NSR: SOUL EATER AU 🌜
Ever since I saw a Soul Eater AU fanart made by @Anger-ey...I couldn't stop thinking about it 😅 So I tried to come up with what would the NSR characters would be in such an AU!! (P.S: Its been a little while since I last saw Soul Eater, so if there's any mistake you find, please take that into account 🙏)
Tumblr media
Mayday-weapon, freshmen at the academy. Since the very beginning gave her teachers and potential partners a headache, thankfully, now that is partnered with Zuke is not as dangerous...most of the time. Looks up to Kul Fyra and that's why she decided to enroll in Shibusen ever since she discovered her powers as a weapon. Decided by herself to partner up with Zuke ever since they first met and eventually, managed to convinced him. Though it may seem cliché, her weapon form is a bright red scythe.
Zuke-meister, on his last years at the academy. Sometimes his friends make fun of him for now having a younger partner. During his first year and a few more, he was partnered with EvE, but they fell apart after a certain *incident* while fighting a witch with fire powers. Spent a long while without partner until May came to his life like a storm. Since its known for being a very balanced and serene meister, sometimes teachers ask him to help in demonstration and classes for freshmen students; coincidentally, that's where he met May.
DJSS-weapon, and a very, very powerful one indeed. But much like Excalibur, he is just too picky and too much to handle for anyone. That's why doesn't have a partner at all. Teacher at Shibusen, but not really that excited about his job. his weapon form is a staff with a disk at the end which can control space.
Sayu-witch, and oddly enough, a friendly one. Lives in a small town cheering the villagers with her songs and taking care of a little group of orphans (a.k.a Sayu's team). Only wants to make people happy and spread love around the world; because of that, is really despised by the other witches. Mayday and Zuke try to hunt her but end up sparing her after noticing how important she is to the villagers. Fish motive witch and water powers, still pretty much like a mermaid.
DK West-weapon, to everyone's surprise. Is not affiliated with the Shibusen because he just wants to wander around the world freely, still, if they really need him, would gladly lend a hand. Though he is not really picky about his meister, his life style, carefree personality and flirty demeanor has made a lot of people deny a possible partnership. his weapon form is a shadow lantern which controls and attacks by shadow puppets.
Yinu-weapon/human hybrid. Still too young to be taken into missions but her potential has already been acknowledged by the academy. has regulars check ups about her condition and powers because her mother fears it may be too much for her, specially at such a young age.
Mama-weapon, but no longer on duty. During her young days was so powerful that many mistook her as a witch. her husband was her meister and the only partner she ever had. Currently a teacher at Shibusen while training and taking care of her only daughter. her weapon form are strings that can grow thorns and even control the nature around the battlefield. her powers where kind of unstable during her younger years, and that along with the false rumor that she was a witch made it really difficult to find a partner...until she met Papa, of course.
Neon J-meister (still a cyborg though). Teacher at Shibusen and one of the oldest members among them. has experienced the war against witches since practically the beginning. Lost his old partner and most of his body in a battle against a powerful witch. Made the 1010s as a project to be able to fight against witches even if the academy loses all their weapons/death scythes available.
1010-all weapons, all pistols of different powers. What not many know is that they are *artificial* weapons, created by none other than the well known Neon J. Very known and loved around the female population at the academy. Since they are all weapons under Neon J's command, they sometimes take the role of teachers aids and even act like a disciplinary committee to the students.
EvE-weapon, which has conflicted her ever since birth. Used to be Zuke's partner but due to certain *problems* between them and circumstances, they fell apart. Still a student, but over a higher rank than others since she is under the direct command of Tatiana. her weapon form is a mirror which alters the senses of the enemy and can create color living nightmares out of their minds.
Tatiana-weapon, Death Scythe to be more specific. Teacher of high rank at Shibusen. Devoted to justice and order at all cost since she lost her meister to the madness. Tries to maintain all about her past, old *name* and the identity of her last partner a secret, specially to the students. Mayday has given her quite the headaches since she came to the academy, even though these has lessened since she has partner up with Zuke...they have in fact not ended at all. her weapon form is a fire power spear pretty similar to clock hands.

Sick Track, a No Straight Roads fanfic
For @nexttrickanvils... get well soon!
---
“May, I promise you, it’s not as bad as you think it is.” Zuke said, rubbing slightly the bridge of his nose.
Sitting inside what could only be described as a hodgepodge pillow fort was a sniffling, somewhat delirious, guitarist known as Mayday who was clinging to an Ellie close to her chest. It was commendable that she tried hiding in her make-shift fort, but it was also ridiculous because one, it was primarily pillows… no stuffed animals, and two, her eyes would blink.
A lot.
It didn’t take a space scientist or a robot or even a child to figure out that it was Mayday, who, in her delirium, thought she could blend in with her surroundings.
Zuke stood outside the fortress of pillowtude with the bottle of medicine in hand and stared. He wasn’t mad at her (he actually found it rather adorable that she thought of such a thing), but he was getting a little bit irritated that she was fighting him on the medication. And as much as she claimed that she was fine, her constant sneezing and coughing begged to differ.
“May, c’mon…” Zuke pleaded once more, “it’s really in your best interest.”
“Says who?” She asked, her voice hoarse from all that coughing she did.
“Says your bandmate? How else could you perform if your throat sounds like a scratched disk?”
“It’s my new style.”
He rolled his eyes as she coughed a little.
“It’s the new trend.” Mayday continued. “The whole scratchy throat."
“I’m sure Kul Fyra never had a scratchy throat.” Zuke countered.
“Tatiana.” Mayday corrected.
“Ah, right. Still, I didn’t know we were going for a more grunge-y heavy metal style of rock.” He said.
“Rock is rock.” She continued to argue, pausing for a moment to let out a heavy and wet cough.
He sighed and rubbed the bridge of his nose once more. This wasn’t the first time he had to take care of someone stubborn. A brief memory of his college days flashed before him, recalling an incredibly ill Nadia who was undoubtedly hamming it up in the name of art, flip flopping between dramatically stating she was on Death’s door or going on how her mind is finally open.
(It wasn’t, she just had a high fever.)
Mayday let out a sneeze, snapping Zuke back into focus. Shaking his head once more, he went over to kneel in front of the pile of pillows, seeing her eyes teary from her last sneeze as she sniffled in the fort.
“Look, how about this, you take the medicine, and I’ll stop by Aunty and grab some food from her? We’ll even watch whatever movie you want.” Zuke said.
“Could we do all that without the medicine?” Mayday pleaded.
“Nope. It’s medicine or bust.” He said, a sly smirk on his face. “Take it willingly… or I'll swap your drink with it.”
“I’ll notice.” Her eyes squinted suspiciously. “Plus you wouldn’t dare.”
“Oh, I would very much dare.” Zuke insisted. “So what’ll be, May? The medicine and a pleasant reward? Or me rather literally force shoving you to take it?”
There was a momentary pause.
“If it helps, I got the gummies. Think of it as candy. Yinu’s mother suggested it.”
“Really?” She sounded surprised.
“Mm-hmm. Apparently Yinu doesn’t like taking medicine either.”
Another pause and another sniffling escaped the pile, and with that sniffling, Ellie was released as she scurried off back to the water of their home.
“....fine.” She sighed, closing her eyes to let out another cough. “I’m getting too tired to fight anyways.”
“I know.” He stood up, extending a hand out for her to take hold, frowning just a little at how clammy she felt without her glove on. “Want me to grab the usual from Aunty?”
Mayday nodded, rubbing her eyes. “And soup.”
“And soup.” He repeated, smiling a little as he guided her to the couch and laid her down. “I’ll be back in a minute, no moving from this spot, alright?”
“I make no promises.” She coughed.
Zuke just smiled.
(By the time he came back to the sewers, after some of the soup was sipped and medicine begrudgingly taken, the two fell asleep on the couch, with Zuke’s head leaned far back and Mayday resting on his lap.)

If Neon J was the CEO of NSR, then what's Tatiana doing-?
Tumblr media
[context] [AU]
She's the charter of the 4th district. (going by in game boss order, so technically this AU's version of Metro Division. Though it would be themed and named differently for this AU.)
Red was the 1010 assigned to assist her. He was in her place at the Lights Up Auditions as she prefers to manage things from the background in this. Bad past experiences with notoriety and the like but still wants to help the city. (She's very much meant to have a big air of mystery surrounding her until you get to her.)
Tatiana was still Kul Fyra in this, still had a bad falling out with the Goolings who possibly used to be charters (maybe sometime before or during the war?) Kliff and Mayday are also still big fans of the Goolings but especially Kul Fyra.
Neon J had been alerted to an artist doing some underground stuff by a unit he sent out to scout for talent. During the 'please join the company' meeting, he brought up Tatiana's old stage name to her. She questioned how he even found out and he mentioned he did a 'few' background checks. Standard procedure, can't be too careful. But he does claim that he can make the information harder for people to find if she's trying to distance herself from it.

Fyra took a stumbling step back, the Mandalorian taking another toward her. Even with Grogu's wide eyes, his clawed hand reaching out toward her, it did nothing to stop the instinct rising up inside of her throat, screaming at her to run. To escape once again from the Mandalorian.
"Don't." He started, voice rough but loud enough for her to hear. He took another slow, deliberate step toward her. "You and I need to talk."
