shsjdkd this enmeshment thing on tiktok is driving me crazy
#mie.txt#i have things to say that people probably won’t like#but what annoys me the most is. idk i think people too often believe that psychology is a subjective field of study#people work so hard for that to be a continued hard science and it’s always mushed and molded to fit whatever narrative is at play#and sometimes it’s the correct wording but a lot of times it’s….#idk idk idk i think in general even when the intentions are good the inability to step aside and say Here Is What I Think But I Am NOT#An Expert So I Don’t Know is so damaging and is the gateway to so much pseudoscience#and even the malleability of hard sciences ie: this product helped w my gut health and anxiety#like yes medicine and bodies and experiences and the mind are subjective#but the science and studies of those bodies largely is not. and for good reason that’s the point of experimentation#like. you don’t have special gut microbes#you don’t get to decide what treats it and how AND THEN influence other people without knowing a single enzyme or it’s mechanism 😭#but anyways to the point of enmeshment particularly. that IS a real phenomenon#and everyone copes differently yes yes#but now so many people are like omfg yes this is why my bigoted in-laws hate me#like now. your boyfriends meemaw is just racist. by choice btw#but also like. idk this is controversial#and i have sympathy and empathy bc i know the institution of marriage has been rebranded and sold to women as a dream#rather than an exchange#and for good reason! i believe it can and should serve that#purpose but it’s not the only purpose and there are consequences to it and#like…. if you know your in laws don’t like you or have problems with boundaries#or consistently cause you significant distress and you legally tie yourself to the person they have a legal obligation to as their kin#then why 😭 like. relationships are not just two people despite popular belief#it takes friends and parents and siblings and i’m not saying those have to be defining factors#but if those factors are defining the quality of your relationship then yeah. they are defining factors and you should consider them#and i just say this to say. you cannot legally marry someone knowing their family causes you significant distress#and then be shocked and confused when during your marriage their family continues to be a problem#like if you knew beforehand…… then don’t marry them#esp if you suspect something shady on the legal/financial aspects

Pairing: Rhaenyra Targaryen & Reader
AU: The Targaryen family dynamics are a blend of political intrigue and personal emotions. Rhaenyra Targaryen, the strong-willed and fiery daughter of King Viserys, is caught in a dilemma. Her father has decreed that for her to secure the Iron Throne, she must marry your brother, a match designed to solidify alliances and secure her claim. Despite this, Rhaenyra's heart belongs to you.
1st, 2nd & 3rd
tw: nsfwish
Your arrival in King's Landing with your family was marked by a sense of inevitability. The city was alive with preparations for the wedding, the streets bustling with activity and excitement. As the evening of your arrival culminated in a grand feast, you found yourself surrounded by the opulence and power of the royal court. Despite the festivity, a weight settled over you, a reminder of the approaching union that would bind Rhaenyra to your brother. As the feast progressed, laughter and conversation filled the air, the clinking of goblets and the aroma of lavish dishes adding to the atmosphere. Yet your thoughts remained elsewhere, lingering on the complexities of your situation and the unspoken emotions that simmered beneath the surface. It was during the height of the dinner, amidst toasts and stories, that Rhaenyra rose to her feet. Her presence commanded attention, and the hall fell silent as all eyes turned to her. You watched her, a mix of admiration and unease knotting in your chest, wondering what she intended to say.
"I have an announcement to make," she began, her voice clear and confident. "As I look to the future and my eventual ascension to the throne, I have decided on a matter of great importance. I wish to name the Knight Commander for my personal guard." The room buzzed with curiosity and anticipation. You felt a sinking feeling in your stomach, your instincts already telling you what was to come.
"It is a position that requires loyalty, skill, and above all, trust. I can think of no one more suited to this role than you." A ripple of surprise and murmurs spread through the hall as she continued. "Until such a time when he can fully embrace his role as Knight Commander, I wish for him to serve as my personal guard." Her words hung in the air, and you felt a mixture of emotions crash over you—shock, disbelief, and a growing sense of anger. The eyes of the court turned towards you, expressions ranging from approval to envy. You realized in that moment that this was a plan she had undoubtedly conceived long before now, a strategy to keep you close despite the circumstances that sought to keep you apart. The thought of being so near to her, yet unable to have her as you wished, filled you with frustration.
You forced a polite smile as those around you raised their goblets in a toast to her decision, but inside, your mind was racing. It was a brilliant move on her part, securing your presence in her life and binding you to her side, yet it felt like a cruel twist of fate. The prospect of serving as her guard was both an honor and a torment. You would be closer to her than you could have imagined, charged with protecting her, but the emotional toll would be immense. You wondered how you could endure the constant reminder of what you could never truly have. After the announcement, the feast continued, but you found it hard to focus. The realization that Rhaenyra was determined to keep you in her life, in whatever way she could, both infuriated and unsettled you. It was a reminder that, despite the impending marriage, your connection with her remained strong, even if it was forged in the shadows of duty and desire. The grand hall had become stifling after Rhaenyra's announcement, and you found yourself needing air, a moment to clear your mind. Wandering the dimly lit corridors of the Red Keep, your thoughts were a storm of anger and confusion. The flickering torchlight cast long shadows, mirroring the tumultuous emotions inside you. As you turned a corner, you nearly collided with Rhaenyra. The sight of her only intensified your anger, and before you could stop yourself, words erupted from your lips.
"Tell me this is some kind of jest, Rhaenyra!" She glanced around nervously, aware of the prying eyes and ears that filled the castle. "Not here," she whispered urgently, reaching for your arm. She pulled you into her chambers, closing the door behind you with a soft click. The room was lavish and opulent, but you barely noticed, too consumed by the rage boiling inside you. "Have you gone completely mad?" you demanded, your voice rising with each word. "You think this is a game? Do you get some kind of thrill from knowing I'll be right outside your door while you... while you're with him?" Your words were raw, edged with the bitterness and jealousy that had been festering inside you. Rhaenyra faced you, her expression a mix of defiance and vulnerability. "I did it to keep you close," she replied, her voice steady but filled with emotion. "I can't bear the thought of losing you entirely."
"Close? Close enough to hear every moment you're with him, with my brother? Is that what you want?" Your words were harsh, spilling out in a torrent of frustration. The boundaries of respect had crumbled, leaving only the raw, unfiltered truth. "I never wanted this, any of it!" she shot back, her own anger surfacing. "You think this is easy for me? To marry someone I don't love, to live a life dictated by others?" You paced the room, trying to contain the anger that threatened to consume you. The thought of being near her but unable to have her was almost unbearable. "So this is your solution? To keep me close enough to torture us both?" Rhaenyra stepped forward, her eyes pleading, her voice softer now but no less intense. "I want you in my life, even if it can't be the way we both wish. You mean too much to me." Her words struck a chord deep within you, and despite your anger, you couldn't deny the truth in them. She was as trapped by duty and circumstance as you were, both of you pawns in a larger game. "And what about me, Rhaenyra? How am I supposed to live with this?" She reached for your hand, her touch a reminder of the connection that had always been there, even in the midst of turmoil. "I don't have all the answers. But I know I can't face this life without you by my side, in whatever way possible." The room fell silent, the weight of her words hanging between you. Your anger slowly subsided, replaced by a deep sense of helplessness. You realized that, despite everything, she was trying to hold onto what little control she had, to carve out a place for you in her life. You took a deep breath, your mind still reeling from the confrontation.
"And what happens when you're queen? When the expectations become even greater?" She looked at you with a fierce determination. "Then I will have my personal guard, someone I trust above all others, someone who knows me better than anyone else." As much as it pained you, you understood her reasoning, the desperate need to maintain some semblance of control over her life. The anger that had initially clouded your judgment began to dissipate, leaving a sense of resignation. You knew that this was the path you had chosen, and it would require every ounce of strength and resolve to navigate the challenges ahead. As you stood there, facing Rhaenyra, you realized that your fate was inextricably linked to hers, and that you would need to find a way to make peace with the role you had been given. For both your sakes.
The days leading up to the wedding were filled with an overwhelming sense of disconnect. Everyone around you was caught up in the preparations at the Red Keep, their excitement palpable, while you tried to find solace in distractions. The promise of a lavish lifestyle, with all its trappings and titles, offered little comfort to a heart weighed down by unfulfilled desires and the reality of Rhaenyra's impending marriage. You threw yourself into training with the other knights, trying to numb your mind and body with the rigors of combat. Yet, even the physical exertion couldn't shake the image of Rhaenyra from your thoughts. Her face lingered in your mind, a constant reminder of what could never be. To escape, you sought solace in the brothels of King's Landing, where anonymity and indulgence offered a temporary reprieve. Each encounter was a fleeting distraction, a way to lose yourself in the carnal pleasures of the flesh and forget, if only for a moment, the ache in your heart. On one particular night, two days before the wedding, you found yourself in a drunken haze, stumbling through the streets on your way back to the Red Keep. A lady you had charmed earlier caught your eye, her beauty enough to stir something within you, though it was not her face you saw when you looked at her. You brought her back to your chambers, the room spinning slightly as you pushed the door shut behind you. The woman before you was eager, eager to please and eager to be pleased, and as she knelt on the floor, naked and waiting, you let the fantasy take hold. Her mouth was warm and inviting as you thrust yourself inside, your mind conjuring images of Rhaenyra. The vision was intoxicating and infuriating all at once, your imagination supplying the details that your reality could not. You closed your eyes, the alcohol in your system dulling your inhibitions and amplifying your desires. With each movement, each thrust, you chased the illusion, the woman before you becoming a vessel for the emotions you could not express. It was a mix of anger, lust, and longing, all tangled together in a moment of raw, primal need. Your grip tightened in her hair as you moved, driven by a desire that was as powerful as it was unattainable. In those moments, it was easy to forget where you were and what was coming. The promise of release was a siren's call, a brief escape from the reality that awaited when the fantasy ended.
When you finally reached your climax, the wave of pleasure was accompanied by a sense of emptiness, a hollow reminder that nothing could truly fill the void left by Rhaenyra. The woman looked up at you, a satisfied smile on her lips, but she was not the one you wished to see. As you helped her to her feet and she gathered her clothes, you felt the weight of your choices pressing down once more. The distractions had been temporary, fleeting moments of escape, but the truth remained the same. Rhaenyra would marry your brother, and you would stand by as her guard, bound by duty and a love that could never be. When she finally left your chamber, you were left alone in the dim light, the silence a stark contrast to the earlier indulgence. The night stretched on, leaving you to grapple with the reality of your situation, knowing that in two days, everything would change forever.

