Hello! Hi! How are you? :D I love your Alastor fics! I have read nearly all of them they are so scrumptious! Infernal Shadows has me in a chokehold! I was wondering if you could possibly write an Alastor x Reader (Romantic preferably but I'll still melt into a puddle if it's platonic) with an overlord reader that never smiles? Like the complete opposite of Alastor but somehow they just work together? Like the power couple (or besties) of hell? If you do I'll literally die and ascend to the heavens, but no stress if not! Either way, Thank you for your time!
A/N: I love this sosososos much, I literally feel like this is Madame from my Infernal Shadow fanfic, so thank you so much for this request!!
Warnings: A lot of talk about emotions and Alastor being himself per usual
Naviagtion!!
The Devils Opposite

In Hell, the laws of power were simple: strength ruled, and emotions were something to be used as tools—tools of control, manipulation, and intimidation. Alastor, the Radio Demon, had mastered these laws long ago. He was a creature of fire, energy, and exuberant joy. His control over Hell’s various sectors was legendary. But, even with all his power and influence, Alastor could not seem to grasp the one thing that truly eluded him: the emotions stirred by you.
The moment you had come into his life, everything had shifted. It wasn’t a shift he welcomed at first, not willingly. You were a mystery—a stark contrast to everything Alastor represented. You were cold, calculating, and composed, an overlord of immense power whose expression rarely shifted. Smiles were as foreign to you as warmth was to him. You didn’t need to. Your power spoke for you, and your stillness commanded attention. Alastor had always prided himself on his exuberance, on his ability to charm and control, but you? You were the embodiment of control in its purest, most unsettling form.
You never smiled, never gave away any emotion. You were always perfectly composed, a force to be reckoned with not because of your display of power but because of the sheer quiet strength that exuded from you. Your gaze was piercing and unwavering, your presence cold and calculating, and that made Alastor feel something he couldn’t quite place. You were the only person he couldn’t predict, the only one who didn’t fall for his usual theatrics and flamboyant charm. And that made him both wary and captivated.
The two of you worked together in a delicate balance. He was the public face—the charming, charismatic figure who could win over anyone with a smile. You were the one who did the real work, manipulating events from behind the scenes. Where he was vibrant, you were shadowed in a quiet power, and it made you a force to be reckoned with in Hell. The dynamic between you two was a force no one could deny, though they never understood how such opposites could fit so perfectly together.
It was late one evening when Alastor found himself staring at you from across the room in your shared domain. The flickering lights of the city outside cast strange shadows on your figure, highlighting your cold demeanor. You were leaning against the wall, arms folded, eyes never straying from the figures moving below in the streets. There was a tension in your body that made his stomach tighten.
“I thought I told you not to take care of things personally,” Alastor remarked, his voice light, almost sing-song, as he approached you. His eyes were bright with amusement, yet there was something in his gaze that betrayed the small crack in his usual confident veneer.
You didn’t respond, and that only made the air between you two heavier. Alastor leaned in closer, his tone softer now. “What’s bothering you this time, darling?”
Your eyes flicked to him—those eyes that held the weight of centuries, yet were as unreadable as ever. You let out a quiet sigh, shifting your posture ever so slightly.
“You’re too reckless,” you finally said, your voice almost inaudible in the quiet room. “You’re too quick to make decisions based on impulse. It’ll bite you one day.”
Alastor chuckled softly, his usual charisma creeping back into his voice as he straightened up. “You worry too much. This is Hell. If it weren’t for the chaotic nature of things, I’d be bored out of my mind.”
He took a step toward you, his cane tapping on the floor as he leaned closer. His presence felt overpowering, like an electric current running through the air, but you didn’t flinch. He knew you never did. But this time, something in his chest tightened. “No,” you answered, almost too quietly for him to hear. “What you think is a web is just a facade. I’ve been watching you, and I see the cracks forming beneath your smile.”
That hit harder than Alastor would ever admit. He frowned, his usual smile faltering for just a second before it returned, though now it felt more forced. “Is that what you think?” he asked, his voice dripping with both amusement and curiosity. “You’ve been watching me for so long, darling. Surely you must have noticed the delicate web I’ve woven. Every move is a calculated step, and it’s why I’m at the top of this infernal food chain.”
He took a step toward you, his voice softer now, though his mind was still racing. “No,” you answered again, quieter, yet firm. “You’ve woven yourself a web of lies, of empty threats, and empty gestures. I see through it all, Alastor.”
And that was when the weight of her words truly hit him. He stood there, for once rendered speechless, trying to come to terms with what you were telling him. But no matter how hard he tried, your words lingered in the air like a haunting melody.
Alastor didn’t know how to respond. Instead, he chose to step away, too proud to admit that, for once, he was unsure. What you had said gnawed at him, and his carefully constructed walls began to crack. He wasn’t sure how it had happened, but here, now, with you standing before him, he was being made to feel things he couldn’t control. And that was terrifying.
And so, he did what he did best. He ran.
But even as he left, his mind kept drifting back to you—the one person who made him feel vulnerable. And in that vulnerability, something strange began to form inside of him.
Was it possible, Alastor wondered, that he… needed you?
The days that followed were filled with a quiet tension, with Alastor putting on his usual public face, pretending that nothing had changed. But it was impossible to ignore how your presence seemed to fill the room even when you weren’t there.
