I found Anna to be an annoying character and i definitely think treating her for postpartum depression could have worked wonders. Despite this series being from Charles' POV, I think it's more about Max's character than anything else. Max is so fucking important in this, and his little mannerisms and the way he is fulfilled by caring for Charles is so important. He's touch-starved and love-starved and has gone through so much in his life. And instead of being hardened, or guarded, or cold blooded... it made him the opposite. It made him soft. It made him loving. It made him nurturing. It made him into this perfect little ball of feelings, who is never afraid to tell people he loves them or tell people he cares for them. He takes everything to heart and wants to be good and better than his upbringing. He wants to take care of people, and bring joy to people, and make people laugh, and ensure nobody feels left out.

But I feel like a lot of it gets lost because it's from Charles' POV, and it's just Charles melting over every little thing he does. So the moments when CHARLES catches MAX off guard (re: dropping the daddy for the first time and Max reevaluating his entire life. Or him dropping the "I love you" first and Max coming on the spot) are just... so important to the verse.

It's obvious to everyone that Charles is Max's baby. That's the point of the series, right? But... it's just as important to realize that Max is Charles' baby too. This is not one-sided. Max doesn't love Charles more than Charles loves him; they love each other equally and would do anything in the world for each other.

Max is better at showing it and verbalizing it... but Charles loves him just as hard. And Max doesn't need him to verbalize it. Because he sees it. He sees it in the silence. He sees it in the touches. He sees it in the way Charles melts when he's around him. He sees it when Charles takes the leap first (re: again, the love you, the daddy, etc.)

I really want to write an installment from Max's POV because I feel like everyone deserves to see his side of things. I'd love to see Charles taking care of Max from Max's POV and how much it means to him. So... stay tuned for that, besties. 2012 Leo is the oldest out of the turtles including the rise ones and he’s also somewhat of a mom figure. If he were to ever get angry or scold the rise turtles how would each of them react?

Okay so as we all know 12 Leo takes quite a bit to get actually upset and angry with people but should he actually get angry or scold at the younger turtles such as the Rise boys it'd probably go something along the lines of:

Rise Raph being downright surprised pikachu meme. Rise Raph is the oldest out of his brothers so he's a lot of times in the place that 12 Leo holds which is the scolding parental disappointment. So he's not used to being on the receiving end of this kind of thing. Our large turtle boy would essentially be stunned by the scolding and then most likely apologize for the thing he'd done to upset 12 Leo because surprisingly the smaller turtle can be quite imitating especially with the trademark disappointed mom vibe. Once he got scolded good and well he'd probably do things like keep the other boys in line or help keep the lair in order to get back into 12 Leo's good graces, which wouldn't take long for it to happen. 12 Leo's a forgiving mom lol. Once they got things cleared up Rise Raph and 12 Leo would be just fine (aka Mom and Dad would be an iconic older sibling duo once more lol).

Rise Leo if he got scolded by 12 Leo would undoubtedly be super bummed, sad and a bit frustrated by it. Rise Leo somewhat looks up to his older counterpart and like many young lads who admire someone he'll want to only make 12 Leo proud and happy. So having 12 Leo scold him would leave him feeling pretty crummy. He may even get annoyed with it at first however once it was over and he thought about the situation he'd eventually go back to the older turtle and awkwardly apologize for causing trouble. 12 Leo of course is very quick to forgive his younger counterpart and they'd probably spend a bit of time together to talk about the situation and figure out how to avoid it in the future. literally none of the 4Town members found out until he received a call from you in the middle of practice about how he forgot his lunch at home or something, then he called you babe and everyone in the studio collectively went “BABE?!” (specifically aaron t who tried to wrack his brain and figure out who you were and why the heck z didn’t mention you to him >:OO)

you ended up visiting the studio to drop off his lunch and everyone started introducing themselves to you until aaron t deadass went “OHMYGOD I KNEW IT”

you gained four brother-in-law’s congratulations!!

don’t really know how to end this but knowing that aaron z isn’t the most vocal person about his feelings, sometimes he’ll write you tiny notes about his insecurities, asking you if he’s not treating you right or if you’re unhappy with him for being away for so long

of course you shut these insecurities down because he does everything in his power to let you know that you’re loved 🥰 if he’s on tour for a long time expect text message diaries from him about random things that happened or something cute that reminded him of you

he doesn’t really talk about your relationship in public because he wants it to remain just that, YOURS, between you and him only. you are the only one he loves, the first person he’s ever felt this passionately for and he doesn’t want to share those feelings with the world because their special to him. you’re special to him
