Though he is that kind of father who drags you to do this and that without asking your opinion, but buys you the tastiest snacks and lets you borrow his phone to play games or something. As soon as you tell him you have a crush on someone, he already knows they're not good enough for you and Lilia lets you know that. He need to get you safe and away from their tainted hands. Otherwise, a very good dad. 100% deserves a "world's best dad" cup.

.⁠｡⁠*⁠♡ Silver is calmer and more peaceful to spend time with, despite your father always instigating his brotherly instincts and asking him to protect you and his other siblings, Silver knows that you are capable of taking care of yourself. But he makes it his mission to teach you how to fight if you don't already know, he even teaches you how to fight with a sword, he doesn't want to leave you defenseless if you are in danger and need to defend yourself. Even though he is calm, Silver has his moments, hovering over your shoulder and staring at your friends to the point where it is disconcerting and they feel uncomfortable until they leave. He also likes to take naps with you or on your shoulder, loving the way you play with his hair.

.⁠｡⁠*⁠♡ While Silver is calmer, Sebek is, surprisingly, clingier. He thinks that if Lilia chose you then there is certainly something in you and he spends a lot of time by your side, studying with you, sitting next to you in classes and during lunch, explaining the material if you don't understand and going on errands with you , all while he tries to discover what Lilia saw in you. Whatever it is, Sebek secretly enjoys your presence and protects you from the bad influences that surround you, yelling at them to stay away. Sebek is dedicated to Malleus, but also to you now, as you are the newest addition to his little family.

.⁠｡⁠*⁠♡ Malleus as a child hated being isolated in his room, so of course he helps you escape from your room every time Lilia grounds you. He usually takes you sightseeing some ruins and explains to you their stories and how they came to be. Malleus lets you take care of tamagotchi and that's his most precious possession, so you know how much it means to him. The most protective over you, by the way. With a flick of his hands he has your friends running away, afraid of him and the things he can do. But while it's temporary with Silver, with Malleus is definitely. And if you get upset over this, he'll comfort you and explain very condecendently why those were bad people you were letting in your life.

if everyone in the (stbh) cast had to choose an animal companion of some kind, what would it be? I'm curious about what they would decide on and if it would be convenient for their lifestyle or a pain in the ass but special to them

Animal companion is interesting because unlike daemons there'd be an element of choice so the animal they end up with may not be the right choice at all for them

Islin - a mouse or rat or something very small. He likes animals and I think he'd definitely get some sort of companionship from a lil pocket mouse. I could really imagine him trying to keep a secret pet at the training monastery and getting found out almost immediately

Bowman - not the hugest fan of animals, has some complicated feelings towards dogs especially. I think in an ideal world where this was possible he might enjoy an easy invertebrate pet like a beetle or something. The daily chores of caring for an animal - specifically keeping to a strict schedule for feeding, cleaning, etc - would wear him down fast so it needs to be low maintenance.

Félix - he had a pet sheep when he was younger and always tried sneaking it indoors so it could be in the house and that never went well. Something big enough to be a physical comfort, maybe a cat. He would dote on it.

Léa is not an animal person but she'd probably pick an outdoor cat, because she sees it as a pet that takes care of itself so what's the downside?? Cat goes missing one day and is never seen again (presumably kidnapped by Félix)

Senca is kind of stuck with cats as-is but she strikes me as more of a bird person. She'd have a raven if she was able because it's intelligent and also there's an esoteric factor there that she'd be undeniably attracted to

Jean hates animals so he gets a tamagotchi. His aquarium was entirely cared for by house staff.

Erica would have a ferret and he'd take it to social occasions and amuse himself by how unsettling random party guests would find it, especially when he repeatedly tells people it loves running up trouser legs. It's a relatively chill animal to keep with simple enclosure needs but he'd build a big overcomplicated mansion for it

Helena does like animals. She would like to pick something intimidating which she could sic on people if they displeased her so probably an attack dog, but it would also have to look elegant and beautiful as well to fit her aesthetic taste. Maybe a solid coloured malinois, either white or black.

