When I wasn’t sure if I’d get back into this account, I started writing to calm down a bit, and since I’m obsessed with Bayverse Donnie, I had to let the stress out somehow, haha.
Anyway, hope you guys like it!
Night at the Museum
Bayverse!Donatello x reader
Tumblr media
The mission was supposed to be quick.
In, out, no problem.
Retrieve a stolen tech device that some high-end thief stashed inside a museum exhibit — easy enough. Mikey had already volunteered to stay on comms (a little too eagerly), Leo was on patrol elsewhere, and Raph… well, Raph hated museums.
So it ended up being you and Donnie.
You didn’t mind. Not at all. Actually, you were kind of excited.
It wasn’t every day you got to break into the Museum of Natural History in the middle of the night with a 7-foot-tall mutant genius.
Besides, you liked Donnie. Maybe a little too much.
Maybe a lot too much.
The skylight creaked as Donatello silently dropped down into the dark exhibit hall, scanning the area with a soft whirr from the goggles resting above his eyes.
You followed, landing more clumsily than you meant to, but he steadied you with one large, gentle hand on your back. Just briefly. Just enough to make your heart stumble a little.
The museum was quiet. Dim security lights cast long shadows across the dioramas and display cases. Time felt different here, slower. You could hear your own breath.
Donnie pulled out his modified tech tracker, scanning for the stolen device.
“The signal’s faint, but it’s somewhere in the west wing. Possibly near the biological sciences hall,” he muttered, typing fast. “Shouldn’t take more than twenty minutes.”
You nodded.
Twenty minutes, and then you’d be gone.
That’s what you told yourself.
But twenty minutes turned into thirty. Then forty.
Because the second you passed the ancient civilizations exhibit, you slowed down. Your eyes lit up like stars in a planetarium.
“Oh my god,” you whispered, walking past the glass display of Greek pottery. “This is an actual kylix. That design’s from around 500 BCE- probably used during a symposium.”
Donnie blinked. “A what now?”
You turned to him, grinning. “An ancient drinking party. They’d sit around talking about philosophy and pouring wine. Socrates was probably wasted all the time.”
“…Not how I pictured classical philosophers, but okay.”
He followed you as you drifted from case to case, words tumbling from your mouth without hesitation, the Mongol Empire, Egyptian medicine, early Islamic astronomy. It was like watching someone enter a dream.
You weren’t just reading plaques. You were remembering.
And you were glowing.
Donnie had never seen you like this.
Eventually, the tracker led you both to the natural sciences wing — a darker, quieter section of the museum, lit by the eerie blue glow of underwater exhibits and bone-white casts of ancient skeletons.
The tech you came for was easy to grab. Stashed behind a climate-controlled insect display, tucked inside a fake fern. Donnie secured it in his bag without a second thought.
But neither of you moved to leave.
You were standing frozen in front of the massive glass wall of the biodiversity exhibit, staring up at the suspended skeleton of a blue whale.
“You okay?” Donnie asked softly, stepping up beside you.
“Yeah,” you breathed, eyes wide. “It’s just… I used to come here as a kid. My parents couldn’t afford much, but on discount days, we’d take the subway in and I’d run straight to this hall. I’d pretend I was a scientist.”
Donnie’s chest ached a little.
He looked at you… really looked. The awe on your face. The fire in your eyes. How you stood there with your hoodie half-zipped, looking like someone who had the universe mapped out in her heart and still wanted to learn more.
“You ever consider going into science?” he asked quietly.
“I wanted to. Biology, maybe. But… I don’t know. I was always better at the humanities, philosophy, history, culture. I love systems. How people work. What they believe, and why.” You glanced at him, a little embarrassed. “That probably sounds dumb next to the stuff you do.”
He was silent.
You looked down.
And then…
“Don’t ever do that. Please.”
Your head snapped up.
Donnie was staring at you. His voice was low, almost hoarse.
“I think your brain might actually be hotter than your face. And that’s saying something.”
You blinked. “…What?”
“I mean-” he groaned softly, covering his face with one hand. “That sounded way less weird in my head.”
But you were already smiling.
“Are you flirting with me, Donatello?”
“…Yes?” He peeked through his fingers. “Is it working?”
You stepped closer. “That depends.”
“On?”
“Are you always this into girls who nerd out about dead empires and whale skeletons?”
He chuckled, low and nervous. “Only one, so far.”
Your heart did that annoying skip again.
And you were standing so close now. You could smell the faint scent of metal and coffee on his gear. His brown eyes locked with yours, and for a moment, the museum didn’t exist. Just the hush of breath. The hush of maybe.
Then, with a voice barely above a whisper, he added:
“You make me want to learn everything I don’t know. That’s… kind of a superpower.”
That did it.
You reached up, slow, testing, and brushed your fingers along his jaw.
He leaned in like it was gravity.
And in the shadow of ancient bones and glowing dioramas, you kissed him.
You didn’t leave the museum until two hours later.
But Donnie didn’t mind.
Because he’d found what they came for.
And so much more.

TMNT Bayverse Leonardo/ Pregnant Reader/ Headcanons - SFW & NSFW
Tumblr media
Okay actually I never wanted to do headcanons, but now I'm here hahah.
SFW
- Oh boy. When he finds out you're pregnant, he's more than happy! He still can't believe it, even days later, but he is so happy.
- He would never have thought it possible that he would become a father. Also because he thought that humans couldn't get pregnant from mutants. But as your belly got bigger and bigger, he finally got it too.
- Holds your hair when you throw up.- Is he protective? Oh hell yes! He was already very protective of you before. But since you've been carrying his/your child, it feels like the whole thing has increased fivefold.
- Mikey comes close to you and wants to touch your belly and feel if he can feel kicks. Not even two minutes later, Leo pulls him away from you, which makes you giggle. Mikey pulls a face. "But I'm the uncle!"
- "That was long enough, Mikey!"
It's even worse with Raphael. Leo's animalistic protective instincts come out. He doesn't often make hissing noises or growl (except during mating season and sex), but during your pregnancy and especially when Raphael approaches you, his gaze becomes warning and a sound comes from his throat that you know, but so rarely hear.
- Leo stands in front of you to protect and shield you. You just sighed and touched him on the arm, and he immediately relaxed. But his gaze fixed on the red-masked mutant in front of him.
- Raphael ignored his brother's manner and, constantly watching him and saying "be careful, Raphael!", he was allowed to touch your stomach. And Raph did it really carefully - He would never hurt you on purpose and actually Leo knows that too.
- Donnie has even remodeled his lab and has now placed an ultrasound machine and a couch/bed. An issue that caused you some anxiety. The baby certainly won't be one hundred percent human and you won't be able to give birth in the hospital. You are afraid that something might go wrong.
Leonardo recognizes your fear immediately, thanks to his sensitivity (something you really appreciate about him) and tries to calm you down:- Long warm hugs, kisses all over and reassuring words: "You'll be fine, we'll be fine!", "You'll be the best mother I could imagine for our child right now!"
- His words reassure you and you lean against his strong body, which gives you so much security and support.
- As you sit on the sofa or lie in bed, his hands stroke your belly. He loves to feel the bulge and what you have created with your love... And sex.
- You like to lie between his legs. Your back pressed against his breastplate and you let him spoil you. He really does everything for you; massaging your feet, tasting your favorite snacks, even trying your wildest food combinations first..., some will leave it up to you to eat them hahah.
- You want to shave between your legs and can't get there? No problem! Your fearless ninja and leader in blue will help you!
- Even at birth, he won't leave your side once.
Even when you squeezed his hand so hard that even he faltered for a moment, he let you do it. As long as it helped you.
- Lots of reassuring words and kisses on your hand.
- He might even sit behind you during the birth to be there to support you. There is nothing better for you than feeling his closeness. He has such a calm charisma that it is transferred to you.
NSFW
- Sex during pregnancy? Leonardo is up for it, albeit a little hesitantly, because he doesn't want to hurt you or the baby.
- So there's only one solution: the riding position/Cowgirl.
- Perfect, so you can set your own pace and Leo doesn't feel too bad and doesn't worry about hurting you.
- But he has to admit how sexy you look while you're riding his cock, round and swollen with his seed. It makes his mating instincts scream.
He massaged your sensitive breasts, the nipples of which were already getting chiseled, and your sensitive clitoris. You didn't hold back your moans, you didn't care whether the others could hear them or not.
- Do you fancy a different position? Leo actually lets himself be persuaded. You just wanted to be filled by him, no matter what. You enjoyed it most when he dominated you, so you clawed at the nearest shelf as he thrust into you hard, from behind.
- He still held back, but you didn't want him to be gentle with you. Your hormones wanted it hard and so did you.
- When Leo finally realized that you were doing well, he didn't hold back either. He didn't hold back his moans either as he gripped your hips tightly. You hissed in pain and pleasure.
- At least that's how it was when your belly was big.
When you were at the beginning of your pregnancy, Leo didn't hold back. Your sex life was the same until... until your sex drive suddenly grew.
- It wasn't even necessarily about cumming. You just wanted to feel your green man's cock inside you because you felt so empty without him.
- And you left Leo feeling completely exhausted every time. His breathing hard and his heart beating hard against his chest.
- He looked at your sleeping form next to him and could hardly believe his luck.
- He was going to be a father!

