9:01. He was a minute late.
9:05. Five minutes late.
9:15. Hero started to pace around, kicking pebbles with her foot.
9:20. She was starting to get nervous. Villain was never, ever late.
9:30. Okay, this was getting absurd.
Hero stood up, grabbed her phone, and called Villain. It rang, but never clicked.
He didn't answer.
Hero bit her lip, a nauseating pit forming in her gut.
Something was wrong. Villain was always overly stressed about time and always showed up at nine- not a second too late.
So, naturally, being the anxious, paranoid worry wort that Hero was, she went to check up on him.
Of course, Hero spent all her freetime figuring out where Villain lived if there was an instance like the current one.
Upon knocking at the beige door, that nauseous feeling overcame her again. Something was wrong.
She busted through the door and immediately the eerie silence of the home startled her. Even though Villain lived alone, there would surely be a TV playing or the dishwasher going.
Hero searched through the various rooms. It was a normal house. Quaint and small with barely any decor apart from a few spontaneously placed plants. All the walls were painted with the same, dull blue that the sky had right before a storm. It was dreary and perfectly villainous.
"Villain!" Hero called, peeking into a room she assumed to be his bedroom. Apart from a shoddily made bed, it seemed as though Villain hadn't been in there for a long time.
The next room in the hallway was a bathroom. Hero stepped in there, ignoring the horrid stench, and examined the counters. Bottles of Tylenol and Ibuprofen were scattered about. His gnawed on toothbrush was laying by the sink as water slowly dripped from the faucet.
That didn't look spectacular.
Hero stepped out of the bathroom and turned the light off before turning and walking into a large room that seemed to be the kitchen and dining room combined.
"Hey Villain! Are you home?" Hero called again, observing how badly stocked the fridge and cupboards were. Basically, the only food that Villain seemed to store was ramen and some protein powder.
"Villain!" Hero yelled, getting nervous. Based on the state of his bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, the villain seemed to be in rough state.
Or was that just her nervous tendencies kicking in?
The next room was without doubt the living room, though with those desolate walls, one may beg to differ.
In the center of the gray room was a dark cherry wood coffee table and a small armchair. And that was it.
Except for the body strewn across the ground.
Hero bounded over to the seemingly dead corpse and rolled it over to come face to face with Villain.
"Oh my gosh!" Hero exclaimed, thrusting her fingers by his neck to check for a pulse. It was there, thump... thump... thump...
"You okay?" Hero asked, smoothing the sweaty strands of hair out of his face. Villain blearily blinked his eyes open and shook his head.
"Stomach bug," he whispered.
Hero looked down at him skeptically. No, this wasn't just a stomach bug. He was obviously in pain and was likely running a nasty fever. And he looked so incredibly tired and weak.
"How long have you been like this?" Hero asked, putting Villain's heavy head in her lap.
"M day," he groaned, gasping for breath. "Stomach hurts."
"Where?" Hero asked. Villain lightly brushed his fingers over his right side.
"Oh okay bud. I think you have a fever," Hero said, taking his temperature with her hand. It was burning and he looked so pale.
"Yeah cold," Villain agreed, nodding the tiniest nod.
"Okay buddy," Hero murmured, stroking his flushed cheek. "I think we need to go to the doctor."
She recognized the symptoms. Her sister when they were kids got sick like this and they had to take her to the hospital. Hero was too young to exactly know what was going on, only that it was serious.
But Villain shook his head, aimlessly clawing at Hero's hand.
"No doctor. No doctor," he begged, then winced, whimpered and grabbed his right side. When he looked back up at Hero, there were tears in his eyes.
"Okay we are going now," Hero stood up with Villain in a bridal carry. He protested weakly, but then stilled. Hero stopped walking to see if he was still conscious by shaking him. He groaned.
Hero loaded Villain in the back seat of her truck and buckled him in around his chest and legs so he could safetly rest.
The drive to the hospital seemed longer than what it was. Every moment she got, Hero would look behind her to peer at Villain, and everytime he was still staring at the ceiling with a dazed expression.
Finally, they arrived. Hero barely put the vehicle in park by the time she was leaping out of the door and running to Villain's side.
"Hey! Hey!" Hero called when she ran into the hospital, placing Villain on a bench. Other patients stared at her and receptionists stood up to meet her.
"Bring him into the ER," one of the receptionists said as she grabbed a stack of papers and called the doctor. Hero gathered Villain back in her arms and ran into another room.
The receptionist handed Hero the stack of papers. "Fill these in to thr best of your ability. I'm going to get the doctor."
Hero sat on the raised hospital bed with Villain resting against her shoulder. He sighed contently and nuzzled his cheek to find a perfect spot. Hero looked over at him- he was almost asleep with his whole body splayed out and limp.
Hero wrapped her arm around his shivering body and rubbed his shoulder before answering some of the paperwork.
She was able to answer most of them relatively easily, but got stumped on occupation.
She couldn't just say villainy right?
"Hero, why hello. How is your arm healing?"
Hero looked up to see the doctor sauntering into the room, his blonde hair slightly tousled with pale gray shadows under his eyes- remnants of a busy day.
"Good, good," Hero said, putting the paperwork aside.
"Is this one of your team members?" The doctor asked, running a thermometer over Villain's forehead. He frowned at the reading.
"Not exactly," Hero replied, timidly. She rubbed Villain's hair as he stirred from the cool touch of the thermometer. He near immediately fell back asleep.
The doctor's face paled. "He's a villain? Hero you know-"
"Yes, I know, but look at him Doc," she gestured her head towards Villain's sagging body.
The doctor glanced at Villain for a moment. He then said, "Yeah, he's sick. I'm thinking appendicitis, but he's a villain. The hospital is not required to treat them, unless there's an order. Order as in signed by ten, high-ranking heroes. Besides, it'll endanger our staff."
"He can't even lift his head!" Hero exclaimed. "How is he going to be a threat under anesthesia? C'mon tell me."
"He could wake up..."
"As sick as he is? Not likely."
"A MRI scan could amplify his abilities."
Suddenly Villain coughed, interrupting the conversation. He groaned before expelling his stomach's contents on the floor.
"It's okay," Hero murmured, scowling slightly at the sight, before glaring at the doctor while raising her eyebrows.
The doctor sighed. "Lay him on the bed." Hero complied, laying the villain flat on the bed, adjusting his head to rest on the pillow.
The doctor took his hand and prodded at the right side of his stomach. Villain groaned, breathing heavily.
"He's going to need emergency surgery," the doctor said, standing up and trotting to a phone. "Nurse? I need a team of anesthesiologists for an appendectomy."
Hero grabbed Villain's hand. His forehead was creased in concern as he listened and watched the doctor's erratic movements.
"Hey, it's okay. I'll be right there with you," Hero soothed him. He seemed to relax, but his muscles did not let go of their tension.
"Okay. I am going to go get ready." The doctor left.
Soon after, a couple nurses came in and hooked Villain to an IV. He flinched, watching the small needle go into his elbow.
Hero grabbed his hand and rubbed it.
A couple more people sauntered in and injected a hypodermic needle into the IV line.
"Okay Villain, count down from ten."
"Ten... nine... eight... sev...ven...si." Villain looked over at Hero with pleading eyes before they drifted shut.
A nurse put a mask over his nose and he was wheeled away.
Hero waited in the lobby, twidling her thumb and reading health magazines. Every two minutes, literally, she would look at the clock and bite her lip.
After two hours, the doctor made his appearance.
"The surgery was successful. He is waking up now, so he will be very groggy, but his vitals are good. You can take him home."
"Don't you have to monitor him."
"Come back in two weeks for a check-up."
Hero walked into the ER and to Villain's bed. His eyes were half-lidded and he barely noted Hero's presence.
"Hey buddy," Hero cooed, stroking his head. "You scared me."
Villain didn't reply, just blinked very, very slowly. Soon, his blinks became longer until he drifted off.
Nervous, Hero called for a nurse. "Why is he sleeping?" She asked.
The nurse shrugged. "The effects of anesthesia hasn't worn off yet, so he'll be in and out for a while."
Hero nodded and sat back down.
"You can take him home, you know," the nurse said. "We don't keep villains for monitoring or over-night stays."
Hero groaned and looked at the nurse. "Well you should."
"But we don't. Please take him home, he's occupying beds that could be used for more important patients."
Hero rolled her eyes, but obeyed. She picked Villain up and helped him into his jeans, but left his shirt off to not irritate the stitches. Then, she rolled him to her truck in a wheelchair.
It was nearly midnight by the time Hero got Villain to her house and changed into something comfortable. He was dozing, but every movement seemed to awake him. He was totally and completely silent, allowing Hero to tuck him on her bed before sliding in next to him.
She wrapped her arms around Villain and pulled him in tight. He drifted off to sleep instantly, and Hero was not far behind.
When Hero awoke the next morning, she was sprawled across her bed with Villain laying on her stomach. She smiled and watched the slow rise and fall of his chest before carefully removing his head to go downstairs and prepare breakfast. After a quick research, she decided to make a bowl of pudding with toast and avacado.
