Obsessing abt the Amazonian embassy and embassy day & tours and the details of all that while at the same time being BONE tired from all my schoolwork.

Like I am lying here with aches all over and the remnants of stress pains and also my energy drink (not to be confused w my coffee from earlier) leaking out of my system and all I can think about is color symbolism and what the flags would look like for the different Amazon tribes

damn, now i'm thinking about what would make SV a less lonely game (note, if any of these have been implemented, lmk so i can give this game a second third fifth shot), and off the top of my head:

require the player to have made friends with and discovered the stories of one household in the valley before the community center bundle can be completed (or one special character, or whatever; maybe they have to come help you sort shit out, which they'll only do because your relationship is strong enough)

the little helpers in the community center having things to say when you visit, and maybe exchanging gifts for blessings, fae style

quests to help set up the festivals (mini scenes for each completed one included)

expansions like the greenhouse or fields (yours or other people's) requiring organization with multiple characters

quest chains involving several characters focusing on helping another character with life improvements

quest chains (from the community center helpers maybe?) for recruiting characters to help you clean up the valley, replant trees, help the wildlife, whatever, rewarded by a blessing from the helpers

tips from characters about what to sell where that raise the value of those items when shipped

tips that lower the amount you can sell something for, but breeds goodwill that may or may not let you unlock other items after a certain amount has been shipped (with the tip-giving character reacting to those milestones, e.g. haley being attached to some indie cosmetics brand back in the city, and shipping those items cheap gets a scene with her being very happy and grateful they're doing well)

I'm not sure if I know full context here (I know enough to say this flag is great) but some countries have amazing and interesting flags (Greece is pretty, Nepal is super cool (they played with shape!), Macedonia is great (like Alexander III, you got this? *awkward jazz hands*) and Man Island makes me question things but you can't say it's not interesting)

But, for some reason I feel need to infodump, so here it comes

Flags are symbols of of countries/states/cities/whatever, that have to be easily recognized preferably no matter what size they are. In this department, this flag is doing amazing job.

However, unlike coat of arms (I hope it's the right word), flag doesn't simply hang on the wall is sew on a pocket over the heart or whatever. Flag is hung on a flagpole and has to serve it's purpose of being recognisable even on windless days when it's all sad and sagging. If I recall correctly, Czech flag is good example of what parts are visible enough to be recognized and work as a flag even if there is no wind. Though I'm not sure and I'm to lazy to look it up right now.

However, there are multiple flags that say "fuck it" to the previous paragraph altogether (Fidji, China, Montenegro, Slovenia and Slovakia I guess) or to the previous, previous one (Slovenia and Slovakia fit here too, USA, Liberia and Malaysia look like three kids that copy homework from each other but change it enough to pass under "we had the same question" excuse BUT, have you seen the absolute shit show of Monaco, Indonesia, Singapore and Poland flags?! I mean, let's give Singapore credit for moon and stars thing and Poland for 180 but Monaco and Indonesia are literally the same thing, I think they even have same proportions (I'm not sure if everywhere but I'm like 70% sure in my country it's sanctioned by law what are our flag's proportions), how do they want people to recognize it?! It's not even copying each other's homework, it's straight up printing photocopy of you friends essay, glueing to your notebook and expecting it'll pass!)

I think I got weirdly worked up on this topic and I don't even really care hah

Anyway, so while there are some rules that should be respected when creating a flag, as we all know, rules are made to be broken and no flag can be worse that third one of state of Georgia (there is at least one worse but I don't have enough brainpower to look it up right now), so this is pretty good flag and could probably be used.

Sorry for jumping to assumptions, but if this is a flag you made for fantasy/sci-fi world I would say go for it, it's awesome

Basically just want some angst!

2) This one has a little bit of a trigger warning with suicidal thoughts, so I understand if you don't want to write this one. Percy Jackson x reader (this one I'm also envisioning on the Argo II, but this one could also be just at camp when Percy is like 17) where they are good friends and the reader is struggling mentally but tries to smile for everyone else, but she is sitting alone in the woods at some point holding her knife to her wrist just kind of thinking about it but not sure about it, but then Percy appears to check on her and scares her so the accidentally slips and cuts herself there, and from there basically Percy comfort. y/n took her seat at the table alongside seven other demi-gods. she noticed percy scowl at her and she rolled her eyes back at him. they'd never gotten along. and chances were, they never would.