FINAL CHAPTER 109: Through Smoke, Fire and Ash
There was no singular way to describe how you were feeling.
No singular way to explain the confusion of grief and both elation that swirled within you. You supposed, this was how Rhaenyra must have felt when she had her hasty coronation on Dragonstone.
How does one see the light when they are shrouded in so much darkness?
How is one supposed to smile through all the losses?
Because the shadows outweighed it all, much heavier than the Conquerors Crown you had worn, the weight of the world sitting atop your shoulders and spine, pushing down on your vertebrae with a force that could buckle your knees. One wrong shift and the fragility of your bones and muscle may cause it to crack, collapsing beneath you.
It had been days and yet, it still felt as though it was yesterday when you had driven your dagger into his neck. You could still feel the way it had felt when it pushed through his muscles and tendons, how his body had resisted it. How he had tensed beneath you jolting, how his eye had opened wide in pain and shock.
How he had looked at you.
How it had smelt, the iron of the blood on your hands, your body, in your hair.
All of it.
And at times, during those days that passed you, you would wake in a cold sweat, drenched in perspiration as you dreamt of doing it over and over. Dreamt of watching the light fade from his eyes. Dreamt of the smell, the blood.
And each time you would wake, tears falling down your cheeks and heart rattling against your ribs, your eyes would fall to your hands and a small cry of horror would leave your lips.
Each time, your hands were covered in his blood.
The first few nights that it happened, you would race to the basin beside the bed, desperate to wash the blood away, clawing at your skin with your nails as you scrubbed them raw, sobbing loudly in the chambers.
And each time, Ser Darke at your door would alert the Queen, and Rhaenyra would rush to your chambers in her nightgown, gripping your hands as they dripped with water, not blood, and would whisper to you that it was okay, that it was over, that you were clean.
Each time she would pull you away from the basin, hands raw and sometimes bleeding from your own nails, and would take you to bed, laying down first to clutch your head against her chest as she would hold you, and you would sob.
But after the eighth night of your new and horrifying routine, you woke and looked at your hands.
Blood again.
But this time you did not scream, this time you did not race to the basin to try and wash it away. This time you sat up against the back of the bed and stared at your hands until the sun had risen into the sky, and the maids came to get you ready for the day.
And it was much the same.
For many days after.
You would dine with your family, and there he would be, in the corner of your eye watching you.
Always watching you.
And each time that his shadow would catch your eye, you would know to not react when your eyes would catch glance of your hands, covered in his blood once more.
As though he was punishing you.
Your mother and father, if you suspected that she had told him, were the only ones to know about your crumbling stability. But as the days passed, and almost a moon had turned, it got better.
Easier.
You could now look at your hands without recoiling, and some nights you would not dream of him. Some nights you would not dream at all, and would sleep the entire night through.
And when you did wake up, the smell of blood beneath your nose, you would hold your stomach, the smallest of swells beginning to show, and soothe the skin with your palm, hushing the babe inside of you as you whispered to yourself that it was all okay.
But by the time the moon had turned, you had begun to make your peace with it. Begun to understand that this was your penance for such horrors. That this would be your atonement for what you had done.
A punishment that you would not deny.
This morning however, was different.
Today you would put on a brave face for the realm, not just for your family, who treated you with with such exceptional kindness and patience that it often brought you to tears.
Today the mask of impassivity, the mask of strength and triumph would be slipped over your face for all to see. As was your duty. As was always your duty.
Saria and Aella brushed their gentle hands into your hair as they braided it back against your skull in intricate twists and weaves that lifted it from the nape of your neck completely, whilst Joanna and Amala tended to tightening your gown at the back.
Your reunion with your two maids had been a tearful event, but smiles were shared after all eyes were red and raw from broken sobs and shared stories, minor tales of survival.
You held your hands at your front, observing yourself in the vanity of your old chambers, unwilling to enter Aemond’s again, not knowing if the stench of blood and memory of the past would be the last thread to be pulled, and your crumbling resolve would snap, and you would be lost to madness like Helaena had been, the weight of it all sinking you into the ground.
The necklace in your hands had warmed in your palms and fingertips, as you pressed the pad of your thumb into the chain, feeling each ridge of the Valyrian steel beneath it, using it to ground you, attempting to count each notch in the chain to help quell the rising tide within.
When Saria and Aella finished their braiding, they moved to place the headpiece atop your hair.
It had been old, far older than you or your parents.
The Valyrian steel had been a relic, a thick band that wrapped around your skull like a crown, that then had four similar bands that smoothed over the top of your scalp, meeting at the top of your head.
Pressed into the Valyrian steel were round and square cut rubies, and dragon glass all the way along its surface, glimmering in the light, with small coils of gold that were nestled between each jewell. Three emeralds were newly laid amongst the rest, one at each point at your temple, and the last at the back of your head.
It was not heavy like the Conquerors Crown, but it had a weight to it, pressing down onto your head as the girls adjusted it to fit. Adjusted it to look weightless. But there was the invisible weight of it too, and that squeezed at your ribs causing you to be breathless.
Saria moved to stand in front of you, looking at the chain that you held in your palm.
“Your Grace, might I?” She asked, a hand reaching out to offer to put the necklace on.
You nodded at her and gave her a small, yet stiff smile as she took it from your grasp, watching yourself in the mirror as she came to move behind you, hands fiddling with the clasp as she draped it across your neck.
The gown you wore was the last piece Aemond had made for you, and one you had not worn yet. But today you would. Today you would carry him with you as you took yourself down to the throne room.
It was a deep red, almost the colour of blood when it would begin to dry, with gold and black dragons and flames embroidered at the cuffs of your wrists, making their way up your forearm. The bodice of the dress was tight, and in its centre, a gold, beaded dragon, marked with black shivering beads that looked like scales.
A homage to the first dragon you had claimed, and lost.
From each shoulder, sat a large golden clasp, holding a set of three chains that hung across the neck. But they were not usual chains, instead, they were made to look like stems from a rose bush, pointed thorns all around its length, sharp and menacing.
Placed atop the gown by the help of Joanna and Amala sat the black and gold cloak your mother had worn many years ago for her coronation. It still smelt of her.
Saria finished clasping the necklace at the back of your neck, and stepped back, all the maids looking over you one last time to ensure that you were perfect.
They deduced that you were.
From behind you in the mirror, you could see the figure of Jacaerys as he entered your chambers, adorned in a vision of red and black, the colours of your House.
You spun to look at him, his eyes roaming over your body with the softest of smiles on his lips. His hair had been brushed back and away from his face, curly brown locks tucked behind his ears by small falling braids, gold clasps at their ends to hold them together.
“You were born for this.” He whispered, stepping towards you to take your hands in his, “Are you ready?” His thumbs brushed against your knuckles softly as he watched you.
You swallowed.
Were you ready?
Would you ever be?
No.
But you had to be.
“Yes.” You lied.
His large calloused hand moved to cup your face before pressing a kiss to your cheek lovingly, a habit that he had inherited from your mother, and something that he no doubt pressed against Baela’s furrowed brows and cheeks when needed.
Jacaerys' gaze dropped to your neck, and then back to your face as he blinked but said nothing, instead offering an arm to you to walk down together.
Resting against your neck, warmed by gentle hands that had held it, atop the cloak for all to see, was the necklace that Aemond had given Alys.
That your mother and father had then given to you.
And which you had plucked the emeralds from, not wishing to wear them around your neck, instead placing them within the piece that sat atop your head. A reminder.
At the centre of the Valyrian steel, the chain flush against you, was a steel dragons claw that hung from its centre, and in its grip a large spherical sapphire.
Taken from the ashes, as a reminder, as a lasting piece that you could have and hold.
The last piece of him.
Aemond’s eye.
"Shall we?”
You looped your arm in his and made your way down to the Iron Throne chambers together. Always together. Through thick and through thin, you shared the blood of Old Valyria, and the both of you had shared a womb, nothing could seperate you.
Your hand pressed against your necklace as you walked, feeling the weight of it with every step. Feeling his presence despite not being visible to your eye.
It helped to calm you strangely, helped to give you strength, to give you some sort of hope and feel as though he approved. You hoped that he would. You thought that he would.
He would.
In no time at all, you stood before the two large doors at the entrance to the Iron Throne. Jacaerys stilled, unlinking his arm from yours as he brushed his sweaty palms against his robes. Another habit the two of you shared.
You frowned at him, worry beginning to burrow itself in your chest. You stepped forward to cup his face in both hands, “Do you hate me? For what I am about to do?”
Jacaerys' lips pulled into a lopsided grin, hands coming to grasp yours, “I could never, not now, or in any other lifetime, come to hate you. You are my sister, and I have always held firmly in my beliefs that it should be you to sit the Iron Throne. How could I hate you for taking something that was never to be mine?”
You felt your eyes well with tears, relief pouring from you.
Jacaerys shook his head softly as he chuckled, towering over you, “Don’t cry. You’ll look a mess.”
A laugh bubbled up your throat and you tapped his cheek lightly.
“They’re waiting for me. Actually, waiting for you.” He breathed, stepping back, looking at you one last time as his fingers brushed the necklace, touching the orb that sat against your chest.
Jacaerys breathed deeply as he looked at it, gnawing at it his lip as he held it softly.
You watched his face as he thought for a moment, eyebrows twitching, but then breathed his thought aloud.
"He would be proud.”
You could tell it had taken a lot of Jacaerys to say that.
And yet he did.
You blanched, and the tears that you had tried to hold at bay trickled down your cheeks, hot trails dripping down onto the stones below.
Jacaerys frowned, head dipping down to your level, “Please don’t cry. Mother will have my head.”
You chuckled wiping the tears away with the back of your hand.
“Away with you then, the sight of you brings me to tears.” You half laughed and half sobbed.
Your brother swiped up a stray tear that had escaped your eyes before he gave a deep and mocking curtsey to you, his curly brown hair flopping against the sides of his face, “At once, Your Grace.” And with that, Jacaerys slinked into the chambers, announced loudly by Ser Erryk inside.
The doors shut behind him as you heard the crowd inside slowly quieten. You straightened your posture, heart beating against your chest with every breath.
But there would be no waiting, nor halting of what was to come. No moment of stilling for just a breath more to catch your bearings. Because if life had taught you anything, it was that the world does not slow for anyone, and it shall continue to move forward without you, even if you are trapped in the past.
And so forward, you went.
The doors were pulled open, and you felt each and every eye in the throne room turn to you. All Lords and Ladies from across the realm, Heads of their Houses and knights, watching as you made your way towards them. But your eyes were solely on your parents.
Queen Rhaenyra was seated upon the Iron Throne, dressed head to toe in black and red, gold crown of her father, the crown of King Jaehaerys before him, seated atop her skull and pride in her eyes.
Your father, King Consort Daemon Targaryen, stood at the bottom of the throne, hands in front of him as he grinned ear to ear, watching as you descended the stairs and walked towards them.
Atop his head, the Conquerors Crown.
Just as you had told him to wear.
‘This is yours now.’ You had told him, and he had argued, but you had insisted, ‘Return it to me when I sit the Throne.'
“Princess Y/n Velaryon, First of her Name, Daughter of Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen.” Ser Erryk’s voice boomed into the chambers, and you had to suck in a stiffening breath as you felt pangs of fear wind through you.
It was almost like the days you had been brought before Aegon, the strange feeling of remembrance racing through you icily. Remembering how it had felt to be presented to this throne twice before.
But it wasn’t the same.
There was no danger here, only love, and care, and trust. But this did not stop your mind from racing, or your heart from jumping in your chest as you stood before your mother, looking up at her.
Rhaenyra looked out at the sea of Lord and Ladies who stood in the Hall, all having travelled from their lands to come to the Red Keep for you.
All who had sworn themselves to her.
All who were willing to do it all again.
“Let all who stand here today, who have travelled across the Seven Kingdoms, who have sailed the seas and ridden to Kings Landing,” Her voice boomed across the room, steady and even, “Bear witness to the naming of Princess Y/n Velaryon as my successor for the Iron Throne.”
You smiled softly at your father before turning around to face the room, looking out at all who stood present, and had come to declare for your mother.
For you.
Some faces you recognised, others you did not. House sigils were pressed or stitched into robes and cloaks or armour, House colours adorned on shoulders and skirts. Men and woman of all kinds filled the chambers of the Iron Throne ready to swear their fealty.
Princess Rhaenys and Lord Corlys were the eyes you found first, standing at the front with your half sister Princess Rhaena beside them. All had their heads towards you, Rhaena grinning widely, whilst Rhaenys dipped hers in a subtle nod, the tiniest of smiles on her lips.
Lord Corlys however, did not smile, nor nod, but looked at you in appraisal. In pride. He had always treated you as his granddaughter, and despite you knowing the truth about Laenor, it did not take away that he had been a father to you, and Corlys, a grandfather.
At the sides of the chambers, your brothers stood and watched, and it took everything within you to not cry as one head of brown was missing.
You swallowed thickly as Rhaenyra continued.
“Your loyalty to the true heir of the Iron Throne has not been forgotten. Your sacrifices to regain the throne are not forgotten. All Lords and Ladies who stand before the throne today have shown their loyalty, bravery, and defiance in the face of turncloaks and usurpers. Have shown support of my cause, and my claim as the rightful heir and ruler of the Seven Kingdoms. So today,” She breathed behind you, “I, Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen, ask that you to do so again. Pledge fealty to the throne and its rightful heir before the Old Gods and the New. Promise your faith, and know that if it is broken, there will be no mercy given to those who go against it.”
You breathed again, feeling your hands begin to sweat.
This was all you had ever wanted.
This was all that you had ever dreamed of.
But there was so much missing from it.
So many missing.
It was a dream that you had thought was lost. Gone with the marriage, gone with Lucerys. Gone to Jacaerys. Gone with the war.
But here you were, before the eyes of the Heads of the realms Houses, having your succession be named before the Gods, and their fealty sworn to you.
“Step forth now, and make the pledge.”
The first to move, was the silver locks of Lord Corlys Velaryon. He moved with no hesitancy, with a speed that had rivalled all others, moving to stand before you, slowly lowering himself to his knee as he bowed his head.
Ser Erryk announced him to all present, “Lord Corlys, of House Velaryon, Lord of the Tides and Master of Driftmark.”
Corlys lifted his head to look at you, his deep voice moving through the chambers, “I, Lord Corlys Velaryon, Lord of the Tides and Master of Driftmark, promise to be faithful to Queen Rhaenyra and her named heir, the Princess Y/n. I pledge fealty to them, and shall defend them against all enemies in good faith and without deceit. I swear this by the Old Gods and New.” The Lord stood, moving back to his wife and granddaughter, where he kept his eyes upon you, a small nod tipped towards you and the throne.
Warmth bloomed in your chest as you smiled at him softly. He was still, in your eyes, your grandfather.
The elder Lord Staunton was next, stepping forward to the middle of the aisle of people, bending his knee down slowly until it rested against the stones, bowing his head.
“Lord Simon Staunton, Lord of Rooks Nest, and Head of House Staunton.”
“I, Lord Simon Staunton, Lord of Rooks Nest and Head of House Staunton, promise to be faithful to Queen Rhaenyra and her named heir, the Princess Y/n. I pledge fealty to them, and shall defend them against all enemies in good faith and without deceit. I swear this by the Old Gods and New.”
Lord after Lord, Lady after Lady, Heads of Houses, young and old, stepped forth to kneel before you and pledge their allegiance and fealty to you, naming you as the successor to the Iron Throne.
All you could do was stand and watch, pride and vindication blooming in your chest warmly.
The last man stepped forward, but his robes were far different to those who stood amongst the rest. You watched in interest as he bent his knee.
He would be no older than Aemond had been. His hair was a dark brown, long and pulled away from his face by a clasp at the back of his head.
As he bowed to you, Ser Erryk Cargyll announced him to the throne room, voice loud behind you, icy grey eyes lifting to meet yours.
“Lord Cregan Stark, Wolf and King of the North, Lord of Winterfell and Head of House Stark.”
Lord Cregan Stark had a long face, not in the way that Aemond had, but Cregan’s thicker, and fuller. Cheeks wider and more muscular, and lips that were dutifully kept still. Furs lined the neck of his robes, and large silver wolf heads clasped it together in a chain at the front.
“I, Lord Cregan Stark, Wolf and King of the North, Lord of Winterfell and Head of House Stark,” His was voice was deep and smooth, his accent lilting upon every word he spoke, “Promise to be faithful to Queen Rhaenyra and her named heir, the Princess Y/n. I pledge fealty to them, and shall defend them against all enemies in good faith and without deceit. I swear this by the Old Gods and New.”
The entire time he spoke, he kept his eyes on you.
You blinked as he stood, towering taller than most men in the room, and watched as he moved back to his place, feeling a pull towards him in your chest.
There was no denying that he was handsome, a certain roguishness to him that only men in the North had. His shoulders were broad, and he looked to be a seasoned swordsman with large hands that he clasped at his front.
He did not smirk at you as Aemond would have when he caught you staring, and instead bowed his head out of curtesy and respect.
You swallowed and looked away, turning to finally face your mother, who sat upon the throne, crown atop her silver hair, and large blade at her side, hand rested on top of the hilt. She looked down at you with bright and violet eyes.
You bowed your head to her, momentarily looking down at the stones, where stains of red sat beneath your feet.
It was clear there had been an attempt to scrub it free, but the blood of Aegon Targaryen had sat at the foot of the throne for too long, and its viscousness had sunk deep into the porous stone.
When you lifted your eyes back to your mother Rhaenyra, she stood, looking out at all those present. All who had stayed loyal, all who had sworn their loyalty again. To the Houses that had sacrificed men in the battle for the throne, a mere moon before. To the Houses who had stayed true to their loyalty.
And then, to you.
To the one person who had made it happen. To the one person who ensured her seat. Months in waiting, months of torture and depravity. Months of sheer will to complete what she had started.
The realm knew you as many things.
The People’s Princess. The Bastard Princess. Survivor at Storms End. The Merciless. The Realms Despair. The Kinslayer. The Claimer of Two. King Maker. Queen Consort. Wife to the One-Eyed King. The Broken Queen.
King Slayer.
Queen Maker.
And a Queen for a Day.
But now you would be known as something that was rightfully, birthright and earned, yours.
“I, Rhaenyra Targaryen, First of Her Name, Queen of the Andals, and the Roynar, and The First men, Lady of the Seven Kingdoms and Protector of the Realm, do hereby name, Y/n Velaryon, Princess of the Realm, the Heir to the Iron Throne.”
Heir to the Iron Throne.

So what if Miguel is married to a Russian shy reader and Miguel eats her cheese cake and she calls him while he’s in a meeting with Gwen,Peter b, miles, pav, hobie and they all know Miguel’s wife as a super sweet women who always brings baked goods she made and gives them to the spider people, so when reader calls Miguel it’s not from his phone because his phone was turned off for the meeting it was on the big screen so on speaker and Miguel is like “hey carino do you need something” and then reader responds “не веди себя чертовски невинно”(don’t act fucking innocent) and everyone is in shock because readers voice is way different when she speaks Russian like it’s deeper and you can hear her muttering slurs in Russian under her breath and peters like “oooo your in trouble with the misses” and it turns out she bought that slice of cheese cake so her and Miguel could share it at dinner and then he feels bad and gets called a softy
oh my god this is so cute ILY FOR THIS IDEA!! even though i’m not versed in russian, i’m gonna use just that phrase you gave me so thank you <33
miguel o’hara x shy russian! wife! reader
you’re the sweetest woman ever but when you get mad you get really mad. you were angry that miguel ate the cheese cake that was meant for you and him to share for dinner. so, you cuss him out on the big screen during a call with miguel who’s in the middle of a meeting at HQ…
miguel sat in a meeting with gwen, margo, peter b, miles, pav, and hobie, discussing spider-man matters, when suddenly, his phone screen appeared on the big screen. confused, he couldn't understand who was calling him, as his phone was turned off.
curiosity filled the room as the incoming call revealed your name on the screen. they all knew you as a sweet woman who always brought them baked goods, a beloved member of their spider-people family. excitement buzzing through the air, they decided to put the call on speakerphone to share in the conversation with miguel. he tentatively answered the call, his voice filled with curiosity as he heard your words.
“hey, cariño, do you need something?" he asked, trying to feign innocence. but to everyone's surprise, you responded in russian, your voice deeper and tinged with hints of frustration. "Не веди себя чертовски невинно," you exclaimed, your voice carrying a certain authority.
the room fell into stunned silence, their wide eyes mirroring one another. they never expected the shy, sweet woman they knew as miguel’s wife to have such a different side to you when you spoke russian. it was as if a whole new facet of your personality was revealed.
peter b let out a low whistle, unable to contain his mischief. "ooh, miguel, looks like you're in trouble with the misses!" miguel couldn't help but feel a mix of surprise and guilt. he realized that he had unknowingly eaten the cheesecake you had bought for them to share at dinner. remorse washed over him, realizing his mistake.
feeling a newfound softness within him, miguel chuckled, looking at his friends and then at the big screen. "i may have made a grave mistake. seems like i owe my wonderful wife an apology. she bought that cheesecake for us to share at dinner." everyone laughed and teased him, knowing how he had always prided himself on being tough and stoic. yet, in those moments, it became clear that miguel had a softer side, a vulnerability that only you could bring out.
as the meeting resumed, a smile tugged at the corners of miguel’s lips. he couldn't wait to talk to you, to apologize, and to bask in the love you shared. and as he continued to listen to his friends, his heart was filled with gratitude for the understanding and support they offered, like a true family should.
in the end, this small incident served as a reminder to miguel of the sweetness and love that existed within his marriage. it reminded him to appreciate the little things, to embody both strength and tenderness, and to treasure the unique connection he shared with you - a connection that could bridge the gap between innocence and passion, vulnerability and strength.