Villain came down the stairs stiffly, groaning with each step, just as Hero put the bread in the toaster. She looked up just in time to see him lean heavily against the wall.
"What are you doing?" Hero scolded and gently led him to the couch to sit on.
"Heard you- engh," Villain winced, holding his side. "Downstairs."
"Okay," Hero sighed. "Do you remember anything from yesterday?"
"No not really. Just you and the hospital. Everything else is just a blank."
"You had an appendectomy," Hero explained, brushing the hair out of Villain's face. He jerked back and Hero pulled away. He was so cute and vulnerable when he was out of it.
"What's that?" Villain asked, but Hero had a sense that he knew and just wanted to fill the silence up.
"Your appendix was removed." The toaster clicked, so Hero went and grabbed the food.
Villain spooned at it for awhile before putting it towards the side. His face was pale.
"Not hungry," he said.
"You gotta eat."
"No," Villain slowly laid on the couch, his body seizing with every motion. "I'm tired..."
"Yeah, you had surgery, but please eat something so I can give you some painkillers."
Villain rolled his eyes, but allowed Hero to feed him some avocado and pudding. However, by the end of it, he was too exhausted to resist Hero putting two large pills in his mouth.
Between the pain meds and fatigue, it only took a few minutes for Villain to fall sound asleep.
Hero idly ate her own pudding and stared out the window. After finishing both her's and Villain's chocolate desert, she went to do dishes.
Then she showered.
Then she playing monopoly by herself.
And then she ate lunch.
All the while waiting for Villain to regain consciousness.
He did, eventually, and very slowly.
"How are you feeling."
"Bit dizzy," Villain admitted, rubbing his eyes. "How long was I out?"
"About," Hero looked at her phone. "Five hours, give or take one."
Villain groaned and quickly murmured an apology.
"Don't be. You are still a bit feverish and just came out of surgery."
Villain closed his eyes. Hero thought he might've fallen back asleep, but then he spoke,
"Thank you for taking care of me."
Hero smiled.

Chapter Five
Graham Humbert, sheriff of Storybrooke, towered over Wendy, jotting things down in a pocket-size notebook. His eyes were actually kind, though he never smiled, and his accented voice was calming. Yet his presence seemed to fill the room and command it, making Wendy a little nervous. She rubbed her palms up and down her thighs.
“Do you remember what kind of vehicle you were traveling in?”
Wendy shook her head. Graham tapped on his notebook with the eraser of his pencil, his brow furrowing.
“Were you driving or were you a passenger?”
She let out a frustrated breath. “I can’t remember!”
Graham glanced at Killian, and the two men seemed to share something unspoken. The sheriff pulled over the ottoman and sat down across from her. Oh, so that’s what the look had been. They thought she was fragile. Her will bucked against the idea, and she straightened her spine.
“Have you had any flashes of memory? It could be anything - a color, a smell, a sensation. Nothing is too small. You never know what might prove helpful.”
Wendy narrowed her eyes as she thought. “Everytime I close my eyes, all I see is white. Sometimes I wake up from a nightmare, but all I remember are the sounds: breaking glass and my own screams.”
“It sounds like she was in a car accident,” Killian said.
Graham frowned as he scribbled again in his notebook, though what help those details could ever be she wasn’t sure. “Or there could have been foul play. Breaking glass and screams could be a lot of things.”
His words sent a slice of fear through her. “I don’t remember anyone else but me,” she hastened to add, if only to put aside her own fears. “I don’t remember anyone at all . . . even . . . before,“ the last was almost a whisper.
“Everyone has someone,” Graham assured her with a small, encouraging smile.
Wendy bit her bottom lip. “Do they?”
Graham glanced away and pocketed his notebook as he rose. “We haven’t found any vehicles yet, but if you drove off the road and into a ditch, the storm would have buried it in feet of snow. The weather’s promising, though, so we’ll keep an eye out.” The sheriff’s gaze shifted to the other man in the room. “Do you think she may remember anything new during your exam?”
Dr. Victor Whale scoffed as he pushed himself away from the fireplace mantel. While the sheriff had a calm and friendly demeanor, the doctor was the complete opposite. Wendy could clearly see why Killian had apologetically told her this morning at breakfast, “I’m sorry, but he’s the only doctor in town.”
“I’m not a miracle worker, Humbert,” Dr. Whale snapped as he sat on the vacated ottoman across from Wendy, “there’s little I can do for her here. Killian needs to bring her in for an MRI.”
“She is sitting right in front of you,” Wendy snapped. “I’m not five. I hate when male doctors talk about their patients instead of to them.”
Whale’s brows rose in surprise, and behind him, Killian and Graham both snorted with laughter. From the stairwell, a small voice backed Wendy up.
“Yeah! And kids don’t like it either, Dr. Whale! You always ask Papa the questions ‘stead of askin’ me!”
“Alice Milah Jones,” Killian scolded as he turned to where his daughter was hiding behind the railing of the stairs, “I thought I told you to go play.”
“It’s too cold.”
Killian sighed. “Then play in your room.”
“Fine,” Alice grumbled as she stomped back upstairs.
Killian gave Wendy an apologetic shrug, but she merely laughed. Alice was too much fun, far too honest, and frankly the only one who never treated Wendy like she might break.
“If I may do my job now?” Dr. Whale asked. At least he was directing the question at Wendy now, and not the men behind him. She nodded.
He first shone a light in her eyes and asked her to look first right and then left. He felt the bump on her head, which thankfully no longer throbbed. He then pulled her hair back at the temple to examine the cut which had now scabbed over.
“Are you having any headaches?”
“Some, but not like at first. I mostly get them when I’m trying to remember something.”
Whale nodded as he put his stethoscope into his ears and pressed the end to her heart. He told her to breathe in and out. She always wondered if doctors really needed to use those things as often as they did or if it was merely for show. What did a bump on her head have to do with her heartbeat?
“And she - “ Whale started to turn and ask Killian the question, but he caught himself and turned back to Wendy. “And you passed out?”
She nodded.
“Hmmm . . . it definitely sounds like a concussion. Temporary memory loss isn’t unheard of, but it isn’t as common as they make it sound in the movies. It doesn’t usually last this long either.”
Wendy swallowed nervously. “What are you trying to say? That I’ll never get my memory back?”
Whale seemed to hesitate. “I can’t say anything definitive until I do an MRI. If you could come into Storybrooke General as soon as possible, we’ll get you looked at.” He jotted something down on a prescription pad, then tore it off and handed it to her. “Call this number and Astrid in neurology will get you scheduled. When I get to the hospital today, I’ll tell her to be expecting you.”
“Wow, um . . . thanks.”
Whale grinned as he slung his stethoscope back around his neck. “Benefits of small town health care - personal treatment.”
The way he grinned and lingered on the word “personal” made Wendy’s skin crawl. It wasn’t lost on Kilian either, who clapped a heavy hand on Whale’s shoulder and gave the man a tiny shove.
“I’ll take her myself.”
Wendy tried not to giggle at the way his jaw clenched and his blue eyes flashed. He was cute when he was jealous.
“Okay,” Whale answered Killian, never taking his gaze off Wendy. Oh, so now he was going to be the attentive doctor. She refrained from rolling her eyes.
Killian walked the men to the door and told them goodbye along with the back slaps and promises to grab a beer like most longtime friends in a small town. Wendy knew she should have been more polite, but she was so drained all she could do was collapse into the large comfortable chair. The laptop perched on the edge of the coffee table mocked her. They still didn’t have wifi.
The door shut, and Killian came back into the room. He had a tentative expression on his face. “So . . . what are you thinking?”
She blew a strand of hair out of her face and then slumped even lower in the chair. “I’m thinking that an MRI sounds awfully serious.”
He sank down onto the same ottoman that the other two men had perched on. Yet Killian’s nearness brought comfort instead of awkwardness and nerves. He leaned forward with his elbows on his knees and his hands clasped together. She waited for him to say the same things he’d been saying for the past five days: Someone out there is looking for you, I’m sure of it. You’ll remember soon, just give it time. Don’t be so hard on yourself, love . . .
Instead he gave her a lopsided grin. “Henry and Alice have been begging to make chocolate chip cookies. Wanna help?”
“You had me at chocolate.”
****************************************************
It had been six days since Killian brought Wendy home, and she was beginning to go stir crazy. They had taken several rides in the past few days on the snowmobile, and Wendy had met several more farming families in the area. Yet none of them knew who she was. She’d helped Henry shovel the walk and salt it, had helped Killian bake an obscene amount of cookies, and had met every member of Alice’s menagerie. She had even made a huge dent in the stack of books the kids had loaned her. Every moment had been wonderful, but Wendy couldn’t relax and fully enjoy any of it. Not when these thoughts nagged at the back of her mind, only to slip away like mist just when she was about to pin them down.
There was still no wifi, so Wendy also still couldn’t search the web for missing persons matching her description. Graham hadn’t seen any bulletins that fit her description, either, but she still wanted to try. Liam narrowed his eyes when she brought it up at dinner that night.
“Now that you mention it, a young woman your age, with your good looks, you’d think it would be all over the news that you’re missing.”
“Liam,” Killian gasped exaggeratedly as he spooned mashed potatoes onto his plate, “are you hitting on Wendy?”