Pascal needs a conversation partner more than anything else so he gets a macaw and thely both have a great time yelling the same circular phrases at one another all day long

Macha would get a tarantula and lose it immediately

Carmen would like keeping a little flock of finches or sparrows, any kind of songbird

I think both Cain and Clarion could benefit from some large farm animal to care for, maybe a horse or a cow or something. The slower pace of life would be a comfort to them and it's nice feeling like you won't accidentally destroy your pet with your touch. Also a great excuse to get away from society.

My idea on how to promote the new Yellowjacket season

Yes Jackie Taylor Tamagotchis . No wifi , no apps just geting Ella Purnell to record a few hundred short video clips in low resolution so you will have predtermined options. We also add in very low res games about hunting, getting water, playing football etc. And then it works like a Tamagotchi but it's actually much worse. You have to take care of your Jackie all the time. You have to talk to her to keep her happy(by chosing the right dialogue), you have to play the games to find her food, water and to keep her enterainted, you have to cuddle with her before you put her to sleep, you have to comfort her if she randomly wakes up from a nightmare.

Jackie needs are completely random. She could at any time demand attetion or anything else (by having the Tamagotchi loudly yell with Ella Purnell's voice which can't be muted) Yes anytime includes 3 am. If you don't pay attention to her three times in a row she gets sad/hungry/thirsty and dies and you lose all your progress. If you ever forget to charge the battery and it dies so does Jackie and all your progress is lost. If Jackie dies three times the device is automatically bricked and the only thing it will show is a short clip of a crying Ella Purnell saying "how could you let me die." If you keep her happy for an year you are rewarded with a short clip of Jackie in a wedding dress saying I do to you The device will cost $50 and it will include a charger, a carabiner to hang it and a small booklet of one hundred and fifty pages which is all about Jackie. You need to know the booklet by heart because it;s vital to the conversations you will have and if you get too many things wrong Jackie will feel sad and die It will be an absolute nightmare and make you want to murder someone but admit it. You would buy it in an insant

The colour of Turning Red – Part 7

Visually, the push and pull between pink and teal is shown as we go back and forth between Mei and Jin.

As we enter the the final act of the film, this dynamic becomes much more intense as red and teal are brought in direct conflict with one another. Here the ceremony to seal the panda away is clearly coded teal. It is very much associated with what is expected of Mei.

And then we get this fantastic teal bamboo forest to tuck the panda away in. And when Mei tries to seal the panda away, it looks painful.

And what awaits Mei on the other side of this separation is darkness. And she chooses to be stay connected to the red panda, explosively exciting the ceremony in a burst of pink.

And Ming watches all of this.

And her hair is out of place.

And she comes apart.

Meanwhile, with Mei accepting the panda, she finds it more fully apart of herself, changing back forth at will, literally flying through the air along with her emotions. I love when flying scenes echo an emotional reality. It's something cinema can do like no other medium.

We get the apology scene with Mei's friends. Obviously they're all hurt, but Miriam especially so. I really like how Miriam can't fight with her, she just shuts down, her face flushing red.

Again, this is why Miriam is green. She rarely directly speaks her mind, choosing instead to use a more tactful approach. She has every right here to yell at Mei, but she chooses restraint.

And then the pink Tamagotchi goes off and suddenly words don't need to be said. Where the friends are involved, pink is kind of a barometer for how well their friendship is going.

And then we have this moment when they see Tyler is 4*Town fan. (Purple lighting again...) And they embrace him as one of them.

And the 4*Town concert begins. It literally starts off with all of them in cages, which they immediately break out of to triumphant cheers.

And Tyler screams, "Z! I love you, man!" while bathed in saturated purple light.

I know they never say Tyler is gay, but c'mon, he's totally gay.

I love how you can see how much this means to all of them here. Look at the awe on those faces.

🕹️SpaceInvader💫- Ash definitely fell first, Billy is the first person ever in her life who actually listens to all her ramblings and actually seems interested in understanding her, which, with her parents who almost always worked, she wasn’t used to. But I think she’s an oblivious dumb fuck and wouldn’t realize it. She just thinks her feelings are a bit more intense form of friendship, he’s just a friend who she cuddles sometimes and kinda wants to kiss and spend the rest of her life with but still just friends! Billy would understand his feelings almost immediately when he gained them though (which took him a bit to gain since I just don’t think he was even thinking about romance when he met Ash)

👾Mimitchi🥕- Jax fell first, which may seem a bit surprising but he didn’t realize his feelings for like- ages. I mean think about it, he hates (or at least doesn’t like) any of the other circus members so when he meets someone who he doesn’t hate immediately and he finds funny and maybe a bit pretty (although he’d never admit that) he’s gonna fall cuz he’s a stupid loser and we love him for it. Chi (my sona) realized her feelings soon after gaining them, not immediately but probably after a day or so when they’re just joking around and he feels the urge to strangle Jax but kiss him at the same time and he’s confused at first before her eyes widen and she falls into silence as she realizes that she fell in love with a loser.

