it’s poorly made television all the way down

oh man it's turning into spring and a bunch of my houseplants are putting out new growth
#i don't know why this image is so huge sorry#my little schefflera moondrop is FINALLY putting out a leaf for the first time in all the months i've had her i'm so excited#i thought it was ready to be repotted shortly after i got it but then when i did almost all of the roots fell off? and then it got brown#spots and dropped some leaves and i thought it wasn't going to make it but 👁️👄👁️#my rabbits foot fern which i rescued from drowning in the clearance rack is also growing more feet. very exciting#the sprig i picked up off the floor of the plant store is almost a plant now#my peperomia hope is not very pleased with me but putting off a couple shoots anyway#the ones causing problems are my wrinkly sad snake plant and my xanadu which is slowly turning yellow and dying and i cannot figure out why#my crispy wave fern which is getting brown and crunchy in spots i think i got the middle too wet :(#and the burros tail but only because it breaks every time i look at it but it's fine. also my croton with one remaining leaf but pretty sure#that is just a casualty of the spider mite war at this point unfortunately#everyone else doing decent to good....really hope my new pleiospilos follows through on blooming i will be very sad if not#me#plant diaries

You turned yourself towards the man, immediately staring back into his piercing red eyes. He didn't say anything, for a good minute before he smirked. "Like what you see sweetie?" He teased before you planted your palm on his face, gently. "Sylus, I'm serious." "Mm, come on, just 5 minutes."
"You only have yourself to blame on your messy sleep schedule." You sighed as you retracted your hand away from his face, but as you're about to do so, Sylus held your wrist and kissed your palm. "I suppose so." He whispered before scooting closer to you and let yourself turn around, his chest on your back, his lips on your exposed neck.
"Your 5 minutes doesn't sound convincing by the way," You complained, "Oh?— Well, I have no intentions on letting go after all,
It's just an excuse to hold you as I sleep."
