MANNNNNNN what an eventful week it’s been! I had LOADS of fun at the enha concert and made tons of new friends. My outfit was inspired by 231117 heeseung. the iconic denim cowboy fit constantly lives in my mind rent free and I think about it once a day. One that wastes little time with the pleasantries of knocking to ask if the heathens within knew their Lord and Savior. No, there were other practical ways in flushing out a chicken coop, and it didn't involve playing petty politics- not this time. "When the way you're treated has got you good and PISSED." Another wave of foundationally dismantling energy wipes out the bottom layer of manor windows as if the source of its fury couldn't fathom the idea of leaving anyone currently within the house divided out of this little bonding experience...in dying together, of course!

Mannnnnnn I love your headcanons!!! I personally also think Dimitri is rlly attentive to lil details cos he's so afraid of casually breaking things. I think he probs went through some phase of trying to find middle ground for his strength and spent some time being rlly frustrated cos his "gentle" would be too gentle and his "add more strength" would be too strong, what do you think?

His gentle isn't so much "too gentle" as it is "too apprehensive", that he barely uses more than his fingertips if he can help it. But while being told to "use more strength" is a rarity for him (more usually, it's "be more firm") he struggles to adjust his strength in such fine increments.

If you imagine an average person's strength's scale from 1 to 10, with controls that can increase by 0.5, so you can go from 5 to 5.5, that's just not the case for him. For him, it's more like a scale of 1 to 100, because his maximum is so much higher. And his natural level of increments are also higher to match the pace to reach his maximum. So picture that his natural step increment of strength is 5, he goes from 5 to 10. He cannot seem to go from 5 to 5.5 like everyone else, at least, not without a lot of very delicate practice and experience that he needs to build up over time. Trying to increase his control from steps of 5, to steps of 3, then steps of 1, then steps of 0.5 where everyone else seems to naturally be able to do it is indeed very frustrating for him, and he has at times become extremely discouraged, but his discipline and stubborn personality keeps him going at it anyway. He'll succeed eventually... right?

lucky for you, the majority of the first "season" is edited by the creators themselves, but in season 2 and after that, you'll find that you need to start watching vods, and man, that can take ages. it all depends on you of course, and you definitely don't need to watch every single vod (unless you're planning on getting into lore discourse which. do not recommend. i'm serious. it's not worth the time and energy. i've been in it myself and it just sucks the energy out of you.)

So first off, I completely agree with you. I myself haven't seen anyone throw shade at creators for writing for fat characters, but I've heard it from other people and it's absolutely ridiculous. Like you said, we are dealing with fictional people. They do not exist and unless the creators flat out say "x character would never date a chubby person" then I'm gonna headcanon them as a chubby chaser! What're people gonna do? I ain't hurtin nobody and I'm mindin my business so those dumbass ppl should mind their own too

I hope that people just write in this way bc they are projecting themselves onto the reader character and that's why certain descriptions are put in place, but it's still incredibly frustrating when I'm reading a fic and the male character is like touching your tummy and says "i can feel my cock in you" like baby no that is all fat sksksk I appreciate the thought it's v sexy but it ain't true

It's hard writing a reader who is generalized enough for all ppl to feel included while reading, but I also think that we as writer's should do better. Yes, it's nice to have personalized content, but we should be conscious of the people we are excluding when we write about 'tucking hair behind your ear' or 'rosy cheeks' or 'slim waists'. It's so frustrating seeing so many fics catered to one type of body type, and while I don't believe that writer's are intentionally doing this to exclude people, it's still upsetting. Just one adjective like skinny or fair could ruin a person's entire experience with a fic and make it unenjoyable.

I try to make my writing as inclusive as possible bc i want all people to enjoy it, but I also prefer to write things that make me happy. I prefer fem reader content because I'm more comfortable writing a detailed fic with a fem reader, and I prefer chubby reader bc I myself am a big girl and those types of fics make me very happy.

I'm not always inclusive! I think it's mostly okay as long as it's explicit, yk? Like if the author tells you right away that the reader is described as x y and z then it's not as bad as going into a fic trying to read it from your perspective and then a description pulls you out of the story.

At the end of the day, I'm gonna write what I want, and I want to write about my fav characters falling for pretty fat girls sksksk. If people ever come into my asks and try to harrass me for writing for plus size beauties, i'm just gonna delete it. It's not worth the time or attention. We all deserve love and affection, and hopefully one day we can all enjoy reader fics that are well-written AND inclusive :)

so yeah i got home late last night. but i just spend the last few days in sacramento and the san francisco. drove through the central valley to sacramento, then went west to the bay area, then drove down the coast back home.

it’s the furthest north i’ve been in california. and tbh this vacation has only reaffirmed the absolute majesty of this state. i’ve fallen in love with california all over again. i just think about what the early american settlers must have thought. crossing the harsh sierra only to be greeted with a land of tremendous beauty and abundance.

i always knew that california produced a LOT of agriculture. my hometown is surrounded by farms and ranches for miles and miles in every direction. but mannnnnnn, that’s a fraction of what’s in the central valley. so much food is grown there. it’s one thing to know it as a statistic, but it’s another thing entirely to actually experience it.

