ATEEZ

Hades and Death

Now ATEEZ is Hades, lord of the dead, Wooyoung and San carry their flags from the depths from the smoke to stake a claim. The black, the feathers, the cerburus head and the green/blue flames. But like death, they are inevitable, unstoppable, death will always win in the end. Death comes in many forms and ATEEZ is an incredibly flexible group, their perfomances are enduring and otherworldly. they are without limit or restriction.

And to end this I want to talk about the crown and the throne. We have the Triangle Fight with Hyunjin, Juyeon and San.

Now very notably in their stages both TBZ and SKZ go to the crown, but ATEEZ doesn't. They are the only ones to end at the throne, where TBZ started. Not only that, but they also carry on their flags while the others already have theirs hanging. ATEEZ plant their flags, staking a claim and instead of fighting for the crown, they sit on the throne, assuming the position of power, as if the crown was just the battle but they will take the throne in the end. Also in the dance, San comes later, sneaking in whilst Juyeon and Hyunjin fight, as if while these great powers duke it out, ATEEZ will go ahead and take the real prize.

But to be totally honest this is anyones game, TBZ already showed us that they are amazing performers and both ATZ and SKZ are incredible on stage too, all I know for sure is we are in for an amazing show!

Rant About 16x24

I posted this on FB on the 24th May and thought I had posted it here too. but it seems I did not do that. So here it is:

Rant about the last ep of season 16. To sum it up I'm angry, very angry. Here we go: So, if it not were for Mark Harmon that would have been my last NCIS ep. I'm beyond angry that they brought her back – tell me what for? The show finally felt right again after years of drama actorwise and in the fandom. There was some quiet, the writers did a fantastic job the whole season and now that. All the ruckus starts anew.

I don't want her back!!! And as I 'm at it, I don't want MW or PP back.  I want that the actual cast gets kudos for their great work and giving us that great show, not that screaming for people who left the show for their own reasons with not the littlest thought of the fans or the crew.

Oh, and the only reason she's back is: Her career did a nosedive and now the show she left in a hurry and did absolutely nothing to rein her militant fans in who harrassed writers and actors has become a convenient tool to get noticed again.

I remember the whole thing and I will not forget it.

P. S. What annoys me too is: We had such a good ep, with the wonderful Diane, Fornell and Emily and a terrific perfomance from Mark as Gibbs too. Hey I'm back, I didn't post for the last two days because I was partying my cousins farewell and also an "impormtu" night out with the boys.

Anyways it was a terrific night, everyone enjoyed it & I managed to meet new faces, it was cool. My brother got really drunk and got a hangover the next day we were leaving, He did not enjoyed that last trip back home.

Once on the road, we spotted a great brunt grassland.

Really spoopy if you ask me, like out of a post-apoc movie. Kinda moody even.

Other than that & Waze not working in the city, it was alright. When I opened the home's door it screached with a nostalgic aroma of old beach AirBnB, made feel almost as if we were at a vacation with my parents like we did so long ago.

Other than that my week started really boring. Hopefully this weekend goes off without a hitch. I really want to have a place to relax and finally get my ruckus together.

And finally, the Uni's Tutor messaged me to speak to her about my disasterous perfomance at school this semester, personally. I just hope it's not a dam sting operation.

But alas I'm back and tomorrow I'll update you all with the news.

god i am so glad you bought up ‘the life you save’ because that just highlights it even more. the ONLY ones who even had some idea were the wounded soldier he saved and had the conversation with later on, and rizzo. and since we know neither of them took it any further, we as the audience are the ones who knew the full story. bj immediately got angry with him and then he shut down. margaret made an attempt and he shut down. it’d be interesting to know what potter did after that phone call, but the one equally great and frustrating thing about this episode was there was no resolution to the story. this is a guy who notoriously says everything but tells nothing, keeping people at a manageable and convenient distance. that’s a defence mechanism with years of practice behind it. all of his traumatic little moments (as well as his hidden heart of gold ones) are in front of us as the audience, and no one else knows. he sells an image of himself to the rest of them, as if it’s easier to be hated for what he’s not than be loved for who he really is. it all seems like a grand, flashy performance.

and yeah, he knows hawkeye more than hawkeye ever realised, and that surprises him, because he comes off as being aloof, distance, on the outside. but observant. that ‘if you can’... that’s giving him space, and he knows hawkeye needs that, not to be smothered by constant fretting. and that line is the LAST line you’d expect from charles at all, because he’s never in that position in the first place, but he’s calm, almost soothing, where he’s usually abrasive and dismissive. i love that little line so much, i really do.

oh and one more point because he didn’t realise until NOW that not all families are as cold and distance as his was. i don’t know if that speaks to how many friends he has or that the friends he DID have all had a similar environment, but either option is terrifically sad. when you can pack so much emotional devastation into a few lines, damn.

‘i’ve never told you anything before’ but it’s almost you never asked me before. it takes nearly two years for him to tell anything to anyone, and it’s to hawkeye who only just realises he doesn’t really know charles at all, despite all that’s he’s said before. and i just think that’s beautiful yet so very sad.

hfwuefh I am just amazed at how part of the tension is Hawkeye is so desperate to tell his dad he loves him, but not because he didn't say it enough or could never say it. He's said it so many times but he needs to know his dad knows he means it. For a leading man to have that storyline in the 80s.... mash said NO to toxic masculinity. And then you add in all the Charles stuff and it's just. Like I feel like that episode would be praised for how it handles father/son relationships now and it's 40 years old. Hawkeye literally crying on the phone telling his dad he loves him. So that's what I had in mind when I said that! Also,

"I'll see you as soon as I can" is one of THE most emotional moments in the entire show for me, I react so strongly. He just. He doesn't know when. And when he finally gets through to the hospital but his dad is already in surgery....it's that Adult Fear thing, you know? It's so real. We all have parents, most of us either have dealt with an aging parent or will or have watched our parents do it with our grandparents and it's so fundamental and gets to the tragedy of the war separating them.

The way Charles makes himself available and respects Hawkeye's request for privacy (which I firmly believe BJ or Margaret would not have done, though their intentions would be good) is so vital to his character and growth. When Charles tells Hawkeye to calm down in OR and adds "if you can" it's like... just that acknowledgment that maybe he can't.

It's also just incredible acting period. Alan Alda does some of his best acting in scenes with David Ogden Stiers.

And then the other plot is Potter's bowling tournament from hell I fucking love mash.

Well, fike him, the (y/b/n) was the best band in Califa and you were going to make him jealous, pissed off and hot under the collar. If the song had the effect that you expected, it’d be such a sight to see him wanting to have his way with you but having to perform on stage. Oh, why teasing is so much fun?

Banastre had already opened the Vortex and brought the necessary daemons, so you were ready to start.

Being the adaption of Shakespears Othello, Lal's Paniyan reprises 'Lago' from the famous play. Lal is terrific as a wily who finds his own ways to incubate the role of Theechamundi in Theyyam currently held by Panimalayan ( Suresh Gopi). The scenes were he convinces Kannan (SureshGopi) that his wife Thamara (Manju Warrier) is having an illicit affair with his colleauge Kanthan (Biju Menon) is sheer brilliant. Lal with his baritone voice and his expressive eyes establishes himself as a psycic man who is fed up playing a comic character in Theyyam and drafts plans to conquer the role of Theechamundi which he lusts after since long. But it was surprising to know that the actor was never mentioned or appreciated by any of the so called awarding juries for his perfomance. 

Termed as jayaraj’s one of the best works Kaliyattam has won two national awards for best actor and director.
