Helloooo! I was wondering if you are taking requests for Wind Breaker?
If yes, can I ask for a story or headcanons about Suo meeting and getting curious (and eventually falling for) a f.reader who is like a princess for Shishitoren?
In my head it would be funny to see Suo challenging and interacting with Choji and Togame (who are already threatening Suo to stay away from the reader). I mean, he can be kind of mean when he wants, and still wear a smile.😆
Thanks for hearing me out!
And let me say, I realllyyyy love the way you write!🩷
Shishitoren's Princess (& Her Guard Dog) | Hayato Suo x Reader

୨ৎ Read me before interacting!
୨ৎ Pairing: Hayato Suo x Reader feat. Shishitoren (literally most of them), Jo Togame, Choji Tomiyama, Mitsuki Kiryu, Haruka Sakura, Akihiko Nire
୨ৎ Warnings: mdni, f!reader, manga spoilers, ooc (definitely ooc sorry ah), angst, harassment, swearing, kissing, miscommunication – if I’ve missed one, I apologize + please let me know!
୨ৎ Note: oh my goodness – I'm actually so sorry for how this took me (and how long this is ૮꒰◞ ˕ ◟ ྀི꒱ა). I loved loved loved this idea so much, and thank you for the sweetest words! I really hope this is somewhere in the ballpark of what you were requesting! Thank you again for the amazing idea! I love you!
You hadn’t meant to cross over to their territory – truly. It’s just that Togame had mentioned that his favorite Ramune flavor had been out since last night, and Tomiyama had been going on and on about this new snack that just wasn’t available at the usual corner store that you guys frequented, so you found yourself with a mission on your mind and your wallet in your hand.
Pretty, perfect, caring adorable you. With a smile that could heal any scratch and a heart that seemed to never run empty. You were the pride and joy of Shishitoren – their mascot in every sense.
You knew everyone by name. If someone asked, you could name at least 5 things about each person from the top of your head. You could name their allergies, their likes and dislikes, and even their interests – all because you listened to them.
You were attentive and warm – quick to lend an ear if someone was having a bad day or offer advice if they asked.
And it was scary how well you could tell if they were in the dumps – it becomes a running joke that you have some kind of emotional superpower when it comes to them. It takes just one look, one look before you’re bringing them to a secluded corner and asking them if they’ve got something weighing on their minds.
You knew their personalities, knew their stories, knew their hearts.
The only time anyone avoided you was when they knew they did something wrong – because they knew you’d be pulling them by the ear and scolding them. And, as much as some of them wanted to get mad, they just couldn’t bring themselves to – because having someone care for them so fiercely was a feeling that not many of them had ever experienced, and from the bottom of your heart you truly cared.
After every fight, they knew you’d be the one to patch them up. Bofurin had the townspeople, sure, but Shishitoren had you. You, who would set up tables in the Ori with every inch of space taken up by ointments, antiseptic spray, gauze – the works. Whatever injury they had, as long as not severe, was taken care of by you.
If it was serious and required hospital attention, you were the one bringing them there – eyes sharp and tongue at the ready to yell at anyone who dared to treat them differently or deny services.
And these boys … they had the utmost respect for you. You, who had nothing but love to give, never expected a single thing back. You cared for them, genuinely, and saw them as your own brothers to fuss over and worry about and love.
You were family – and honestly, Togame and Tomiyama were just glad to have met you after their fight with Bofurin.
You’d moved to this side of town just a little after the whole thing, and when you’d gotten lost in the dark alleys with your phone on 1% and tears in your eyes, it was Tomiyama who walked you home. He’d talked your ear off the whole way, of course, but he was surprised at how you were able to keep up with him. You were actively responding to him, asking questions, keeping the conversation going – and Tomiyama liked that.
And when you’re delivered safely to your front door, you ask if you can exchange contact info. His eyes light up, and he’s quickly saying yes and that he’d love to hang out with you again.
He doesn’t expect you to reach out to him the next day though, asking if you can give him a thank-you present for going out of his way the day before.
And when you show up to the Ori, with a bag of assorted goodies in your hands, you’re met with more men than you could count, all with eyes staring wide at you.
They expect you to run away, honestly, because they know what they look like. They know that you’re probably a sweet girl, sure, but they were a gang – plain and simple. A gang working on reform, sure, but a gang nonetheless. So, if you were to drop your little goodie bag in fear and run for your life, well, it would probably be the most appropriate response.
Instead, what you do is gasp, point an accusatory finger at Tomiyama, and exclaim, “WHY didn’t you tell me that there would be more people here?”
You quickly hand him the bag, muttering out an “I’ll be back”, and in less than 30 minutes you’ve got your hands full with 5 more bags, packed to the brim with even more snacks.
With Togame, it takes just a little bit longer for him to warm up to you. Not that he doesn’t already like you – it’s just that he’s, well, a bit more reserved and a bit more quiet and observing (a lot more quiet if we’re comparing him to Tomiyama).
It’s when, during a fleeting conversation, he mentions that he plays Go with the elderly men at the public bath – and he watches you perk up at his words. Immediately, you’re asking if it would be alright to play with him sometime, and while he’s hesitant, he ultimately says yes at the sight of your bright eyes and wide smile.
He admits that he thinks you’re just bluffing, until you actually plan a day to play, and now you’ve got him thinking that maybe you’re good? Maybe, you’re a secret Go prodigy or something? Maybe you’ve got a secret or two up your sleeve and –
He wipes the floor with you. Absolutely demolishes you. But you’re happy about it, laughing at the result, and he’s confused because you didn’t win? Did you … did you know how board games work?
You’re quick to tell him that you enjoyed it because you got to spend time with him, got to know who he is as a person because of how he played.
You leave him standing on the street, a bottle of Ramune long forgotten in his hand (his prize for winning) and his mouth open in surprise.
And when you notice he’s not next to you anymore, you turn around with a smile on your face as you ask, “Don’t you feel that you know me a little bit better too?”
Yeah, they were glad that you got to see them as they were now, with hopes and dreams and emotions. They don’t dwell on the idea of you meeting them before then – they don’t want to. Because if they thought about it too long, they’d have their answer.
You deserved to be happy and healthy and protected. You, who filled a hole in Shishitoren that they didn’t even know existed.
And now you were an irreplaceable part of their lives, so precious and so important that they began to understand Bofurin. They had you – someone that they would do anything in their power to protect – to keep safe from harm.
You were Shishitoren’s Princess.
After that, Tomiyama and Togame were stuck to you like glue. Always thinking about you, always concerned, always wondering where you were.
You’re running late and they haven’t got a text letting them know why? They’re out on the streets, danger flashing in their eyes and prepared for the worst. However, when they see that you’ve been distracted by a stray cat on the road, all they do is let out a laugh and join your side.
They hear you sniffling and see that your eyes are shining with tears? They’re immediately on you, asking who did this to you, with a promise to make them pay for it tenfold. “You can’t really beat up allergies,” you laugh, before sneezing into a tissue. Immediately, the Shishitoren boys are rounded up, their eyes focused and determined – to get you allergy medicine.
You were everything good in the world, bottled up into someone who could make even the rainiest days seem a bit more brighter and the hardest challenges a bit more bearable – and they didn’t want anyone infringing on their happiness.
So when Hayato Suo, from Bofurin, comes across you one fateful day – they’re absolutely livid.
And honestly, you loved them, you did, but the way that they treated you like a delicate little flower sometimes felt a bit too stuffy.
What? Did they think you just patched people up for fun? That you knew how to medically treat someone just short of a nurse because it was your hobby?
You’re too absorbed in your thoughts to realize where the directions on your phone are taking you until you’ve already passed the train crossing border that connects Bofurin’s and Shishitoren’s territory. You’re spit out onto a street that you’ve never seen before, but you shrug it off.
When you find the corner store, you make quick work of your shopping list, even grabbing some items for yourself, before you’re out the door.
It’s when you’ve barely taken a few steps down the street that you feel it – the staring on the back of your head.
While you were in the store, you’d felt their eyes on you, but you’d ignored it, hoping that it was just a fleeting moment of curiosity. Now, you see that it was the eyes of a predator stalking their prey.
You pause, before quickly taking out your phone and sending a quick text to Togame and Tomiyama – they just need one small clue and they can fill in the rest – so you send your location.
And when you finally turn to face your stalker, you snap a photo of their face. For insurance, you assure yourself. Just in case.
He’s taller than you, with a smirk on his face and his hands in his pockets. You feel uneasy at his presence, and you look up and down the street to see that no one’s around.
Damnit damnit damnit.
“You’re really pretty, totally my type. Could I get your contact information?” he’s asking, but the tone that he’s saying it in doesn’t leave any room for objection.
“No,” you reply, simple and straight to the point. Then, you stay standing there, and you wait.
“Never turn your back on an enemy.”
Togame had said this briefly, once, while the both of you were watching everyone spar.
When the man takes a step forward, you take one back, maintaining the distance between you and him.
“Oh come on – it’s just your number. Don’t make this such a big deal.”
He’s holding himself back and you can see it. You can see the way his hands are twitching by his sides now and the way his breathing is starting to speed up.
“Always keep an eye on your opponent~! You wouldn’t wanna miss anything!”
Tomiyama’s words run through your mind next, and you will yourself to maintain your facade.
You’re starting to get just the slightest bit worried now, though. It really shouldn’t be too much longer, you think. Any minute now.
But a minute passes by, Togame and Choji aren’t here, and the guy’s got his hand wrapped around your wrist so tightly that it’s starting to throb.
“Please – leave me alone!” you yell out, but it’s going through one ear and out the other. He’s smiling down, dark and sinister, and it’s then that you remember something so crucial that you can’t believe you forgot it.
“Kick them, um, down there. It’ll hurt, a lot. But that’s a last resort type of move, alright princess?”
Those self-defense lessons are paying off, Togame.
You make a mental note to thank him when he gets here.
You kick the man, hard, and when he releases your arm you step back as fast as you can, but –
The plastic bag you had once held in your hand, now filled with the sloshing liquid and the broken glass of Togame’s Ramune bottle, causes you to slip.
Your hands shoot out and you close your eyes in anticipation of the fall that never comes because strong, warm arms are holding you up.
You let out a sigh of relief – finally. You’re brought to stand, but before those hands can leave your body, you’re swiftly grabbing them to wrap around your waist and leaning your head on their chest.
“Geez, took you guys long enough –”
The sight of a black jacket cuts you off. Black, with green embroidery.
You quickly push yourself off, eyes wide and cheeks red because you had just initiated a very intimate hug with someone who was a complete stranger.
“I-I’m so sorry! Oh my gosh – I thought you were someone else!” you blurt out, hands covering your mouth – and he looks as caught off guard as you are.
His eye is wide, mouth open just the tiniest bit, and – he’s cute.
“Wow, I don’t get thanked like that too often,” he smiles, and you’re mortified at his playful reaction.
“I –,” You open your mouth to apologize again, but he’s got a hand on your shoulder, quickly cutting you off.
You look up at him, and the smile’s still there, but it’s different now – it’s frightening.
“Would you mind stepping to the side for me? It seems some people just don’t know when to quit.”
You hear shuffling behind you, and you’re quickly brought back to the situation at hand. Nodding, you get out of his way, and it’s as soon as you step past him that you hear a sickening thud and a groan of pain.
When you turn, you’re relieved to see that the man who’d been harassing you is on the ground, and if you were to guess, probably out cold.
“Wow… You made quick work of him,” you don’t try to hide the awe in your voice and Suo finds it both endearing and concerning that you’re praising him.
Concerning mainly because, well, you don’t seem to be the type to leisurely enjoy street fights.
And now you’re right in front of him, inspecting his face and body to make sure there aren’t any cuts that need to be treated or any injuries that need tending.
It’s second nature at this point — ingrained in your body and soul.
Cute, he thinks, very cute that she thinks he touched me.
“Do you see anything wrong, love?” he jests, enjoying the way you’re so diligently scanning him from head to toe.
“No, I don’t think—”
You are, once again, mortified by his teasing. No one at Shishitoren spoke to you like this, and sure they called you Princess, but to you, it held the same value as sister or friend.
“S-sorry, force of habit… ah, thank you for saving me! I sent my friends a message but —”
You’re cut off by the sounds of two distinct voices yelling "Princess", and Suo’s quick to prepare himself for another fight.
However, when he sees Togame and Tomiyama run around the corner with panic in their eyes and desperation in their voices, he’s just confused.
And when they spot the two of you, with an unconscious body on the ground, it gets even more confusing. Because why are they walking over here and why do they have scowls on their face and —
“Princess, what were you thinking?”
Tomiyama and Togame are all over you, Togame’s hand gently grasping your chin to move your face from side to side, and Tomiyama’s got his hand on your wrist, softly thumbing at the bruised skin.
“I’m okay, I’m okay.”
Suo’s observing all of this, and he’s trying to rack his brain for any information about you. God, he really wished Nirei was here right now.
He’s never heard that name before or seen your face, so this must be a recent development. But with the way they’re fretting over you, you’d think that you’d all been childhood friends or something because the way that they’re worrying over you is definitely not normal.
You try to push their hands away from you, embarrassed that you have an audience, but they don’t let up so all you’re able to do is grumble and huff as they inspect you from head to toe.
“... He hurt you,” Tomiyama whispers, and you grab his wrist before he starts stalking toward the body on the floor.
“It’s okay um – oh, I don’t know your name, but he helped me out! Everything’s fine – really! Please, let’s calm down,” you plead, and all it takes is one look at your anxious face for the both of them to ease up.
Now, Suo really wants to understand.
“Suo … thanks for protecting her. This idiot didn’t tell us she was crossing over into your territory. It’s our fault, sorry,” Togame explains, one hand scratching the back of his neck and the other draped over your shoulders.
Suo takes a moment to respond. Who would he be, after all, if not an instigator?
Because — who were you? You – who could turn the Shishitoren leader and his second in command into mere puppies with your sweet voice. You — who had them running like their lives depended on it.
“Ah, I’d save a sweet girl like her any day,” Suo says, testing the waters, and he gets the exact reaction he was hoping for.
Togame and Tomiyama stiffen up beside you, as you gasp in surprise at his words.
And suddenly, there’s a shift in the air – and it’s deadly.
You sense it, of course, because who wouldn’t be able to feel the heightened electricity and the low hum of buzzing coming from Togame’s and Tomiyama’s chests?
And you, ever the de-escalating expert, quickly blurt out, “Ah, wait! I need to go back to the store! Give me like 5 minutes!”
Before they can get a “no” out, you’re already out of their grasp and beelining it for the convenience store.
It’s silent for a moment, with just Suo, Tomiyama, and Togame looking at one another.
Finally, Togame breaks the silence.
“Look, Sakura’s a friend –”
“And Ume-chan too!” Tomiyama chimes in.
“ – and I hope we’re not stepping on your toes here but don’t get any ideas.”
Suo knows he should stop. He should probably apologize, and let them know it’s not what they think. That they’ve got it all wrong. But … he really can’t help it – not with the way that they’re hissing at him like cats. It’s adorable – and you’re adorable.
He was never really good with holding back his tongue, anyway.
“I think she can make her own decisions, don’t you?”
Togame and Tomiyama do not take kindly to his words, and so it begins – a passive-aggressive verbal war.
“Ha, right. It’s been fun, eye-patch-kun, but we really oughta take her back home. You know, so that we can patch her up,” Togame says, and though there's a smile on his face, Suo understands the underlying message behind his words.
She got hurt in your territory, under your patrol.
Suo smiles back at him.
“Ah, sorry! I wasn’t quick enough to save her, but I’m glad I was able to sort this out before things got out of hand,” Suo replies.
All you guys do is blow things up out of proportion – with violence.
“If we’d been here, she wouldn’t have gotten hurt in the first place.”
“Hm. But you probably would’ve gone overboard.”
“Watch it –”
“Ah, sorry!”
It’s when Tomiyama finally opens his mouth that Suo realizes he’s been uncharacteristically quiet, and when they make eye contact, Suo’s smile deepens – because Tomiyama looked like he was ready to maul Suo into pieces, like a true Lion.
“Ume-chan and Furin are our friends,” he says, eyes darkening with every word, “but she’s our family – I think it’s best if you stand down.”
It’s at that moment that you come racing back towards them, your hands full of goodies and a grin on your face as you exclaim, “I got it! I got it!”
You hand Togame his Ramune, Tomiyama his snack, and … you hand Suo bottled tea.
“Sorry, um, I wasn’t too sure what you liked – but this is my favorite drink! Ah, um, if you don’t like it … Suo … I won’t be hurt. But you strike me as a tea lover so –”
You’re bouncing on the balls of your feet, hands wringing behind your back as you ramble and Suo can’t help the sweet smile and the small laugh that escapes his lips before thanking you.
And as soon as he’s done, you’re being whisked away back to your territory – back to your home.
As you walk through the passing, with Tomiyama’s arm intertwined with yours and Togame’s arm draped over your shoulders, you briefly turn around, just to catch one more glance of Suo.
He’s standing there, smiling as he raises his hand to wave at you. You smile back at him with a glossy look in your eyes before Togame softly flicks your forehead.
Your attention is on Togame now, pouty and dejected, before turning your head indignantly as you begin to lecture him about how you’re supposed to thank someone when they help you, and that it’s the nice thing to do.
In the heat of your lecture, you miss the way that Tomiyama and Togame also turn back to look at Suo.
In the darkness of the tunnel, Suo swears he can see their eyes glinting, and his smile only deepens.
Their eyes, daring and territorial, only say one thing.
Ours. Ours. Ours.
He had to admit, he wasn’t expecting this turn of events but he was intrigued now.
And, it’s only after the three of you disappear that he realizes he never learned your name – your real name.
So, when he volunteers to take over the patrol where the Furin territory ends and the Shishitoren territory starts, who can blame him?
What Suo doesn’t know, though, is that after this little incident, you’re permanently banned from walking alone ever again.
(Of course, you’re not actually banned. But, you are given a scolding afterward – which, in your eyes, is rich coming from Togame and Tomiyama, but sure, whatever.)
🫧𓇼𓏲*ੈ✩‧₊˚🎐
The next time Suo sees you, it’s when he least expects it.
You’re in Bofurin territory, with a small first-aid kit on your lap as you tend to the child in front of you. You’re smiling at the sniffling little boy as you wrap some gauze around his ankle, your fingers adept and swift, as if you’d done this countless times before.
“See? That wasn’t so bad, was it? You’re so strong!”
You ask him how it feels, and the little boy beams up at you, the tears in his eyes long gone and instead replaced with immense gratitude.
You smile down at him, playfully scolding him to be more careful as you pat his head softly.
And then Suo sees you hand him a lollipop — a lollipop — and it’s the cutest thing he’s ever seen.
So, really, can you blame him for sneaking up behind you and whispering into your ear?
“What brings you to Bofurin territory, princess?”
You yelp in surprise, before turning around so fast that Suo worries if you gave yourself whiplash.
Once your blush has gone down and the surprise of seeing him wears off, you explain that you’re here to get some bread for Tomiyama from the Cactus bakery.
He’d been saying that he wanted fresh bread, but there weren’t any in Shishitoren that you knew of. And as soon as he mentioned the Cactus’s Anpan over on Bofurin's side of the tunnel, well, who could blame you for taking that opportunity to not only do something for him but also for yourself?
Which, of course, was to hopefully run into Suo.
“He sent you all the way over here to pick up bread for him?”
“Hm? No, of course not. This is a surprise for him!”
“I see – I was wondering why you didn’t have your guard dogs around…”
“My guard dogs?”
“Oh!” you laugh and Suo thinks it’s the most pleasant sound he’s heard in his life.
“You mean Tomiyama and Togame? No, they don’t know I’m here. It wouldn’t really be a surprise if they knew, right?”
Suo’s starting to see it now – why they care for you so much. But he wants to know more, so he asks about the kid you were tending to.
“Ah — I saw him playing with some kids and he took a nasty fall. I didn’t think it was right to let him go home without care, so I patched him up. I hope that’s okay?”
Suo finds that he really likes talking to you. He likes how expressive you are, how kind you are, and how thoughtful you are. And he finally learns your name. He likes that about you too – it’s cute.
So, naturally, he offers to escort you to Cactus – purely just to keep an eye on you, he convinces himself.
And when he escorts you back to the border, all your goodies in one hand and his arm in the other, well –
He doesn’t care enough to find justification for his actions. He just really liked you – plain and simple.
When you let go of his arm, he’s already grieving the feeling of your body pressed to his side.
You were warm, soft, and he’s sure that if he ever got the chance to taste your lips, sweet.
“Let’s exchange contact information! That way, you can be my guard dog when I’m here,” you say as you pull out your phone, and Suo’s so so glad that he ran into you today.
When he adds your contact to his phone, he puts you down as Princess.
When you add his contact to yours, you put him down as Guard Dog.
🫧𓇼𓏲*ੈ✩‧₊˚🎐
After that, you and Suo try to meet up. But… well…
You don’t see the point in trying to hide it. You were, after all, your own person. You could think for yourself, make decisions for yourself, and speak up for yourself. You were so open to loving and the Shishitoren boys knew this – so why should you hide it?
And when you had something on your mind, you were determined to make it happen. So, you don’t see why it would be any different with Suo. You had met him twice now, and you wanted to keep seeing him. To keep talking to him. To maybe even date him.
But to Shishitoren, this was equivalent to losing you – and they could never let that happen.
So Shishitoren never lets you see him – and it’s not like they’re barricading you inside the Ori or blocking the entrance to the border (though, they’ll admit that the thoughts crossed their mind in one way or the other).
No. They do it in a way that they know will make you stay with them – by acting like big babies.
The first to fall was Arima –
You’re about to leave to meet up with Suo when Arima runs into the Ori, cries of pain leaving his lips as he whines at how much it hurts. You drop your bag immediately, texting Suo a panicked text about how something came up and that you’re sorry but you’ve gotta cancel today.
You have Arima sit down, all your supplies laid out next to you as you ask him what happened and –
It’s a paper cut.
But he’s babbling about how deep it is and how much it stings and it takes forever to just disinfect it and wrap a bandage around it before you realize that half the day’s just flew by for a minor injury.
Second was Kanuma – when he got a bad haircut.
Third was Sako – when he suddenly, out of nowhere, began asking you for advice about how you would approach someone who you used to look up to but lost respect for, who you vowed to fight and win against, only to lose against them and have them apologize to you (you, obviously, struggled with what advice you could even give him).
Fourth was Tomiyama – when he lost his favorite pair of sneakers.
Fifth was Togame – when he lost an eating challenge for the first time.
“It’s for the good of Shishitoren,” they say as they prepare the next victim.
Eventually, you find yourself tending to almost all of Shishitoren’s wounds, whether physical or emotional, and you just can’t believe that they’re fighting against you and Suo so hard.
But, in between all of that, you and Suo still manage to sneak in hushed phone calls and sweet texts.
Always asking about how the other’s doing, always talking about how your day went. He looks forward to it, he realizes, laying in bed as he hears you start to slur the ends of your words, drifting off into sleep.
And you send him photos all the time – it could be of a cat you came across while on the way to the Ori, or a drink that you tried that you liked – and with each text, with each phone call, Suo finds himself becoming smitten with you.
You, who would remind him to drink water and to at least eat something small to get through the day. You, who had perfect memory and would follow up with the things that he’d talked about days ago, just because you were interested and curious (he’d mentioned that there was a tea spot that he frequented in Makochi, and it only took a day or two later for you to bring it up again, this time with all sorts of questions and comments like “I looked at what they serve! Which one’s your favorite?” and “I’d love to go there with you sometime, Suo – if I ever get the chance”. He’d only said the name of this tea shop once, but you remembered).
And sweet, kind, loving you – who seemed to know whenever he had a particularly tough day. You were so attentive to him, which was surprising because all your interactions were never in person, but it seemed that you could understand his mood just based on the extra second it took for him to answer the phone or the way he responded to your text. And the thing was that Suo was great at masking his emotions – an expert, even. But you, who could just sense these things about other people, were giving him the chance to open up if he so chose to. You never pressed, never battered him for an answer. Just a simple – “I feel like there’s something on your mind, but if you don’t want to talk about it, that’s okay! Just know that if you ever need a shoulder to lean on, I’ll be there for you Suo.”
And, above all, you never stop trying. You never stop trying to escape the clutches of Shishitoren to see him – though you apologize every time your plans get thwarted as if you both weren’t expecting the same outcome.
But Suo doesn’t see you again, for months – not until a huge fight breaks out, and you’re honestly the last one he expects to see rushing onto the aftermath of the battlefield with a backpack filled to the brim with medical supplies and a determined look on your face.
They didn’t know Shishitoren was going to get involved and fight alongside them, didn’t know that the aftermath was going to be this bad. But if Suo had known that you’d be running to meet everyone afterwards, well –
🫧𓇼𓏲*ੈ✩‧₊˚🎐
He sees you a mile away, and he’s so relieved that you’re not hurt. That you’re up and moving. That you’re here. But he’s also surprised and caught off guard because – why were you here?
It’s then that he sees your bag, sees the way that you’ve got your hair up and out of your face, and the way that you’re scanning everyone up and down so fast that your eyes never stop moving.
My little nurse, Suo thinks, rushing to the injured like the sweet princess she is.
Little did you know that as he was fighting, there were only 3 things revolving through his mind – Bofurin, Makochi, and you. He fought to protect those 3 things that were so very dear to his heart, and to be greeted with the sight of you after winning? Well, it couldn’t be anything less but a sign of his hard work. A reward, if you will.
He sees you run up to Umemiya, serious and purposeful, as you open your mouth and wait for a response. Umemiya, though very confused, gives you an answer that you seem satisfied with because you nod, then thank him, and now you’re running towards Suo, and you make eye contact, and he can’t wait for you to dote after him and take care of him and –
You smile at him, scan his body, nod – and walk right past him. You never stopped for him, actually. You just kept moving. Just kept walking.
And Suo just watches – he watches as you make your way over to where Shishitoren is laid out, watches as they all let out a sigh of relief when they see you safe and unharmed, watches as they start talking animatedly to you as you start setting up for aid.
And you’re standing there with a pained look in your eyes as you nod at their words halfheartedly, more focused on the injuries that they’re sporting on their bodies than the words coming out of their mouths. You’re going from person to person as fast as you can, and although Suo can’t hear you, he can read your lips as you tell every single person – “I’m here now. It’s okay. Thank you for fighting. I’ll take care of you.”
He watches as you get to Tomiyama and Togame, and sees the way your eyes start to water as they pat your head and tell you that they’re fine – even though you have eyes, you can see how hard they’ve fought. Instead, they’re fondly thanking you for coming all this way just to take care of them.
And suddenly, everything got a bit too real for Suo. A bit too scary.
Because he didn’t realize how hard he’d fallen for you, in between those two fateful meetings, the constant late-night phone calls, and the never-ending texts.
It hits Suo like a train. He wanted to be the one that you search for in the crowd. He wanted to be the one that you’re fussing over. He wanted you to patch him up. He wanted you.
He was in love with you.
And he shuts down – completely.
He goes silent, uncharacteristically so, to the point that Sakura and Nirei are starting to get worried.
“What’s wrong, Suo-san?”
“Suo, what’s the matter with you?”
It goes through one ear and out the other – no response, no indication that he’s even present at the moment.
It’s when you’re patching up the last member of Shishitoren that you feel the heat of an eye on you – and your body reacts before your mind can.
Suo’s name is the only thing running through your mind as you finish up as fast as you can – and you’re off.
You’re making your way to where all of Bofurin is sitting, just barely slipping out of the grasps of the Shishitoren boys.
It’s Togame, with his long limbs, who reaches out and puts a hand on your shoulder and it’s Tomiyama, with his fast reflexes, who has your hand in his.
“Princess, no–”
“Let me find Suo.”
“But you don’t even –”
“Choji, Jo – let me go.”
They hesitate. You’d never spoken to them like this before. Never used their first names before. Never been so cold before.
But they weren’t fools. Even if you tried to hide it, they’d seen the way you sneaked off to talk to him or the way you thought you were hiding your phone when you were responding to him. Anytime they’d bring something up that had even an inkling to do with Suo, you were excitedly adding in your input – all while stumbling over your words as you tried to be mysterious.
(They’d done a test, actually. All they did was bring up the word tea and you were fighting for your life as you kept accidentally saying Suo’s name when talking about your friend.
“Ah, Su– AH, I mean, my friend really likes this type of tea.”
“Oh! That’s S– my friend's favorite place in Makochi!”
They didn’t have the heart to tell you because, well – you really sucked at lying.)
And they realize, with heavy hearts, that you were never theirs to lock up in the Ori. You were so kind, so lovable, so sweet, because that’s just who you are as a person.
You were protected, sure, and healthy, sure, but you weren’t happy.
You, who were the embodiment of everything that Shishitoren was working to protect, had made a choice and they weren’t respecting it the way that you respected them – and they were being, well, selfish.
And when they finally let you go, you sigh in relief. Making your way over to where Suo’s sitting, you yell out over your shoulder, with so much spite, so much anger, and so much love –
“You act like I’m never coming back – stop whining like puppies!”
Togame’s and Tomiyama’s eyes widen in shock before they both laugh lightly at your words in disbelief.
You really knew how to scold them.
“... she’s talking about you.”
“... nah, she’s definitely talking about you.”
🫧𓇼𓏲*ੈ✩‧₊˚🎐
When you made your way over to Suo, you were met with guarded and curious stares from all of Bofurin. Too focused and too determined, you brush it off. You knew about the fight that they had with Shishitoren, sure, but you thought that they had patched everything up? And Shishitoren had fought with them for this big battle, so why the curiosity?
If only you knew the real reason everyone was staring at you.
Instead, you find yourself running past all of them with Suo’s name falling from your lips, and when you see him, he doesn’t respond.
You pause, dejected, before repeating his name.
No response.
Now you’re worried – and scared.
You recognize Sakura and Nirei, based on how Suo had described them briefly, and you immediately begin asking them what happened.
“Sakura, Nirei – is Suo okay? Did he get hurt? Does he need first aid?”
You’re met with silence – and shock.
“H-huh? Do we know you?”
“U-umm – sorry, have we met before?”
You pause at their response, looking at them confused.
You blink once, then twice, then three times – before glancing at Suo.
Unresponsive and unperturbed.
You introduce yourself slowly, giving Sakura and Nirei the chance to remember you – because they must’ve heard your name at least once, right?
They hadn’t.
And now you’re standing there with hundreds of eyes on you, as you come to terms with the fact that maybe … maybe you’d been wrong this whole time.
You clear your throat before timidly asking a question that you fear you already know the answer to.
“Did he um… did he not tell you about me? Uh… about us?”
And suddenly – everything goes to shit.
Shishitoren rises up in arms, walking over to where you are because why did you look so confused and why was Suo ignoring their beloved princess –
All of Bofurin is staring at you with their mouths wide open, processing the words you’ve just said –
Sakura’s spluttering, desperately trying to form words as he continues to just point back and forth from you to Suo with shaky hands –
Nirei’s got his notebook in his hand, flipping through it like a madman because how could he miss something like this, and had Suo ever talked about you? –
Suo’s unresponsive, still –
And then, to top it all off, Kiryu gasps because he’s finally solved it. He’d seen a text on Suo’s phone, so brief and so quick, but he was sure that the person Suo was texting was –
“Oh! You’re the one he’s been texting! You’re Princess!”
At Kiryu’s words, you snap.
And no one, not even Togame and Tomiyama, had ever seen you this angry, this upset, this livid.
You weren’t expecting him to go around screaming your name all over Makochi, but what you did expect was at the very least maybe his friends to know. Was that so absurd? You never tried to hide your feelings for Suo from Shishitoren (They tried so hard to stop it) so why wasn’t it reciprocated? Did he not feel the same way? Had you looked too deep into his actions and created a fantasy in your mind? Did you not really know him as well as you thought?
Or worse – had he been toying with you?
Oh, you were pissed – and poor Suo didn’t have a clue.
You go to stand in front of him, eerily calm and sickeningly sweet as you call his name one more time.
“Hayato Suo.”
Now that – that brings him back to his senses. You watch him blink in succession as he grounds himself, before his eye darts to you, to Furin, to Shishitoren – and he quickly puts the pieces together before letting out a stiff laugh.
“Ah – I was hoping to introduce you properly to everyon–”
“Am I a joke to you, Hayato?”
Suo freezes at your words.
How could you, who had unknowingly wormed your way into his heavily guarded heart, be a joke?
But he realizes now – and he feels, for one of the few times in his life, stupid.
Because you love with your heart on your sleeve, and Suo loves with his heart tucked away.
And really, Suo should’ve known, because you’re you — you who gave Shishitoren something to protect and to hold close to their hearts, safe from danger and harm’s way.
You press on, fighting through the anger and the embarrassment and the fear you feel rising inside of you.
Tell me Hayato, answer me. Was I? Hm? Did you have fun?”
“No, I –”
“Every call, every text – did that mean nothing to you? Was I just being delusional?”
“Wait I –”
You’re so close to him now, softly jabbing your finger into his chest as your words begin to get more and more shaky.
“Do you feel powerful, Hayato? Making a Shishitoren girl fall in love with you–”
You stop yourself, teary-eyed and vulnerable, and you feel so stupid. Because what hurts more than anything is giving someone all your love, all your time, all your energy – all for it to have been for nothing. You thought he felt the same, truly. But now? All you wanted was to walk away from all of this, walk away from Bofurin, and never ever look back.
He grabs your hand, desperately, as your words sink in. He wants to – no, needs to make sure that he’s not just hearing things. That he’s not just imagining it.
“You … love me?”
You pause, taking the chance to actually look at him. You see hope on his face, and you furrow your eyebrows in response.
“... is this another joke? Of course, I love you, you idiot. You would’ve been the first one I ran to but your leader said you guys were all patched up already so I –”
Everyone’s eyes turn to Umemiya, who shrivels under the attention and wordlessly mouths an “I didn’t know!”
But your eyes are only on Suo’s, and Suo’s is only on yours.
And Suo lets you see him, truly see him, for who he is. He doesn’t shy away from your stare, doesn't put on a mask, doesn’t push his feelings into the box that’s been his safe haven for so many years.
Your eyes flicker with uncertainty and fear, but you convince yourself to try one more time. Just one last time.
“Hayato Suo, I really do love you,” you whisper, so slowly, so hesitantly, so scared.
Then, with everyone’s eyes on the both of you, Suo slides one hand to the small of your back, and the other to cradle your face.
He wanted to learn how to love with his heart on his sleeve – just like you.
“… again.”
“… I lov—”
His lips cut you off, and honestly, you’re not even mad. Not when he’s pulling you flush to his body, his hand slipping to the back of your neck, and your fingers grasping at the collar of his jacket.
Black, with green embroidery.
“I love you, too – but I’m afraid there’s too many eyes here for me to show you how deeply I feel for you, Princess – I hope you’ll forgive me.”
Dazed, all you can manage is a soft nod and a flutter of your eyelashes before pulling his lips back to yours.
Suo smiles into the kiss. He was right, you were as sweet as he thought you’d be.