Masterlist 2
Elna was more than happy, she was overjoyed. The King had chosen her for a bride and announced that during a small council meeting, she was not in attendance but her father was there. He came running to her to inform her of the King's decision. Her father was happy for her but he only showed her his sorrow of having to be separated, even little Cregan threw a tantrum.
Elna however needed to breathe a little, she needed to get her thoughts straight. She liked the king, he was nice to her and she was happy she would not end up with a dying man however this was all too much for her, she was going to be Queen, that was a huge responsibility. So Elna decided to take a walk in the gardens after she successfully put Cregan down for his nap.
She enjoyed the sight that greeted her, a sight she was going to see for a very long time, the gardens looked like they were alive with so many flowers and trees, something she did not see back at home. She no longer needed to pick flowers from the southern regions when visiting because she was going to have it all here.
Elna had walked for a short time when she caught sight of a weirwood tree. She knew they had one here but she did not know the location, but now she knew where to go to pray. She was a couple of steps away still hidden behind a bush when she saw princess Rhaenyra and Alicent Hightower sat under the tree. The princess was pulling on the grass looking angry while the Hightower girl looked relieved.
"I cannot believe he wants to marry so soon after mother's death. Has he no respect?" Rhaenyra threw some of the grass in her hands somewhere by her feet. Elna's heart dropped at the words, she did not think the princess would be so angry with the marriage, she had been so caught up with her own family and the king to think of the princess.
"Princess, your father has the right to remarry" Alicent tried calming down the dragon princess.
"To a northerner savage, out of everyone" The princess pushed herself up from the floor and started pacing. The Hightower girl remained seated but started twiddling with her thumbs.
"I am sure Lady Stark is not so bad, I have heard many great things about her" Alicent defended Elna. She was just glad she had not been chosen.
"Yes and she will give my father sons and then I will be thrown away when I am no longer heir" The princess hissed. Elna now understood that the princess was not only enraged and sad over her father's decision but also afraid.
Elna decided that hiding was no longer an option, she had too much to say. She faked a cough putting on a smile and moved out from behind the bush. She acted shocked seeing the two girls only a couple of years her junior.
"Forgive me princess, I did not know you were here" Elna curtsied trying to keep her smile gentle. She did not want to anger the princess even more.
"What are you doing here?" Rhaenyra asked with anger lacing her words. She crossed her arms in front of her protectively.
"I heard there was a weirdwood tree and wished to pray" Elna answered. She stepped closer to the duo. Alicent had pushed herself to her feet by then and stepped closer the princess. Rhaenyra eyed her weirdly, she had no escort, not even a handmaiden.
"I am gladdened to have found you here, I intended on visiting you princess" Elna continued before the princess could speak. Rhaenyra's eyebrows shot up in confusion and shock.
"Visit me? What for?" The princess asked suspiciously. Elna found her palms growing wet with sweat, she was nervous with the way the princes was seizing her up and down like some criminal.
"I am sure you have heard of the King's decision-" Elna started. She took a deep breath to summon every single piece of bravery she had in her body and stepped closer to the princess.
"- I wanted to tell you that I do not intend to take your mother's place neither in your life nor the king's or int he kingdom-" Elna reached over to grab the princess' hand in hers gently, not wanting to startle her or make her think she was here to attack her.
"- if you wish I will not even show you my face if that makes you feel at ease but I assure you princess that if I and the king were to be blessed with children you would still be a priority to us both and the heir will remain to be you" Elna finished. Alicent took a step back giving the two women their moment. But the shock on her face was still evident.
"You could never take my mother's place, you are nothing compared to her, so do not attempt to win me over with your words, that will not work on me" The princess pulled her hands out of Elna's hands harshly and pushed past her to walk away. Elna stumbled a little back when Rhaenyra's shoulder collided with hers.
"Apologies Lady Stark, the princess is a little stressed" Alicent picked up the hem of her dress and followed after the princess. Elna rubbed her shoulder as her eyes darted back to the red tree. Her eyes welled up with tears, feeling humiliated at being rejected but pushed them back.
She stepped closer to the tree kneeling down by one of the roots. Her hands glided over the rough surface remembering her mother. Her mother always told her to have patience, Elna believed that she had patience, she raised her brother from the moment he was born and her mother died. But the princess seemed nowhere near close to warming up to her.
Elna wished her mother was here to advice her on what to do and how to act. If she were to tell her father he would simply tell her to endure it and Elna knew that was not the right way to face the situation, yes the princess needed time but at the same time Elna needed to do something to win the princess' favour. She did not come to the capital to make enemies.
"Lady Stark" Elna jumped at the new male voice. She turned around to find the King standing where she had stood earlier with his hands behind his back.
"Your grace" She stood back up to her feet and curtsied. The King stepped closer to her loosing his smile at the sight of her tears.
"Why are you crying, Lady Stark?" He placed his forefinger under her chin and raised her head up so she would look at him. Elna knitted her eyebrows in confusion and raised her hand to touch her cheek to find it wet and immediately wiped the tears away.
"I had not noticed" She admitted. She gulped trying to compose herself.
"Did the thought of marrying me repulse so?" The King joked. She shook her head with a small giggle.
"Of course not, I just - I wish my mother was here tis all, your grace" She heaved a sigh. The king placed a hand on her cheek trying to comfort her.
"I am sure she is happy for her wherever she may be" The king's words made Elna's heart flutter. She smiled, just a tiny smile, but it was enough for the king.
"Your words comfort me, my king" She placed a hand on top of his over her cheek. The King clicked his tongue disappointed.
"Call me Viserys" He grinned when her cheeks darkened and she dropped her gaze down. His eyes trailed over to the tree when a thought struck him.
"Do you wish to marry here? In the ways of your people?" He asked. He grabbed her hand and pulled her closer to the tree.
"What about the maesters and the seven and the people?" She asked feeling dumb when she realised that she knew nothing of this religion, her father did not spare this religion a second thought and refused to teach her and Cregan about it. She knew only from what she had heard from other people.
"I am the King" He reminded her. her mouth opened in an O shape and nodded her head. Viserys chuckled tightening his grip on her hand when something caught his eye, the history book of Aegon the conquerer.
"Do tell me Lady Stark, was there a different reason for your tears?" The King asked. He let go of her hand to grab the book delicately to not damage the old pages.
"No, why, my king- Viserys" She paused when he turned to glare at her and immediately changed the way she addressed him.
"I wonder-" He held up the book to show her. She tilted her head to the side confused.
"It was my daughter, was it not?" He asked. His eyebrows twitched into a frown of his own.
"The princess? no she welcomed me warmly" Elna tried to cover up. She did not come here to make enemies meaning she will not be the reason that a father and daughter fight each other. She could not bare it.
"Do not lie to me" The King demanded. Elna swallowed the lump in her throat and looked down at her feet. She could not lie to the King either, he was the king and her future husband.
"I will talk to her" He intended for his words to assure her but she only looked at him with horror.
"NO, I mean please do not mention this, she just needs time" Elna tried to stop him when he attempted to bypass her. The King was more than confused but nodded nonetheless.
"How about you show me the rose bush again?" She wrapped her arms around one of his and pulled him away from the weirwood tree. Viserys was not dumb, he knew she was changing the subject but did not mention it now curious how she was going to act to win his daughter over.
It was the same day the King announced that a feast will be held to celebrate the betrothal between him and Elna. Her father insisted she wore a grey dress one last time before she would join house Targaryen and wear red and black for the rest of her days. She could not say no and wore her favourite grey dress that was off shoulder and had bell sleeves. She also made Cregan wear the same of grey matching with her.
When they arrived at the feast she was sat beside the king with her father on her other side and an empty seat beside the king for the princess. Cregan was sent to play with the other children of the nobles with his wet nurse to look after him.
"My King, the princess seems to be running late" The Hand of the King pointed out also noticing the lack of his own daughter's presence.
"She's going to be the end of me" Viserys replied. He had hoped she would come and not make a fuss of it but now he could see that she had not intention of showing her face at the feast also sparking he rumour of her not accepting the betrothal.
"If I may my king-" You spoke earning the attention of both men. The Hand glared at you heatedly as you moved your body closer to the king.
"-I can go and see if the princess is alright" You suggested. You gave a nod to Viserys wanting him to accept. The King was hesitant but accepted either way. You pushed your chair back and made your way out of the hall accepting congratulations with a sweet smile and grace in your movement.
You had to ask some guards for the way to the princess' room but finally found your way. You knocked on her door before stepping in. She was sat on her bed with a dress by her side. Alicent was sat beside her in a beautiful green dress and she looked ready for a feast while the princess looked like she was ready to go to bed.
"What are you doing here?" The princess asked, angrily standing on her feet to glare at you.
"Lady Hightower, if you do not mind, I wish to speak to the princess" You nodded at the door. Alicent was hesitant but moved closer to you. You moved to the side giving her space to pass before closing the door behind her.
"What do you want?" The princess asked harshly. You had to push back a wince at her tone but you lost the sweet smile on your face.
"Listen Princess, I know you view me as a horrible person, a monster here to steal your father and throne but I am not a monster and I will not steal either one" You moved closer to her. Your tone was stronger and your patience was wearing thin, even if it had been only a day.
"You are the princess and the heir and my father bent the knee to you in extension the north meaning I am loyal to you. A Stark has never broken and oath and I will be damned if I were to be the first" You leaned closer to her, and her eyes followed your every move, your fingers wrapped around the dress on the bed.
"You will wear this beautiful gown and you will come with me to the feast, your father is worried sick about you" You held out the dress to her. She took it from you but still watched you every move.
"I am not your enemy Princess, I wish only for us to become friends. I wish not for a rivalry to grow between you and my future children" The princess sighed sadly. She nodded her head accepting the words of Elna. She may have not warmed up to her but she was on the right path.
Rhaenyra changed her clothes before the women made their way back the feast. The king's face lit up at the sight of his daughter walking into the ballroom with Elna by her side. Rhaenyra was still stiff in her walk and when she sat down but at least she had a tiny smile on her face, and that was good enough for now.

Might Alpha 2
➻ Pairings: Chanyeol x Reader
➻ Genre: Romance, Wolf Au
➻ Additional: destined mates
➻ Word Count: 1.5K
➻ Warnings: N/A
➻ Author’s notes: This story is cross posted on multiple sites under the same username!
The backlash that came when Baekhyun and Chanyeol denounced their marriage was something that no one expected. They knew their parents would be upset, but the sheer mortification that came from knowing Baekhyun had been with another alpha and never actually slept with Chanyeol was so confusing. The fact that the male was Baekhyun’s destined mate didn't seem to matter to anyone.
While the elders had stayed silent, the parents argued back and forth on how they could rectify the situation, without bothering to listen to the children whose lives they were purposefully trying to ruin for the simple fact that Baekhyun was a gifted male omega with the ability to bear pups. They didn't care that they were trying to break not one, but two bonds. Bonds from the same family.
It confused Soohee, because she remembered very clearly that Chanyeol had said the whole union between Baekhyun and himself was because they trusted Chanyeol and it was a great way for her father to get a foot into the counsel and influence decisions and laws however he saw fit. Chanyeol was going to be the next elder and possibly the next head alpha if he could pass the tests that would challenge his strength, his logic, and his wit. And while she worried about her brother being hurt, she believed the man he was with would never hurt him since they were destined mates. And if her father still wanted that in, if he would just listen to Chanyeol, he would know that they were destined mates.
Soohee had never told her parents or anyone else what happened that night after her party, nor the weekend and the two days after that she was in heat. They were mates, she knew that and still had trouble processing it, but it was a fact she was more than ready to admit. Yet they hadn't mated during her heat, both agreeing that they wanted to wait. Even if they used protection, there wasn't a guarantee it would work or if they would constantly remember the amount of times they would have to have sex. So Chanyeol did his best to pleasure her and help her through her heat and she was so thankful for it. But they still haven't told anyone. Or rather, they were trying, but no one was actually listening to them.
“Well since your son has been defiled, we will find a new mate for Chanyeol. A better and loyal omega!” Mr. Park grunted out.
“What?” Chanyeol asked in shock.
“Excuse me? My son is very much loyal!”
“Lies. He's been defiled by that Chinese vagrant!” Mr. Park growled. “You and your family are so immoral, Mr. Byun, that I'm surprised you're all even allowed to continue to live in this pack. And if your son acts like this, I can't even begin to imagine how your daughter must be, whoring about and asking for any male to fuck her.”
“That’s enough! You are so vile and disgusting, speaking of a child like that!” Mr. Byun shouted.
“Child?! Child?! She's of age now isn't She? But has that ever stopped her? You don't think we don't hear rumors?”
“What? Soohee, what is talking about?” Mr. Byun asked, furious by all the words being thrown around.
“I don't know.” Soohee said. “I don't know of rumors. Dad, it's a lie.” She said.
“Adults don't lie.” Mr. Park snapped at her and she shrunk back. Lies from an adult. She had no idea where he would ever get such information about her. She had never done anything to try and get guys. She had only ever wanted Chanyeol. And even her closest friends knew that.
“If she says there are none, then there aren't.” Mr. Byun growled. “My daughter is perfect! Maybe it’s your son that is the issue!” He fired back. Another round of shouting began and Soohee had heard enough. She slipped out of her chair and did her best to sneak out of the meeting hall. She thought she was very successful and made it outside with a sigh.
“For the love of god. Adults are crazy. I don't want to be an adult.” She whined softly.
“Tell me about it.”
Soohee jumped and looked over at her brother as he came to sit next to her. “Oppa.” She said gently. “Are you okay? Dad and Mr. Park are blowing everything out of proportion.” She said.
“I know.” Baekhyun sighed softly and closed his eyes and rubbed his forehead gently. “Like, why are they like this? The elders always preach about destined mates and not interfering and here they are staying quiet while our parents fight to ruin our lives.”
Soohee stared at him and sighed softly. She reached over and rubbed his back gently and smiled softly. “It'll be okay.” She said softly. “You have your mate. You should go and run off with him. They can't stop you.”
“And leave you?” Baekhyun asked softly. “Disappoint our family? I couldn't.” He said as he looked at her.
“So you'd rather risk your bond with your mate?” Soohee asked and cocked her head. “Oppa, you're not a disappointment. And I'll be fine.”
“Because you have your mate now.” Baekhyun said and smiled weakly at her.
“I….what?”
“Don't play dumb.” Baekhyun laughed softly. “I knew the moment I introduced you to Chanyeol that you two were mates.” He said.
“How?”
“Blue eyes are the sign that an alpha has found their mate and imprinted on them. I saw them that day. I knew and I made him promise me he would never try anything with you until you were old enough.” He said. “I had no idea that this stupid union would be done either.” He said and ran a hand through his hair some before groaning. “I don't know what to do Soohee.”
Soohee frowned as she stared at her brother and was gonna answer when another person joined them.
“Let's go and start our own pack.” Their heads whipped around quickly and stared at Chanyeol in shock. “what?”
“What do you mean what? How can we start our own pack?” Soohee asked, confused. “That's a big task.”
“Yeah and where would we go?” Baekhyun asked and Chanyeol just shrugged.
“Does it matter? We’ll just go somewhere. The four of us establish our own pack. We'll gather packless shifters and shifters wanting a new pack and just start over fresh.” He said.
“Do you...do you think we can do it?” Baekhyun asked.
“Well with Yixing as another alpha, I'm sure we can manage and grow slowly. It might be hard at first. But won't it be worth it?” Chanyeol asked. “They obviously don't care about our wants and needs. Our destinies. So we need to take our lives into our own hands.” He said. His eyes moved from Baekhyun to Soohee and he smiled. He took her hand and held it gently in his, squeezing it gently.
“Chanyeol.” Soohee whispered softly and smiled.
“It'll be worth it.” Baekhyun agreed and smiled softly at them. “Come on. Let's go.” He said and stood. Soohee looked back at her brother and nodded. She stood, pulling at Chanyeol’s hand and making him stand. “I'll meet you two at Yixing’s. Don't take too long, okay?” He said.
They nodded and with quick goodbyes, they parted ways, with Soohee going with Chanyeol because she just needed to be with him. “Are you sure this is a good idea?” Soohee asked as she walked towards Chanyeol’s jeep.
“No. But we have to do what we have to do.” Chanyeol said as he unlocked the doors and climbed into the driver's seat. Soohee sighed and got into the jeep, closing the door before turning to face him.
“Chanyeol, I'm being serious. I'm still a kid. I'm fresh out of high school, just turned 18 and you want to move to some unknown place and start a pack there. It sounds crazy.” She said, “Are you sure this is something you really want?” Her question was directed towards their current decision but there was an undertone of uncertainty about their relationship. Was she really what he wanted?
Chanyeol sighed softly as he slipped the key into the ignition before turning to face her. “Soohee.” He said gently. He scooted over to her and reached out, his fingers stroking her cheeks gently. “I want to be with you, and only you. And if that means we have to go into the future blind, then I will do it. I love you.” He told her and leaned in, pressing their foreheads together gently. “I've loved you for so long and I've waited for so long. Now I have you, I don't ever want to let you go. Please. Stay with me.”
Soohee stared up into his eyes and felt her heart race at how beautiful and gorgeous they were. And probably because of his words, but mostly due to his eyes. “Of course I'll stay with you.” She said gently. “Why wouldn't I when I have been pinning after Mr. Handsome for so long.” She said with a giggle. Chanyeol smiled softly and leaned forward and kissed her softly. It was soft and quick, but she loved it all the same.
“Then let's go. And we'll start a new life together and be happy together.” Chanyeol said gently with a smile. Soohee nodded and smiled softly as they pulled back and Chanyeol started the jeep.
“Everything will be okay, right?” she asked.
“Of course. Trust me.”
~*~
“Dad, no! Stop it! Let me go!” Soohee shouted as she struggled in the grips of a few of the male wolves her father had dragged with him. She wasn't sure how they knew their plans or how to find them, but they did. It was probably just their keen sense of smell. That was the only possible reason she could think of, of how they found them this far out of the city.
“I would expect this kind of thing from Baekhyun, but you? Why Soohee? Why are you going to associate yourselves with these rebels?” Mr. Byun asked as he motioned to her brother. His mate and Chanyeol, all of whom were being detained as well. Though it was taking more people to hold Chanyeol back as he was being scolded so loudly by his father. She could hear every nasty word he was calling her and her brother and she just couldn't take anymore. “Soohee! Answer me!”
“He's my mate!” the words fell from her lips before she could even stop to fully process her train of thought. The announcement seemed to draw the attention of everyone as they all went silent.
“Excuse me?” Mr. Park asked, eyes wide.
“Chanyeol is my mate.” She said softly and jerked herself from the slacking grips of the men. “He is mine, and Baekhyun has found his and the rest of you are acting like spoiled little children!”
“Soohee!”
“No dad! It's true. You all are supposed to be adults, filled with wisdom that's supposed to help guide your children as they become adults and start their own family. And here you both are, two families that don't give a shit about their own children and are just obsessed with whatever power they can have!” She sneered, disgusted.
“Byun, put a stop to her before I do.” Mr. Park warned, but was greeted with a very angry growled and rough shove as Chanyeol tore himself from the four men holding him back. Their strength together was nowhere near a match for Chanyeol’s strength when he really used it, like he had in this case.
“You won't touch her.” Chanyeol growled out as he moved to Soohee and pulled her close to him, his arm wrapped tightly around her waist to protect her. “And she's right. Ever since it was announced what my future status would be, all you or anyone else has ever cared about was that. You held me so high up on a pedestal, out of the reach for anyone you deemed unworthy. You never stopped to ask what I wanted or if I've found my mate. Well, dad, I have. And it's not Baekhyun. It was never Baekhyun and it would be selfish and wrong of me to try and keep him from his own mate.”
“Chanyeol.” Mr. Park floundered for words to speak, but he couldn't even form a decent, coherent sentence.
“We know who we love, who we are meant to be with, and what we're doing is the only way we can be with them. So either you accept this reality or step aside and let us leave.” Everyone was silent for a long while, staring at the two before looking at the two fathers.
“Soohee...there was an agreement…”
“And it can still be upheld. Just not with Baekhyun, but me instead. You can still have whatever it is you want. And the rest of us can be happy. The last thing I've ever wanted to do is leave you and mom but I can't live without him. I don't want to feel our bond break. It'll kill me.” she said softly.
“Don't be so dramatic, it won't kill you if…” Mr. Park started but paused. “You haven't marked her, have you?”
Chanyeol stared at his father intently before moving his hand and lifting her shirt slightly to show the mark he had left on her side. “Three weeks ago, when she went into heat,” he said proudly. “She is mine. Forever.” he announced and pulled her closer as he leaned down slightly to nuzzle her head.
“Dad please.” Baekhyun whispered. “Just let us be happy.”
Mr. Byun looked between his two children and sighed heavily. “We can't fight it now. A bond has been made, I assume for both of them. The elders wouldn’t take too kindly if we destroyed them for selfish reasons.” he sighed. “And it would hurt me to hurt my children, I should have realized that from the beginning.” he said and walked over to Baekhyun as he was finally released. “Are you sure?”
“Yes.” Baekhyun said and smiled. “There is no denying, he is the one.” he said and looked over at Yixing. Mr. Byun sighed, nodded and looked over, waving his hand in signal for Yixing to be released. The silent alpha moved to Baekhyun and hugged him tightly, nuzzling against his neck.
“I suppose I have two unions to prepare for now.” Mr. Byun smiled. “Let's get you all home before your mothers have a fit.”
“Oh...yeah.” Mr. Park cleared his throat. “Chanyeol, I'll need you to-”
“Yeah dad. Don't worry. I'll call her down.” Chanyeol laughed. It was funny to see such a composed man cower in fear at the mention of his angry wife.
~*~
Soohee smiled as she flopped back on her bed, a laugh leaving her as Chanyeol stumbled out of his pants, hopping around to try and kick off the offending garments before finally flinging it across her room. It hit her closed door and he winced before climbing into her bed. “Are you new to taking off pants?” she asked teasingly.
“Oh shut up.” Chanyeol chuckled as he laid down next to her and stared at her face. “It's not my fault you have me tripping over my feet.” he teased and chuckled as she blushed. “You're so cute. You know that?” he asked as he reached out and stroked her head and cheek lightly.
“I can't help but to know it. You tell me all the time.” she said gently as she leaned into the touch. Sighing softly, she leaned in and kissed him, her lips brushing teasingly over his lips every time he dipped in to try and deepen the kiss. A soft giggle left her, followed by Chanyeol’s own growl as he nipped at her bottom lip as Soohee pulled completely back.
“You are such a tease.” Chanyeol groaned and pouted as he stared at her smiling face. “Soohee.” he whined out and Soohee giggled at it. She reached up and poked his nose lightly.
“What?” she asked with a smirk.
“I want a kiss.”
“You just had a kiss.”
“I want another.” he said as he slipped his arm around her waist and pulled her close to him.
“Don't be greedy.” she teased and Chanyeol huffed. “Oh, aren't you so cute?” she said and pinched his cheek lightly.
Chanyeol stared at her with narrowed eyes and huffed again before he leaned in and captured her lips in a deep and passionate kiss. Soohee giggled slightly into the kiss before melting into it, pressing herself against him tightly. Everything just felt so right. She finally had the man of her dreams, she could openly be with him and start working on their future together and that excited her. Her future was with Chanyeol and hopefully with some children as well.

