i had such intense stomach pains so i made some toast and after consuming literally one quarter of a slice of toast with sunflower butter and honey i immediately felt better. isn’t it crazy how that works

At least as far as I know, the reason we were given soda was because a carbonated drink was supposed to help with an upset stomach/nausea. I didn't get soda as a child often so it was one of the few times I did. Which sucked because I was sick lol.

Hmm.. 🤔 I know that some people believe coca cola and salted pretzel sticks help when your stomach is upset but I never liked coke so I have no idea if it does 😅 but I think a carbonated drink would only help to further upset my stomach when I already feel sick 🙈

#I didn’t get much soda as a kid either but my mum always gave me orange juice with water and a little sugar and salt when I was sick #it helps replace the electrolytes when you sweat a lot or throw up #and it tastes good #asks

Happy early Valentines day, have something completely out of my wheelhouse! I wasn't joking in my previous comic, Stobotnik has me in a stranglehold (though as a heads up to anyone who doesn't follow me: I don't expect I'll be making more, I'm sorry 😔This is definitely a one-off)

Going through some old art of mine got me missing doing stylized, cartoony stuff so I thought this would be a good opportunity to push myself to bring some of that back into my life. Unfortunately the universe had it out for this thing and tried to stop me with pneumonia (it failed HAH) and every time I got closer to finishing it, I got struck with a new, more hellish stage of illness. I had 2 other panels I wanted to do for this and just had to tap out early😭
