently.

anyways i cant think properly so my rebuttal comes off weak (because i cant think of my 4 other reasons that i dislike them [1-fucked up results of what i did and didnt fix it so made more work for me (had to redo my work). 2-fucking nags/preaches relentlessly when given opportunity (multiple occassions) about their work philosophy (take it easy (almost too easy personally)) when IDGAF and continuously talks and disturbs when im trying to do work. 3-gave me shit for being bad at what was supposed to be their job initially (multiple times(didnt offer to take over but continued to nag)) has the fucking balls to get mad at me when i ask them to back off since they werent actually actively training the person. 4- i asked for help with work bc i dont want to take super late lunch, they go off and preach at me (reason #3) and is almost nauseatingly goody-two-shoes and holy mother theresa that they were 'worried about my health and really want me to take lunch properly' and continue to go off on this for the week (super annoying and preachy).) in the heat of the moment (still fucking angry)) that i disliked how they werent doing their job (true(unfair to them again they were new(but still))) and that they talk down to me sometimes and make me feel like they think im dumb (see reason 4).

still mad. we shook hands after getting to a somewhat neutral grounds(is it really though?) and expressed our intents to get better and have more communication to avoid this (anger blow up(/miscommunication???) from happening again. and im still mad.

100%ed stardew valley today!

Stardew valley has been my latest gaming hyper fixation, while struggling to do much else i set my eyes on reaching perfection within the game, i played on PC via steam with no mods and no glitches, on a whim i decided to play the game after seeing many Youtube shorts on trips n tricks for the game, various things like how to get x or y, I've owned the game for years but as i sated only booted it up a week ago, i think the game does a excellent job drawing you in as it slowly reveals more and more mechanics to you, such as fishing, mining, community Center and many more and as each season goes by in my first, id say 2 years in game, i was having a blast, the game is really fun in the early game when your exploring it, on your way to complete the community centre and scarily await grandpa, however its at the end of the as i would call it early game into the mid game where some problems with the game arise, one i want to focus on is the day cycle.

See, Stardew has a day night cycle, except not really

See the day only lasts from 6am, the time you wake up in game, to 2 am, the time you pass out in game, passing out in the early game is punishing as it takes 10% of your gold... up to 1,000G(the games currency, gold) and in the early game it feels bad, you don't want to loose money as its harder to get, however in this mid game, i define the mid game as after completing the community centre, its more an annoyance then a punishment as the max 1,000G is effectively pocket change, what's much more annoying is the time limit it sets in the game, if i said each in game day is 6am to 2pm, 20 hours, how much do you think that would be in real time, 20 mins? maybe, so, 1 real minuet per in game second, annoyingly its 14 minuets and 20 seconds, it may seem small but i have a big problem with how thats calculated, time only ticks up by 10 mins in game, equivalent to about 7.17 seconds, making it annoying to calculate how long you have left, something something human psychology and how we think in the number 5 and 10, so it seems small but it greatly derailed my enjoyment of the game due to tasks taking weird time, its harder to attentively think how long you have left in a day due to it being this weird number 7.17 seconds, as i said in the early game and late game this doesn't really matter as in the early game you'll be unaware of most things and more worried about loosing money, so the day will rarely even matter as energy is also a factor, in the late game 90% of days will be spent sleeping and that ties into the second big problem with the day night cycle.

It doesn't matter at all, it wants this weird mid ground between Minecraft/Terraria and Don't starve, in the former, night matters but can easily be circumvented in the latter night is always a threat and can never be circumvented, Stardew valley is in a weird mid ground where it wants the night to always matter, but the day night cycle can be circumvented at no cost, id argue at a negative cost, it actively rewards you for just sleeping a bunch through 90% of days especially with some of the last goals of perfection, namely 100% friendship, the golden clock and the museum, to go into each in detail i shalt, but i will sum up the problems, getting 100% friendship with everyone can easily be achieved by giving them a loved gift on their birthday, no interaction is needed otherwise, the game has a built in friendship deterioration meter that won't matter because it doesn't take into effect in time for you to sleep till the next year and oh its their birthday again, another gift another going to sleep for a year till i see them and their friendship is maxed, the golden clock is in a similar camp requiring...