Hacked
I felt like I needed to redeem myself with Donnie since I’ve had a couple comments where people expressed feeling sad that I had a girl scream and run away from him in a previous headcanon. I thought maybe I should give him something sweet and fluffy. Added some fun quotes as well.
Special thanks to @iridescentflamingo @the-cauldron-witch @avery73 and @sophiacloud28 for all of your help with this story, editing it and helping me with ideas! I hope you enjoy reading it!
Aged up TMNT x Reader
TW: None: Donnie's system keeps getting hacked into and he gets increasingly more frustrated.
Tumblr media
“No I’m not playing hard to get! I’m telling you, Sir, it’s not that kind of phone line!”
“It’s always the time for accuracy, Leo.”
“When you put it like that it sounds ridiculous.”
“Let me be the bad-ass for once.”
On the outside, Donatello was the brain, the tech-wizard, the tinkerer. A master of all things technological and a true intellectual able to solve a Rubik’s cube in less than 20 seconds. If it was broken, Donnie could fix it, if it was a seemingly impossible situation, Donnie could figure it out. His three brothers relied heavily on him because he was the smartest, even Leo because there were some questions even he couldn’t answer. This is how it had always been, and he didn’t mind for the most part. He did feel like he was a valuable asset to the team if not a bit overused.
On the inside however, he was the shy one, the introvert, the one who secretly feared being alone forever while slowly descending into madness from his own self-induced seclusion.
Despite Chief Vincent telling them they’d be accepted by society, the collective agreement to stay hidden remained. It had served them well, why mess with it? As they aged into adulthood, it became glaringly obvious. Loneliness, the fear of being forgotten after their father passed on. The crushing reality that he may very well die alone.
He wasn’t like his brothers. Mikey had gotten himself on the scene pretty easily and had made friends and had girlfriends. Raph too, had managed to snag someone, even no-nonsense Leo had. That just left him and he couldn’t help but think. What was the point of having all of this intelligence, creating all of these wonderful inventions, all of the things he’d built… if there was no one but his brothers to share it with?
Donnie acted like it didn’t bother him but secretly he felt it: a sort of crushing loneliness that seemed to stretch on and on. Sadly, he’d sort of given up on meeting someone. It just wasn’t in the cards for him… or was it?
It had started off innocently enough, one day he’d come to work on his computer and noticed something was… off. His desktop looked normal but none of the icons worked when he clicked on them. It didn’t take him long to realize it was a false desktop placed on top of the real one. Odd, he thought. Who had managed to even do this? He’d had the best firewalls and encryptions and security that not even the FBI could crack. Yet, he’d been hacked, someone had hacked him.
He blew out a breath of disbelief, ran a diagnostic and fixed the issue in no time. He did a careful sweep and found nothing else out of the ordinary. He chalked it up to a fluke and went on with his day thinking that was the end of it.
Then it happened again. Upon sitting down in his computer chair he noticed his taskbar was horizontal.
“What the hell..?” He fixed it and upped his security and left it at that.
A week after that all of his icons were replaced with Hello Kitty characters. He was beginning to feel annoyed. Who was doing this, and why? It seemed like they just wanted to mess with him. Frustratingly he couldn’t figure out how they kept getting in. Every time, he strengthened his security it didn’t seem to matter!
He reached his breaking point the following week when he was re-routed to a popular Pokemon meme every time he clicked on something. He was going to find this person and ask them to stop. They weren’t that hard to trace and soon he was purposefully typing a message.
Please stop, you’ve had your fun but it’s getting old
No :)
Seriously, you don’t know who you’re messing with.
Someone who can’t even stop a low-level hacker, clearly.
Who are you?
No one :)
Why are you doing this?
I’m bored, it’s fun
Bored?! How did you even find me? These servers are highly encrypted!
LOL not enough… I was just bouncing around and found them.
Are you with the Foot?
What?! No? I told you, I was bored and saw your shit, and took it as a challenge.
A challenge indeed. Stop this now, this is your final warning.
He broke off their connection then because that had better be it.
Of course, it wasn’t. One boring Saturday night, he was zoned out, totally engrossed in one of his projects. His computer screen flickers a moment. He almost doesn’t see it thinking it’s a trick of the light but it does it again. Curiously, he moved to his computer screen. When he realized what was happening, he actually laughed.
“Seriously? Again?! They have no idea who they’re messing with…”
It was clear that this was same someone who had been hacking him for weeks was trying to get into his system again.
“I’ve got you this time…” His fingers fly over his larger-than-normal keyboard as he managed to secure a one-way live video feed.
“Someone forgot to cover their webcam…” He sang, “Hello, you’ve been hacked by Donatello, I thought I already told you to cease and desist.”
You are absolutely mortified. You’d been doing this for fun, and had no ulterior motives. Truthfully you had been bored and loved a challenge. Yes, you were warned but you didn’t think he would hack your webcam! Immediately, you attempted to hide, hoping he didn’t catch a glimpse of your face.
On his end, Donnie first heard a soft, distinctly feminine gasp and a string of curses. There’s a flurry of movement as you tried to move out of the range of the camera and swiftly stick a piece of tape over it. More shuffling followed, along with the sound of you returning to your computer chair.
He can’t help but feel amused. “There’s no point in hiding, I saw you. How did you think this was going to go?” He waited patiently for you to answer.
You swore softly. The cat’s out of the bag. Swallowing your embarrassment you gingerly peeled the tape off. It didn’t take you long to notice that the video feed only went one way. That was unfair and you intended to change that.
“Sorry…” you murmered. Shit, shit, shit! I’m gonna get you for that!
He took a moment to get a good look at you. Even with the soft lighting of what he assumed to be your bedroom, he could still make out your pink cheeks, flushed flushed with embarrassment and the bridge of freckles across your nose. It was… cute.
“Sorry?” He echoed. “That’s it? You still didn’t answer my question.”
“Do I have to?” You’re trying to keep him talking while your fingers worked their magic. If he could do it… so could you.
“No, but I’d appreciate it if you’d leave me alone. You’ve had your fun, go bother someone else, please.” He replies.
“But I like bothering you.” Almost there… just a few more seconds…
Donnie has to scoff at that. “You don’t even know me.”
“Not yet… there you are!” You cheered as you manage to tap into his own webcam.
In a split-second Donnie had instantly ascertained that she’d been distracting him. To his horror, the little red light of his webcam had blinked to life. Two seconds too long which meant he’d been seen…
“FUCK!” Immediately he cut the power, sending it straight through to your house. He was panicking, he’d been compromised, he was going to have to wipe her computer, all of her hard drives. His heart was pounding and his breathing had quickened as he tried to tamp down the panic he felt. No, maybe he’ll just find her… ask her to keep his secret…? All options were equally bad. What do I do…?!
Luckily, it didn’t take long for that powerful brain of his to think of a solution, albeit a temporary one. His fingers flew over the keyboard once again, restoring power on her side before getting to work.
You were utterly confused. Two seconds ago, maybe five…? Once the webcam was active, you saw what appeared to be the green, blurred image of his face. Was he wearing a mask? You heard the panic in his voice and the ensuing curse word right before your entire room was plunged into darkness. What. The. Hell. Just. Happened?
Just as quickly, it all came back and your computer was rebooting. Okay… you attempted to type once it was all back up and running but something was wrong. Nothing was clickable, nothing worked save for the cursor on your screen. Furrowing your brow, you kept trying, but to no avail. Then, something finally.
A message popped up on your screen and you wasted no time in reading it.
Apologies, I had no choice but to freeze your system. I promise I will explain everything but I need to do it in person. Meet me here:
There was an address to a building between two cross streets and he was asking you to climb the fire escape to the roof.
At first, you scoffed in disbelief. Hell no, you weren’t going to meet some stranger on a rooftop at some weird location. Did he think you were stupid?
Then, as if your mind is being read, another message popped up under the first.
I understand if this is something you might be uncomfortable doing but my identity and the safety of my family is at stake so I must give you an ultimatum. Meet me or your computer will remain frozen.
You swore softly to yourself. This wasn’t something you could fix on your own and you knew it.
You murmured a sarcastic reply. “Well, damn, I guess I’ll just go die then,”
He was giving you no choice and you needed your computer, not only for work, but it had everything. You considered it one of your most precious items. After a minute you’d made up your mind but you still packed your taser and pepper spray just in case.
Donnie was an absolute bundle of nerves. He’d already arrived at the location and was pacing back and forth while sticking to the shadows. He was berating himself about how stupid this plan was. She wasn’t going to show up, but he’d giving her no choice. He did feel a twinge of guilt but years upon years of lectures from Leo had made him be extra cautious. He couldn’t risk his family’s safety because he was careless.
You were nervous too as you carefully climbed the steps of the fire escape. Luckily, the building was only four floors but you still would’ve liked to take an elevator. Reaching the top, you took a moment to catch your breath.
“I do… computers… not stairs… you better be here.” Upon first glance you don’t see anyone and your annoyance grows. “Hello? Please don’t tell me I came all this way for nothing, I just want my computer back.”
Again, there was no reply.
Talking to yourself you groan. “Fuck… you are such an idiot…”
Donnie was only slightly panicking. To his amazement and relief, you showed up. In his anxious state he did manage to notice you looked kind of pretty despite the frown gracing your features. He felt frozen the moment he saw you but snapped out of it pretty quickly when he saw you about to leave.
“Wait!”
You turned. It was actually him. You recognized his voice prompting you walk closer to the source.
“Hello? If you’re here please show yourself. This is sus enough as it is and I’m already over it.” You couldn’t mask the exasperation in your tone. This was already beyond ridiculous.
Donnie had to admit he found her frustrated tone kind of endearing. In a fleeting thought he’d felt she was someone who could match wits with him.
“Okay, okay, hold on, I’m coming out. Just… do me a favour and don’t scream, please.”
Arching an eyebrow you repeated. “Don’t scream? What kind of question is… oh.” You saw one extremely long leg and then another followed by a lengthy torso and a very green… okay, that’s definitely not human face. “Oh… so it wasn’t a mask…” It wasn’t as though he was unpleasant to look at though, just different.
He was trying his best to control his breathing, bracing himself for some kind of negative reaction. When none came, he took a breath and spoke, trying to keep his tone as even and neutral as possible.
“You see, when you hacked my webcam, you had unwittingly put me and and the safety of my family at risk… this is why I had to s-see you and why I froze your computer.” He was cursing himself inwardly for stuttering.
You were still trying to find your voice. You had SO many questions and actually still a bit annoyed. “First off… how…? You’re a turtle… I doubt anyone would even believe me… and… second… I didn’t even really see you! It was a complete blur and then you cut my power!” You exhaled as you took another breath. “NOW, I’m seeing you.”
Donnie couldn’t help but flinch a little. “I had to make sure, I had no idea how much of me you did see.” A soft sigh followed before he continued., pinching his skin just below where the bridge of his glasses was resting. “And if you had listened when I told you to stop, we wouldn’t be in this situation, now would we?”
He’s got you there and unconsciously you bite your lower lip. The stubborn part of you, however, wasn’t ready to admit defeat yet. “Well, how was I supposed to know that you were a… seven foot…”
“I’m six feet, eight inches.” He interrupted with his matter-of-fact correction.
Another exasperated exhale from you. “Sorry, six foot, eight inch… turtle man!” emphasizing your point, you gestured wildly at the full length of him with your arms. “Who’s apparently so good at hacking that my entire network is completely frozen and I had to drag my ass across town to beg you to unfreeze it!”
He was a little amused by this, he had to admit as his mouth quirked a smile. “Like, I said, I had to be sure, and might I remind you once again… you were the one messing with me.”
“Yeah! Because you were fun to mess with! It was giving me a chance to practice, and it was just innocent fun, it’s not like I could do what you did! And… AND you wanna talk about an invasion of privacy? You hacked my webcam first!”
Donnie blinked, she was really getting all worked up now, and he was trying not to stoop to her level. He was failing. “I only did it because I didn’t think you’d stop! I gave you fair warning.”
“I would’ve stopped!” He doesn’t believe you at all and you hate that because he’s right, messing with him had been too much fun.
“Really?” he deadpanned.
“Yes,” you stubbornly replied.
There’s no stopping his eyeroll at that. “Forgive me if I don’t believe you.”
She crossed her arms with another soft huff. “Fine, don’t believe me.” A shrug followed. “So, now what?”
The tall turtle paused. Usually, he had all the answers but now that he’d frozen her computer and dragged her all the way out here, he felt at a loss of what to say. “I… I just wanted to make sure you’d keep my secret and not tell anyone.”
“Okay… I won’t.” A simple answer, and a truthful one. You watched as he looked at you a long moment. No doubt wondering if he could trust you or not.
Donnie was actually subtly checking for very slight facial cues to determine whether you were lying to him or not. He could tell that your heart rate appeared to be steady. Your gaze never wavered from his, no dilation of her pupils and no mouth tics either. He believed you.
“Okay.” He finally said. “Thank you. I’ll unfreeze everything once I get home.” He turned to leave. “Please get home safely.”
Wait… that was it? Just like that, he was leaving!? “Wait!” You rushed forward to grab his arm. “Wait… that’s it?”
He looked… confused? He had immediately zeroed in on your hand clutching his bicep and then back to your face. “Yes…? You agreed to not tell anyone so… you probably should… let me go? The less you see of me, the better? I thought you were… angry anyway.”
Reluctantly, you released his arm, speaking softly. “I’m not… that mad, I never was really, I just… didn’t want this to be… it. I feel like I could learn a lot from you.”
You watched as her hesitated, seemingly working through his own inner conflicts at this presented opportunity.
“You could…” He turned back around, facing you once again. “Although, you’re already pretty good, I was actually impressed that you’d made it as far as you did.”
You couldn’t help but puff up a little with pride. “Thanks, you’re not so bad yourself. Maybe I could teach you a thing or two.”
He actually laughed. Like a soft little chuckle with a wheeze, his lips blossoming into a smile. “Perhaps you could.”
You smiled back, that laugh of his was adorable. “I’ll let you go but, Donnie… don’t be a stranger, okay?” You already had known his name from getting into his system so many times.
He spoke your name too, softly. “Okay, I won’t.” He looked a little shy then. “Please, allow me to escort you home. It’s late.”
“How very chivalric of you.” Smiling at him with a nod. “I accept.”
Donnie looked pleased with this turn of events and then a little nervous. “I could… carry you, if you want, it’s faster going by rooftops.”
That was an unexpected offer. and now you hesitated before answering. “Oohkay… what are you, some kinda parkour master?”
He snorted softly with a little smirk. “Something like that, ready?”
When you nod, you’re scooped up into his arms at speed that makes you exhale quickly. Being in his arms and feeling the power they held was… nice.
“Hold on tight.” Is all he says and then he starts running.
Automatically you wrapped your arms around his neck watching as the edge of the building came closer and closer… and then, you were flying. Air shooting past your face at a speed that made your eyes water. Your stomach dropped and you clung tighter as you sailed through the air, landing with a thump on the other building.
“You, okay?” He wasn’t even out of breath, like this was easy for him.
“Yes…! Do you know where you’re going?” You ask a little breathlessly.
“Yep. Hold on, I’ll be there in ten.” He took off again, leaping across to the next and the next.
You had to admit it was probably the most exhilarating thing you’d ever experienced and you were actually a bit regretful when he stopped on the roof of your apartment building. Carefully, he brought you to your feet and pushed those large glasses of his up a bit.
“Here we are.” He was more relaxed now, you noticed and felt glad for it.
“Thanks, I appreciate you bringing me back.”
He offered a shy smile then. “You’re welcome. I dragged you out there, the least I could do is make sure you get home safely.”
“That is very much appreciated.” Feeling a bit shy yourself, you paused before heading in. “I’ll see you around.”
“For sure.” Donnie had found he didn’t want to leave yet either, he wanted to make sure you entered the apartment safely.
Heading in, you waved to him before closing the door behind you and took a deep breath. Wow… that really happened. That was incredible! You could barely contain your excitement as you went back to your apartment.
Once Donnie arrived home, true to his word he freed up her system and felt proud of himself for handling things the way that he did. He blew out a breath, leaning back in his chair a moment while lacing his fingers behind his head.
*bing*
He glanced at his screen to see his computer icons dancing and an unseen song playing in the background.
Ninja, ninja, rap, ninja, ninja, rap, go go go go. Go ninja go ninja go! Go ninja go ninja go! Go go go go!
Donnie snorted softly to himself and quickly typed a response.
Back in your apartment, your computer screen suddenly became flooded with memes. Mostly turtle ones of course and try as you might there was no containing your giggles and snorts as you watched them take over your screen. You liked him; there was something very endearing about his quiet shyness mixed with his sharp wit.
Typing back, you take over his screen once again. You took a breath and pressed enter. This was a big chance you were taking but you couldn’t help but feel a connection with the tall, lanky turtle man.
Go on a date with me
Check box yes or no
No rush
Donnie froze, his fingers twitching slightly as they hovered above his keyboard. She wants to go out on a date? With him? He had a mild panic attack for a moment and read and re-read the message at least ten times.
His cursor hovered over the ‘yes’ box. Come on Donnie, throw caution into the wind for once. When are you going to get another chance like this?
Making his decision finally, he clicked his mouse button.
Yes
You couldn’t hold your excitement as you blew out a breath of relief.
He said yes.

7. "Why? Does it bother you?" with Raph.
Sophiaaaaaa 🫂🫂🫂
This one was short but sweet, I hope it's what your looking for and enjoy it!
It was like a spoken word game, the way you and Raph flirted with each other over the years. Snide remarks said in such a tone that it was obvious there was no sincerity behind them, teasing or joking in such a way that it clearly meant the opposite, or sarcastic remarks poorly attempting to hide the genuine flirting behind the words. When did this all start? There really wasn’t a certain point, for as long as you’ve known Raph this has been your usual back-and-forth.
That’s why, when Raph’s snarky remark came, you weren’t very surprised. Shoulder pressed against the cement walls of the lair and arms crossed over your chest, you stood off to the side of the lair with eyes wandering around and mind also elsewhere in thought.
“Don’t look at me like that,” Raph snarked, a small smirk tugging the edge of his lips just enough to show off his canines. The comment snapped you out of your daze with a blink, you had been staring off into space mulling over the day and apparently had been staring in Raph’s general direction long enough to get caught.
“Why, does it bother you?” You chuckled, pushing yourself off of the wall and strolling into the den. He was sitting on the couch, watching an action movie you didn’t quite recognize. One massive muscular arm draped over the back of the couch; Raph looked over his shoulder to stare at you with affectionate incredulity.
“Yeah, it makes me think ya like me or somethin’” He chuckled back, watching you approach him from behind. Oh, he had jokes today. Rolling your eyes you leaned over, resting your forearms and elbows on Raph’s bicep to continue the banter.
“Oh, yes, it would be such a tragedy if I liked you, right?” Reaching out with a single finger to poke his dimpling cheeks repeatedly, trying to get underneath his skin. The smirk on his lips simply widened with every jab of your finger, until the tip of your finger pressed his snout upward. In a split second, Raph’s large but gentle tridactyl hand grasped your wrist and began firmly pulling you up and over the back of the couch.
Flipped end over end onto the couch, laughing the whole way as your back hit the couch with a soft thump. Raph could be heard laughing over your own as he watched you flail. Struggling uselessly against the wall of muscles playfully pinning you down, slapping and squirming against his arm while giggling uncontrollably. Raph just smiled down at you as he effortlessly held you down.
“Yeah, it’d just be absolutely terrible if ya liked me at all,” He chuckled, allowing you to squirm into an upright and more comfortable sitting position. Pressed against thick green scale covered muscle as your giggles and laughter together subsided into comfortable quiet, you didn’t move from your newly acquired seat next to the massive terrapin. The massive arm around you didn’t remove itself and you no longer struggled against it, unconsciously his thumb started rubbing soothing circles into the small of your back as the two of you got comfortable.
“Yeah, just absolutely awful,” Was your quiet reply, laying your head against him with and snuggling comfortably into his side as though you belonged there. There were no complaints or response from the ninja other than his thumb lazily tracing circles against your back.

Comfort Time *.✧

Leo wasn’t usually one to jump to conclusions. He prided himself on his patience and rational thinking. But two days without hearing from you? Cancelling plans to visit the lair without much explanation? That was enough to make him worry.
He tried to focus on his training, but his mind kept drifting to you. Eventually, he decided enough was enough. He needed to check on you.
Leo made his way to your apartment, slipping in through the window you always left slightly ajar for him.
The first thing he noticed was how quiet it was. The second thing? The faint smell of chocolate and the pile of blankets on your couch. As he stepped closer, he saw you, curled up with a hot water bottle pressed against your stomach, looking pale and exhausted.
“(Y/N)?” Leo called softly, concern lacing his tone.
You peeked out from beneath the blankets, your eyes tired but softening when you saw him. “Hey, Leo…”
“What’s going on? Are you okay?” He knelt beside you, his blue eyes scanning your face.
You sighed, a bit embarrassed. “I didn’t want to bother you. It’s just…cramps. They’ve been brutal this time around.”
Leo’s expression softened immediately. “Why didn’t you tell me? You know I’m here for you, right?”
You gave a small shrug. “I didn't imagine it would get this bad....”
He shook his head, gently taking your hand. “ Let me help.”
Without waiting for a response, Leo began tidying up your space, bringing you water, and making sure you were as comfortable as possible. He even sat beside you, offering to rub your lower back where you mentioned the pain was worst.
“Next time, call me,” he said softly. “We’re a team, remember?”
You nodded, leaning against him. “Thanks, Leo. I’ll remember.”

Raph wasn’t known for his patience. So when you cancelled plans two days in a row without much of an explanation, it didn’t take long for him to get annoyed. He’d been looking forward to spending time with you, and now? Radio silence.
“Forget this,” he muttered, grabbing his gear. “I’m goin’ over there.”
Raph made his way to your place, his frustration evident in the heavy way he climbed through your window. But as soon as he saw you curled up on the couch, surrounded by blankets, chocolate wrappers, and a heating pad, his irritation melted into concern.
“(Y/N)? What the fuck goin’ on?” he asked, his voice softer than usual.
You looked up, your face a mixture of relief and embarrassment. “Raph… I didn’t think you’d come.”
“Yeah, well, you’ve been dodgin’ me for two days. Thought maybe you were sick or somethin’.” He crossed the room and knelt by the couch. “You okay?”
You sighed, clutching the hot water bottle. “I’m on my period. The cramps are killing me this time.”
Raph blinked, then nodded. “Gotcha.”
He stood up, looking around. “Alright, what do you need? More chocolate? Heat pad refilled? Name it.”
You smiled weakly. “Just…stay with me?”
“‘Course,” he said, sitting down beside you. Carefully, he pulled you into his side, letting you lean on him.
“You should’ve told me,” he grumbled. “I could’ve helped.”
“I didn’t want to bother you,” you admitted.
Raph snorted. “Bother me? Babe, I’m your boyfriend. This is what I’m here for.”
You couldn’t help but smile, lifting your body a little and leaving a kiss on his lips.