It wasn’t until that fateful evening, when everything came crashing down, that Alastor could no longer deny what he was feeling. The reality of his emotions hit him all at once, and for once, Alastor didn’t have control. You, the cold, composed overlord who never smiled, had shaken him to his core.
And in that moment, Alastor realized something that he had spent so long avoiding: He wasn’t just captivated by your strength. He was deeply, unconditionally drawn to you in a way he couldn’t explain. You were his opposite, but you fit him in a way he couldn’t deny.
And when you finally looked at him that night, your eyes colder than ever, something shifted between you two. Alastor stood taller, meeting your gaze with an honesty that he rarely allowed himself.
“I don’t need to control everything, do I?” he asked, his voice raw.
You stepped closer, the space between you two shrinking as your eyes softened ever so slightly.
“No,” you replied simply, your words hanging heavy in the air. “But you do need to let go.”
And Alastor realized, finally, that letting go of control might be the only way to truly have what he wanted.
The difference between you was undeniable, but perhaps, just perhaps, it was the difference that made you two the perfect balance.

{Demonic Companion} Reader's Demon Design + What if LK arrives in Hell as well?
To the people that have yet to read {Demonic Companion} and {What If The Lover is A Killer}, major spoilers, so please read those before reading this. Check the Masterlist for the story.
This request can be found in {Demonic Companion _ Part 2}
█ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █
@skyxqueen8
Will you be able to do another one where LK goes to hell? I really want to know what’ll happen to LK when alastor finds out LK is in hell.
Also loved this!!! 🥰🖤🥰🖤
█ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █ ▬ █
**Same as before, LK, is the lover with the identity of a killer. But before anything, I’ll start with giving Reader/You a base information on your demon self.
Reader's Demon Design
Demon Title: The Weeping Demon
Demon Species: Demonic Spirit / Ghost Demon
Date of Death: 20XX (as long as it’s a time when technology is quite advanced)
Age of Death: (Adulthood)
Reason of Death: Murdered by LK
Reason to go to Hell: Two reasons. One, when you were young, you summoned a demon, even though you objected to it and advised not to, you still went through with it with your friends. Afterwards, you continued to be the host for the same demon’s return (Alastor able to return to Earth to your side and offer you deals). Two, you were into the paranormal. You have been watching ghost videos and demon huntings, attaching ill-willed spirits and more demons (that Alastor would kill when one’s near you without you knowing). You yourself aren’t aware that these are the exact reasons, you guessed that the demon summoning was the only exact reason and just accepted it since a long time ago
Appearance: Your eyes are pitch back (like Rosie’s and the other cannibals) because your eyes were actually gouged out after death (why do you think Alastor was that offset by your appearance). Wearing what you were having when you were killed during the 1-year anniversary of your relationship with LK, but all torn and deshreveled, like the ends of Alastor coat. As a ‘mark’ of Alastor, more like a lucky charm to instantly know where the other is and teleport to that location, you have a radio dial hair pin in your hair or on your collar
Personality: You’re as charismatic and cheerful as in life, able to approach people with a naive and open mind. But you are perceptive and sharp to manipulation and toxic traits directed at you or people you care for. Your moods can switch pretty quickly, normally, it can switch back the same but it’s not as easy to tell since you’re quite emotionally sensitive. You’re confident and stubborn, but shy if left alone so Alastor is your safe haven and your source of mental boost to be the best you. You are merciful, in a bad way. For example, while you wouldn’t seek revenge outright, you’d be sure the target doesn’t get a good end or when you see Alastor about to devour some demon, you’d suggest that the demons’ screams sounds lovely for his broadcast. You’ve changed to a bit of a wolf in sheep’s clothing, especially when Alastor is around to compare. Think of that meme where you look innocent, but can kill with outsiders and look innocent and is innocent in Alastor’s eyes
Demonic Abilities / Powers:
Your abilities and powers are centered around paranormal, ghosts and the like
Levitation: You naturally hover over the ground without having to do anything, similar to that of a ghost. You can ‘fly’ up, but that would require your concentration. You can also move things without touch, with the wave of a finger in the beginning and later on you can do it with your mind, advancing as Telekinesis
Glitch: You can steal electric power and use it as your own energy (Vox better be careful). Not only that, but you can phase through solid objects without issue when you will it
Invisibility: You can disappear from sight, but people can still feel your aura or sense you near
Chilling Aura: You have a natural cold air around you wherever you go, demons will feel a chill. When your emotions are intense (like in the 2nd spin-off) you have a frail of frost behind you as you travel
Cryokinesis (Ice manipulation): You can create, shape, and manipulate ice, along with freezing water into a solid state (think Elsa, let it goooo)
Possession: You can possess the body of a demon or human (if you go to Earth), even angels. But you must be stronger than them. You can best possess someone when they are unconscious or dead, even better when the person doesn’t have a soul or their soul doesn’t belong to them
Soul Manipulation: You can touch a soul and take it as your own, you’re unable to pass it to another. However, you must be in physical contact with the body of the soul to take it. You can even break contracts, but all you’re doing is shifting the owner of the contract to you, so the contracted soul is still not free. Once you have a soul, you either destroy it to use as your life essence or keep it like in a contract, else the soul will be gone since you can’t return it to the original body
⬧ ⬥ ⬧ ⬥ ⬧ ⬥ ⬧ ⬥ ⬧
Now for the actual request
What if LK arrives in Hell as well?