The problem is 10 million is not a fun number to grind to, and i know i know its a farming sim its meant to be casually gotten as you play the game, the problem is i cannot imagine getting it casually without sleeping through the week until its harvest season harvest the crops put em in a keg sleep another week rinse and repeat till you grind enough for 10 mill, its a un-fun slog and further grinds in my point that the day night cycle only matters in the mid game as in the late game it will be ignored in favour of sleeping, the only time it mattered at all was in my third problem, the museum and grinding geodes in the caves till i passed out attempting to get the last 5 artifacts needed to complete the place, its very fun when your getting lots and its like oh what will i add next to it ooh cracking geodes and mining worms is very fun, but when you get down to needing only a few it becomes less oh ive got to hunt down these last few and more, oh i have to grind to get a 3% chance at best of getting it, it was the last thing i did to achieve perfection in game and was by far the least fun i had with the game, the last 20% ish percent of perfection is a horrible slog through the worse mechanics in the game, you might say oh well its 100% its only meant for dedicated people as a end goal, i would say that its a grind either way and not fun if you have fun with the game for 500 hours and eventually get the golden clock sure, great passive fun, but most games i 100% don't have a slog at the end and are more a finally of doing the hardest tasks not the ones that take the longest with no actual challenge, the days are also far too short but some say oh that's the point you cant do everything in a day, for me it was just frustration but i guess that parts more taste.

Over my week id say i had great fun beating Stardew valley!, meeting all the characters learning all the mechanics slowly getting everything done for the community centre which forces you to engage in all of the game, a neat design i really liked each room a different skill tree!

This A.M.V. is currently semi- (mostly) / FINISHED. As of now, the preliminary version up until ending is completed. Hopefully you find some enjoyment so far though! - The intro and Koushiro’s section took about 1 hour 15 min alone. - Taichi’s section took another 25~30 min or so (I’m rounding Taichi’s out to about 25.) - The 2nd to last finishing touch took another 45 min of editing for an about 17 second section. - This last one took almost 1 hour more. - And finally, the final stretch was 2 hours 35 min; (Add that all together, and it’s about) almost 6~ hours in total. like of course any specific instance of disdain towards winston is difficult to really place in any particular context when it’s that pervasive, and like on the one hand i can see it being deliberate like yeah whenever winston’s standing there going “hi” that can bring out whatever [time to be mean to this person] tendency/flair some character has, which can inform you about them, but on the other hand it’s also a situation where disdain is directed at him as this like neutral force that doesn’t even need another character to manifest, so. and additionally, nobody ever talks about winston in any regular way as per an actual relationship with him, more like describing him to agree with some third party about how he sucks while he’s also right there at the time, and they also just don’t talk about him much at all, or To him that much either, which could all have more info too, like wow rian and winston sharing an interest and hanging out about it? but we’ll never actually see any of those interactions, just rian explaining to taylor like sure it sucks that winston does it but what he said about it is right, even though he said it, which usually means things are wrong. and then rian like “wish i was explaining something to taylor right now” while winston’s there and telling him like no see in essence you’re still wrong and despite allegedly doing media analysis With you prior, now i’m like well you’re wrong and dumb and bye, i’m gonna go do the worst shit possible. like, nobody can have a dynamic w/him for five sec b/c ppl let him talk for exposition but mostly talk to him to tell him he sucks and things that are amicable are happening just out of frame, laughing too

summary:

Technoblade starts the stream and finds an infinity room (a room covered in white item frames and backed with glowstone or sea lanterns, making it look like there is just Void and no end) covering his house. he removes the grief and continues his intro. While waiting for Tommy to join his VC, he finds a Zombie villager, cures it, and reads donations.