~ a little something about waking up next to Dazai, and he's unbearable as always ~
"I might just eat you alive..." He mumbles to himself, barely audible. His eyes are half-lidded, and he's barely blinked.
He's been watching you sleep next to him curled up like a kitten for the past hour, way past the time you usually wake up. He's the oversleeper, not you, and it makes him hyper aware of your bodily functions and if they're okay. He hasn't eaten properly in days, but you don't need to know that. He's rabid, and he knows he's being a total freak right now, but who will worry for you if not for him? He must rise up to be the voice of reason, the watchful eye that keeps you on track even if he can barely keep himself alive! He wishes you'd stay forever, where he could avoid his problems and take care of your every single need. He should be everything you need... He hopes. Then you'd never leave, and he would make sure to eat more, just for you. How perfect... selfish.
God, he just wants to crawl inside of you and make you his home, it's almost pathetic. You'd find him vile for the things he would do for you and your happiness, despite you already being so accepting of his dark past... You're simply heaven sent. He takes a deep breath, and lightly runs his knuckles down your jawline, as if carving them out of the precious material that you're made of. You begin to stir, and his pupils dilate instantly as he pulls back with anticipation.
"Mmm... Osamu..."
You murmur sleepily as your chest rises up and down ever so slowly. He's freaking out. It's bad for his health to hear the way you say his name as if it were a healing oath, a spell that only works on him.
"Wakey wakey~"
Dazai's propping himself up on one elbow, a calculating smile plastered on his lips as if he were in on something you weren't. You pop open one eye, and groan softly.
"You're up... early"
"Yes!"
"Why..." You yawn like the silly little thing you are. He gasps in mock offense, clutching his chest.
"Can't a fortunate guy like ME just be happy that we both live to see another beautiful day?!"
He winks, and boops the tip of your nose, this gets a muffled snort out of you that causes you to bury your face into the pillow. He's addicted to the rush of causing any joy in your life, it's disgusting. When you don't lift your face back up, he scrunches up his face, and reaches out to stroke a strand of your silky hair, but his intrusive thoughts win and he tugs on it as payback for possibly falling asleep again. He needs your attention, and you're sleeping? Insanity. You swat at him, blindly smacking his arm away.
Oh, how he loves that you're the only person who truly sees him past his myriad of theatrics.
"Oh my... a slap from you feels wonderful!"
He rubs his arm, and grabs the hand that swatted him, bringing it up to kiss the pulse point on your wrist. Feather like kisses, almost undetectable... until you lift your face up from the pillow, finally.
He gazes at you as he rubs his face onto your hand like a cat greeting its owner, purring as if he were starved for affection. For a moment, his gaze becomes more serious, detached, as if he were thrown back into a distant memory. He can't describe the feeling, but the way your hand feels against his cheek is a warmth he hasn't felt in ages. His eyes sting, and he blinks the wetness away before you can notice as he hears your angelic voice again. He's back to his usual self.
"Osamu... You're being annoying"
"You think I'm just annoying?~"
His voice comes out in a tender whisper, his mouth curled up into a mischievous grin. He's insufferable. He could be anything for you if you wanted it. Especially annoying! He almost drools when you roll your eyes affectionately at him, the coldness in his heart disappears as he leans in just a little, invading your personal space as always, eager to hear your reply.
"Amongst other things, yes..."
You flash him a sweet little smile, and it mends all that is wrong in the world. The pink in your cheeks is starting to turn red, and it sends him to the moon. He hums, slowly nuzzling himself into the crook of your neck, it's his turn to curl up. You run your fingers through his messy hair that tickles you, feeling the warmth of Dazai's breaths against the back of your ear.
"Hmm, do I look like a pillow to you?"
He can hear the smile in your murmur, and he pulls back from your neck briefly, peering at you through his messy bangs, those intense hazelnut eyes demanding your attention, and his voice drips with an aching devotion that oozes like honey. he moves his lips to your ear, and whispers.
".. You look like an angel to me."
He watches you self destruct at his painfully smooth delivery of a compliment, and secretly rewards himself for once again giving you another reason to never leave. He's got it all!
Romance, self deprecating humor, an inability to properly process his emotions and grief, but more importantly, an undying commitment to stay alive against all odds so that he may see another day of you in his arms... or you helping him change his bandages... or-
He's cut short by you grabbing the sides of his face and pulling him into the most sinfully delicious kiss known to man, and he could swear that despite all his efforts, this might be what ACTUALLY kills him.