It takes a while and by the time LK does arrive in Hell, you weren’t as shaken by your death and its reason, you’ve also grow a bit dark as you’ve been in Hell a while. Not to mention your boyfriend was the Radio Demon so, you picked up some bad habits. You had a name for yourself as The Weeping Demon since your arrival and first known appearance was you crying while freezing the streets and demons over, but you weren’t among the Overlord ranking
You’ve also had friends with the other Hazbin Hotel residents, closest with Husk. Everyone was basically on the lookout for LK as well, since you’ve become a soft spot for them all, not as much as Alastor, but yeah, you’re well-protected and sheltered. Everyone got your story with Alastor’s comments and were devastated that you met such a fate
Alastor still remembers his order to his minions to capture LK alive and so does his minions even though it looks like he let it go. His murderous bloodlust is only low because you were there with him and he was focused on courting you properly
It happened out of the blue. LK’s arrival. As expected of a killer, LK was quite to act when realized this was Hell and there was basically no rule not to kill. Alastor passed you over to Husk who got the message to distract you while he was gone. You were none the wiser since you were quite used to Alastor leaving you suddenly, you figured it was duties of an Overlord and he would always bring back a gift or two, so you really didn’t mind
Your engagement gift finally arrived. Oh how Alastor wanted to tie the knot for so long. It was a good thing that you didn’t give Vox any interest when he was trying to pursue you to rile up Alastor, but you saw through that TV. When Vox really wanted to pursue you without alternate intensions, it was already too late. Now that you were his and he was yours, all that’s missing was marriage
In Hell, a marriage is tied till one soul disappears, so it’s basically permanent without breaking. It was to declare that the other was taken and so were you. The ultimate contract. Your little friendship would Lucifer would ensure his presence in the ceremony, and help solidify your marriage with him
Going off track. Alastor watched from the shadows of what LK was capable first. Since your powers were unique and terrifying, ones that can land you an Overlord title but you declined, he figured it was better to be on the safe side. Like a hunter, stalk the prey and watch for the perfect moment to strike. He can afford to take it slow, slow and steady wins the hunt
LK was rather ruthless and violent, a crazed smile on the face as body after body fell from the newly earn demonic powers. It seems the shackles that bound LK on Earth was what kept LK somewhat sane and normal from suspicion. That was what tricked you to your untimely death
When Alastor deemed that there was nothing to cautious about, he stepped out of the shadows and approached the raging LK and the masscre. “Greetings! My fellow hellish soul!”
LK turned around, raising a brow, “And who are you?”
“Alastor! I’d say it was a pleasure, but it really isn’t considering your actions to my beloved.” Alastor’s eyes narrowed as he glared dangerously at the smaller demon with his smile stretching too wide to be considered welcoming
“The ****. I don’t even know you. We just met.” LK rained back with a look of disgust
Ah, modern people and their rudeness. How did LK get you to crush on them for so long until the unthinkable happened? It really irked him. But he’ll blame it on his denial and wrong timing. Alastor laughed, “Oh we’ve met! Surely you forgot since time has passed and you’ve only met me that one time. Here, I’ll give you a hint.”
Shifting into a human form, Alastor revealed the biggest twist. Alastor watched with a sickly glee as LK’s face turned to shock and fear. “You’re… You’re that…”
“Ah, what was the modern term you youngsters use? Third wheel? Lightbulb? Hahaha, no matter! No longer am I fit for those terms. Your lovely lover and victim is now mine.” Alastor laughed as he swirled with his staff. “Oh you poor poor soul.”
LK growled back, “What’s that have to do with me then? You want a rematch? I bet [Reader] only went for you because I killed her, if I didn’t—”
“Oh, but you did. Broke my darling’s poor heart.” Static rose to a deafly tune as Alastor’s form shifted to a more demonic one. “You never should have had the pleasure of taking up my dear’s time.”
After Alastor had his fun, he took the long route back to the hotel, his shadows dragging behind the body of LK that’s still alive but too exhausted and traumatized to do any struggling
When you heard the hotel door open and the sound of static, you immediately floated over to Alastor and greeted him with a tight hug that Alastor returned as well. You quickly peeked over to see what was in the shadow’s gasps. “What’s that?”
“Ah.” Alastor let go of you and sharped his claws before, plunging it into LK’s chest and ripped the beating heart out. Alastor kneeled down and presented it to you, “My dearest love, I’d offer you my heart but I’m afraid you’ll reject the offer, so I give you a suitable substitute. The heart of one LK.”
Your eyes widened as you doubled back to the body. For better or worse, demons can’t be killed unless it was an angelic weapon, so you were positive that LK was suffering greatly with this act Alastor was putting on. You turned your attention back to Alastor, a red dot appearing in your black eyes to show your intense focus
Alastor grinned, as he sang, “My dear, if you’ll have me.” His shadow appeared and took your hand, afraid he’d dirty you with the blood of that filth, the shadow copy of Alastor smile and held up an open box that made you gasp. “Will you be mine and I be yours? For all of eternity.”