So You Wanna Play With Magic (part 1)
You are in love with Harry but pureblood marriage rituals have your magic tied to Draco's. If you and Draco do not complete the marriage ritual you will both lose your magic forever.
WC: 1,809
Prelude:
During your time at Hogwarts you and Harry had ebbed and flowed together on occasion. Confiding in each other and sharing kisses under the clock tower. Having been born pureblood, into a family that sought to keep it that way, your parents were mortified when you were sorted into Hufflepuff and blamed your whole "phase" of hating them and disagreeing with the dark lord on the Hufflepuff 'softness'.
Now you and Harry continue to seek each other's comfort.
Harry was sleeping fitfully as a thunderstorm ragged outside. The rain pelted his windows and lightning flashed, lighting the room for a moment, before a crash of thunder could be heard.
---------------Now----------------
January 10th
The banging on his door is what truly roused him from an awful nightmare. He rushed downstairs in just his joggers, half wondering if this was Ron coming to tell him Hermione was in labor.
You stood outside, soaking from the rain, when Harry opened the door. It took all your remaining strength not to fall over completely.
He ushered you inside and then cast a drying spell over you before pulling you into his arms. His sleepy warmth reminds your body that you are freezing. While you are dry now your body shivers against Harry.
"What ha..."
You cut him off with a kiss. Pulling him in close. Kissing Harry always reminds you of flying. His lips are so soft and his hands push deep into your sides and then through your hair. He kisses with his whole body, mind, and soul. It leaves you breathless every time.
"One of those days?" he whispers into your ear before trailing kisses down your neck.
You can only hum in agreement as he begins to nip at your collar before pressing the flat of his tongue to the bite. He works from one side to the other.
Nip.
Lick.
Nip.
Lick.
Until you are shaking against him. Not only from his attention to you but from the shock from earlier.
You have been working as a curse breaker and it has gotten you into a few binds. You haven't seen Harry in a few months and a lot has happened.
He takes your hand and you both head to his room. He turns the light on as you enter the room and tries to pull you back in for a kiss.
"Wait.. can we.. um.. keep the lights off?" You asked a little embarrassed. You can't meet his eye.
"Oh, ah sure. Yea we can do that." He sounds confused but turns the lights back off.
You pull him close with a humph and start kissing him again. He pulls your shirt over your head and tosses it on the floor. You had kicked your shoes off at the door and now you tried to use your toes to push your socks off.
You tumble a bit into Harry's chest and you both fall onto the bed with a laugh.
"Easy now" he brushes you hair behind your ear and kisses you again before rolling you over and finishes taking off your socks and then your pants and underwear.
He kisses along your hips but then pauses as his lips come into contact with the unfamiliar feeling of a scar there, his pause is a hint too long. Making a mental note to ask you about that once your done he starts kissing you again. His hands start exploring higher along your body before he stops again coming to another thick scar on your side with one hand and another curving across your breast. His fingers follow that one from the side of your breast down along the under curve and stops above your sternum. Right over your heart.
Harry's wandless magic casts on the lights again.
"Y/n...." He breaths your name out and takes in the sight over the new marks on your body. His eyes searching and stinging with tears as his hands gently trace over each scar.
You grab his hands to stop their searching tracing. You cringe and turn away from him.
"Please just turn the lights off. I don't want to talk about it right now." You mutter.
The lights flick back off and you can turn your face back to Harry. He is still so quiet.
You let go of his hands and caress his cheek before pulling him back in for a kiss.
"Can we just do this right now?" You whisper against his lips. He hesitates but then nods and starts kissing you again with earnest. His fingers trail down to your center.
{}
Harry tried being serious with Ginny after the war but they both felt the flames dwindle to nothing while together. She found herself falling for a fellow teammate and Harry was glad to know if wasn't something he had done but rather something that neither of them could control.
In the years you have known each other it has always been nice to lose yourselves in each other. You can pretend the rest of the world doesn't exist while you are together. Never committing to one another but always being drawn together. You could be apart for days or years but it wouldn't change a thing.
Harry experimented with his sexuality after he and Ginny broke up. He figured out he fancied both men and women equally and he tried to establish actual relationships but people in the wizarding world treated him like the "savior" even years after the war. He couldn't go into a single establishment without someone bombarding him with questions or begging for pictures or autographs. He tried dating in the muggle world but found it hard to not use magic around them. Even if he stored his wand away he was increasingly skilled at wandless magic and would cast spells without even thinking about it.
Your work had you in hiding or gone for months on end and it never occured to either of you to try being exclusive together. But the casualness of your relationship worked. You didn't want anything serious and Harry seemed to be content with the sporadic visits. You didn't keep a permanent residence so when you were in England you would stay with Harry.
{}
You hum your bliss and pleasure as Harry's fingers ghost over your body tracing patterns into your skin. His thumb brushes over one of the scars on your hip in a silent reminder that he isn't going to let this go.
You sigh and reach for his hand. Pulling it close to trace along the scars with his fingers as you explain.
"During one of our raids on a place we believed would be hiding known Death Eaters I was tasked with going in first to disarm any traps or spells that lingered. It was my team of 6 and we had cleared most of the upstairs when Thomas tripped something. I jumped over him to stop whatever was coming. I guess the Death Eaters were getting desperate and creative since they used a muggle landmine. Parts of the shrapnel embedded in me here", you dragged his fingers down under your breast, "here", you pulled him over to touch the one on your side, "here", you let him feel along a particularly jagged one along your hip, "and here". You ended with laying his hand on your thigh. " I woke up in st. Mungos today and came straight here"
"Y/n" Harry started in his warning tone before sighing. He could chastise you about leaving the hospital too soon but it would be a waste of time since you never listen to him about things like that anyway. He blew out a breath and raked a hand through his hair before scratching at his neck. "Is Dean alright?"
"I think so. I didn't see him when I woke up and usually they try to keep us all in the same wing when something like this happens...." you trail off as you mentally start making a list of all the things you'll have to do when you go back to work. Shaking your head you snuggle closer to Harry. All that can wait until tomorrow.
*CRACK*
You jump out of bed Harry right behind you. Wordlessly both of your wands fly to your hands as you both make eye contact then ease out of the bedroom.
Something odd about Harry is he hates doors. Once he got his own place in the middle of downtown London he removed all the doors inside his house. He only put the bathroom door back on when you pointed out how awkward it would be since you are here so often. He also loves the constant noise from the city outside. The quiet is too much for him.
So as you creep down the hallway you can see most of the empty rooms from this angle. Harry gestures that he is going to check the living room and you nod to take the kitchen. Meeting back up in the dinning room you both lower your wands with a sigh.
"You heard that right?" He asks looking around skeptically.
You tuck your wand into your hair bun, "yea it sounded like someone apperating"
"That's what I was thinking. But the house is warded against people apperating inside..." Harry was cut off by a sharp knock on the door.
He glances between the door and you before waving his hand and mumbling a spell under his breath. Your clothes from earlier appear on your body and Harry's on his. You move behind the door to cover for Harry as he opens the door. Once more look at you then he slowly opens it.
Harry stands there shocked for a few moments before scowling, "Malfoy! What the bloody hell are you doing here? It's the middle of the night."
"Brilliant observation Ex- Auror Potter, now care to let me in?"
You try to peek through the crack in the door to see but you only catch a glimpse of Malfoy's signature form fitting black suit as he glances behind him to the empty street beyond. It is still pouring rain but Malfoy seems completely dry from what you can see.
"Actually I do mind Malfoy so if you could kindly get off my doorstep," Harry began as he started to close the door. Malfoy stuck his perfectly polished boot in the door frame stopping it from shutting completely.
"I know you have my wife in there Potter now step aside!" Malfoy snaps his fist hitting the door and he pushes his way inside. The door slips shut behind him and Harry is standing in front of you his hand tightens on his wand.
"What are you on about?" You snap.
"Hello darling." Draco sneers as he straightens his jacket and runs a hand through his perfect hair, ever the picture of perfection.

The age of Rosalie Chapter 12.