how do you think a marriage between cregan and a lannister daughter would go?
love ur writing! keep up the good work <33
-Cregan Stark x LannisterWife!Reader
Synopsis: {Your Lord husband seems to be the only one who can calm you}
For my other works my Masterlist is here <3
This is an old request but thank you nonetheless// hope you enjoy my lovelies💕
⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾
You were a comely girl, always have been so it was no surprise that the Lord Stark had taken an interest in you during his time in the Red Keep- in which you were sent by members of your house to try and get your family back into the good books of the people in the court.
A feat you weren’t so successful in, having been turned away by numerous people or called horrid things behind your back sometimes plainly to your face. Every day spent at court was a blow to your pride, and gods did it make you a bitter person.
Cregan Stark found entertainment in your company, through his blunt banter and snarky remarks the way in which you would come back at him with all your might. Before he knew it he was completely infatuated with you and made an offer you simply couldn’t refuse, leaving Kings Landing.
Sometimes you regret ever accepting the damn deal.
“Get any closer and you’ll set that pretty blonde hair of yours on fire.” His rough voice breaks through the silence from his place at the desk where he had been reading through a couple of letters.
You roll your eyes, shuffling closer to the flames that crackle and snap within the hearth just in spite at the sound of his chuckle. He watches you closely, marvelling at how the warm orangey light of the flames splay across your face making your hair glow like fine threads of golden silk.
“Perhaps if it weren’t so cold then I wouldn’t have to sit this close.” You huff, pulling his furs that you had stolen over your shoulders.
“Winterfell is built upon a hot spring, the castle is plenty warm you’re just looking for an excuse to whine.” He says and you can practically hear the smirk that tugs on his handsome face.
You don’t answer him, instead letting silence and the soft sounds of the fireplace overtake your shared bedchambers however your lack of response doesn’t deter Cregan from continuing.
“You should wear something warmer than silks and airy dresses, my sweet.” The words are laced with amusement, he leans forward on his chair, resting his elbows on his knees, searching your unimpressed expression with his dark eyes.
“And wear dull shades greys?… no thank you.” You tell him, not wanting to accept the fact that perhaps there was slight truth to his words, still not meeting his gaze.
“So you’d rather freeze for the sake of what? Fashion? Very smart of you.” He replies sarcastically. “Especially for a Lannister, quite impressive my love.”
Your head snaps over to his direction, glaring up at him with narrowed eyes as he all but smirks back at you. He never failed to rile you up, bringing you to a burning point only to leave you all frustrated or worse— when he touches you in such a reverent way that makes you feel like a goddess, you couldn’t help but completely bend to his will. You swear he takes joy in bruising your pride.
He reaches over, brushing a curl of your hair behind your ear with a tenderness that he’s only ever shown to you and somehow just like that your anger ebbs away like snow underneath a summer's sun.
But you wouldn’t succumb that quickly and so you shrug off his hand, turning back to the fireplace with a small huff and he laughs because he knows- despite your little show- that he has you right where he wants you.
Cregan stands up from his chair, making his way over to a much more comfortable one that sits in front of the grand fireplace— closer to you. Despite how much you both clash at times he loves you, ever so dearly. He had defended you countless times back in Kings Landing and Winterfell, against anyone who dared try to speak poorly upon your name. Not just because of his marriage vows or honour, but because he sees you as you are not the hardened women the years had made of you.
There was a warmth to you, he’d seen it in glimpses. The way you care for his son as if he were your own, how you have your maids bring two cups of tea- one for him and one for you- to sate his sweet tooth.
You push yourself up from the floor, trying to distance yourself from him but he’s quick to catch your hips in his big hands. With a wolfish grin, he tugs you onto his lap and you accept defeat, it was too tiring to fight a man so headstrong.
“I’ll warm you up if you’re still cold.” He mumbles gruffly, wrapping his arms around your waist to hold you tightly against his chest.
The warmth from his study body melts away the tension between your shoulder blades and you can’t help but sigh in contentment, leaning against him as he tugs you impossibly closer to him.
His hands caress the curve of your hips, looking up at you with a lazy smile. “I am still a little cold, I wouldn’t mind.” You reply playfully, trailing your fingertips along his cheek in small patterns.
“Ah, there she is…” Cregan whispers, relishing at the sight of your smile that you try so hard to fight off.
“Yes, yes, marvel whilst you can, it won’t last long.” The words make Cregan chuckle, his hands mapping out the outline of your body, caressing along your ribcage.
“Then I shall marvel with all my heart.” He promises, pressing a kiss against your shoulder, then another to your jaw. The wispy hairs of his beard tickle your skin as he nuzzles against you on purpose.
A pleasured hum escapes you by accident and by the way he smirks against your neck you can tell he’s holding back some sort of snarky comment, instead choosing to savour this moment and the way you lean into his touch.
He takes his time, showering your shoulders in kisses- trailing his lips up to the soft curve of your jaw and pushing the furs that drape over your shoulders off until they’re sitting on the floor leaving you in just a thin silky dress.
“What’s gotten you in such a mood, huh?” Cregan asks, leaning back against the cushioned sofa to really drink in the sight of you perched upon his lap.
You shrug your shoulders, lacing your fingers with his own. “I feel out of place, more so than often.” The words send an ache through his chest, his brows immediately furrowing at the confession.
It wasn’t a new thing for him to hear, however, that never made it any easier. Cregan remembers the first night you arrived in the North, the tears— gods, you were inconsolable. He understood why, the place was far from home and the people were hardened by the cold weather and then there was you… the complete opposite in every way, that’s why he spent all night whispering words of comfort and holding you.
“Silly girl, come here.” He says, coaxing you to lay against his chest and without hesitation, you curl up into him, your head resting on his shoulder as his fingers brush through your silken hair. “I’d have no one else by my side except you, my girl, understand?” He whispers, pressing a kiss against your hairline.
You nod against his shoulder, melting against him with a small sigh. “Mhm, of course, I do.” Your words are muffled against the soft fabric of his tunic, the smell of firewood and leather clinging to him- it was comforting, like home.
Cregan tilts your head upwards slightly, his gaze softening as he admires your face. “Don’t doubt the place you have in my heart… ever.” He tells you with a loving tone, so soft and caring, before leaning down to steal a delicate kiss from your lips.

Maybe a Skully request for him learning the reader's birthday is really close to Halloween? I just think he'd get excited to hear the reader's had a Halloween themed birthday every year because of it, and due to it not being ON Halloween its like having two in 1 year, would absolutely be his dream if he doesn't already do that
Skully J. Graves x Reader
I'm so sorry for the wait, I hope you like it <3
You casually mention your birthday while lounging in Ramshackle, almost as an afterthought. "Oh, yeah. My birthday’s next week. It’s always super close to Halloween, so I’ve had a Halloween-themed party almost every year."
Skully, who was dramatically arranging some black and white decorations in the room (for "aesthetic purposes"), suddenly freezes. He turns toward you slowly, his eyes widening with a mixture of awe and reverence. He drops the cobweb-covered garland he’s holding and rushes to your side in an over-the-top theatrical flourish, coat sweeping across the floor.
“What did you say?!” he asks, his voice high, almost like you’ve revealed some ancient secret.
You blink at him. “Uh...my birthday’s next week?”
“And every year…” He leans closer, eyes locked on yours like you just said the most magical thing in the world. “...it’s Halloween-themed?!”
Grim, who’s curled up in front of the fire with a snack, snorts. “Pffft. Why’s that such a big deal? We don’t even get extra tuna just ‘cause it’s spooky time.”
Skully completely ignores Grim, focusing all his energy on you. “This is...this is...this is the dream.” He grabs your hand and dramatically bows over it, pressing a kiss to the back of it. “You’ve been living my ideal life all this time, and I never knew! You, my friend, have been blessed with not just one, but two Halloweens every year!”
He gets this far-off, dreamy look in his eyes, as if he’s envisioning a world where he, too, has two Halloweens, one on your birthday and one on the actual holiday. "A prelude Halloween, and then the real Halloween...It’s a masterpiece of planning, a work of art." He lets out a breathy sigh, “Jack Skellington himself would be proud!”
“I mean, it’s not that big of a deal…” you try, but Skully’s already on another planet, his face lighting up like a jack-o’-lantern.
“Do you know what this means?!” He suddenly grabs both of your shoulders, eyes wide with the joy of someone who’s just unlocked the key to eternal happiness. “We can have TWO Halloween parties in a row! One in your honor, and then the official Halloween! Two nights of pure, spooky glory!” He releases you, spins dramatically, and gestures around the room. “The decorations, the costumes, the endless dark colors—just think about it! It’s everything I’ve ever dreamed of!”
Grim rolls his eyes, crunching loudly on his snack. “Yeah, yeah. And where’s my tuna in all of this? I’m not seein’ how this benefits me.”
Skully waves his hand dismissively at Grim. “You’ll get all the tuna you want, little furball. We’re talking about a double Halloween extravaganza! This is bigger than any feast of fish!”
Grim’s ears perk up. “Double the tuna, huh?”
“I said parties, not tuna,” you point out, but Grim’s already on board.
“Yeah, yeah, let’s go with double the parties, double the snacks,” Grim says, throwing in his vote for this wild plan. “I’ll bring the fireworks.”
You groan, pinching the bridge of your nose. “No fireworks inside the dorm, Grim.”
Skully looks ready to faint from excitement. “Imagine it...we’ll start with a pre-Halloween bash for your birthday. Dark, moody decorations, not a single bright color in sight. No candy—just the eerie emptiness of true Halloween spirit.” He twirls around, his cape billowing behind him. “Then, on the real Halloween, we’ll raise the stakes even higher. There will be no sugar. No colors. Only shadows.”
Grim looks horrified. “Wait, no candy?! That’s...that’s sacrilege! You can’t have a Halloween without candy!”
Skully turns to Grim, his voice deadly serious. “The only true treat...is fear.”
Grim groans. “Ugh, you’re the worst.”
Skully turns back to you with a grin. “What do you say? Two Halloweens! Double the spooky goodness, twice the amount of dark, colorless celebration...”
You laugh, watching the pure joy radiating from Skully. “You’re absolutely obsessed.”
“I am obsessed!” he says proudly, puffing out his chest. “You are living proof that Halloween is not confined to one day. It is a lifestyle, a way of being. And now, you and I...we shall celebrate that lifestyle together. Forever!”
Grim mutters something about “weirdos” and “no candy,” but you just shake your head, feeling both exhausted and entertained by Skully’s antics.
“Well,” you say with a grin, “I guess I’d better start planning for two spooky parties this year.”
Skully nearly faints from happiness. “This...this is everything I’ve ever wanted!”
Grim groans dramatically. “Great. Two days of weirdos and no candy. Can’t wait.”
Skully, in all his dramatic, Halloween-obsessed glory, was in for a treat. And now, you’ve somehow roped yourself into throwing a double Halloween bash. Lucky you.

“Oh, you look absolutely beautiful, Princess,” your lady’s maid coos over your shoulder while she finishes tying the laces at the back of your gown, eliciting a chorus of echoing hums and titters of agreement from the other women fluttering about your chambers.
“Thank you, Kella,” you murmur, meeting her gaze in the mirror, your lips stretched into a thin, tight smile. Even in your periphery, the sight of the ivory dress makes your stomach turn and twist into barbarous knots and you quickly glance away. You try to ignore the pang of guilt that eats at your heart as you keep your eyes trained on the shelves beside the mirror, silently reciting the name of each book stacked on them over and over again, anything to keep your mind occupied.
It only halfway works, just as it had every time before – every other time you stood in this exact same spot as the tailor measured and fitted your dress, as you discussed hairstyles with your maids, as you chose jewelry with your mother. Helaena had spent weeks, hours upon hours, sewing bead after bead into the alabaster fabric, creating intricate patterns of florals giving way to flames, and you could hardly bring yourself to look at it.
If I don’t look, it’s not real. If I don’t look, it’s not real, the words, foolish as they were, echoed in your mind for the millionth time as your maids added final touches to your outfit – sliding your feet into shoes and clasping on various ornate jewels.
“Should we finish the hair first or get the cloak on first?” You hear one of your lady’s maids ask another, somewhere off to the side.
“Mm, I think the cloak,” another one answers; you can hear the doors of your wardrobe being pulled open, “Her tiara may get snagged otherwise.”
Glimmers of red from the small garnet gemstones decorating your gown create bloody splotches in your periphery as morning sunlight filters through your windows; your mind begins to wander again despite your best efforts and crimson quickly gives way to hues of sapphire. Absent-mindedly, you dig your nails into your cuticles as you recall that night. The events play out behind your eyes like they have time and time again in the weeks between then and now – the pin-pricked chill you’d felt from his gaze, the way his whispered promises made your heart ache with a confusing whirlwind of longing and dread, the way his hands had felt against your skin. The sound of your blood pumping wildly in your veins drowns out any other noise as his voice echoes in your head.
“Prove your devotion to me, my Strong girl,” he had commanded, directing your attention to the hilt of his dagger. And you had, the memories of it make you shiver even now.
You had.
But it didn’t matter because here you are, clad in an ivory gown that may as well be a death shroud for all the joy it brings you.
“Princess?” A little gasp falls from your lips as you’re hoisted out of your reverie and your eyes finally focus on Kella standing before you, matching cloak in hand.
“My apologies,” you say, managing a little chuckle, “I’m not sure where my head was at.”
“No trouble, Princess,” Kella smiles, waving a hand dismissively, “I’m sure you’re eager to get the day started, marrying a prince and all.”
“Eager, yes,” you sigh, forced smile falling flat the second she looks away. The back of your throat tightens when you catch sight of yourself in the mirror and, for the umpteenth time today, you try desperately to ignore the urge to run – to sprint all the way to the Dragonpit, mount Silverwing, and go. Instead, you swallow down the sick feeling in your gut and compel yourself to be still as Kella drapes the cloak over your shoulders, the red silk underlining enveloping you in a sanguine veil.
Just as she’s about to fasten it to the little ties at the shoulders of your gown, the doors to your chambers bang open, causing both of you to jump as your heads whip toward the sound of the noise.
“Prince Aemond,” Kella says breathlessly, draping the cloak over an arm and curtsying politely.
“Get out,” he murmurs lowly, violet eye not moving from yours as he stands at the doorway, arms tucked behind his back, “I wish to have a moment alone with my sister.” Your heart hammers so wildly that you’re amazed the sound of it doesn’t echo off the walls – that it doesn’t burst in your chest.
You don’t miss the uncertain glances your maids give one another, though they ultimately nod their heads. A small chorus of, “Yes, your highness,” rises around you as they scurry from the room; Kella quickly drapes your cloak over the back of your vanity chair before leaving as well, the doors to your chambers closing behind her.
Aemond quickly locks them, the barest hint of a smile pulling at the corners of his lips for a precious second as he does so, before turning to you. Your brows furrow as nervousness builds within you, nails digging into your cuticles as you desperately study the neutral expression on his face as he stalks toward you.
“Don’t you look breathtaking, sweet sister,” his eye sweeps over your form as he speaks and you feel as if every ounce of air is pressed from your lungs when he gently grasps at your chin, angling your face up toward his when he comes to a stop before you.
“How did you get in here?” You question, hating how feeble your voice sounds, how your heart slows the second he touches you. Your question is a valid one, though – your mother had taken great caution in the weeks following the night of your betrothal feast to keep you and your brother as separated as possible.
He chuckles as he tilts your face to the side, exposing your neck. “Someone may have delivered an anonymous tip to Cole informing him of a supposed smallfolk revolt brewing in Flea Bottom,” you don’t miss the twitch of a victorious smile on his lips, “Of course, the Gold Cloaks had to attend to it – we wouldn’t want anything ruining such a… joyous day. Once they were gone, it was easy enough to slip from the Sept and make my way back here.”
“You’ve been planning,” his eye stays fixed on the ruby necklace clasped around your neck as you speak, though he hums in acknowledgement at your words. After another few seconds of heavy silence, you cannot help but huff and jerk your chin from his careful grip, “Did you come here to merely ogle at me or do you need something?”
“Mm,” he hums, narrowing his eye for just the barest of seconds, “There is something I need indeed, Strong girl.”
“Don’t call me that!” You snap, the little huff of laughter he gives only makes you more agitated. He turns his back to you and stalks over to your vanity; it’s only then that you see he’s holding a small box behind his back, “What is that?”
“Only a little wedding present,” Aemond drawls, violet eye meeting yours in the mirror as he runs his fingers over the soft ivory silk of your cloak; his nose twitches in disgust, the most subtle of movements that you’re sure only you are able to spot.
“Can… can I see it?”
Another twitch of his lips, a little pulling at the corners, just enough for you to know he’s satisfied about something, makes your heart squeeze in your chest. Whatever game he’s playing at, whatever imaginary battle he’s thought up in his mind, he’s winning.
Am I even fighting back? Do I want to?
Silently, he makes his way back over to you, each heavy step a nail in your proverbial coffin. He’s standing before you again, long hair spilling over the shoulders of his tunic like a pearlescent waterfall, held back from his face by two thin braids that join in the back.
Finally, he opens the box, carefully sliding the lid off. Your lips part as you stare down at the contents, eyes as wide as the moon as it feels like all the air has been sucked from the room.
“I had it made by the finest craftsman in the city,” he murmurs, eye gleaming with pride at your stunned reaction, “Do you like it, little one?”
“I… Aemond, I…,” you stammer, at a loss for words as you look over the necklace resting on a bed of soft cloth. Made from a breathtaking assortment of pearls, the attention to detail is immaculate; each milky white stone is threaded onto a fine silver chain, all leading to a gleaming deep blue sapphire in the center, framed by the figure of a small silver dragon. “I-It’s gorgeous, brother, I… thank you.”
“You deserve only the best,” he purrs, watching closely as you reach up and carefully run your fingers over the glittering stones, “Shall I put it on you?”
“I already have a neck –” You start, only for a loud gasp to rip itself from your throat as Aemond tears the ruby necklace from you, the delicate gold chains easily snapping and sending dozens of tiny rosy stones clattering to the floor. All you can do is gape at him, one hand grazing against the place on your neck where the necklace once sat.
Meanwhile, your brother’s violet eye merely follows a few of the stones as they skid across the stone floors. “Pity,” he tuts, stalking around you like a lion would its prey before stopping behind you and meeting your gaze in the mirror.
“Do you have any idea who that necklace bel–”
“I don’t give a shit about who it belonged to,” he hisses, reaching over your shoulder and grabbing your jaw, forcing your head to turn back enough to meet his heated stare, “All that matters is that you belong to me, not some sniveling fucking bastard who shall only bring you ruin.”
He stares at you for a second more as if trying to drive the point somehow further into your heart before finally releasing your chin, smirking at the little shiver that runs down your spine when he skims his fingers over your neck.
Your eyes flutter shut as he delicately sweeps the hair away from the back of your neck before pressing a soft kiss there, only to trail more down the crook of your neck and shoulder; time seems to slow for a moment while you savor the feel of his lips against your skin and your chest tightens when he groans.
He huffs when he straightens back up, like being apart from you, even if only by a few scant inches, is painful – a feeling you know all too well. Opening your eyes, you watch as he carefully clasps the sapphire necklace around your neck. The larger middle stone sits perfectly at the base of your neck, the rich blue hue sparkles beautifully against your skin.
“Flawless,” he says lowly, gently kissing just below your ear before trailing his eye up to the floor-length mirror the two of you stand before, hands resting on your waist, “We look perfect together, don’t we, little one?”
Automatically, you nod your head, unable to separate your gaze from the mirror. He’s right, he always is. The two of you simply fit together – perfect compliments of the other.
He smiles lazily over your shoulder and pulls you closer against him, relishing in the small gasp that leaves your lips as his length presses against you, already half-hard and wanting. “Yes, you and I were meant to be together,” he breathes, slowly pulling up the skirts of your gown, “You may be marrying that traitorous little cunt, but you’ll belong to me soon enough, sweet sister.”
Your brows furrow at that and you start to question him, ask what exactly he means, but before you can utter a word, a feeble, stuttering moan is wrenched from your lips instead. Aemond holds you steady, keeping one hand firmly around your waist, as the other fits itself between your thighs; you’re helpless to do much else than watch yourself fall apart in the mirror as his lithe fingers slip through your already drenched center.
A pleased hum reverberates against the side of your jaw as he presses soft kisses against your neck, ravenous eye glued to your chest as it rises and falls with sharp pants, your breasts heaving beneath the bodice of your wedding dress.
“Promise me you won’t let him touch you,” your brother growls, swirling his fingers around your already aching pearl with practiced ease, “Swear to me that I am the only one who will ever claim you, sweet girl.”
“A-Aemond, I…,” you gasp, already having to fight through the fog in your mind to remain upright, much less speak, “Brother, please!”
“Swear it!” He snarls, biting harshly at your shoulder, hard enough to leave a mark.
“I promise, I promise!” You quickly concede, the truth willingly spilling from you. You did not want anyone else, you never had – your gaze had been firmly set on Aemond for as long as you could remember. Your heart had soared with hope when Aegon and Helaena’s betrothal was announced, only for those hopes to be squashed when you were all but promised to Jace not too long after Aemond’s eye had been taken – doomed to a marriage built on regrets.
Your older brother had felt the same from an earlier age still, always doting on you, even as a child. He loves Helaena, yes, but his heart had only been yours. His screams still echo in your mind – the only time he’d ever raised his voice at your mother, when he’d stormed into her chambers as soon as Aegon had taunted him with news of the raven from Driftmark.
But it was the same each time, excuses of repairing relations and making amends, commands for you and Aemond both to grow up – to make sacrifices for the realm.
Was I ever more than a lamb raised for slaughter? That question has kept you up for more hours than you care to admit. Now, watching in the mirror as a man who is not your betrothed brings you to heel on the morning of a day you have mourned for years, the dam inside you finally bursts – you are tired of bowing to duty.
“Aemond, please!” You gasp, nearly crying as the fog in your mind finally lifts, “Please, take me, please!”
He pauses at that, the fingers on your aching bud stopping as his eye flicks up to yours. His eye is studying, calculating while he looks over you — there is a terrible relief in being finally, truly seen. “Is that what you wish?” He hums, chuckling when you pant as his fingers circle your dripping entrance, “To be filled with me, little one?”
You’re nodding before he’s even finished the question, desperate whines spilling from you as he slips his hand from between your legs, only long enough to loosen the ties at the front of his trousers.
“I’ll breed this sweet cunt,” he grunts, the arm around your waist moving to hook securely around your chest while the other grabs at his length, positioning it at your entrance as you hold your skirts out of the way in a trembling grasp, “Give you a pure Valyrian babe, just as you deserve.”
All of the air is knocked from your lungs as he pushes into you, spearing you on his cock in one swift motion. Your fingers abandon your skirts to instead claw helplessly at the arm draped over your chest, knees nearly buckling as Aemond pauses long enough for you to adjust.
“Gods!” You whimper as he sets a punishing pace from the outset, though the harsh thrusts feel like paradise after being deprived of his mere presence for so long. Your head droops forward as he snakes a hand around your hip to begin rubbing at your pearl yet again, lucid enough to know that the two of you are operating on borrowed time.
“You have always been mine, all of you,” he gasps, watching as your bodies writhe together in the mirror. After a moment, he growls and grabs at your neck, forcing your head up until your eyes meet his. “That’s it, sweet girl,” he praises, leaning forward to kiss and nip at your neck and shoulder, “You’re mine, you’re mine…”
You nod as best you can as he chants the words again and again like a prayer, pushing his length in and out of you in time with each one, until your mind is nothing but a cacophony of mine, mine, mine.
“I-I’m, Gods, I’m – Aemond!” You all but sob, the knot in your stomach that had been pitifully winding itself for weeks finally about to unravel as your cunt tightens around him, his grunts and growls in response only pushing you further to the end.
“Do it,” he commands, redoubling his efforts on your bud, his other hand scrambling frantically to grasp at your stomach, “Let go and I’ll breed you, I’ll give you a babe, our babe, little one. Let go for me, let go.”
His muttered command sends shivers down your spine and you’re powerless to do much else other than obey and your eyes squeeze shut and your lips part as a harsh, shuddering cry is knocked out of you; fire seems to ignite every cell within you as you pulse around his length. Your knees buckle when your high washes over you, Aemond’s grip around your waist the only thing keeping you upright.
“Good girl, good girl,” he murmurs, the sound of his voice just barely cutting through the rush of blood in your ears. A handful of thrusts later and he stills against you, growling and squeezing you to within an inch of your life as he fills you, cock twitching.
You both still for a moment, harsh pants filling your chambers as you catch your breath. You whine when Aemond finally pulls his softening length from you, though he shushes you sweetly before leading you to your vanity chair and sitting you down.
“I don’t want to marry him,” you whisper suddenly, sniffling softly as tears sting the back of your eyes, “I don’t w-want to, Aemond, I –”
“Shh, shh,” he says softly, gently cupping your cheek and angling your face up toward his, “There’s nothing we can do to change today, as much as it pains me. Were it possible, I would gut him in the Sept and stake my claim to you then and there, Gods be damned, I –”
He pauses, cutting himself off with a harsh sigh, “I will have you, I swear it. I will not fail again.”
Were it any other time, the dark shadow that lingers behind his words would give you pause, would frighten you as they have before.
Now, though, they settle over you like a warm blanket – there is a safety in this fear. Aemond, for all his faults, is nothing if not determined.
Whatever surety had settled within you only an hour before is swiftly and sharply pushed from your mind as you exit the carriage and climb the many steps up to the doors of the Great Sept of Baelor, unsteady even with Aegon at your side.
By the grace of the Gods, Aemond had managed to slip from your chambers, and supposedly from the Red Keep, unseen by all except your lady’s maids, and they had all been sworn to secrecy long ago. Once he had gone, they filed back in and had blessedly made no mention of the intrusion as they bustled about you yet again – quickly braiding your hair through the prongs of your tiara and securing your cloak to your shoulders.
They knew better than to ask about the sapphire clasped around your neck, or about the mess of rubies on the floor.
Your eldest brother, however, had not been so forgiving; his dark eyes had narrowed the moment you were seated together in the carriage. “Today, sister? Really?” He had teased, a dangerous spark in his eyes.
“I don’t know what you mean,” you had grumbled, clenching your legs together as you sat.
“Hm,” he hummed, chuckling softly, “Maybe I’ll soon be mother’s favorite after all.”
“We stand here in the sight of Gods and men to witness the union of man and wife,” the septon’s booming voice fills the Sept as you stand together with Jacaerys, your hands in his, “One flesh, one heart, one soul, now and forever.”
You try your hardest to keep your eyes trained to his, to keep your lips crooked into a smile, but all you can focus on is the two stares practically searing your flesh.
Alicent’s face swam in your vision, the way her cheeks had paled when she had caught sight of the jewelry clasped around your neck, at the guilty look in your eyes. You can feel hers boring into you now and you have no doubt her jaw is clenched, her fingers bloodied and raw.
The other stare makes your skin prickle, much as it did on the night of your betrothal feast. You keep inwardly scolding yourself, again and again, as your eyes lock with Aemond’s every few seconds as he stands at the base of the steps to your side.
“In the sight of the Seven, I hereby seal these two souls, binding them as one for eternity,” the septon continues, gesturing to you and Jace, “Look upon one another and say the words.”
“Father, Smith, Warrior, Mother, Maiden, Crone, Stranger,” you recite together, all the while you desperately try to ignore the hollow, aching pit slowly opening itself in the very center of your chest.
“I am hers and she is mine,” Jace murmurs, dark gaze fixed solely on yours as he squeezes your hands, a terrible longing in his stare, “From this day, until the end of my days.”
“I am his and he is mine,” you say, each word feeling like a knife being twisted in your gut, “From this day until the end of my days.”
The septon gestures once more for the two of you to step closer together; it takes all of your restraint not to gasp when you feel a rivulet of Aemond’s spend leak down your thigh as you do.
“With this kiss, I pledge my love,” Jace says softly. His warm hands cup your cheeks before he leans in but when your lips touch, all you see is sapphire.