You giggled, a laugh so familiar to when you were alive, and threw yourself at Alastor, making him drop the heart to cradle you. “A thousand times, infinity yes!”
Alastor got up and dipped you down after a twirl and placed a kiss on your soft lips. “Mine.”
You smiled back, “So are you.”
Bonus!
Angel: So what do we do with this body now?
Husk: It’s still breathing
Vaggie: Throw it out?
Pentious: Slave for the hotel?
You: No need, we can handle it (smiling innocently) I’ve been wanting to want how to use a shotgun and Alastor’s teaching me. LK’s size is perfect for target practice
Everyone (except Alastor and you): (shiver)
Alastor: Oh, isn’t my beloved charming?
Everyone (except Alastor and you): Match made in Hell…
Note: I nearly forgot about this request since it's not in the inbox area.

Had a random thought last night about the HH characters playing Dungeons & Dragons, who they would be and how they would play. I asked ChatGPT for some help, here’s what it came up with (I think it’s pretty damn accurate!)
This has probably been done before but idk, please tag anyone who has had this idea already!
Charlie would be the DM. As the Dungeon Master, Charlie would be adept at creating intricate storylines and colorful NPCs. Playing as a wise and benevolent dragon, she'd offer guidance and support to the other players, acting as a mentor figure. Her character might possess ancient knowledge and magical abilities, using them to aid the party in their quests while imparting wisdom along the way.
Alastor would play as a tiefling warlock, embodying the sinister and mysterious nature of his character. He'd wield dark magic and make infernal pacts to gain power, using his charm and cunning to manipulate the other players and NPCs alike. Alastor would relish in playing the role of the enigmatic trickster, weaving intricate schemes and plots to achieve his own ends.
Angel would likely choose to play as a flamboyant and charismatic bard. He would be the life of the party, entertaining his companions with music, laughter, and charm. His character would use his natural charisma to sway allies and foes alike, whether through stirring performances or clever persuasion. Angel Dust would inject humor and levity into the game, keeping the atmosphere light-hearted even in the face of danger. He'd excel at role-playing and improvisation, adding flair to every encounter.
Husk would be a grizzled dwarf rogue, blending his natural resilience with stealth and cunning. He'd be skilled in infiltration and sabotage, using his rogue abilities to bypass traps and unlock hidden passages. Husk's character would bring a no-nonsense attitude to the game, preferring practical solutions over flashy displays of power. Husk would approach the game with a dry wit and a penchant for sarcasm, providing comic relief amidst tense situations.
Vaggie would probably play as a fiercely loyal and protective paladin, dedicated to upholding justice and righteousness. She'd be the moral compass of the group, always striving to do what's right even in the face of adversity. She would be a beacon of righteousness and justice, dedicated to vanquishing evil and defending the innocent. She'd be unwavering in her convictions, inspiring her comrades with her courage and determination. Vaggie would embody the virtues of honor and duty, leading by example and encouraging her fellow players to follow the path of righteousness.
Niffty would likely choose to play as an energetic and hyperactive gnome sorcerer. She would be a whirlwind of energy and chaos, casting spells with wild abandon and unpredictable results. She'd approach every situation with enthusiasm and curiosity, eager to experiment with her magical abilities. Niffty would inject spontaneity and unpredictability into the game, keeping the other players on their toes with her impulsive actions and cheerful demeanor.
Sir Pentious might play as a cunning and ambitious serpentfolk wizard. He would be a cunning and calculating strategist, using his intellect and magical prowess to outwit his enemies. He'd specialise in summoning and controlling minions to do his bidding, orchestrating elaborate schemes to achieve his goals. Sir Pentious would relish in the role of the villain, delighting in the chaos and destruction he could unleash upon the game world.
Cherri could play as a fierce and unpredictable tiefling barbarian. She would be a force of nature, unleashing her rage upon anyone who dares to challenge her. She'd revel in combat, charging into battle with reckless abandon and a ferocious determination to emerge victorious. Cherri would embody the primal fury of her character, tearing through obstacles with raw strength and unbridled aggression.
Lucifer would take on the role of a flamboyant tiefling rogue, embracing the opportunity to explore a different side of his character. As a rogue, Lucifer would be a master of stealth and deception, using his agility and cunning to outmaneuver his enemies and acquire valuable treasures. Despite his regal demeanor, Lucifer's character would possess a mischievous streak, delighting in pulling off daring heists and outsmarting his adversaries.
What do you think? I’m tempted to write a one shot DnD story based on this…

OOC Post:
@nkirukaj recently reblogged a compilation of the casting sheets that were provided to those auditioning for parts, adding a little challenge at the end. She called for us to make one for our OCs, so that's what I'm doing! Here's one for Vincent

VINCENT
Vincent is the son of the notorious Radio Demon and his wife, Reverie. If Alastor is the black, and Reverie the white, then Vincent is the shades of grey in between. While he has his father's sadistic sense of humor, he has his mother's bleeding heart. He believes in Charlie’s dream and works to make it happen by manipulating people into being better. He is charming, kind, but cutthroat. Willing to make the hard decisions that Charlie doesn't want to. He has a surprising amount of reach for someone so young; this is because he has used his musical gifts to develop a bit of a cult following. He is very gifted in singing, and knows a variety of instruments. Combine that with the effort he put into learning sound mixing, and you have a self-made indie performer. Charismatic, kind, and industrious are three words that describe him.