She swallowed thickly, taking another step backwards. She willed herself to try and stay calm, but Grogu's wide eyes were staring her down. She didn't understand. How could a ruthless bounty hunter be a father to a creature like Grogu?
"Last time I tried talking to you, I almost died." She found her voice, through the hoarseness and dryness that coated it. "We have nothing to talk about."
His head tilted at Grogu babbling. He patted the Mandalorian's helmet a few times, trying to get his attention, then pointed at her again. "I'd like to know how you know his name." He spoke lowly, and she could almost feel his threatening glare through the helmet.
He had heard her calling for Grogu, then. There was no way in Maker she was telling a Mandalorian, a bounty hunter at that, that she was once a Jedi, still a Force user.
"And I'd like to know how you found me." She retorted, taking another step back, putting the weight on her good leg. How far could she run? Could she make it to her home before he caught her? No, she knew she couldn't. He was right that she couldn't run on an injured leg.
Rapid footsteps approached. She turned her head, just as a hand clasped down on her arm. She all but jumped out of her skin, head snapping to the side, about to defend herself.
"Fyra, it's me!" Ghinia exclaimed, eyes wide, breathless. Soot was smeared across her face. "We need your help, please-"
And before Fyra could even protest, even process what was going on, Ghinia was grasping at her arm, half pulling her across the village toward the main building once more. Adrenaline filled her, as Ghinia rambled about people needing help, who was injured and how bad.
Fyra turned her head, once last time, to look at the Mandalorian and Grogu, both of which just stared at her as she was all but dragged away. She was whipped around a corner, and they were out of her sight. Fyra all but stumbled behind Ghinia as she dragged her across the village, into the chaos.
There was a crying kid somewhere, the sound of fires being put out, people yelling to one another. Dust and smoke still filled the air, wafting up into the air in plumes. It brought back too many bad memories, memories of being a child herself.
Before she knew it, she was being dragged into the main hall, where there were injured and confused, distressed villagers. It was all she could do to keep herself calm, despite the burning pain shooting up her leg more and more with each step.
Children were crying, mothers and fathers trying to calm them, as there were injured sat in chairs or cots, in different degrees of injury.
Was this what her Masters had wanted for her? A life of pain and bloodshed?
"Right, we're going to need to split up and-" Ghinia started but then gasped as she glanced at Fyra. "Maker, your leg!" She exclaimed. "Sit, now." She commanded.
Fyra was all but pushed into a chair, and she hissed out as her leg was propped up. Pain, burning, shot through her and she gripped onto her pants' legs tightly. The adrenaline was starting to wear off, and with that, the pain.
"How did this happen?" Ghinia asked, getting disinfectant and bandages. "Was it one of the raiders?"
"I was shot by a blaster. It-" Fyra started, but the words trailed off.
How could she tell Ghinia that it was Henry who had shot at her? If anyone would believe her, it would be the other woman, but to her dismay, Henry had much of the rest of the village behind him on account of her still being an outsider. And how could she prove it was Henry and not one of the raiders? There were no witnesses.
Whatever she was going to say regardless died in her throat as she saw who followed Jir as he entered the building.
The Mandalorian.
The entire room quieted down, a heavy feeling descending upon the hall as the armored bounty hunter's helmet scanned over the room. She slunk down into the chair she'd been forced down into, lucky to be mostly hidden by everyone else needing medical attention.
He was being led by Jir, Grogu held in his arm. The old man was talking to him, the two of them going through the injured. Some were… thanking him? Reaching out to touch his armored arm, squeezing it, bowing their head at him. As if he wasn't a seasoned killer across the galaxy.
The sight of it made Fyra's confusion grow.
"He appeared out of the dust like a ghost." Ghinia commented quietly, watching him as Fyra was. "He took out a lot of the raiders. I've never seen anything like that. He moved so fast."
Fyra's eyebrows furrowed. He had taken out at least two different raiders she had seen, but… was he the reason that most of the raiders were all dead? The heartless bounty hunter saved people? Why? For what purpose did he have to do that?
He had saved her, whether he knew it was her or not. Her bounty stressed that she had to be brought in alive, so maybe that was the reason.
"I've never seen a Mandalorian in person before. I didn't think he'd be so silent. Or be the father to that child." Ghinia continued on. "I wonder if he knows you took care of his child."
"He doesn't need to know." Frya was quick to say, her voice low. "I'd rather not have the attention of a Mandalorian."
Ghinia's attention turned to her, eyebrows furrowed. "Why? I'm sure he'd be in your debt for it. From what I know of them, they care for their family above all else."
Fyra could've laughed at how ironic it all was. The only debt that the Mandalorian was going to be fulfilling was the bounty. It didn't matter if she had saved his child or not, he still was after her.
"I don't need the attention." Was her simple answer. "Maker." She hissed out as Ghinia dabbed her injured leg with an antiseptic.
"Sorry!" Ghinia was quick to respond with, being gentler with the dabbing. "I still think you deserve some recognition, since I'm sure you got hit trying to protect him."
She wasn't technically wrong, but still. She highly doubted that the Mandalorian was going to honor any sort of code of that sort since she was his bounty. One that she had, on multiple occasions, escaped from. She was sure she wasn't his favorite person in the galaxy.
She gritted her teeth as Ghinia cleaned her wound, clutching onto the chair arms as pain shot down her leg.
"Almost done, Fyra." The other woman encouraged, focused on the task at hand. She took the rag away, grabbing a salve from her apron. She slathered on the healing salve onto Fyra's leg, cooling, onto the blaster shot.
Almost instantly there was relief, the cooling effect helping with the burning agonizing sensation that had been shooting up and down her leg.
Fyra let out a sigh, her grip lessening on the chair, her tense body starting to relax.
"Alright. You sit here." Ghinia said, leaning back and pushing herself up. "I'll be back in a few minutes to check on you. Do you think you'll be able to help with some of the minor injuries on the others?" She asked.
Fyra was nodding before she knew what she was doing. She could help, at least with wrapping bandages and plastering healing salve on cuts and burns. She couldn't use much of the Force in her current state, unless she wanted to risk passing out.
"Good. Don't move." It was spoken firmly, an order.
Fyra let out a huff. "I won't." She promised the other woman.
With a nod from her, she was off, into the throng of injured people seeking help. Fyra tried to relax, to let the healing salve do its work on her leg, but she felt that need to get up and help. That inability to sit still while others were suffering. Maybe it was the morals the Jedi Order had instilled in her at a young age, or maybe it was just her own bleeding heart that made her like this.
As she debated getting up, she felt a familiar presence. She jerked her eyes up as she watched Jir and the Mandalorian, and Grogu, walk through the injured people. She could see Jir and the bounty hunter approach Ghinia across the room, asking her some questions.
A nervous trickle ran down Fyra's spine. Without hesitating, she was disobeying Ghinia's orders. Pushing herself up, she wobbled backwards, into the shadows of the hall. She ignored the throbs of pain that shot up her leg, a dull ache now with the healing salve doing its job. As she did, she could see the four of them looking in the direction she just had been sitting in.
It wasn't Ghinia's fault, of course. She didn't know that her other healer had blood on her hands.
She slunk into another room, putting distance between herself and the Mandalorian. And the child, even if it hurt, just a little. There were more injured here, with healthy villagers all trying to help bandage and wrap wounds, to wipe away blood.
Again, that need to help fought with her own self-survival instincts to run. To flee and get off this planet and onto the next. But she couldn't just leave people who needed her help. So, she stumbled toward one of the mothers', who was brushing past with bandages in her hands.
Without a word being spoken, the mother, exhausted and with redness and swelling around her eyes, gave her bandages. "Sit. I'll send them your way." She said.
With a nod, Fyra sat in a chair, propping her leg up on a stool with a hiss. Glancing down at her leg for a moment, it looked better. Or maybe that was the adrenaline still speaking. She was sure she wouldn't be able to walk tomorrow. But that was tomorrow's problem.
As one of the kids came up to her, with tear stained eyes and holding his wrist, she fell into that pattern of healing and soothing. She let her mind focus on the tasks at hand, everything else pushed to the back. She lost count of how many small injuries she wrapped or cleaned, how many sprained wrists or cuts she used bits of the Force to heal, despite her own injury. But eventually, it slowed down. Eventually, everyone was settled the most they could be.
And with that, she pushed herself up, wincing at the pain in her leg. She started to limp her way, back toward the doors once more, intent on going home and sleeping all of this off. The attempt on her life, the Mandalorian showing up…. It was much too much.
"Ah, there she is." Jir's voice suddenly spoke, breaking her out of her heavy thoughts.
Fyra's eyes jerked to the side, body tensing. She saw the old man, and, much to her dismay, the Mandalorian next to him, standing just in front of them. She stared up at the armored man, reminded just how tall and broad he was standing next to the almost frail looking Jir.
The last time they had been this close was when he had cornered her on Utov, all of those months ago.
"Fyra." Jir greeted, his eyes darting down toward Fyra's injured leg before back up to her face. "I heard you had gotten hurt. Are you alright?" He asked.
She willed herself to stay calm in front of the bounty hunter who had chased her across half the galaxy. "I will be, yes."
"Good, good. Our visitor was seeking out the one who had taken in his child."