" Dad this is a surprise, to what do I owe the sudden call?" Charlie said that over the phone with her father and he answered her
"Your associating with Rosalie Belmont?"
Being nervous Charlie replied to her father
"Well...she offered...apparently Twilight was doing something a little similar, that's the reason why she never bothered interacting with thee other overlords for the past few centuries. She's helping with the hotel also currently...."
"And made myself as home here." Twilight said that interrupting Charlie over the phone call as Twilight pressed the speaking option
"Hello Lucifer..it's been a while hasn't it?"
"You being an ally of a Belmont is one thing but being involved with my daughter is another." Twilight grinned as she answered him back
"Before I died I promised Rosalie that I would find her family and contact her when I did. To my surprise I couldn't find any during the first hundred years, but instead I found souls that where wronged and most certainly didn't belong in hell so I helped them. I continued doing so till the twentieth century, while at the same time still looking for any Belmont in hell." Her saying that last part confused Lucifer
"There aren't any Belmont's in hell I thought there was a few here?" Clearly Twilight was confused when he said that and she questioned him
"You really didn't know? I thought I could find Rosalie's father I know he killed a few humans that deserved it but even he isn't in hell. I don't know anything about Rosalie's mother side and neither does Rosalie herself, the only one she knew was her mother and that was it." This only raised more questions than answers even to Lucifer and being curious Charlie questioned
"Ahh..Rosalie declined heaven's offering in being a member of the Seven Heavenly Virtues because they did nothing in stopping the Belmont execution. You think that might have something to do with the Belmont's not being in hell?"
"That's what we thought of but if that was the case one of them would have made contact in saying that where in heaven...that never happened. Either they died again not long after coming to hell or there's more too it that even YOU don't know Lucifer?" This new information only interested Lucifer, he hadn't seen a Belmont soul in hell in centuries before Rosalie's time in the pride ring and sinners couldn't go outside that ring. After the Belmont's where killed off he hadn't seen another since besides the last living one, that new information made Lucifer end the call and Charlie questioned Twilight
"Twilight what did you mean about Rosalie's mother side?" Charlie questioned her and Twilight answered her
"Rose told me that she never met anyone from her mother's side. What she was told her grandmother died a long time ago and her grand wiccan blood came from her and her mother didn't know the identity of her father. Her grandmother said something about it being for her mother's protection all she said about him was that he wasn't normal but very powerful. Rosalie thinks she might have gotten her powers from him maybe? " That was Twilight's response to Charlie, though it was still more questions than answers with the identity of Rosalie's grandfather and the true origin of Rosalie's powerful magic.
During that time in hell Rosalie had contacted Willow and requested that she needed an audience with King Bael, it confused Willow at first and Rosalie explained everything to her. Of course it shocked her hearing about Leopold and King Bael being involved with helping his nephew, more so hearing how the duke's heir left hell for a human which made sense in why King Bael was so welcoming to her even after her marriage and trying to make a good impression of her daughters despite them being scared of him.
"Welcome to my home your highness. Thank you for making time." Willow bowed and curtsied to King Bael when he arrived at her palace, when she stood up straight King Bael responded to her
"This is quite a surprise myself when I was told you wanted to speak to me about an urgent matter." Willow barely glanced at the servants that where close by doing there jobs before she spoke up
"I wish not to speak here, if you would kindly follow me." With that said Willow guided King Bael to another location in the palace that was off limits to the servants, it didn't take long to arrive in the room. To King Bael's surprise Rosalie was waiting in the room sitting on one of the chair reading a book, when she heard the door open she stopped reading the book.
"Good you brought him."
"Rosalie Belmont?" King Bael said her name right after Willow closed and locked the door using her magic abilities
"Door's lock." Where Willows two words and Rosalie spoke up
"And for extra measures." Right after saying that Rosalie snapped her fingers and instantly a barrier surrounded thee entire room, then Rosalie stood up from the chair she was sitting on and walked
"No one outside will be able to hear, not just anyway can break this type of barrier...anyway I'm the one that wants to talk to you, I asked Willow to so not to draw suspicion." Of course King Bael was surprised seeing Rosalie he respected Rosalie's power but her swearing to star a war with the goetia's gave him mixed feelings
"I met your nephew, Lucrecio told me about him and I did my own investigating…he opened up to me and told me how you helped him faking his death so he could be with the person her truly loves. I respect that." Her saying that shocked King Bael and he shape shifted to met Rosalie's eye level as he questioned her
"You said Lucrecio? Do you mean Prince Lucrecio? The same one that left the Ars Goeta centuries ago? Didn't think he was still alive?
Why would a powerful demon hunter like yourself be associated with demon ro....." He stopped himself as he answered his own question when Rosalie calmly smiled to him and he also noticed the wedding ring on Rosalie's finger
"You married one of Paimon's sons?"
"Ironic isn't it? The golden belmont fell in love with a self disowned
demon prince and even had a child with him." King Bael was smart enough to know the identity of the child and looked at Willow who smiled at him
"Cordelia? No one would believe that she's really of Belmont blood? And married into the Grand Duke's family." Rosalie spoke with King Bael more about how she met Lucrecio and telling him about the ideas he had in wanting to make a difference in the Ars Goetia with wanted to change out dated traditions, it wasn't just her Lucrecio had shown up with the aid of Rosalie's and her portals and he chatted with King Bael. But he wasn't alone since he as in the human world he had brought Leopold with him and of course King Bael was happy seeing his nephew again, the two caught up a little bit and Leopold told his uncle that he had formed a contract with Rosalie in order to protect himself and Samir from heaven along with mention how samir still accepted him even after his true form was revealed to him. King Bael was shocked hearing that his nephew has formed a contract with the Golden Belmont but he knew it was the smart thing to do considering how powerful she is, with all the talking and convincing King Bael became another Goetia that allied himself with Rosalie and her family. He also wanted to do a little business with Lucrecio in making some of his ideas to reality, Leopold also liked the ideas as well but since he faked his death he can only support from the shadows.
Before Rosalie left hell with Leopold and Lucrecio she told King Bael that she allied herself with Lucifer's daughter in helping her with her cos in rehabilitating sinners, also at the same time to in bothering Lucifer and Satin since she still kind of hated them well mostly hating Satin.
Now that King Bael was helping alongside with Willow's family with the whole stopping abducting Rosemont students Rosalie finally had time in preparing for Charlie's arrival.......
_____
With all the returned Rosemont students had received proper treatment both physically and mentally it took a few days in properly arranging and as for the far trimester students with the right potions they where able to give birth safely and like Rosalie promise she along with Twilight brought the babies to there demon royal fathers as soon as they where born and or still in the eggs, the process took two days in total even Willow help out which she was more than happy too.
Despite the VERY busy schedule Rosalie managed to get Rosemont set up for Charlie's visit
"Charlie..this is a surprise...you ah didn't tell me your father would be here?" Rosalie wasn't expecting Lucifer to show up with his daughter during her visit to the human world having Lucifer wasn't what she planned.
"Your not thee only one confused Rose."
"I couldn't help but being curious, a Belmont helping hell in was is unheard of."While Lucifer spoke he looked directly at Rosalie
"And if YOUR going to be involved with my daughter I want to make things clear for my own eyes." Rosalie smirked at Lucifer
"I assure you Lucifer I mean your daughter no harm, I've already told you that and you better get use to seeing ME often....now then shall we start the tour?" With that said Rosalie had given the two a tour of her school, from explaining the reason why she made Rosemont and her doing world wide research on thee outcast community along with doing research on other creatures that involve the paranormal that wasn't logged in any of the Belmont books along with Wesen that where still around and having a few of them attending at Rosemont both as staff and students.
"Wesen are very rare, I'm surprised you managed to find some." Lucifer said that but that comment made Charlie confused
"Wesen that's new how come I've never heard of them before?"
"There a species of magical creatures part human/part animal depending, my family was the cause of them dwelling in numbers after house Belmont was founded . Of course back then Wesen where views as gods in some cultures outside of Europe, but around the 15th century things changed a little after my family the killed. Numbers started increasing more but they've gotten better in masking themselves before the 20th century. I got very luck that none of them had gotten abducted." Rosalie explain that to Charlie and of course Charlie was in aw hearing that information and her father stepped in
"Like I've said Wesen are rare, if a one living Wesen where to come to hell they would be VERY valuable depending on the type species. Though if they die and go to hell that value isn't as strong....I'm surprised that Rosalie managed to get just in some of them." Lucifer said that that as the three had entered and walked to the hallway that had the paintings of Rosalie's life
"It wasn't easy but when I offered protection and told the idea of my school when I first made it I gained trust. I actually have several families that are VERY loyal to me after both world wars, I ain't saying names." When Rosalie explained she noticed that Lucifer had stopped and was looking at a painting Rosalie went to him as did Charlie seeing that he was looking at the painting of Rosalie with her parents when her mother was still alive, both Charlie and Rosalie noticed how Lucifer was looking at Rosalie's mother.
"This is your mother?"
"Yes..you got a problem with how she looks?" Rosalie said that being a little offended when she said that Lucifer pointed at Rosalie's mother's golden leaf hair piece
"Where did you mother get that hair piece? I'm curious?" Rosalie was confused by that question and she answered him while looking at the image of her mother
"It wasn't originally hers apparently it was from her father, that's what her mother told her anyway my mother never knew the man. But I have it now she gave it to me before she died, it's the second only thing I have of her left next to her book." Though that shocked her was the second she looked back at Lucifer he grabbed both sides of her face and looked at her closely
"Whoa dad what are you doing?"Charlie said that being confused and worried from her father's sudden action
"What the fuck has gotten into you Lucifer? Let go of my face." Without saying anything he removed one of his hand and pressed his palm on Rosalie's forehead which in response a speak of glowing golden light appeared and that made Rosalie very confused when she noticed the glow when he removed his hands off her
"What is this? What the fuck did you do it me?"
"I didn't do that, that's a blessing mark.a powerful one at that. It's been with you for quite a while from the looks of it." Was what Lucifer said and that made Rosalie a little pissed off
"A blessing? I never asked for a blessing I'm still pissed off at those people...how did I ever not notice it before? Can you get rid of it?"
"I can't do it, it has to be the person that gave you that blessing. As for how old it, it appears that it's as old are you are." Him saying that surprised both Charlie and Rosalie
"That's impossible neither my parents or family beside the first Belmont en-counted any of the The Seven Heavenly Virtues, my first encountered with the speaker was when I was around five cause that's when they noticed my powers. How can I have a blessing that's as old as me?" Rosalie said that noticed that the glow on her forehead faded away completely, at that moment Lucifer had opened a portal back to hell
"Dad where are you going?" Charlie questioned and before he went threw the portal he answered her
"To talk to someone I haven't spoken to in a VERY long while."
"Ahh.. Charlie what did you dad mean why that?" Rosalie question Charlie after Lucifer had left and she was just as confused as Rosalie
"I'm not sure, I've never seen him act like that before?" Rosalie shrugged it off and guarded Charlie to a different location
"Happy he left...now I can introduce you to the cherubs, there's dying to meet ya. The same with my allies . I didn't want Lucifer seeing them." Rosalie would figure out the whole blessing thing later, now that she was alone with Charlie she can now give her the tour that she planned with meeting the cherubs that where en charge of the children to even meeting the staff of the school. Not only the staff but the students loved Charlie and Charlie was surprised that Rosalie had thrown her a special party in her alliance with Rosalie, Charlie wasn't shy in telling her story in why she wanted to make a rehabilitation hotel for sinners she even did it in song also. Many that knew Rosalie for a while where surprised with some of the similarities the two had that it almost creeped them out more so seeing how the two got along so well they seemed like sisters from there energy together...
During that time in hell the moment that Lucifer had returned to hell he immanently went underground to a chambers that he hadn't been in a while, he really didn't want to believe it himself but he wanted to hear it with his own ears. He used his powers in created a portal to heaven and using that native language to heaven called out to his older brother ' Michael' from inside the spell circle a figure appeared and that person that Lucifer's younger brother Gabriel
"Gabriel? What are you doing here's I called for Michael specifically?" Where Lucifer's words and Gabriel's responded with
"Michael is busy I'm responding for him." Clearly Lucifer wasn't happy with that but he had to work with what he was given
"If that's the case pass down a little message for him...I know he has a daughter and granddaughter." Him saying that confused Gabriel
"Luci...Michael doesn't have any children and you know that? What makes you think he has a granddaughter let alone a daughter?"
"She had HIS blessing mark...right on her forehead." Those words shocked Gabriel
"Who is she?"
"The very human you people have been trying to get on your side for over five hundred years." Gabriel knew the human he was talking about and didn't want to believe it
"Rosalie Belmont? There's no way, this is a serious accusation you saying. If that's the case that would make her a member of our family." Gabriel said that not believing Lucifer's words but he replied to his younger brother
"When I first fight Rosalie..there was sense of....familiarity with her powers. Plus no human has ever had powers that are so similar to those of Virtues if not the same, it makes sense when you think about it. I'm not for certain it's the reason why she's lived for so long for a human, but it maybe the foundation?"
____
"So any ideas with who the blessing might be from Luc?" Not long after Charlie returned to hell Rosalie called her husband and wanted to have her check in his lab that he had set up in the Belmont home Lucrecio did a close exam on Rosalie even he was left puzzled
" It's hard to tell, even I didn't notice this blessing when I first met you? But from the looks of it this type of blessing blessed your soul as well, whoever gave you this must REALLY care about you? This is the first time I've heard of a blessed soul like this as well as a physical blessing of protection."
"Wait you and I are soul bonded that would means your soul shares that blessing as well...I'm still curious in who it was? I fucking hate those people still and I made a good point to Lucifer." Rosalie said that and Lucrecio questioned her as he helped her up out of the chair she was sitting on and the two started to head out of the lab
"Didn't you tell me he looked at the painting of your mother strange especially with her hair piece? Along with giving you a strange look when he was looking at your eyes?"
"Yay that was really weird, me and Charlie didn't know what was going threw his head. She never saw Lucifer so serious before it kind of worried her after he left...But it got me wondering who he was going to talk too and why my mom's unknown father is involved in this?" Where Rosalie's words as the two left the lab, Lucrecio was grateful to Rosalie for letting him move his lab to the Belmont home for quite a while so no one would go snooping around and finding out about him and Rosalie since he still didn't trust anyone in his castle.
"Do you think that blessing might be a reason why I've lived for this long combined with that meteor's strange energy?" Rosalie questioned that while wrapping her arm around her husband and he replied with
"That would make sense to the matter by we aren't for certain unless we managed to talk to the person that gave you it... we know it was someone from the Seven Heavenly Virtues, maybe one of the ones you haven't spoken too?"
What Lucifer spoke to Gabriel was the truth....a very long time ago Michael fell in love with a human during the middle of the 12 century after he accidentally came to the human world no one else in heaven knew that he came to human since he didn't stay long. It happened in outside of Paris before the construction of the Notre-Dame Cathedral, Michael had encountered the Grand Wiccan Blanchefleur. He had heard of wiccans and those of higher rank and some came to heaven but he had ever seen a Grand wiccan as powerful as Blanchefleur, it was her eyes that first captivated him he had never seen a human with orange/gold like eyes that reminded him of a feline and her hair as white as snow and hair so long to dragged behind her feet. But what he loved most about her was her soul, not only was her beautiful on the outside she was beautiful on the inside despite her up bringing...how she was abandoned by her family because of her eyes all accept her grandmother who was also a grand wiccan like herself, the two had bounded in a very short amount of time and fell in love. Michael knew that he couldn't say anything in order to protect Blanchefleur and there unborn child before he left and returned to heaven he had given his lover his golden leaf piece to give to there child and he promised to watch over them, that child was Aurélie. The name was given to her by Michael if Blanchefleur had a daughter, Michael kept his promise in watch and protecting his new family. Though Blanchefleur died naturally not long after turning 80 years old which was very old during the 12th century but because of Aurélie blood and her soul being blessing to go to heaven she lived over to be two hundred years old and still kept her young appearance even after she met Trever Belmont, she appeared to die at thee age of twenty six when really no one knew that she was over two centuries years old.
Michael had came to earth the night Rosalie was born, he was taken a back see that she had his blue eyes and Blanchefleur unique cat like eyes and half of it's color. He imminently sensed that she also inherited his angelic powers and more because of bloodline that Aurélie didn't get, it did worry him how that a member of his human family had strong morningstar powers. He knew that as soon as her powers became strong that the Seven Heavenly Virtues would want her, he didn't want to risk anyone finding out the real bloodline and he also had a feeling that Rosalie would take offer Blanchefleur headstrong nature just like how her mother inherited it. Michael gave Rosalie a physical blessing after blessing her soul while he was holding her in his arms and she was smiled while looking at him, if she came into VERY serious danger the blessing would protect her in any type of matter like changing her luck. No blessing like that had ever been given to a human and it was very dangerous blessing that wasn't allowed to be given especially to mortals thus he had given her a forbidden blessing, Michael had watched Rosalie growing up from the shadows sort of speak and he shapeshifted to different types of animals and even different types of humans in being around his daughter and granddaughter. Whether it was posing as a servant or even a knight it didn't matter to him, he made certain that he wasn't caught by any of his siblings even after the speaker first met Rosalie.
Even after Aurélie died and went to heaven he didn't met her as much as he wanted too, he still wanted to protect his daughter. But when the Belmont family was killed off by humanity he knew he had to do something, he broke the rules he convinced the other virtues in bringing the Belmont souls to heaven in a way of saving them in hopes in convincing Rosalie in joining there ranks even the souls that where in hell. It wasn't allowed but they where a little despite in willing over Rosalie because they didn't want her powers falling into hell's hands, after the rest of the Belmont family was killed there souls went to heaven and with a little work the Belmont's that where in hell where taken to heaven out of satin's eyes since the Belmont's where in hiding in hell.
When Rosalie went into hiding after she came back to life Michael kept a very close eye on her over the centuries and he stayed be her side as well posing as one of her companions when she first came to the new world, he was happy seeing that Rosalie was so much like her grandmother in helping people and wanting to help better humanity..The day when Lucifer fought Rosalie Michael along with the other Virtues watched the battle, in honesty Michael was taken a back with just how powerful Rosalie was. It remember him of when he fought Lucifer, though he sensed that she could have killed him and held back with him because of his daughter.
During the middle of the 18th century Michael was shocked to see that Rosalie had fallen in love with a demon prince, he hoped that she would choose a human but it was the complete opposite. But after seeing the real him and seeing how different he was along with him proving his undying love and loyalty to Rosalie he approved of there marriage and even witnessed it person posing as an animal, Michael even helped with the construction of Rosemont during it's building and other projects that Rosalie worked in bettering humanity and wanted change.
He did give Cordelia a blessing without either Rosalie or Lucrecio noticing as a gift to his great granddaughter, Michael really did want to show himself to Rosalie but didn't know how it was tough more so that Rosalie married into the Ars Goetia family and her child did the same with marrying the Grand Duke's family and Cordelia's son married Willow and then Cordelia's daughter married two humans. He was so shocked seeing the Advika looked just like Aurélie but with pointed ears and having Rosalie's long hair genetics and inherited some of his angelic powers at a young age just like Rosalie did, he knew it was a matter of time before it started noticing and he didn't know what would happen......
___
With the way Lucifer acted towards Rosalie, it still confused her as it did with Charlie. Rosalie did talk to Willow and Twilight about what had happened and they where just as confused more so with Twilight hearing about the blessing, Willow in returned was weirded out by that now that she was a part of Rosalie's family.
Not long after that communication talk Willow had a scheduled meeting with King Bael alongside with her husband now that they where allies, originally the grand duke's family was allied with with paimon but after the little battle with Rosalie they switched to being allied with Bael instead. King Bael enjoyed the company of the Grand Dukes family, he was even introduced to Cordelia and Eros since he was now one of the very few demons that knew the truth. Cordelia herself was happy that there was another demon ally that wasn't afraid or hated the Belmont's bloodline, Cordelia even introduced Harmonia to him. Because she looked thee most like Rosalie even in her demon form she didn't go out much even after she married her husband and wife, because of her human half like Advika she too turns into a human during full moons and was thee spitting image of Rosalie. She wasn't thee only one Eadwardsone also turned to his human form but during new moons and he resembled Rosalie's father in his human form, since that new alliance things where slowly starting to change in the Ars Goetia families to the changes that Lucrecio had wanted with wanted to help instead of making things a little miserable. Prince Stolas was on board with some of the new changes and even supported them unlike Stella but Octavia liked the ideas as well and with supporting as well, the changes that where happening with the goetia family even made it to low class demon's ears that surprised them...
Speaking of which about the goetia family one of them that had a human really missed her even though she escaped, that goetia was Marquis Bylur. He really did fall in love with her, Adrianna wasn't like anyone he had ever meet she was the embodiment of fire itself that drew himself to her. Even after all the abducted Rosemont students where brought back to the living world and even the new born children where brought Bylur still never forgot Adrianna and he wanted to do something and that's what he did......
"Congratulations in graduating Adrianna."Rosalie said that to Adrianna, what she said was the truth it was few days past the who Lucifer thing and it didn't stop with the new graduating class with Adrianna being one of the students since she skipped a grade, the two had met in Rosalie's office after the speech ceremony.
"Thank you very much Ma'am. But is that all you wanted to talk about?" Where Adrianna's words and Rosalie spoke while holding her hand up and used her magic in summoning what looked like a contract with Adrianna as Rosalie walked up to her
"I know you don't have anyone else, it's also been a while since I've done this. Adrianna McMillan. How would like to be a member of the Belmont family?" Her saying that really shocked Adrianna and it showed on her face
"You...want to adopt me? Really?" While Rosalie answered she rolled up the paper that was really an adopting certificate with a blank space
"It's your choose Adrianna? I would love to have you as my daughter and making my family grow." Adrianna was completely lost for words, she would have never had thought that Rosalie Belmont wanted to adopt her. It made her happy and she signed the certificate afterwards the two hugged and Rosalie welcomed her into the Belmont family, Rosalie moved Adrianna's things to her estate in New Orleans rather than the Belmont home in France.
"So? Do I call you Mom now?" Adrianna jokey said that to Rosalie who giggled
"You can call me Rose if you want? Anyway now that your an adopted Belmont I might as well introduce you to my husband and my daughter well your stepsister now." Rosalie saying that surprised Adrianna
"Your married? And already have a daughter?"
"I already told them both about this, Cordelia always wanted a younger sibling and my husband is always supportive of my choices. I think you'll fit right on in?" Adrianna was very curious but then it turned into shocked when it was revealed to her that Rosalie Belmont married into the Goetia family and seeing her daughter was half human, Rosalie explained everything to Adrianna. The more Rosalie told her story the more Adrianna understood Rosalie's feelings for Lucrecio even after he told his story before he met Rosalie, Adrianna now had a full understanding of the real Ars Goetia family and she also liked the ideas Lucrecio had in wanted to make a difference for the greater good....
"You adopted?" Charlie shouted that to Rosalie in shocked after Rosalie introduced Adrianna to her at the Hazbin Hotel, the rest of the members of the hotel where just as surprised as Charlie
"I sure did, allow me to officially introduce my adopted daughter Adrianna McMillan Belmont. It's been a few centuries since I adopted someone into my family." While Rosalie was talking she looked at Adrianna
"And Adrianna I'd like for you to meet my new friend and business partner Princess Charlotte Morningstar or Charlie for short." After saying that Vaggie questioned Rosalie
"Is she..anything like you ma'am?"
"A Grand White Witch." Alastor perked up hearing that from Rosalie
"Now that's just as rare as yourself Rosalie." Rosalie glared at Alastor who still had the Chester cat grin on her face
"Don't get any ideas Alastor, with some training she'll be doing she'll easily handle overlords like yourself."
Rosalie meant what she said, but instead of herself Cordelia wanted to teach Adrianna how to fight and how to use the Belmont weapons. Adrianna didn't stay in hell long since she wasn't use to it and didn't want to be reminded of her abductor, but Rosalie stayed at the Hazbin Hotel and was enjoying a few drinks at the bar.
"Fuck lady, you can hold your alcohol?" Husker said that being amazed how easy Rosalie was handling her booze after her fifth strong drink
"I've been a live for centuries I think I can handle this?" Using her magic she summoned a bottle of wine and the bottle caught Husker's and Angel Dust's attention when he came to the bar seeing the bottle was shaped like a rose stem and seeing the age on the glass
"Usually looking wine bottle, looks old?"
"It is old, I made THIS brand not long after I settled in New Orleans. I don't sell this since it took a few hundred years in aging, I got like a tone of these things half of them I've aged in sea water which was where THIS bottle is from. You boys want a try it?" With that said that using her levitating magic Rosalie pouring the wine in three wine glasses and offered one each to the two demons who where surprised by what was happening, then one glass turned to an almost empty bottle and husker passed out drunk on the floor. Rosalie was feeling the alcohol to her head while she was pouring another glass for herself and Angel Dust
"Man, this is thee best wine I've ever had. Wish I had something like this before I died." Angel Dust said that before he drank his glass
"I keep this type of wine hidden or as a very special gift, I gave a bottle to Willow on her wedding." Rosalie said that after he finished pouring all that was left of the bottle and just as he finished she accidentally dropped the lid
"Damn it, I need to keep the lid." When she got it she didn't notice that Angel Dust had put a type of drug in her wine and was fast enough for her not to see it when she picked up the lip and put it back in the bottle
"I reuse the bottles, saves me a little effort." Rosalie then drank the wine and finished it off and started feeling a little tipsy and her head spinning
"Man it's been a while since I drank this mu..." She didn't finish her sentence as she black out due to the drugs that was in her drink and Angel Dust had a guilty look on his face as he picked her up using two of his arms and in his other hand was texting someone while he was heading to the front door
" I'm sorry Rose, I really am. You've been great, but I ain't got no other choice."
What Angel Dust referred was Valentino, he had ordered Angel Dust to bring Rosalie to him the next time he saw her and to get her to take a special drug he had made just for her. The person Angel Dust texted was Valentino saying that he had Rosalie drugged and drunk, of course it didn't take Valentino long for him to arrive at the hotel in his limousine.
"Gotta say Val...this is the first time I've seen ya so....gentle with someone. Guess ya really do care about her still?" Angel Dust said that to Valentino seeing that he was gently rubbing the top of Rosalie's head while she was still passed out and her head on his lap, Angel was sitting on the opposite of Valentino the moment the vehicle started moving.
"~Don't get used to seeing this, it's been a long while with me.~" Valentino said that not looking at Angel Dust and smiling down at Rosalie while his fingers ran threw her very long hair and even taking it out the very long braid she had it in and couldn't help put caressing her cheek and admiring the warmth
"~It's been so long since I've felt living flesh, she feels just like how I remember."
Yes Angel Dust was nervous but he was more terrified when Rosalie would wake up and realize what happened, he really didn't want to dye by Rosalie Belmont's hands. But at the same time the situation fascinated him, he had never seen Valentino act the way he was with Rosalie. It was clear that he still had feelings for her even after he died and came to hell, but Angel Dust was more curious in what was going to happen afterwards. Yes Rosalie is a VERY powerful being but he wondered how Valentino was going to managed with someone like her along with her allied when they hear that she had been abducted.