In another life
Nanami Kento
Synopsis : You promised yourself that you wouldn’t have the same unfortunate fate that your mother had gone through with love. Until your whole world comes crumbling down discovering your husband’s infidelity. Through tears and heartbreak you recall your mothers last words.
(We all know he would never!!) (please check out link once you see it for visuals!!!)
One text message from an unsaved number. One simple message was the reason your whole world came crumbling down in just seconds.
It was vile. The photo. It seemed as if whoever took the photo was in a rush to capture it. A little blurred in some spots but you could immediately make out what it depicted.
Your husband, Nanami having his arms wrapped around a waist of another woman just steps away from his desk. Whoever the woman was, her head was slightly tilted looking up at him with a smile on her face. Arms loosely wrapped around his shoulder blades.
At a loss for words and seemingly unaware the breaths you were holding in, the sudden ache you felt in your chest was growing deeper. Tears forming just before multiple escaping your eyes.
You didn’t want to believe it, but how could you not? The moment you felt the ache in your chest you knew.
-
4 months earlier
The sounds of monitors and footsteps were faint outside the door of your mothers hospital room. The room’s television on low volume as you peel a bright colored orange.
It has been a while coming but your mothers health has been declining since the last attempt of hope with needed surgery. But unfortunately to no avail.
And as much as you wished for your mother to keep fighting she finally made the decision to leave this world in peace. No more mustering up the little strength she had left to the annoyance of appointments or the continuous failed improvements.
So you devoted your time to spend as much time with your mother as you could.
“How is Nanami doing (Y/N),” your mother asks in a soft voice while looking over to you “he hasn’t come along with you for the past 3 weeks or so. Is everything alright?”
Finally finished with peeling the orange and setting it down you smiled at her, “he’s doing fine mom, just busy at work these days. He actually got promoted up at his office job a few days ago.” You tell her with a smile on your face.
Your mother slightly gasps with joy, clasping your hands with yours she beams.
“I’m so happy to hear that, I’m sure the both of you will continue to live a nice peaceful life together. He’s a good man darling, I’ll be able to leave this world in peace knowing you’ll be well taken care of.”
You smile at her words, a pang of joy and sadness.
Your mother was a single mother raising you all on her own. Your father was in the picture up until the age 11. From then on his visits were some and then eventually no more.
Though you didn’t hate him, you grew up more focused on the fact of trying your best to be a good daughter. Not causing too much stress to your mother.
Your father was your mothers first and only love. Only as time passed by, he became unfaithful. Your mother immediately took action into trying to become the best mother she can be with the so little she had. You grew up to promise yourself you refuse to let the same happen to you. To not let this curse that your father casted upon your mother trickle down to you.
“(Y/N), do you want to know why I always called you my little star,” you mother brings up. you can tell she was growing tired some.
8:30 pm
Visiting hours will end soon.
You hum in response, smoothing out the blanket that lays just between you two.
“Because moths always look for light in the darkness. You are my light and star (Y/N). I will forever be grateful to have had you as my daughter.”
Before visiting hours came to an end your head falls onto her lap, tears streaming down as her hands strokes your hair.
-
Moths look for the light in the darkness
Everything you had planned for, promised yourself and your mother was eradicated. You wanted to scream. To make a mess of everything in this home you two shared.
But you can only frown at the thought of your mother disapproving those actions.
You had no idea what to do.
More importantly, what to do with the hidden pregnancy test you tucked away inside your side of the dresser.
Wiping your tears away, headed towards your shared room you look for the test.
You tried to recall when it must have all changed. Was it when Nanami was promoted at work that he was moved to the upper level of the office building?
You recall the first couple of times you stopped by to deliver him lunch that he had forgotten.
The atmosphere was not as welcoming as his previous position. You had felt out of place when just simply asking for your husband at the front desk.
Rummaging through your belongings looking for the damn test you heard the front door open to your apartment.
8:45 pm
Though it was somewhat late, you hadn’t expect him to arrive just yet.
You froze, not sure of anything anymore.
A part of you wanted to confront him, and the other part of you just wanted to be comforted, to be told it was a fake. Absolutely anything else other than being told it was true.
Is this the end?
Finally spotting the pregnancy test you sat down in the corner of the king size bed. Holding the pregnancy test close to you, but hidden from anyone else’s view.
You hadn’t bothered to put all the clothing that fell from your frantic digging back inside.
So when Nanami walked in your shared bedroom, it was the first thing he saw.
“What the hell happened in here?” Nanami sighed placing his briefcase aside the room.
Nanami noticed your lack on response and the fact you weren’t facing him.
“I didn’t intend to have you find out like this (Y/N),” your eyes slightly widen in shock. Nanami brought his left hand to sooth the bridge of his nose.
“I don’t know who must have sent that photo to you. And I don’t intend to let that person have the satisfaction of knowing it actually got to you. Though I do have a few people in mind.” Nanami headed towards the closet to find a more comfortable to change into.
If you didn’t think your heart was beating, his lack of empathy causes your heart to break into a million pieces.
How could he be so calm about this..
“Why Nanami,” your voice trembles, your heart beating faster than ever “what caused this to happen?”
Nanami now finally walked towards you, trying to clasp your hands into yours you refuse to budge. The test tightly protected in your hands unbeknownst to him.
Nanami sighs again with a tight stern look on his face. Knowing there’s no longer any chance you’ll be able to come back from it all.
“When your mother passed away you became a shell of yourself (Y/N). It was easy in the beginning to be there for you. But it eventually turned into mindless sex as an escape for you. I did not want to hurt your decisions into avoiding the reality of losing your mother. If you hadn’t ignored your grief,” Nanami continues while taking off his glasses and watch setting them aside, glancing at your reflection at the mirror in front of him. Your eyes finally met “perhaps I could have better helped you understand (Y/N).”
“Who is she? Is she a coworker of yours?” At Nanamis confession, you felt numb. All the anger and sadness you felt dissipated. You wanted nothing more now than to go to sleep and dream of your mom comforting you and feel her hand stroke your hair again even for a mere moment inside your unconscious mind.
“Her name is Kuina. She was employed just a month into when your mother passed,” Nanami turned around to face you, leaning against the drawer head turned slightly down, arms crossed “I didn’t think I would have ever been one to end up doing such a thing (Y/N). I’m sorry.”
‘I’m sorry’
Nanami walked out into the living room closing the door behind him.
-
“Mom are you alright?” Walking into your moms room seeing her working on paper work for your grandmother. Gathering information about her as needed for the funeral home to work on her death certificate.
Your mom looked frantic and tired. Noting the atmosphere felt different, “hey mom, where’s Karube?” Your mom looked up at you putting up a brave face.
“Karube and I are no longer together (Y/N). He and I just realized we weren’t a match really. No need to worry.”
-
Karube ended up cheating on my mother around the same time my grandmother passed away.
Not only did you fail in keeping that promise you made yourself all those years ago.
You failed your mom too.
Hearing the faint sounds of the television being turned on just outside the living room, you tried your best to muffle your cries as it all eventually settled inside of you.
‘You were my light in times of darkness’
Hugging yourself to sleep, it didn’t take long as your cries settled you down.
-
It’s been a week since everything was brought to light. And just 3 days ago you were met with a few documents settled on the main wooden table of the home.
Divorce papers
You sigh with stress laced within. You avoided even looking through everything until the night before your first appointment with your doctor.
Frantically filing everything down, deciding on stopping by Nanamis office before heading to your doctors to drop off the paperwork.
-
Your walk to Nanamis workplace wasn’t how it was before. Your gentle smiles while walking is now replaced by a neutral toned face. The warmth of the sun is no longer a lovely feeling but a sticky hot feeling all over your body.
You hated to be a burden at such a young age. That night, after Nanamis confession you held out on telling him.
Guilt swept over you as you realized how tragic it all is.
This baby wasn’t due to the love you both have for each other, at least not anymore. It’s due to your wanting to escape from your grief.
Oh how your mother would be saddened.
-
Walking up to Nanamis now private office, trying your best to keep your head held high. You noticed that some look over at you knowing the gossip that had gone around. And others who seem to not care at all. You were silently grateful for the few.
Reaching his office, you knocked twice. Looking over your shoulder to see few of his fellow colleagues quickly look away from you as if they weren’t popping their eyes at the front seat view they had.
You let yourself in once you heard an approval from the other side.
Whispers soon ensued as the door closed behind you.
Nanami was looking over paperwork at his desk, eyebrows furrowed in whatever god knows what he deals with nowadays.
“I came to drop off the divorce paper work Kento.” Stating as you walk up his desk, your soft footsteps and his quick writing with pen hitting his paper being the silence breaker between the two of you.
Nanami drops his pen on his desk and looks up at you.
The tall windows of his office gently illuminated your face, earrings softly shimmering and pieces of your hair fall front of your face framing a delicate balance to your face.
‘You became a shell of yourself’
You didn’t try to improve your appearance just for him. Matter of fact you did it for yourself. You refused to let his words eat your self conscious.
Plus, your mother always told you how important it is to be presentable to the public. Not for the approval of others but for your own self.
Handing him the folder, your hands softly brush against each others.
Keeping your calm composure, you stood straight ready to turn around and leave.
“(Y/N)-“ Nanami starts but you had cut him off.
“I plan to leave the apartment soon Kento. If approved in just days time, you need not worry about me being in that place anymore,” you ushered as to turn around once again “have a good day Kento.”
Pushing his office doors to open and leave this place once and for all, you open the doors to Kuina waiting just outside the doors.
You should have known his office colleagues were just as wanting to know what must have been discussed behind the closed doors.
As your eyes met Kuina’s, all you had left in you was a smile.
Just as the doors of his office completely closed, Nanami caught a glance at the exchange.
Deep down inside he knew he had caused enough pain when all you did was smile at her.
-
As the elevator descends to the lower floors of the building it stopped just below the floor that Nanami once was.
As people come in and go, a tall man with white hair and circular dark navy shades shuffled his way to your side as the elevator doors close descending back down once again.
Wood scents, with a note of eucalyptus
You’re familiar with this scent of the man standing next to you. It’s nothing new. Besides you’re fond of the scent. Nothing extreme from what you’ve come across before. Men and their obnoxious amount of sprays.
So you weren’t so sure as to why the man’s scent next to you caused you to almost gag out loud inside the cramp elevator.
Catching your action swiftly your hand goes up to cover your mouth, catching the attention of the tall white haired man.
Looking down at you he asks “you alright miss?”
The elevator finally opens to the first floor and you quickly nod as you try to quickly get out.
“Woah I’m sorry! Was it my doing? Do I smell bad today?” The man looks in disbelief and quite embarrassed.
“No no no,” you try to apologize for your actions “it was actually just me! Im sensitive to smells at the moment.” You tried to explain in embarrassment.
As people continue to pass by the man shyly smile at you, his cheeks turned slightly blushed.
“I apologize then Miss…” he trails off, smiling back once again you introduced yourself “(Y/N) (L/N).”
“Nice to meet you (L/N), I’m Gojo Satoru.”
12:44 pm
My appointment is soon, but almost gagging earlier has given me anxiety. What if I can’t make it in time?
It was like if the man you just met sense your urgency and asked if things are alright.
“Oh thank you for the offer, but I’m fine I can go on my own!” You exclaimed as you start to walk towards the front entrance.
The white haired man caught up to you once again before beaming at you with a flashy smile of his
“No worries (L/N), I don’t mind!”
Looking down at the time you realized perhaps it would be best. You were anxious all week once you made your appointment for the doctors.
Looking around your surroundings before finally agreeing, you smiled back up at him thanking him.
You thought you’d follow him to the parking structure but his car was pulled up by the valet.
As the valet driver approached to open your door, Gojo reassured him letting himself open the door for you. Thanking him before settling inside his car, he was walking over to the drivers side.
Gojo looked up feeling a stare burn behind him, before driving away.