🕹️SpaceInvader💫- They both are awkward as hell, but in different ways. Ash’s awkward in the way that, he’s trying to push down his feelings while also becoming a blushing mess whenever Billy does literally anything. Ash loves and treasures Billy and her’s friendship so much, she treasurers him so much, that the thought of admitting her feelings and him leaving because of it, terrifies her. BUT when she does accept her feelings she tries to flirt with him only to find out that she sucks ASS at it. Billy on the other hand is awkward as he tries to embrace his feelings for Ash, flirting (although he SUCKS at it), complimenting, showing more affection through actions and touch. But he’s stiff while doing it all and, as previously stated, he sucks at flirting. Ash is to busy in her self loathing and doubt that she doesn’t even realize any of it, only catching onto some compliments when Billy literally throws them in her face, which makes him a flustered mess. Billy catches onto the flirts but think they’re just jokes and awkwardly laughs but in the inside he’s crying and yelling and throwing up (in a good way)

👾Mimitchi🥕- again, they both stumble but the roles are kinda reversed. Jax stumbles as he tries to push Chi away to try to get rid of his feelings when he realizes he has them. Chi stumbles as she tries to awkwardly embrace her feelings despite still hating him but wanting to kiss him now. Giving Jax reluctant compliments which only freaks Jax out because the way they truly bond is insulting and threatening eachother while Chi, inexperienced with romance tries to do what she sees in movies and books. Compliments, flirts, stuff like that, but Jax is freaked out by that. This isn’t his Chi and he doesn’t like it. It’s not the person who he feels like he can relax and be himself around, he feels like Chi expects him to do the same and he’s kinda scared of that, while Chi on the other hand is scared that if she doesn’t do every single thing about this right, how she sees others do it, Jax will leave her, so she technically changed herself to how she think Jax would like her when, no. He wants his old Chi back. But when they start their relationship they start to go back to their own way of showing affection (threats, strangling eachother, /lh) they do have genuine moments through touch and silence.

No awkward time frame where they try to get used to dating since, after they both (mostly only Ash) accepts their feelings they genuinely act like a couple even before they tell each other’s how they feel. They cuddle, hold hands, sleep in each other’s bed, their friends start to genuinely think they’re dating even though Ash and Billy are just being idiots.

👾Mimitchi🥕- a bit. Doesn’t take that long for them to become bitches who are friends to bitches who are now kissing. There is about like…maybe a week? Maaaaaybe more? Where they figure out how to show affection, as previously said. They’re just like how they were as friends but now on adventures they always team up, they sleep in each others rooms, hold hands while walking around, etc. but no big acts or anything. Yes, they become more confident then they were as friends, only after dating does Jax let down his walls and Chi starts to come to Jax when she needs comfort (mostly just cuddling)

He turns to stare at the ceiling of his house, attempting to see you beyond the invisible veil. But he doesn't, instead having his eyes train on a particularly sunny spot on his ceiling. He stares at you with that same hateful look you've always had, and for a second, you crack a smile, warm light fingers brushing against your own lips. Thats how you would look at your dad, at god, every thought fixated on what steps would need to be taken to eradicate their- and now your- existance from the universe. You swirl your martini, staring back at him, your single eye locking with his two milky ones.

He doesn't like John yet, but thats ok. He will, it is inevitable. You made him perfectly shaped to fit into the hole left in Johns head, and hopefully, he'll take up that space before something else does. Your martini meets your lips as you watch Larks face twist and warp into something angry, he opens his mouth to begin to yell but you set his universe on mute, uninterested in whatever insults he feels like he should throw. Did Dove really curse that much? It seems like every word out of Jurys mouth is another "fuck." You found it annoying. You weren't sure which change had done it, but he had become such a try hard. Always attempting to seem tougher than he actually is.