“I’m making an objective observation,” Liam scowled.
“Does he ever take a joke?” Wendy laughed as Killian winked at her.
“Rarely,” Killian quipped.
“We don’t got tv right now, Uncle Liam,” Alice put in around a mouthful of chicken.
“We don’t have tv right now,” Killian corrected on autopilot.
“But Uncle Liam’s right,” Henry said, “if a missing woman was on the news, Sheriff Graham would have known about it.”
Killian’s brow furrowed. “That’s a good point, I have to admit.”
“Maybe your family, or your friends, or whatever, haven’t noticed you’re missing yet,” Alice suggested.
Henry rolled his eyes. “That’s dumb. How would they not notice?”
“We don’t call people dumb,” Killian admonished.
“I didn’t say she was dumb,” Henry argued.
“Maybe she ran away to play pretend,” Alice continued, oblivious to her brother’s insult, “cause everyone was bossing her. Like when I hide from Henry.”
“I’m not bossy!” Henry shot back. Alice responded by sticking out her tongue.
For her part, Wendy suddenly found her mound of mashed potatoes fascinating. She couldn’t bear to see the continued suspicion in Liam’s eyes or the pity in Killian’s. Was Alice right? Was she running away from something? Who the hell was she if no one had reported her missing?
***************************************************
“I have to get out, or I’m going to go insane!”
Killian’s brows jumped to his hairline, and his hands paused as they scooped scrambled eggs onto Wendy’s plate the next morning.
“Me too!” Alice proclaimed, slamming her palm down on the kitchen island. Wendy gave the little girl a nod of commiseration, and Killian laughed.
“The roads should be clear by now,” he told them as he sat down before his own breakfast. “How about we all head to town today?”
The kids cheered, and Wendy smiled. Henry’s face quickly turned to a frown, however.
“You know what that means,” he told his sister, “school will start again on Monday.”
“Yay!” Alice cheered, brandishing her spoon. “I missed school.”
Henry rolled his eyes. “You won’t when you start doing fractions.”
“I like fractions.”
“You don’t even know what they are.”
“Do too!”
Killian sighed and Wendy laughed at his woebegone expression.
“I think I might go mad myself,” Killian told her.
“We’re all mad here, Papa!” Alice crowed with delight.
“Alice in Wonderland,” Wendy exclaimed, proud that she knew the quote.
“Yes indeed,” Killian confirmed, bopping his daughter on the nose, “and things definitely get curiouser and curiouser with these two around 24/7.”
Henry groaned at the dad joke, and Alice giggled. Killian turned to Wendy, his expression turning serious.
“And if we’re going into town, you need that MRI.”
**********************************************
Storybrooke General was a small, one story building only a block from the town’s quaint court square. Killian pulled his truck into a parking space, and turned to look at Wendy with concern.
“You sure you don’t want me coming with you?”
No, I’m terrified. Wendy pressed the thought back and gave a firm nod of her head. “I’m sure. You’ve got the kids with you, and I’m sure they’ll be bored.”
“Nuh-uh,” Alice objected, popping up between them from the back seat of the extended cab. “I wanna see Wendy’s brain.”
“How long have you been out of your seat belt?” Killian asked in alarm.
“Just now,” Alice answered glibly, her gaze still on Wendy. “Does it hurt when they look in your brain?”
Wendy swallowed nervously. “I don’t think so.”
Killian took her hand. “It will be fine, but if you’d like me to stay with you -”
“No really, you go ahead. The kids don’t want to be cooped up in a hospital waiting room.” Wendy turned to Alice before the girl could protest. “They won’t let you see my brain.”
Alice collapsed next to her brother with a pout on her face. “That sucks.”
“All you’d see is gray mush anyways,” Henry muttered, his eyes glued to a handheld video game.
“Gray mush sounds awesome!”
Killian shrugged his shoulders at Wendy sheepishly, but she only laughed. The kids had been such a wonderful, hilarious distraction during this entire ordeal, and they were quickly worming their way into her heart.
“And you’ll be okay walking to Granny’s from here?” he asked.
Wendy nodded. “Yep. It’s one block that way,” she turned and pointed out the window.
Killian handed her a small, simple phone. “This is the kids’ emergency phone. It only has four numbers saved in it: mine, Liam’s, David’s, and Mary Margaret’s. Just call me if you need me to come pick you up instead.” He paused, still not relinquishing the phone. “Or if it takes longer than expected . . . or if you’re upset . . . or -”
“I get it,” Wendy laughed, tugging the phone out of his hand, “use the phone if I need you for anything at all.”
“Exactly.”
“But Killian, I really will be fine. I may not remember anything about my life, but I do know one thing deep in my gut - I can take care of myself. Not that I don’t appreciate everything you’ve done, believe me, but I can handle a simple doctor’s appointment. Seriously.”
Killian let out a long breath and nodded. “I know. You’re right.”
“See you soon,” she told him and the kids as she opened the car door, infusing cheeriness she didn’t really feel into her voice. Killian didn’t pull out of the parking space until she reached the door and had turned to wave at him one last time.
***********************************************
The walk to Granny’s did Wendy good, despite the sharp cold still in the air. The sun was bright nevertheless, and the wind that bit at her cheeks and tugged at her hair was a welcome distraction from the disappointment that was the MRI. She was expecting to get some answers today, but after they slid her out of that contraption that felt far too much like a coffin, all the tech had said was “we’ll call you with the results in the next 24 hours.”
Wendy sighed as she wrapped her arms tighter around herself in defense against the cold. She’d snapped at the poor woman.
“Are you serious? I thought you were a trained technician! You can’t look at the pictures and tell me one damn thing? This is shit!”
Not Wendy’s finest moment, to be sure. (At least, as far as memory served - ha!) The tech had reacted calmly to her outburst, explaining that Dr. Whale would want to look at the MRI for himself before anything was relayed to the patient. So here she was, still with no answers.
Wendy turned a corner and smiled when she saw Granny’s diner - a quaint establishment with a retro vibe. The small patio out front was currently out of use - it’s chairs and tables still piled with a bit of snow from the storm. Wendy could imagine how nice the outdoor dining would be during the spring, and she thought wistfully that she would like to be here to see it. She shrugged out of her coat as she walked through the door, a small bell above her head jingling. She saw Henry and Alice on the other side of the restaurant, arguing over a song to play on the jukebox. Wendy’s eyes scanned the room, and her heart plummeted when she saw Killian in a corner booth.
He wasn’t alone. Sitting next to him - very closely, Wendy noted - was a redhead in a tight-fitting green silk blouse with a plunging neckline. Killian’s head was down, and she noted that the tips of his ears were red. The red head laughed, flipping her hair off one shoulder, then leaned over to place a lingering kiss on Killian’s cheek. Wendy spun away to hang her coat up on the rack by the door, unable to watch the couple any longer. Anger surged up in her at Liam Jones. If he didn’t want Wendy causing problems between Killian and this woman he was seeing, then why the hell didn’t he just say so?
Wendy shut her eyes tightly as another emotion rolled over the first. Jealousy - which was ridiculous. Killian was merely being kind to a lost stranger. He had made no moves on Wendy, had promised her nothing. His relationship with this redhead was something he was under no obligation to share with a person he had only known for six days.
“Wendy!”
She turned at the sound of the children’s voices as they rushed over to her. Killian quickly extricated himself from the limbs of his - girlfriend? - and hurried over with an eager smile on his face.
“Papa, she’s here, can we get milkshakes now?”
“Lunch first, Alice,” Killian replied automatically, his eyes never leaving Wendy’s. “Well, how did it go?”
He placed his hand at the small of her back to guide her towards their booth, and the small contact sent heat skittering up her spine. The physical reaction plunged her into immediate guilt when her eyes landed on the redhead. The woman narrowed her eyes and pursed her lips as she crossed her arms over her ample chest.
“Well, there’s nothing to tell. They said they’d call with the results in 24 hours.”
“Hm,” Killian replied, his face falling, “that’s too bad, I know that -”
“Killian, dear,” the woman purred, “is this the stray you’ve been telling me about?”
Killian’s brow furrowed and his jaw clenched. Wendy wasn’t sure if he was frustrated with his girlfriend or the situation.
“I’m Wendy,” she said, holding a hand out to the redhead in hopes of cutting through the awkward moment.
“Zelena,” the other woman replied, taking Wendy’s hand as she slid from the booth. It was all she said to her, dropping her hand almost immediately to turn to Killian and place a perfectly manicured hand on his chest. Over Killian’s shoulder, Wendy saw Henry make a gagging motion with his finger in his mouth while Alice rolled her eyes. Wendy pressed her fingers to her lips to prevent herself from laughing.
“Killian, dear, I have to go,” she told him in a pouting voice.
Killian swallowed hard. “Oh - um, okay.”
“Bye!” Zelena told everyone in a bright voice, wriggling her fingers at everyone.
Wendy gave Killian a pointed look after the woman breezed out, but all he did was duck his head, palm the back of his neck, and loudly clear his throat.
“So, burgers and fries all around, huh?”