Techno and Tommy go to New L’manburg and fix one of Technos propaganda posters. They find Fundy and Ranboo and tell them that if Techno gets his sword back, he’ll help them fight the wither he’s going to spawn. He spawns the wither and runs around while Ranboo and Fundy try to kill it. He doesn’t get his sword back until a few minutes into the battle. Ranboo gives him both his sword and his axe after the Wither is killed by Punz and Fundy.

Fundy gets the Wither Star, and Techno decides that it’s rightfully owned by him. Tommy and Techno start torturing Fundy into giving them the Star. After Techno gets the star back, Tommy starts trying to get his disks back. Techno tells Tommy he’s going too far, and Fundy starts crying, and eventually dies.

Tommy and Techno start to move back to their house, and Tommy gets distracted with the idea of blowing up the community house. Techno convinces him otherwise, and eventually comes clean with his intentions and goals to destroy L’manburg. He asks Tommy to join him, and Tommy accepts.

They go to the wolf army and breed the dogs. While underground, they’re almost caught, but they run away before anyone can catch them.

Techno and Tommy talk about an eventual SBI meetup, make a beacon, and then end the stream.

hello !! i rlly wanted to just talk abt smth regarding the k-entertainment industry w someone and you were the first person to come in mind so i hope you don’t mind this ask!

i check soompi daily ( just like,, reading the headlines and stuff ) and these few days i just keep seeing more and more k-pop idols & other celebrities being positive for covid, like, for example tdy i’m pretty sure i saw around 7/8 headlines which were like “____ tests positive for COVID-19” or smth like that. and this is rlly worrying me :(( bc i feel like every day more and more idols are testing positive for covid and idt that’s necessarily safe for everyone else in the industry,, esp since idols who’re promoting/mcs who host many shows have many schedules and get in close contact w many ppl. so this just makes it easier for them to get covid and for covid to spread rlly quickly within the industry.

i think this obv means that some restrictions within the industry isn’t working and as much as i’m happy to see groups/soloists promote, i can’t help but feel worried for them like,, maybe they shldn’t be promoting or attending many schedules until this covid wave within the industry dies down? it’s safer for everyone, esp since idt vaccines are as useful/effective in protecting the body against the omicron variant. although it’s not as,, deadly, it’s still better to be more mindful of things like this no? at least that’s what i think…

but what rlly just made me,, give up on the situation i think was when the article came out abt how two sf9 members were like flouting covid restrictions in sk? like??? even if you don’t give a f about getting covid, what about the ppl arnd you? esp since in the article it was also mentioned that

i agree so many idols have been getting covid and it’s worrying :(( like all of enha minus sunoo and then a bunch of treasure members and then a few tbz members and i know a lot of them probably get exposed :// that’s how it is with colleges in america that are open too — sooo many people are catching it because we’re automatically exposed when we’re around each other 😕 but i’m sure it’s more worrying in the k-industry because only vaccinated ppl are allowed on my campus, but idols are probably meeting ppl who don’t have a confirmed vaccination status :// like seokwoo from sf9 apparently said he wasn’t vaccinated bc he “didn’t have the time to get vaccinated” (even tho it takes like 5 min….) but he went to so many schedules like that

i think the vaccine has been working well but yeah the omicron variant is definitely why we needed the booster on top of the vaccines :o a lot of ppl like to underestimate omicron bc it’s not as bad as delta but we should still be cautious :// unfortunately i don’t think covid will die down, i think it’s just gonna keep going for a while to the point where it’s gonna end up like common cold and we’re just gonna have to adapt and get vaccines for it, and i think that’s why groups and idols are still promoting. and honestly i think south korea does take good measures against it but i’m iffy about how concerts are gonna work 🤧

and yeah i just heard about the news on youngkyun and chani :(( it’s very inconsiderate of them to go against safety measures to just .. drink ?? from what i heard there were 15 ppl in the drinking establishment that they were caught in and it was for chani’s birthday, so i don’t get why they didn’t just ?? do it at their place ?? it’s so stupid and pointless to go that far. also the company apology was a little 😭 i’d much rather hear something personal from the two themselves ??