Maker.
Couldn't she get a break? Where was Ghinia when she needed her?!
She swallowed thickly, her eyes darting to Grogu.
When the green child saw Fyra, he let out noises of concern, distress, seeing her injured leg. His ears drooped.
Hurt!
His little hands reached out to her.
Help?
"He also told me that you were the one to lead many of the raiders away from the heart of the village." Jir continued on, his eyes carefully watching her and Grogu. As if he could see the connection between them both like he had this morning. His eyes glanced down at the wound on her leg, before back at Ghinia.
He hummed, as if in thought. "I am not surprised it was you who did that." He continued on, as if whatever he was thinking about her injury was pushed away. "But should you be walking home alone by yourself while injured, especially after a raid?"
"It isn't that far. It's alright." She immediately responded.
"True as that may be, I'm putting a curfew on the entire village until things settle down once more. We don't know what lurks in the dark, here." Jir said, his tone final and firm, staring at Fyra as if he knew she was hiding things. "I am sure the Mandalorian would be more than willing to walk you home, to repay his debt of you caring for his son."
"Jir!" Someone called out.
The old man let out a weary sigh, shaking his head. "Our village thanks you, Mandalorian." He told the armored bounty hunter. "I'd like to speak to the both of you tomorrow morning." It wasn't a suggestion. It was a command, spoken calmly, but the undertone was one Fyra had come to learn quite quickly.
Another spike of worry constricted around her heart. What could he possibly want to talk to her about with the Mandalorian? She had no idea but it worried and concerned her. She swallowed thickly and gave a nod regardless.
The bounty hunter gave his own nod.
Jir gave a tight smile, patting the Mandalorian on his arm, before turning and walking toward where he was being called. And with each step he took, the tenseness grew between them.
The bounty hunter and his escaped bounty.
She watched Jir as long as she could, before her vision was blocked by the Mandalorian. His broad form blocked out the view of the rest of the hall, the lights illuminated behind him, casting her in his shadow. His helmet stared down at her, neither of them saying a thing.
Neither of them moved. She could feel the hairs on the back of her neck stand up. The tension and thickness growing more and more between them.
"Patu?"
She let out a breath she didn't know she was holding, breaking her stare from the t-visor helmet to stare down at his son.
Grogu had tilted his head, looking between the two of them. As if not understanding why the two of them had been locked in a staredown. His little clawed hand reached out to her from where he was held in his father's arm, trying to get to her.
He still wanted to heal her.
"You have a connection with my son."
That wasn't what she thought he was going to start a conversation with. She had expected him to demand she give herself up for her bounty. A repeat of their past encounters. This… was different.
"You are his father." She retorted back, staring him down. Her heart was thumping so loudly in her chest, but she reminded herself he wouldn't do anything to her here. Not in a room full of injured, innocent villagers.
"He wants to heal you." The Mandalorian stated.
"Yes."
A noise, almost like an annoyed sigh, came from the modulator the hunter wore. She couldn't help but feel a twinge of pride at getting under his skin, or, perhaps armor in his case. Another small, personal victory despite her entire life being thrown upside down today.
He leaned forward, more into her space.
Immediately, she was taking a step back. Keeping that distance between them.
"He doesn't normally reveal his… gifts in front of strangers." He spoke lowly.
The way he spoke of Grogu made Fyra's blood run cold. He had to know, then, of Grogu's abilities. Of the connection to the Force that ran through him. "Best to not speak of that here, Mandalorian." She told him, keeping her voice calm, pleasant, everything she wasn't. "There are some who… do not believe that is a good thing."
But still, the question ran through her head. Why was a Mandalorian taking care of a youngling with connections to the Force?
The bounty hunter was quiet for a moment, as if taking in what she said. He gave a nod, then, much to her surprise, not pushing the issue. Maybe he understood the danger a living creature with the power of the Force had to face.
"Then let me walk you to your home."
"I don't need you to walk me anywhere." She immediately shot back.
"Your leg injury, and Grogu, say otherwise." He was quick with his response.
She narrowed her eyes at him, pursing her lips. For what training she did have with the Force, with detaching her emotions from herself to avoid falling to the dark side, he really was pushing the limits.
Help?
She glanced down at the tiny child once more, feeling him reaching out.
His little head was tilted, his green clawed hand hanging over his father's arm. His large eyes stared up at her, with such emotion and vulnerability. And she could feel her resolve, her walls, being lowered by this tiny little creature she had saved. His little ears twitched, as he reached out a tiny hand toward her once again, a sad little noise leaving his mouth.
She let out a sigh, rubbing her face. "How do I know this isn't some sort of trap?" She challenged.
The Mandalorian was silent, as if heavily thinking. "We have a common interest." He responded with, his words carefully chosen.
That didn't answer her question much, but it didn't take much thinking to understand he meant Grogu, and the Force. Based off of Grogu's pleading eyes, the Mandalorian not immediately attacking her, she let out another sigh. She couldn't believe she was even considering this.
"You try anything-"
"I swear it, no more harm will come to you by my hand." He interrupted, his voice serious through the helmet, low and even. Steady.
She hadn't been expecting that. She stared at the emotionless helmet that was tilted down toward her. The dying light of the sun just barely peeking through the trees illuminated the side of his helmet. It reflected the light, casting him in a quickly fading warm light.
If she looked hard enough, maybe she could've seen a reflection of eyes, staring back down at her. Maybe even seen a glimpse the creature that lived in a suit of armor, protected and shielded from the cold galaxy that they all lived in.
"Fine." She relented, finally, her voice quiet. And with that, she turned her back on him, as if testing his words, his intentions, of which she still truly did not know.
His steps fell in line with hers immediately.
The shadow that had hunted her down most of the galaxy had found her once more. And as the sun set, casting the village in darkness, that shadow seemingly grew longer and longer, casted behind them.

If my Elden Ring OC was an NPC in game
Fyra will appear in Gideon’s study after Gideon Ofnir first speaks to the player near the table of lost grace, OR after the first Great Rune is gained and Gideon is spoken too.
“Oh, you are the new tarnished, yes? I heard Sir Gideon mumbling about you. I am Fyra. A tarnished like you. Do not mind Sir Gideon, once you get a great rune or bring him some other valuable thing, he will welcome you,”
If the player already has a great rune on speaking to her
“Oh, you are the new tarnished, yes? I heard Sir Gideon mumbling about you. I am Fyra. A tarnished like you. I apologize for Sir Gideon’s manners. He can be very rude to newcomers, but I think he will be a bit nicer, seeing as you have a Great Rune.”
“Can you see the grace? I can too. I am trying to find Great Runes and bits of information. I managed to find one already, but it’s difficult getting more... I hope to find the missing ones but I doubt they would be easy to get..”
“Here, a gift. It may help you find something”
Gives player a stonesword key.
“Many great things are hidden behind the misty walls. I think there are a few in the hold actually. I wish you luck on your quest. Us Tarnished need to work together.”
If asked “Where are you from?”
“I am from a land across the sea, in a valley full of Tarnished. It is very quiet there, slow and peaceful. The Lands Between are very different, but no less beautiful I think.”
After the player enters Ranni’s service and not met Seluvis at his Tower.
“Have you been to the Carian Manor? I have been trying to get to the spires above the manor, but the puppets protecting it unnerve me. Their eyes seem to follow me and almost plead with me to help them. Perhaps you can help me though.”
Refuse to help
“Oh I understand. Perhaps I will swallow my fear and try to get there myself…”
Agree to help
“Oh Thank you. A man lives at the manor. He is named Seluvis. He has someone very important to Sir Gideon imprisoned, and I want to bring her home. A woman named Dolores. Sir Gideon said Seluvis stole her away from the Hold. Could you poke around the grounds around the towers to see if you can find her?”
After Player finds Selvuis’s dungeon.
“Did you find her?”
If Player says No
“Please keep looking.”
If player says yes
“What? No… That… That Is terrible. No wonder Sir Gideon wouldn’t tell me any more and kept saying saving her was pointless…”
“But she should still be brought home. I feel like those puppets still have the people inside them… It would be kinder to have her be here instead of in that cellar. If you can find a way to get her, please do so.”
After Getting Selvuis’s potion and if Nepheli has been cast out of Gideon’s service.
“Poor Nepheli. I can’t believe Sir Gideon would disown his own daughter… Nepheli only ever wanted to help him… He said he had to make sacrifices like this in his quest for the Elden Ring, but surely she would understand it was a mistake like he told me… Those poor albinaurics…”
If the player selects “Show the potion”
“What is that you have there? Is that…”
“Whatever you do, do not use that potion. That is the potion that turned Dolores into a puppet. Give it to Sir Gideon and be rid of it. Please, I can’t stand the thought of another person he cares about being taken away by that disgusting man. I don't care if it might get Dolores back from him, Nepheli does not deserve such a horrible thing.”
If you gave Nepheli the potion
“I hope you are proud of yourself. Don’t even look at me. If I had any say in it you would never set foot in here again.”
IMPORTANT: If the potion is given to Nepheli, Fyra’s quest will end prematurely.
If Gideon is given the potion or the potion is fed to Dung Eater
“Don’t worry, another way to get Dolores back will show itself, I am sure.”