Donnie wasn’t one to panic easily, but your sudden cancellation of plans—and subsequent radio silence—had him pacing his lab. He tried to rationalize it. Maybe you were busy? Maybe you just needed some space?
But after two days, his worry got the best of him. He grabbed his gear and headed to your apartment, determined to find out what was going on.
When he arrived, he found you curled up on the couch, surrounded by blankets, an empty box of chocolates on the table, and a heating pad on your stomach.
“(Y/N)?” he called softly, stepping closer.
You opened your eyes, surprised to see him. “Donnie…what are you doing here?”
“I could ask you the same thing. You’ve been avoiding me,” he said, his voice filled with concern. “What’s going on?”
You sighed, feeling a bit guilty. “I’m sorry. It’s just…period cramps. They’re really bad this time.”
Donnie’s eyes softened as he sat down beside you. “Why didn’t you tell me? I could’ve brought you something to help.”
“I didn’t want to bother you,” you said with a small shrug.
He shook his head, a slight smile on his lips. “(Y/N), I’d rather you bother me than suffer alone.”
He pulled out his phone, quickly researching natural remedies for cramps. “Okay, let’s see. I can make you some ginger tea, or maybe do some light massages to help with the pain.”
You chuckled softly. “You’re amazing, Donnie.”
He smiled, leaning in to press a gentle kiss to your forehead. “And you’re stubborn. But that’s why we work.”

Mikey was the type to always look on the bright side, but after two days of cancelled plans and no response from you, even his patience was wearing thin.
“I’m goin’ to check on her,” he announced to his brothers, grabbing his skateboard.
When he arrived at your place, he found the window unlocked, just as you always left it for him. He slipped inside and immediately noticed the pile of blankets on your couch.
“(Y/N)?” he called softly.
You peeked out from under the blankets, your face pale. “Mikey…?”
“Babe, what’s goin’ on? You’ve been MIA for two days.” He plopped down beside you, his usual energy tempered by concern.
You sighed, hugging the heating pad closer. “I’m sorry. I’ve just been dealing with really bad cramps. It’s been rough.”
Mikey’s eyes widened. “Cramps? Oh, dude, why didn’t you call me? I would’ve brought snacks, movies, whatever you needed!”
You smiled weakly. “I didn’t want to bother you.”
“Pfft, bother me? Girl, you’re my favorite person! You’re supposed to bother me,” he said, grinning.
He quickly jumped into action, gathering pillows, refilling your water bottle, and even doing a goofy dance to make you smile.
By the time he settled beside you, you were laughing softly, your pain momentarily forgotten.
“You’re the best, Mikey,” you said, leaning into him.
He wrapped an arm around you, pressing a kiss to your temple. “Nah, you are. Now, let’s get you feelin’ better, yeah?”