“I feel you’re too close to turning into a highlight marker.”
The quiet room was suddenly filled by your boyfriend’s soft and playful voice, startling you out of your focused state. You let out a small chuckle with his comment as you leaned back on the chair to stretch, closing your eyes while groaning.
Your whole body ached for being in the same position for God’s know how long, your head felt heavy and your eyes deeply tired. The words in front of you have long gone lost sense and the study material wasn’t sinking enough to boost your confidence, so you had an obstacle that restrained you from stopping your study time – and it was purely yourself.
Splitting your day into having a part-time job and college was definitely your biggest decision, aware of the fact that your life would constantly feel like going down in shambles, especially during certain times like the midterm season, where it asked for your bestest and you couldn’t completely offer, since you had other responsibilities in your life.
To use your weekend and any free time to study was the only option. That added to Heeseung being your clingy, adorable boyfriend led you to the ongoing situation: you, using his desk as your personal place, his internet connection that works way faster than your dorm’s, and his clothes, just because they’re comfy.
“I hope I’m the orange one, then,” you shot back with a sly smile, glancing at Heeseung, who calmly approached with your mug – decorated with fall leaves and a cute fox playing with them –, handing it to you as he rested his hip on the desk, looking down at you with his usual tender gaze and breathtaking smile.
You had dark circles under your tired, now faintly reddish eyes, indicating your exhausted state. Heeseung knew about your current routine, a complete stress mess preventing you from doing your everyday chores; your face constantly buried in books and articles, studying the entire semester’s content like your life depended on it – and it felt like it did.
You needed to be taken care of with as much love as possible, something Heeseung had overflowing for you.
“You’d be the prettiest one,” he answered back with a grin, crossing his arms and tilting his head to admire you.
“Thanks,” you whispered sincerely – for the hot cocoa he just made you and the compliment –, holding back a shy smile before taking a sip from the warm liquid; the sweet taste dissolved in your tongue and made you close your eyes, your whole body feeling gradually relaxed.
“You should rest a little, my love,” Heeseung murmured, cupping one of your cheeks with his warm hand, his thumb caressing your skin as you leaned into the touch – eyes closed, enjoying the heartwarming feeling spreading through your chest.
His other hand gently brushed a strand of hair that was on your face, revealing it full to his eyes as an enchanting painting. Although you looked extra tired, there was something about your beauty that would make you easily gorgeous no matter your condition.
Nonetheless, among your many beautiful and stunning facets, the stressed, overworked one you wore right at that moment was one that Heeseung hated to witness.
Heeseung would do anything to get your back into your normal demeanor. Seeing you killing your sleep time, eating easy meals and consequently unhealthy foods, giving up on your social life and sometimes, even leaving aside your relationship with him was as painful as a bullet.
Heeseung was your biggest defender, protector and, mainly, lover. He devoted his life for you, if that meant to have you forever by his side, and he always would cherish your happy side.
“I know,” you whined with a pout, fluttering your eyes open, getting a look at Heeseung’s worried eyes. “I’m tired, but I can’t stop now,” you murmured, placing the mug on the desk and grabbing your orange pen to keep on remarking the important topics.
Heeseung sighed, aware of your stubborn personality that was one of his favorite things about you – how determined you were, how always right you sounded, how confident you sustained your words –, and also the hardest part in moments like those.
“But you have to…” He muttered back, lowering himself on his knees to turn the rolling chair towards his direction, stopping you from keeping writing and holding both your hands with his big ones. “Let’s go to bed, hm? It’s super late,” he said and gently pulled one of your hands closer to his lips to press a sweet kiss on the back of it.
“No, it’s not–” You tried to fight back, thinking Heeseung was making things up just to have you with him in bed, cuddling, as he did some other times.
However, his serious tone after he reinforced it with a firm nod, tightening his grip to prevent you from turning back, got you confused. “It is.”
You blinked a few times, only now realizing how dark it seemed to be outside the window, before furrowing your eyebrows. When you started, the sun was still up. “What time is it?” You asked, voice small.
“2am.”
“Oh my god,” you whispered, flabbergasted, widened eyes as you watched Heeseung’s decrescent smile adorning his pretty cherry lips.
“Yeah…”
“And you’re still awake?” You asked baffled, with a strong layer of concern, freeing one of your hands to brush his bangs out of his forehead and caress his cheek gently.
“I’d never go to sleep without you if you’re in the same house as me, baby,” he admitted, his eyes gleaming with what you learned after years together as being love, then he kissed your palm and fully leaned into your touch, turning his head like a puppy.
“You’re too good for me and too sweet for this world, Hee,” you muttered, feeling a wave of mixed emotions rush through you, stress blending with the overwhelming love you felt for Heeseung.
A big part of you felt guilty for unconsciously leading Heeseung to stay awake due to your studies, the other was worried about his sleep schedule, and the other bubbling with the same lovestruck sensation that flooded your heart whenever Heeseung was near to you.
Heeseung's soft gaze remained locked on yours, the glow of the desk lamp highlighting the gentle lines of his face.
"Don’t stress about it," he replied in a caring tone, his thumb still tracing soothing circles on your hand that he held. "I’d stay up a thousand nights just to make sure you’re okay." His voice was soft, tender, the warmth in it wrapping around you like a comforting fluffy blanket.
Your eyes grew glossy as exhaustion finally began to take over, your body realizing it had reached its limit after getting to know the hour. Heeseung noticed the change immediately, observing as you let out a deep yawn, blinking back the moisture in your tired eyes and rubbing one of them with the hand that once cupped his face.
He straightened his body and leaned forward just enough to kiss your forehead with such tenderness it made your heart skip a beat, as if it was your first time receiving that touch.
“Come on,” he murmured, his lips brushing against your skin before he stood up completely, going back to hold both of your hands. Heeseung was always so touchy and you loved that with all your heart. “Finish your hot choco and I’ll help you get ready for bed. How does that sound?” He nonchalantly swang your arms from side to side, as a child growing impatient, but you knew it was his way to keep your attention on him.
You hesitated, looking back at the pile of notes on the desk, feeling that familiar guilt start to creep up again. “But… I’m not done studying, Hee. There’s still so much…”
Heeseung shook his head mildly, pulling you to stand up before his long arms hugged you; the cozyness of his torso made you sigh in pleasure, allowing his body to completely embrace you, his fresh fragrance inebriating your airways enough to make you dizzy and even sleepier.
He placed a kiss on the top of your head before saying, “Just finish your drink, ok? You can continue your studies tomorrow.” And when you tried to counter, he added, with a firm, yet tender tone. “No buts, please.”
“Ok,” you grumbled against the fabric of his sweatshirt, a sound so adorable that made Heeseung chuckle.
He pulled away from the hug to kiss your lips, already imagining your pouty face even before seeing it.
“I love you,” he declared and as if you heard from the first time, your heartbeats increased, your skin pricking up in an instant reaction and you smiled, shyly, accepting the sweet touch of his lips on yours.
“Iloveyoutoo,” your words now were all slurred due to the fatigue that crashed down your body blended with Heeseung’s soothing, peaceful presence. Your eyes struggled to keep open, making you blink slowly.
At the end of the night, you didn’t drink all of your hot chocolate, and Heeseung willingly carried you to his bed, tucking you nice and cozy under the blankets and giving you a goodnight kiss before cuddling you.
It was unquestionable that stress was eating you alive. Your stomach hurt almost every day at the thought of failing your exams, and to make it worse, your brain stubbornly refused to retain the materials you had studied over the past few days.
You expected to nail the first exam, which happened at the end of a busy day, even with the strong headache that pursued you throughout it. But you weren't too sure, and a few more other exams waited for you until you reached the end of that hellish midterm season.
However, the moment you stepped out of the classroom and headed towards the exit, hoping to go to your dorm to grab a bite before holing up in studies, you couldn’t help but smile as you started to notice autumn leaves dancing gently from the trees scattered across campus until they reached the paved ground.
The green foliage was gradually transforming into beautiful shades of brownish-orange, and a soft, sweet breeze caressed your face as you walked through the covered paths. A gentle chill rushed over your body, warmly hidden beneath the coat you had borrowed from Heeseung during your last visit, making you feel small and comfy.
You allowed yourself to close your eyes for a moment and take a deep breath, enjoying the autumn scent tickling your senses slowly.
The studying days had you oblivious to things surrounding you, eroding your possibilities of seeing life beyond academic books, so now, when you realized your favorite season’s arrival, your body felt like vibrating with a sudden surge of energy, an overwhelming urge to run and leap around like a child.
Yet, you knew that such carefree expression was a luxury not easily afforded in that moment, exposed to the judgmental world that would see you as a cringey, childish girl or anything similar, so you held yourself back and sighed, a little frustrated.
When you fluttered your eyelids open, expecting to face reality again, you were startled by a familiar presence.
“Oh?” You exclaimed, nearly jumping back on your feet as Heeseung stood just a few meters away, a curious expression lighting up his face. “What are you doing here?” you asked, your smile widening as he approached you. His presence, combined with the thrill of autumn beginning, made your heart stumble in between it beats.
Heeseung looked cozy as he tilted his head adorably, his eyes sparkling with affection as they roamed over your features, taking in your unique beauty and, surprisingly enough, your relaxed demeanor. He missed seeing your joyful side shining like that, and he had a huge hint about the reason due to the surroundings you both, now, were.
“I was thinking about you,” he answered sincerely, hands traveling all their way to your waist, tenderly holding you steady. Your own hands found comfort on his shoulders covered by a delicate fabric of his sweater, and Heeseung didn’t restrain his need to peck your lips once before continuing to say with his soft, and a layer of playfulness, voice. “Thought you could use some boyfriend-help after the exam you were stressing about.”
You giggled, feeling your cheeks warming as if you experienced falling in love for the first time again.
Years would pass and you wouldn’t overcome your crush on Heeseung, always so gentle and caring, not to mention tremendously attractive, reiterating he was your boyfriend.
He had his hair dyed in a shade of pink that contrasted way too well with his slightly tanned skin, and his fluffy bangs covered his forehead, giving his face a touch of softness. It all matched too perfectly for your heart not to beat fast whenever you were together.
Before you could say anything, he added with a cute grin.
“But you seem very happy for someone who was stressed to the point of pulling out your own hair…”
He quirked an eyebrow while keeping his eyes locked on yours, and for brief a moment you wondered if word had stopped as you took in his perfection.
But Heeseung’s remark had you remembering your previous thrilling excitement for autumn. A smile creeped onto the corner of your lips, growing bigger and brighter as your eyes lit up immediately.
“Autumn,” you whispered.
It was all you needed to say before lightly throwing your head back, then to the side, as you took in the scene around you. The trees waved gently under your happy gaze, their leaves shifting in the breeze as Heeseung’s hands remained firmly around your waist, holding you close.
The sun was subtle against your skin, sky faltering with clouds, yet, nothing similar to the intense summer’s heat; just enough warmth to send a delightful shiver down your spine. This time, you didn’t suppress your euphoria at the sight of leaves falling, the gentle breeze swirling around you both, carrying the enjoyable atmosphere of autumn, each leaf a little reminder of the magic of the season.
“Look at them!” You squealed, your excitement too much to contain and being with Heeseung awakening your inner child.
You spun to the side, and Heeseung quickly followed, hugging you from behind as if refusing to let your warmth slip away. You pointed at the path covered in golden and orange leaves, spread like little stars on the vast ground. The trees stood tall, forming a natural arch over the main campus route, and while Heeseung’s eyes followed the scene, they inevitably drifted back to you.
“So pretty, isn’t it?” He murmured close to your ear, catching a glimpse of your beaming expression. He wasn’t talking about the scenery, though.
You nodded, overwhelmed by the sudden rush of happiness, oblivious to the true meaning behind Heeseung’s words.
Heeseung had a soft spot for you, it was undeniable. But moments like these made it even more evident, as he witnessed you allowing your true self to shine, unfiltered and excited over simple things. It worked as a silent proof that you felt comfortable enough around him, showing all your unique pieces carefreely.
And he loved to love every part of you.
You started to walk forward, eager to pass through the arch of pretty leaves, unaware of Heeseung's small whine he voiced out when you broke his embrace to only hold his hand, pulling him along.
He couldn’t help but watch, adoringly, as you took little skips and hops through the sea of leaves. His cherry-colored lips curved into a soft smile, eyes squinting into crescent moons as he did so, his heart swelling in love. The butterflies in his stomach danced to the rhythm of your steps, and his pulse quickened as you giggled along it, grounding him and, at the same time, drifting his feelings for you as light as a feather throughout his entire being.
Every excited sound you let out, pointing to the same things made his heart melt in love.
He was ridiculously in love with you.
But then, you stopped abruptly, turning to face him with puffed cheeks and a slight pout, your fingers playing nonchalantly with his. He approached, tilting his head.
“It’s such a shame I can’t enjoy this for long,” you mumbled, your joyful expression melting into a sad one, dropping your eyes down to the floor.
Heeseung’s brows furrowed immediately, his hand gently letting go of yours to cup your face, tilting it up until your eyes met his. He shook his head slightly, still frowning, his gaze full of tenderness as if refusing to let the stress steal away your happiness again.
“No,” he shook his head again, his thumbs brushing your cheeks in circles. You looked so pretty under the autumn aesthetic. “I don’t want you stressing again.”
You sighed, closing your eyes briefly as you leaned into his touch. “I can’t help it. There’s just so much to do and–” You fluttered your eyes open, locking your gaze onto Heeseung’s. “I feel like I’m constantly failing. I don’t know.”
Heeseung sweetly pressed his lips on yours once, twice, thrice, and a few more times until he got you smiling, shyly, trying to contain it but totally unable to do so.
“Here it is… The cutest, most perfect and gorgeous smile in the entire galaxy.”
You rolled your eyes with Heeseung’s exaggeration, the heat surging to your cheeks immediately as you released yourself from his hands only to shove your head on his neck, giggling. Your actions elicited a laugh from him, his arms involving you gently, as if he was holding his entire world.
And to some extent, he was.
Heeseung’s chest vibrated as he spoke gently, the sound and feeling somehow relaxing your nerves immediately.
“I prepared something for you.”
You lifted your head only enough to glance at him, still pressing your torso onto his. “Yeah?” You asked, absorbing the handsomeness of your boyfriend as though you just met him.
Heeseung would never fail to make you speechless and to take your breath away. And you didn’t quite admit it out loud, but although you always enjoyed fall, the weather itself and the views you got to see, after meeting Heeseung, he became one of your main reasons to love the season.
The first time you saw him was in a coffee shop.
Heeseung was sitting outside while drinking on his caramel macchiato, oblivious to the outside world that watched him so closely as he readed a book. You, being the said outside world, diving meticulously into your personal analysis that showed results about guys like Heeseung looking extremely attractive under the golden autumn sunlight.
You ran away the moment his eyes flickered out of the words on his book, as if he felt the intensity of your gaze and started to look out for it.
The following days were pretty much like the first one, until you got a job in the same coffee shop and started to serve him the same order.
A caramel macchiato and, sometimes, a cupcake.
Unlike you, Heeseung was slightly forward with his intentions and didn’t retreat when he noticed how your eyes would linger into his figure longer than in any other consumer, or how your cheeks had a faint blush every time you approached him with his order, or even the timid smile adorning the corner of your lips when he complimented your services.
And then he complimented you.
Just like that, aiming straight to your heart and easily accomplishing his goal.
You exchanged numbers, started to talk almost everyday to the point of becoming good friends.
Eventually, you caught yourself falling in love with Heeseung’s gentleness.
He would help you by placing his order on the table just to brush his fingers in yours. He would search for you even before searching for a table to sit. He would wait for you outside your class to hand you a box of chocolate, concerned about your stressed self over the midterms.
And you noticed he was falling for you too.
In a few weeks, you both would be celebrating one year into this comfortable relationship you cherished with your whole being.
“Can you come to my apartment today?”
Heeseung’s voice snapped you back to the real world, and you never felt so happy about your thoughts being a reality.
Yeah, you had Heeseung to yourself. How lucky.
“What’s with all this suspense, huh?” You questioned while giggling, Heeseung following your steps close behind, one hand covering both your eyes and the other holding your waist to help you move.
“You’ll like it,” he answered, acting as if that amount of words would simply explain his decision to prevent you from catching a glimpse of whatever he had prepared, since the start of the hallway.
However, you knew how extra your boyfriend could be sometimes and let him do his thing.
“I bet I’ll.”
Alongside the curiosity swelling in your chest, the usual guilty feeling that accompanied you throughout your last weeks of long nights of study, forbidden you from finding time to take a break, to relax and recharge, appeared as well, slowly preparing your body to receive the bittersweetness dissolving in your palate every time you skipped your study routine during that time of the year.
You gulped, an inner battle happening that didn’t go unnoticed by Heeseung.
“Hee, you know I can’t stay.”
“Shh,” he shushed you, his warm breath brushing against your ear making you shiver. “I can help you study later. For now, let’s just relax. Can you do that for me?” He asked gently and you nodded, still hesitantly.
You had reached the main door by the way he stopped walking and tightened his grip on your waist to stop you as well, and the sound of him unlocking it made your stomach swirl together with the key. Then Heeseung lightly pushed you forward with his chest pressing your back, hand still covering your eyes and now, the other arm, holding you close to his body.
By habit, you took off your shoes when you blindly understood you were now inside his apartment. Then, with a bit on your lower lip when Heeseung uncovered your eyes and rested his chin on your shoulder, almost feeling his smile as he whispered “Surprise,” you fluttered your eyelashes open, trying to adjust to the light.
However, to your surprise, his apartment was under a warm, comfortable dim light instead of its usual brightness. As your eyes wandered through his place, you noticed a few cozy blankets sprawled on the floor, next to the couch where a plush pumpkin with a cute face and a basket of things you couldn’t quite see sat perfectly together; a sweet invite to your attention.
“W–What?” You muttered confused, lips falling open as you turned to look at your boyfriend who only separated from you to affectionately read your genuine reaction, his bambi eyes shining brighter than all stars together.
You felt your heartbeats increasing, breath hitching a little, and for some seconds you couldn’t quite pinpoint if the reason was Heeseung or his sudden surprise. Or both.
“Thought that a cozy little at-home date could help you to de-stress,” Heeseung explained, his cheeks with a faint blush added to how he scratched his nape indicating he was getting shy. You smiled, getting closer. “I know it’s nothing big, but–”
“No,” you urged to interrupt whatever nonsense he was about to say by pressing his lips with yours in a caring kiss. “I loved it.”
You were aware of Heeseung’s insecurities with surprises or preparing things for you, always overthinking about your reaction and wondering if he could do better.
And you tried your best to reiterate that, no matter what you did or where you went, the moment together with Heeseung was more than enough to make you happy and relaxed.
He was your safe haven.
Heeseung took a deep breath in relief before kissing you deeply, a hand cupping one side of your face and the other pulling you closer by the waist. You willingly let him in, tongues swirling together in a dance you both knew how to do pretty well, and yet led your stomach to flutter with something addicting, a feeling you would never get used to.
Heeseung kissed you tenderly, as always, quietly lowering his hand from your cheek to grab both your thighs and lift you with ease, lips still moving in sync, while your fingers caressed his face and hair, disheveling it without caring too much.
You heard the door closing shut and felt Heeseung moving you both around after removing his own shoes, until he sat on the free space on the couch with you on his lap; nonetheless, it didn't feel rushed or lascivious.
Heeseung’s touches, on your body and mouth, were sweet as caramel, slow as the sun rising lazily during evenings, cozy as a fuzzy blanket wrapping around you. You felt loved. Heeseung was loving you.
When you broke the kiss, Heeseung chased your lips to peck a few times as your breath mingled, trying to regulate it. He watched you smile with your eyes closed while he dotted your face with kisses, your giggling adding the gorgeous masterpiece you were under his gaze.
He leaned back after finishing his work of showering you with affection, grinning, eyes beaming with love. His hands draw circles on your clothed hips waiting for you to open your eyes, and when you did, his smile grew.
You immediately drifted your attention to the side and grabbed the pumpkin soft plush to hold in your arms tightly, inhaling the scent you recognized straightaway. “Did you spray your perfume in here?” You asked playfully, and by the way Heeseung shook his head, smirking and trying to avoid your eyes as a kid who got caught doing something wrong, you knew the answer already.
“I would never do something like that,” he shot back with a mischievous undertone, batting his eyelashes, feigning innocence.
You chuckled, head throwing back slightly. “You’re so cute,” you murmured, leaning forward to peck on his lips before pulling away only to look out for the basket you saw earlier, his eyes following your movements expectantly. “What else do we have here, hm?”
Heeseung straightened his posture on the couch, helping you to open the little gift he prepared for you, gentle hands brushing softly against yours.
Once again, you had a flabbergasted expression adorning your features, “Is it a boo basket, my love?” You asked when it finally clicked, now rushing to go over each item from it.
There were two different flavored candles, one white and one dark red, some halloween themed sweets, including your favorite chocolate, a new mug for you collection, a facial mask and other skin care products, and lastly, a soft fabric that when you unfolded, revealed to be a beige sweater with a couple that looked pretty similar to you and Heeseung, with the phrasing “fall for you”, alongside some orange, yellow and brown leaves swirling around them.
Heeseung drank from each of your reactions, how your eyes widened and shone with each new item you found inside the basket, your giggles with the heart shaped mug, your cheeks reddening in excitement, your smile never leaving your lips.
“Did you like it?”
“Oh my God,” you whispered after finishing all your inspection, hugging the sweater, the corner of your eyes glistening with tears when you closed then, the action doing nothing to help you hold your emotions back.
“Are you crying?” Heeseung frowned, face suddenly dropping, concern dripping out of his voice. “Babe, why are you crying?” He searched for your face hidden behind the fabric of the clothing you hugged, trying to gently pull away to see you. You shook your head, forcing your weight forward to bury your face on his neck.
“I love you so much,” you said, voice coming slurred as you pressed yourself into him even more, especially after his arms wrapped around your body and pulled you closer.
Heeseung’s chest vibrated with a delicate chuckle, now relieved to understand your reaction. “That’s why you’re crying?”
“Mhm,” you mumbled, making him laugh once again, finding you too cute for his heart.
“I love you too, my love,” he said back, smiling.
The warmth of your embrace sent a wave of reassurance through Heeseung’s body. Your sweet presence, your joyful and memorable smiles, your contagious laughter. Everything was enough to make him love you even more each second, if that was possible.
“Are you de-stressed?” He asked after a while, you even had removed the sweater from preventing you from feeling his heated skin against your lips.
“Definitely,” you answered softly, your breathing coming as calm as the autumn’s wind whisper while you enjoyed his hug, noticing how his skin prickled with the tender brush of your lips on it.
You waited for a few minutes, sniffling your tears away and searching for Heeseung’s eyes, that quickly rested in you, with the same sweet amount of warmth he carried with him.
“Do we have a movie to watch?” You tilted your head to the side as you asked, knowing Heeseung’s ways to help you clear your head. Dating for over a year had it perks, and the routine you created together was the biggest one.
His smile was enough to answer your question, but he made sure to vocalize it too. “Oh, sure we do.”
And just like that, you found yourself resting your head on Heeseung’s chest as you both took the floor space under the cozy blankets, the scent of one of the candles you decided to open filling the room, as well as the low sound of the TV showing your favorite comfort movie, while your arm wrapped over the pumpkin plush and Heeseung’s waist, after eating some snacks together.
At some point, Heeseung looked at you and you felt the weight of his gaze, looking back at him. You smiled, grateful for having such a caring boyfriend that would do anything to ease the hard life for you.
On the other hand, Heeseung’s heart ached in love, glad to have you by his side. He already knew that, but it worked as a reminder.
He would keep falling for you in every season.