If Ranni’s quest is advanced enough that Seluvis dies and Dolores’s ashes are looted from Pidia’s corpse.
“Is that… Oh… I can’t believe it.. You’ve done it. You are truly a hero… Now she can rest easy knowing she is among friends again. Already I can see it in her eyes. I will bring her to Sir Gideon immediately. I am certain this will bring him some peace of mind. If you ever have any need for my skills, I will lend them to you.”
Gideon also makes a comment on this. He can be found on the balcony, leaning on the banister.
“I heard you are the one who helped Fyra in her quest… She’s a gentle lass. Tender hearted. It is a rarity in these lands.”
“She’s always been insistent in helping  me. I told her this was one thing that could never be rectified...”
“Never mind that... You have my sincerest thanks. I thought Dolores was lost forever but thanks to you both she is as safe as she can be. Now she can rest, and Fyra can set her mind back on the task at hand.”
Dolores’s body can now be seen sitting comfortably in a chair in Gideon’s study. Her eyes will follow the player as they move past her. However, after the rune of death is freed she will vanish with Gideon. When Gideon is killed in his boss battle, he will drop Dolores’s puppet ashes along with his armor and scepter.
After the Erdtree is set on fire
“The hold is burning… Enia is gone… Sir Gideon seems unbothered by it, but I can’t help but worry. I hope it was the right choice… I am not sure if I would have been able to do it.”
When the player has both Haligtree Medalions
“You’ve done it. You managed to do what Sir Gideon has been trying to do for so long. I wish you good luck, and if you need me, I will be there to help you through whatever trials you may have.
Fyra will now be available to summon for Malenia’s and Mohg’s boss battles.
IMPORTANT: If Maliketh is killed before the player fights Malenia and Mohg, Fyra will not be available to summon.
After Mohg is Defeated. Fyra will be standing before Miquella, observing him.
“That was a hard one. The Omen was formidable, though I can not help but feel saddened. What he has done is terrible but… I feel like he was lonely…
“Ah, I am sorry. I am being sentimental. Sir Gideon tells me sometimes your foe deserves no pitty. I can’t help but feel it for them though…”
“You go ahead. Tell Sir Gideon about Mogh and Miquella. I will remain here, to observe him. I want to help Miquella... But perhaps this time it is beyond what I can do…”
On returning to Rountable Hold when Maliketh is defeated. She will be standing where Ensha used to stand.
“Oh… It’s you. Sir Gideon is gone. He left and I don't know why. He got so agitated and said he would be waiting for you in the Capital. He insisted. I tried to calm him but…”
“I asked what was wrong, and he said I should not be burdened with what he knows. When I pressed he…. *slow shaky inhale*. Nothing he said made any sense… I fear for his mind.”
“Please, if you can, help him see some reason. I have never seen him act in such a way.”
After Gideon’s boss battle, his body will be laying in the middle of the arena and Fyra will be kneeling by him. On approach she will say
“Sir Gideon? Oh… No no why would you do this? Gideon…”
When the player speaks to her she will say
“Oh… You.”
“I am sorry. I apologize for Gideon… For Sir Gideon’s attempt at your life. I don’t know what he wanted… For so long he told us he wanted to be Elden Lord, to see a tarnished become one, and then suddenly he declares it's impossible…”
“Was what he said all an act to encourage us? Me? You? Did he mean it? Was he lying? To me? I… Did he never have faith in us? Perhaps his mind was touched by madness…”
“Go… Please go. Do what you were destined for. The Elden Ring is within reach. Here… Take my rune.”
Fyra gives player “Scorched Great Rune”
“It’s not much I am afraid… But every piece counts… Now go. I will see to this.”
If the player returns after defeating Godfrey Fyra and Gideon’s body will be gone.
Description on Fyra’s great rune
A great rune that has been burned nearly to ruin. Its powers are unknown and unusable, but it is no less important in reforging the Elden Ring.
There were once many Great Runes, but over time they were lost or destroyed. This rune was one of two that were held by Roundtable Knight Vyke. One was destroyed by the yellow flames, and the remaining was damaged and abandoned until it was found by the tarnished, Fyra. It offered her no power, save for the favor of Gideon Ofnir

"So, All hearing all seeing one, Do you maybe... Perhaps.... Know how to get to Rykard?" Fyra is twiddling her singed and frayed hair, looking rather fed up, and acting it too due to her foot tapping. has she ever looked this annoyed before?
"What ever you want I can get it. Just... help me end that bastard."
"Praetor Rykard? Aye, he's in the Volcano Manor of Mount Gelmir. Though the inner workings of that place are something of a mystery to myself, given they make sport of we Tarnished like the Dynasty, though I'm not sure in equal measure."
He flips a map on the table around, showing the Altus Plateau where he runs a finger along a path, seemingly mumbling to himself.
"...huhmm... along the edge here then... ah yes! The main bridge to the keep itself was decimated during the Shattering and constant conflicts keep it in disrepair, however, if memory serves, there should be a passage up across the peaks of Gelmir itself, accessible via a bridgework east of it from Altus Plateau. The last reports my people had, when I still had them, spoke of a network of rope ladders scaling up. What lies up there I'm not sure so proceed with caution."
He pauses a moment.
"By the by, when you do see Praetor Rykard? Sock him for me in that smug face of his."

"Alberich, I have a surprise for you." Fyra has the biggest grin on her face.
"Oh? I don't suppose you plan on kissing me again?~"
He couldn't help himself from flirting, it's been too long since he's felt so relaxed and the loving words just spill out, followed by a little chuckle
"Now let us see what this surprise is, yes? Please, lead the way"

A glorious morning washing over the horizon, it's glow now beginning to rival the brilliance of the Erdtree.
Fyra had gone about her usual morning routine, making a nice warm breakfast for the family. The morning went off without a hitch, except for the fact that little Godwyn wasn't eating much.
Last night was rough for him as he plagued with nightmares, and the fear of having more keeping him up all night. He was paying for it now, he was so tired he was struggling to keep his head up. His usually talkative, bubbly self was quiet and reserved.
@deathblightprince (fic verse)
FYra noted her son nodding off with his little bowl of food, She slowly went up to him, kneeling by his side as she gently took the bowl from his hands so he did not spill what was left over. “Hey Winnie, are you sleepy?”
She brushed his golden hair back out of his face and gave his forehead a kiss, just to see if maybe he was sick. But his temperature seemed normal. It was probably just a bad sleeping night then. He had them so often.
“Did you forget to drink your tea again so Uncle Miquella can give you good dreams?” Or was it not working anymore? She hoped it wasn’t the case. She didn’t know what to do to help him if it was that.
Gideon could probably cook something up but Godwyn didn't really like him too much… Which was understandable. He wasn’t all that likable to anyone outside of his small circle of family.

Okay I have had thoughts about NSR Pokemon teams before and haven't really shared other than DMs. So here, fandom neighbor, take a long read and hopefully get some inspiration.
Spoilers spoilers spoilers!
First off DJSS, with a narrative around studying the universe and trying to feel significant in it, I think would have pokemon from space. Deoxys, Minior, Elgyem, and such.
Perhaps during his time in the academic field, he had opportunity to meet and research rare pokemon, or at the least to be reading about them. Even if he doesn't train something like Ultra Beasts, I think he'd be caught up on the latest science regarding pokemon from or using the power of space or other dimensions.
Of Bunk Bed Junction, I think the more likely of the two to train an Ellie-equivalent would be Mayday, but Ellie could also be a non-battling companion they share. A crocodilian pokemon to match the animal she is, I would think. I personally lean towards Totodile for color and personality.
Mayday is the hard hitter in game, and her "fight now talk later" attitude leads me to think she'd be the kind of trainer who prefers to specialize in Attack, Special Attack, and Speed, to KO opponents in one or two hits. So pokemon of that kind of specialty, or evolved pokemon because she enjoys training and battling.
May also seems to like cute things! So I could see her getting attached to cute pokemon, whether or not she adopts them herself. I think she'd especially enjoy pokemon that look cute but a bit rugged, and battle well.
Both because of her personality and her adoration of Kul Fyra, I think she'd get along well with and have a love for Fire types. Scorbunny->Cinderace I see as a great ace pokemon for her. Chimchar or Fletchling too.
Sayu squad I think would have pokemon relevant to their specialties. Spinda, Jigglypuff, Porygon, Smeargle. Any of them I could see liking Eevee/eeveelutions. Tila seems like she'd have an affinity for fairy types. Sofa I would think would be more inclined to technology related pokemon like Rotom and Porygon, or perhaps to Shinx (it's cute, sparky, and its final form has x ray vision).
For Sayu herself, I think she'd have Water type pokemon. She might be a "friend to all creatures" type with attention given especially to Water types and ocean pokemon. For a companion, though, I'm inclined towards Gorebyss and Luvdisc.
Grookey. Now evolved into Rillaboom. For Zuke. Obviously, the drums connection. Grookey is a fun and friendly pokemon too, and that works with Zuke's chill "let's not get into a fight unless necessary" personality. I think he'd easily befriend pokemon, but he's not much of a battler, so he doesn't actually own a lot of pokemon, nor have a huge battle team. Those he does train though, I think would be powerful, and he might work more with Defense, HP, and Special Attack.