Audition Song: Love Is Here To Stay by Nat King Cole or Lay All Your Love On Me by Avantasia
Voice Notes: Vincent has a smooth, flexible voice. Deep enough that one would guess that he's a baritone, but carrying an energy that makes it so that it's not so surprising that he can sing in higher registers. He speaks with an effortless charm, or playful inflection. He gives the listener the impression that he knows what he's talking about, and is happy to guide the way. His singing voice is much the same as his speaking voice, able to go from low baritone to high alto effortlessly, while sliding between low and sultry tones to tones high in volume and energy.

BIG PAPA / THE DOORKEEPER
[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8]
PERSONALITY
The god of Chaos is completely unpredictable in his actions and personality. Even his siblings cannot predict his zany behavior. As long as he is appeased, Big Papa can be extremely entertaining and generous, altering a human’s fate for the better. But when he is angered, his bad side is very dangerous.
He is both malevolent and benevolent, operating outside the framework of Good and Evil.
Papa is not actually a crazy old man, but a master manipulator. By masking his true intentions under layers of chaotic, contradictory personae, he maintains hidden agendas and controls every situation he puts himself in. No human being stands a chance against his manipulations. There is no being in existence more charismatic and creative than him.
Still, there are some traits that characterize his personality, or at least the persona that he frequently displays. He is, or at least appears to be, mischievous, curious, and lively, carrying himself with a youthful energy in spite of his elderly appearance. Papa’s most dangerous personality trait might just be his charisma. No matter what dastardly thing he does, you are instantly won over by his charms, and incredible singing ability. He could get away with anything – even murder! And often does… There is a reason he is called “trickster”.
In addition to playing his tricks, Big Papa loves music. He is the greatest musical talent among his siblings, making him the greatest dancer and singer in existence. He can play every musical instrument perfectly, and actively looks for excuses to break into song and dance. He often enters the scene out of nowhere, forcing everyone to stop what they’re doing to listen to him dance and sing.
Although he loves all genres of music, Papa’s favorite genres are jazz and blues. He’s a WAY better jazz musician than Alastor!
That man likes jazz, this man loves jazz!
Often, when Big Papa appears, you hear a little bit of jazz music playing behind him. If anyone doesn’t like it, he makes the music louder and uses his magic to force them to start dancing to it.
However, The Doorkeeper has a bad side, and his bad side is to be feared. When angered, his “tricks” stop being playful and turn into extremely malevolent plots to exact revenge on whoever incurred his wrath.
The Golden Rule of the gods is NEVER DISRESPECT THE GODS.
This Rule largely exists because of The Doorkeeper. Perhaps his most antisocial trait is his zero-tolerance policy for disrespect. The fastest and most assured way to invoke his wrath is to disrespect him.
A being as weak as a human must never bring out The Doorkeeper’s bad side. It is a law of existence that those foolish enough to do this will suffer extreme and horrifying consequences. This is an inevitability, as is The Law of Entropy.
WHY HE LOVES DOGS
The Doorkeeper’s love of dogs reflects two of his traits:
He is incapable of viewing humans as his equal. He views humans the way humans view dogs.
He is himself dog-like.
Just like a dog, he is protective and loyal, but only to those he considers part of his family. Although it does not always seem to be the case, this is actually one of his most predictable traits. Even when he seems to have inspired conflict between his siblings, it is always to their benefit.
The diverse range of dog breeds reflect the multi-faceted aspects of his unpredictable personality.
HIS FAVORITE SONG
How can you stay mad at him? His mustache is a little bone!
Out of all of Louis Armstrong’s songs, his favorite is “When You’re Smiling”.
This is not just to establish a parallel with Alastor, but reflects a key aspect of his personality.
The Doorkeeper god might express emotions other than joy, but he never succumbs to sorrow. In a sense, he is never defeated. No matter what sort of hardship befalls him, you will never see him weeping “Woe is me!” He harnesses the negative energy that builds up inside him and channels all of it into plotting his revenge.
In the face of adversity he does not cry. He smiles.
WHY HE IS THE LEADER OF THE GODS
The Sixth of Bon Dieu’s Creations was an invincible god of War who could not be defeated in any battle, but even this god was imperfect. This prompted Him to create a Seventh and Final god: The Doorkeeper to the Spirit World.
The Final and Youngest god is the opposite of his Oldest sibling, in that his personality is perfect for the power he received. He is not the Strongest, the Fastest, the Smartest, or the most Ruthless, but is the Second Strongest, the Second Fastest, the Second Smartest, and the second most Ruthless. In all of these categories, it is always a close Second. This is exactly as he wants it, as it means there is always a non-zero probability he can defeat his opponent, but sometimes victory is not guaranteed. This perfect alignment of personality and power is why Bon Dieu stopped with him. He is the perfect intermediary between Creator and Creation.
The Doorkeeper’s own personality is so amorphous, it is not possible for him to clash with any of his siblings. They might not get along with each other, but they always get along with him. This makes him uniquely suited to mediate conflicts between them.