I lied
this fic is going to have at least four parts. oops.
Sorry this took longer than I intended! I started working on it literally the next day after the first part went up and banged out 3K words, then wrote another 1.5K over the next couple days, ended up hating it, deleted the whole thing and started over. I'm much happier with this version.
I had intended for this part to go deeper into the immediate aftermath buuuut this part ended up so long I decided to make that the next part!
And I got enabled on discord to be mean with the cliffhanger, so... sorry <3
CW: minor violence, angst, nobody having a good time, Bishop being Bishop
btw this is Part 2 of the Room Fic that doesn't have a title yet. If you're confused, start here!
-----
They're somewhere in Nebraska, and Raph's never seen so many stars before.
He thought he had seen stars, when they went camping in the woods that time with Todd. Now, sitting on the side of the road by the Turtle Tank, he's realizing that he didn't really see them.
He wishes he could enjoy it, but he can't. Not really. Because nine days ago, Leo stormed out of the lair and never came home.
(Raph knows the thing he'll always blame himself for is picking the fight in the first place.)
It took them several days to learn what had happened to him. Even more days to learn where he was taken. And now they're stuck on the side of the road in Nebraska while Donnie fixes a flat.
Mikey's dozing against his shoulder. He hasn't been getting enough sleep, not that any of them have. April's handing Donnie tools and keeping him company while he changes the tire. Draxum and Splinter are inside the tank, on the lookout for cops with the help of Donnie's police scanners.
It's cool since the sun went down. Quiet. Crickets are out and playing their songs. Raph's seen a few deer, and an owl. The stars are twinkling overhead, and it's calm, peaceful.
The weight on his shoulder is suddenly gone; Raph looks down to find Mikey sitting up straight, wide awake and head cocked to the side like a bloodhound who just caught a scent.
He opens his mouth to ask - and then he feels it too.
It's a cacophony of emotions, strong and hot and mixing together until they're overwhelming. Fear, pain, exhaustion, loneliness, and a blinding fury like even Raph has never felt before. Hatred and bile and the desire to attack, to harm, to destroy.
And underneath it all, a presence as familiar to him as his own, one that's been by his side since almost the day he was hatched. One that is fragile and desperate and screaming out for help.
Leo.
Raph stands up - next to him, Mikey is already on his feet. Raph reaches out his hand, his ninpo flaring to life, straining out into the open air like if he just stretches far enough, he can pluck Leo out of the hell he's trapped in and bring him home.
But he can't reach far enough, because the EPF took him all the way to Colorado. And they're still on the side of the road in Nebraska.
As quickly as it came, the presence is dying away again. It shrinks smaller and smaller and then fizzles out. Raph releases his breath, letting his ninpo fall away, his fingers still grasping open air.
A sniffle. Raph looks down and finds Mikey sobbing. He scoops his little brother into his arms, and Mikey throws himself into Raph's chest, heaving breaths shaking his tiny frame.
"Leo," he whimpers. All Raph can do is pat his shell.
He turns to take stock of Donnie next, carrying Mikey over. His other little brother has tears trickling down his face, too, more subdued but still visible. He's holding his wrench in a vice grip, and for once he doesn't utter a single protest when Raph reaches out and tucks him in under his free arm.
"...What just happened?" asks April, hesitant. Raph wishes he knew how to explain.
"It was Leo!" Mikey does it for him. "He... he's reaching for us."
"What!? Like, mind meld or something!?"
"No," answers Raph. "I don't really know what that was... but it was definitely Leo."
"So..." April pauses, eyes searching each of their faces. "Is he... okay?"
None of them know what to say, but she gets it anyway.
"...I'm going to destroy the EPF," says Donnie, voice dark and cold. "I'm going to raze it to the ground. There will be nothing left."
Raph squeezes his shoulders, pulling him closer.
He doesn't know what to do other than agree.
-----
"This is a good thing," says Draxum. "That means he's still alive."
"But they're hurting him!" Mikey argues. He's halfway in Draxum's lap, arms wrapped around Draxum's middle. Donnie sits on one of the bench seats, curled tight around his own legs, while Splinter strokes his head. Raph sits on the bench seat across from them, April leaning against his side.
"I told you what the EPF is capable of," Draxum reminds them. "This is not a surprise."
"Read the room, Barry," says April.
Splinter's look is increasingly far away, his touch on Donnie's head automatic and absentminded. He's able to stay in the room with them when there's something to do, but now the fear and depression are threatening to take him away again. For the hundredth time since this nightmare began, Raph feels the hopelessness set in.
Draxum sucks, but he's right, echoes the voice in his head that sounds too much like Leo. The plan hasn't changed. Now get moving before you tire out.
"Drax is right that Leo's alive," Raph echoes. "So we need to get a move on. Donnie, how's the tank?"
Donnie uncurls, coaxed by the request to talk about his baby. "The spare's on, and I did some checks on the engine and interior systems. We're ready to go."
"Alright." Raph stands up, rolling his shoulders. "It's Raph's turn to drive. Everyone buckle up."
The mood in the tank shifts after that; they have a direction, and a plan. Leo is hurt, but he's still alive, and nothing has changed.
Donnie and April sit together in the front seats. Mikey passes around snacks and drinks from their cooler, then snuggles in between their dad and Draxum. Draxum says something negative about the snack food, which pulls Splinter out of his trance and starts up some heated bickering between them. Even more of the tension leaks out of the cab.
Raph puts the tank in drive and pulls back onto the quiet highway, driving west again. At their back, the sun starts to rise.
-----
It's late in the day when they reach Colorado Springs.
Donnie was able to pin the EPF base's location down to the mountains surrounding the town, but he couldn't find its exact location. Whatever equipment they have, it's completely scrambled the subcutaneous tracker Donnie put on Leo (and boy, was that a stir when Donnie revealed he'd put trackers on all of them). It had taken a combination of Donnie's hacking and April's investigative skills to get this far.
"It makes sense," says April as they pull the tank into a campsite outside the city limits. "There's, what, three bases here? Where better to hide a secret branch of the military than with the military?"
There's snow on the ground outside, even though it's early May. Even so, the temperature was pretty mild while the sun was up. "It's the proximity to the mountains," Donnie explains when Raph mentions it, but the rest of the explanation blurs together. He's too tired to keep up with Donnie's science facts, but infodumping calms his brother down, so he lets him do it and nods along.
They eat a proper meal that Mikey cooks for them on one of the campsite grills, then settle in to nap until the sun goes down. Raph isn't sleeping, and he can tell from all the shifting around that Mikey and Donnie aren't, either. They're too close to Leo now to rest.
But you gotta catch some Zs before you go storming into enemy territory, the Leo in his head reminds him.
Raph hates every second you're in there, he thinks. But it won't be long now. Big bro's comin'.
He wishes the Leo in his head would say that he believes that. But all Raph can remember are the words they said during the fight, and he never quite goes to sleep.
-----
They break into pairs for their search. Raph goes with April, Mikey with Splinter, and Donnie stays with Draxum at the tank. Donnie uses his tech to try and narrow down the location of the base, while the other two teams go in opposite directions and start scouting the area on foot.
It takes a long time for them to learn anything, and as the sun comes up again, Raph starts to worry that they're going to have to leave Leo trapped for another full day.
But then he and April finally get a lead. They send the info to Donnie, and it helps narrow down his search.
Just after dawn, they reconvene at the tank, gathered around satellite images and drone shots of a nondescript military compound several miles outside the city.
"There it is," says Donnie with finality. "That's where they're keeping Leo."
"Then what are waiting for?" asks Mikey.
Wait for dark, says the Leo in Raph's head.
And that advice makes sense. There will be fewer employees at night. The dark provides natural cover. It's sane. It's smart.
Raph ignores it entirely.
He's not leaving his little brother with those people for one second longer. Not after what he felt, sitting on the side of the road in Nebraska.
"We're not waiting for anything," he says. "Let's move out."
From the looks on their faces, they all agree.
------
The site looks as generic as possible. There's a high electric fence circling the whole thing, with a basic "No Trespassing - Government Property" sign. A simple guard stand sits at the drive-in gate. The buildings visible beyond are drab and featureless.
The government stopped publicly funding the EPF in the nineties, Draxum had told them. But the organization had never truly gone away; it was just funded through underground means now. Miscellaneous defense funding. Anonymous donations. Private benefactors.
Originally it had been founded to defend Earth against aliens. But when no alien threat appeared, they moved on to a new mission: defending the United States against yokai.
"Even though we were here first," Draxum had said testily. "Typical Americans."
Raph hadn't liked anything Draxum had to tell them about the EPF. That they weren't bound by any of the laws the rest of the military was. That the yokai they had managed to capture were never seen again. That Draxum had had a very brief run-in with them once, decades ago, and he doubted they had ever forgotten it.
Really, though, all he'd needed to know was that they had his brother.
It's the middle of the morning, so their stealth options are limited. Still, they aren't ninja for nothing; they use the forest and the snowy terrain to their advantage and sneak their way into the compound. Raph has to admit, he was a little worried about Draxum on the trip over, but the old goat does a pretty good job keeping up.
It takes them a bit of time to work out which building to enter. They rule out a mess hall, a medical ward, the barracks, and some kind of training center first. Then, toward the furthest reaches of the compound, they find a building that looks particularly suspicious, with a guard gate on the path leading to it and more armed guards on the roof.
"That has to be it," says Raph. No one disagrees.
They use a passing supply truck to slip past the guard gate, then sneak around the back and use a fire ladder to get to the roof. They dispatch the guards on top quickly and easily, then find a ventilation shaft leading inside. Mikey, Donnie, April, and Splinter fit easily enough, but Raph and Draxum are too big to wiggle through.
"Find out where we're going. Radio us as soon as you find something," Raph says. Then he gives Mikey, April, and Donnie's shoulders each a squeeze in turn. "And be careful."
"Take care of Red," their dad says to Draxum just before he follows the others inside.
"He's safe with me," Draxum promises.
"You're safe with Raph," Raph feels the need to say. Splinter chuckles before disappearing into the shaft after his siblings.
Waiting outside becomes nerve-wracking quickly. Raph starts to pace the length of the roof, back and forth, glancing at the unconscious guards from time to time to make sure they're still unconscious.
"You're going to wear a rut on the roof," Draxum admonishes him. Raph keeps going anyway.
-----
Finally, after what feels like ages but is only about ten minutes, his radio crackles. Raph freezes, pulling his wrist close, where Donnie's tech is hidden under his wraps.
"Hey." It's April's voice. She sounds out of breath, but not distressed. "Come to the back of the building. Should be a door."
"On our way," says Raph, waving at Draxum to follow before dropping off the roof.
The door is easy enough to find, the snow around it trampled down. He gives the metal a rap with his knuckles when he gets there, and the door swings open, April grinning, her bat perched against her shoulder. Behind her is another unconscious guard.
"Nice, April," says Raph, hustling inside. He kicks the last of the snow off his feet once he's on the cold linoleum floor, Draxum following suit. April lets the door swing shut again. "Where's everyone else?"
"We found some kinda security room. Leo's gear was in there." She pushes by and starts to lead them down the hall, voice low, eyes watching for anyone rounding the corner. "Donnie's poking through the camera footage. Didn't look like anyone much was in this hall, so I came to get you."
"And Leonardo?" asks Draxum.
April gives a shake of her head. "Haven't found him yet, but he's gotta be here. There's not much more of the building to search, so we're close."
Raph peeks in open doors and through windows as they walk, taking in the space. It looks like an ordinary office building inside; nothing nefarious, except for the fact that the people working here are kidnapping scum who have done something so terrible to his little brother it made him scream out in anguish and fury. But if he hadn't known that coming in, he wouldn't have expected anything. It all looks very...
Raph comes to a sudden stop. Through the sliver of window in a door, he sees the first occupied room since he's entered the building. Only one person is inside, wearing a white lab coat and tapping away at a computer.
But what's more interesting is the door on the other side of the room: solid metal with no window, and a sign that reads "Inmate Observation - Authorized Access Only".
Raph grabs April by the shoulder before she can get too far ahead, pointing at the window. "Do you know what's in there?"
She turns back and takes a peek. "...No. I don't think we went through there yet."
So they haven't ruled this part of the building out yet. And it's the only one so far with anyone inside.
Inmate Observation.
"Raph, wait, I think we should-" April starts, but Raph doesn't listen. Raph can't stop himself.
His little brother is in here. He knows he is. The one who was taken from them. The one who cried out to them in fear, begging to be saved.
He's not making Leo wait a moment longer.
Raph throws open the door and marches inside.
"...Okay," April says behind him. "I guess we're doing it this way.
-----
The scientist or whoever they are tries to radio for help. Raph picks the radio up and crushes it in his hand. They turn and run, and that takes care of that.
April calls the others on her radio. Raph doesn't listen to the conversation. His eyes are locked on the door.
Inmate Observation.
He reaches out and throws the door back with a bang.
He's ready for the gunshots before they come, and his ninpo is already active, forming a protective bubble around himself and shielding Draxum and April. He's expecting bullets, but instead it's darts; they embed themselves harmlessly in the arms of his projection. Raph waits until the volley stops, then drops the projection, and the darts fall harmlessly to the floor.
He steps into the room and clocks one of the guards on the head before they can reload, watching as they fall to the ground. April wallops the other one, then kicks their fallen gun under a desk. She brandishes her bat at the other occupants of the room: two more scientists in lab coats, and one steely faced man in a suit.
The scientists seem intimidated. The suited man does not.
"Ah," he says. "So you've finally made it here, Draxum."
"Bishop." Draxum sounds equally unimpressed. "I thought you died in the nineties."
"So does most of the world. It's convenient for my work."
"You guys know each other?" April asks, looking between them.
"We know of each other." Draxum sneers. "If my plans had gone as I intended, he would truly be dead by now."
Raph narrows his eyes at the man. "Are you the one who's been keeping my brother here?"
To his credit, Bishop still looks unphased, even though Raph is tall enough to hulk over him. "I am the director of this facility."
It's enough of a yes.
Raph rushes Bishop, slamming him into the wall behind his back. Raph keeps him pinned, one hand on his neck, the other arm pressed against his chest, and Raph presses until he feels something start to crack.
Bishop hisses but does not cry out.
"Where are you keeping him?" Raph demands.
"He's in there," says Bishop, wheezing only slightly from the constriction on his lungs, his voice firm otherwise.
Raph tosses a look where Bishop indicates, seeing a large window. It's looking into a seemingly empty room; white walls and no furniture other than a toilet in the corner.
"Raph don't see him," he growls.
"He hides under the window." Bishop's eyes flicker to one of the scientists. "Pointless, really," he says, giving the man in the lab coat a nod. "Show them."
The scientist looks uneasy, but he turns and clicks a few buttons on a desktop. A screen pops up, but it doesn't show anything other than static.
"...Something is wrong with our camera signals, sir," the scientist reports.
"Ah." Bishop's eyes glint, and then flick back to Raph's face. "So there are more of you."
Raph doesn't answer that. He gives Bishop a rough shake. "What have you done to him?"
"Your brother?" Bishop clarifies. "Nothing."
Another shake. "Don't lie to me."
"I'm not lying." Bishop's eyes are steely, even as his wheezing picks up the more Raph leans into his chest. "Other than as was necessary to move him, we have not touched him."
Raph doesn't move an inch. "I don't believe that."
"Then see for yourself." Bishop looks at the other scientist now, giving a small nod of his head. "Dr. Keller, open the door for this brute so he'll stop assaulting me."
Raph scowls, staying exactly where he is while the other scientist scurries to the metal door by the window and inputs a code into a keypad. There's a beep, and a clipped, artificial voice says, "Inmates clear the door. Security personnel entering. Stay still and you will not be harmed."
Finally, Raph lets Bishop go, and approaches the door.
-----
When Raph imagined one of them getting kidnapped by a shady, quasi-governmental agency intent on imprisoning mutants, he always pictured something... different.
He thought they would be in cages, not tall enough to stand in. That they would be fed from dog bowls or water drippers. That handlers would patrol the room with cattle prods, ready to shock anyone who stepped out of line.
But there is no cage, and no cattle prods. Leo is just in a room.
The first thing Raph notices about the room is the cold. The rest of the building is hardly stifling, but even then, the blast of air that comes through the open door feels like Raph is stepping into a freezer.
As he saw from outside, there's no furniture. Or he doesn't think there is, until he looks down, under the window, and finds a cot.
And what's on the cot makes his heart stop.
Raph can barely remember the last time he saw Leo pull himself fully into his shell for anything other than shell bowling. He complained that it was too small, that the hot and cramped space made him feel claustrophobic.
Now he's completely pulled inside, still and silent in a way Leo should never be.
For an eternity, Raph thinks he's too late. They came all the way here only to save Leo's corpse.
"Leo...?"
He kneels by the cot, reaching out and putting a hand on Leo's shell. He's cold to the touch, and it unsettles Raph even further. He shouldn't be this cold.
Raph keeps his hand where it is and stays very still and very quiet. And he waits.
And then he hears it, so faint he almost misses it: a terrified, whimpering chirp.
Leo is alive.
Raph feels tears spring to his eyes. He puts his other hand on Leo's shell, rubbing in big, soothing motions.
"Leo! Leo, it's me! We're here, we're getting you out! It's all going to be okay, just trust Big Raphie, alright?"
So saying, Raph straightens back up, and grabs Leo's shell in his hands to carry him out, to take his little brother home.
A hand shoots out of the shell, stick thin. Though it's clearly weak, it grabs on to Raph's arm with a desperate ferocity, clawing at the skin there.
Raph freezes, not putting Leo down but not lifting him any further, either. He peers into the gap in Leo's shell, and sees eyes peering back at him, glassy and wide and full of terror. A cornered animal fighting for his life.
Raph takes a deep breath. He summons all the love he has for Leo, all the relief he feels at finding him alive, all the happiness he has from having his little brother in his arms again, and he pours it into a genuine smile, no matter the danger outside.
"Hey, Leo," he says, voice soft. "It's just me. Raph came to get ya. Everything's okay now."
A second passes, then five, then twenty. April starts to come in, but Raph waves a finger at her to tell her to go back before she startles Leo. He keeps the smile on his face, his eyes locked on Leo's, his hold secure but non-threatening.
And then, slowly, Leo pokes his head out.
"Raph?" he asks, in a voice that is exhausted and hoarse and warbling and absolutely beautiful.
"Yeah," says Raph, blinking tears back. "Hey, buddy."
Steadily, Leo unfurls the rest of himself, one limb emerging at a time. He looks terrible. His cheeks are sunken and gaunt, his skin is an unhealthy color, his eyes are ringed by dark black circles showing off how little he's slept.
Raph is so happy to see him. He so wishes this wasn't the state he was finding Leo in. If he could turn back time and make it so Leo never suffered, he would in a heartbeat. But he's so happy to have Leo back that the tears keep flowing.
The grip Leo has on his arm shifts. No longer trying to claw himself free, but grabbing on, holding still, with all the same desperation as before. His eyes search Raph's face, over and over until it seems he's finally satisfied.
"Raph," he repeats, and it's not a question this time.
"Yeah," Raph says anyway. "I'm here."
He lifts Leo the rest of the way, cradling Leo against his chest. Leo's so much lighter than he should be, and Raph feels a sharp pain in his heart over it.
It's okay. They'll leave. They'll take care of him. And then Leo will be all better again.
Leo shifts himself, reaching one arm up and hooking it around Raph's neck. Just that much movement seems to sap a lot of energy, and he slumps his head against Raph, giving up on holding it upright. It reminds Raph of when they were little and he would carry Leo to bed, before Leo started insisting he's too old for that.
"Am I dreaming?" Leo whispers.
Raph's heart breaks, but he doesn't lose his smile. "Nope. You're wide awake."
"Then..." Leo nuzzles closer. "Can we go home?"
"Yeah." Raph sniffles, shifting his grip so he can get a hand free without disturbing Leo. "We can go home."
Leo doesn't say anything more, just hums quietly against Raph's neck. Raph wipes his tears away, then turns and carries Leo out of the room.
-----
Bishop is still against the wall; it's Draxum's vines holding him there now.
When Leo sees him, he shrinks into himself, crossing the arm not hooked around Raph over his chest. Raph turns his body so Leo is shielded from view, glaring hard at Bishop as he does.
"Didn't do anything to him, huh?" he asks, voice icy.
"He is unharmed," says Bishop, equally cold. Raph wants to kill him.
"That's enough out of you," says Draxum, and a new vine wraps around Bishop's mouth. That shuts him up.
April's eyes are wide, her hand over her mouth as she looks at Leo, but she quickly pulls herself together, her expression turning to one of hard steel. She comes closer, only softening when Leo's eyes lock on her.
"Hey, Leo," she says, reaching up and giving his arm a pat. "How're you feelin'?"
"Happy to see you," Leo rasps, and it's so sincere that Raph feels tears spring to his eyes again. April has to blink hard behind her glasses.
"We're really happy to see you, too."
"Yes, everyone is happy now," says Draxum, though his eyes are worried as they look Leo over. "But we still need to get out of here."
"Right." April opens the door back into the offices, letting Raph through, before she pulls up her wrist to talk into her Donnie tech. "Guys, you there?"
"We're here, April," comes Donnie's voice. "We've extracted the information and we're on our way to meet you."
"Great." She smiles up at Raph. "We got Leo."
"Leo!" Mikey's voice comes booming through the radio, loud enough that April cringes and leans back. Raph can hear Donnie make a noise of protest in the background. "Is he okay!? Can I talk to him!? Did he miss me!?"
April raises her wrist so the tech is in front of Leo's mouth. He tilts his head towards it, saying, "Course I missed you."
"LEO!" screams Mikey even louder, and Raph thinks he hears the shout from somewhere in the building, too.
"-key, give me back my arm-" comes Donnie's voice, then there's an exaggerated throat clearing before he's saying, "We'll be there in one minute. Be ready to move."
"We're ready," Raph assures him. They move to the door and watch for the others to appear.
-----
Days of stress seem to fall off his brothers and Splinter when they see Leo.
Raph wishes they could have all the hugs and reassurances he knows they all need, but there's just no time; they're still in enemy territory, and the man who hurt his brother the most is just behind two doors, only being held by Draxum's vines. There's time only for brief shoulder touches and for Splinter to jump up on Raph's shoulder and give Leo's forehead a quick, relieved kiss.
Raph gives the rest of his family a quick glance over. Mikey is carrying Leo's gear, the katana sheathed across his shell and the rest of it slung over his shoulder. They haven't gotten any injuries, as far as he can tell. Everyone looks good to go.
"How do we get out of here?" asks Raph. Donnie pulls up his wrist tech.
"It may be inevitable that we'll face resistance on our way out... But the closest door is this way." He points down the hall, back the way Raph, Draxum, and April came from.
There's a weak thump against Raph's shoulder. "Gunners on the roof," Leo rasps once he has Raph's attention.
Raph wonders how he knows that, but there's no time to ask.
"We took care of 'em," he says instead. "You just relax, okay? We're getting out of here."
Leo lets his head fall against Raph's shoulder again, and Raph takes that as the okay to move.
It takes less time to get out than it did to get in. No need for stealth now that the director knows they're here, after all.
They run down the hallways, through doors, past the still unconscious guard April took care of earlier. Draxum takes the lead through the door, and they all crash as a group outside.
Where a ring of soldiers are waiting for them, guns trained their direction. And Raph isn't sure they're loaded with darts this time.
Leo shudders in his arms, and Raph curls protectively around him, already summoning his ninpo to shield them. His family forms their own protective barrier around the two of them, readying their weapons and squaring off against the soldiers.
Behind them, the door opens.
"This doesn't have to end in anyone getting hurt," says Bishop as he walks out.
Raph doesn't turn towards him, keeping the shivering Leo out of his sight. "What, like you didn't hurt my brother?"
"I've already told you, I didn't touch him." Bishop sounds only mildly put out. "He can attest to that himself."
"It's cute that you think any of us care what you have to say," snaps April, rounding on him and pointing her bat his direction.
"You should care what I have to say." Bishop nods at Raph. "Your comrade needs medical attention. Care that I can provide, if you lower your weapons and surrender."
"Care he only needs 'cause you jerks kidnapped him!" yells Mikey.
"Mikey," whispers Leo. Raph glances down at him, but Leo isn't looking his way.
"I gave Inmate 24365 plenty of chances to cooperate in exchange for more comfortable living conditions. That he declined was his choice. But I have no wish to see him dead. We were going to transfer him to the medical unit just as you arrived and interrupted us; surrender, and we'll take him there now."
"No," snaps Splinter, stepping toward Bishop. "You will come nowhere near my sons ever again."
"Mikey," Leo hisses with more urgency.
"These turtles are your sons? Really?" Bishop sounds disbelieving. Raph still doesn't turn his direction. "What am I supposed to believe next? That humans can give birth to birds?"
"They are my sons!" Splinter asserts. "Come near them again, and you are dead!"
"Perhaps we should kill him now, Lou Jitsu, and be done with it," Draxum suggests.
"Mikey," says Leo, kicking one emaciated foot. Mikey finally looks their way, confused. "Gimme... swords."
He doesn't have to explain. But Raph feels uneasy. He exchanges a glance with Donnie, who seems similarly concerned. "Nardo, I don't think-"
"Hey," says Leo, and even though his vocal chords sound tired and out of use, they can all hear him, their confident face-man of a brother, with a big ego and a cocky tone, shining through. "Trust me, I got this."
Mikey gives him the katana.
"The American government have allowed the yokai to live peacefully within our borders up until now," says Bishop. "If you kill me, that peace will be ruined."
"This war was started when you kidnapped my child!" cries Splinter, snapping his tail.
"You threaten the Hidden Cities as though you know anything about them," says Draxum. "They do not fear you."
"We know more about them than you think."
"You expect me to listen to this blathering?"
"Is it a chance you're willing to take, Draxum?"
Draxum falls silent. The lack of answer makes Raph feel even more on edge. But Leo is holding his katana now.
"You'll threaten the yokai no matter what we do today," says Splinter, voice dark. "No. We will not hand Leonardo over to you. You will not lay a single finger on him."
"So you're saying you won't surrender." Bishop pauses. Leo takes a deep breath. "You agree, Draxum?"
"...Leonardo is my creation. My son." Draxum sounds resolute. "No. I will not surrender."
Bishop scoffs. "Your son... this animal."
It's only the fact that he's holding Leo, fragile and shaking in his arms, that keeps Raph from turning around and killing Bishop right then.
But he doesn't, and Bishop raises his voice.
"Baron Draxum is a known yokai terrorist, who has threatened mass murder on the civilian human population of the United States and the rest of the earth. These five yokai are co-conspirators, and this woman with them a sympathizer and accomplice. They are attacking this base with the intent to harm those inside, and so anything we do now is self defense."
There's a smile in his tone as he says it.
"Fire at will."
Around them, triggers are pulled, and gunshots sound off.
But the flash of blue under their feet is faster.
For the first time since coming outside, Raph chances a look over his shoulder at Bishop, just as he's falling through the portal. Bullets whiz overhead, and one hits home.
The last thing Raph sees as he disappears into the blue light is blood blooming across Bishop's suit.
-----
They fall out of the portal somewhere outside the fence. Raph's not sure exactly where. He's not even sure Leo was aiming, beyond getting them away.
He lets out a relieved laugh, looking around at everyone, in one piece and notably not shot. They still have to get back to the tank, but they made it. They're safe.
"Leo! You did it!" He whoops, looking down at his little brother. "I can't believe you really- ...Leo?"
That's when he realizes that Leo isn't moving.
He's slumped over in Raph's hold, no longer holding himself up. His katana slip out of his lax grip and fall into the snow with a soft whump.
"L-leo!? LEO!"