(I think it'd be cute too if Grookey had been a gift from West, as his brother is the reason Zuke got into music)
I don't know if 1010 themselves would have pokemon, or if they did if it would be more as like promotional art/music sets rather than actually owning/training (depends on how you feel about 1010 being sentient vs just robots). Eeveelutions or Pikaclones I think would be fitting, something where they each are represented by a different pokemon but across the board have something similar.
(or perhaps dog pokemon, mostly because I just had the thought of Yellow having a little Maschiff for its silly face. Red may have a stereotypical "mean" one like Houndour)
I once saw some sick Neon J art with a Dhelmise so now I love that.
Neon has an affinity for technology clearly, so Steel or Electric types, or mechanical pokemon such as Klinklang would work well with him.
Depending on how you headcanon him as disabled, he may also have a companion pokemon or two (battling or not) that could help him. Like a sturdy pokemon small enough to walk with him but big enough to be of support for mobility, or pokemon with great or special senses to help him navigate visually impaired, psychic pokemon to relay information where he has difficulty.
Grass types are a pretty clear choice for Yinu and Mama, as they have plant powers. Budew,Roselia, or Roserade for either of them (though Mama is more likely to have an evolved form and Yinu a smaller form).
Yinu is still a child. She likely doesn't have many pokemon yet, and the ones she has are probably still in their first or maybe second stage. She might have a "prestigious" pokemon like Mincinno or a musically inclined pokemon like Chatot.
And if you have any ideas for Papa's pokemon, then perhaps either Yinu or Mama have that pokemon with them.
Eve would likely get along with Psychic type pokemon. I think she could get interested in Pokemon Contests where showing off your pokemon's powers in unique ways is important. So for battling she probably plans ahead with status moves and abilities, and using moves like Trick Room.
Eve would probably share a close bond with her pokemon as she wants to understand them as well as she can, so she could befriend even "weird" pokemon.
Zorua/Zoruark would work well with her space changing abilities as they can create illusions and disguises.
Tatiana for her history may have Fire type pokemon. Dragon types would also work well for her as they take patience to train and she would probably put a lot of time into raising and training a powerful pokemon. Noivern and Charizard are my first instinct for her.
Since she's hidden her past, it's possible she may have retired some pokemon she previously battled with - keeping them as companions but not showing them in public so nobody figures out who she is. She probably was a skilled and popular battler as Kul Fyra - and likely still is, but now with different pokemon that won't be as recognizable to the public.

Hello hello I'm back once again to ramble some more about Garden of Thorns in your FRAU, only this time I'm just gonna say that last time I completely forgot about DJSS when I wrote my last ask so that's why there was no mention of him (sorry DJ :( )
Now when it comes to helping out with your oc band fight DJSS (I will draw them when they're revealed mark my words-) Sylvie and Olive tag along because at this point no one is immune to free therapy from Sylvie- and Olive wants to make new friends so they go to Club Planetarium. Sylvie knows something is up and if needed stops the fighting to let DJSS talk about his problems and how he's feeling, and Olive removes her gloves and reveals her healing powers for the first time as it fixes the cracks on DJ's orb head and seals the gas inside it (or other material idk what's in there-) which I'm sure surprises everyone. I'm sure Sylvie may also host a group therapy session with all the NSR Artists, BBJ, etc, because she wants to help as many people as she can since she knows that there are people out there who don't have access to resources such as therapy so she's made it her goal to change that slowly but surely. (Also I'm currently working on my ocs designs for your au while typing this out so the gloves for Olive is a part of her design)
Speaking of Olive, I remember how you mentioned that Tatiana would definitely come at her during the final showdown since she's healing everyone else from a distance. Tatiana sees Olive just standing there and is a bit confused until she sees the glowing light emitting from her hands and just patching up whoever's fighting her of their injuries quickly and this sets her off. Everyone else realizes that Tatiana is charging at Olive and tries to warn Olive but then something happens that catches them and Tatiana off guard. Olive grabs Tatiana's arm before it can reach her, and then her eyes start glowing red. That's when Olive proceeds to just annihilate Tatiana via a flurry of throwing, punching, kicking, and slapping. Everyone else can only watch as Tatiana is smashed against the floor while Olive has her usual smile on her face, and then afterwards she throws Tatiana at the crown, which explodes just like in the original game and reveals Kul Fyra's guitar. Olive made sure not to hurt Tatiana too badly while doing all that and when she heals her of her injuries I'm sure Tatiana is very confused as to why Olive would heal her after she tried to attack her and lost. Olive just smiles and let's Sylvie take over aka giving Tatiana her therapy.
Sylvie would indeed suspect something is up with Kliff, but Artemis attempts to come to his defense (Mainly because of her *cough* feelings *cough* towards him but she's too shy to admit it) and tries to convince her friend that Kliff wouldn't do anything drastic. Obviously Sylvie is not having any of it and talks with Kliff anyway, and that's when she helps him realize that he has a very unhealthy parasocial relationship with his idol/Tatiana and works with him to solve any other problems he may have as well.
And that's about everything that's coming to my mind right now about FRAU, my OFA AU thoughts are starting to take over again so I'll head off to elaborate on them on my own blog lol. I hope you enjoyed my ramblings once again Eri :D
I had this mental image that Olive was smaller than Tatiana so all I was seeing in my head was Tatiana getting slapped and thrown by someone less than half her height lol! But glad I relooked at Olive because her being taller than Tatiana and being able to do that makes so much more sense!
But yes, she would be so confused and it makes me think of the scene from Undertale where Flowey doesn't understand why you spared him (them? I forget Flowey's pronouns, my bad). She would be more willing to listen to Sylvie and B2J at that point, but still hesitant because of thinking everything she's worked for will be stripped away from her (but she probably would come fully around after a few therapy sessions).
The Kul Fyra moment would probably be even more heartbreak. For Mayday and Cyril. The both idolized her and now they realize that she is the reason for a lot of their suffering because they tried to follow her path. I don't know, it just feels even more bitter sweet than how the original ending goes. I don't think Tatiana would give the guitar to either of them though, both can't play it (May physically and Cyril doesn't know how), so instead I see her as using it as a symbol to bridge EDM and Rock together.
But going back to Nova for a second, he would be VERY surprised at the fact that his head got healed. I still think there would at least be a scratch still, something that won't ever fully heal (like a scar) but at least now he will be able to contain his space dust and think with a clear head more easily! (he would also gladly stop playing music to just talk about himself and his woes, probably lets slip some stuff about Neon and 1010 too which would help Garden of Thorns/Ex-Jay depending on WHEN the rematch with Nova happens).
Group therapy will also have to wait at least a little bit after the NSRtists have some one-on-one therapy, because all I can see is Eve and Mama ganging up on Neon, 1010, and Nova while Yinu and Sayu's Crew try to stop the whole fight that is about to go down. Until Tatiana raises her voice telling them to all shut up and sit down which immediately makes them ALL obey (and also shows the therapist/Sylvie/whoever just how much work is going to need to be done).
And Kliff's relationship isn't ENTIRELY parasocial since he and Tatiana do have history together, however I do see a good talk between Tatiana and Kliff to be great closure for both of them. Maybe they get a little physical at first, with a punch here and there (from both ends) but Olive heals them both up and their wall of frustration is gone and they can finally have an open conversation. They can both finally close the book on their relationship, never really talking again, but the two finally being at piece with their shared past. (And it helps that Kliff now has Artemis to get his mind off of Tatiana :3).
So yeah! A lot of things would turn out quite nice if a Re-Revolution occurred with multiple bands coming together to pull it off! There would still be the initial few years of suffering everyone does, but at least by the end people are healing together instead of scarring by themselves!

Motivations of L.O.V.E
Since I introduced the villain group L.O.V.E I decided to reveal the reasons they became villains and what their motivations are.
Why they became villains:
Burning Constellation- They were mainly upset that Titanium banned them from performing their planned rock concert after all the mischief they got into (flooding the waterpark, throwing a party at the NSR Tower, nearly burning down the NSR Tower, and blowing up the Grand Qwasa-) and Titanium took away Kul Fyra’s guitar from Orion, which really pissed her off. So they decided after much discussion later that they aren’t gonna let Titanium boss them around anymore and launch an attack, resulting in the NSR Tower being destroyed by a falling satellite hacked by Orion (I’m sure Kliff would be very proud of his daughter lol), and Kul Fyra’s guitar along with the Grand Qwasa being stolen by Burning Constellation. Their motivation is to cause as much chaos as possible to teach Titanium a lesson that she shouldn’t ban people from performing at their concerts.
Henrick- He saw the whole attack on the NSR Tower go down before he decided “Sure I’ll join them. I’ve got nothing else going on.” In actuality Henrick is very jealous of his older brother having the attention of his parents even though Henrick managed to become an OFA Rockstar. It spirals to Henrick wanting to prove himself and begins to take training his powers seriously when he joins L.O.V.E. Henrick gives himself the name Loki, since he sees his brother as Thor and as his motivation he wants to make sure he makes a statement not only to his parents, but the world as well that older siblings should not have all the attention.
