so Cin's actually voiced by Robin Atkin Downes, who actually is pretty close to Nick Gillard's actual voice and accent: See here [Downes in TCW] vs [Gillard in RotS Interview]

Now before, I mentioned like half a year ago that i personally like the voice for the Yellow Kyber in Galaxy's Edge's holocron see [here]— but apparently, this guy has a name and its Kolloma Ree and he's my son now, thanks.

Keeping with my trend of redesigning Cin Drallig, my first pick for a new voice for him would be Tony Leung because a.) it fits the redesign (because thats him!! or my attempts at baseing it off of him) and b.) well, it fits. The tone and the vibes are just the best.

I think the mid-low register range that Tony Leung has works best, so around that range for any other voice actors but I cant think of any more off the top of my head right now. Perhaps Ryōtarō Okiayu or Ray Chase who both voice Vlad III in Fate/Apocrypha and Grand Order (And Extella for Okiayu? I think)

I have so many words about using fucking James Arnold Taylor for fucking Plo Koon though. Beppi asked me about it before and i just AAAAAAAAA

I hate it. So much. I understand why they did it, but In my opinion, if you're going to have an important reoccouring character like Plo Koon dont use a repeat voice actor with a voice modifier and a slightly lower pitch.

I have a lot of options that I mentioned before but essentially my two top picks are literally any voice that Jouji Nakata has done though im very partial to his (English) Kotomine Kirei and King Hassan voices, and Kunihio Yasui's Li Shuwen Lancer. Crispen Freeman's English Dub of King Hassan and Alucard (who is also played by Nakata lmao) are also very good options. You can find more on my thoughts for Plo Koon [Here]

obviously, Temura Morrison is forever the voice of the Clones, mhm!

I did actually like Phil Lamar as Kit Fisto though! I thought it was very well done, I wouldn't change much there. Loved the accent fhdjhfjd

I do think its bullshit that Tholme's dead in TCW so I hand him Bill Butts' work as Kyosuke Hori

DBB is fine for Saesee Tiin, he did a good job there, but I still really adore TC Carson's work as him from the 03 series more. You really cannot beat the "It's time to get a new one" from that series.

For most of the TCW i actually dont mind, but also since so many of my favorites are not canon / dont speak at all its a bit tough. Like Tholme here are some takes for some of my others:

The Grand Inquisitor (Baby ver): Lucien Dodge as Lord El Melloi II (Obvs, Jason Isaacs did a fantastic job but Dodge sounds a bit younger than Isaacs and we do know that TCW was a good few years before Rebels. I very much do not like the Kenobi version though fhjdhfjd)

Sha Koon (English ver): Genevieve Simmons as Bort (I did her and Bultar Swan's JP Dub voices [here] same with Bene's !!)

Voolvif Monn: Kaji Tang as Kouen Ren

Oppo Rancisis: I think his voice was pretty OK in the 03 series, but I do like Motomu Kiyokawa's Walter C. Dornez from the original Hellsing Ultimate Sub

AND I THINK FILONI SHOULD HAND OVER EMBO TO SOMEONE ELSE THO HFJDHFJDHFD NO MORE FELONY COWBOY IN MY HOUSE

Cal and Omega

I was working on something else but I had to do this, I need little Cal and Omega to meet each other. I know in Fallen Order Cal doesn't really like clones but he wouldn't know Omega is a clone too.

I also believe that if something had gone wrong with the chip extraction and Omega was left alone on Bracca, she would have been found by Cal or Prauf and adopted. Don't try telling me that Prauf didn't adopt Cal at the begining of his time on Bracca!

So my sister is playing through Jedi Fallen Order, I've gotten through most of it and I love it, but she's at the Kashyyyk which brings me to something I was wondering back when I played through it

Why does everything on Kashyyyk have like, thres y's in it's name?

What were the Wookies thinking when they named stuff?

Do they just really like y's?

Are they actually Wookyyys and not Wookies? Is everyone saying their names wrong?

Why so many y's?

Can anyone answer me?

Also side note:

When Saw Gerrera asked Cal if he got his Lightsaber of a corpse, he technically did. That must have worsened his mental problems.

More 3 a.m. AU Stuff

So I made a post about a Modern Star Wars AU abouy a week ago and I had more thoughts about it so here's part 2! I also realised I left some characters out, I've fixed that here. You can find the first part here.

And I added ghosts and supernatural stuff so I guess it's not exactly a modern AU anymore, more like a super natural modern AU. I think I'm gonna call it Jedi Supernatural Secret Service AU. Or Jsss AU, that's probably easier.