Baby Bump
AN: A little insight to how the turtles are during your pregnancy because, I dunno, it's cute to think about and fever got me rn
A soft follow-up to this 💖
2003 Turtles x Reader
Tumblr media
Leonardo
Whilst Leo is sensible and typically thinks before he acts, he once made the sore mistake of telling you to calm down when hormones were particularly unforgiving. He had only meant to ease you in the gentlest way possible but it wasn't taken as such. You could have given Raph a run for his money, jeez. That being said, the brother in question did have some sage advice to give in that when things are already wracking your nerves, the last thing you need to hear is 'calm down'. He supposes he should have known that but he isn't used to you wearing a short fuse.
That has been by-the-by now and it's clear that a lot is going on the closer you get to the nine-month mark. He doesn't want you to get stressed out. There's no imagining the strains your body must be going through, so he makes a point of eliminating as much hassle as possible. Need peace and quiet? He'll take his brothers top side to give you space. Chores and general responsibilities that require a lot of movement? A thing of the past. He took on your share of duties as soon as your bump started to show.
Expect frequent pampering and looking after from this man, some of which is in the form of meditation. His favourite way of doing this is with you sitting facing one another, close enough so the feet and knees of your crossed legs are touching. In this particular session, you're having a little more trouble clearing your mind. It seems someone is a little active in making their presence known, kicking and poking against the inside of your belly. Leo peeks an eye open, breathing a short chuckle, and places his hand on your stomach.
In almost an instant, the baby stops and settles, leaving you both with a widened stare in each other's direction. Seems the message came across. Whether it's pure coincidence or not, it makes his heart melt and his pride grow. There's still some time to go before he gets to meet this bundle of joy but he's already so proud.
Raphael
Raph likes to carry you around when you're too tired to do so yourself. Does this change as the bump grows? Like hell, it does. Despite how much you insist that you're too heavy, he continues to carry you from place to place. It's like killing two birds with one stone: your feet can get some rest and he can make his flirtatious remarks about how much you love his strength. Try as you may to refute this, he's quick to remind you of how you got pregnant in the first place. That always shuts you up.
With how big your belly has gotten, his current favourite way of cuddling is when you're sat on his lap, back pressed against his chest, so that he can rub your stomach and keep you both close to him. It's the perfect means to lull you to sleep for those long days of carrying the baby around. Although, it gives him amble opportunity to think, to envision this future, and worse of all to get worried.
What if this kid doesn't like him? What if he doesn't like this kid? He isn't exactly well-versed with children and this isn't something he can practise for either. He thinks about how difficult he was growing up, how much trouble he caused, and if karma will bestow him the same treatment. That would just be his luck, wouldn't it?
Too scared to bring up the subject with you, Mikey's the only one who manages to get it through his skull that there are going to be difficulties. No family is perfect, especially them, and everyone here seems to be pretty happy, right? Right. He can hardly argue with that, even if it is advice from his bonehead of a brother. Raphael can't anticipate what this lifestyle is going to be like but the two of you are in it together, always.
Donatello
The stereotype that the soon-to-be mum is the one who gets in a tizzy about keeping tabs on the baby's progress couldn't be more wrong in this instance. Not to say that Donatello has been stir-crazy on the whole thing - at least not since you kindly suggested that he need not worry so much - but he's been taking all of the precautionary measures to ensure you and your shared creation are safe and healthy. Good thing technology has its collective perks once again; tracking with you every step of the way with this baby app you both downloaded.
He may or may not have taken the liberty of making an ultrasound machine from old hospital equipment he's found in several junk yards. Don't worry, everything has been sanitised to perfect cleanliness for your benefit and safety. He wouldn't want to feed into the irony by making you ill by trying to help. The only mishaps are when he almost blows himself up but what's new? Your heart swells with affection for the turtle who is so dedicated to making this experience special, even if it means there are a few mechanical hiccups along the way.
Whilst the aid of machines is sweet and all, you do assure him that he's enough without them. Bless the eccentric genius for what he does but in doing all of this, he actually ends up spending a little less time with you than you would hope.
That's when he gets into massages. He knows what methods are best for rolling out those tight muscles but identifying which parts of the body are suffering most is where he's a little stumped. Luckily, when it comes to pressure points, Leo has plenty of sage advice to give on that one, along with aligning your chakras, and it's come in handy. Donnie isn't sure you've ever melted so much into him.
Michelangelo
It's been a learning experience for you both as to be expected but there are so many things that Mikey wouldn't have even thought about with you being pregnant. Mood swings were to be expected but not of this magnitude. Thankfully, if they're particularly bad, you're never short of a good distraction and a laugh when it comes to this guy. He'll do anything for his special lady. At least, where he can.
What he's disliked the most from your list of tribulations is how nauseous you get. Worst of all it's when you go off certain foods completely. That's why he's put so much time into figuring out new recipes and trying to make sense of all this dietary stuff. If he's being honest, all the vitamin mumbo jumbo has been the most confusing part of it.
No worries! Big bro Donnie is here to save the day by simply listing what foods should work best and what your body really needs - mostly folic acid and electrolytes. He has no idea what these things are, even after browsing the internet, but the main matter is making sure you get them in your system. Hey, he's never one to turn down new recipes for his portfolio, so it's an added win. The real win here, in your eyes, is the fact that he's applied all of this for the sake of looking after you.
He's been excited about showing your baby all of his comic books but he's too impatient for his own good. During the evenings, he'll read his comics to your bump, describing the pictures and making sound effects to help create the image. Rest assured, you're probably going to have a little comic book lover in the making.
Splinter has been a quiet observer, feeling ever so proud of his son for taking to oncoming fatherhood as naturally as he had himself all those years ago. It isn't without its hiccups but this is a journey full of both wonderful and scary learning experiences, even before the arrival of little feet. There's a lot to prepare for.
As a soon-to-be grandfather, he'll do his part to make sure you are comfortable. Most of this involves checking on you when he can and calming teas to keep your mind and soul calm. And, perhaps, the odd soap or two on TV for when the boys are making their rounds on the surface. It's a small pass time but one he thoroughly enjoys partaking in whilst keeping you company and it goes without saying that you feel the same, thankful for his like-mindedness for the domestic simplicities.

Note
hey
please hsc for Leo, Raphael, Donnie, Mikey
you will be mutated during the fight with shredder (mutation is irrelevant paste whatever you want) for some time you have to hide with turtles in hideout, you are more and more desperate and longing for your old life, how does your boyfriend react? how does he try to comfort you? does he blame himself for this situation?
Thanks you
Mutagen Mutation
All 2012 turtles
AN: You didn't specify an iteration so I went with 2012! I hope this is to your liking ヾ(^∇^) and wozers… all of this is just under 900 words! It really doesn't look like it- also, I tried to give them each about the same amount but Mikey was kind of hard to write simply bc this is probably my first time writing for him (ノдヽ) hopefully I’ll get better with time!
──── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ────
Leo
He definitely blames himself the most out of the four, he’s the leader, yk he should have been able to do something to prevent it from happening in the first place.
He does what he can to be there for you in your moment of need though.
He constantly feels like he's trying to make up for what happened.
His room is open to you any time you want to just lie in bed undisturbed, whenever he eats he makes sure you get something too, and he leaps at the opportunity to do anything for you should you ask.
But he definitely takes it the hardest, (as read in bullet point one) and constantly beats himself up over it because he's not smart like Donnie or he would be finding the cure himself.
It kind of kills him to wait just as long as you do.
Like if you didn't know any better you would have thought he was the one that was mutated.
Leo does whatever he can to make you just a little less miserable.
Whether it be physical affection, watching a show that you like, or even just sitting together in silence, he will do it.
── ⟢ ・⸝⸝
Raph
At first he was actually kind of hyped. Cut him some slack okay- his partner just got mutated and after the first day he was like “so now you finally get to see what it's all about.”
But he's really quick to understand you don't enjoy this.
He definitely also blames himself but doesn't sit around beating himself up over it either.
He is on Donnie’s ass about getting everything sorted out the way it's supposed to be.
He’s not the best at comforting in general so he tries to be there physically. (Even if hugs aren't really his thing)
Don't get it confused though, he doesn't let you sit and stew in your own depression for long.
He won't force you to train with him or anything outside of your abilities but he does pull a “you got two legs that work, let's get moving.”
If he gets impatient waiting on Donnie (which he probably is by day three) he’ll start to take matters into his own hands and do some… “independent research” topside.
He hates sitting around while you suffer because of something that could have easily been prevented.
Once you are back to normal he doubles down during training to an extent that puts Leo to shame.
── ⟢ ・⸝⸝
Donnie
While he may not blame himself as much for the initial accident, he does start voicing it when it starts to take too long to figure out a way to turn you back.
Yes, he does heavily blame himself for not protecting you at the moment but what really grinds his gears is his inability to make any progress in the lab.
Because of this, if you’re wanting any comfort you would have to drag him away from the vials on his desk for the first few days.
When his progress begins to slow, he may become more aware of your emotional needs and your deteriorating motivation.
He can be good at comforting when he actually tries to be.
He gives good hugs and reassurance falls from his lips pretty easily late at night when it's just the two of you.
But he’s constantly apologizing for everything.
He’s sorry you got mutated. He’s sorry he hasn't figured something out yet. He’s sorry he’s not good enough to cure you right here right now.
Your voice of concern to go home hurts him. So he does the best he can to make that a reality.
Even if it means pulling another all-nighter after wiggling his way out of your comfortable sleeping embrace.
── ⟢ ・⸝⸝
Mikey
At first he was hyped after the initial shock of everything and confirming you're okay.
His significant other just got turned into a mutant like him! How could he not be happy?
But while Mikey may miss some cues here and there, he is not stupid.
He notices when you start to withdraw from hanging out with everyone, instead huddling up in his room.
So he goes where you go, if you’ll have him.
He makes for great company late at night when you can't sleep in a body that isn't yours.
Surprisingly deep conversation flows between the two of you as you both lie on your backs, staring up at the ceiling.
He’s really good at trying to change your negative viewpoint to a positive one.
You miss your family? “Well you’ll get to see them again soon, Donnie’s working on a cure. Until then, me, my brothers, and even Master Splinter can be like a second family!”
Sometimes though, words aren't enough to mend the wound in your longing heart.
But until they are, he’ll continue to motivate you and push you to enjoy the time spent in the lair by occupying your time with various activities.
Pranks, It's mainly pranks. But, seeing Raph get covered in water, flour, and feathers does make for great entertainment.

Learning You...
Leo
Omg!! My first writing!
If you have any constructive criticism I'd love to hear it! I'm pretty new to this so I'll take any advice I can get!
I feel like this can be interpreted as Bayverse or 2012 Leo
No Trigger warnings, but let me know if I need to add any ^^
Donnie ♡˖ Mikey ♡˖ Raph ♡˖
Tumblr media
Leo
Meeting Him
You meet on one of the rare times he goes outside without his brothers, looking for peace and quiet
You're walking back home after a long day, unfortunately in the dark
Some guys come out from an alley way and grab you, making you scream as loud as you can for help
Leo hears you, and runs as fast as he can
Although he tried his best to stay in the shadows as he beat them down, you were able to take a small glimpse at him
For a second you could see is hesitance, but you thanked him softly, as to not scare him
He was surprised, but pulled himself together to keep his cool, and gave you his number in case you needed anything (and only casually threatened you if you ever made his existence known)
Befriending Him
After a couple of incidents where you felt unsafe and wanted him to walk you home, he gained the confidence to invite you to hangout
He wanted to get to know you better (as one of the few people who knew about him) before meeting his brothers
He'd pick you up at your rooftop, and he gets there about 15 minutes early, not wanting to waste your time
You go on a long walk, talking about anything and everything
These walks became your weekly routine, and soon he'd feel comfortable enough for you to meet his brothers
When you go to meet his brothers, Leo is nervous, though he doesn't let it show
Mikey immediately warms up to you, Donnie just throwing in a quick Nice to meet you!, Raph on the other hand is apprehensive
It takes a while, and multiple visits to the lair, but all of the brothers get accustomed to your presence
Leo finds the bond you have with his brothers another reason to trust you
As friends, you and leo mainly sit and meditate, or have tea
Your peaceful walks are now almost nightly, as you two talk about your struggles, comforting each other with your presence
First Date
Being the traditional gentleman he is, it takes awhile for home to ask you out
He prefers to befriend beforehand
He wants to get to know you first
When he does ask you out, it's with flowers and chocolates
He totally asks Master Splinter beforehand for advice
He asks you out for dinner on a rooftop
He wants to do this right, and Master Splinters told him to be true to his heart
The night is filled with nervous giggles and bashful eyes
He takes note of everything you do
The way you look away when you make eye contact, or the foods you don't seem too keen on eating
At the end of the night, he walks you home
(more like carries you to your rooftop)
Once you get there, he doesn't quite know what to do
But you lean in and kiss him on the cheek and say goodnight and thank you
He practically skips home afterwards
Dating Him
After awhile, he gets comfortable with you
He won't look away in embarrassment as much
He is still very attentive and detail oriented
You'll find your favorite snack in the lair
And his brothers seem to be in their best behavior (as good as they can be) when you come over
You meet Master Splinter after the fifth date
He loves and adores you, thinking you'll help leo relax a bit and help him manage his many burdens
You get along well with master splinter, coming over for tea and meditation
Leo loves that you've integrated well with his family
He just loves you with all he can, bringing you flowers and your favorite snack whenever he can "just because"
All in all, I think with Leo it would be a slow burn traditional and romantic relationship 💙🩵