sacramento is a charming city. it’s a decent sized city but there are some really cute neighborhoods. lots of old victorian homes and streets are lined with trees. lots of parks and gardens. the capitol building is huge and so ornate. i was always told that sacramento was boring and lame, but i’m starting to think those were just people with a very limited idea of what is fun and cool. sacramento doesn’t come across as some fast-paced and electrifying city that’s for sure. it’s much slower and quaint imo. i mean, as quant as a large city can be. i had breakfast in a small cafe located in this really nice residential area. i could easily picture myself living there.

the drive to san francisco from sacramento was nice. nothing jaw-dropping, but it was more farmland and golden rolling hills and oak savannahs. i bet it is so green and lush in the winter when it rains.

now san francisco was amazing. it is such an awesome city. i only spent a couple days there and i saw a TON of shit, but it was still just a small fraction of all the things i actually wanted to see. that city is densely packed awesome. almost every corner had something that was catching my attention. i could live there a lifetime and probably never stop discovering new things. it’s such an old city too. and it feels like it. there are so many old buildings it feels like you’re transported back in time. 

the climate is my ideal. at least while i was there. chilly, cloudy mornings and evenings, mild and sunny during the day, lots of clouds, often breezy, etc. only thing missing was rain. 

my mother and her side of the family lived in san francisco so it kinda felt like it was a part of me. it really resonated with my soul. it will always be a second home to me.

Sexuality Headcanon: i doooo feel quite strongly that he is gay based on like, his experiences of repression and the specific kind of disconnect we see from his sexuality with women but it’s not like, something that i feel so strongly i can’t read bi dean fics, and i understand both, it’s very much just a personal examination of his behaviour.  Gender Headcanon: trans mannnnnnn 100%. i am very attached to the image of Cas bringing him back in a version of his body that is essentially a cis man but has top surgery scars because it’s the vision of Dean that lives in his own head; one without any of his dysphoria but that still bears evidence of his struggle to get there. it’s my trans power fnatasy i get to ignore the internal logic of the concept <3 i also have an elaborate series of hcs about him and trans girl sam both transitioning as kids that makes me crazy and i need to finish typing up one day soon A ship I have with said character: destiel is the trick answer. so. drowley. beandenny good but drowley real A BROTP I have with said character: dean and charlie!!!!!!! they were so fucking cuuuuuuute i’m so sad abotu charlie bro. also garth :( i think we shouldve got dean/garth/charlie teamup >:( A NOTP I have with said character: i pay so little attention that i can’t even remember what dean ships there r outside of the big three lmao.......... what are the kids even shipping these days. obviously i dont ship him with any women but that’s less NOTP territory and more just. i dont get it A random headcanon: Sam made Dean and Cas read a bunch of  books about autism because of Jack and Dean ends up being like ‘dude I know most of this stuff’ and Sam thinks he’s just being a tit but Dean’s explains like, i don’t need a book to explain why some kids have sensory problems and behave weird i raised you, sam. you think i didn’t know any of this shit when i bought you 4 of the same shirt for your 18th birthday?  General Opinion over said character: i hate him because he’s awful but he’s also one of my favourite characters in existennnnnce. i have complex ptsd and Sibling Disorder and i relate to him to an uncomfortable degree and I just want him to get better i think he deserves to get sober and break the cycle of abuse and be a good father to Jack and i think the show is a coward for not letting him do that and forcing him to be a shitty person to jack and also highkey only happened because of homophobia but htats a different post!!!!!!!

3: best game I've played?

One of the best games I've played would have to be final fantasy xiii, in terms of a game/series that has probably made me the most emotional in a video game, I dont think I've cried over a game as much as this series did, I was crying for about an hour after I played the first one lol. I loved the story and the characters, it really changed my life and with it one of the things that made me realise I'm a lesbian. It's a very special game in my heart and tho I've played it/them once the experience could never be replicated (also FUCK THAT TIME LIMIT IN LIGHTNING RETURNS!!! that game gave me so much anxiety XD).

I could talk about this series so much, it's best ff series I've played and was my first:)

4:worst game I've played?

Need for speed payback...i played it cause it was a free game..but this game made me ragequit so back my sister could hear me from outside. It would give you a car you had to use on a track but it was the exact opposite type you needed so the the amount of times I had to watch videos and grind to get a better fucking car. The experence was not needed and if I could go back I wouldn't have done it lol

20: first game I ever played?

Oh mannnnnnn um...does the tekken 2 demo on ps2 count lol that's the earliest I can remember even tho we have a ps1, I wasn't much a gamer till my I got my ps3. I owned a couple of ps1 games like rurgrats but whether I just played them on the ps2 XD

22: if I could immerse myself in a game for a day what would it be and what would I do?

Oh mannn this is so harddd cause there are so many games I'd choose whether that's to meet characters like in final fantasy xiii and tales of berseria (god i wish I was friends with them ;_; and I'd so would date the girls lol) or lol to romance many women or assassin's creed and be able to parkor everywhere. Or heck having loads of money lol. I really don't think I could choose one game. Maybe if I could choose like a crossover between them? So I could meet and interact with them and feel like I'm finally part of a family group. And well id want to date all the girls I love lol and you know, have a drink (non alcoholic) and have a laugh and chat and go on an adventure with them and feel like I have a purpose. So yeah I don't think I could choose just one :)