So, Dooku.

Dooku is Qui-gon's older brother and was his mentor in the Jedi secrete service thing.

He did become disillusioned with the Jedi and joined the Sith but only after his brother died. Secretly he was trying to avenge his brother because to heck with Canon/Legends!

Yaddle is Yoda's younger sister, much younger, he's in his late 90s and she's in her early 60s at the time of Anakin's birth. Both Yaddle and Yoda have a genetic disorder that caused their ears to be longer and pointy because.

And for the sake of my own sanity, humans live longer, they generally live to their hundred thiries, some longer.

Yaddle's kids are Oppo Rancisis and Yarrel Poof. She was trained by her brother in the Jedi but eventually said 'Fuck this' and left to start a humanitarian organization. Now she has a lot of children.

Plo Koon and Barriss both volunteered there and Barriss started working for Yaddle after leaving the Jedi.

Barriss was basiacally adopted by the children at Yaddle's orphanage, the kids usually call her big sister and sometimes call her mom, they call Yaddle mom more often.

The Jedi use high tech gunsword things instead of lightsabers.

Boga is Obi-Wan's bearded dragon house guard. In this AU, bearded dragons were specially bred and modified to be bigger, stronger, have more loyalty and generally be a better partner for people like Obi-Wan, so Boga is really big, not as big as cannon but big. Boga is almost always near Korkie to keep him safe.

Yaddle comes over to watch Korkie when Obi and Cody go on dates, she did the same with Obi and Satine before Satine died.

Yoda used to be in charge of the Jedi, even though he was a really old man but when Order 66 happened, he moved to a swamp where he fished and would occasionally come to family reunions but doesn't like them because Yaddle always gives him a hard time about something.

Plo Koon adopted his clones, imedeatly. He brought all of them home once and they just kept going back.

Plo lives if I didn't mention that already.

Obi-Wan's mother died when an assassination attempt caused her to go into premature labor, she and Qui-gon were having another baby, they were a girl. They both died. Obi-Wan was about 6 and a half.

Shmi was an immigrant from a dangerous country. She worked as a waitress and sometimes an extra cook in Dex's Diner.

Qui-gon and Dex were really good friends, Dex was Obi-Wan's godfather and would either go to Qui-gon's house and watch him or let him stick around his dinner, depending on his schedule.

After Qui-gon's wife died, he and Obi-Wan went there for meals because Qui-gon didn't have the motivation to make anything at home. Cooking always reminded him of her since they did that together.

Shmi was usually the one who served them. She always gave them some extra food to take home since she figured something was wrong, she is very good at reading people in this AU. Qui-gon appreciated that since it made everything a little easier and gave Obi-Wan something to look forwards to.

When Qui-gon had to work, Shmi would bring food over for Obi-Wan on her breaks and always gave him little treats she paid for.

She would talk with Obi-Wan when he was dropped off at the diner and keep him company even when she wasn't working. She was almost always there and if he needed someone to talk to, he could just take a walk down to the diner.

Later, Shmi helped Dex and Qui-gon introduce Obi-Wan to Satine(then set up a date when they were older;)

Shmi and Qui-gon became very good friends and Qui-gon began trusting Shmi with Obi-Wan, she would take him to school when there wasn't enough time and Shmi covered for Qui-gon on take your parent to work day(she brought snacks for all the kids).

After enough time, Dex eventually saw what Qui-gon and Shmi didn't and conspired with Dooku, who wasn't 'bad' at this point, to set them up.

They failed.

When Yaddle visited her nephews and grand nephew for the holidays, she saw Shmi and Qui-gon interacting exactly 1 time then asked Qui-gon if he planned on getting married anytime soon or what.

Yaddle doesn't care if she's not appropriate, she does what she wants and doesn't beat around the bush.(I'm picturing her as a kick-ass old lady kinda vibe in this AU, Yaddle doesn't take anybody's shit.)

Random Star Wars AU I thought of at 3 a.m.

So, I had this super random idea at three in the morning. It's kinda long.

In a modern AU.

The Jedi order is actual a group of secret agents, body guards and informants. They are fighting against criminal group trying to take down and replace the world government called the Sith.

So Qui-gon is the father of Obi-Wan and Anakin, who are half brothers and have their mother's names, Obi's mom died when he was young and eventually Qui-gon fell in love with Shmi and then boom, Anakin.