I love absolutely everything you've posted for Raph, and I was reading through your disability HC again, and if you have time. Could you do a small fic or headcanons of Raphael getting a massage from his beautiful to help relieve some of his pain?
I'M SO SORRY I tried to write this THREE TIMES THREE DIFFERENT WAYS and make it sweet and heartfelt....
But the boy wanted smut.
Where There's Smoke
Fem reader x Raphael
🌶️🌶️🌶️
Warnings: marijuana, smut
If you're a minor *makes a shooing motion* go'way.
Tumblr media
The cloud you exhale hangs in the air, curling around the lamplight. You sit in the warm comfort of your apartment, sat sideways, legs draped over Raphael's lap on the loveseat. He reaches over and plucks the joint from your outstretched hand.
"mmm..." you say, smiling, as he takes a long drag. You lean your head against the back of the couch, and close your eyes with a sigh, as the indica flows through your system and washes away a truly shitty week.
When you open them, he is exhaling nearly half the joint. You laugh and wave the smoke out of your face. It look a lot to get the turtles high. Mike and Donnie were still working on a strain powerful enough to do the job, but it was slow going and more of a fun pet project than a priority.
However, you know better than to take more than one *small* hit of the boys' weed. You only had to make that mistake once.
You love nights like this. His very rare nights off, when it's just the two of you hanging out in your apartment. When you could convince him to smoke with you it was even better, because, for a few hours, his pain was a little more manageable.
You swing your legs off of him and he groans quietly when you push off of his thigh to stand up. "Shit! I'm sorry! Are you okay?"
He laughs gently, "Yeah. No, it's fine. Felt good, actually." He sighs, "Rough week."
You tilt your head to the side and look down at him for a moment before your eyes narrow the corner of your mouth turns up slowly. He knows that look. You have an idea.
He's a little more than slightly worried as he watches you dash out of the living room and down the hall into the bathroom. There is a reason you and Donnie are best friends. This could go in literally any direction. You return a few moments later with a bottle in hand.
You walk around to the front of the couch and, tug on his jeans, "Lose 'em," you say. It wasn't weird for him to get comfortable at your house. You'd patched him up enough times that seeing him in his underwear was pretty normal.
You set down the bottle of lotion on the coffee table, and walk away to grab a towel. He squeezes his eyes shut and rubs his forehead when the realization hits him. "(Y/N), you really don't have to do this."
You ignore him, and return, setting the towel on the table.
He sighs, sitting up, "Seriously, (Y/N) you don't have to do this -"
"Shut up." You say firmly, but not unkindly, looking up from what you're doing. His beak snaps shut. You didn't get firm with him often, so when you did, he paid attention. "You do everything for everyone else, let someone take care of you for once." The gaze you held had no room for argument, and he sighs and stands up, removing his jeans. He gives you an exasperated look during the entire process.
You can't help but steal a glance at his thighs as he sits back down. The way the muscles move beneath his scarred scales makes your mouth water.
To say you are holding a torch for the terrapin would be a lie. It's more like a barely controlled forest fire. He was beautiful in so many ways, and if it didn't make him so uncomfortable you would compliment his body more often.
You instruct him to rest one foot on the coffee table and you straddle his leg, knowing that making any kind of difference was going to require a lot more strength than was in your hands.
"Y/N..."
You reach forward and flick the middle of his forehead without looking, while you snatch the bottle off of the coffee table with your other hand.
"Ow! Hey! What the hell was that for?!" He exclaims, rubbing his head.
"I heard you the first time," you say casually, not looking up from pouring the lotion into your palm.
You rub lotion between your hands to warm it up, before pressing your hands down just above his knee and using nearly your entire weight to push along his quad.
"mmm fuck..." He groans, sinking back further in the couch, no longer interested in protesting as his eyes fall closed. You press your lips together, trying to ignore how hot that was and failing miserably.
In your intoxicated state, you may not have thought this whole thing through.
You had been growing closer. You're not sure when it happened, but touches have become softer, hugs longer. You drift to each other's side, even if you start out on opposite ends of a room. It was something both of you noticed, and neither of you acknowledged.
Your friendship has continued as if nothing has changed, but mundane moments are becoming more intimate, and intimate moments more frequent, and right now you were straddling his thigh and the soft groans and sighs you were pulling from him with every ministration were doing nothing for your composure.
Between the weed and the massage, this is the most relaxed he's felt in a while. He thinks to himself that he's going to have to do something really nice for you later.
You, however, are experiencing the exact opposite effect. The drug has made your body more sensitive, and with every brush of his leg between yours as you move along his thigh, ripples of sensation move up and out. You really hope he's too high to notice you shiver.
He shifts his weight, raising his leg, and accidentally brushing against your core. The small sound that escapes you makes both of you freeze.
That tiny sound, barely louder than a whisper had gone off like a gun shot in his head, shutting down every other one of his senses that wasn't completely honed in on you. There was no way that actually just happened, right?
He looks down at you, while you look away, face burning. There's no way he doesn't know your into him now, and now you've made things weird and awkward. You try to come up with a way to brush off what just happened, terrified of what he must think of you.
The only thing he's thinking is that whatever he has to do to get you to make that sound again, he's gonna to do it. And then he's gonna do it again.
Taking your chin in his hand, he turns you to face him as he places the other on your waist. Holding your gaze with a curious expression, your heart pounds as he pulls his leg off the table so that his foot is on the floor.
He flexes, his thigh pressing into you, and you shut your eyes, drawing a shuddering breath as you feel a flood of warmth at your core. You scent blooms upward into him and his grip around your waist tightens, while his other hand also falls to your waist. When you open your eyes, he is looking down at you with a dark smirk. That was all the validation he needed.
He pulls you up and then back against his thigh, watching your eyes fall closed and your mouth fall open. Your breathing stutters as your hips involuntarily rock against him. When he presses up harder against you, a moan is torn from your throat and you have to brace yourself on his leg.
He grabs the leg in between his own and pulls you up and it over, so that you're straddling his waist. He crashes his lips to yours, the weed making everything hazy and dream-like, and you open to him gladly, tangling his tongue with your own.
His hands slide up your waist, and you only separate for a moment, to help him remove your shirt, before crashing back into him like a wave. When you rock your hips against the growing bulge in his boxer briefs, his mouth is ripped from yours in a groan.
You reach for him, almost desperately, to bring his mouth back to yours, but he removes his hands from your waist and places them on your shoulders to stop you, closing his eyes and taking a deep breath.
"Wait... Sweetheart..." He's panting and trembling and it's taking all his restraint to not buck his hips into you, "If we keep going, this is gonna happen... And I need to know it's not just the weed. That this is really what you want..."
He looks at you and everything in him was screaming to just take you. You've wanted her since the day you met. She's ready. She's *more* than willing... but he's not an animal. And if it's not what you actually want it would ruin your friendship.
You look up at him in disbelief, also trembling. Sliding a hand to the back of his neck, you pull him down to you, brushing your lips against his with a whispered, "It is."
You're not sure when or how you ended up against the wall, with him grinding his thigh against your cunt, but you are not complaining. In fact, the only intelligible thought screaming through your veins at the moment is
MORE.
You grind hard against him, clenching around nothing, and in a moment it feels like you might drown in the emptiness. You whimper into his mouth. "Raph... Please..."
He doesn't need to be asked twice. He carries you to your bedroom, his mouth never leaving yours, and lays you on the bed. Detaching your legs from him he grabs the waistband of your cotton shorts and and removes them and your soaked panties in one motion
He looks at you, for just a moment, naked and trembling and wanting HIM, and he commits the sight to memory, before smirking like the devil and diving in like a man starved.
"Fuck! " you cry, arching, as he licks a stripe up your cunt, drinking your arousal like wine, savoring you on his tongue. You're already so sensitive. His tongue swirls around your clit and you shudder as pleasure ripples through your body.
He licks up your slit again and again, before pulling your thighs further apart and fucking you with his tongue. The soft feeling of his tongue curling inside you lights up your nervous system like a Christmas tree, and soon you're a trembling, whimpering mess.
You almost protest as his tongue leaves you, but it's quickly replaced by an oversized digit pushing into you slowly. His tongue returns to your clit, swirling and sucking, devouring you as the cord inside your center winds tighter.
Curling his finger up, and finding that secret spot inside of you, you feel as though you'd fall apart if he wasn't holding you together.
The cord pulls tight, and with a gasp, snaps. You come undone. With your hand on the back of his head, your moans ricocheting off the walls, you ride out your release.
You come back to consciousness as he's crawling up your body, having removed the last barrier between you. He attacks your throat, licking and scenting, giving you no time to recover, his instincts screaming for him to mark you as HIS.
His lips return to yours as he slides his own arousal against your folds, coating himself in your slick. He moans softly at your warmth and finally starts pushing into you slowly.
The way he stretches you fills you completely, and every inch feels like embers scattering through your body. You wrap your arms around his neck and press your forehead to his, whimpering and shuddering as he bottoms out.
He stills for a moment, trembling, attempting to control this breathing, not wanting this to be over before it starts.
With a shuddering breath he moves so slowly, pulling all the way out before returning to sheathe himself inside of you. He gradually finds his rhythm, and you move together pushing and pulling like a bellows, feeding the scattered sparks inside you.
He slides a hand under your thigh, hitching it up to go deeper.
As his speed increases, the embers catch inside your skin and set you alight. It almost feels like you can't breath for the fire in your veins, but you are somehow able to moan his name, so you're probably okay.
Keening moans escape you, and he swallows them greedily, kissing you with everything he has and everything he's ever wanted. Kissing you as if by doing so he could convince you to stay like this forever.
You feel your release building, and by the stuttering groans and whispers of your name, you can tell his isnt far behind.
You reach up and touch his face, and he lifts his head to look at you, never slowing. You wanted him to see, to know that you were there with him, that you were his.
You gasp, and with a cry you arch into him as the fire consumes you. He wraps an arm around you, holding you against him as he follows suit, moaning your name into your shoulder as he spills himself into you.
After a moment to catch your breath, you shiver as he pulls himself from you. Lying on his side to face you, he reaches out and pulls you to him holding you, breathless, as you both come down from your high.
Foreheads touching, eyes closed, you just breath each other in, both of you in kind-of-but-not-really disbelief.
He lifts his head and looks down at you. You open your eyes to meet his, and they shine with affection and gratitude and maybe something deeper, but that was a conversion for a different day.
"So..." he says softly, "when are we gonna do the other leg?" He grins as you laugh and slap him half-heartedly on the chest.
"You're a dick."
"You love it."
.....
He's not wrong.

Sorry if this is a bit complex, but can I have the rise boys (separate) having a nightmare about their recently deceased S/o? It starts off as a happy memory and fluffy moment, but S/o kinda breaks away and asks, “what does it matter? I’m dead because of you” Kinda like a Joe and Sara situation from yttd
SO GUYS IT WAS REALLY HARD TO WRITE AMD I WRITE THIS REALLY LATE SO I HOPE THAT YOU WILL LIKE THAT!
RISE!LEONARDO
It starts on a rooftop. The stars are bright above, the skyline glowing below, and you’re curled up next to him, laughter spilling from your lips like stardust. Leo’s arm is slung around your shoulders, your head resting against him as if this city was yours and this moment could last forever.
“You ever think about how lucky we are?” you ask, looking up at him. “To be here. Together.”
He smiles. That cocky, heart-stopping grin that masks the sincerity behind his eyes. “Of course I do. I mean, who else gets to date me?”
You smack his chest playfully. “I meant both of us, dork.”
His fingers find yours. You squeeze them. You’re warm. Real. Solid.
“I love you,” you whisper.
And Leo, suddenly so soft, so unmasked, whispers it back. “I love you more.”
The wind changes.
You pull away.
“What—?”
You’re standing now, a few feet from him, arms crossed. Your smile is gone. There’s blood at your side—was it always there?
“Why are you pretending this is real, Leo?”
He blinks. “It is real. You’re right here—”
“No.” Your voice cuts. “I’m dead, remember?”
He tries to reach for you, but your form flickers like static. You step back.
“I died because of you.”
His stomach drops. “No. No, that’s not—”
“You said we could handle it. You made the call.” Your eyes are brimming with betrayal, hurt. “You promised me I’d be safe.”
“I—I tried! I didn’t know they’d—” His throat tightens. “I didn’t mean to—”
“But you did,” you whisper. “And now I’m gone. Because you weren’t good enough.”
The city around him starts to collapse—buildings falling into shadow, your image fracturing, splintering, fading—
“NO!”
He jolts awake with a strangled breath, katana gripped so tight in his hand that his knuckles are white. He’s not on the rooftop. He’s alone in the dojo, the stars long gone.
And so are you.
RISE!RAPHAEL
The lair is full of laughter.
You’re sitting on Raph’s lap, one arm slung lazily around his neck, watching a movie you’ve both seen a thousand times. His plastron rumbles under you as he chuckles at your favorite line — the one he always pretends not to expect but knows by heart.
You look up at him, beaming. “You’re such a softie.”
He huffs. “Don’t tell the others.”
“I already did.”
He grins, shaking his head, cheeks flushed with pride. “Yeah, well… don’t care what they think. Long as I got you.”
You press a kiss to his snout. “You always will.”
The lights flicker. The warmth bleeds out of the room.
Raph’s arms feel… empty. You’re gone from his lap.
He spins around. “Babe?”
You’re across the room now, half-lit in the TV’s flickering glow. There’s something wrong with your eyes. They’re… cold.
“I was counting on you,” you say softly.
“What—what’re you talking about? I—I was there—”
“You said you’d protect me.” Your voice tightens. “You promised.
Raph stands, his breath hitching. “I tried. I swear—if I could go back, if I could—”
“But you can’t.” Your hands are stained. His eyes zero in on your chest — the exact spot where the blade had gone in. “I died because you weren’t fast enough.”
“No—no, please don’t say that—
“You hesitated.”
The room begins to twist, warping like smoke. Your shape breaks apart into ash.
“I trusted you,” your fading voice says.
He lunges, reaching out—
“WAIT—!”
—and slams awake with a shout, gasping, covered in cold sweat. His arms are outstretched, grasping at air.
But you’re not there.
And you never will be again.
RISE!DONATELLO
It’s your laugh that hits him first — that sweet, melodic giggle echoing through his lab.
Donnie turns, adjusting his goggles. You’re perched on his workbench, swinging your legs, eyes full of love and mischief.
“Are you ever gonna take a break?” you tease. “Come on, nerd. I miss your face.”
He smirks. “I’m developing a new energy shield. For you. So you don’t have to worry next time.”
You smile, soft. “I’m already safe. When I’m with you.”
He walks over, and you wrap your arms around his waist, forehead to plastron.
“I love you, y’know,” you murmur.
Donnie swallows the lump in his throat. “I know.”
Then your arms slip away.
“Wait—”
He blinks and you’re not in front of him anymore. The lights in the lab flicker red. Warning tones blare. Smoke rises from a console.
And there you are, standing in the middle of it all, eyes vacant.
“You said you’d fix everything.”
His knees nearly buckle. “I—I was working on it! I didn’t think the system would—”
“You always think you have more time.” Your voice is sharp now. “You knew the risk. And you still let me go.”
He stares at your bloodied hands, at the gaping wound that technology couldn’t close. “No—no, I—I should’ve—”
“I died, Donnie.”
The smoke wraps around your form. “Because you thought you could outsmart death.”
“No. Please, come back—please—”
But you’re gone before he can reach you.
He bolts upright in his chair, breathing hard, purple screens blinking uselessly behind him.
He’d trade every invention he ever made just to hear your voice one more time.
RISE!MICHELANGELO
You’re dancing in the Hidden City streets, spinning under glowing lanterns, holding Mikey’s hand.
“You’re so extra,” he laughs, watching you twirl.
“You love it!” you reply, grabbing him by the wrists. “Come on, dance with me!”
He does — clumsy, giggly, spinning with abandon. You both fall into a pile of cushions, laughing like kids.
Mikey watches you, eyes shining. “You make everything better.”
You reach up and boop his nose. “That’s what love is, Mikey. Making the scary stuff less scary.”
You kiss him, and he melts into it.
But when he opens his eyes… you’re crying.
“Wait—what’s wrong?”
Your smile fades. “It didn’t work.”
“What? What didn’t?”
“You still couldn’t save me.”
His heart stutters. “No, no, no—don’t say that—”
“I trusted you, Mikey.” Your voice cracks. “I thought if anyone could save me, it’d be you.”
“I tried—I did everything—!”
“But it wasn’t enough.”
The lanterns burst above you. The city fractures. The ground splits, and you begin to fall through.
“No!” He dives after you. “I can fix it—I can fix it!”
You look up one last time, whispering:
“Not everything can be healed, Mikey.”
And then you’re gone.
He hits the ground alone, sobbing.
When he wakes, he’s curled around your hoodie, the one that still smells like you.
He doesn’t sleep again that night.

Hello! Could I request the 2k12 turtles (romantic) and Splinter (platonic) headcanons that take place during the kraang invasion where yn/reader stayed behind to take care of Splinter instead of going with the others and reuniting when they come back?
Thank you :D

🌤️ — sure, enjoy!

°.✩┈┈∘*┈୨୧┈*∘┈┈✩.°
Tumblr media
— LEONARDO:
☆ ┈ Leonardo will be out cold by the time you leave, so he won't be able to find out for a long time.
☆ ┈ His brothers will not want to tell him the truth, knowing that he will be very afraid for you, and he should not worry, but at some point they will have no choice and they will have to tell about you.
☆ ┈ Some people aren't even sure if you're alive. They only saw you running away from them to find Splinter, and that's all they have.
☆ ┈ Leo is very worried. His condition literally does not allow him to even walk normally, and the realization that you are out there alone makes him incredibly nervous about you.
☆ ┈ He often has dreams about you, that you are surviving alone in New York, and that you are being hunted by the Kraangs. He feels bad, knowing that he's not with you.
☆ ┈ When the turtles, April and Casey return to New York, he will be looking for you and Splinter everywhere.
☆ ┈ When he finds you, he will give you a HUGE, big hug. Leo will just cling to you and won't let go, he just can't.
☆ ┈ Now he will forever protect you and make sure that you don't run away again, because all the time he spent away from you was simply unbearable, and he doesn't want to feel it again.
Tumblr media
— RAPHAEL:
☆ ┈ Oh, Raph will be furious.
☆ ┈ Not so much at you for thoughtlessly running after Splinter, knowing that you could get killed while you were looking for him, and at yourself for not being able to hold you back from this.
☆ ┈ He will be tormented for a long time by the realization that he could have stopped you, but did not try. He doesn't want to lose Splinter, but even worse to lose both of you.
☆ ┈ He takes it out on others and ruins everything around him in an attempt to somehow cope with his disappointment with himself.
☆ ┈ Raphael often goes into the woods to break something, and sometimes sits among fallen trees for hours.
☆ ┈ He's usually so loud at this time that no one worries about him, because if something happens to him, they'll notice it by the continued silence.
☆ ┈ He has no one to tell about his worries, so he keeps all disturbing thoughts to himself.
☆ ┈ Once in the city, Raph's first thoughts are to find Splinter and you. He runs away from others just to find you.
☆ ┈ His first reaction when he finds you is to yell at you for being stupid enough to run away from the others alone. Which, however, he did too.
☆ ┈ Literally walks around you like a guard dog, yelling at everyone and everything, and sometimes at yourself. Apologizes only to you, others not so lucky.
Tumblr media
— DONATELLO:
☆ ┈ Donatello has two sides, which he follows throughout the series: a cute funny shy guy and gangsta.
☆ ┈ And..Here he constantly moves between the two.
☆ ┈ At one point, he's like, "oh shit, I'm so worried about them, I hope they're okay," and "IF ANYONE TOUCHES THEM, I'LL BURN DOWN THIS WHOLE CITY".
☆ ┈ My Donnie I'm getting some kind of ambiguous..
☆ ┈ When Leo was passed out, he often shared his fears about your safety with him, and soon he started talking about it to the chickens on the farm.
☆ ┈ I created a little robot in the form of you because I really missed you.
☆ ┈ Donatello will believe to the end that Splinter is alive, which means that you is alright too! Isn't that right?..
☆ ┈ He's more nervous than in the original, because sometimes he gets paranoid or panics when he catches a trigger that reminds him of you.
☆ ┈ When you finally meet again in New York, he'll make you listen to his five-hour lecture on why you absolutely can't split up.
☆ ┈ He looks after you from afar rather than walking with you directly. Just in case.
Tumblr media
— MICHELANGELO:
☆ ┈ No, he's going to be so upset :(
☆ ┈ Mikey will literally get lost in his thoughts when he realizes that you're not around. He's already very worried about Splinter, and now he's worried about you.
☆ ┈ In fact, of all the four, he often forgets about it and lives quietly, but sometimes he remembers and is sad because of it.
☆ ┈ Sometimes he deliberately tries not to think about it, so as not to feel anxious once again.
☆ ┈ Michelangelo will make a bunch of drawings with you to fill the void of feeling without you.
☆ ┈ The only one who snaps at others and openly says that he is very worried about you and misses you. Sometimes he can't hold back his tears and may even cry.
☆ ┈ Donnie gives him a little robot in the form of you when he is very upset or bored so that he can play.
☆ ┈ If Leo has dreams with you that you're in danger, Mikey has dreams of you hanging out and going crazy together.
☆ ┈ When the turtles come to New York and find you, you find him throw himself on your neck and literally whine that he missed you very very much.
☆ ┈ He is very tenacious and will hug you or just hold your hand constantly and everywhere. Even when you're sneaking, it clings to your leg and just drags along the floor.
Tumblr media
— SPLINTER:
☆ ┈ Well, according to my memory, Karai saved Splinter from drowning by dragging him into the sewer, and he lost his mind.
☆ ┈ You find him there nearby, in one of the tunnels. However, he is far different from what you are used to seeing.
☆ ┈ His clothes are torn and barely hanging on him, and only half of them, his eyes are wild and fearful, as if he has returned to that state without reason.
☆ ┈ When you try to approach him, he attacks you. His inner self stops him from really hurting you and he runs away from you, because his animal side does not understand this feeling.
☆ ┈ You'll have to look for Splinter for a long time before you find him, and finally you'll be able to bring him to his senses with your appearance.
☆ ┈ He's confused. Firstly, he's nowhere to be found and with an incomprehensible appearance; secondly, his sons are not with you; thirdly, you have a shabby look, and you clearly did not get it during the catch-up with Splinter.
☆ ┈ He understands that while his sons are away, he and the two of you are clearly not much help to the city, so the two of you are hiding in the sewers, waiting for at least some improvement in the situation.
☆ ┈ Splinter is still feeling unwell, so you have to keep an eye on his wounds from time to time so that his condition does not worsen and keep an eye on him.
☆ ┈ He is sincerely grateful to you. Although he needs time to tell you this, because he is not sure how to express his gratitude in words.