At times, he creates conflicts, but even this is in their best interests. The Doorkeeper does this to impart a lesson, or to defuse conflict between his siblings by making himself the scapegoat. As his siblings are very wise, they don’t always understand their youngest brother’s motives but place their trust in him.
Even the manner in which he became unpredictable is his way of protecting his siblings.
Not to mention, he is the greatest musical talent among the septet. He has managed to prevent and resolve countless conflicts by convincing his siblings to make jazz with each other. For this reason, THE FIRST RULE has never once been broken since The Beginning of Time.
WHY HE IS CURIOUS
EARTH IS HIS DOMAIN
At The Beginning of Time, The Spirit World was divided to give each god a domain. The only exception was the youngest god – given no domain of his own, but the ability to travel freely between the domains. Rather than dwelling in The Spirit World, he sets his eyes on Earth.
As Master of Fate, The Doorkeeper delights in guiding and derailing humans from their destiny.
He’ll bring the drought to ravage the earth, and the rain to end that drought. He’ll turn a slave into a king, and a hero into a fraud. He is the force behind every war in human history, and every resolution to these wars.
Of all the gods, The Doorkeeper takes the strongest interest in human lives. For this reason, his preferred abode is Earth – the intersection between Heaven and Hell. There is no god who interacts with humans more than this one. He manifests on Earth much more frequently than any of his siblings.

Well if Alistor is gonna go all old fashioned on me ill do the same to him. A man and woman alone? Oh heavens no, we'll need a chaperone for any time we spend together. Holding hands, kisses on the cheek? But were not even married yet!
GOD I was just talking about anti alastor revenge sexism with someone and I'm glad the petty energy runs deep within all of us
Oh, so you can't leave me alone or let me hang out with other people by myself because I'm just so fragile and delicate? Well obviously I'm just a weak emotional female and I'm going to CRY and make him FEEL BAD. Alastor makes a backhanded compliment on how 'maybe my outfit isn't appropriate for such a sweet young lady' and my lips just quiver like "you don't think I look pretty? :(" because, you know, us women are just so sensitive, especially about our appearance 👉👈 well, if he doesn't think i look pretty then I might as well hide away since I'm so ugly he can't bear to look at me :) or maybe I should go and find someone else who can tolerate the presence of such an unsightly lady since he won't
But I also feel like Alastor is 100% absolutely the kind of charismatic asshole troll who would immediately call your bluff in his own unique manipulative way. Start acting sensitive to try and spite him and hurt his feelings, he just starts treating you like a completely helpless little child including taking away any hobbies or interests or reading materials that might be too much for such a sensitive soul. You say you can't be affectionate with him because you aren't married? Alright, you'll get married then! He's got a whole entire town catered to his own personal aesthetic that he can use as a playground for marital festivities. He knows just the preacher to marry you off, the caterers, and of course he has to invite his dear good friend Rosie, maybe even Charlie too!
He really kind of feels like the only way to be truly rid of him is if he either gets killed or gets bored with you and just leaves of his own accord and, gosh, that just wouldn't be any fun to write or read about, would it :) you always gotta have the crazy ones coming back, wanting more~

[Hazbin Hotel Meta] Hazbin MBTIs~! Get your fresh Hazbin Hotel MBTIs here~!
I feel pretty…happy and confident about these ;w; I tried to use best judgement, the canonical info we have so far (even if a bit vague, gotta take what we can get!), and took into consideration like…that I’m really trying to be as realistic as possible. I really enjoy keeping to canon and building off realistic expressions of the characters even with a lot of the interactions between them being so bombastic or humorous. This is how I like to go about my writing for them too :)
Alastor: ESTP - Extroverted, Sensing, Thinking, Perceiving
Al is driven and motivated (on a base level, from what it seems) by pure stimulus. Regarding stimuli in his environment, he’s not looking to gain any philosophical or emotional insight, development or further connection to others from it; he wants to enjoy the experience in and of itself, even more so with the ability to manipulate it or those involved. Alastor wants action, entertainment, and the ability to make decisions, watch others make decisions, and watch the pieces fall where they may (long as that doesn’t lead to actual stability, peace or resolution). He enjoys engaging with others on his own terms/working a room, shaking things up and not just thinking about ‘what ifs?, but actively creating those situations. He doesn’t want to be restricted, controlled or bored. ESTPs can tend to be impatient, self-important and prideful, have a habit of turning their noses up at others, and can be selfish. All these things definitely pertain or easily could pertain to Al.
Angel (and Cherri): ESFP - Extroverted, Sensing, Feeling, Perceiving
Angel and Cherri revel in dramatics and energy! They are bright, relatively warm (given…where they are, lol), sociable and like to have the spotlight on them. They take pleasure in the things around them and engaging with their surroundings. They’re enthusiastic, loud, active and want to be seen and heard. Real lives of the party that are generally supportive of their friends and unafraid to speak their minds. All this taken into account, some downfalls of their personalities are that they can react aggressively towards critique or inquiry, get bored easier than (most) other types and are easily distracted. Their empathy can also come off as superficial or insincere because of their playful, non-serious attitudes (remember, we even got to see Angel struggle with empathy and support when he was attempting to console Charlie).