her intense hate for the son of the sea god had begun a few summers back during capture the flag. they were on the blue team, and she was assigned to offense with annabeth and percy. suddenly, four members from the red charged at the trio, swords in hand. y/n and percy swung and slashed at two of them until they fled. one of them yanked off annabeth's invisibility cap and decided she was their next victim. the other one came for y/n, hitting her ankle hard. percy was quick to defend annabeth and run away with her.

but he left her. y/n was left to fight two members of the opposing team, who were merciless. they were violent, they were twice her size, and to y/n's dismay, her ankle didn't provide her any support to run away. it was a terrible and cruel beating. the two kept going even when they didn't need to. she could barely see by the end of it. y/n remembered that capture the flag game as "don't trust your teammates."

ever since then, y/n had made her distaste for percy clear. everyone admired his loyalty, until they were on the receiving end of his betrayal.

"we need to find a map." annabeth started.

"it's our key to finding out which way is the safest to go." jason explained. "it's somewhere in the woods, according to what hecate told hazel."

"we're going to have to split up." annabeth continued. "it's a huge forest, and we need to cover ground efficiently."

"i've split you guys up. i don't want to hear any whining." jason said, looking at the group, but his gaze lingered longer on percy and y/n. "annabeth, piper, and i are going eastwards towards the mountains. frank, leo, and hazel are going south to the rest of the woods. percy and y/n will head north, towards the shore."

"why is it 3-3-2?" hazel asked curiously.

"because we need a power balance." annabeth said politely. "it's matched with each person's strengths."

"strengths?" percy chuckled. "i'm the strength. she's going to slow me down."

"do you hear it?" she asked him.

"i can feel it." he said, walking quickly.

she trailed behind him as they reached sandy terrain. the sea was dark and terrifying. y/n and percy searched the shore for what felt like another eternity.

suddenly, it got colder and y/n heard a voice. it was a sweet, soft voice.

"do you hear that?" she asked percy.

"yeah." he said, shakily.

this is your fault the voice said, but it wasn't sweet anymore. it was hoarse, raspy, and cruel.

look at what you've killed. look at what you've brought it continued.

the images flashed terrible battle scenes. it replayed deaths of each and every camper.

you did this the voice yelled.

"n-no, i didn't." y/n whispered, shaken by the images.

"i didn't do it!" she pleaded.

you did! you did it all!

"i had no choice." she said, tears spilling from her eyes.

terrible, tortuous images kept playing. the deaths of the campers she'd grown up with, the reactions of their mothers and fathers, and the destruction that had been caused.

you deserve to die.

"i know." she whispered. "don't you think i know?"

do it the voice encouraged. do what you should've done years ago.

y/n tried to think through it. this voice, this voice wasn't human.

do it.

it was a siren. it was trying to get her to sacrifice her life.

"no." she said, standing her ground. "i did what i had to. i can't be blamed for it."

then who can you blame?

"kronos." she said, gripping her sword.

the siren showed it's demented face and y/n quickly slashed it. she snapped out of her trance, and the images faded and so did the voices. she turned to see percy holding his sword to his neck. she saw the twisted siren circling around him. she swiftly ran up to him and took his sword from his hand, before slashing the siren. percy too snapped out of his daze, and stumbled a little. y/n caught him, and looked up to meet his sea green eyes. they were teary, and he looked so disheartened.

"you saw it too." she confirmed.

he nodded.

"thank you." he said, his voice low and sincere. "i would've done-well you know what, if you hadn't saved me."

she nodded.

"we should probably get back to the ship." he said quietly.

"couldn't sleep either?" he asked, laying down and staring at the ceiling.

"yeah." she said. "i can't get what the sirens showed me out of my head."

"c'mere." he said, patting the area next to him.

y/n laid down next to him.

"i know it's not our fault." he said quietly. "but it feels like it is."

"i know." she said softly. "it's like i should've done something. but there was nothing to be done."

"exactly." he said. "on one hand, i know i couldn't have saved them no matter what i did. but on the other, i feel like i should've figured it out."

"mhm." she agreed. "they were good people. that's what makes it hurt more."

"they didn't deserve death. and i don't deserve the hero title." he chuckled. "i let them die."

"you had no choice." she reminded.

"did i?" he questioned.

"percy, i saw and heard the same things you did. it just wanted to get in our heads." she explained. "and they did it through guilt. guilt that isn't ours to carry. it's kronos'."

y/n had spent years hating him. but maybe, just maybe, he was alright. they had both seen the same things growing up. the same wars, deaths, and betrayals. in an odd way, she felt almost identical to him.

a few moments of silence passed by before y/n realized percy had fallen asleep. and after a few more minutes, she felt herself drift off as well.