YOU never did that, surely. So you're not sure why he is.

You were sitting in the corner of your room, the door shut and locked while tears streamed down your face, and you covered your ears. Despite you being in your room, you could still hear your father banging on the door, his screaming getting louder. You just wanted him to go away. Why won't he go away?!.

As your body began to shake, you heard the beep from Bo's Tamagotchi. "Puppy??.....puppy are you okay?? What going on??"

You wanted to grab Bo and tell him everything to at least have some sort of comfort, but you couldn't bring yourself to move. ".....Bo."

Bo was quiet for a moment before he responded again "can you move?"

"I-its hard to move..."

Once again, there was silence before Bo responded "Puppy I want to help you.....but I need you to plug me in your computer.....please."

This wasn't the first time he had brought up being in plugged into your computer, but this was the first time you agreed, albeit it about desperate. So, with slow shaky movements, you made your way to the nightstand Bo's Tamagotchi was at. However, whenever you grabbed the device, your father was able to lock your front door down, causing you to drop the device and cower again, and tears to stream down more.

"P-puppy.....hey hey it's okay....I'll fix this, I promise....just a little further."

The yelling and degrading only got louder the closer your father got to your, causing panic to course through and act quickly. Grabbing Bo's Tamagotchi once again, you made your way to your desk where the laptop sat luckily for the both of you. You had a plug that worked with Bo's device, allowing you to connect the two.

Right when you connect the devices, the banging on your bedroom started. You turned to the door as if to make sure it was still up when you felt a hand on your arm. Turning behind you; your eyes widened. Right before your eyes Bo was crawling out of your computer screen. Due to his size it was a struggle, but eventually Bo was standing in front of you.

However, Bo did stay there long as he walked to your bedroom door. Before opening the door, he turned to you and smiled a sinister smile. "Like I said, puppy. I'll fix this for you."

This chapter made me cry and fear for the characters. I love that we finally got some lore about the fae, knowing malleus is still considered a child in the eyes of fae cause he becomes a adult when he turns a thousand. Another thing is we finally got Lilia actual age, he is 700 years old and he explains that he’s kind of fae live to 1000 but because of his reckless past he now dying earlier.

Seeing Silver yell and cry was shocking to say, although my favorite character I never expected him to show such a outburst since he never did that in any of the stories he showed up in. It hurt hearing him blame himself for what is happening to Lilia and that he couldn’t do more to help.

I love the Sebek character development and Lilia getting on his ass about not liking humans, basically he told Sebek to cool it and asked the first years to look after him once he [Lilia] leaves the school.

I know the time loop theory is huge in the twst community, but I don’t believe its going to happen. My theory is that we are stuck in a endless dream where we get everything we want, since Malleus does tell us “we well all be heroes of the fairytale” at the end of the chapter. So I think we are all stuck in our own separate dreams basically being “rebirthed” into a new world.

But I do agree with the theory of Idia and Leona “saving” the day. Idia wasn’t in diasomnia when the cruse was casted and as far as I know the curse only made people in the dorm fall asleep and everyone else on sage island. Note every dorm is its own mini world and since Idia was in his dorm when the curse was casted it didn’t effect him. 

Now onto Leona as stated Leona probably knows when he is dreaming (this was pointed out in the English version of chapter 6) So if anything Leona probably will figure out that he is dreaming and try to find a way out of it. It also helps the Leona best subjects is ancient magic/curses and it was never told if the curse was Malleus’s UM, so that's another plot point.

There is not enough words in this world to describe what my thoughts on this man is but I will try my best. Malleus overblot design has to be one of my favorites he legit looks like the mistress of evil herself and I am living for it.

But I don’t think he fully overblotted since his voice sounded normal and the phantom wasn’t speaking through him, he also seems fully aware that he overblotted and doesn’t really care. He just wants everyone to be happy and safe (the yandere vibes I swear)

I think what makes me laugh about all of this that he got this idea from the fucking Tamagotchi, since every thirty days the pet files away leaving a egg for Malleus to look after and raise and the cycle repeats which gives Malleus the idea of “rebirth” tied in with the fact Silver was crying to him about how worthless he felt.