Charlie: ENFJ - Extroverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Judging
Charlie is the definition of an ENFJ. She is a benevolent idealist who wants to see the best in people, and honestly believes in the best in people (as we see with her dream/goal for the Happy Hazbin Hotel. She wants to inspire and be inspired. Her type is actually pretty intrinsic to the plot at large). Charlie is unbelievably selfless; her motivations and what she wishes to contribute to those and the world around her are for their betterment. She is infatuated with the thought of things but needs the assistance in executing those thoughts and dreams into reality. Weaknesses that accompany this type and definitely Charlie herself are: not thinking things through, stubbornness/lack of flexibility (particularly for themselves), and being prone to burning themselves out. From the onset of the pilot all the way until the end she’s pushing herself, having difficulty really taking advice/direction and isn’t willing to see beyond her own scope of things.
Husk: ISTP - Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, Perceiving
Coming up with a likely MBTI for Husk was an enjoyable challenge! It definitely put my critical interpreting to the test and also helped me more critically assess the MBTIs for the other characters (though most of those wrote themselves/were much more apparent imo).
Husk is an avid gambler and alcoholic drinker, and these two things guided me in understanding his type. He appreciates tactile interaction and socialization on his own terms (as is required by most gambling), easily comes to decisions/conclusions from changes/information in his environment and is sensitive, for better or worse, to stimuli in his environment as many SPs are, and likely craves it actively or on a base level. Husk seems to be quietly dependable and competent/effective based off of Alastor’s (albeit humorously manipulative) words to him, which is a hallmark for ISTPs. He’s operationally a loner, but not misanthropic, just reserved/internalized unless caused to act. Some obvious issues that can arise with this MBTI and clearly would apply to Husk are: being distant or closed off, potentially risky or self-destructive behavior (yuuup~), and lacking compassion or emotional sensitivity.
Sir Pentious: ENTJ - Extroverted, Intuitive, Thinking, Judging
Pentious is goal-oriented (as are most other NJs), rational, intelligent and clever (despite his loud personality and Saturday morning villain aesthetic lol). He desires order and values exacting organized, calculated plans. He’s rather assertive and craves a high degree of control in his surroundings (I mean he’s a mechanical mastermind hellbent on ruling Hell and attaining more recognition and influence, after all). Being an EN type, he has a natural charisma, and much like many charismatic types, he wants to be noticed and valued. ENTJs have a tendency to desire legacy and recognition for their accomplishments since they are born leaders who enjoy setting all the dominoes in place, this is no truer than for Sir Pen. If he is to set up a lengthy, complex far-reaching plan to exact his visions, he wants to be noted, and noted well for that. Weaknesses that tend to hinder ENTJs are being overly confident and condescending, bossy, inflexible and prone to outbursts/meltdowns. If that’s not our snek idk what is tbh.
Vaggie: ISTJ - Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging
Vaggie is logical (if fiery; which should not be confused for Feeling), perceptive (which should not be confused for Perceiving), reliable, detail-oriented and hard-working. She is incredibly dedicated and forward with her intents and expects no nonsense. ISTJs like to keep a keen eye on those in their surroundings and expect those around them to abide by the standards they set as they truly do value the tasks at hand and the well-being of those around them/those they’re in charge of or aiding. If we look at her interactions with Angel in the limo, and Alastor back at the hotel, it is super clear that she is protective personally and professionally of those under her care but also the hotel/Charlie’s endeavors. ISTJs aren’t typically noted as being the guardians and protectors, and that’s usually because others are only viewing those roles from a purely emotional standpoint. Though ISTJs still have feelings like any other human-being, they approach protecting and guarding as a matter of duty first and foremost (that they wouldn’t undertake if they didn’t care in the first place). Very Vaggie. Weaknesses that can befall people of this MBTI are: being stuck in their ways/stubborn, brash and indelicate, and being unable to compromise for/with others.
I hope I did justice to these wonderful characters and helped extrapolate on them some more! With any luck, ya’ll enjoy this and it serves as a great resource for writing these characters and their interpersonal interactions ;w;/ I know there’s no way to confirm any of this as canon, but I’d like to think it’s hopefully not too far off lol Thanks for reading~!!

A/N: I got this request and decided to break it into three parts! Part one is Alastor’s version, this part is Vox’s version, the next will be Husks!
Warnings: Vox trying to be sneaky but failing
Navigation! // Alastor’s Version!!
Void

Vox didn’t take an interest in people easily. His attention was usually monopolized by his beloved tech—saturating screens, commanding networks, spreading his influence like a virus through Hell’s sprawling digital web. People? They were predictable. Boring. But you? You were different.
He couldn’t pinpoint what intrigued him at first. Maybe it was the strange, quiet confidence you carried, the way your presence seemed to bend reality ever so slightly even when you weren’t using your powers. Or maybe it was how your abilities—those of a living black hole—had the potential to be the most powerful force in Hell, if properly utilized.
And Vox loved power.
From the moment he saw you collapse into that swirling, incomprehensible void, reality fracturing and trembling as your form dissolved, Vox was hooked. Not in the charming, lovestruck way; no, his interest was colder, calculated.
“Fascinating,” he murmured as he watched from the safety of a nearby screen. “Absolutely fascinating.”
When you reformed, dazed and exhausted, he appeared before you, stepping out of the static with his signature smug grin.
“Well, well,” he said, his mechanical voice buzzing faintly. “A walking singularity. And here I thought I’d seen everything Hell had to offer.”
