hiiiii guess what! i made the greek orange pie this weekend! it's really good haha even though i don't completely know what it is supposed to taste like. but for a first try i'll take it! i really had no idea what i was doing, it was my first time working with phyllo dough and i also didn't even know you could boil oranges? wild. thanks again for recommending the recipe and for just introducing me to this food at all! <3

no i'm sure you did your best, it's always hard cooking something (that is not the simplest thing) for the first time and esp working with an ingredient you hadn't worked before (in greek pies we use phyllo dough almost exclusively so we're used to it lol) practice makes it easier and i'm sure next time it is gonna be even better 😊😊