Allied Nations War Council Trials
Part VIII

Mathilda Lofton-Strauss
Following her husband, is the former Princess Mathilda Lofton-Strauss

Tsarina Ekaterina: "Mrs. Lofton-Strauss, thank you for being here and patiently waiting for your turn on the stand. We apologize for making you wait so long to hear what is essentially, nothing at all. I yield the floor to Judge Pelletier, who has your statement."

Queen Genevieve Pelletier: "Mrs. Lofton-Strauss, this court thanks you for your in depth testimony, offering character evaluations for the entire Windenburgian Royal Family, which has helped us in our judgements throughout this trial. We understand you kept a detailed journal of your interactions with them during the war, beginning from when you were approached by Mrs. Livia Castellano to be a potential bride for the Crown Prince. Is that correct?" Mrs. Lofton-Strauss: "Yes, Ma'am. I knew from the beginning of the war that Windenburg was on the wrong side. When I was chosen to be married to Eugene, I knew I needed to keep track of everything, in case it became useful." Queen Genevieve Pelletier: "Useful indeed it was. For your help in submitting your journal for the investigation, and as compensation for the arranged marriage you were forced into, this court would like to offer you $1,000,000 to reimburse you for the emotional trauma sustained. We would also like to offer you an annulment, before you are returned to Windenburg to your family."

Mrs. Lofton-Strauss: "No thank you, Ma'am." Members of the Public: *whispers of confusion* Queen Genevieve Pelletier: "What do you mean?" Mrs. Lofton-Strauss: "I mean, thank you for the compensation, but no thank you for the annulment. I love my husband. We may have been forced together, but Eugene is a good man, and treats me well. I'd be very happy to remain by his side." Queen Genevieve Pelletier: "You understand Mr. Lofton-Strauss had his titles revolked, correct? That if you remain married, you still won't be a princess?" Mrs. Lofton-Strauss: "That's perfectly fine by me. I love Eugene for who he is, not his titles, and I believe he feels the same way about me." Queen Genevieve Pelletier: "Very well. As a daughter of an Earl, you are entitled to continue to use the honorific of Lady Mathilda, but your husband will continue to be known as Mr. Lofton-Strauss. The court awards you your compensation, but will not proceed with the annulment. Thank you, Lady Mathilda, you are dismissed." Lady Mathilda: "Thank you, judges."
In yet another shock to the people, the former Prince Eugene's arranged marriage turned into love! Lady Mathilda is "sticking by her man," and continuing their marriage, despite losing their titles. What a crazy day this has been!
Stay tuned for more coverage on the trials!

On the last preparation day before the family's vacation, Eddy rode into town to hire a ranch hand who could tend to his property, crops, and animals while they were away. With the fields in order and the crops set up for easier watering, Eddy was focused on getting everything in place when he noticed his daughter, Lucile, approaching.
"Lucile? You should've been getting ready for bed by now. What are you doin' out here?" Eddy inquired, a touch of concern in his eyes as he glanced at his daughter standing by the wooden fence.
Lucile gently approached him and spoke, "Papa, I wanted to talk to you about something. Exactly… how long do you think we'll be gone?"
Eddy raised his brow in thought, a hint of curiosity in his eyes. "Well, we'll be out for the summer and be back before winter hits. Why do you ask?"
Lucile's body bounded with excitement, and it seemed she could hardly contain herself. "Well Pa, I just wanted to get your approval," she said with a gleam in her eyes.
Leaning in close to Eddy, she whispered in her father's ear, "During the Love Day event, I realized me and Jackson have a special connection, and I want your blessing to marry him!"
Eddy felt his whole body tense in shock and disbelief.
He held up his hand, gesturing to Lucile to calm down, "Woah woah, Steady! Hold your horses, little Dove," Eddy's voice had a touch of concern as he tried to steady himself. "When and how did you learn of Jackson's intentions?"
Lucile looked surprised at her father's reaction and started to feel nervous. She stammered a bit, "Well… we just started talking and got along so well. He said I looked beautiful, and we had a dance."
Upon hearing this, Eddy started to feel a heat of irritation, not toward Lucile, of course. She was just a young girl, but Jackson was older, and Eddy knew that Jackson should have known better than to pursue Lucile without him knowing.
Eddy's tone was resolute as he spoke, "No, absolutely not, Lucile. You're too young to be thinkin' 'bout marriage, and I won't have any of that talk."
Lucile felt her heart shatter, her emotions swirling with confusion and sadness at her father's abrupt response. She tensed up, struggling to find the right words. "But Papa! He's a gentleman! He's successful, and it's someone you know! Isn't it good I found love with the son of Mr. Coombes? He's your friend, after all!"
Eddy spoke firmly, "Lucile." A moment of silence lingered between them, and Lucile looked intently at her father, waiting for him to continue.
Eddy let out a weary breath, his gruff demeanor softening a touch. "Well now, Daniel Coombes is my friend, not his boy Jackson.
And it doesn't matter none if they're well-off or not, what truly counts is if that fella's got the right intentions. If he's a proper gentleman, he should've come talkin' to me directly instead of sneakin' 'round to find you alone."
"You're just a young lass, Lucile. There ain't no rush for you to be thinkin' 'bout all this," Eddy said gruffly. "I'll keep an eye on that Jackson, don't you worry. When the time's right, I'll find a suitable match for you. But for now, don't go growin' up too fast."
Lucile nodded solemnly, her dreams of love momentarily dashed. She replied with a subdued voice, "Yes, Papa."
Eddy patted her shoulder with a rough hand, offering a small smile. "That's my girl. Now off to bed with ya, little dove. We'll be ridin' out early come mornin'."
As Eddy walked past her and back up toward the house, it was difficult for Lucile to contain her frustration. She waited until she could no longer hear her father's footsteps to mumble and grumble to herself.
"It's so unfair! Why must he bein' so cruel?" Lucile muttered under her breath, her thoughts filled with irritation. "Jackson is an upstanding man, and he wouldn't have complimented me or asked me to dance if he didn't care. He's just been busy; I'm sure he'll ask for Papa's blessin' soon enough! As soon as we return I bet! "
She took a deep breath, trying to calm her emotions. "All those skills Mama taught me to be a good wife, and now Papa's makin' it a pain to use 'em." Lucile stood in the yard, lost in her thoughts, wishing she had never opened her mouth.

A Martial Master Wakes Up as a Concubine
My name is Ava, and I have been the martial master of my village for as long as I can remember. I have trained in various forms of combat since I was a little girl, and I have always been the strongest and bravest fighter in our village.
One morning, I woke up in a strange room, with rose petals strewn across the floor. I sat up, rubbing my eyes, and tried to remember how I got there. That's when I noticed that I was dressed in a beautiful silk gown, and my hair was adorned with jewels.
Confused, I got out of bed and looked around the opulent room. It was then that I noticed a man sitting on a couch, looking at me with a mix of concern and curiosity.
"Excuse me, do I know you?" I asked, trying to sound as polite as possible.
The man smiled and replied, "Not really, but I know you. You're Ava, the martial master from the village of Lira."
I was taken aback by this revelation. How could this man, who seemed to be a noble, know who I was?
"I am Asher, the King's nephew. And you, my dear, are now my concubine." Asher said with a smirk.
My eyes widened in shock. This was a cruel joke, right? My whole life, I had fought to be equal to men, and now I was reduced to being a concubine? This couldn't be happening.
I looked at Asher and tried to hide my anger. "I demand to know why I am here and why you think I would accept such a demeaning position."
Asher's smirk turned into a sad smile. "Your village was attacked by a rival clan, and you were gravely injured. The King took you in and ordered for you to be treated by his best doctors. But when you woke up, you couldn't remember anything. Not even your own name. The doctors said it was probably due to the head injury you suffered."
I felt a wave of guilt wash over me. My village and my people were in danger, and I was here, living a life of luxury.
Asher continued, "The King saw potential in you and asked me to train you in the art of seduction and etiquette. He believes you could become a valuable asset to our court."
I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was being trained to be a concubine, a mistress to the King.
But as the days passed, I started to get used to my new life. Asher was a patient teacher, and I found myself enjoying our time together. I also learned that he was not just a noble, but a kind-hearted man who genuinely cared about me.
Slowly but surely, I found myself falling for him. And it seemed that Asher reciprocated my feelings. We would sneak away from the palace to spend time together, and during those moments, I forgot about my duties as a concubine and just enjoyed being with him.
But our happiness was short-lived. The King found out about our secret rendezvous and was furious. He had plans for Asher to marry another noblewoman from a powerful family for political reasons.
Feeling betrayed by the man I loved, I decided to leave the palace and return to my village. But before I could leave, Asher stopped me. He revealed that he had been trying to find a way to get out of the arranged marriage and be with me.
With a newfound determination, we came up with a plan to escape from the palace and start a new life together. And with my martial skills and Asher's wit and intelligence, we were able to succeed.
We returned to my village, and I resumed my duties as the martial master. But this time, I had something else to fight for, the love of my life, Asher.
From a mere concubine, I had become the wife of a nobleman, and together, we were unstoppable. And as we stood hand in hand, looking at the sunset over the village, I knew that I was the luckiest person in the world to have woken up as a concubine and found true love in the unlikeliest of places.