but he can't help but get horny, so fucking horny when you do something for him. anything. when you bring him coffee at work, he's hard as a rock. when you take care of him after a stressful day, he's grateful, so grateful, but his bulge is tightening his pants.
and right now, when he sees you in your tight little sun dress as you're holding out a strawberry cake, his favorite, he knows he's about to explode.
he groans, actually groans as you dip your finger in the frosting holding out your fingers in front of his lips, his cock is strained in his pants, he needs you, and he needs you now.
his gaze remains attached to yours as he sucks on your finger, the rich flavors engulf his mouth, and he makes a popping sound causing you to rub your thighs together with the way his gaze devours you.
'what d'ya think?' you give him a small smile, excited for his feedback as you spent the entire day working on steve's favorite cake.
'tastes so fuckin' sweet, darlin' he murmurs as you giggle, looking up to him all doe-eyed, and steve swears you're doing it on purpose.
'do you like my surprise?' you ask, your eyes are lit up with hope and steve is putty in your hands, he adores the way your face is covered in flour, and he's quick to swipe it away, admiring your features.
'i love it, baby, you made this just for me?' he teases, his soft hands cup your cheeks, and you nod quickly, melting into his hands.
'mhmm, just for you stevie.' you murmur as you plant a kiss into his palm, and it's so soft, so fragile that steve feels perverted by the way he's thinking about you.
but he's desperate, so fucking desperate that all he wants to do is bend you over the counter and thrust into you till you scream out his name, making you cum over and over again while he watches your pretty face contort.
'wanna taste some too, stevie.' you whine as you point towards the cake, steve's pants tighten at what you're insinuating and he bites his cheek, his fingers dip into the frosting as he holds it in front of you.
you are quick to take his hand in yours, licking the frosting as you suck on his finger, all while holding your gaze with his, and you can almost see his pretty chestnut orbs become dark and lustful.
'you have no idea what you're doing to me, princess.' he sucks in a breath, 'fuck.' he almost groans and you look up at him all innocently.
'my pretty girl.' he murmurs as his lips crash into yours, they taste like strawberries and cream, he's gentle but rough, and so very needy.
'need you baby, need you s'fuckin' badly.' he groans into your lips, 'stevie...' you whine, pleading.
'what does my pretty girl need?' he cooes. 'you. need you inside.' you whine, so needily, so prettily that steve has no choice but to take care of his girl.
before you can comprehend it steve is quick to bend you over the kitchen counter, pressing your head on the cold counter with one hand while the other one is quick to unzip his pants.
'i got you, baby... i'm gonna give you everything you fuckin' need, princess.' he flips up your dress, groaning at the sight as he gives you a rough slap on your cheeks, making you yelp.
'shh, princess... you can take it, mmm? my good lil' girl can take it.' he lays a messy kiss on your back, giving you another slap as you whine again.
'p-please... need more, need your cock, stevie...' you plead, and steve pouts. 'such a needy lil' baby, are ya?' he mocks, and you nod, you want— need him.
his tip is leaking with pre-cum as he gives it a few tugs at the sight of your ass cheeks being covered with his handprints, he smirks, smugly. 's'fuckin' gorgeous...' he murmurs, he tugs at your lacy panties, dragging them down your thighs.
he's slow to kiss every inch of your thighs, he spreads them apart, placing sloppy kisses in your inner thigh from the back as your breath hitches, 'stevie...' you murmur.
'you say my name so pretty.' he praises, 'tell me what you want, doll.' he's teasing now as his lips come close to your pussy lips, but never close enough that you get what you need.
'p-please, stevie, your hands, your mouth, your cock, anything...' you plead, doe-eyed, and steve knows he could never say no to you.
'pretty baby, you know i would never say no to you if you begged for me like that, hmm?' he cooes, standing up now, cowering over your figure, his eyes are glazed with lust, you can't see him with your ass pressing onto his hardened cock, but from the tone of his voice you know how worked up he is.
his fingers are rough as they pinch your clit, causing you to whine. he slips one finger into your soaking folds, going deeper and deeper as you cry out, begging for more.
'is this what you wanted, sweets?' he murmurs, his lips are on your neck, sucking, nibbling, marking you in any way that he can.
'yes, yes!' you whine, steve's fingers are fast as they work in and out of you, his mouth is on each part of your body, almost. you can feel his thick cock, pressing harder against your ass, and it is driving you crazy, you need him inside of you.
'n-need more, stevie. need your cock.' you plead.
'does my good lil' girl want my cock inside?' he cooes, mockingly, making you nod frantically, 'yes, please stevie, please!' you cry out.
'what my pretty girl want, she gets.' he murmurs as he lines his angry tip along your entrance. he holds his cock with one hand while the other has a tight grip on your waist, then to tease you further, he starts tapping his leaking tip against your aching clit, letting out a hum.
you whine at the movement, feeling empty. 'such a pretty fuckin' sight, my gorgeous girl.' mewled groans escape his pretty lips, without letting a whine escape your pretty lips again he thrusts his hips into you in a quick movement, causing you to gasp at the feeling.
with both of his hands, he grips your waist, sheathing his cock inside of you slowly and more steadily now, bending you over further as he works his cock inside of you making you moan and whimper beneath him.
'f-fuck, princess. i'll never get used to how well this tight cunt takes me." his voice is raspy.
"so fuckin' warm.' he groans, his head thrown back as you feel your tight cunt stretch with each of his movement.
he sinks deeper, and deeper into you, burying himself to the hilt, making sure that you feel every ridge, every inch of his cock.
he brings one of his hands against your head, pressing you further into the counter as he thrusts further into you, causing you to suck in a breath when his ridge pushes against your clit again.
'harder, stevie, p-please...' you cry out and steve groans at your words, the way you beg him for more makes him squeeze his eyes shut with pleasure.
'my needy fuckin' girl.' he groans as he removes his cock from your warm pussy, and it almost causes you to whine because of the emptiness, begging for him to fill you up, but before you can steve pushes his girthy cock inside of you again, deeper, and harder.
all the thoughts leave his head, the only thing he cares about now is how you are bent over beneath him, begging for more, crying out his name as your ass jiggles each time he holds a tighter grip and shoves his cock inside of your tight hole.
all he cares about is how warm and tight your cunt feels, and all you care about is how well he fills your hole, so big, and his cock is ridged in all the right places that make you scream out his name.
he's not slowing down as he keeps up his thrusts, he wants you creaming his cock, screaming out his name as he fills your walls with his load.
he wants to ruin you and put you back together all at the same time, he wants you desperate, begging to him to let you cum, over and over again, until your clit is so sensitive that you cannot handle it anymore.
the room is filled with steve's curses and his praises, 'takin' me so well sweets.'
'such a good lil' girl for me, aren't ya?' and the sounds of your skin slapping against each other.
'need to cum, stevie. can i please cum?' you plead, whining still, and steve tries to slow down to not let you cum, but he can't help himself, his movements are still quick and he cannot control his pace when you teasingly arch your ass against him, causing your tight cunt to engulf around his cock, he throws his head back in pleasure, eyes squeezed shut.
'f-fuck, baby, doin' so well for me, you can cum for me, babygirl.' he cooes as he bites onto your shoulder to hold himself from spilling his load into you. 'cum for me sweets, cream my cock.'
'i wanna feel you, princess. i wanna feel every fucking inch of this sweet pussy.' he groans as he strokes into you over and over again.
your warm cunt clamps around his cock, steve feels you release through his cock as you cry out for his name.
steve can't hold it in anymore, your pretty whines, the way you moan out his name, and the 'o' shape your pretty little lips take as you orgasm around him is enough to get him to empty his balls inside of you.
's-shit baby, can't hold it in much longer.' he curses.
'cum for me, stevie. wanna feel your warm load inside me.' you whine, praising him, and he groans loudly.
with a final thrust of his lips into your soaked warm cunt, he spills his seed inside of you. you can feel his cock pulse inside of you, it's warm and fills your hole to the brim.
steve groans loudly, and it's so blissful to your ears, he's so beautiful when he's loud and whiny, you think to yourself as your head is filled with nothing but steve.
he collapses on top of you, putting all of his weight onto you, hugging you from behind as you can hear his heavy breathing, still cursing as he praises you.
'my good lil' girl, pretty lil' baby.' he murmurs as he kisses your shoulders, when he's sure that every single drop of his cum is inside of you, he finally slips out.
he turns you around to face him, and you collapse in his arms, feeling dizzy, you hum. 'you're s'good, stevie.' you murmur weakly and it causes a smug chuckle out of steve, he gives your forehead a soft kiss.
'let's get you cleaned up, sweetheart.' you gaze up at him as he picks you up, carrying you with his strong arms.
his honey-glazed eyes are mesmerizing as they look down on you, you adoringly admire his features. he's so pretty after he cums, his beautiful hair lays messily on his forehead, and he has the most adoring gaze.
'wanna take a bath with me? so we can clean you up, pretty girl?' he asks, and you nod. 'mhmm, please.'
he carries you to the bathroom, and you let your hands run over his face, admiring his beauty marks and his always-perfect hair.
'so pretty.' you murmur as steve places you down, running the shower as he chuckles at your comment.
'thank you.' he hums as he places a kiss on your forehead, it's gentle and filled with endearment.
'for what?' you ask, confused.
'for the cake, for the coffees, for all the little things you do for me. and for caring about me, always.' his hands are soft as they cup your cheeks.
'i love you, pretty girl.' he murmurs.
'i love you too, stevie.' you giggle as your lips softly graze against his.

No Knock Raid
I kinda have an obsession with mafia!141 and it's my fave dark romance trope
Pairing: John Price / Reader
No mention of name or description of reader
About this: SWAT performs a no knock raid on the readers and Johns room.
This whole day tasted like it was off , it was way too hot , the air was stagnant and you knew that tonight it was going to storm . John had been away on business since yesterday. He’s texted on telegram multiple times just updating you on what's he’s doing and you the same
The kids started summer about two weeks ago and you have officially run out of stuff to do.
You know you have wonderful children but they have so much energy , sadly and with “daddy” gone they have gone a little crazy. Youve been to the pool , water balloons and a pillow fort that is still up.
It's bath time and you can see the storm clouds rolling in and hoping you can get the kids to bed so they won't beg to sleep with you.
You hear a crack of thunder as you fall asleep.
You wake up to the sound of more thunder or so you think until men in SWAT gear are yelling at you with flashlights and guns to “GET , UP” and your first thought it that you need to get your kids and call John. You push the button on the backside of the night stand as you get led out of the bedroom and into the living room where your two children on their knees with the hands behind their head and one of the swat members holding your youngest.
“Mommy” the little cries reaching his little arms out for you.
“Can I grab him?”, you ask the agent.
“No”, he says.
“Please”, you beg. You think about what will happen once you tell him about the agent that refused to let you hold your children. Hearing your children cry and you not being able to do anything is hurting you in ways that you can’t even fathom.
“No”, he says again with a little more authority
You think you start to disassociate seeing them take your kids away in a separate car with tears rolling down everyone's cheeks. At the precinct you are immediately taken to the integration room and you wait… and…. wait and ….wait some more. When the agent finally comes in, he looks tired but you see the smirk in his eye thinking he finally got John Price.
“Do you want some water or coffee?”, he ask.
“I want my phone call you”, say quietly.
“You sure you want to call your husband” he ask
“I want my phone call”
He sighs ,“okay” and comes back with a flip phone
You call your sister , she answers on the third ring
“Hello”
“Can you come to the 18th precinct and pick up the kids”
“What”
“Can you please come the 18th precinct and pick up the kids”
“Yes , I will be there in thirty minutes” she hangs up after. You are worried about your children , they had guns pointed at them, woken up in the middle of the night with big men yelling at them, and you can't comfort them and it's making you go crazy.
The lights in the integration room are starting to give you a headache , your stomach is rolling around, and you have picked off all your nails and started doing cuticle work with your teeth. You know the agent is asking you questions
“Do you know what your husband does for a living “
“How often is he gone ? “
“What does 141 mean to you”
You answered none of them , didn't even acknowledge the questions being asked. You just wanted to go home and hug your children.
Agent number 2 walks in says something to Agent number 1 ears he purses his lips rises out of his chair and says “Well Ms.Price your good to go”
You relax your shoulders in relief and stand to your feet and follow them out the door.
“-IF YOU DONT GET MY WIFE RIGHT KNOW ,HEADS WILL FUCKING ROLL” you hear him before you see him and the voice brings you so much joy you quicken your steps and round the corner and you see him. You walk towards him bumping into almost every desk and banging your head into his chest , grabbing his hand and squeezing as hard as you can.
“My love , I’m so sorry” he whispers against your forehead.
“The children?” you ask just as quietly.
“Safe at home , with your sister”
“Is home really safe?”
He is quiet and doesn’t answer but his eyes narrow and looks around and zones in at the Chief and stalks over
“You got a lot of nerve doing a fucking no knock raid on my home” he’s standing toe to toe with him looking him directly in eyes. The Chief face pales and tries to back up and when sees that he runs into a wall , he sputters “I-I didn’t kno-”
John somehow gets closer and rears his fist back “You didn’t know that your agents were going to raid my house”, he ask almost rhetorically. He says underneath his breath to him , “You will regret this and will be dealt with later”
He then looks at you and walks toward you, puts his hand on the same of your back and leads you out the building and into the car.

the jjk naga au is getting to me……..i fear im terminally ill with thoughts about it (seriously, top of the food chain is such a yummy series (?) and im soso obsessed with how you've written gojo’s and geto’s characters, i reread your works everyday, i just can't get enough! ^^)
and i hope you don't mind if i share a Thought i've had :3 (i was going for an mc who used to draw/sketch/make art just for this specific scenario)
Imagine that your time on the island's barely dragging on. There's only so many berries to pick and so many times you can braid Suguru’s hair into elaborate styles. You're bored, stranded on an island with these two naga captors and their (adorable) hatchlings.
Well, there's always playing with the hatchlings, or tussling with Satoru (he calls it playtime but you're far from amused when you get a faceful of sand when he tugs your legs out from under you) but you miss your alone time. That little bubble of yours. Ah, privacy.
Like that'd happen, but you can dream.
It's a stroke of chance when Nobara comes to you with her new haul of human paraphernalia, all too excitedly. A leather satchel. Some printed photos of nameless faces with scenic backgrounds. A waterlogged cell phone, practically unsalvageable. A journal with pages so thoroughly soaked, it falls apart in wet clumps.
“What are these?” You can hear her rummage through the bag, her nose wrinkling slightly. “Smells weird.” And so you look over to see her glaring down at a (relatively new) set of oil paints, sealed away in the bag. It's likely that she picked up on the scent of the strange chemicals.
Your eyes are bright with hope as you gently pull it out of her hold. Ready to answer her million and one questions.
…
After all this time that you've thought of what you'd wished to be able to do, you're at a loss. You've got a wall to the cave to yourself, a set of oil paints and a makeshift brush from the wood of this one particular tree off the side of the island. The only thing you're missing right now is inspiration.
A muse.
Satoru and Suguru are snoozing. Peaceful and laid in each other's arms. you can appreciate the quiet to yourself.
You hear familiar shrieks and playful yells of the hatchlings' name.
The slight bit of quiet, then.
Nobara and Yuji are wrestling in the water, arguing over something in a mix of clicks and curse words. The sight is an endearing one, but moving too quick.
So you do some searching inward.
And you paint what comes to mind. What you've felt this whole time.
…
“What's that?” Ever the curious one, Nobara rests her head on your shoulder to peer over at your artwork in progress. She doesn't understand any of it—and she wouldn't. Your human upbringing is leagues different from hers.
“... Home.” You murmur, and Nobara’s glancing up at you in wonder because of the way your eyes glisten, the way your hand lingers over to paint in a fine detail.
“Well, it was my home.” You smile back at her, and she's at ease. You're not sad—no, she'd make it everybody's problem if you were—and then she makes sure to know everything about the scene you've drawn.
“What's that?” She gestures. Careful not to smudge the paint off, index outstretched to a figure she doesn't recognise.
“That's a lamp. When it gets dark, we switch it on so there's light. Like the torches in the cave, you see?”
“Torch? Hmm… and that?”
It seems that talking about your old home brings a warmth to your voice. Nobara beams up at you all giddy as you explain, eager to learn more. Eventually Yuji slinks over to listen as well, more so to the sound of your voice than what you're saying.
You sound happy, the pair can tell. Like when you taste a berry sweeter than the others, or when you tell them stories of your own to lull them to sleep. They like the chime of joy in your voice, and neither stops you from rambling about your once-home.
It's a moment of peace. and warmth.
Yet it shatters for you when you feel a strong muscled tail coil around your waist, that familiar sense of having your space invaded taking over. A very intrigued Satoru looms over you, eyes glinting as he takes in the sight. You know that something's off—he seems more punishing with how tight he holds you.
“Home, huh?” Satoru repeats, and even the hatchlings can tell that's their cue to leave. Nobara offers you a lingering glance, almost pouty before she slithers away, following after her brother.
…
The next early morning, you find your home gone.
In a sense, it's a bitter joke to be played on you. Not only were you never going to be back at your own place, even the expression of the idea was taken away from you. Just like your freedom was. your choice. The wall of the cave was bare, not a hint of the paint or the sentiment lingering behind. As if someone hit a total reset. Paints nowhere to be found, your canvas scrubbed clean.
Suguru stretches out from behind you, one of the first few to wake up, wrapping you in a lazy hug, before he follows your gaze. You'd call the soft laugh that rumbles in his chest cruel. Mocking your homesickness in that loving way only he could manage.
“Must've rained last night.” He comments at the absence of your artwork, and you wish you could pinpoint at least an inch or sarcasm in his words. You nod quietly, and he draws you in closer.
Cold lips brush against your temple.
“The only home you need is with us.”
The sand under your feet is drier than your throat.
(oh my god im sorry if i rambled too much, i hope its not annoying ^^;;)
jaw dropping. amazing. wHAT????
I love how anon made Nobara's characterization so much sweeter and innocent. Though it's probably cuz she's younger in this fic...considering she can still stay on land. And satosugu not even wanting you to THINK of your old home is so accurate. I feel the more they learn your language, the more eager they'll be to display ownership.
Anyway thx anon for making the fourth part! from now on if anyone wants an addition to the naga series turn to the anons not me.

Helloooo it's me again back with another obey me request :)
Could I get the Demon bros with a depressed MC? I'm having a rough time rn and I just need some comfort but ofc feel free to ignore if u don't do requests like these!!
Have a nice day/night!! ♡☆♡☆♡
hi! of course! sorry I'm so late on this!!! also love your pfp (huge pjsekai fan)
Part of the reason I took so long is because I just didn’t know where to start
I love the demon bro I wanna squeeze them like a squishmellow and they’ve gotten me thorough some tough stuff
it's hard for me to articulate anything relating to depression just because I struggle to open up about it especially after my diagnosis. I don’t think anyone except my mom knows only because she was in the room at the time, and all you guys now of course haha
sorry if that was worded so weird and if anything below is worded weird but it’s just hard for me to find words to put together how I’m feeling but writing is my therapy so thank you for this request :)
Brothers with a depressed Mc
Lucifer
would def notice something was up right away from the first meeting, not because of how you acted, but just because it's Luci
once he officially found out, he made all arrangements needed right away
you need a few days off school? you got it, he's already talking to diavolo
you need a break from chores? you got it, he distributed the work among the rest of the family
there's only one thing you feel like eating? you got it, it's what everyone is eating for dinner
supportive in a quiet way, and does all sorts of little things to lighten the load
Mammon
as your first and best man, he acts as your knight and is willing to do anything to help you out
he tries his best to correct his own bad habits so you can work together on yourself
like, for example, if you struggle to get out of bed in the morning, he will get up and moving earlier so you can be up at the same time
nobody is perfect! he tells you this all the time because he knows how dark everything might seem sometimes
he partially understands how you feel since being the family punching bag for hundreds of years takes a toll on someone
he’s with you in every step of your journey, ups and downs, no matter what
Levi
he often has his own self deprecating thoughts, so he knows what you’re dealing with
everyone copes in their own ways but he hopes by sharing all the things he loves, he can bring some happiness
he shared everything with you, both his physical possessions and his thoughts
if you prefer to just sit together, he can do that, but if you want to talk about it, he will do his best to also share how he’s feeling
he wants you to be able to use him as a support system and as someone to fall back on
he always tries to bring a smile to your face and to be someone you trust, despite his own flaws
Satan
he shows you the little joys in life, the ones you might struggle or forget to see like sunsets and how the clouds change color with the sky, or how soft flower petals can be, or how a smile can change someone’s entire day
often he invites you out to places, for no reason at all so you can enjoy everything, especially the sun
he takes you on trips to the human world to visit your favorite places and occasionally see your favorite people if he’s allowed
he helps you with school work and takes the load when ever he can
if you asked him, he would do anything for you <3
Asmo
he always helps you out with your personal hygiene since often, that's what goes first
it's much easier to keep a routine if someone is doing it with you, and Asmo would never forget, so he help keep you on track
but, he's also not pushy about it. if you'll let him, he'll do some of the tasks for you, no strings attached
he's with you at your worst and best. he's not going anywhere
he's determined to be your personal cheerleader and will celebrate all the small things with you
Beel
at first, he's a little shocked at the changes in eating patterns, but supports you when ever and where ever you need it
if he knows there's only one food you will eat, he will physically restrain himself from eating it because he knows how much it means to you
exercise helps but he knows it's probably the last thing you want to do, so he helps you though little bits at a time and takes you out to get a reward afterwards
spending time with you makes him happy, so he figures it must be the same the other way around so he makes an effort to just be with you, even if its just sitting together while you do different things
often finds himself seeking you out just to ask how you are by instinct, proving what a sweetheart he is
Belphie
an interrupted or strange sleep cycle is something he would for sure notice
he becomes the biggest cuddle bug and will often give you sleepy kisses
when you're resting, he'll give you sweet dreams that will leave you feeling warm and fuzzy afterwards
he makes an effort to make the bed just how you like it, and before long makes it a habit to join you in your room for naps and bedtime
he doesn't mind if you wake up at weird time and will wait with you as long as you need to get up
thank you again for such the long wait! hope you enjoyed and hope you're feeling better now <333