Rosie- She does love her two older sisters dearly but Titanium was being way to harsh in not letting Burning Constellation play their music anymore. Rosie fears that Titanium may go through with banning rock music like her mother Tatiana did, and possibly any other genre of music that Titanium deems “too chaotic” A week after the NSR Tower attack, Rosie denounces her older sister during her livestream and calls her out for her actions, before she lets it be known that she will be joining L.O.V.E and not back down until Titanium apologizes to Burning Constellation. This becomes viral and majority of her fans are in agreement with Rosie, while some fans think this situation is getting out of control. Nonetheless the fans who support Rosie amass into an army known as Hydra, with Rosie herself as the one in charge with everyone calling her Madame Hydra. Her motivation is that by her joining L.O.V.E, Titanium can realize the error of her ways.
Prince Astral- He was always seen as suspicious by the citizens of Vinyl City, mainly because of his appearance since he took after his father’s physical looks. The Prince ended up isolating himself due to rumors about him, and even being confronted by some people because they just didn’t like him at all. With the rumors, bullying from some people, and his increasing loneliness, Prince Astral decided enough was enough. If people saw him as a villain, then a villain he would become. Joining L.O.V.E as Doctor Doom would show everyone just how powerful he was with his magic, and he would show that he would not be reckoned with. His motivation is mainly to have a friend, someone who can truly understand him for who he really is, and not to be seen as a monster.
CAL- Being originally created by Orion to help with energy output, CAL eventually developed sentience, and started doing mischief of his own such as terrorizing the poor employees in the NSR Tower Printer room. CAL however yearned for something more, to live in a world where he and all other AI beings could live happily with humans. But that all changes when Titanium threatens to disable CAL and rid him of his sentience as part of her banning Burning Constellation from playing Rock. This leads to CAL feeling fear for the first time, and he realizes that if he is disconnected, then this may lead to Titanium banning AI altogether. He decides he needs to do something to protect his fellow AI and joins Burning Constellation in the attack on the NSR Tower, becoming the first of the OFA Rockstars to join L.O.V.E as his alias Ultron. His motivation however is a lot more sinister than he lets on, secretly planning to actually take over the world and control it as the supreme AI Overlord...
Jodie- He was the last to join L.O.V.E since initially he hoped that this whole thing would blow over as usual. But that all changed when his parents came to visit one day and caught him with his boyfriend. Jodie hadn’t come out to anyone outside of his friends about his sexuality, but he was soon outed by his own parents who didn’t approve to everyone who lived back in his hometown. This lead to a huge argument between Jodie and his parents, which ended in his parents disowning him. To add insult to injury, Jodie’s boyfriend decided to break things off with him, leading Jodie to feel as if he had lost everything. After much thinking, Jodie realized that he had been treated horribly, and therefore it was only right that his parents and ex-boyfriend get what was coming to them. Jodie then joined L.O.V.E under the alias Gambit, with his vow of getting revenge on those who wronged him being his motivation.
And that’s the basic backstory of all the L.O.V.E members and why they became the villains they are. I’m pretty sure that if they are to be taken down, everyone will have to work together, with the Psychonauts entering each mind and helping resolve their problems, the Spiders helping neutralize them, Vandelay taking back control of their technology, and all of the current and former NSR Artists/Parents talking it out with the OFA Rockstars...

"Jo, men... For me to ever have another baby, I will have to get jättedrunk with someone like Gunnar's pappa again." And Agnes had absolutely no desire for something like that to ever happen again. While she never felt shame in what happened back at that party in university, it wasn't the sort of evening she'd like to repeat itself. Words couldn't describe how grateful she was for Gunnar to have come into her life; but everything that night that led her to get drunk and ultimately sleep with Gunnar's pappa... she could live without. Plus there was now the fact she was a mamma with a young child. A party scene like that wasn't anywhere she'd ever find herself again. So there was no way she'd ever again end up in a situation where she was drunk enough to entertain the idea of having sex. "I do not drink like that any longer."
With that said, she let the topic drop in favor of watching Jette involve Gunnar in picking out a book to read. When her eyes caught sight of the cover Jette seemed to find most interesting, the brunette couldn't help but chuckle. Of course Goatman would pick something with a goat. 'Petter och Hans Fyra Getter' was a classic. "What book are you going to read for us, Get?" She teased, wanting to hear him even just attempt the title. The book itself was written with short, simple sentences. There weren't many overly complicated words. He could probably attempt to read the story without butchering the Swedish language too much. A lot of the words repeated themselves with a focus on numbers and on colors. All very basic. Agnes was fairly certain those were lessons covered early on in Duolingo—as long as Jette actually downloaded the scary green owl like she'd told him to.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"Not that I'd ever take that for granted. One of the biggest honors in my life." He smiled at Agnes and then at Gunnar. "Forever known as uncle goat. Not bad." He had to chuckle since it still made him laugh. "For the record. You're not like a sister. You are. There is no like." Family was family to him. Whether that was through shared DNA or a found family. "I'm glad to earned both your trust." He shrugged and hummed. "One can never say never. You have me as an example. Multiple times was told no kids in my future and yet here we are."
Noticing his little hands reaching out he bent down and crossed his legs while still keeping a hold of Gunnar, letting him grab whatever book was calling out to him. JJ had focused in on him as he waited for him to make his move and scanned the row of books. His eyes clearly show how impressed he was, this was quite a collection. A few of the titles made him furrow his brow in slight confusion. Clearly it was out of his depth since they were in Swedish. His own hand reached to grab a book, brows deeply furrowed as he tried to read the title. All that was clear to him was that it had a picture of a goat on the cover. Which of course made him chuckle. He then grabbed a few more books to set on the floor in front of them and looked at Gunnar. "I like number one. What do you think?" He picked up the book and smiled at the goat.

Dinner was, for the most part, normal as always. Routine, familiar. Something Fyra still was not used to. The only difference tonight, of course, was Telia bragging about how good of a patient she was to the other kids gathered around her.
Fyra had only smiled as she had watched, sipping at her broth, only shrugging and playing along when other villagers had asked her about it.
She walked out of the dining hall as the sun was setting in the sky, bathing everything in its orange light. She started her walk back toward worn path that was woven through the village with some of the other villagers. She bid goodnight as they went into homes, all closer to the heart of the village than her own. They settled in for the night, content to repeat the day tomorrow.
Her steps were light as she walked, quiet in the night, walking toward the outskirts. The torches lit the pathway, growing more and more sparse as she left the more populated area. It never bothered her, walking this path at nighttime. When she first arrived here, it did, but now? There was nothing in the woods to usually be afraid of. She was on guard, however, as raiders from a nearby settlement had become more active in the area as of recent.
Much like earlier, that feeling of being watched made the hairs on the back of her neck stand up. The Force whispered to her, beckoning to her, warning her. Something was there, just beyond the tree line, just behind her home.
She carefully, silently, made her way toward the source. The trees loomed overhead, dark and shadowy in the night. A hand instinctively went to the knife she kept on her belt, eyes narrowing with anticipation as she stared into the darkness.
She held her breath, listening. There was a soft breeze, making the trees move and the leaves rustle in the night. The nighttime life could be heard, the insects and other creatures deeper in the woods creating their nighttime song she had grown so accustomed to hearing these past seasons.
But something was there. Something was different.
There was a rustle in the bushes.
She dared not breathe. The Force warned her, pushing her. Instinct yelled at her to run.
The creature that emerged from the foliage was not what she was expecting.
A tiny creature, green, with ears much too large for their head, with big black eyes that looked up at her. He blinked a few times, tilting his head as he shuffled out of the bushes, wearing what looked like an old tan cloth robe that had seen better days. There was a tiny cut on his head, and he looked to be in pain.
But more than anything else, she could sense the Force reaching out to her, from him.
And her heart melted in her chest.
"Oh." She breathed out, and immediately, she was kneeling down in front of him, holding out her hands for him to take. "Hello, little one." She spoke out softly, trying to urge him forward toward her so she could help him.
What was this youngling doing all by himself, in the forest at night? Where did he even come from? How badly was he hurt? Where was his family? So many questions raced in her mind.
"My name is Fyra. I am a healer." She spoke softly to the little child.
He waddled, almost cautiously, toward her, stopping just in front of her hands. "Patu?" He cooed out, tilting his head again as he looked up at her, those eyes wide and full of so many different emotions.
She knew almost nothing of his species. No one knew anything. They were so rare, she'd only ever known one other, long ago, when she was once a child herself.
"It's alright now." She soothed to the child, more worried about the cut on his head than anything else. She just needed to heal it, heal him first. Then, she could figure the rest out. "You're safe." She promised to the child, her eyes staring at the child's, trying to reassure him.
She let the Force wash through her to him, warm and reassuring, calling out to him. He was powerful, already, that she could tell from just being this close to him. But he was tired, and injured, and scared.
His little clawed hands rested in hers, and she could see tears well up in his big eyes. She could feel the fear rising in him, and she felt her heart breaking.
"Oh, little one, shh." She soothed out, and wrapped an arm around him, scooping him up and cradling him in her arms. "Shh, it's alright." She whispered out, letting her eyes close as she cradled him, letting the Force wash over them both.
Another Force user.
Someone like her.
Someone like him.
It'd been too long since she'd found someone like herself.
In this case, he had found her.
Pushing herself up, she cradled him close to her chest, making her way back to her home, speaking hushed words to the child. She had once been a terrified youngling, on her own in this massive galaxy. A galaxy poised to hunt down and kill her kind.