Hey I saw your Luke Dunphy x male reader post. And I want to know if you can do a Luke Dunphy x male reader where Luke and the reader been friends since they're in preschool together. During those times Luke and the reader always say that they will get married one day to each other and become husbands but the adults always a strike it off. But as they grow up they became boyfriends in high school and after their graduation they immediately got married who leaves everyone shocked that they went through with it but at the same time happy that they're together.
Being Luke’s future husband…
Luke Dunphy x Male Reader
Warnings: none
Summary: You and Luke have been engaged for more than half your life and his parents don’t realise…
——
The thing about the two of you saying that your going to get married while you are two 5 year olds is that no one really takes you seriously.
Luke’s family just went along with it and it became kinda like a running joke (to them, the two of you were completely serious) like Claire would ask ”Hey Luke, what are you and Y/n doing upstairs” and he’d answer something like ”Were trying to find a good wedding band and a good song for our first dance, we were thinking maybe ”You Needed Me” by Anne Murray”.
And Claire would just nodd and go along with it as if you were really getting married (which you were but she didn’t realise).
Haley and Alex were aware tho as you and Luke had come to them for help with the planning. Haley for decoration advice and to Alex for help with a wedding budget.
As you and Luke got older the two of you started earning money by doing stuff like mowing neighbours lawns, babysitting, pet-sitting, etc.
Gloria was the only adult that realised the two of you were serious about the whole marriage thing and she wanted to be involved in helping the two of you plan which the two of you gladly accepted.
Whenever Manny wanted to take Luke so they could look at pretty girls Luke would always say no because he’s a taken man. Which Manny would respect.
Luke’s parents still didn’t even realise that the two of you were actually together while in high school even though you were really affectionate towards each other. But they wrote it off thinking ”They have always been affectionate towards each other since they were kids so it’s not different now”.
After high school the first thing Luke did was to propose to you, which his parents still thought was part of the long running joke.
They realised it wasn’t a joke when they were sitting in chairs at the wedding and you and Luke were reading your vows to each other. Phil leaned over to Claire and whispered ”They sure put a lot of effort in to this fake wedding” and that’s the moment Claire would realise and say ”Oh my god… i think this is a real wedding”.
They would then lean over to Haley who was crying seeing her baby brother and his long time best friend get married and ask if she knew it was real to which she would answer ”Are you two serious? They have literally been planning this since they were five”.
”Wait? You knew” Claire then asked shocked. ”Yeah, i’ve been helping them since they were like ten and they needed help with designing everything, Alex helped them with the budget, Gloria has helped them find a band, venue and all that stuff”..
Claire would then lean over to Jay, Mitch and Cam and ask the same thing ”Did you guys know this was a real wedding?”. They were all also suprised.
After that they just continued watching the wedding in confusion and saw the two of you say your I Do’s.
In the end they were still really happy for the two of you and knew that since you had basically been engaged for 13 years everything would turn out fine between you.

Hongjoong could already sense that something was off the moment he noticed the door wasn't locked and even more worrying was the fact it was slightly ajar. Quickly taking out his gun just in case, he kicked open the door and widened his eyes as it appeared like some struggle took place. Chairs were turnt over, busted picture frames and glass scattered across the floor, and even more terrifying, droplets of blood were seen.
"Y/N!" He quickly remembered about his spouse.
Running into the bedroom, it was in an even bigger disarray than the living room. On the bed, there was a note folded for him to read. Carefully opening it with trembling hands, his eyes took in each letter. Furiously, he crumbled up the paper and quickly dialed his most trusted friend.
"Get the squad ready."
Although you expected that sooner or later you'd be targeted just for the fact you were married to Hongjoong, nothing could have prepared you for it. After all, Hongjoong didn't seem to care much about you, treating your marriage strictly like a business deal and hardly interacting with you. It wouldn't have surprised you if he didn't even care enough to show up and save you.
But you were wrong when he broke in himself and got you safely out of there, despite having suffered quite a few injuries that had you worrying.
"Stop fretting over it, it's just a scratch." He told you when you tried to wipe the blood trickling down the side of his head wound.
"I'm sorry......you're hurt because I-"
"No one is to blame here but me. I chose to go after you and rescue you because I wanted to. If anything, I should be apologizing for getting you in this situation in the first place."
Sighing softly, you tugged at the dirtied sleeves of your shirt.
"It's not like it's really your fault. We were thrown together and naturally they thought they could get the upper hand if they captured me. And to be honest.....you didn't have to save me. I know you don't care about-"
With a loud gasp, you shut up when Hongjoong unexpectedly sat up and kissed you. You were stunned to react and even more shocked by his next words.
"I always cared. And that's precisely why you were kidnapped. From the start, I acted as if I didn't care about you to protect you. They would have never taken you if they thought that I had no regards for you whatsoever. However, I obviously couldn't hide my feelings that well, given the taunting letter they left me. As soon as I read it, I knew I had to get you back to me as soon as possible."
Kissing the top of your forehead, Hongjoong smiled at you for the first time in your marriage life.
"And I'm happy to take you back to our home, where you rightfully belong."
❥𝓟𝓪𝓻𝓴 𝓢𝓮𝓸𝓷𝓰𝓱𝔀𝓪
Putting the finishing touches on your makeup and fixing your hair, you beamed with joy at your reflection in the mirror. You felt truly beautiful and walked out into the living room, where your handsome husband was currently on his phone, no doubt talking about some business things with Hongjoong. He seemed to always be busy, never having any time for anything else.
Including you, which somewhat hurt you.
"I'm ready." You told him, shyly tucking some of your hair behind your ear as you hoped he'd like the dress you were wearing, choosing a blue color since you knew it was his favorite.
"Ok. Go wait out in the limousine, I'll be there shortly."
Barely even giving you a glance, he dialed Hongjoong up and continued to further discuss some matters. Sighing softly, you walked rather disappointed out to the car, slamming the door behind you. When Seonghwa joined you a few minutes later, you didn't even care to hide your anger and frustration at him. You still had a scowling look on your face when you arrived at the party, not bothering this time to stick by Seonghwa's side like you usually did other times, playing the role of a perfect and loving wife. And Seonghwa neither noticed nor cared about it. In fact, he never really hid how little your marriage seemed to matter to him. Perhaps he treated it as any other business he owned.
"Such a pity to see such a beautiful lady look so down during such a lovely evening."
Recognizing the voice as Minho, a friend of Seonghwa, you forced a small smile.
"Not really much to be happy about really." You merely stated.
"Is your oh so loving hubby being the usual prince charming he is?" He rolled his eyes, knowing full well just like everyone else how he really treated you.
"What difference does it make? He'll never even look at me."
Unable to let the opportunity go to waste, even if it was his friend, Minho gently caressed your cheek.
"You know....... maybe you should stop trying so hard for a jerk like him....and maybe open your eyes to someone who actually knows you exist."
You were frozen when he leaned in to kiss you, then gasped loudly when none other than Seonghwa pushed him off you, sending Minho crashing onto one of the tables behind him.
"She is my wife! And the next time you touch her, I will cut your hand off!" He warned him.
You didn't even have time to process what was happening as Seonghwa dragged you outside, his grip on your wrist tight and fierce. When you reached the car, you were going to ask him what was going on but you had no time as he pressed you against the car and began to kiss you fervently and hungrily. You were left speechless and breathless, with your legs getting weak as he let out low snarls in between his kisses on your neck.
"Mine.......you're all mine."
❥𝓙𝓮𝓸𝓷𝓰 𝓨𝓾𝓷𝓱𝓸
Both Yunho and you were beyond nervous at this point, hell you actually felt somewhat terrified. You knew exactly what his parents wanted when they organized this 'family vacation'. This wasn't a getaway to spend time together and they made it obviously clear at dinner when you came back from the bathroom and overheard him arguing with his parents.
"You know I can't ask her to do that!" Yunho adamantly said.
"You've been married for over a year Yunho. It's time and you know it." His mother insisted.
"I will not impregnate her. Have you ever considered her feelings? Maybe she doesn't want kids. Maybe I don't want kids, have you ever thought of that?" He asked them, voice getting more agitated.
"It's both of your duties to produce heirs to keep control and stability in the organization. Your life is at risk on a daily basis. If you die with no children it'll only cause chaos and disruption." His father reminded him.
That was the one thing you dreaded facing since the day you said "I do", having to be forced to become nothing more than a baby maker. Yunho knew from the beginning how uncomfortable you were during your first night together, that's why he ended up sleeping in another room, as he had done every day afterwards, not wanting you to freak out and giving you your space.
But now you both stared at the single king sized bed in your hotel room, reality staring you in the face. Neither of you said a word as you took turns changing and getting ready to go to sleep in the bathroom, Yunho letting you go first. As you crept into the bed, your hands tightly held onto the blanket, your eyes staring blankly at the ceiling, unaware of anything until you felt the bed shift next to you. You inhaled sharply when you felt Yunho's fingers caress your hair.
"Y/N-"
"Just get it over with will you?! Just knock me up and make your parents happy. I don't care anymore."
Although you tried to sound strong, the tremble in your voice gave you away. You could feel tears starting to well up in your eyes. When Yunho moved to hover above you, you instantly shut your eyes, tears lightly spilling out. You could feel his breath ghost over your lips and then suddenly they moved as he planted the gentlest of kiss on your forehead.
"Good night my dear. I promise I won't take up too much space."
Confused you open your eyes and watched as Yunho turned on his side, facing away from you as he scooted to give you as much room as he possibly could.
"I don't...I don't understand why..." You didn't even know what you were asking at this point.
"I'm not going to be that asshole that will make you do something you're not prepared for. I respect, value and admire you too much to make you go through that. I'll just wait until you're ready."
You weren't going to deny that your heart fluttered at his words.
"But your parents-"
"They can suck it. I've lived this long, I think I'll be fine. They can wait like I'm willing to wait. The only downside is putting up with their bullshit and nagging for disobeying them...."
You could tell he was falling asleep by the way his voice started to mumble and lower in tone, and his tiny yawn made it more obvious. You were prepared for his cute tiny rambling but you didn't expect what he said next.
"But that's what I get for falling in love with you..."

Yeosang stared out the spacious window of his office, the glittering city lights looking as splendid as they did every night, bustling with sounds of the inhabitants coming out to party and overall enjoy life. They seemed to be mocking him, mocking him for being happy while he felt miserable and empty inside.
It had been hours since you had already left, your plane had probably already landed back to your hometown and you were now ready to settle into your new life....away from him. He couldn't stop replaying the argument you had just a day ago:
"Can't you at least pretend to care?" You spat out, dropping your fork against the plate of food in front of you.
"If you know what I'm like, why even ask?" Was his only reply.
"Yes I know what you're like! You're cold, stoic, soulless and have no regards for anyone's feelings but your own! Being married to you all these years, I know you better than anyone! But I'm sick of it. I'm sick of you not caring enough to even try." She could feel her voice starting to crack.
Letting out a deep sigh, Yeosang pinched the bridge of his nose in frustration.
"From the beginning, you knew what you were getting in to. We didn't get married because we were a couple of lovestruck fools wanting to vow our lives to each other. Our parents arranged it and we had no choice. If you were stupid enough to catch feelings well then..."
Finally lifting his gaze to look at you, his eyes were unwavering as he coldly declared:
"That's not my fault. And you can't expect me to reciprocate your feelings when I don't even have any to begin with."
Not taking anymore, you began crying tears of heartbreak, anger, frustration and indignation all at the same time. Standing up, you firmly declared your intent of going back home, not willing to put up or stay with him anymore.
"Ok."
Not even a goodbye, a farewell or even another look at you. Those were his final words before you stormed out and made preparations to leave as soon as possible. Yeosang had spent the entire day pacing back and forth, unable to think or do anything except look at the clock almost every hour. He had been counting the seconds since your flight was scheduled to leave, that's how he knew you were home by then.
He cursed himself for being a coward. For not speaking up and telling you how much you actually meant to him, how scared he was of his feelings for you, and most of all, he hated himself for not running out to stop you. Now you were gone from his life forever........ unless....
"Get my plane ready."
❥𝓒𝓱𝓸𝓲 𝓢𝓪𝓷
San and you didn't even meet each other until you were both standing at the altar, families ready to join together two criminal organizations to grow their power even further. Both of you looked at each and instantly felt what the other was feeling: shock, denial, insecurity, but most of all, fear. Both of you were afraid of what was going to happen. Though he was trembling just as much as you, San made sure to reach for your hand, squeezing it in his own. With that small gesture, you knew and felt what he was silently saying:
"We're going to get through this together. Just trust me and believe in me. I'll take care of you. You're not alone in this and I'll be right there by your side."
You two got along fairly well, even if there was still awkwardness between the two of you. You were both also still shy around each other that you wouldn't talk unless it was necessary or because something caught one or the other's attention and wanted to share their thoughts out loud, which the other one would try to enthusiastically add on to converse more, but it always ended in awkward laughter.
Yeah. It was extremely awkward. But at least there was no hostility between you two and you guys did enjoy watching movies together at times, hardly speaking a word, but there was no silence at all. You could read each other's minds and feelings all the time. It was truly strange how in tune your thoughts seemed to be at times and scary too. Your mind began to recall times when strange things happened like the time you were craving a certain food and coincidentally, San came later with the exact same food because he got a feeling you wanted some. Or the time you were supposed to go visit extended family but in the end didn't get on the train and went straight home because you felt San needed you. He thought you were crazy, but later that night he was burning up with a fever and you spent your weekend nursing him back to health.
"What did this all mean?" You both thought to yourselves.
"A soulmate is someone that just gets you. It's a connection of minds, a mutual respect, an unconditional love and a total understanding. It's about being yourself and knowing, not only that person is following and understanding your thoughts, but is right there with you, side by side." The actress in the movie you were watching said.
Suddenly everything seemed to click. At the moment both of you felt like the answer to your questions were finally answered. Slowly you both turned and faced one another. Giving you a warm smile as he read your thoughts, San leaned in to cup your cheek with one hand, his thumb drawing circles around it. Brushing his lips against yours, he sighed blissfully as he looked in your eyes.
"My lovely soulmate..."
❥𝓢𝓸𝓷𝓰 𝓜𝓲𝓷𝓰𝓲
When Mingi met you, he was sort of put off by how different you were from him.
"Hi! I'm Y/N, your soon to be wife but please don't think of me as that if you don't want to. Think of me as your friend. I just know we'll get along!"
You were actually squealing and wrapping your arms around him in a tight hug, almost bouncing up and down with joy while Mingi just stood there stiff as a pole, wondering what the hell made you be so happy and cheerful like that.
"Ok.....ok got it, you can let go now." He tried to squirm out of your embrace, but you merely tightened your grip on him causing him to let out a harsh "oof!" at your strength.
"For such a tiny person, you sure aren't weak." He pointed out.
Married life with you for Mingi was...... different to say the least. He was used to such a gloomy, dark and hostile environment that having a tiny bubble bursting with energy was unusual and not something he was accustomed to. You always greeted him with such enthusiasm and happiness, not to mention you were such a caring housewife, always feeding him and taking care of him. Sometimes Mingi questioned whether you've ever seen the harsh side of the mafia world. Judging by your love for life and others, he guessed no.
And his assumptions were correct when you both were at a party held by some of his other mafia friends. Taking advantage of the occasion, rival gangs infiltrated the building. Storming in, explosions went off in several places, and gun shots were being fired at all directions. Mingi quickly jumped up and tackled you onto the ground, covering your body from the bullets that were being poured out. Taking your hand, he told you to stay down as he safely guided you out of the hall. Once you guys were far away, he quickly sprung up, pulling you up with him as he began running towards the nearest exit, pulling out his hidden gun just in case. You were in shock, even more when you guys passed a couple of dead bodies in the hallway. Feeling sick, you don't even remember how Mingi managed to get you both out of there alive and in one piece before the entire place burst into flames. Staring at the raging fire, you felt like you couldn't breathe, desperately trying to gasp for air.
"Honey, look at me. Look at me ok? You're safe. You're all right and you're going to be all right. Nothing is going to happen to you ok?"
You nodded, trying to choke back tears and forcing a smile on your face, but ultimately failing. Seeing you break down, Mingi immediately pulled you into his arms, his fingers running through your hair as he felt his heart break. You were such a fragile, sensitive and extremely precious person to him. He couldn't bear to see his ray of sunshine and hope in his dark world break down in front of him. He knew had to protect you at all costs and take care of you.
"It's ok my darling angel. I won't let any harm come to you. I swear on my life I'll protect you."
Wiping your tears away, he kissed the top of your head and smiled warmly at you.
"Come on. I'll take you home and have one of those cuddling sessions you always enjoy having."
❥𝓙𝓾𝓷𝓰 𝓦𝓸𝓸𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓷𝓰
You wanted to die, and that wasn't an understatement. You felt utterly humiliated at the fact your parents actually sold you into marriage to some mafia lord's son to pay off their debts. You didn't even have time to process anything, one day you were just bound and stuffed into the back of a car and soon found yourself inside a grand old mansion. You felt alone and scared, unsure of what was going to happen to you. And you were beyond trembling when you met your future husband, expecting some evil and sadistic man when in reality:
"Hi! I'm Jung Wooyoung, your soon to be husband and I can tell we're going to be really happy together!"
He greeted you with just a charismatic enthusiasm, eyes practically beaming when he first saw you.
"Hi, I'm L/N Y/N, the girl that's going to be caged to you for life......or death. Whichever comes first."
He laughed at that, coming closer and squeezed your cheeks.
"You're so cute, I'm already in love with you."
Love? You seriously thought he was insane. You certainly didn't fall in love with him at first sight. And even after months of being married to him, you still didn't felt love towards him, even though Wooyoung tried anything and everything to not only make life easier for you, but in hopes of getting you to reciprocate his feelings.
"Hey Y/N. Look! I got you a present! Open it. I know you'll love it."
You groaned at the thought of another expensive present being given to you. You felt bad that he went through all these troubles when they'd all end in vain. Peeling the ribbon off the huge box, you didn't even get to open the box since the Welsh Corgi inside jumped out and tackled you to the ground. You couldn't help but giggle when it began licking your face, its tail wagging out of joy.
"I knew you'd like him. Now he can keep you company so you won't be lonely while I'm gone."
Rolling your eyes, you couldn't let the opportunity pass to poke fun at him.
"Who said I was even going to miss you?" You chuckled, petting the dog's head.
"You never know." Wooyoung insisted.
Leaving you for 5 months, you couldn't believe you actually started to miss his obnoxiously loud presence. Sure your puppy kept you complaining and cuddled you, but it wasn't the same. You hated to admit it....
But you actually wanted Wooyoung to come back and smother you with what you always referred to as his annoying affection.
Opening the front door, Wooyoung called out that he was home. He smiled when he was greeted by his furry friend rather enthusiastically. But he was not expecting for you to run out and jump at him, your arms wrapping around his neck. Although he stumbled slightly, he made sure to catch you, your legs wrapping around his waist.
"Y/N are you-?"
He widened his eyes when you crashed your lips on his, kissing him as if your life depended on it. Once getting over the shock, he had a smug grin as he kissed you back.
"Told you you'd miss me."
❥𝓒𝓱𝓸𝓲 𝓙𝓸𝓷𝓰𝓱𝓸
Jongho terrified you. From day one, you were intimidated by him. He always had a blank expression, hardly talked and he had a reputation for being brutally strong. Obviously you felt like you were walking on eggshells around him, afraid to piss him off. Anytime he called out to you or came near you, your body would jump.
"Y/N..."
Shrieking, you turned around when you felt his hand brush against your lower back. Tilting his head, he raised an eyebrow at your reaction.
"I needed something from the cabinet."
Without breaking eye contact, his hands gripped your waist as he slightly moved you to the side, fingers digging into your skin. After having gotten what he wanted, his thumb poked your nose as he winked at you.
"Thanks doll."
You swore he was teasing you. He'd purposefully use any occasion to show off his strength to you, his favorite being cutting up wood in the yard with an axe. You couldn't help but stare at his arms that were visible due to him wearing a sleeveless shirt. When he noticed you staring, he sent a smug smile your way which caused you to blush and you immediately retreated back inside the house.
There was also the time he accidentally walked in on you changing. There you were, standing in nothing but your lacy underwear set, for some reason not embarrased or hiding yourself as Jongho inhaled deeply as his eyes raked your body. Subtly biting his lips, he apologized before reluctantly leaving the room.
Both of you were frustrated by that point, tired of the light teasing. Jongho was the one who decided to put a stop to it one night he came home from a mission. He had been badly hurt and you, worrying about him, sat him down to tend to his wounds. It was a struggle since he had to remove his shirt and you were blushing violently, eyes always looking away.
"It's ok doll. I'm your husband...you can look at me."
His hands that were holding onto your arms began caressing your elbows, subtly pulling you closer to him without you noticing until you were firmly planted on his lap.
"Do you want me my little doll?" He asked you, voice in a low whisper as his breath fanned over your lips.
"Cause I've wanted you since the first day I laid my eyes on you."