The kids cheered, and the mysterious Zelena was soon forgotten. Mostly. Wendy’s mind kept going back to her and the way she’d run her fingers lightly over Killian’s chest. Granny’s grilled cheese and onion rings were amazing, the kids were entertaining as usual, but Wendy felt an inexplicable sadness nonetheless. Killian frowned when he noticed her pensively dragging an onion ring through ketchup.
“We’ll get answers soon,” he assured her, reaching over to squeeze her hand.
Wendy attempted a smile, but could only nod. Even the chocolate milkshakes Alice had begged for couldn’t lift the dark cloud that had fallen upon her. Liam had pointed out that she had a life out there somewhere that she would eventually go back to. What Wendy had failed to consider was the life that the Jones family was living, and had been living long before Wendy literally stumbled into it. She finally managed to meet Killian’s concerned blue eyes. It was time she pulled herself out of this self-pity and got to know this man who had helped her without question.
“So,” she announced after swallowing a cold, sweet mouthful of milkshake, “are you going to give me the grand tour of Storybrooke, or what?”
********************************************
Wendy learned two important things during her tour of Storybrooke, Maine. The first was that the town was the smallest place she’d ever been. No wonder they only had one doctor. The second was that the Jones children had far more energy than she ever could. They were leaving the docks after briefly watching the waves slap the sides of the boats wintering in the harbor, and she and Killian had fallen almost a block behind the children. Wendy shivered in her borrowed winter coat as they approached the opposite side of Main Street, heading back to Granny’s where Killian had left the truck.
“It’s much too cold for you to be out, love,” Killian commented, frowning at her in concern.
She shook her head. “You worry way too much, Jones.”
“So you’re not cold?”
“Of course I’m cold! It’s February in Maine, but I’m not dying. You don’t have to coddle me, you know..”
Killian chuckled wryly and scratched behind his ear. “Used to be it was Liam who was the worrying Jones, not me. If only you could have seen me in my younger days.”
“Oh really?”
He nodded. “Leather, piercings, a motorcycle - the whole bad boy cliche.”
“Was that before your wife?”
“Not really. I mean, that’s who I was when she met me. We were in school together, both pursuing veterinary medicine. She was a little older though - it was a second career for her. A second life, really.”
“A second life?”
“Aye, she had just gone through a divorce.”
“So you were her boy-toy, huh?” Wendy teased, giving him a little shove with her elbow.
Killian’s gaze became distant, and for a minute she regretted the joke, but then a slow smile spread across his face. “I was her boy-toy, and I was fascinated by her age and experience. At least, that’s how it was at first, but then . . . it became real. We fell in love.”
“Is that why Liam disapproved?” Wendy winced slightly at Killian’s surprised expression. “Sorry. I overheard.”
“It’s okay,” he told her with a shrug, “Liam has been very . . . let’s just say vocal with his opinions lately. I’m not surprised you’ve heard our fights. Yes, Liam worried that I was just Milah’s rebound. He softened a bit after we adopted the kids, though.”
“How old were they when . . . “ Wendy trailed off, unable to finish the thought.
“Six and three.”
What could a person say to that? There was nothing anyone could offer but empty platitudes to a man widowed with two young children to care for all by himself. Luckily, Wendy was saved from having to say anything by Alice running up and waving a bright red piece of paper in her hand.
“Look, Papa!” she told him breathlessly. “They’re doing a Valentine’s dance at town hall!”
“Hmm, I see,” Killian said as he glanced over the announcement.
Alice tilted her head and pursed her lips saucily. “Is that all you’re gonna say?”
Killian rubbed at his chin, glancing up at his daughter, then back at the paper again. “I’m sorry, starfish, I’m just surprised. This doesn’t seem like your usual thing.”
“What?” Alice gasped in obvious offense. She pressed up on her toes to lean closer to her father and jab a finger at the paper he held. “Didn’t you see this part?”
“Oh!” Killian chuckled. “It’s a costume party.”
“Can you help me make a costume, Papa? Please, please, pleeeease?”
“Alice, this dance is only four days from now.”
“But I have lots of old Halloween costumes that I can cut up and make into different things, plus all my craft supplies. We can do it, I know we can. Please?”
Henry frowned as he grabbed the flier. “This says you’re supposed to dress up as famous couples. Gross.”
“A couple just means two people though, right?” Wendy pointed out. “It doesn’t have to be romantic.’
“She’s got a point, son.” Killian was looking at Wendy, though.
“Can you go to the ball, too?” Alice asked her.
“Oh, sweetheart, Wendy will hopefully be back with her own family by then.”
“But,” Wendy rushed to add, unable to handle the disappointment on the little girl’s face, “if I’m still in town, I would love to go.”
“Yay!” Alice cheered, bouncing up and down on the balls of her feet. “Can we go to the craft store for some supplies, then?”
Killian shrugged at Wendy as his daughter pulled him along, chattering about all of her costume ideas. As she watched him patiently follow his daughter around the craft store, listening intently as the child held up ribbons, buttons, and scraps of felt, Wendy berated herself for ever thinking the man could be single.
Phone ringing . . . You have reached the cell phone of Emma Swan. Sorry I missed your call. Leave a message, and I’ll get back to you soon.
“Emma, this is Regina. You took the whole unplugging thing seriously, I see. I mean, I’m proud of you, seriously, you deserved it. I just needed to ask you a question about an interview I set up for you. You’re still driving back tomorrow, right? Give me a call as soon as your vacation is over.”
Phone ringing . . . You have reached the cell phone of Emma Swan. Sorry I missed your call. Leave a message, and I’ll get back to you soon.
“Wow, Emma, you really did unplug. Wasn’t expecting you to ignore my texts, though. God, Emma, I’m not trying to sound like a dick here, but I did just propose to you. Then you run off? Please call me, I need for us to talk about this.”
Phone ringing . . . You have reached the cell phone of Emma Swan. Sorry I missed your cell. Leave a message, and I’ll get back to you soon.
“It’s me again. Walsh. I felt bad about that last message. Listen, I love you, Emma. And I don’t care when we get married. We can be 64 for all I care. We can wait as long as you want. I just want to be with you. That’s all. Call me. Please?”

GLOBOPHOBIA - PATIENT RECORD HB198610D
Patient Name: Harrison, Brenda
Age: 32
Sex: Female
Diagnosis: Globophobia, fear of balloons
The following journal entries were retrieved from the patient’s home on 02/07/2018 by Agent 14.
9/24/2017
My therapist wants me to document my “attacks”, so here I am.
I went bowling with Kevin today. There was a kid’s birthday party happening when we got there. I used my breathing exercises and tried to ignore the balloons they had tied everyfuckingwhere so that I could relax with my boyfriend and have some fun. It worked for a while, but when the party ended and the adults were cleaning up their mess, a yellow balloon came loose and floated up to the ceiling. No one could reach it and I guess it hit some air flow from a vent or something, and it floated right down to my lane.
I swear to God, the fucking thing stopped dead right above me and started to sink down like I was wearing a magnet for it or some shit. I ran into the bathroom and stayed there until Kevin helped one of the employees get it down and came and got me. He says he understands, but I can tell by the look in his eyes that he thinks I’m being stupid.
9/27/2017
Went to the store today. They decided to decorate for football season, apparently. Black and yellow balloons are tied to every damn register. I remembered the birthday party shit and walked out. I guess I’m ordering pizza tonight.
10/3/2017
Fuck that clown. Kevin says he was just being nice, but I swear to God that bastard was mocking me. “Take a balloon, ma’am, they’re free! No strings attached, I promise! Except the ones that keep them from flying away! HONK HONK I promise they don’t bite!” Get bent, you Pennywise looking asshole.
Kevin says I overreacted and that I embarrassed him. We got into a big fight and he left. Now he won’t answer my phone calls. Guess that’s over.
10/10/2017
Started a new medication today. Maybe this will work better than the hypnotherapy and other meds did. It fucking better. I hate needles.
10/14/2017
Got home from work today to find a yellow balloon tied to the doorknob on my front door. It had an angry face with sharp teeth drawn on it.
I went in through the back door and called my neighbor, but he wasn’t home. I could see the balloon through the window on the door. It had turned so that the face was looking at me. I barricaded myself in my bedroom and hid under my blankets, but I could still feel the fucking thing watching me.
My neighbor called me when he got home a couple of hours later, but he said there wasn’t a balloon on my door when he checked. Whoever put it there must have cleaned up the evidence.
It had to have been Kevin. Fuck you, Kevin.
11/16/2017
I was doing so well! I was able to go back to the store with the football decorations the other day and actually buy something. Sure, I had a panic attack in my car afterward, but it was progress! I thought the medicine might have been helping, but how much can anything help when someone decides to torment you?
There was another yellow balloon with a face drawn on it tied to my TV remote today. This face looked angrier and meaner than the last one. I ran outside and called the cops when I found it. It was gone when they got there. They looked all over the place to see if whoever left it was still in the house, but nope. They also didn’t find any clues pointing to how he got in.
This is so fucked up. JUST LEAVE ME ALONE.
