are trans men really just "angrier because of the testosterone" or are you just saying and doing things to upset and anger trans men

#as someone on testosterone it absolutely does give you mood swings #and while anger isnt strictly a part of that experience for me (any moreso than i already was anyway)#im sure that some trans men / mascs out there do experience more anger than they did prior to HRT #and thats okay! its okay if thats your experience #but in my experience 99% of the “T makes you angry” crowd are either hostile non-masc trans and cis people who think that testosterone is #The Evil Chemical #and the other 1% are trans men / mascs who have been tricked by the 99% into hating themselves #so like.#before you start demonizing testosterone as a concept #please consider the implications of what youre actually saying #and not only that but WHY its your experience that people taking testosterone are more likely to be angry with you #transphobia #trans community #trans masculinity #transandrophobia

turns out how not to be deficient in fat in your diet is to stop eating only low fat versions of foods

#i was scared of being hungry unfortunately and didnt want to change my diet to more calorie dense stuff out of fear of like hunger related #mood swings which i get badly now which i didnt used to which is awesome i totally love feeling like a half starved half mad dog if my lunc #is like half an hour late #i will not eat like regular ice cream but y'know. cheeses. yogurt thats abt it i eat the same 9 ingredients in rotation #apples cauliflower cottage cheese cabbage sardines carrots broccoli tomatoes uhhhh monster energy drinks #i mean other stuff too sometimes but those r the staples #if i could go raw vegan without dying i probably would just bcs its easier #that list is kind of pathetic and depressing but idk man what's a guy to do #i do worry about it not being varied enough and missing micronutrients and stuff but like yknow ive always been a very unadventurous eater #eating the same things day in day out years on end and ive always been like fine lol it's just a less heavy carb selection these days which #like im pretty sure all that you need xyz amount of grains a day is a total psyop by the corn and wheat us subsidies i don't think you need #that shit just like how you dont need milk.

love my leather boots sooo much.. polishing them at weekends is my favourite chore by far I always look forward to getting to do it :-)

#just re-lacing them rn so theyre ready for work tomorrow theyre so shinyyy muah #when my next payday comes around im gonna get a second pair so im not putting as much strain on the leather by wearing them everyday #but i think im gonna go for a different colour to my standard black.... ik solovair do similar ones in burgundy or bottle green hmm #well i have a month to think abt it before i decide!#red is my go to accent colour but green would probably fit better with my work wardrobe... and i do wear work clothes 5/7 days a week #anyway.... i need to meditate and then sleep. i usually settle down for bed 9:30 but im a little wired cuz new med change #so ive been putting it off until i feel actually tired so i wont stress abt not being able to fall asleep and then make it worse #i will probably feel pretty tired at work tomorrow but thats okay i dont have anything taxing scheduled #feeling so much better now this weekend is behind me. ik next weekend will likely be difficult again but im more prepared for it #i need to book myself this trip as well before train tix get too expensive so i have smth to look forward to next month....#just debating whether i actually want to invite other ppl or not. itd be rly nice for everyone to come but with recent events i feel-#a little delicate abt social stuff and i dont want to stress myself out and get insecure bc its meant to be a treat for me #like if i invite other ppl itll become their trip and suddenly im in the backseat third wheeling them all #and ill wish i had uninvited myself so they would enjoy it more etc but the POINT is its smth i wanna do!!!! for me!!!#we'll see how this week goes. i dont rly feel ready rn to unmute their server yet tho bc ill just make myself upset abt next weekend #letting sleeping dogs lie for now... ill come back around eventually it always takes some time to recover from mood swings that intense #okay now goodnight! xoxoxoxooxo #.diaries

I say this often but its crazy how much of a vortex depression is.

#I dont feel like... safe or particularly fulfilled rn and i have major major mood swings at least once a week but its not like.#Bleak as fuck. I think the language of 'the world is without colour' never does it for me bc thats how id describe it when im out of it #but when im depressed my main feeling is that i am a person that was born without a soul whose main purpose in life is to kill myself #because i cant bear to do or think anything else. And like even talking about it while in that mental state feels incredibely like.#Like youre doing something disgusting because its a cry for attention or for help so you have to put it in a way that makes it clear that #you are not trying to escape your destiny by trying to convince someone you are worthy of living.#And then like. At some point you stop feeling like that and you forget about it...#until youre there again. and you forget what its like to not be in it. its crazyyyy to me its just crazy #barking #ultimately im very lucky.#Because i really dont believe you can just will yourself out of that hole i really think the enviroment is like 99% of it #and well i will prolly end up in that hole again maybe even this year. but maybe ill have something to pull me out #some ability to change the thing thats making me feel like that #and idk its so like. awful that that isnt always the case. sometimes youre just drowning in it and theres nothing #just my late night thoughts thats why i need that weed bad man