"'sorry' and 'i should've' doesn't fix anything. we're not best friends because we got along for a day." she said bitterly. "i know for a fact you would've left me in the woods the way you did all those years ago."

"that's not fair y/n." he frowned. "i would never do that to you."

"and you get to decide what's fair now?" she chuckled. "are you forgetting you continued tormenting me instead of swallowing your pride and apologizing?"

"i-"

"that's the thing about your loyalty, jackson. everyone admires it until they're on the receiving end of your betrayal." she said coldly, getting up.

"y/n, you might not trust me today, hell, you might not trust me for the rest of our short lives. but believe me when i say, from the bottom of my heart, i'm sorry."

"how do i know you're never going to do the same thing again?" she asked.

get got up and moved closer to her. he was practically towering over her. she felt her back hit the wall.

"you have my word." he promised, looking at her eyes.

she nodded in agreement, feeling herself breathe heavily being this close to him. she could feel him leaning in, and she did too. their lips pressed against one-anothers in a passionate kiss. his hands were placed on her waist, and her arms snaked around his neck. he tasted like salt and blue frosting. she felt herself get pushed backwards towards the wall as he continued to kiss her. it grew more passionate and ferocious until they both pulled away. she rested her head underneath his.

voter fraud all you want, i'm not a cop.

there will be no variations of the same outfit (e.g. nightgown with cap compared to nightgown with eye mask) with ONE exception that felt important, which was the full godfrey thornrose outfit and the outfit in the "you wear fine things well" scene, aka godfrey minus the jacket and wig.

there are a few variants with the battle jacket and depression robe, and i didn't want to narrow it down to just the ones with the nightgown or just the ones with a shirt and breeches, especially because those overlap with other entries too, so the battle jacket and depression robe are both just In General.

there were also a few minor outfits i just plain had to cut in order to reach a power of two. sorry to the outfit from when stede left home and both of his childhood flashbacks, maybe next time.

these were seeded partly randomly but mostly by my own judgment, because ime random seeds always feel even less fair. i first sorted them based mostly on aesthetic appeal and general fandom opinions—but also importance of scene(s) to a lesser extent—into groups of four (all the #1 seeds, all the #2 seeds, and so on), then randomized which would be in each quadrant, then played around with them a bit to make them pretty from there (roughly even distribution of s1 vs s2, not all episode 4 flashbacks are in the same quadrant, etc). if you have a problem with this, no one's forcing you to participate.

SORRY SOREY SORRYYYYYYYY I DON'T WANNA BE A HATER BUT.......... literally I'm just gonna get this out of my system and then sleep on it but.

I dared not speak it, but. My greatest fear. Was the fact that Henriette's status is still Bad. Death flag looming over her. Askr and Embla are on the cusp of the long-awaited peace treaty. Veronica semi-recently got an updated portrait, to signify character growth.

My worst fear is that they kill off Henriette (WHO IS. ENDLESSLY FASCINATING TO ME and also it's SO COOL to see FE lords navigate their lives/family drama w An Alive Parent), to make way for King Alfonse. And like. They were p on the nose about King Alfonse. In the trailer.

Now for an entirely Me thing like it is so specific and so petty. But I completely lost interest in Dragalia Lost when Euden got his updated portrait, all mature-like, to signify character growth/growing into himself whatever whatever. But for me, the BIGGEST appeal to Euden was that he was just a little guy!!!!!! Up against SO MANY HORRORS!!!!! But he was still extremely capable and had good friends on his side and made it Work.

Now, Alfonse is a pretty different character archetype than Euden. I can acknowledge that, thing is I have considered him to be an underdog in my head but like. There's no denying he grew up too fast and already fit the "mature and capable" archetype (much more than Euden esp, their whole thing acknowledged that too)

But like......... idk maybe I'm just autistic and don't like major changes LMFAOOOOO 🧍 And I'm certain he'll grow on me.... his art IS super pretty........ but you will never hear the end of it from me. If they finally axe Henriette. After ALL they've done for her........ can it just be like. When a story relevant chara "dies" on a map in one of the permadeath games. Like losing Soren in PoR/RD. He's still There, just. Roll credits he was too injured to be deployed. Like. Can Henriette just maybe not fully recover (unfortunate) which makes it so that Alfonse has to take up the mantle. Please. Please. Please.