11/25/2017
Had an emergency appointment with my therapist today. I keep having nightmares about the fucking balloons. I can’t sleep. Everytime I close my eyes, I dream about angry yellow balloons chasing me, watching me, hurting me. Last night I dreamt that a bunch of them tied me down with ribbon and ate me alive. I can still hear the sounds of the balloons rubbing together while they fought for space to take bites. Ugh.
I’m afraid to leave my house and give that asshole another opportunity to fuck with me.
The therapist encouraged me to stay on my new meds and call the cops when I don’t feel safe. What if I never feel safe?
11/30/2017
Woke up this morning and went to make myself some breakfast. When I opened the refrigerator to grab the eggs, a yellow balloon flew out at me. The face on it was really twisted this time, and it kept coming toward me no matter what I did. I started throwing stuff at it, but it kept coming. I passed out at some point.
I guess my neighbor heard the commotion and called the cops. They were there when I woke up. The balloon wasn’t.
12/5/2017
Went to the hospital today. I went out to grab my mail and when I turned around to walk back into the house, I spotted a yellow balloon with a fanged smiley face drawn on it floating in my living room window. I guess I stumbled backward and stepped off of the curb, right into the path of a dude riding his bike down the street.
I have a concussion and some nasty bruises, but I’ll be alright, I guess. I saw the doctor who gives me my shots on my way out. He was super focused on reading something in a blue notebook, so I didn’t bother him.
Surprise, surprise. The balloon wasn’t there when I got home. I thought about reporting it to the police again, but at this point the only thing that’s gonna get me is a nice vacation in a padded room. The cops that came last time were thinking about it, I could tell.
I’m not crazy. I just want this to stop. I don’t think I can take much more.
12/9/2017
I’ve seen angry yellow balloons literally everywhere I go. Doctor is worried that my concussion is worse than they thought. MRIs are loud and uncomfortable.
12/20/2017
My therapist thought it would be a good idea to bring a yellow balloon out during my session today. Stupid bitch. “You need to face your fears, Brenda.” Fuck that shit. I bet she set up the camera so she could laugh at my reaction later with her buddies. “Clinical study” my ass.
I tried. I really did. Then Satan’s party favor started coming at me and I started screaming and crying like a fucking baby. Bitchface let it push me into a corner before she took it away. She said something about static electricity making it attracted to me, but I could tell she was making shit up to placate me. She seemed more interested in scribbling notes about the incident than actually convincing me that it was totally normal. I’m not stupid.
1/2/2018
Another one popped out of my closet this morning and rushed at me when I opened the door. Its eyes were colored red and its fangs were so big that it took up half of the balloon. I grabbed my softball bat and swung at it. When I made contact, it burst and this black goo sprayed everywhere. It got all over my arm and burned my skin. I wiped the goo off and went to the hospital.
I’m not crazy. The 2nd degree burns under the bandage on my arm tell me so.
So where the hell did the balloon corpse and all the black goo go?
1/9/2018
My arm isn’t healing. The burn is this gross brownish color. I think it’s infected. The balloons keep appearing, but they’re keeping their distance. Like they’re watching me, waiting for something.
1/14/2018
I swear to God the fucking burn is spreading and it’s turning yellow. My therapist says it looks the same to her as it did last week. Useless bitch.
1/20/2018
I’m writing this from my bed, hiding under the covers like a fucking child. There are like 10 yellow balloons floating in my bedroom. Every single one of them has this creepy smile drawn on. I tried to call the cops, but my phone is dead. I could have sworn I plugged it in last night.
I can hear them laughing at me through the covers. My arm burns. I think it’s swollen too.
I don’t know how long I’ve been under here. I keep dozing in and out. I’m starving, but those fucking things are still there. I tried to get out of my bedroom, but they swarmed me and I dove back under my covers.
I took the bandage off of my arm. It’s not even covering the wound anymore. The burn itself takes up my entire forearm, and my whole arm is yellow like an old bruise and so swollen that I can’t even bend it. It smells as badly as it burns.
I heard someone knocking. My whole body is so swollen that I can barely move. It took all of my energy just to roll onto my stomach so I could write. I don’t know if the balloons took away my blanket or if I kicked it off at some point. They are on top of me now. I can feel them covering my back and legs. They’re so warm.
I think I’ll die here. Maybe the balloons will float me away.
To the offices of Dr. Verland,
First, I’d like to thank you.
I was skeptical when you insisted that your serum would make me better. I realize now that it was working even when I thought it was making things worse. My mind and body had to break before they could become stronger. I know that now.
I thought the balloons were threatening. I thought they were terrifying. I know now that they were watching, waiting not for the time to strike, but the time to act.
While my body swelled, stretching further than I thought possible, I prayed for mercy. I prayed for the strength to get me through pain worse than I had ever felt. I didn’t realize until I began to deflate that I was granted both.
I barely recognize myself in the mirror. My malleable yellow skin and razor sharp teeth are rather unsettling to look at, but my transformation will prove quite useful.
You see, my floating friends didn’t just give me physical gifts.
I know who you really are. I know what you’re doing. Your whole foundation will fall faster than a popped balloon.

of all- 3
Of All chapter 3 Characters: Leati/(Joe sometimes Addi calls him Joe), Joelle,  Addison Jess,  Various wwe talent/ Word Count: 6841
It was a friday morning, Joe and Joelle we're discussing which farm to go, to for this years christmas tree, They usually went to a loal tree farm called spritz, Joe was familar  with the place and  he'd been going there for awhile. But there was a new one, opening up on friday called higher pine, Addison said Higher Pine  was previously around, but the father passed away and the sons brought it back with a new name  and she thought it was good for the value of trees plus they had a wood shop and a house decorated with knick knacks.  Joelle voted for the newer one of course, after a little debate and conversation they we're going to check out higher pine as a new tradition.  Joe had to have a phone conference call at 11:30 with the executive and COO  Paul Levesque, on his status, of his injury and to time frame his come back.  "Joe. It's 11:20, I  think paul might be calling soon, And i need to be on call for this eval, for the hospital circumstance" Joe nodded and said they would head into  his office    " Hey JoJo, why don't you go get changed, clean your room up, while daddy and addy have this meeting, and then we can go grab lunch and  go get our tree okay"  Joe Said.   Addison, changed into her white scrub top and her white pants  her hair was  curled, and she had on minimal make up on, as joe wore his, tap out gear they began to wait for Paul's call.
"You never have been in here, before have you Addy?" She nodded, No.  " It was Joelle's room, well supposed to be, and then well where her room is now, is where it was and Uh Galina, wanted this to be  her play room and i decided her room was big enough, she didn't need a play room and we got into an argument about it once, and i said you know what this room is going to be used for it's going to be my office so when you piss me off i can come in here and regret it all."  Addy's eyes widened and thought to herself (  was this really what she wanted? he gets so mad, and raises his voice everytime he speaks of her, sometimes..)  she changed the subject and got up, and suggested some of his merchandise, go in a big cabinet with  the titles he won, and pictures of his father and family and maybe some photos of herself and him.  " Man Addy, you really know how to  make me happy, I think thats a great idea, only problem and it's just one, I don't have a shelf for all this, that's laying around. I mean i have magazine shoots I was in, I have me colby and Jon's crap  in a box. i need to expand.I need a bigger office space  thought about knocking out this wall, over here... Just then the phone began ringing, as  it was Paul Levesque.  he began with   "Hi Leati, Hi Addison, thanks for joining me. I'm sorry i'm a bit late, timing was a bit off  my apologies on that. Before i begin, Addison, have you contacted, Dr. Jae on the results of the MRI?  " Hi Mr  Levesque, I have and i am thinking from  both Dr and my own personal professional standpoint, Mr. Anaoi' does in fact need a possible 6-8 more weeks. He's healing, but the rehab is slower than accepted."   Joe Sighed and put his head back on the chair, he was frustrated that the doctor hadn't cleared him to compete.  "Paul, man when do you expect me to begin training?  I thought i was good man."  Paul Nodded, and began  " yeah Leati, I know  we all did, but with that MRI you had and the test results, taking awhile We just aren't sure what is proper."  leati began getting frustrated, as expected he wanted to get back in the ring and be with his peers and perform in  front of the fans, and come home and perform for Addi.   " Paul i've went to the gym, twice,  with jon and trinity and Jey charlie too! they all said i was doing and looking good. As paul laughed his deep laugh,  he said " Tell ya what, Leati, I can see what i can do here, on my end and i'll see if i can get it to about 2-4 weeks, I'm not promising anything because i'm not a doctor, Addison can we follow up with an appointment say Wednesday, at 12. with doc and do some scans, I'd say I'd get him in here tomorrow but they're booked solid. Wednesday be okay Leati?  Addison  motioned  YES. as  leati agreed that wednesday would work. Joe thanked paul for being generous, as they both hung the phone up, Leati began frustrated. " man i'm never going to be back.  I'm never going to get back in that ring again, and perform. I can feel it."  As addison looked at him, and said  "Well, Leati, with that attitude, who would want you around!."  She got up and left. Joe sat in his office, spinning his chair around. When he thought of what  Addison said  ** He started thinking,  God damn Joe Anoai' your a legend. you played at georgia tech. You met this great girl again, You have her Joe, You also have your daughter for the holidays snap the shitting fuck out of your 12 year old attitude, and make the most of being home!** he signed a relief and began  writing  **Present for Addi**  leaving the entire paper blank, he tore off the sheet of paper and put it in his desk drawer, only to bring it back out and study it like he was taking the SAT 's  he decided to call jon fatu whom was Jimmy Uso.  With only two rings, Jon answered " Yo Uce what's up. how's things going? you finally got a fresh breathe of no sex air aye uce. i'm just kidding uce you get  what you can take ma man. what's up though"?  Joe shook his head, thinking why am i calling this fool?  " Uce, nothings up and  you're one to talk  man, 2 kids and  trying for more... I hear what they say about you. But you know us samoans we know how to play. Man reason why i' was calling i don't know man.. You know about Addison, Man i'm feeling her, like really feeling her. I don't know uce...."  Jey responded with  only what Jey could respond with,   " YOU ASKING HER arent you UCE" Joe laughed and said  " Man, i don't know i haven't even went ring shopping. I don't know how to do that. I gotta take trinity or someone to even discuss this.. Joelle was trying to get me to buy a ring pop and  you know they got blueberry watermelon and a grape flavor.  it was hard for Joelle to even pick out a flavor. how the hell am i supposed to out a ring!"   "Man Uce,  Joelle is 6 she probably got watermelon, knowing her. a ring is bigger than a 99cent, flavor sugar candy you talkin 7, 8 figures for  addison. Tell you what, I'll talk to Jimmy about you taking Naomi, and Naomi  Addison and Trinity can all get together, and we can sit at the bar and discuss this more, have your mom watch Joelle for awhile. and we all have a ladies/man night" Joe agreed and plus he missed the guys and he knew Addison missed the girls, the guys talked some more about upcoming shows and how things we're going on the road and then soon hung up. Joe felt better but instantly had the nervous butterflies of even begining to purpose was he ready? was she ready? was he just going to look who knew what he even wanted to do.
