The more i think about the explosion that caused Eric’s burns, the more i think how the shock probably damaged something more important, his brain. Just thinking how the impact probably damaged something in his mind and made him look more insane. A damage that maybe grew over the years, combining with his already corrupted mind and Everything! Literally leading even more to the walking mess the Stag IS. Probably developing tics that his closer ones would notice till everyone did. Because it’s the last big event before the game events, it could be why we could see him as just a complete insane guy that thinks exposing and crucifying sinners in gruesome ways is the last thing to save them

OK! Since arcane season 2 is going to be the final season which hurts 😭 I’ve got one theory I just HAD to post before it comes out.

A lot of people have speculated that Ekko will be coming back for the final act and personally I think so too. I mean with a character like Ekko it will be inevitable that he has to come back to act 3 to help complete the final 3 episodes and warp up arcane’s storyline. Tons of people have also said that Ekko will use his powers and the pocket watch to go back in time and save Isha ( which I hope is true cuz Isha my baby CANNOT and WILL NOT die😭) but here is where I take a bit of my own twist and present to you a whole new different fucking theory that is wack ad fuck and doesn’t really make any sense at all but hey-ho its a theory 🤷

What if when Ekko comes back for act 3, instead of reversing time to before ambessa goes to start a whole bloody war because her personal guard was killed by Warwick. INSTEAD, he decides to reverse time to go back even further than this event. Maybe even to when he was still a kid? When he was still ‘little man’ instead of the leader of the Firelights?

Maybe he reverses time to go back to the moment where he tells Vi,powder,claggor and mylo about Jayce’s apartment ; ‘the man who didn’t even haggle and paid in gold’? What if he didn’t ended up telling the four of them about this man so they would have never went to his apartment on topside and caused an explosion thus leading Silco finding vander and the rest of the events after?

What if he turns back time so none of these things ever happened and so that none of his friends and family would have to suffer and die and so he wouldn’t have to endure the grief of loosing Benzo and Vander? So that he wouldn’t have to endure the guilt of not being able to help powder and suffer knowing she turned into jinx and that Vi not knowing wether she’s alive or dead is no longer around to help and guide him to help him fix all of this mess?

What if this was what he wanted to do ever since those events rolled out, but never acted on his thoughts but seeing Jinx loose it because of loosing Isha, and seeing how Vi and Jinx are trying to help Vander but also bonding again at the same time because of this exact reason but because of the war that was called upon by ambessa.

Everything is ruined now so he decides it’s finally time to use his powers and turn back time.

THEY HAVE LGIT FORESHADOW THAT EKKO HAS TIME TRAVELLING POWERS FROM THE START???? When he’s fixing a fucking clock and asking benzo to give him a few more seconds?? HELLO??? How did I not spot that until like an hour ago?? I swear every time i rewatch this bloody show i keep seeing more and more hints that I’ve never ever seen before 😤

Moroco in season 4 was kind of stupid, I get it, but guys, it was an AI, and all AIs in TFRB are kind of stupid, the only one that does exactly what everyone needed was the baby, and is a fucking baby!

the time travel to get Moroco out of the equation was cool and everything but kind of stupid for the plot, to have the real him would be even funnier and better (at least they didn´t fix everything with time travel, that would be shitty, but if that happened, Chase should definitely be the only one who remember, the rest would make it hard to deal)

Cody is a cutie and a potato, but he and Boulder should get angrier more, and not just upset, like, angry (goddamit, let the kid swear, and Heatwave and Boulder too)

Boulder and Heatwave would be a cute pair but only as possibility, is hard for me to admit but Heatwave has more chemistry with Quickshadow and Chase (especially with Chase) (which is shitty for me each time I rewatch the series but I must admit instead of deny to enjoy, I just made peace with the fact)

Nonetheless, as I´ve seen in Arcane´s fandom, platonic mlm also exists, people, I know you love your gay ships (including me) but friendship and other type of relationships also exist, is okay if you ship the bots with the humans or the bots with the others but remember romance is not the only type of relationship that exist (I just say it because ALL the transformers fandom likes yaoi too much, and that´s okay but platonic also deserves to be highlighted)

even if the TFRB staff wanted to make BumbleBlades real, the mothefuckers are sooooooo dumb at making romance, and having in mind Bee even dissapeared from Blades´ life for LONG TIME... well, is more benefit for the fandom that they wrote it like it´s just admiration

guys, I love BumbleBlades too, but we´re forgetting Bee DISSAPEARED from Blades´ life WITHOUT SAYING A WORD, HE DIED IN TFP, HE GOT A NEW VOICE BOX, A NEW TEAM AND BLADES DIDN´T KNEW UNTIL THE IDIOT CRASHED ON MAINLAND!! we have to respect more our helicopter boy, he deserves more and better, just take that on mind

Quickshadow needed more development, I don´t get how she passed from spy to rescue bot in less than a season, and no, to say she maybe was a rescue bot before doesn´t solve the problem, she Had been a spy for Optimus too much time, she´s out of practice

High Tide deserved a better redemption arc, the asshole treated the team too hard and it wasn´t even for them to be good, he didn´t liked the team and that was obvious

Heatwave is a great father? I don´t know, he´s a great support for Cody and the robo-baby confirmed he likes kids but he´s also too proud, and I think we should explore more why Heatwave, despite he likes younglings, is so damned rough with himself about it

I think we all recognize which person is which here on this fandom by the ships they like, we recognize Gelu because of Priss and Cody, we do recognize Sugar because of HeatShadow, Lipgloss with BoulWave and Bagel with Graham x Katy, Frost with Graham and Boulder (at least I started recognizing who did or reblogged the thing by the ship even before I did because of the art style :,D)

I think is cool to theorize about Cody´s mom, but the series is way better cool without her, I´m glad for it (and if you don´t like the comment, let´s pretend Heatwave is Cody´s mom)

Have you watched Arcane, I know you’re not really a big fan of Netflix but the show was surprisedly really good and the animation is amazing.

Yes! I just finished it the night before last. Honestly, I was thinking as I was watching, this is probably the best thing Netflix has ever been a part of in the animation sphere haha. I didn't know what to expect when I started, and was prepared for disappointment. But thankfully, I wasn't.

The animation is FANTASTIC. I am a BIG fan of blending 3D and 2D elements and I was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful painterly looks of the characters

while moving them as 3D models. I'd be super interested to know what software they used. It seems proprietary. ALSO, someone on twitter was gushing about the under eye highlights and I swear that was ALL I kept staring at when they did clos up shots like this.

Just the...sheer definition of the face, even the hair is beautiful. Also, it's just...beautiful? Like the colour and design choices every step of the way were fantastic.

Not the best gif, but I loved the 2D FX on top of everything. It just added such a charm to the whole thing. And like I've said, the animation is FANTASTIC. These fight scenes were great.

And honestly, I think what I loved the most is the simplicity. My biggest problem with Netflix shows is they're boring, tedious and a slog to get through. There's NOTHING enjoyable about them. But Arcane proved that a simple story that focused on characters and how they react to each other and the world they exist in, creates compelling content, and I loved that. Everything made sense. Powder was young and desperate to help and fit in. And when she finally gets her stuff to work, it kills almost everyone she cares about and knows. And that's also the breaking point for Vi and that makes SO much sense.

And even the political stuff. I find sci-fi can get SO bogged down in the plot of the overarching politics of interplanetary travel blah blah. But here, the politics are simple; it's class warfare. And now the fragile peace is disrupted by 1 bad job and the ramifications reverberate for years. I LOVE IT.

Honestly such a great show. Short and sweet too. I think I might rewatch it now that all the episodes are together.