Both Obi-Wan and Anakin are trained to do what their dad does and they do it pretty well, better when they work together. Everything goes pretty good until they are sent on a protection mission to protect a forgien emissary from Shmi's country. Padmé Amidala.

She is under threat from an assassin code named Maul because he tended to maul his victims.

In the end, Qui-gon gets killed by Maul, Obi-Wan defeates him and he's put in jail, Anakin and Padmé become good friends through shared experiences of dead parents.

Obi-Wan keeps working with the Jedi while supporting his adopted mother, who gets cancer. Anakin and Padmé fall in love and Anakin sort of adopts this orphan kid named Ahsoka Tano. He found her on a mission and was like 'hey, this kid has no parents, I'm gonna take her home!' and so Ahsoka becomes Ahsoka Tano-Skywalker since she's technically Shmi's adopted daughter cause Anakin can't adopt a child at 17 years old.

Two years later, Anakin and Padmé get married, Shmi was there and able to see it. At the wedding, Obi's old ex-gf, Satine Kryze, is there and they get together.

Unfortunately, later in that year Shmi dies of her cancer, she dies happily knowing that her kids have someone else to help them. Anankin doesn't take it well and a detailed survey shows that she wasn't killed by her cancer but by poison used by the Sith so he becomes determined to defeate them and make sure they never hurt anyone again.

Obi-Wan also taked it pretty hard and he begins to be less active in the order, he inly really goes out with Anakin or Ahsoka because someone's gotta keep them from destroying the whole frickin world.

Obi and Satine get married and then have a kid they name Korkie.

It seems like everything is going well, Anakin has stopped being so obsessed with destroying the Sith, Korkie is a happy healthy kid and Ahsoka has a girlfriend. There are also these new recruits nicknamed the clones since they had been genetically modified to be similar and to be really good fighters and work in groups of three to five, they join the Jedi in their fight against the Sith. Obi-Wan thinks nothing will go wrong

But then...

Maul breaks out of jail.

He swears revenge on Kenobi for putting him there, he finds that Obi-Wan has a wife and a son and so logically, he goes to kidnapp and kill them.

Cody, one of the best in the ranks of the cloned, is assigned to Obi-Wan with his team(Boil and Waxer). He gets wind of Maul's plan and tells Obi-Wan.

Together, they go back to his home and Cody is able to save Korkie from Maul and the people he recruited which includes Satine's sister Bo, who didn't know that they were attacking her sister and nephew and was tricked into thinking that the person they were after was a criminal.

Bo helps Cody protect Korkie and tries to save her sister but sadly, Satine gets shot by Maul and dies in Obi-Wan's arms. Maul gets away, promising he'll kill Korkie one day.

So, Obi-Wan decides to go back in to full service and has Bo take care of his son while he and Cody pursue Maul. Anakin and Ahsoka join in because Satine was their sister-in-law amd Maul messed with the wrong family.

They don't find Maul and, after a lot of therapy, Obi-Wan gives up his quest for revenge and goes to take care of his son with Cody still helping him because Cody fell in love with him.

The whole Satine Maul thing got Anakin to try harder to destroy the Sith and corruption among the Jedi, Krell taking bribes and helping the Sith, causes Ahsoka and her good friend Barriss to both leave it. Ahsoka stays loosely connected and Barriss becomes a personal guard/humanitarian.

The Sith Boss, Sheeve Palpatine, tricks Anakin into believing that he could better take down the Sith by infiltrating them and begins to corrupt him.

A year later, Anakin has become more distant from his brother but he still manages to make it to Cody and Obi-Wan's wedding(Cody got permission from Korkie to propose since Obi-Wan doesn't have any parents anymore except for his grandfather Yoda). So now Korkie has two dads! Yay for him!

Then Padmé reveals her and Anakin's plane to have kids(she isn't pregnant yet) and you know how it goes after that.

Anakin joins the Sith, the Sith take control of the government and start their plans for world domination, the Jedi are disassembled. They aren't killed, they are forced to retire and under strict watch but mostly allowed to live normal lives, the clones are also retired, if they try to cause trouble then yeah, they gonna be killed.

Obi-Wan was basically retired already and he just kinda ignores the Sith shit. Cody's 'brothers' Boil and Waxer, who are actual brothers, adopt a little French girl named Numa and they bring her over for playdates with Korkie.

About two years in to the reign of the Sith, Padmé is pregnant and almost killed by an assassin, she leaves because it's not safe and she wants Ani to come with her but he doesn't. Padmé goes to Ahsoak and Kaeden, she lives with them for a while but is shot by an assassin and went into labor.