Addison was sitting downstairs on the couch, curled up with a blanket drinking her glass of wine, looking for something to watch on netflix. Joe poured himself, a glass and came and sat on the couch with her.  "Looking for anything good?  he said, she looked up at him and  mentioned that there was fuller house and house of cards also orange is the new black, and prancer.  Addi said she wanted to watch that with, Joelle it would be a cute family movie, There were a few lifetime original movies being showed but joe dispised lifetime said it was mainly for those " Females, who spend their husbands money and kill the husbands later when hes too stupid to figure it out"  Addi laughed and said " Life time was NOT for that but theres movies that are like that, that are on lifetime. Life time was  an american cable and satellite tv channel   and the channel features  women in lead roles."  Joe laughed and said "you quoted that from somewhere didn't you. " maybe, i did maybe i didn't Joe. Addi said with a smile, and with that she chose a movie, snuggled in on her pillow and began watching, " Want some popcorn? or something?  Joe asked.  she nodded, as  he thankfully gracefully went to the kitchen to pop a bag, he was looking for a escape route and boy did he find one! minutes later he came back with hot delicious buttery popcorn, as he nuzzled, in between her legs, she said  "WHAT are you DOING?  uhh are you comfortable like this? Joe." he laughed and said,  "Hey physically i am in you. and now  i'm just laying right where things need to be protected by my bigger much bigger physically head."  she took a handful of popcorn and ate it as they both watched the movie.
12:00AM They both fell asleep  on the couch   only this time, Joe was in back of her, with his arms wrapped around her waist  covered in the blanket she was sharing. within minutes although, they were woken up by  a sound outside. Joe got up, and told Addi to stay  where she was. Joe  checked his security cameras  saw a young  kid walk up to his door,  Joe opened it and said " Excuse me who are you. who are you. what  do you want? get out of here, you come back around here, i'll report you to the police. I  have you on my camera dash. get out of here. get out of here right now!" The kid fled, in a car down the street,  The camera got just a piece of the car, but Joe decided he was going to switch the camera lenses to  watch the left, and right, with the right at a different angle.  "Man i love technology!" Joe said, as he came back into the living room,  " I don't know some kid, thought he was gonna play it tough and take whatever he thought he needed from the porch i dont know.but thank god i bought that camera, Best  $400 spent i do say so myself"  Addison laughed and  reached her arms out for him to come back on the couch he laughed and said " Want a hug?"  she  kicked his stomach, and told him to  come back and lay with her, cause she wanted to stay downstairs tonight. Joe grabbed a few wood chips and firewood from the carrier, and threw them on  the fire, took a sip of his  wine, adjusted his boxers, and came crawling over her to his spot as the fire began to crackle, Joe began softly kissing, her neck leaving little marks on her body as he began his trail, his fingers moved slightly up and down each arm, with little moans here and there  " you uh  think we can uh do it...."    right now right here?  she  said  before she could even get a word of acceptance  he wasted no time, his pajama pants we're off  shoved at the end of the couch soon after,  everything was breatheable, and reachable. she was pushed slightly off the couch as joe began, undressing her,  " I'm nothing special, i have nothing to offer. on the couch...."  he asked her to repeat what she said,   she moaned as he began rubbing her already swollen clit " I don't even know how you get so wet, you had to of been  having a wet dream of me because your so fucking wet I don't understand, everytime we're together, within fucking minutes you're just wet. your dripping for samoan cum, if thats what you want. then get on up here for this" As joe stood up, on his knees he brought her to her knees and had her, face the wall facing the starewell, he got up  fully naked now and threw a few more logs on the fire, as he began to walk back towards her she was facing him,  he turned her back around causing her to yelp,  wetting his hand, he threw his spit on what seemed to him to be his ever so harden dick, "do you even know how hard this cock is for you? do you even know i was already ready to have a good nights rest and then for some reason this little girl, just pops into my cock and says get hard cause i need you. and obviously it needs you too or else i wouldn't be stroking this in front of you, look at you licking your lips,  don't you dare put your fingers inside you dont you even think about it"  And with that, all being said Joe was  6 almost 10 inches deep inside her ass  with no warning, he grabbed a headful of her hair holding it  with one hand and the other around her waist with no warning he was grinding making more noise than he had before,  with every slap, from his free hand, and his cock the music they made was  one to keep Itunes in business  he pulled out by accident making  both of them moan, as quickly respositioned himself  it wasn't long  before he was back inside her going faster, with one leg propped on the couch, he was sure to come, as he was begining to come, he slipped out again pushing her back down on the couch with one word " Spread Em" he was inside where be belonged, with no warning  from either of them the song somehow came on the bluetooth speaker "Oh he so horny, he want to uh He bucked all my buttons, he ripped my blouse He Monica Lewinski all on my gown... Take all of me I just wanna be the girl you like, girl you like The kind of girl you like, girl you like Take all of me I just wanna be the girl you like, girl you like"  As the song continued to play, Joe began to take measure,  his pace quickened more as the couch began making sqeaking noises his breathe became rapid,  "Doc. Fuckkkkkkk. Ohhhhhhhh Fuck.  come on match me. come on  come on fuck this  good samoan dick .  thats it, good girl there comes my good girl," something came over her she didn't know if she was mad at him, or if she was just having too good of sex that  she was mad it was that good, she didn't know but  she stopped him mid thrust " wha wha th the what happened?"   As she  pulled him  so he was sitting on the couch, " STAND IT at ATTENTION like a soldier should JOE"  He didn't know who came over her, or if this was really her intentions but he did as she said, she was the "Doc" as he called her  as she  began licking, her fingers she found her friend clit as she began rubbing it vigorously,  Joe's soldier was standing at attention, for what it felt like for hours, she scooted her ass and body back, towards him  she climbed onto his soldier  saying "Yes i'm  your doctor soldier, but you my good friend are being saluted"  as she began bobbing up and down on it slow at first Joe grabbed her hips and began slamming her down harder and harder, each time  she was brought back down her eyes filled with ecstacy she was never for drugs but if this was his drug she was going to become an addict.   "Im going to fucking cum, all over this couch you're going to have to answer to your friends, and mine what happened with this stain on this couch, what are you going to tell them? Doc.... Doc....Oh Oh Oh Shiiii Shiiii. you better come first before me because if i ohhhh shiii keep riding keep riding, I'm comi I'm comi joe, I -- Oh--- Joe-- My god your dick feels so good, just like the first time... ohhhh myyy goddddd doc this was one of the best fucks i've had".  Just minutes after they both came, they collapsed on the couch, noticed the time on the clock that read  2:59AM.  It was almost 3am  they ruined the couch, but felt content about it laying breathless joe found himself burried behind her, as she layed looking at the ceiling,  finally saying  " Tree in that corner, in front of the window, something for us to look at, when we have another round down here? Or tree  in the other  window area. Joe cleared his throat and said  JoJo always liked it in front of the window in front of us" She smiled and said me too. It was  almost 3:10 by the time they stopped talking, Joe kissed her neck  and grabbed her breast gave it a small squeeze she grabbed his hand and held it in place  " You uh like this?  "  Joe smiled,  she nodded and soon fell asleep with him holding her breast.