Decided to write a quick little something for @whumperless-whump-event Day 4: chronic pain/"I'm used to it."
featuring, of course, Sidelined Leo!
like I said before, since it's disability pride month I'd like to do a few things for the Sidelined AU, so hopefully I will find time for more as the days go. For now, I hope you enjoy this!
-----
Leo can tell it's going to be a bad day the moment he wakes up.
The pain in his arms and legs has grown from it's constant dull thrum to a more present burn, and there's a pinch between his eyes that tells him a headache is on the way. Really, he's not surprised; the last few days have been really good. He even went out on a mission two days ago, and did a little skateboarding yesterday. It stands to reason that his body has crashed out on him.
Sometimes he feels angry and bitter about it. Today, he just feels a sort of resigned acceptance. And that means maybe it won't be such a bad day after all.
He hits the button on the side of the bed so it bends him into a reclined position, then fumbles around on his side table until his hand lands on his pill organizer. He should probably text someone to bring him water, but it feels like a pain, so he dry swallows them one by one and just resolves not to mention doing that to Dad or Raph.
Then he finally blinks the sleep out of his eyes and looks around his room and... darn it, his chair isn't here. Where'd he even leave it...
His memory is a complete blank on that one, so he sighs and clears his throat.
"Hey, Shell-man?"
There's only a second of silence before Shelldon's voice echoes from who even knows where. Donnie rigged his new room with more electronics than Leo will ever know about.
"S'up bro?"
"You know where my chair is?" he asks, like Shelldon can't track it instantly.
"You left it in the arcade, dude," comes the answer. "Want me to wheel it over?"
Yeah, no way he's getting himself to the arcade today. "Sure, thanks, Shelly."
"No problem, dude!"
Leo lets his head flop back on his pillows while he wants for his chair to be delivered. He fumbles around for his phone this time and takes a look at his reminders.
6:00 PM: Concert with Mikester
"Crap," he mutters, closing his eyes. Right, that yokai hip-hop group Mikey wanted to go see. Leo had promised he'd go with him, but he doubts he'll be able to do it now.
It's not that big a deal. Raph or Donnie will probably go with him if Mikey makes big enough puppy eyes at them. It's just, Leo had been kinda excited about it, too...
The dark buzz that heralds his anxiety flares up, and he sucks in a deep breath and lets it out slow. He doesn't want this day to turn terrible. He needs to relax and accept the things he can't change, like April always says. Even when it sucks.
There's a whir of electronics that signals the arrival of his chair. Leo waits until it parks itself next to his bed, then he swings his legs over the bed and stands up just long enough to sit down in the chair again. Even that leaves him feeling a little winded, but he doubts his arms could have handled the transfer so he doesn't bother trying.
He wheels around his room until he finds his big comfy unicorn hoodie, then drives out into the rest of the lair, making his way up the ramp to the kitchen. He can smell breakfast cooking, and hear Raph's voice.
"Morning fam," he says as he comes in, trying to keep his voice upbeat even though he already feels tired.
"Morning Leo!" Mikey echoes, turning around with a whole plate of waffles. His smile falters a little when he sees the chair and the hoodie. "Oof. Flare up?"
"Yeah," he admits, steering his chair into the empty part of the kitchen table. Mikey sets the waffle plate down, and without having to be asked Raph starts fixing some for Leo, with blueberries on top.
It took work for them both to find the line between helping and babying, but they're better at this now. Leo doesn't mind Raph helping him out this way, especially because he'd rather not make a mess of the kitchen table.
"Mikey, can you grab my fat fork?"
"It has a name," says a tired voice behind him, and Leo smirks as Donnie comes around the side and makes for the coffee machine.
"I just used it. It's the fat fork."
"It's a GeniusBuilt Secure Grip Adjustable Fork-"
"I'm not saying all that."
Donnie huffs. Mikey snickers, swinging around him to deliver the fork with the thick grip to Leo. He has another set with a loop that can secure to his hand if he needs it, but this one is fine for now.
"Here!
"Thanks Angelo."
"Did you take your meds this morning?" Raph asks.
"Yes, Mom," says Leo, rolling his eyes as he cuts off a bite of waffle.
"Really? 'Cause Raph didn't hear you ask anyone to bring you water-"
"I had some leftover Gatorade in my room," Leo lies quickly.
"Uh-huh." Raph looks at him skeptically. "Leo, you know taking pills without water hurts your throat."
"Meh meh meh, you'll hurt your throat," Leo repeats in a mocking voice. Raph reaches over like he's going to cuff Leo on the head, then seems to rethink it and steals some of his blueberries instead. "Hey!"
"You are all so noisy already," comes Splinter's voice, and he finally comes into the room to join them, wearing the robe he slept in. He looks up at Leo in his chair. "Are you in pain, Blue?"
Leo hums an affirmative. "It's not that bad, though," he adds, because it's not. Comparatively.
Now it's his dad's turn to look skeptical. "Are you sure?"
Leo grimaces. "It's... a little worse than normal," he amends. "But I can handle it."
"Mmm..." Splinter walks off to get in his own seat. "Let us know if it gets worse."
"Yeah, yeah..."
The conversation moves on to other topics, up until Leo's wheelchair beeps at him. He groans, glancing down at the battery indicator, which is firmly in the red.
"You forgot to charge it, didn't you?" asks Donnie, looking amused.
"Shut up, I've been busy!" Leo snaps back.
"If you left it on the charger when you aren't using it then this wouldn't happen."
"Alright, anyone else have any criticisms for me today?" he says, except it comes out a shade too bitter and Donnie's grin falters.
Good job, Leon, way to be a dick. He winces, focusing again on his waffles. His arm is sore from the effort of eating and he wants to crawl back in bed and stay there, which is exactly the sort of attitude he's been trying to avoid.
"...I have the backup chair in the lab if you need it," says Donnie. A peace offering.
"Thanks," says Leo, returning it.
So after breakfast, Donnie helps him swap chairs. His main one is put on the charger and he wheels himself to the living room with the backup, then calls for Raph.
"Think you can help me get comfy, big guy?" he asks.
"Of course," says Raph with a grin. "What do you want?"
It's nice that he asks now, instead of assuming.
Leo directs him to help him onto the couch, then Raph gets him his fluffy blue blanket to cover him up. Even though he took his meds, he can feel the pain radiating at his hips and knees and he guesses he's going to need more later. He sets an alarm on his phone and settles in with a Jupiter Jim flick to fall asleep to.
He's not out yet when he hears the pad of feet, then feels the couch dip as Mikey sits next to him.
"Hey Leo," he says softly, and Leo gives a hum to let him know he's still awake. "You think... you're gonna feel up for the concert tonight?"
Oh right. Shoot. It had already slipped Leo's mind, and now he feels guilty all over again.
He opens his eyes and tilts his head so he can see Mikey. "I don't think so. I'm sorry."
"You don't gotta apologize!" says Mikey quickly. "I'm sorry you're having a rough day."
"It's fine," says Leo. "I'm used to it."
"I'm still sorry," says Mikey firmly. He gets up, then comes over so he can give Leo a very awkward couch hug. "I wish you didn't have to hurt," he says, sincerely.
Leo leans into the hug. Feels the dark buzz of anxiety ebb away.
"Hey, it's alright. All you guys make it easier."
Mikey beams at that, bouncing back up. "Hey, I know," he says. "I'll get Donnie to help me set up a sweet livestream so you can see the concert from right here!"
They don't have to go to all that trouble for him. But Leo looks up at his little brother's shining smile and can't say no.
"That'd be really cool," he says, and Mikey claps his hands.
"Yes! Okay, I'll go get Dee and we'll get on it!"
He races away. Leo chuckles, curling up under his blanket.
Maybe it won't be such a bad day after all.

Sorry if this was already requested, but can you do a Bayverse turtle tots part 2
After halloween, they start hanging out more when Reader finishes school and some weekends. But over time, Splinter starts getting suspicious because his sons leave the lair to hang out by themselves at a periodic time, so he follows them and finds out about Reader.
And for how Reader is able to sneak out is, they're an only child who comes from financially well-off parents who are good and do love them, but can't always be there after school because they're busy with work. So they hire a babysitter, but she doesn't pay attention to them enough to know that they're hanging with the turtles.
And if it's not too much to ask, could you throw in some crush headcannons for the turtle tots it would be so cute.
A/N: I’ve been wanting to continue that cute little story. And I’ve even thrown in some bonus crush headcanons at the end, as requested. Enjoy! 💖
A Secret That Feels Like Home (fluff)
🟢 Bayverse Turtle Tots & Gender Neutral Reader 🟢
Tumblr media
CWs: Fluff, mild angst, implied parental neglect/absent parents, feelings of loneliness, and a happy ending.
Tumblr media
The promise you made echoes in your mind for days.
Every time you pass an alley, you feel a jolt of hope. Every time you see a flash of green or a colorful bandana, excitement flickers within you. But for a week, nothing happens—and part of you is losing hope.
You check your candy bucket, now sitting on your dresser, and smile at the small bag of squashed gummy bears and a cracked lollipop. They feel like trophies, proof that what happened on Halloween wasn’t just a dream. Though you wonder if the turtles got into trouble and are now forbidden from seeing you again.
A couple weeks after Halloween, the proof finds you again.
As you’re shrugging off your backpack after a long school day, a folded piece of paper flutters to the floor. It wasn’t there this morning, you’re sure of it. Unfolding it, you see a drawing of four turtles, each in their respective color. They’re standing by a specific street sign, and there’s a clock with the hands pointing to 4 PM.
And underneath, in shaky block letters, it says: MEET TODAY IN ALLEY?
Your heart does a flip, and you grin ear-to-ear. You race home, bolting up the porch steps. When you enter, you hear a reality show coming from the TV in the living room.
“I’m home, Britney!” you call out, dropping your bag with a thud in the entryway.
“Hey, kiddo,” a voice calls back distractedly. “Snacks are on the counter. I’m ordering Thai for dinner later.”
You peek into the living room. Britney, your college-aged babysitter, is cocooned in a plush blanket on the couch. The glow of her laptop in front of her illuminates her face, and her earbuds are now both firmly in place. She gives you a quick, absentminded wave without looking up. She’s nice enough, but her version of watching you is mostly making sure the house doesn’t burn down.
Grabbing a bottle of water and stuffing a couple of granola bars into your pockets, you retreat to your room. The clock on your wall ticks with agonizing slowness as you wait for the meet-up time. But with twenty minutes to go, you can’t take it anymore. So you put on your jacket and slip out your bedroom window.
The thick, gnarled branches of the old tree in your backyard are right there, an escape route you’ve mapped out on boring afternoons. You clamber out, finding familiar holds, and drop the last few feet to the grass. Freedom!
The address from the drawing leads you to a five-story apartment building. A rusty fire escape zigzags up its side. You head into the alley and wait, eating a granola bar as you tap your feet, hoping you don’t look too suspicious.
“Right on time,” a voice says.
You spin around and see Leo. Beside him stands Raph with his arms crossed.
“Didn’t think you’d actually show,” he remarks.
Before you can answer, a blur of orange turns the corner and practically tackles you in a hug. “You came! I told them you’d come!” Mikey cheers, squeezing you tight.
“Of course, I came!” you laugh, hugging him back. “This is the coolest.”
Donnie appears beside Leo and Raph. “All environmental scans are clear,” he announces, as if giving a report. “No surveillance, human or otherwise, in the immediate vicinity.”
Mikey throws an arm around your shoulders. “Now are we gonna stand around in this stinky alley all day or are we gonna hang out?”
Tumblr media
The routine begins, your meet-ups becoming a ritual.
A few times a week, you sneak out your window and meet up with the turtles. And you do the same almost every Saturday. You always bring them snacks and food you snagged from your pantry. Sometimes, you have Britney order pizza, and you share your hefty portion.
Mikey teaches you a simple, three-step nunchaku spin with a foam pair he made just for you. Donnie shows you how to perform a simple hack on a camera on his laptop. You learn Raph isn’t as grumpy as he seems; he just cares a lot and worries. And Leo is always watching, always planning, like he has the weight of the world on his shell. You admire him, even when he’s bossy.
You tell them about school, about boring teachers and dumb homework. Confiding about how lonely it can be sometimes because your parents are always at work. How you’re a bit of an outcast because you’re the weird kid who still draws dragons in the margins of their math homework. Mikey insists that’s awesome and starts sketching little flame-breathing turtles in your notebook whenever you bring it.
You consider them your best friends—your only real friends, if you’re being honest. And you guard their secret like your life depends on it.
It’s a Saturday afternoon when everything crashes.
You’re huddled next to Donnie, completely absorbed in the game you’re playing on his custom-built handheld. On the other side of the roof, Leo is patiently trying to teach Mikey a complex kata, which Mikey keeps turning into a break dance move, much to Raph’s vocal amusement at Leo’s expense. Everything is perfect.
You’re so focused on the pixelated ninja on the screen that you don’t see how your four friends go utterly rigid, their playful postures snapping to attention. You don’t see the color drain from their faces, replaced by a wide-eyed, unified expression of pure, gut-wrenching panic.
Then you hear the voice.
“My sons.”
You look up from the game, your fingers freezing on the controls. Standing by the rooftop access door is a giant humanoid rat, his fur streaked with gray, wearing a robe. His eyes sweep over them with an unreadable expression. Then those piercing eyes land on you.
The gaming device almost slips from your fingers. Donnie pales beside you, looking like he’s about to faint. Mikey lets out a choked sound, Raph tenses, and Leo steps forward and bows his head deeply.
It’s their dad, Splinter.
“Father,” Leo says, his voice trembling despite his effort to keep it steady. “Sensei. I … we can explain.”
“Can you, Leonardo?” Splinter’s voice is quiet, but it carries more weight than a shout. He takes a slow step forward, his gaze never leaving you. “You have broken our most sacred rule by bringing a stranger into our lives. You have put this family in danger.”
“No!” The word bursts out of you before you can stop it. Your heart is hammering. But seeing the fear on your friends’ faces fuels a bravery you didn’t know you had. “It’s not their fault. It’s mine. I found them.”
You scramble to your feet, brushing the gravel from your pants. “I followed them on Halloween. But I promised I would keep their secret. I swore.” You look at Leo, then Raph, Donnie, and Mikey. “I would never, ever tell anyone. Not my parents, not my babysitter, not a single person. They’re my friends.”
Splinter studies you, his whiskers twitching almost imperceptibly. He sees the sincerity in your eyes, the protective stance you take. He sees not a threat, but a child standing their ground to protect their friends. His stern expression softens, just a fraction.
You take a bold step forward. “Your sons are the most amazing people I’ve ever met. They’re kinder, funnier, and smarter than anyone at my school. They’re brave and they look out for each other. And for me. Having them as friends is the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I would never do anything to hurt them.”
A silence settles over the rooftop. Raph chances a look at his father, a flicker of desperate hope in his eyes. Mikey has crept closer, his hand finding the edge of your jacket and gripping it tightly. Leo risks a glance back at you, then to their father.
Finally, Splinter lets out a long sigh, the sound of a parent’s worry beginning to recede. He looks at his sons, who are watching him as if their fate hangs on his next breath. “You have been disobedient,” he says, his voice firm. “And for that, there will be consequences.” He pauses, letting the words sink in. “But,” he adds, and the corner of his mouth twitches into something that might be a small smile, “you have also found a friend. And that is a rare and precious treasure.”
He turns his gaze fully back to you. “This life, this secret, is a heavy burden to bear. You seem willing to carry it.” He takes another step, closing the distance until he stands before you. “What do your parents think of these rooftop adventures?”
“They … work a lot,” you admit quietly. “My babysitter doesn’t really pay attention.”
Splinter nods slowly, a flicker of understanding in his eyes. “Next time,” he begins, his voice gentler now, “you wish to see my sons, you will not meet on a cold rooftop. You will come to our home. As our guest.” He turns to the turtles. “Now. We go. All of us.”
The four brothers stare at him, then at you, their shared expression of shock melting into pure joy. Mikey lets out a whoop and throws his arms around you, nearly knocking you over. “DID YOU HEAR THAT? You’re coming to the lair!”
You laugh, but it’s wobbly because your heart hasn’t caught up yet. “I—wait. Seriously? He means it?”
Leo’s nod is slow, cautious. “If Sensei says it, he means it.” But his voice has that stunned edge, like he’s still trying to figure out if this is real.
Donnie blinks rapidly. “He’s never invited an outsider to the lair before. Ever.”
Splinter turns and begins walking, expecting you all to follow. “Come, little one. I imagine you have many questions. And my sons, many more stories to share.”
You move forward like you’re dreaming as you all follow Splinter. Mikey keeps a hand on your shoulder while Raph and Donnie walk behind you. Leo walks ahead, silent, but the stiffness in his shoulders is gone.
Eventually, you reach a manhole. The ladder down is longer than you expect, and the tunnel smells weird. You climb down and continue following Splinter and the turtles. Eventually, you reach their home: the lair.
It’s not what you expect. There’s mismatched furniture, Christmas lights strung along pipes, and a TV. Half-finished inventions and comic books lay scattered around. Despite the smell of the sewer, it’s actually rather comfy.
“Welcome to our home,” Leo says.
Splinter gestures toward the couch. “Sit. We have time.”
You step forward and sink into the cushions. Raph flops down nearby and turns on the TV. Donnie is already halfway across the room, excitedly showing you a project. Mikey sits beside you and gives you a juice box. Leo watches the group with an unreadable expression—until you catch his eye.
Then, he gives you the tiniest nod.
You grin. You made it. Not just into their secret world—but into their family.
And in that moment, even underground and far from everything normal, you feel more at home than you have in a long time.