❝ 𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐦𝐞? 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐭! ❞
𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐬) ⋮ Daisuke x AFAB! Reader
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 ⋮ 3.1k
𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 ⋮ 1 | 2 | 3
𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ⋮ Finally meeting the nurse!
𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐬 ⋮ Cross-Posted on AO3 | Vomit Mentioned | Anya being Anya
𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 ⋮ APOLOGIES AGAIN! I DROPPED FROM A 95 TO A 25 IN TWO OF MY CLASSES. SO SORRY THIS IS VERY LATE AGAIN! WINTER BREAK TIL EARLY FEBRUARY SO ILL BE UPDATING AT LEAST ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK!
There’s something about the nurse aboard the Tuplar, she’s sweet, not sickeningly, but in a beautiful moderation. The way you’re given a piece of candy for completion of a simple task and even more so envelopes you when the day is rough. You’re not surprised by her nature; however, you are surprised by her knowledge.
You won’t lie to yourself that Jimmy had definitely convinced you that Anya was someone who tried too hard at things “She’d never be good at.” You feel for her, Jimmy setting these unrealistic expectations of what his own needs and wants that he desires from the group.
Anya…Musume? Maybe it was a lack of attention you paid in school, but God, you couldn't read cursive to save your life. Looking at her name card, you could tell who she was. She was the nurse on deck and who you'd be spending your time with. Luckily for you, you'd given this time to really take in your surroundings, and by taking your surroundings, be stuck with Jimmy for a majority of the duration of your trip.
It peeved you to say the least, and you couldn't help but hate how much Jimmy was going to be around you, and how much this was definitely going to affect your relationship given the situation.
Your eyes laid on Anya, she was gorgeous, in fact, one of the most prettiest girls in the world. She honestly reminded you a bit of Daisuke’s older sister, she's not meek when she talks to you. In fact, you watch as Anya takes over Jimmy, she's a lot more carefree than Jimmy made her out to be, passionate about helping you, Jimmy also calls that her hellbent need to be in charge, and she tells you about how you should join her and Daisuke for a game, and which Jimmy will tell you that they’re both childish ego maniacs who have never told no in their life.
“They keep trying, reaching for something that they know they'll never reach, but thanks to their parents' big ambition and big push, they think they can accomplish the world. They don't know hard work. Failing 8 times? It's obvious she's not trying hard enough. Daisuke? It’ll just be inheritance.”
You hated how little time you were able to spend with Anya. It honestly pissed you off how fucking pushy Jimmy was. It was irritating to be around somebody so annoyingly negative, pessimistic, ignorant to the world around them, only thinking of how things can only get worse.
It wasn't even you who told him to go away, it was Anya. The dark-haired woman speaks to you. There's a big, chipper smile on her face, and it's radiant, like a halo behind her, and she's looking to you like Mother Teresa. “I would love some help from you if you don't mind. I know Jimmy is rather busy since he is Copiloting and I am pretty sure Curly's been talking about needing some help in the cockpit for a minute. He came in here early with some injuries. I was hoping I would find Jimmy to tell him to go help Curly. It gives you the time to really look into the nurse's office and get to know more about the area, I'd be happily able to inform you while Jimmy's gone.” Jimmy scoffs. Obviously, he can't even help the idea of you wanting to do something else rather than be around him.
“Well,” “I’d love to, Anya!”
Jimmy's eyes as it hits your gaze but Anya's there, and she's tall and proud and she doesn't give a shit. She's like this bright flashlight, beating down on a shadow. “You’re our only hope!” Anya jokes. There's a soft giggle in her voice. Jimmy leaves in a huff and it honestly brings you more joy to even be out of the area. She watches as your soldiers fall in relief and she can't help but just feel for you in those seconds as she watches you.
“What a hardass, no?” You let out another sigh, “You’re fucking telling me.” Bursts in the laughter. It's the same boisterous laughter that you hear in the game room while her and Daisuke are going at it.
It's nice, you're not surprised Curly feels so at peace around her, she's like a garden, if you're gonna be honest, with all the pastels surrounding you and the smell of the nature hitting your nose. It's sweet, not nauseous, not irritating to the skin. Everything is soft and the temperature is perfect.
“Well, tell me about yourself,” she says. She takes a seat on the other side of the desk, and you follow in suit as you just can't wait to talk to this woman. “What do you like to do on the ship? What makes you smile? Why are you here? How'd you throw up on Jimmy without him making a bigger scene?” Anya's quick quiz questions. She's very inquisitive.
You look around her desk to see the small doodles on sticky notes, the many different books on psychology and mental health, and the personal notebook on her desk decorated with old worn-down stickers that are scratched up and fading in color.
You try to answer every question with suave, you hope your cool in her eyes, “Honestly, I like sleeping on this ship. I never realized how exhausting everything would be, especially with such a hard ass like Jimmy. I mean, Jesus, man this guy can't do anything without being such a bitch! He's always trying to make me do more and more and more like me doing the basics isn't enough. And he acts like this is like something I've done 1000 times but I'm literally doing only for the first time. And I can't believe it. He's just so aggravating, you know?”
Anya's listening earnestly, and it's riveting to have somebody genuinely sit there and listen to you. There are no accusatory glances, there's no language that has any type of anger or hindrance towards your story or how you feel. It's fully allowing you to be in the moment and be in your emotions.
You’re wondering why it’s so easy to talk to Anya when you struggle talking to anyone else, is it always this easy to talk to strangers? It’s probably why your always on online chatrooms, like the time your mom caught you on one at 3AM and almost tore you a new one.
Anya hits you with the simple responses, “Mhm.” “Right.” “Oh my god.” In her tone, it's laid back, it makes you feel casual, and it makes you feel amazing. “What makes me smile? Honestly, I really couldn't tell you, but I promise you that the reason? That's probably on this ship, actually.”
Anya's ears perk up, and she's most definitely way more into this than you thought she'd be. Not like she wasn't into it before, but it's definitely something that's alarmed her. “On this ship?” There’s a hum in her voice as she playfully smirks, your bite your tongue as punish before shaking your exposed palms at her to try and lower the attention to your wording.
“No, not like that, just–” Anya just dismissively hums at you, she knows something you don’t and it’s eating you alive, “I’m really only on this ship for my mom? She wants to make sure I get better opportunities when I get back. But honestly, I just can't wait to move out of this house. It's exhausting. Everything is just so exhausting, but I think it's gonna get better. Once I'm out.” Anya nods, “Once you’re out!”
You smile at this. There's something so sweet about this, thus you continue on. “Honestly, I didn't really mean to throw up on Jimmy, it was a lot in the moment and honestly it was just so icky being around him. I felt like there was hundreds of thousands of maggots just swirling around in my stomach acid and they were becoming more than my stomach acid could take and not enough was being burnt down and I just felt it just plummeting back in my throat and I just couldn't fathom being around that man anymore.”
Oh, fuck.
The look on Anya's face is caring but there's definitely a hint of anger, irritation even, and just grief for you specifically. Anya feels for you, she honestly can't stand being around Jimmy in the minutes she had to meet him. He was just nothing more than somebody who was just super-duper grumpy with Daisuke and Swansea make little jokes about the bitter man.
Anya stops joking with Curly after making one joke and Jimmy hearing it from Curly and thus Curly mentioning Anya and thus Jimmy saying lot of things very much out of line that led to their dismissive interactions with another unless under a professional lens.
“It’s just treating him if he needs it and making sure I do the psych evals, other than that, he has no reason to be around me.”
You respect Anya in that regard: She's very much self-oriented, if it’s hurting her, it’s out of her life like that, she snaps, and you notice the shimmer from the glitter on her pink almond nails. “Do you get them done often?”
Anya raised a brow, you point to her hands put them out to cradle her as she allows you to get a closer look, “Oh, I do ‘em myself. I used to do my mom's when I lived at home.” That’s when Anya turned your hands around, your hands were fried from the manual labor that Jimmy put you through, she winces but a light bulb above her makes her shine like a descending Angel. “I don't know if you're against it, and if you are it’s cool, but I'd really love if you let me work on your nails. If not, it's completely cool. But you know, if you let me, I'd be like super happy!” There’s a cheekiness to Anya, she’s unapologetically herself, never in a mean way but uplift others. A smile on her face, it’s subtle but there, “I’d be super happy too, if you did my nails.” Anya gives you an even bigger smile, before she slowly pulls in with a flutter of her lashes, “Oh, yeah?” You giggle at her nature, “Oh, most definitely.”
The two of you share a giggle before she unfortunately has to dismiss you, “Studying sucks, but I don’t think my gut can take more chili fries.” Anya playfully sighs as she waves you out.
There’s a pep in your step as you walk, this pep however hushes once you hear Curly and Jimmy talking in another room, “And she completely dismissed me, as if I didn’t exist!” You listen in closely.
Obviously, they're talking about you, so you should hear it. Because they won't tell you and they never will. Maybe that's your own fault, but the more you listen to Jimmy complain, the more you wonder if Curly even cares at this point.
“Well, you didn’t really take the time to really address Anya, y’know?” He's dismissive to the fact that Curly could even be right in this scenario. With how he's been carrying himself this whole time, he's assumed that Anya should just respect him regardless.
You have no choice but to really listen to him regardless since this is really all you really have, and you'd have to hear about him talking shit about everybody later anyways. “Even then, she should respect me, I am the co-captain.” Curly sighs, “Well, you don’t really act like a nice co-captain.” There’s a stifle in his voice, a choked out laugh escapes Jimmy and you can feel the spit hit your face from memory.
“Oh, you mean be you?” “No. I mean be more likeable, try with the others, all you do is sit here cooped up in this section of the ship barking orders at…” Curly backpedals, your peeved that he’s not saying more, Jimmy repeats your name, you feel your back straighten at the sound.
“Listen, what goes on with the training has nothing to do with you or anyone else on this ship. Besides, you put me in charge of them, you think I’m gonna sit there and let my protege get soft like Swansea’s?” There’s an eye roll from the blond, “What are you even talking about? Swansea has Daisuke study, and he gives him tests on the material.”
Another sigh leaves Curly, you hear those beat up shoes hit the floor as he adjusts himself before he speaks again, “Y’know what your problem is? You sit here and you constantly compare yourself to others, and when they're not exactly like you, you wanna sit there and make them feel bad for being themselves.”
'Jimmy says nothing, your shocked by that fact alone, “I got you this job because it’s easy money, Lord knows your situation before wasn’t any better than this, and instead of trying to get along with others or at least being cordial, you’re trying to self-destruct when things don’t go your way.”
There’s a drag in the air, you peek a bit to see that Jimmy huffs and his head hangs low, he’s like a child being caught digging in the candy jar.
Curly looks irritated, it's a very different light you see him in as its rare you ever seen him disgruntled, “I really am screwing this up. I mean, have I really not been trying at all? I feel like I have. Have I really not been changing to begin with?” Jimmy mutters to himself, loud enough for you and Curly to hear since the sound of a foot echoed throughout these halls.
Curly’s features soften, “Maybe you’re right, I’m not cut out for this stuff, I should’ve just stated back.” He sighs before pulling Jimmy in for a hug. “We’ve known each other since forever, I don’t want to see you struggle like you did before, this is how you lost your last job, remember?” Jimmy doesn’t even respond, he nods with his head in his friend’s shoulder before Curly has a big smile on his and he pats his friend’s back.
“I just want what’s best for you, Jimmy.” Curly says as he pulls away, Jimmy nods again, “Yeah, I know.” It’s like he’s reflecting on himself almost, before Jimmy begins to fold in on himself, “God, I really am screwing this up.” The brunette then puts his head in his hands leaving Curly to quickly comfort the man, “Hey, you’re doing your best, I’m not expecting you to get it overnight.”
You're in awe by them, you wonder if you should do something or at least doing something more than just watching them right now. You clear your throat causing the two to look back to you, Jimmy straightens up, that remorseful look on his face now a bittered expression that was the sourness that your existence caused him. Curly perks up, “Hey there.” Jimmy says your name, you fix your posture, “Jimmy. Curly. How’s it hanging?” “Was doing a lot better earlier.”
God, you wanna punch this guy so fucking bad.
“Ah, I get that. I heard from Swansea that Daisuke was sniffling earlier, you probably caught it.” The man raises a brow, “How can I catch it? I only saw him once today.” You also a raise brow, “Y’know, like pathogens? He sneezes and it’s all in the air now.” Curly nods in agreement, “Yeah, we are trapped on this ship so it would be hard for something like that to just disappear in the air.” Jimmy nods alongside him, “You’re right, Curly.”
You allow the situation roll off your back, like a duck to water, you don't let it affect you and you're glad you don't. Now Curly and Jimmy are just looking at you before Curly perks up with a little question, “I mean, didn’t you throw up earlier? You probably got it from Daisuke.”
Now you're here stuck thinking about the fact that Daisuke has such a disgusting implication of you.
“Oh, yeah, probably.” That’s when Curly looks towards Jimmy, his eyes dart towards you and then back towards Jimmy. “Maybe you should turn in, it’s been a long day, and I need you to handle the challenges for tomorrow.” Gee, thanks. You smile, eagerly, “Thank you so much, Jimmy. I really appreciate this.” You dismiss yourself because what else are you doing around these two? You don't need to be around them longer than you need to be, and just being around these two just makes you feel off.
You quickly make your way to your room. While walking around, you however discover one of the room’s door opened, It's not in your nature to really peak. The Jimmy and Curly thing was definitely you just trying to learn more about why he was such a douchebag, and you didn't really learn much to be honest with you.
So maybe peeking isn't gonna really help you in this situation—
“Hey, come in here, you.” The only feminine voice you'll be met with on this trip. You turn your head after walking by the door without looking, and there you're met with Anya, she's out of uniform some pajama bottoms and an oversized shirt, you notice the face on it– “You like Love Island?” Anya raises a brow, “You know Love Island?” You nod your head, “My mom’s really into it, sometimes I just watch it with her while I’m making food.”
“Cool.”
“Yeah.”
There’s silence between the two of you, it’s nerving given that she just has this unphased expression on her face, her half-lidded eyes with a small smile that showed how happy she was to be around you had only made you worry more as you believe your overstaying your welcome by standing around her. You try to dismiss yourself—
“You wanna come watch it with me? I got a bunch of downloaded episodes.”
You perk up at the question, not like you have anything better to do, you’re not sick and Jimmy just let you go. Anya tilts her head, awaiting your response, “So?” Your eyes widen, “Oh, yeah, of course.” The smile on Anya’s face got bigger, “Yeah, come on in.”

Only the light from Vessel’s laptop is what guides your path into his bed, but you’ve been around his place enough times to know your way around in the dark. Plenty times you’d slinked out from under the covers to bring back a midnight snack you can munch on while he picks a movie to watch. This time, you come back to see him setting up to watch some cheesy romantic drama as you hand him a box of pop tarts you’d found. He chuckles softly at your choice of snack and pulls you under his duvet to snuggle up to him.
He’s always so warm, so good at keeping you cozy on dark and cold nights.
“Feels like I’m in a movie with you sometimes,” he says.
You roll your eyes and gently push at his shoulder.
He tsks affectionately and looks back to the screen. You feel guilt creep into your body as you try to think of something sweet to say back to him. He was so good with his words and it made you so flustered to the point of disputing his words with humour in hopes that it would make you feel less vulnerable. That was still something you were working on with him, vulnerability. At first you hated how much he made you nervous but you’re learning to accept the way your face heats up just by looking at him.
“I’m sorry. You keep making me blush and I don’t want to admit that I like it,” you confess.
Vessel smiles and leans over to kiss your temple, holding your cheek in one hand to bring you closer to him. He nuzzles his face into your neck when he’s done and it makes you giggle and reach out to grab a hold of his shirt for some stability. Laughing into your skin, he moves his hands down to hold your waist and his lips make their way across your shoulders. They’re soft and warm as they gently press against your skin, and this time you don’t try to diffuse the affection and warmth in your cheeks; you let him shower you with his love and every kiss he gives you feels like it opens your heart just a little more for him.
Once the giggles die down and you’re both smiling at each other with the movie long forgotten, his hand comes up to cup your cheek again. One deep, loving kiss is shared between you and you’re reaching up for another when he starts to speak.
“You should move in,” he says. It’s not what you were expecting him to say, evident by the look of shock on your face. You’ve never discussed the topic beyond swift mentions in passing conversation but it’s something you’d thought about in depth but didn’t want to bring it up first in case he wasn’t fond of the idea. It would hurt so tremendously to hear him say so, even if you’d struggle to admit it.
“You wouldn’t mind me being here all the time?” you ask, your once-droopy eyes now wide open and glued to his own. He takes a breath.
“Angel, every time you leave I have to fight back tears. It feels empty without you here. I don’t want to watch the door close and know I won’t see you for days because you’re working late… I want you to come back to me and sleep in my arms knowing you’re home.”
The movie drones on, but all you can hear is the two of you breathing. You’re in sync, as you so often are, and it’s calming. You know you should say something to him, jump for joy and kiss him breathless, but you can’t help but stop to take in all that he said.
Home, with him. Home, with the both of you.
“I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have sprung that on you-“
He can’t finish, because you’re kissing him and bringing your arms to rest around his shoulders to pull him fully down on top of you. You feel him smile into your mouth and you do the same, threading your fingers through his soft hair and fighting back elated giggles. His arms encircle you and it’s the safest sanctuary you’ll ever find.

ᯓ izu husband au
synopsis; Izu, now a pro hero has two kids, Yuta and Mi Mi. He loves them dearly and hopes for the best for their future. His family is a bit chaotic but they make it work.
note; this may or may not be a self-insert 🐌 anyway I might make more scenarios about their life together as a married couple with kids ! :3
black reader implied
mornings were always so chaotic, especially during the week. You would sometimes miss your alarm to which Izuku would have to wake you up himself while he got ready for his hero work, his gentle sweet kisses never seemed to work on you though as a way to wake you up.
it just makes you want to sleep in more, his kisses were so silky soft,, every time he grazed his lips against yours it felt like you were being wrapped up in some warm burrito full of his soft words and touch. He usually let's you sleep in and if he has the time, wakes up the kids himself.
though this day in particular that wasn't the case, time was a joke for your little one, Yuta.
Izuku, already in his suit brushes his teeth in front of the mirror whilst you hurry to slip on your pants, running around in your panties like a chicken without a head.
"shit shit shit! Why didn't you wake me up earlier Midoriya?" You bark, pulling up your pants with a little jump. It was obviously the stress talking that made you so frantic, causing you to use your husband's last name with a stern voice. He looks over his shoulder with the toothbrush still stuck in his mouth as he holds it there, his blank and confused expression only makes you more irritated.
you storm off with a groan that echoed through the halls.
"Mi Mi wake your brother up I'll start on breakfast." You knock on your eldest's door and then walk in. She was already dressed and ready, just fixing her hair in front of her vanity. She turned toward you then back to her spotless mirror.
"okay." You nod at her response and close her door, rushing over to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. You use your quirk to its advantage to help you make your life a little easier, you weren't a hero so you never did anything with your quirk which was related to darkness within you but it times like these— they sure were helpful!
shadowy dark tendrils gradually emerge from your backside like smoke from a cig that has been neglected. The tendrils swiftly motion toward the pantry in a quick manner and retrieve a loaf of bread and Nutella. Wasn't such a healthy choice but time is of the essence!
your tendrils were sort of like black whip, they can grab objects, and lift you at a certain height, but it wasn't as strong as Izuku's. Your quirk usually makes you drowsy quickly without the training you weren't sure how to properly handle this power, but that currently wasn't your main objective right now.
the shadowy ropes of pure black lend you a butter knife to spread the Nutella on the now-toasted bread, you swiftly smack the knife against the bread as the tendrils slowly get sucked back into you.
"mind if I get one sweetheart?" Your head perks up at a familiar voice.
"oh izu." You reluctantly smile as he walks over to you, his presence bringing you such joy and giddiness, it's like you didn't just get mad at him for giving you that stupid clueless expression earlier. He smiles back and motions at you.
"sorry for yelling at you, I was just stressed." You place a piece of bread on a dinosaur plate then look over at him with apologetic eyes. He gently cups your face and kisses your nose with a chuckle,
"na it's my fault I should've woken up earlier anyway then woke you up."
your eyes flutter shut at his cute nose kisses then flicker open at his own apology, you lean in to peck his lips quickly then pull away to grab another piece of bread for him.
"I guess we both suck at waking up now huh" Izu blushes at your kiss, still getting nervous whenever you kiss him even though he's been with you for years now. He watches you spread the chocolate spread over the bread with a love sick smile.
"y..yeah."
you laugh and stuff the bread into his slightly agape mouth from his shy reaction, his eyes shoot open in shock from the sudden reaction and something being stuffed through his lips. He snaps out of his little daze and grabs the toast after taking a small bite.
"you soo cute baby." You sing and lean in to lick off some chocolate near his lips then pull away to finish this unhealthy quick breakfast.
the pro-hero is unresponsive, he's too busy melting into a steamy puddle, his cheeks—his face red as a plump tomato.
soon enough two messy curly kids emerge from the hallway and enter the kitchen, one with a tidy and clean face and the other with droopy green eyes and dried slobber on the sides of his mouth. They both wander towards the spinning high chairs,
"why's dad a puddle of his own gloop?" Mi Mi points out with her finger as she climbs her chair, making everyone turn towards the sight.
"your daddy is weird sometimes, but anyway Yuta you have so much saliva on the side of your mouth c'mere now." You firmly demand after sliding your daughter her toast. Yuta whines getting off his chair to walk over to you.
you pick up the little boy and walk him over to the kids' bathroom.
"but momma I don't wanna was—"
"boy you ain't going to school lookin' like that, think again." Your harsh voice and the sound of Yuta's childish whines fade away as you inch closer to the bathroom.
Izuku eventually morphs back and eats his toast still with a flushed face, he and his daughter listen to the cries of Yuta and your yells for him to stay still so you can properly wash his face.
Izuku sweat drops whilst Mi Mi eats unbothered, "Your mom is scary.." He whispers, the curly ravenette nods slowly.
"is that why you turned into a puddle earlier?" She asks with a curious head tilt. Izuku looks at her then quickly looks away with another growing blush, "No.. that was something else she did.."
just when she was about to ask why you and Yuta come back.
yuta, annoyed but neat, and you, in content and smiley.
"now eat your toast, yuta."
"hmph..." He climbs the chair and carefully eats his chocolate bread. You begin to clean the area in a quick manner, time still ticking with every distraction.
once you were finish you watch your husband start to gather his things, getting ready to leave for the day. Your eyes avert to the chattering kids and notice one of them doesn't have their backpack with them of course, it was Yuta.
you groan, checking the time on your phone before setting it on the counter to find his bag.
"and then my teacher gave me extra credit for it."
"wow Mi, that's awesome! Good job sweetheart!" Mi Mi enjoyed being showered in her father's praise, her wide smile was full of pride but when she looked over at her brother that smile turned into a cocky grin.
her sinister grin made him roll his eyes and mutter something.
"nerd.."
"huh? What was that Yuta?" She questions her little brother, poking at his buttons as her face grew near. The small child scrunches his nose, the annoyance his sister brought him building up inside him like a boiling tea kettle, if she pushed just one more button...
"I said you're a NER—"
"Yuta MIDORIYA"
"huh?" Three surprised and curious heads turn towards the loud voice coming from down the hall. Your steps were loud and powerful as you made your way to the kitchen with Yuta's bag.
everyone watches you walk toward Yuta and place his concerningly, wet bag on the counter. Upon looking at it, his red bag was now a darker shade, and it reeked of maybe river water. Yuta stared at his bag then up at your heated face. He swallowed hard. Suddenly his own anger wearing off.
"were you collecting frogs, AGAIN?" You cross your arms over your chest, putting some emphasis on again. Izuku and Mi Mi look at each other, seemingly reading their minds judging by their puzzled faces.
'again??'
the boy stares at you unresponsive his eyes are filled with guilt which answers your irritated question. You pinch the bridge of your nose.
"you kids are going to be so damn late.. again."