10:15AM ( Next Morning... Tree Day) They weren't awake fully. but they we're awake enough to hear Joelle,   "Shes awake..... I wonder if she knows where we are she usually hates when i'm not in my room she gets scared thinking i'm  gone and left her".  Joe said, as he called out  "JoJo daddys down here, in the living room come here JoJo."  joJo   stood up at the top of the stairs,  laughing, as she was coming downstairs she was hauling every damn barbie and accessory in the matel world.   " KEN. COME ON. SIT in the car. put your seatbelt on little boy we're going for a RIIIIIIIDE" There went ken by himself  down the stairs, flying by Joe  as joe, rubbed his eyes,  he noticed ken  heading straight for the fireplace.  he yelled  "JOELLE. get ken out of the fire. he's almost heading straight  for his jersey shore tan"  she came flying down the stairs yelling  "KENNNNNNNNNN I told you to wear your seat belt. SHEEEEEESH"  Addi was sitting up covering herself with the blanket giving, joe some blanket, for his bottom naked  gorgeous self.  "Good morning Addy Daddy." she said leaving, to rescue her other barbie accessories,  " Addy do you ever have barbies? i have a lot. don't i daddy.."  Joe dozed off, after saving Ken from his almost fired body,  Addy leaned in and  kissed Joe's pec softly biting the skin, " Mmmmmm we close Doc"  She  shook her head no, he grunted and opened his eyes, to Joelle sitting down in front of the  fireplace, playing barbies.. " What do you guys like for breakfast?"  Addy asked , Joe looked over at her and smiled  Addi ignored his selfish grin, and  suggested  omlettes she was pulling her undies on,  pajama bottoms,  she wore her calvin klein  sports bra that fit her 32 B  nips that joe was just on. She got up, careful to not step over the barbie's set up  " Hey Joelle, I hate to upset you. but we're going to get our tree, here in a while  you can set up barbie world camp  all in that corner of the living room because the tree is going right here" Joelle  got up, announced "ALL BARBIES OF ANOAI, WORLD CAMP. please, drive carefully but we're moving camp. PACK IT UP  Skipper!"  she was so animated with everything she did, Addi just loved watching her, she reminded her of herself at that age, her life was filled with babysitters, and babysitter boyfriends whom she admired, Joe laughed as he was motioning himself to put his pajama pants on  "Hey daddy, why are you moving like that..."  Oh this? I'm just trying to find the remote, I was going to turn on the cartoons for you, and go help Addi in the kitchen.  Joelle just smiled,  " hey you two. your omlettes are ready..  come get em'" Joe smiled and got up,  grabbed his plate and put it on,  the table as he grabbed Joelle's  " Joelle come to the table eat, please leave skipper and the barbies over there. come on please." Addi said Joelle shot up, and walked to the table, as they ate their breakfast  they cleaned their plates and decided to go get dressed and go out for their tree.
1:00 PM-6:00PM "Hi, welcome to Spritz Farms, I'm John Spritz. anything you guys looking for in particular? please let me know. We have 17 lots full of all types of different trees, when your ready we can have a driver take you out to the fields to pick your tree, here's a brocheer for the list of trees and, prices have a great time!" Joe smiled and thanked   him.  Addi was taking all this in, her family never got a tree, it was always a fake tree she was so excited Joe invited her to do this, she was so anxious and so happy to get a real tree with a real family. Joe got a hold of John, and asked to be taken out to the  fraiser furr section,   "Yeah Mr. Anoai what can i help you with?" Yeah, i think we want to check out the fraiser furr selection.  Joe said, as he picked Joelle up, they followed John out to the sleigh ride that would take them  about 1.2 miles out of the front area,  "We have about  30-40 Fraiser furr 's we were a little concerened with  how they would do this year,  i had about 20 last year and they didn't do much for me. But i was over pleased with them this year, I have anything from 5ft to about 7 to about 8 ft." Joe nodded, Joelle was looking around everywhere, she was  shy,  but thanked Jon for the ride out, they went down a few rows before coming to about a 7" gorgeous dark green tree a  few were a little, lighter color green, but found a gorgeous dark one.  Joe called out to John,  " Yeah John i think we got her. This is the one. Yeah this is our first tree. as a family. Thank you" As they we're brought back with their tree on the trailer, Joelle was clapping her hands saying " Santa is going to love our tree. he's gonna wanna hang out at our house fo  sure! YAY YAY" Joe laughed as he held Andi's hand she smiled.   they got the tree home, as addi grabbed, her big rubbermaid from the basement  Joe's eyes widened  "Andi what are those?"  Christmas Ornaments from my house,  Joe can you open the door for me. he did,  as joelle, brought out 5 ornaments  "These are what daddy puts on the tree, I made them all."  she said  As Andi opened the container lid,  Joelle smiled and said " WOAHH BARBIE BAZZOOKA THATS A LOT.  SHE HAS A BARBIE PINK JEEP ORNAMENT DADDY CHECK THIS OUT!"   Just when Joe thought  he could love her   his love just  went up about 20+ points like he was playing super  mario!   " You didn't have to bring all these but thank you." he said.  " OH YEA" SHE DID. LOOK AT ELMO riding on a bike HAHA" ooh and a monkey eating a banana he's silly"   Andi mouthed " She ever read curious george"?  Joe shook his head "No".   Joelle over heard, " curious george" his name is curious george,   whats that?  she said   " Next time we're back at my place I'll let you look at my books of him. i have tons"  Joelle asked   "Do you have a baby back home?"  Andi smiled, and said Nope i just saved all my childhood favorites,  Joelle smiled and continued looking through  the boxes..   "Hey Daddy here's papa, papa is an ornament". Joe father was in the WWF and at a time, the WWF had WWF ornaments well, Sika was  nice enough to stand for  10 hours to get in paint and be airbrushed  for an ornament.   Oh Man, dad would tell us all the time, he hated  doing these beause it was for like hours on end just standing. cool you got some. i dont think my  mom kept much."   Joe went and grabbed, the lights to plug in the lights he started, to put the white lights, on  as  Joelle and Andi  put the ornaments on the tree.  Just then  Joe's phone rang  " Hey Oh Hey Uce yeah we're here you spying on us? For sure come on over. yeah i'll see you then. she'll be happy to see ya for sure!"   Jon? babe  Andi said, Yeah  " Hey Joelle, Jon and a special friend of his are coming over that cool with you"?  Joe  mouthed "S A N T  A " with a big grin on his face,  Joelle went back to her barbies as she was playing, Jon pulled up in the driveway, " Yo Uce! "  JONNNNNNNNNY yelled Joelle,  "JoJo my girl what kind of pink madness happened to your dads place. whos all these people."    Joelle, laughed  "BARBIEEEEEEEE MADNESS DUH Jon" Jon cracked a joke to joe,  You diggin in your  girly side aye. couldn't get enough of it when your sister had all this shiiii-  now you got it x4."  Joe laughed and said "What can i say my check goes to Matel"  Jon laughed and shook his head " you in way too deep bro"  Addi laughed and said   he sure is sometimes   leaving jon and joe hysterically laughing.  I uh was coming over just to see if ya'll wanted to go get a pizza or something.   joelle   sparked into the conversation, and said  "my barbies, werejust going to make a pizza this is crazzyy", as jon laughed and said  that he spoke fluently in barbie matel language,  Andi, was in the kitchen at the table working on her garland for the mantel and finishing her wreath for the door,  Jon called her Ms Pinterest or Mis Board poster, whatever you all ladies spend hours doing at night while we're sleeping. the wreath had  little red berries  all over it the garland just had  white lights with  buffalo red plaid bows, It was almost 6:00 and Jon and Joe we're hungry especially Joe,  "Man i'm starving, especially since this morning. you gonna be ready soon Andi?"  Jon looked at Joe, as joe made mention to the couch, Jon's eyes widened  and said " In Front of Barbie Madness"  common uce!  "Not in front of skipper! shes innocent!!"  Joe  laughed and said  no, but "Barbie Madness uh aye woke us up thats for sure. We almost had a fire, with the barbie earlier.. Right joelle" Joelle, was quietly playing with her barbies  Jon laughed and "Said and you caught the barbie, before  she was toast in the nudde? or what uce?"  Joe sighed and said  " Uce, i'm doomed for anywhere i'm gonna be with her, she  has this intention to just play "SURPRISE" on us, but its kinda fun to be walked in on in a way. I  dont know uce kinda gives me a challenge to try." Jon shook his head, and said " Yeah a challenge to scar your young child, that's so samoan of you."  Guys! where are we going for dinner, i need to know what to wear, Andi called out from the bathroom downstairs,  " Well what you got on now, mama"? Joe asked playfully,  "I can't tell you when Joelle is inches away from you come here Joe." Joe  proudly walked in the bathroom,  "How about this, top and these black leggins so i can wear, my black boots,"  Joe smirked, and gave her a kiss on her neck and whispered " better have that black thong, and  black bra on too. when we get home, you're getting it!" but yeah babe you look good, its just pizza  hun get dressed you have two samoans who are hungry  and uh ones a little hungrier, for what he just witnessed.