Pushing her door open, she shut and locked the door behind her, cradling him with one arm, the other flicking on her lamp, illuminating her small, one roomed home. "Let's get you cleaned up and taken care of, then we'll figure out what's happening, okay?" She soothingly spoke to the little green child.
She sat down at her table with him in the crook of her arm, as he looked around her home, curious but still scared and hurting.
"I'm sure you're hungry, but let me take a look at your head first, okay?" She said softly, soothingly, and lifted a hand to his head.
He flinched backwards, squeezing his eyes shut, ears moving downwards. A noise of distress left him.
Her heart broke more.
"It won't hurt, I promise." She soothed to him, gently letting her hand hover over his little head.
The Force moved through her, to his wound, washing over it and healing his skin, much like how she had healed Telia's ankle earlier that afternoon. She could feel the Force working to heal him, and she could feel that fear and hurt leaving him. At least for now.
His big eyes fluttered close, and his little body relaxed against her. His clawed hand loosened on her tunic.
"Better?" She asked softly, letting her hand gently brush away his wispy, white hairs from his forehead.
He let out a cooing noise in response, his head resting against her shoulder. She let her other hand rub over his back. An instinctive thing, trying to soothe and calm him. Her own mind raced, trying to piece things together.
Where had he come from? That was the loudest question in her mind. It was only followed up by the thought of something, someone hurting him. That protective instinct rose up in her, to protect and help save this child.
A little clawed hand papped her cheek.
Immediately, she looked down at him.
He was looking up at her with wide eyes, his hand clenching and unclenching in the air.
Curious, she let her hand gently grasp his. Once again, the Force connected them both, and she could almost understand him.
Grogu. Lost. Where is Buir?
His name was Grogu, and he was lost. That much she could gather. But Buir? She didn't know that word, and her eyebrows furrowed as she thought of what it could possibly mean. What language even was that? It sounded familiar, but not enough to know.
"We'll find your buir, Grogu." She said softly, giving his hand a gentle squeeze. "It's nice to meet you." She gave him a reassuring smile, trying to soothe some of his worries. "You're like me. Is your buir like us too?"
A shake of his little head.
So it was just the two of them, then.
She had many questions, but she supposed they'd have to wait till the morning. Grogu seemed so tired and hungry and still shaken up.
"Alright. Let's get you something to eat and get you to bed. We'll figure things out in the morning, alright?" She said softly, scooping him up in her arms and moving toward her cabinets, trying to find something for him to eat.
After getting him some fruit and washing him, which was an adventure all on its own, he was curled up against her in her bed, swaddled and wrapped up in blankets, sleeping soundly. A hand was resting on her, clutching onto her tunic to keep her close.
His little nose and ears twitched in his sleep, soft noises leaving his mouth as he slept.
Fyra couldn't help but think he was the most adorable thing she had ever seen in the universe. Even if he tried eating all of her fruit.
So many questions raced through her, alongside memories of her past. They'd once been long pushed aside, pushed so far back she didn't want to remember them.
A scared youngling. Hurt and all alone in a terrifyingly big galaxy, with too many people who would hurt and use their kind for their own gain. She wouldn't let what happened to her happen to him. She'd find his family again.
Fyra wouldn't entertain any other thoughts or possibilities.
She let out a quiet sigh, trying to calm her mind and let the Force wash over her to soothe her to sleep like it did for Grogu.
It could wait till the morning.
When the morning eventually did come, it disrupted the daily routines the village was so used to. It was an interesting series of events explaining to the other villagers just how she suddenly had a child under her care. And where he had shown up from, what his name was, why he couldn't talk. And, to her chagrin, why he was green, from some of the children.
She kept her answers to a minimum, Grogu tightly gripping onto her all the while.
Which is why she now stood in the meeting hall, Grogu clutching onto her pants leg. He hadn't wanted to play with the other children nearby, instead insisting on staying with her. She had tried reassuring him through the Force again, but he was a stubborn little child.
The other parents and leaders of the village were discussing what to do. She couldn't help but feel partially excluded from it, as they conversed amongst themselves, like she wasn't even there.
She knew she was considered an outsider, but she thought she'd done enough to help them all to at least be included in a conversation like this. She shifted her weight, crossing her arms over her chest.
She willed the Force to keep her calm when all she wanted to do was grab Grogu and walk out of there. She was the one who found him, after all. She felt responsible for him, until she found his family, she told herself. It wasn't because she felt a kindred sort of feeling with the child, being a youngling all alone. Of course not.
"Fyra has helped all of us here. Do you think it's fair to throw this responsibility onto her?" Ghinia defended her, gesturing to her. "She found the child, but why can't one of the watchers go to the next town over and see if anyone is missing a child?" She questioned.
"Because, with the raiders' recent activity, we cannot risk one of our watchers leaving their posts for the time it'd take to travel." Retorted Henry, Big Henry of course, his broad form and narrowed eyes seemingly glaring down at them both. "Do we really need another healer here at all times? Why can't she go with the thing?"
His insinuation, and the insult toward Grogu, made Fyra's temper rise up in her. She clenched her jaw, her own eyes narrowing as she stared up at him. If she was cruel, she could force him to his knees right now. It was the same argument he'd had when she first came here. He still couldn't let it go.
"Respectfully, I'd like to put a word in since both myself and the child are standing right here." She cut in, voice forcefully even.
Ghinia nodded, as the other villagers turned their gazes to look at her. At Grogu, still hiding behind her leg.
"Speak, Fyra." Spoke Jir, an elder in the village. He was a white-haired man, leaning over on his cane with both hands. His eyes, surrounded by wrinkles with time and hard work, were still sharp when the rest of him wasn't any longer. His mind was still quick, despite his bones and muscles aged with time.
He always had respected her, and, deep down, she wondered if he knew what she was.
"Regardless of where he came from, he needs someone to take care of him, until we find his family. I will take him under my care until that happens." She told them all, which was met with quiet murmurs of agreements.
"However, I do not think it'd be wise for both of us to travel by ourselves into the woods with the way the raiders have been as of late if we are to go to the neighboring village to see if he got lost."
Which, she found highly unlikely, considering his size and demeanor.
Ghinia, standing next to her, gave a nod, her dark hair pulled back, showing off her determined and almost challenging look she was giving toward Henry. "Agree."
Two of the other mothers, and one of the fathers agreed with her too. Henry let out a huff of a noise, shaking his head, obviously not agreeing.
Jir gave a hum in thought, sharp eyes looking over the two outsiders. He tilted his head slowly, leaning on his cane, eyes flittering down to look at Grogu, who was hiding behind Fyra's leg. "Yes, you will take care of him for the time being, Fyra." He said, voice calm but resolute. "The child is already attached to you it seems, through some unseen bond."
His words made a trickle of apprehension trickle through her at his insinuation. As if he could see, sense, the Force between her and Grogu. But maybe he was just an old man, who'd seen and done his time around the galaxies.
She gave a nod, biting back those questions.
"We will discuss sending one of the watchers with you to the neighboring town, or someone else available to travel with you both in the next few days." He continued on.
As Henry opened his mouth to retort, Jir was quick to give him a side eye, sharp and pointed. Where Fyra could not use the Force to silence him, Jir was able to with just a look.
It was something she envied.
"If there are no other pressing concerns, I think this meeting is done." He finished, with, looking back over the rest of the group, dismissing them all with a nod of his head. "We'll speak in a few days, Fyra." He said to her.
With a nod of her own, she was then leaning down toward Grogu. With only a little hesitation, he was reaching up for her, letting her scoop her up in her arms, one of his tiny claws gripping tight onto her tunic once again.
Buir?
She couldn't answer his silent question right now, not with the others around like they were. Big Henry was seemingly glaring down at her as he walked past her and Grogu, almost hitting her with his shoulder. She willed herself to stay calm as she walked out of the meeting hall, Ghinia and some of the other parents walking with her, Jir having stayed behind to work on a few things.
It was growing later now, the sun moving into the sky behind a cover of clouds, outcast.
She carried Grogu on her hip, glancing down at him as they walked through the village. "Well, little one, I guess you're stuck with me for a few more days, hm?" She spoke to him.
He looked up at her, tilting his head, letting out a gurgle of noises she couldn't understand. She knew he was confused though, not entirely understanding everything that had happened.
She let out a quiet sigh, shaking her head, adjusting him on her hip as they walked through the village. She was lost in thought, trying to decide what all she should do with this child that was now suddenly her responsibility.
She didn't let herself think about longterm with the child. Not that she didn't mind having another with her who could, seemingly, use the Force like her, but… she didn't know if she'd be a good caretaker for the child. Besides, he obviously had some sort of family he was looking for.
And, she reminded herself almost as an afterthought, getting attached was forbidden by the old Order.
As she watched the children run through the village, giggling and laughing, she couldn't help but think just maybe the Order was wrong on more than one occasion.
Telia tagged along, half hobbling on her ankle. "Guys, hold on!" She whined out, obviously upset. She stopped next to Fyra and looked up at her, pouting. "Miss Fyra, they won't let me play with them."
"Well, you can always play with this little one. He needs someone brave to show him around the village." Fyra responded with, smiling down at the girl. "But, you shouldn't be trying to run after them anyways, should you?" She asked, tilting her head.