Bonus Crush Headcanons!
💚 Bayverse Turtle Tots/Gender Neutral Reader 💚

CWs: These are meant to be cute and mostly wholesome, as the reader and the turtles are supposed to be younger in these. 🩷

LEO
Leo’s crush isn’t loud or obvious; it’s quiet, steady, and deeply respectful. He fell for your bravery. Seeing you, a small human, stand your ground against his father out of sheer loyalty to him and his brothers—that was it. It’s a quality he values above all else.
He doesn’t act on his feelings right away. The realization dawns on him the moment he catches you looking at his brothers as if they’re the best thing in your life—and he quietly wishes you would look at him that way, too.
He becomes formal when you’re around, calling you “our guest” or “esteemed visitor” until Mikey inevitably throws popcorn at him. The moment you laugh and call him “Sensei Leo,” he flushes so deeply he has to retreat for a full five minutes just to regain his composure.
When you get frustrated over something, Leo truly listens. Even as a kid, he possesses a calm, focused energy that makes you feel like the most important person in the room. He doesn’t interrupt, and he never makes it about himself; he just holds that space for you.
The first time you call the lair “home,” he freezes. He glances over to find you curled up on the couch, looking as if you’ve always belonged there. A small smile tugs at his lips; it isn’t big, but it’s enough. Because this—you being here—just feels right.
RAPH
Raph was already impressed when you didn’t run screaming on Halloween, but watching you defend him and his brothers from Splinter completely disarmed him. You saw past his grumpy exterior and had the guts to stand up to their father.
His first clue he’s crushing is the restless irritation that settles in after you head home. He tries to pin it on being annoyed that you left, but his brothers see right through the flimsy excuse because it’s written all over his face.
If you mention having a bad day, he gets visibly angry for you. It infuriates him that he can’t march out of the lair and solve the problem with his fists. So instead, he’ll just shift a little closer on the couch, a solid presence that says everything he can’t.
When you praise him—like really praise him—Raph gets quiet. Like, big silent. He stares at the ground or picks at his fingers. He’s built his whole identity around being the fighter of the group; he doesn’t know how to react when someone sees him as just simply Raph.
You drift off during a late-night movie and wake to find that someone has awkwardly draped a blanket over you. A quick glance reveals him staring intently at the TV, pointedly ignoring your existence. The moment he realizes you’re awake, he grunts, “It was cold. Whatever. Shut up.”
DONNIE
Donnie doesn’t initially classify his feelings as a “crush.” He just notices that he wants to explain everything to you—from his latest tracking software to the surprisingly complex science of sewer filtration. You listen patiently even when the subject is gross.
His crush is endearingly awkward. He starts falling for you when he realizes you genuinely listen to his long, technical explanations without your eyes glazing over. The discovery that someone finds his intelligence impressive, not just weird, is a new and exhilarating experience for him.
He makes things specifically for you. He’ll present you with a small device he’s built: a secure communicator so you can text them safely, or a souped-up music player with a playlist he curated based on a song you mentioned you liked once. Each gift is a coded declaration of his affection.
When you lean in close to look at one of his projects, his brain short-circuits. He’ll stop talking mid-sentence, his cheeks will flush, and he’ll suddenly find his goggles desperately in need of adjustment. Your proximity turns him into a stammering mess.
When you talk about how hard school is, Donnie starts secretly researching your subjects. The next time you mention struggling with math, he’ll casually interject, “Need some help with that?” as if he hasn’t spent all night creating a personalized study guide for you, complete with helpful diagrams.
MIKEY
Mikey’s crush is as bright and enthusiastic as he is. He’s liked you since the moment you called their “costumes” awesome. But it leveled up into a full-blown crush the moment you become a regular part of their lives. You laugh at his jokes, share your snacks, and you’re always up for fun. In his eyes, you aren’t just a friend; you’re his favorite person, period.
He craves your attention and will do anything to make you smile. If you’re watching Donnie work on something, Mikey will suddenly attempt a complicated skateboard trick behind you. If you’re talking to Leo, he’ll tell an extra loud joke. Your laugh is his favorite reward, and he’s determined to earn it as often as possible.
His love language is sharing. He will always offer you the first bite of whatever he’s eating. He even has a small, hidden box where he stashes the “best” candies you bring, saving them for a movie marathon or a day when you really need a pick-me-up.
Mikey gets weirdly competitive when playing games with you. Not to win, but to impress you. He’ll dramatically dedicate his next move—“THIS ONE’S FOR YOU!”—right before failing a huge combo in a fighting game. The confidence of his declaration followed by the spectacular failure is nothing short of adorable.
He gives you silly nicknames that slowly get more heartfelt. They start off goofy and playful—like “Candy Buddy” or “Sidekick”—before slowly evolving into something genuinely heartfelt, like “Sunbeam.” He absolutely melts when you answer to them.

Hello! I hope you’re doing alright. Could I please request yan-agere with Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?
So, I decided to do Headcanons, because I had a few things similar to this, and I'm on a headcanon kick right now. I hope you enjoy!
Yandere Caregiver Headcanons: The Hamato Brothers
Tumblr media
I should probably preface this by saying that 88% of the time they're big brother caregivers; thinking you're their littlest sibling. In this case you are treated just a little like you're competent, just not enough not to be allowed freedom. There is that rare 12% of the time where they'll see you as their child instead. In this case you have significantly less freedom and are treated like you are less competent than a beetle. Either way you are thoroughly coddled by these mutant turtles.
Let's talk about the probability of a kidnapping. It's happening. Between the anxiety, possession, and obsession the four decide very quickly it's a good idea to just keep you with them.
Ralph is more of an overprotective yandere. He's constantly making sure his little love is alright, happy, and healthy. He can be quite overwhelming with how much he hovers and his inability to let you do anything for yourself; even out of regression and especially in little space.
Mikey is more of a manipulative yandere. He has way too much knowledge regarding emotions and relationships and he absolutely uses it to his benefit. He's always twisting situations or turning your emotions against you making you feel like you have to rely on him and his brothers.
Leo is more of an impulsive yandere. He's often dragging you off to do random things or saying things completely out of pocket. He offers the most freedom, but he'll also give you the most emotional whiplash than any of the others with how quickly his smile can become a frown.
Donnie is more of an obsessive yandere. He always finds out your secrets; he knows everything about you, because he's always watching. He can, will, and has spent hours asking you questions and/or doing a physical exam. He's often the most quiet about his obsession, but he's also deeper into it than his brothers are.
Ralph likes to get you stuffies and dolls hoping to encourage you to collect like he does. Because of his size and the way he talks even when you're fighting them it's kinda hard not to regress around him. Sometimes he likes to bench press you just so you feel tiny. Raph's favorite thing to do with you is play adventure games or even a tea party. He appreciates seeing you play with the toys he's gotten you. He loves every name you pick out and every story you come up with. He really loves when you let him play as the hero to save you, although he does find it adorable when you "take him down" when he plays the villain. Every once in a while his brothers will catch him in a tiara and a dress that definitely doesn't fit because you wanted him to be a princess or dress up for the tea party.
Mikey likes to cuddle with you under a pile of blankets when it's your nap time. Because of how good he is at manipulating your feelings you often let him do things the others aren't allowed to. He's the king of bath time; he makes the warmest, most colorful, and fun baths. Mikey's favorite thing to do with you is arts and crafts. He loves seeing what you doodle or what colors you pick when you scribble. He likes to get you covered in paint so he can give you a bath. He has a box full of drawings and paintings you've made; he also has several of your crafts sitting on display in his room. He has on more than one occasion rolled out a really long sheet of craft paper just for the two of you to cover it in doodles/scribbles. He really loves drawing things then telling you to draw them as well to see how they differ or if you can copy it.
Leo likes to try teaching you to skate; he'll never admit it, but he kinda likes when you fall down so he can pamper you afterwards. Because of his tendency to do things on a whim you're often subjected to really weird adventures, some of which are stressful enough to make you regress involuntarily. Sometimes he likes to prank his brothers just to see you laugh at them. Leo's favorite thing to do with you is read comic books. He likes to curl up on a bed or beanbag and read his favorites to you. Occasionally he'll try getting you to read them when really small because he thinks the way you stumble through it is cute. Your favorite comic very quickly becomes his. He loves seeing you fall asleep to him reading, but sometimes he feels a bit offended if he was being extra entertaining.
Donnie likes to teach you things like science or writing. Because you've spent quite a bit of time in his lab talking which sometimes can be tiring so you've also spent plenty of time napping there too. There have been several occasions where you've been handed off or walked in on him scrolling through a folder of photos of you. Donnie's favorite thing to do with you is play video or puzzle games. He likes to sit down with you in his lap, holding the remote under your own hands just to see how well you could do it. He likes seeing how your mind works and how well you could solve the puzzles. One of his favorite things, though he won't admit, is when you solve a puzzle or he helps you beat a level and you have a small celebration for yourself.
If they see you as a little sibling then both April and Casey Jr. are allowed to sit you if they can't be around. If they see you as their baby then only April is allowed to sit you, and it's only on rare occasions. As much as they love Splinter they don't trust him to be left alone with you as he might let you go or fall asleep for you to leave or hurt yourself. Draxum is an odd situation; he knows you exist and he's curious on what you did to his experiments to cause such strong emotions, but even Mikey won't let him meet you.
Most of your meals are cooked by Mikey as the others aren't good cooks and unlike them you "can't eat out all the time, it's bad for your belly." Most of your outfits are picked out by Donnie because he has the best fashion and knows what fabrics feel the best on your skin. Most bedtimes are curated by Raph as he has the most calming presence and ability to calm you down. Most of your naps are ruled by Leo because he's the best at wearing you down even when you haven't been close to sleepy.
Leo and Mikey have both on multiple occasions have stolen you away from the sewer several times just to set up a scenario where you need to be saved by them. They do this just to solidify in your head that you need them and their brothers to protect/take care of you.
Leo will sometimes join you and Donnie in playing video games, but that doesn't mean it's more fun. The twins do this purely so that one or the other can beat you in the game repeatedly so the one who wasn't playing the game could comfort you when you get sad or upset about losing.
Raph sometimes joins you and Mikey in your arts and crafts. He does this simply because he wants to have some of your art to put in his room too. Sadly his presence makes it a bit more boring because he's always trying to "keep you safe" even when you're doing something as simple as finger painting because "What if they try to eat it?"
Donnie and Raph are both constantly doing check-ups. And by that I mean, Raph is constantly taking you to Donnie to make sure everything is in order with you. You can end up spending 3-4 hours in the lab with Raph hovering as Donnie goes through the ritualistic check-up.
Lord have mercy if you get sick. You practically spend the entire time in the med bay with all four mutants crowding you. Raph has so many panic attacks during it. Donnie will not stop running diagnostics on you. Leo continuously wakes you up just to make sure you still will. Mikey barely lets you stay alone because "you're so fragile what if you need something and you're alone?"
If you regress to an infant or a toddler they're significantly less extreme and much more gentle with you. The biggest problem is Donnie and Leo will purposefully do things discreetly to make you fussy and cry so that one of them can comfort you. Also, Raph and Mikey really like the intimacy of bottle-feeding and will force you to do it even when big.
All four of them absolutely adore seeing you little whether it's because you've relaxed enough to be small or because you're so stressed you go into little space. Leo and Mikey are the best at handling the crying or screaming; Leo may be condescending while doing it but he still ends up calming you, and Mikey may be slightly threatening but he still ends up making you feel loved. Donnie and Raph are the worst at handling the crying or screaming; Donnie tends to be apathetic towards your crying, and Raph ends up panicking because of how hard you're doing it. All four handle a relaxed regression perfectly; Donnie will immediately engage in a good regression activity, Leo starts playing silly games with you, Raph jumps straight into cuddling and affection, and Mikey dives straight into baby-talking you till you die of giggles.
If you regress to a bigger age they tend to be more extreme and more chaotic because they see you as slightly less fragile. Now this only extends to if they see you as a sibling because if they see you as their kid then you're getting the same treatment as the infant/toddler regressors because you're still their little baby no matter the age.
It doesn't matter the age you regress or if they see you as a sibling or a child. They love you obsessively and deeply. The brothers would do literally anything for you, and there's nothing you or anyone else can do to stop them. You're going to be trapped with them for a very long time, and if Donnie succeeds at his immortality experiment it'll be even longer.