You frowned at him, not sure what to make of the tall, screen-headed demon. “Do I know you?”
“Name’s Vox,” he said, extending a hand that buzzed faintly with static. “I run things around here. Networks, data, communications—if it’s on a screen, it’s mine.”
You hesitated but shook his hand anyway. His grip was surprisingly warm, but there was something about him that felt… off. “Nice to meet you, I guess,” you said cautiously.
His grin widened, his screen flickering slightly. “Oh, the pleasure’s all mine,” he purred. “You and I are going to get along just fine.”
From that day on, Vox made it his mission to befriend youor, more accurately, to gain your trust. He was charming, charismatic, and just manipulative enough to keep you guessing about his true intentions.
He’d show up unexpectedly, claiming he was “just in the neighborhood,” and offer to help you control your powers.
“Your abilities are incredible,” he’d say, leaning against a wall with his arms crossed. “But you’re not using them to their full potential. You could do so much more with a little… guidance.”
“What kind of guidance?” you asked, eyeing him warily.
“Oh, you know,” he said casually, waving a hand. “Channeling your energy, focusing your pull. You’d be unstoppable. You just need someone to show you how.”
It was tempting, and you’d be lying if you said you weren’t curious. You’d struggled to control your powers for as long as you could remember, and Vox seemed to know what he was talking about.
Reluctantly, you agreed to let him help.
At first, Vox’s guidance seemed harmless, even helpful. He taught you techniques to focus your energy, to direct your gravitational pull in specific ways. With his help, you learned to collapse objects into the void without letting it spiral out of control.
But it didn’t take long for his true motives to surface.
One day, he brought you to a massive, abandoned industrial complex on the outskirts of Hell. The building was filled with ancient, malfunctioning machinery, wires sparking and screens flickering.
“What is this place?” you asked, your voice echoing in the cavernous space.
“My latest project,” Vox said, his grin widening. “With your powers, we can turn this outdated junk into something revolutionary. Imagine it—a network powered by the energy of a black hole. Limitless potential. Infinite connectivity. Hell would never be the same.”
You hesitated, a pit forming in your stomach. “I don’t know… this feels dangerous.”
“Dangerous?” Vox laughed, the sound sharp and buzzing. “Come on, [Y/N]. This is progress. You’ve got the power to change everything, and I’m giving you the chance to do it.”
Against your better judgment, you agreed to help.
At first, everything seemed fine. Vox guided you through the process, teaching you how to harness your energy to power the massive machinery. The complex came to life under your touch, screens flickering and wires sparking as your gravitational pull fed the network.
But it wasn’t long before the strain began to show.
Every session left you more exhausted than the last, your body trembling with the effort of maintaining control. The void inside you grew louder, its pull stronger, and you began to feel like you were losing yourself.
“Vox,” you said one day, your voice weak and trembling. “I don’t think I can keep doing this.”
He waved you off, his attention focused on a screen displaying the network’s progress. “You’re fine,” he said dismissively. “Just a little more, and we’ll be done.”
But you weren’t fine. The pull of the void was becoming unbearable, and you could feel yourself slipping closer to the edge with each passing moment.
One day, as you powered the network, you lost control. The void surged outward, consuming everything in its path. Machinery collapsed, screens shattered, and Vox barely managed to pull you back before the entire complex was swallowed.
When you reformed, trembling and barely conscious, he knelt beside you, his usual smugness replaced by something almost like concern.
“[Y/N],” he said, his voice unusually soft. “Are you okay?”
You shook your head, tears streaming down your face. “I can’t do this anymore, Vox. It’s killing me.”
For the first time, his grin faltered. He stared at you, the realization of what he’d done hitting him like a punch to the gut.
Vox wasn’t used to feeling guilt, but as he looked at you—exhausted, broken, and barely holding yourself together—he felt something twist in his chest. He had pushed you too far, all for his own gain, and now you were paying the price.
He reached out, hesitating for a moment before placing a hand on your shoulder. “I’m sorry,” he said quietly, his usual bravado nowhere to be found. “I didn’t mean for it to get this bad.”
You looked up at him, surprised by the sincerity in his tone. “Why did you do it, Vox?” you asked, your voice barely above a whisper.
He sighed, his screen flickering with static. “At first? It was about the power. Your abilities… they’re incredible, and I wanted to see how far we could push them. But somewhere along the way…” He trailed off, his screen dimming slightly. “Somewhere along the way, it stopped being just about that.”
“What do you mean?”
He met your gaze, his crimson eyes unusually soft. “I mean I care about you, [Y/N]. More than I realized. And I hate that I’ve hurt you.”
From that day on, Vox changed. He stopped pushing you to use your powers for his projects, instead focusing on helping you recover. He still had his sharp tongue and cocky demeanor, but there was a gentleness to him now, a willingness to put your well-being above his ambitions.
“Guess I’m not such a heartless bastard after all,” he joked one day, his screen flickering with a sheepish grin.
You smiled, feeling a warmth you hadn’t felt in a long time. “Guess not.”
Though it wasn’t easy, the two of you began to rebuild—your trust in him, his understanding of you, and the strange, unexpected bond you shared.
And for the first time in a long time, you felt like you weren’t facing the void alone.