"…No." Telia mumbled out, dropping her gaze from Fyra, pouting more. "But I wanted to play."
What did her old Masters do when they had children who were being, well, children? How did they placate them, all without forming a type of emotional connection to them? It was a good thing she wasn't a Jedi anymore.
She opened her mouth to respond.
The hairs on the back of her neck stood straight up, as a heavy sense of dread filled her. She took a protective step closer to Telia, eyes jerking away from her, toward the woods.
She felt the blaster fire before she heard it.
Within seconds, the village descended into chaos and madness. Shots ran out, as screams filled the air, ringing in her ear. Those old instincts reared their heads once again, hands instinctively going toward the hilt that she used to wear.
Without thinking she grabbed Telia. Whipping around a corner with the two crying kids, she all but shoved the two children under a bush, covering them with the branches and leaves.
"Stay." She ordered them both.
Grogu's eyes were teary and so were Telia's.
Danger! Don't leave!
Grogu's words hit her hard in her chest. But she didn't have time to hesitate, to let her own fear choke her. She gave them a tight smile, before pushing another branch over them, hiding them.
She pushed herself up.
"There's one!" A rough voice yelled out. "Get 'er'!"
She didn't hesitate, she bolted. Adrenaline filled her, letting herself be used as bait to get them away from Grogu and Telia. She whipped around a corner, mind and heart racing. She ran farther out of the village, toward the outpost. Blaster shots whipped past her, the heat sizzling past her skin, her clothes. It was only with the Force she managed to avoid them all, running fast.
She could see the watchers, shooting and running in between the raiders, shooting who they could. Big Henry's form was easily recognizable, as he was shooting raiders were he could.
He whipped his blaster toward her, narrowly avoiding a blaster shot that was meant for her. He aimed his blaster. But he didn't shoot, even as she came running toward them, as the other watchers took out the other raiders in the dust and dirt that was kicked up.
His blaster was still raised on her.
Dread filled the pit of her stomach. She rolled to the left. But it wasn't enough to keep a searing hot, agonizing pain from tearing through her leg. She cried out as she collapsed onto the ground. She sucked in a breath, tears in her eyes. Her leg was burning.
A raider was almost atop of her. She could hear him, hear the others, as they yelled and screamed, blaster shots ringing out through the haze. Desperate and defenseless, she lifted a hand, her last resort of the Force. But she didn't get a chance to use it.
As the raider came into sight, a knife was suddenly sticking out of his neck. He choked for air, trying to weakly grasp onto the knife, before he was collapsing, at her feet. Blood pooling out from it.
Panic filled her, as she scrambled backward, ignoring the throbs of pain in her leg. Adrenaline made her forget about it. She watched as something reflected metal. Reflected armor, as it stalked toward her.
Instinct screamed at her to run. And she did. She bolted away, limping, away from the haze, trying to get out so she could see again. And as she did, she could hear the sound of shots reflecting off of metal. And one by one, as other shots rang out, precise and swift, she could hear the sound of bodies collapsing to the ground.
Within seconds, it was over.
The dust cleared as she limped her away from the watchers, from where Henry had shot at her. From the armored warrior she had seen just a glimpse of. She limped back toward where she'd left Telia and Grogu.
Smoke filled the village. Crates and barrels overturned, homes broken into. She couldn't even worry about her own home being broken into. Not when she needed to know if the two children were okay. Smoke burned her nose, her eyes, as she limped. Chest heaving, eyes wide, turning the corner where the bush had been at.
She saw Telia, clutching onto her mother, sobbing out, crying.
Grogu wasn't there.
Dread filled her. She staggered toward Telia and her mother, chest heaving, eyes wide, tears pricking at the corners. "Where is he?" She gasped out, staring down at Telia, eyes darting to her mother. "Please where is he?!" She asked, frantic, when neither one of them could answer.
"He- he- he ran off- I couldn't stop him, I stayed under the bush-" Telia stammered out, in between sobs, clutching onto her mother.
Fyra didn't hesitate. She took off through the village again.
Frantic, her eyes darted around, rapid, letting the Force guide her to where Grogu could be at. In the chaos of the village, it was hard to focus. Blaster fire filled her nose, burning it, sending her into overdrive.
Other villagers weaved and moved past her. Someone was crying. People were yelling, trying to find one another in the chaos.
Her heart was racing in her chest, and she darted, half-limping around a corner, feeling Grogu's presence grow stronger.
"Grogu!" She called out for him. "Grogu!"
Her heart leapt into her chest, her feet coming to a freezing, halting stop, as her eyes took in the stranger in front of her.
Except, this was no stranger.
Armor glinted in the late afternoon light, casting it in a blood red. The broad, tall form stood from the body of the raider a few feet in front of him. A knife, like the one that had killed the raider about to kill her, was pulled out of the raider's chest. Blood glinted off of the metal.
And then the t-visor, emotionless and blank, snapped toward her. Locking onto her, tilting his head slowly. A predator sizing up his next prey.
It was him. The one that had stalked her across half the galaxies. The one who haunted her nightmares.
The Mandalorian.
And Grogu was running right toward him.
She didn't think.
She stumbled forward as the Mandalorian knelt down to Grogu. Her mouth opened, about to yell, but it died on her lips.
The scene in front of her rattled her to her core.
The Mandalorian, kneeled in the dirt, clutched onto the child. Shielding him, protecting him, holding onto him with such ferocity. It was as if nothing else mattered in the world except for the two of them. It was with a grip so tight.
She had seen it in other planets, in other galaxies, in marketplaces and cities, in villages and farms.
Grogu had found his buir.
And suddenly, she knew what buir meant.
The Mandalorian was Grogu's father.
And as he rose up to his feet, still clutching onto Grogu, the little green child pointed toward her. That t-visor shot toward her, an impassive, emotionless helmet. His head tilted once more, as if in contemplation.
It was possible he did not recognize her. After all, it had been so long since they'd last seen each other. She looked different now. He looked different now too, new, shiny armor. New weapons, she was sure, to track down bounties and kill the ones he could.
Yet, he took a step toward her, slow, silent. A stalker confronting his target.
"Can't run away again with an injured leg, can you?"
And any hope of keeping her peaceful life died.

How can you come up with your own OC? Help me with this please
For me, I start by taking things I like in people aesthetically and physically and then combine them in a way I find pleasing.
Lets use Arette and Fyra for examples.
Tumblr media
I like redheads with freckles. I like braided hair. I like corsets and dresses that show shoulders. I combined these to make Arette.
Then we have Fyra!
Tumblr media
I love grecian noses, olive skin, chocolate hair. You can see I brought the braided hair back too.
Once I am satisfied with the design, I then figure out how I want them to act. Most of my OCs these days are made SPECIFICALLY to ship with certain characters, so i make personalities that play off and contrast some what to the other.
Arette is kind, she has a moral compass, and is very protective of her adoptive daughter. But her fatal flaw is that she ignores red flags for the sake of her own comfort, this can cause her to bend her compass if given enough reason to over look things. This also ultimately puts her daughter in danger. This makes it easy for Bondrewd to tell her little white lies, and for her to ignore the red flags she does see. All until its too late and he's enacted his master plan. She turns on him, and deals with the massive guilt her own inaction caused.
Fyra is gentle and kind almost to a fault. She is naive to manipulation, but not to evil itself. She has a very strong moral compass and she sticks to it. Gideon can get away with SOME horrible things purely by lies and garnering sympathy. But he can not keep getting away with everything he does, and must adapt as Fyra can't be disposed of. Not only because she's growing powerful, but because he is growing fond of her. His jaded view of the world is slowly broken down by Fyra's kindness and love of anything and everything, broken or not. This ultimately leads to a not so tragic end for him as she changes him for the better.
After that is the part I find the hardest, which is creating a backstory and origin. Rule of thumb however is, that ones environment molds them as a person. Fyra's gentle nature is caused by the valley she grew up in, which was very peaceful. Everythig else I add to her (deceased mother, love of cooking dance and music) are all things I add for more flavor that fit a personality like she has.
Arette is a delver from Orth. She already grew up idolizing White Whistles, so its easy for her to be made to trust Bondrewd by him spinning similar tales that got all his men working for him. Her growing up there also means she can just write off Bondrewd's behavior as just him being a white whistle, as they all are a bit crazy. Her mother's dislike of delvers and the abyss pushes Arette into Bondrewd's arms when they first meet, cementing her place in his mind so when they meet again, he simply HAS to keep her with him.
So yeah. I hope this all helps you, and give you an idea what to do. Just start by making what you think looks cool, and then build off that to create a story. =)

“I like the Golden Order Miriel talks about... I want to make it become that when I become Elden Lord.” Fyra hums, sitting on the edge of the ruined bridge.
“....”
Goldmask does not reply, still pointing up at the heavens. However, Fyra feels like he has a similar thought process to her and Miriel, if what she heard was anything to go by.
“I will make sure everyone has a place, all equal to one another.” She doesn't expect a reply honestly, but saying it is helping her actually visualize what she wants. “Even those who live in death. They will be safe. The Albinaurics too... And the omens. Demi-humans! The misbegotten also. Everyone.”
“.........”
“Keep it down, you are distracting him with you’re nonsense.” Corhyn hisses at her, and Fyra rolls her eyes.