8:00 PM The tree was lit, the outdoor reindeer were lit,  They we're just getting back, from dinner Joelle wanted to stay up and watch frosty and  the christmas carol with the muppetts  Joe told her, since she was a good girl all day and did well at the christmas tree farm she could watch both shows in the basement, because  addi, jon,  and jimmy, with trinity were going to come over, and talk for awhile and that Jon was going to go and get his brother and the kids, and bring them over so Joelle had friends to play with She was happy with that and was excited to have a sleep over. YAY MIRACLE is coming too!!   HEY HEY  now i never said sleep over JoJo  JoJo smiled, and said yeah but now all the barbies are leaving your house. your  too boring  for them they bought a basement condo with air conditioning "  Joe was happy about the barbies moving out. " See ya barbs. been nice knowing ya up here, thanks for the great wake up call and sorry uh about the almost fire  blaze to ya."     Instantly he froze. and mouthed OH SHIT BLITZEN!   Joe booked it upstairs, to decorate  in Joelle's room to only find Addi up there completely tearing Joelle's bedroom apart  " If this wasn't my daughters room i'd fuck you right here  in front of this mirror right here... until you fell over on the ground, if you know  what i mean".  Addi laughed, JOE  not every place requires hot fucking sex with you, some places need to be kept holy and sacred". Joe laughed,  "Yeah like my bedroom, and the living room needs to be sprayed with holy water, this looks crazy she's gonna love it, but i'm gonna fucking hate to clean it!"-- Addi said  "Here, write a letter, i was thinking of saying, " oops i found your room i was looking for a book to read, Im sorry i got it messy  but i want to see if you can take directions, and clean like a good girl" but write it joe in a messy handwriting.  Joe laughed and said the  letter was fine,  and that they needed to get out of her room before she figures something out,  " Come on lets go  to our room-- I uh  uh mean mine,  She smiled and said   " I Liked it as when you said it was ours baby".    Joe called JoJo upstairs, "Hey JoJo come on up here, almost time for bed sweetie, lets pick a book out and read,  come on sweetie,"  She came running,  and said she was getting kinda tired,  Joe said miracle would be coming soon and  that they would be sleeping in Joelle's room,  Just  then Miracle came through the door,  "Hey Mira we're upstairs, here.."  MIRA i have all my barbies in their condo its downstairs, but maybe we can go down there, instead of sleeping in my room..  as joe thought to himself. she right, ha her room is a mess with a captiol M!  as JoJo walked in her room her eyes lit up, "  BLITZEN!!!!!!!! WOAH. daddy look in here, WOAH he went wild. OH MY GOSH!"  Joe said " I really hope blitzen offers a cleaning company."  JoJo laughed and said ME TOO DADDY.  as the girls went downstairs  to play with the barbies, Joe went through the tornado, to grab blankets,  and pillows for the girls,  the girls  we're laughing playing barbies, as joe threw blankets  on the floor,   "JoJo tent or sleeping bags..?" Joe was praying she said tent  because   he already had her tent up from the last time; in a corner,  " Yeah daddy my tent. Yeah" joe mouthed " good choice!". he set up the tent, and told the girls it was bed time and that they would have plenty of time to play all day tomorrow and tomorrow night as Jojo gave her daddy a hug and kiss. the girls crawled in the tent, and we're out within minutes! Joe turned the lights off, and left the bathroom light on as he went upstairs   everyone was getting ready to leave Jon and Trinity we're tired  and jey was only home for an hour, so he was exhausted, they all agreed they would hang out  the next day.
Next Morning ,9:45AM Somewhere, in between the night, the girls had a cookie party, pizza party, and a cheese and cracker lunchable party thank god Joelle only knows how to use the microwave and the pizzas were microwaveable. Joe was up first, as he came downstairs, he unplugged the tree, turned the t.v off,  and made his way into the kitchen,  he wasn't hungry but he had to have something, " Damn i gotta get groceries, we're almost out of everything." As he found, a plate of his mom's biscuit and gravy he decided to warm that up, and empty out his and addi's wine glasses that were left from the night before,  just as the microwave stopped beeping, he heard tiny footsteps,  " I really hope blitzen, isn't causinig trouble, he really kinda made my dad upset." Joelle said, as she made her way into the kitchen, there was blitzen with a cup of coffee and a donut, with a mess on the kitchen, and a note that read " Hi Girls, and fiends donuts are my favorite, Sorry i made a mess, hope you have a great day today with your family!- Love Blitzen." As the girls laughed joe,  smiled and said  "hes been crazy busy here in this household aye"  Just then Addi came down wearing joe's sweats and a tank top, looking beautiful as ever, he asked her if she slept well, and if he woke her he was sorry. she smiled, and said  "I slept, really well until, i couldn't feel you around me. I knew you had left,  so i thought i had better clean up, and help with the girls. but here you are." he smiled and said he would never leave any of  them, not now not ever, as they decided they would lay around the house, for awhile  and then  they we're possibly going to go to Joe's parents.   "Hey Joelle, we're going over to grandma' and papa's you ok with that?" She smiled, yeah maybe blitzen will, be there too, joe laughed and said  " I think blizten has enough to worry about being here, but who knows maybe he's already there, maybe he has a friend."  as joe and, andi and joelle and mira, all got in joe's car they headed over to Joe's parents.
** Joe's parents** "Wow, your parents house is beautiful Joe. is this where you grew up? The decorations are pretty too  Addi said. Joe nodded, "been here all my life, ever  since May 25th, 1985, well you know, since childhood- etc moving out was rough of  course but its' so nice living in my own house, with you and my little girl."  Joe's parents we're outside, sitting on the porch having a cup of coffee " Leati my boy. Leati, how are things how are you." Sika said to his son, as he stood up to greet him  "doing well pops, doing well.  Pa this is Addison, she is a nurse that helps with the company."   It's nice to finally meet you sir.  he smiled, as they all took a seat, enjoying the talks. the  kids were all out back in the spacious yard,    as patti began to say, " you know,  we have been thinking of selling the house,  the yard is just becoming too much for your dad, and with you being out of the house we just..  As sika interrupted  " WE ARE NOT SELLING. we are fine, i am fine and that is it."   It was hard for him to want to  just give up, he didn't want to just up and move he did that all his life, with his parents and 12 brothers and sisters when he finally came to tampa he was ready to settle. " You know, Joe your great grandma tried i mean hell  she only tried because she cared and you know, thats where i get my try from. and whatever she says about the yard, well the yard is the only thing i can control and i  want to keep at it. they say  never keep a man down from what he loves. well don't you dare tell me i can't get out in my yard this is my yard!" Addi, and joe began to laugh  as addi said, "Now i know  where you get the " This is my yard" line from, joe shrugged his shoulders and said  "only from the best."   I have the perfect dinner set up,  how about my  homeade nachos and tacos, for my boy and his girls, patti suggested " Oh mom. that sounds delicious. I am so down for homeade man my mom makes the best tacos i don't know  how she does it. but i leave here, sometimes crawling"  and sometimes he doesn't leave, patti said.
The nachos' we're made with ground beef, as normal but  with  homeade picante sauce, sour cream, fresh jalopeno slices,  enchilada seasoning, and a few other spices.  Whenever joe would come from college, his mom would always make a big plateful for him enough to take back to college. Joe was considered the baby, and "BABY" is what he got anything joe wanted, his mom made sure her baby got. As they ate, joe became full   " Oh mom, these are fantastic. i cannot eat another bite. I simply cannot, even eat another." Don't over do it leati,  i am  making you take these home that is if you do  go home,  she laughed.  As joe began to yawn, he made his way to the couch for a nap as addi helped clean up, with patti and sika, she to began to yawn,  "Oh hunny. why don't you go over there on the couch, and take a nap with joe. We have this, covered really we do. I was thinking, of taking the kids down to the shopping mall, and to the new  christmas tree  elf movie". If you  think you can handle joe in his own child hood home, we only will be gone for about a few hours. I wanted to buy joe some presents, with him always lurking i can't possibly do anything, without him knowing a single thing.  Sika went out to the garage to move  few things, and get the car ready.   Addi, smiled and said "he is a good cuddler, not that you need to know that, but he really takes care of me makes me feel like a part of the family". As patti smiled she said  " Oh i know all about joe's hugs, cuddles and comfort. I raised him to be like that, It's just too bad Galina only wanted the money out of  him." Addi stood firm with her next comment " I never wanted, Joe's money. If it meant anything, and no harm to you or to him or your beautiful family. I was scared to even take his phone call. I was terrified to be honest to even see him. because patti, i deep down inside truthfuly speaking, I Love Leati I do. I love him when he has $0.00 in his bank account I love him when he's so mad that he can't perform  out on the road, I love him whene he wakes me up with a glass of water.I love his daughter as if we layed down one night and made her. But Patti i'm so greatful i answered his phone call."  Patti's eyes teared up with tears as she began, to cry Addi pulled her in for a hug, as patti whispered in her ear  " Thank you for being his safe place, now enough tears a mom can't possibly cry over her handsomelittle baby, go get some rest with joe. go  enjoy his embrace, his love, his heart and most importantly his family."  As addi  smiled she did just that and soon fell asleep, to a peaceful heart beating calm samoan.