Jealousy (Teo x MC)

The night prior, @domesticitea mentioned to me that Teo says an actress was his first love. I was.. a bit upset at that fact ngl LOL. But it made sense in my head. I mean, he works in films, it would be natural if he fell in love with an actress before meeting us. It wasn’t until much later in the night that I find out what exactly Teo’s meaning of “first love” actually is. This small fic was born from this realization.
xxx
You sat on the couch mindlessly scrolling through your phone while some comedy movie was playing in the background of your living room. It was a chill lazy day as Teo sleepily watched the movie from the comfort of your lap, which his head was laying on. You weren’t really paying attention to the movie, but every once in a while you could feel the vibrations coming from Teo’s chuckles whenever there was a particularly funny part.
Your phone scrolling came to a halt when you saw a post from your old high school friend on Outstagram. It seems he was happily married now, his wife looking up lovingly at him in her wedding gown. At some point during high school, you had somewhat of a crush on your friend, but never pursued anything with him. The timing was never right, and so you parted ways after graduation and that was the end of that. But seeing this picture, you couldn’t help but think how things would have turned out if something blossomed between you two while in school. Would that have been you next to him in that picture? Would you have met Teo? In the end, it didn’t really matter anyway. Teo was your first real love, and you wouldn’t change it for the world. He was the only one you thought about getting married to now, no one else.
“Hey, honey? Am I your first love?” You found yourself blurting out the thought that crossed your mind so suddenly.
“Hm?” Teo sleepily turned his head so he was looking up at you from your lap.
“What’s this about, jagi?” He started to slowly sit up, stretching his arms around a bit.
You bit your lip nervously, you’re not sure why you even asked this. No going back now, you might as well continue what you started.
“Well, I was just thinking that you are my first real love, and I wanted to know if I am your first too..”
“Hmm.. well. There was this one actress–”
“An actress?!” You cut him off abruptly, your eyes going wide. Of course his first love was an actress. Teo worked in movies, filming beautiful perfect women. It shouldn’t come as a shock, but it very much did.
You suddenly felt a pit in your stomach.
“Uh, yeah.. jagi, are you okay? You don’t look so well.” Teo tried to reach out for you but you suddenly stood up from the couch.
“I have to use the restroom!” You blurted out and immediately dashed into the bathroom, leaving a confused and dumbfounded Teo on the couch.
You looked at yourself in the mirror and the pit in your stomach returned. You could never compare to an actress. Just what did Teo see in you? You were just a barista, nothing special.
For Teo to consider this actress as his first love, they must have gotten pretty serious right? I mean, love is a big word. Did.. did they think about marriage? Having a family? All the things you think about having with Teo, did he also think about them with her?
“Jagiya, are you okay?” His muffled voice behind the door suddenly snapped you out of your thoughts. You were being foolish. It shouldn’t matter anymore, he is with you now. His soft knocking at the door and worried yet soft tone of his voice is proof of that. You couldn’t help feeling this way though. What was this feeling?
With a deep sigh, you turn to open the door.
“I’m okay, I promise. I just needed a minute.” You turned your back away from him, your words coming out colder than you had intended.
“Did I do something wrong?” Teo sounded genuinely confused at your change in attitude. One second you were both cuddling on the couch and the next you’re giving him the cold shoulder. You turn around to face him so quickly, thoughts coming at you at 100 words per minute.
“No- no! It’s just me! I shouldn’t be feeling upset about the fact that I’m not your first love, I mean who wouldn’t want you, you’re the most amazing man in the world, but agh I can’t help but feel disappointed that there is another woman, a beautiful talented actress at that, who stole that spot from me! Did you think about marrying her at one point? Having a family? Cause you’re the only one I have thought about doing those things with and it shouldn’t even matter anym–”
“Jagiya, jagiya! Wait a second, take a deep breath!” Teo cuts you off, quickly coming up to face you. The word vomit you spewed out is still slowly processing in his head. His expressions switch from worried, to confused, and suddenly they switch over to surprise and then a hint of.. smugness?
“Wait, you think that– wait jagi, are you jealous?” Teo’s now fully sporting a grin on his face. How could he smile at a time like this! Maybe you really are foolish and he is realizing that now.
“So what if I am! It doesn’t matter anyway, I’ll get over it eventually.” You turned to face away from him again, too embarrassed to look at him any longer.
You feel his strong arms envelope you from behind as he chuckles into the back of your hair. He places a soft kiss there.
“Jagiya, you got it all wrong. I never went out with this actress! I just had a massive crush on her as a teenager when I saw her in movies. A teenager’s imagination can be quite wild, you know?”
Wait a minute. What. What??
“What?!” You turned your whole body to face him, a grin still plastered on his face as he looked down at you.
You start punching his chest lightly. You are in disbelief.
“That doesn’t count, Teo! You absolute dork! Ugh I cannot believe you!” You shouted up at him as you continued to playfully assault him as he threw his head back in laughter.
“What do you mean that doesn’t count? In my head we were practically married!” He winked down at you.
You glare up at him before breaking into a smile. You couldn’t believe what a turn of events this was. He slowly cups your face and gives you a soft tender kiss.
“Jagiya, you are my only true love. I don’t have to imagine being married to you, or having a family with you, because I will make sure it will become a reality. It won’t be just dreams or fantasy. You’re the only one for me, okay?”
He finishes his declaration with another chaste kiss on your lips, before turning away to walk out from the bathroom.
“I liked seeing you jealous though.” He looks back at you smugly, his words snapping you out of your daze.
You cannot believe your dork of a boyfriend. You proceed to chase him throughout your apartment, playfully scolding him as his laughs fill your home.

Ok so I'm gonna talk about the arranged marriage au because the vigilante one isn't super well developed
Basis of this is that both wilbur and Q are nobility. Wilbur is a prince, son of King Philza of Lmanburg. Quackity is the adopted son of lord Sam, who is a retired General from the badlands. Sam is well connected with the royal family of the badlands so philza reaches out to him to arrange something to tie the two countries together.
They decide a political marriage would make sense. Philza offers up Wilbur, his second oldest [while im not a huge fan of techno being oldest sibling, it exists for plot reasons] and Sam asks his adopted children, Hannah, Quackity, and Boomer, who would be willing [Wilburs bi in this so gender doesnt matter]. Hannah is mortified by the idea and boomer is very uncomfortable. Quackity also isn't a huge fan of the idea but he agrees, because as an adopted noble, he feels it necessary to validate his spot.
So they do a bunch of preparations, and 2 weeks before the ceremony, quackity and his family go to lmanburgs palace. Quackity is nervous to meet his fiance but pushes through it. When quackity finally gets to talk to Wilbur, Wil is a huge fucking bitch. He's really bossy and criticizes every aspect of quackity. After introductions, Wilbur leaves abruptly. Quackity is angry, to say the least. Techno looks at Wilbur going very confused, he then apologizes for his brother.
So quackity goes back to the suite he and his house are staying in. He vents his frustrations and confusion about his betrothed to his family. Everyone dismisses it as wedding nerves, since that's known to make people act different. Quackity starts to get anxious because he doesn't know if Wilbur is gonna be this insufferable this entire time.
Next day comes, there's more preparations. I'm gonna do a small timeskip because this part isn't super developed but just know Wilbur continues being a bitch and quackity doesn't fight back because he is trying to be a good son. He continues to tell his siblings about wilburs insufferability and both Hannah and boomer start to grow a distaste for their future brother in law.
Anyways, one day, Hannah goes out to the forest. Did I mention there's magic in this au? Yeah there's fae and shit. Magical creatures and such as well as humans with magical abilities. [Wilburs got a sort of sirens song thing in this and philza can fly, stuff like that]
So Hannah's out in the forest, she's a potion style witch and has a large magic radar. In the middle of the woods she feels the dimension shift slightly. She scans her surroundings and prepares for a fight. She finds a ghostly figure, it approaches her. She inquires as to what it is, and it tries to talk, but it comes out all warbled.
Hannah does some magic stuff to sort of like,, analyze? The ghost thing. She concludes that it's not a harmful spirit and sets up a sort of spell circle that will restore the creature to its original form.
The ghost steps inside and there's a light. Suddenly there is a man standing before Hannah and he looks exactly like her brothers bitchy prince fiance but with a white streak in his brown hair.
News flash bitch! Quackity actually hasn't met Wilbur! It's an imposter! changeling! It trapped Wilbur in a pocket dimension and took his place, planning to kill the entire wedding party during the reception.
Hannah loses her mind a tad but agrees to help the real Wilbur with destroying the imposter. They get back to the palace with only a couple hours to the wedding.
Hannah gets ready for the wedding like she would usually but packs her weapons.
They get into the marriage hall and everyone is tense, quackify is upset and trying to hide it. The priest says the whole "object or forever hold your peace" bit and Hannah stands up and objects. Everyone is shocked but she continues. She says that the man up there isn't Wilbur and she won't allow her brother to get married to someone else.
People dismiss her as crazy and just wanting to hold onto her brother but then Wilbur walks in and is like "no listen to the mean fairy lady. That bitch is an among us imposter."
He beheads the motherfucker and they cancel the wedding. Quackity is relieved and very confused. Wilbur starts to explain but kinda drifts off. He then passes out because apparently not sleeping for 3 days and running on pure adrenaline like him makes you a bit exhausted.
Then because of that whole fiasco, Q and fam stay at the palace for a couple more months. wilbur and Q have plenty of time to truly get to know each other this time. And while they both started off apprehensive, they truly do fall in love. Then they get married! Its a bjt more in depth than that but im tired and this is lokg enough. But otheriwse, that's all I got rn
Also can you tell I was listening to this day aria

Dear JWB, analysis anon here❤️❤️❤️ I am so glad more and more people are asking you analysis asks and I get to enjoy your posts❤️ Keep them coming. So here’s my ask for today— how do you think the families reconciled with the sudden shock of Arnav marrying Khushi (elopement) ? While Nani and Anjali did have an idea about their attraction, the Gupta family was literally in dark—how come they were more angry than shocked? Do you think the serial showed misplaced reactions from the Guptas? TIA
Dearest Analysis Anon,
Thank you SO much for your love and attention! It's always a pleasure to see you here on the blog.
how do you think the families reconciled with the sudden shock of Arnav marrying Khushi (elopement) ?
Everyone was aware Arnav and Khushi had some sort of connection. To the Guptas it felt like every road always led to the Raizadas, to the Raizadas Khushi-Chotte as a ship was becoming obvious.
After a point, and with Khushi's continuous efforts, both the families understood that their anger is pointless. Either way, both the families wanted their children to get settled happily and both the families start melting when they see Arnav and Khushi caring for each other.
Arnav fiercely defending Khushi during the Muh Dikhai, lovingly feeding her kheer, going down on his knees to make her wear his mother's bangles, they enter their house hand in hand, etc.
Also I think one of the ways the families got over the shock is - taking the shock factor out - Arnav and Khushi getting married isn't a bad idea. Khushi is in the same house with Payal. The Guptas are aware of how much the Raizadas love Khushi. Arnav's generosity and kindness despite his rougher personality makes him likable - especially the way he's respectful and always defends the Guptas/Payal in front of Manorama paints a good image of him to the Guptas.
Ideally, in terms of family and personalities, having Khushi and Arnav as a pair isn't one too difficult to digest. In fact it's a charming pair. The Holi episode and moment not only helps the Raizadas and Guptas to get over the shock, in fact they're besotted with this new pair and actively ship it! They see love!
While Nani and Anjali did have an idea about their attraction, the Gupta family was literally in dark—how come they were more angry than shocked? Do you think the serial showed misplaced reactions from the Guptas?
Yes and no. Khushi, despite being loved, has a very transactional relationship with her adoptive family and she needs to constantly prove her worth to be loved by her adoptive family.
Sacrifices the truth for Payal? Loved. Is becoming the breadwinner for the family? Loved. Does everything possible to float finances? Loved.
And the beauty is in the fact that this isn't made intentional. It's there in the nuances. Any love the Guptas shows to Khushi - barring Shashi - is with the hint of expected gratitude and obedience because they've allowed her to become a part of the family.
Mind you Shashi is the only one who's not upset. He's worried and confused. He's constantly asking her why she eloped but isn't judging her for it. He's the only one acting really like a family member.
They're not only upset because Khushi eloped - she eloped on the day of Payal's wedding, into Payal's family, with the most powerful person in Payal's sasuraal. Khushi's actions could jeopardize Payal's marriage given Manorama was truly finding an excuse to taunt Payal and break the wedding.
They were angry because Khushi demeaned Payal's family in front of Payal's sasuraal. They feared Payal would be judged harshly for this and Khushi had defiled their respect - given conservative standards.
Also Arnav and Khushi were very quiet and miserable about why they got married. So sudden elopement that's accompanied by silence and tears brings forth several questions. Have they been engaging in premarital sex? Is Khushi pregnant? And that is the insinuation - everyone thinks boundaries have been breached.
Which reflects poorly on the Guptas and their upbringing.
So of course they are angry on Khushi for that. And thus disowning her is their way of detaching themselves from the shame Khushi brought upon them. After a few days, when its evident Khushi isn't pregnant and everything is fine in Payal's home - the Guptas calm down.
So while their reactions are right considering their conservative standards and how they push Khushi against her will on occasion... I did find it weird that Shashi/Payal weren't given wider spaces to argue on behalf of Khushi.
I felt very robbed as a viewer that at one point Payal didn't go "You really can't be angry on her for marrying a man of her choice considering you forced her to be with a married man,"
One dialogue like that, alone, would've made things so much more acceptable. The simple fact that they don't acknowledge how they had nearly ruined Khushi's life and brought her shame hurts me.
It's a little loophole in that story - I can never find myself truly forgiving Guptas for that alone. Although it is very much like Indian elders to not hold themselves responsible for their mistakes and disown their kids at the very first mistake.
Much love my dearest AA <3