An open letter to Netflix and for everyone who feels the same
I would like to apologize in advance for any linguistic errors, English is not my native language, but I will do my best to express my concerns appropriately.
I am reaching out to you to express my deep disappointment at your cancellation of Dead Boy Detectives. The news of your decision hit me hard and I would like to ask you to reconsider. I understand that Netflix is a company that is about money, about numbers, about streams, about performance. It is a business and the decisions are based not on emotions but on lucrative fundamentals.
We all know that.
But this cannot work in the long term, not without an outcry from your viewers. Because what you do is selling dreams. You might not see us, but we are here, we are being absorbed into the alternative realities you have created. We live these dreams you sold us.
You know this, you know that you mostly produce more than just mindless entertainment that is subsequently forgotten, and that is exactly why I feel so let down by you. You are aware that our hearts and souls are attached to these characters, that’s what you want and it totally makes sense. Because whoever is emotional involved stays long term. A show can be so many different things for different people: a place of well-being, comfort, escapism, distraction, mental support, self-discovery. Queer and inclusive programs in particular help people and make them feel seen, understood and accepted. A show can be the only light in a darkness that so many people find themselves in today. A show with their characters can save lives.
How then do only numbers decide whether something continues or not?
You, as the producer of dreams, have a responsibility to us. Money and numbers should be secondary in your industry. Feel free to call me naive, I am, I like to be, I have to be in this world, but I believe in humanity, in the values that you claim to represent. Not every show can bring in billions. Not all of them can be Wednesday, Squid Game or Bridgerton. Not within fourteen days, not without support. With your impatience, you are depriving great shows of the chance to grow and, over time, attract the viewership that meets your expectations. What I'm trying to express here isn't only about Dead Boy Detectives. It's a fundamental problem.
I am not okay with this
Julie and the Phantoms
The OA
The Society
1899
Six of Crows
Shadow and Bone
Archive 81
Lockwood & Co.
Glamorous
Half Bad: The Bastard Son & The Devil Himself
First Kill
Inside Job
Midnight Club
Warrior Nun
- just to name a few. All this shows have met the same fate, they all were cancelled too soon and never got the chance to grow, to become a next Stranger Things, the next slowburn success.
This has to stop! Imagine having cancelled Stranger Things after one season back in the days. What you would have missed! Instead, you give up on shows too easily without hesitation and disappoint the very people who could have been your allies in the effort to bring the next success.
I honestly don't understand that. And it's not fair either. Not to us, not to the creators and actors who gave their everything. You should trust them to be capable of creating something epic if only they had a little more time.
I'll tell you how it is: The news that Dead Boy Detectives had been cancelled is devastating. My life pretty much sucks for a few years now and there is little to nothing that still brings me joy. A second season has been the only thing I've been looking forward to these past few months, the anticipation has been the reason I'm still here. You took that away from me. From all of us that are like me. Now I’m sitting here and write this letter, hoping to save the show that has given me so much confidence and joy and meaning, visibility and understanding that it's okay to be who I am. It's not fair that I have to fight to keep this precious show instead of enjoying it while I deal with the wreckage of my life.
If you don't understand that what you're doing is impacting so many people, then maybe you shouldn't be selling dreams. Better sell electronics.
I won't stop fighting for what means so much to me. It's not too late yet, you can at least right the wrong you did with Dead Boy Detectives. Please do it, give Dead Boy Detectives another chance. We, the viewers, deserve it, the creators and actors deserve it, and most of all the show itself deserves it because it is the greatest thing I have seen in many years.
Thank you for your time and for considering my request.

Please write a fic where reader comes up from behind Ferguson at her desk and kisses the back of her neck and then slowly unbuttons her collar and tie, etc.

"Darling, shouldn't you be at home?" Joan's voice rang out.
You had left work only to surprise your lover at work. She had to stay overtime with how relentless and demanding prisoners have been recently. Meaning Joan was more tired and frustrated than usual.
You were the only one though that could help relieve her of such stress.
"I missed you," you stated with a faux pout forming across your lips, making your way around the front of her desk.
Joan's dark eyes were on you like a hawk, taking note of the glimmer in your eye, the extra sway of your hips, and the large trench coat suspiciously wrapped around your body.
The weather was hot and sunny, and Joan immediately knew you were up to no good. On a day like this you would typically wear almost nothing, and she would have to constantly protect you from wandering eyes.
"I missed you too, my love. But I still have so much left to do..." Joan let out a sigh.
"But baby..." You made your way behind your lover, and wrapped your arms around her neck. "You already spend so much time here. And you're the boss, you can leave whenever you want."
Your lips make their way to Joan's neck, breathing faintly against her milky skin before attaching to the flesh.
"Is this what you've come here to do?" She chuckles.
"Do what?..." you teased, biting down her neck and eliciting a quiet hiss. You both knew it would leave a mark, and Joan would have to come up with some kind of excuse.
"Seduce me," she husked, letting her head tilt to give you more room to mark up her neck.
"Is it working yet?" You asked, moving your fingers to nimbly unbutton her white collared shirt. Your tongue flicked to soothe each bite, and you swore you could hear the faintest of moans.
"Depends," she said. Joan swiftly grabbed your hand and pulled you to stand in front of her. "What do you have hiding under that coat there, hmm?" She asked, slowly licking her lips.
Your eyes quickly darted to her chest, admiring the upper swell of her breasts and the abundance of cleavage popping out from her partially unbuttoned shirt.
If the heels were any indication, Joan was excited to see what you had hidden away.
With slow, intricate movements, you unbuttoned your own coat. Joan leaned back in her chair, eyes watching you intently as you revealed inch after inch of bare skin.
You had on a matching lace see-through set. Joan's favorite set. The same set she bought for you for your wedding night. The sight of you wearing it forced Joan to let out a groan.
"You little minx..." She shook her head as your coat dropped to the floor. "So you're telling me..." she started, grabbing at your hips protectively to bring you closer to her. "That you wore this skimpy little outfit to my work.. Did anybody see you in this??" She asked with furrowed brows.
"I don't think so.." you mumbled, cheeks growing a deep crimson. How could you know when you were too focused on getting to Joan to pay attention to your surroundings.
"You don't think so?" She huffed, before expertly turning you around with ease and bending you over her desk. You couldn't help but gasp from the sudden motion.
"I-I was just wanting to get to you, Joanie." Your hands were flat on the desk, and the coldness from the wood along your barely covered breasts elicited a chill.
"Such a little slut. Coming to see me at work in this skimpy little getup, expecting me to shower you with praise and fuck you 'til you see star." She tsked, fully standing behind you, and holding you down.
"Well you have one thing right, Governor," you teased, wiggling your ass against her crotch.
"And what is that?" She dared to ask, letting her hands mindlessly wander across your smooth bare back.
"That you're going to fuck me," you stated truthfully with a smirk.
You gasped when you felt a sharp sudden pain on your ass. It was rare when Joan spanked you. Saving it for special moments. Moments like this where you were bratty.
"Just for that comment alone, I'm not going to stop until I have you screaming my name loud enough for even the prisoners to hear how much of a whore you are for the Governor."
Your knees grow weak at her words, breath already short and ragged. "Do you understand?" She asked, soothing the cheek she just smacked.
You shakily nodded your head, daring to look back at the dominatrix standing behind you.
Another sharp smack made its way onto your ass, eliciting the smallest of moans from you. "Answer me," she huskily demanded.
"Yes, Governor... I understand." Your bottom lip was pulled between your teeth as you grew more excited.
Joan leaned forward, ensuring her body was heavily pressed against yours while her lips hovered just next to your ear. "Good girl," she cooed.
You could feel the dampness between your legs grow, as Joan herself grew determined with every inch of her being to be true to her words.
"And already so wet for me.." Her fingers slid up and down between your legs, feeling just how wet you truly were so quickly.
Your knees were weak, thankful your lover was holding onto you tightly. Lips trailed along your bare back with passion and determination. Your head was spinning by the time you felt Joan suddenly pull away from you.
"Wait— Where—"
"Patience," she calmly but firmly stated.
Your hands were tapping along the wood, turning your head to see her entering her pin for the safe sitting on her wall. You felt yourself shiver, knowing that's where she kept her toys.
With how often you visited, and how horny you always were, she decided to buy toys strictly for her office. And one of them in particular, was your absolute favorite.
It just so happened to be the toy Joan grabbed, and you licked your lips.
As you went to turn your head, Joan tugged at your hair to force you to look ahead. What happened to be straight ahead of you, caught you by surprise.
Instead of the usual cabinet, there was a tall, floor length mirror in its place, facing across from her desk, and your eyes met Joan's through the reflection.
"What's this?" You asked, blush visibly growing across your cheeks.
"I want you to see us." Your eyes lit up at her words. In the reflection, you can see her standing dominantly behind you, with a piercing gaze.
Her pants soon fell to the floor, and she eagerly stepped into the strap, ensuring the end of the toy was pressing against her clit.
"You have no idea how breathtaking you look like this, do you?"
"Tell me," you whispered.
Joan's hands fell to your hips, before tugging your lacy panties down your legs. She was slow and careful, and you quivered.
"Whenever I look at you, my pretty angel, all I can see is how perfect you are. How soft your skin looks, your enchanting curves, how your body is always begging for my touch."
Her fingers traced along the skin across your hips as she spoke deep. Teasing the curve of your ass with her nails. Your back arched at her touch, her slow, lazy touch eliciting more neediness within you for more.
Your ass wiggled against her crotch, only this time feeling relief when you felt the tip of her dick rub against your clit that sent jolts of electricity through you.
"Look at the way you're already begging for me to fill you..." Joan teased, raising her right hand to smack your ass even harder this time. You yelped, but a moan fell past your lips right after.
"Please... I need you.. so bad," you whined, letting your lips fall into a pout as you gazed at your lover through the mirror.
Joan leaned in, letting her lips linger to the side of your head. When she speaks, her voice is low and gravely, and you could feel your pussy clench around nothing.
"Can't take more of what?"
"More of this damned teasing. Please, baby.. I need you. All of you."
Joan let out a low chuckle, as she started kissing a line from your ear, back down your neck, and all the way down the line of your spine.
Your breath hitches when you see her drop to her knees behind you, her tall shadowy figure no longer hovering behind you. Her fingers caress the curve of your ass, admiring the deep shade of crimson she had caused.
"You're still teasing... Joan, please!" You went to wiggle your ass, but Joan held a firm grip on you to keep you still. Her lips were hot against your ass, using her teeth to nip against your skin. The sweet, hard sting sent you reeling.
Before you could even wince, Joan soothed the bite with a soft, gentle kiss. "Since you've come all this way..." she spoke up, standing tall behind you once more. "Might as well make it worth it.."
You had no time for a rebuttal before Joan slammed her hips forward, bottoming you out instantly with her faux cock. The sudden intrusion sent you forward, having to hold yourself with a deathly grip on the edge of her desk.
"Fucking hell!" You cried out, not expecting her to go straight in. If there was one thing to know about Joan, it was that you never knew what she was going to do next.
She was a wild card, and it was exhilarating. The sweet sting of her filling you completely, and the mix of pleasure had you letting out moan after moan as Joan set a quick and rough pace.
"That's it, take my cock like the little whore that you are. I want to hear you screaming my name," she demanded between grunts.
When your head fell forward, Joan wrapped her hand in a handful of your hair, before giving it a yank to force your head to look straight into the mirror.
"I want you to look at me while I fuck this pussy of yours," she groaned. Skin was slapping roughly against skin, and your pussy was dripping wet. The two noises put together along with your moans, was straight out of a porno. It was dirty, yet thrilling.
You nodded your head, keeping contact with your lover through the mirror. Her hair was tussled, brows were knitted in concentration, and you took note of how her shirt was now completely unbuttoned, and her tie was undone around her neck, giving you a full view of her breasts tightly restrained by her dark bra.
It was a sight that you took in every inch of, memorizing it, wanting to etch it into your brain to remember forever.
"Joan, I'm so close!" You cried out.
"Already?..." she tsked, slapping your ass once more. "Can't take my cock for a mere minute before you're already coming. So fucking pathetic," her said sharply.
Your arms felt like jello, growing weaker and weaker as the seconds went by, making it harder for you to hold yourself up. "I—I can't- Joan!" You were louder than you had expected, feeling your pussy clench before letting go.
You came with a loud moan, tears brimming at the edge of your eyes as Joan held a deep, seductive smirk on her face as she watched you become undone.
Her pace stayed the same, allowing you to ride out your orgasm for as long as possible. Wanting to see your tear stained cheeks. Wanting to see you turn into mush from her fucking you.
Your breath hitched when Joan pulled you up by your hair, before flipping you around to face her. "M-my, legs...Fuck, I can't!" You shook your head, but Joan wasn't having it.
She pulled you up by your thighs, swiftly carrying you to the window in her arms as your legs wrapped around her waist for support.
"You didn't think I was going to stop at one, did you?" She cocked her head to the side as your eyes widened.
Your back hits the window with a thump, and Joan ensured you were stuck in place, before reaching a hand to grab a fistful of her cock. She spit on the length, allowing the saliva to linger before pumping to spread the wetness along her cock before teasing at your used entrance.
"Joan, the prisoners.. w-what if—"
"They see us? Oh sweetheart, you should've thought about that before you came in here with that slutty little outfit wanting to be fucked." She smirked devilishly.
Your mouth opened, but nothing came out, so Joan leaned forward, taking the opportunity to cup your breast. She brought a nipple to her mouth and sucked.
You moan out and arch into her, your fingers desperately clutching at her now messy bun to pull her closer. You're trapped and completely at her mercy as she lavished your perky breasts with loving nips and licks.
"Yesss..." your legs tighten around her waist.
"Can you stand?" She asks, eyes dark with desire.
"I think so... why—" you gasp when Joan hastily puts you down and spins you around. Your hands make way to the window, splayed out against the cool glass.
Her body is heavy and warm behind you, as her hands make way to your waist once more. You arch your back to grind against her cock, and let out a soft moan when the tip presses against your throbbing clit.
"Always so eager.." Joan runs her hands down your back and back over your ass. Her hands stay there, massaging the fat before giving each cheek a hard smack.
A low growl escapes her throat as she finally stops teasing you. One slender finger finds its way into your seeping hole, and you find yourself yelling out her name.
You were so sensitive, your pussy clenching around her single digit as she warmed you back up. It takes everything in you to steady yourself.
"Fuck me with your cock.." You reach back to pull at her wrist. Joan doesn't budge, and instead inserts a second finger, making you gasp.
"I thought I already told you to be patient," she kissed your neck. "Impatient little sluts don't get what they want." You groaned at her words, but knew you wouldn't get your way if you didn't listen.
Her other hand reaches up to tweak your nipple, and Joan lets out a groan. She loved how hard your nipples got, and how perfectly your breasts fit into her hand. Like they were made just for her.
Your moans grew louder once more, and if anyone walked by the door, they would know exactly what was going on behind closed doors.
Your legs were quick to start shaking, your upcoming orgasm coming faster than before. You hadn't expected it, but Joan matched the pinching of your nipple to her finger thrusting.
"I need you to come for me. I want to feel you come around my fingers." Her words were more than enough to send you flying over the edge.
"Joan!" Your legs shook, and your breath fogged up the glass as you breathed heavily. You couldn't help but shout her name as you slumped forward against the window.
Joan slows her pace, giving you a moment to recover by placing gentle kisses to your back to soothe your shaking body.
"That's it, baby. So good for me..." She cooed, noticing how spent you were. You peaked back with a smile, legs feeling weak.
"One more? Please? With the strap this time..." you pleaded, and Joan couldn't help the chuckle she let out.
"Are you sure you can take it? Darling, you look like you're about to fall over," she noted, pointing down at your shaking legs.
"Looks like you'll have to pick me up again," you bit your lower lip with a humorous glint in your eye.
Joan shook her head as she helped you turn back around. Fingers tapped at the back of your thighs, signaling for you to jump, in which you eagerly did.
"God, what am I going to do with you..." Joan pressed a hot, open-mouthed kiss to your neck, before bringing her lips to your own.
Finally, she lines her cock up to your entrance, and slowly pushes herself in. "Joan..." you mumbled into the kiss, just before she shoved her tongue down your throat.
Your hips instantly buck to meet her thrusts, tingles of electricity shooting throughout your entire body. You gasp when she reaches the deepest part within you, hitting the spongy spot inside your cunt that had you seeing stars.
Joan was hungry and determined, alternating between long, slow strokes and hard, deep thrusts with her hips.
"Yess...just like— that!" Your head fell against the glass as your back arched, giving Joan a better view of your bouncing breasts.
Joan smirks down at you, letting out her own quiet moans as the strap rubbed beautifully against her clit. Her eyes glistened with desire, watching you fall apart once more.
Her thumb reaches between you, rubbing circles along your puffy clit. You can't seem to remember what you were about to say, getting completely lost in the pleasure of being thoroughly fucked in your lovers office.
The only thing in your mind was Joan. The way she fucked you so good, her eager hands on your skin, and her wet mouth against your own. She was dominant in every way. And both of you relished in it.
She circles your pleasure point, once, twice, three more times until you come hard around her faux cock with a scream. Your nails dug into her skin, leaving crescent marks along her flesh, and Joan felt herself come right after you.
You feel broken and exhausted, and Joan could tell. She soothed you with kisses along your face, peppering the corner of your eyes to stop the overstimulated tears from falling.
"That's my good girl, just breathe with me," she cooed. Her movements slowed, before she pulled out of you. "You took me so well."
Even though you were overstimulated, the feeling of her leaving you empty had the tears falling. You couldn't even control it at this point, as you no longer had control over your body.
Your brain was mush, and your head was spinning as you tried coming down from your high. Joan, taking pity on you, carried your limp body to her chair.
She sat you down gently before sliding out of the harness, choosing to deal with the toy later and take care of you first.
"Here. Drink." She demanded, handing you her half-empty glass of water from earlier. "You'll feel better." As you hummed drinking the crisp water that immediately soothed your dry throat, Joan took the necessary actions to clean you up.
First she grabbed a clean cloth from one of her many, many drawers, and bent down between your legs. She paused, waiting for the nod of your head before she gently wiped you clean.
You whined from the touch, and Joan soothed you with quiet hushes and sweet praises. Even placing a tender kiss on your knee. It was the tender moments like this that made your heart swell.
Yes, she could be very demanding and dominant during intimacy, but she would only give you what you could take. Ensuring she was still sweet and caring in the end. After all, you were her guardian angel. The most precious thing in her life.
And she would do anything for you. No matter what.