I am I saying Malleus feels reasonable for other peoples happiness, most likely that's one thing he feels but also that he doesn’t want to be lonely again cause remember he had such a lonely childhood. Although I didn’t think he would overblot 30 chapters into chapter 7 you know.

Side note: I fucking love his humming of a twisted version of “once upon a dream” at the end of the chapter. Its creepy and gives the vibes that we might not be able to defeat him alone, overall it hits all the right spots.

thinking about coworker friendships is so....like when did we cross the threshold from guys who are forced to work together to genuine friends. I met Crystal at the store we were both training at and was really intimidated by her because she kept staring at me. turns out we were both just socially awkward and she became one of my bestest friends. I met Arron working checklanes during the remodel and thought he was awesome because he had a Tamagotchi. I met Kick in a shipping container as we rebuilt Starbucks after the remodel and I remember thinking he seemed like a sweet guy. and I was right! Kris' first words to me were "I love your hat pins, I'm non-binary too!" and now they hug me every time one of us is leaving. first memory I have of Robert was of him yelling about monkey pox and then him getting really pissed at me for continuously getting chocolate in the clean dish water. later that night as we closed together he very shyly asked me for my pronouns. and I'm sure you all know how I feel about him nowadays 👍

I heard that you’re writing headcanons for Valentines Day! I didn’t see any fandom restrictions, so I was hoping you could do Saki Nikaido from Zombieland Saga because I can’t find any people who write for her. I love her dearly, but sometimes I struggle to know what we’d do as a couple. For context, I’m 16-17 (my birthday will be on the 22nd) and I identify as female. I’d prefer that if you refer to me by name in the headcanons, you choose to use Y/n or simply a pet name Saki would give me. I always imagine myself as a zombie when I fantasize about her to make things less complicated. I’m an ESFP 4w3, and my personality is very reminiscent of Mizuki Akiyama from Project Sekai and Kou Minamoto from Toilet Bound Hanako-Kun. I have a passion for digital art and supernatural anime and manga (right now my favorites are Zombieland Saga and Chainsaw Man.) I have ADHD, and I like to think that Saki does as well. I also love yume kawaii fashion, and I try to dress in exclusively pastel clothing. Plushies are also something I love, and I enjoy video games from time to time, mainly Nintendo. My food taste differs a lot from Saki though, as I love anything sweet and I am a vegetarian. I generally enjoy hanging out with people who will listen to me ramble about my hyperfixations and will do fun and exciting things with me. Speaking of which… amusement park dates? That’s my kind of thing. My love language is probably quality time and words of affirmation and uh… I’d say I’m smart but I act very dumb. Saki Nikaido Headcanons!!

Heya anon!! Sorry it took so long... we had a mass blackout during the weekends. :P

I hope I got her character (marginally) right! I haven't really watched Zombieland Saga, but I did a fair bit of research. It sounds like such a cool show! I'll bet you guys are a cute couple, too :D

♤Saki might appear a little bit harsh on the outside, despite caring deeply for you. 

♤It can be hard for her to be honest with her emotions, especially because of how much emotions she feels when she is around you. In the beginning, she might turn to "cuteness aggression" when she's flustered.

♤And then... she might turn to occasional honesty aka. A long winded, flustered, angry (?) rant about how horribly adorable you are. How dare you be so cute. It's unacceptable!

♤Slowly, though, she would be able to soften up a little. Don't expect her to be sugary sweet, but she will start trying to show affection (and get flustered when you bring it up)

♤Even though she can be rebellious and carefree, you'll see a more serious side of her whenever you're upset. She might feel a little tactless, but you'll be able to see her care for you shine through. 

♤Saki will buy you matching tamagotchis, probably a pair of sparkly Meets, for the sole reason that your tamas can marry each other. She will never tell you this. Ever.

♤She would pout when you indulge in sweets, because she thinks sugar is not fit for people with "guts", but you'll find her sneaking in to leave cookies or cupcakes on your desk.

♤You might even find her trying to bake.

♤Since she is the leader of Franchouchou, she takes her job very seriously. She goes through severe inner turmoil before a show about whether or not to save you front row tickets. 

♤Because her hair is so long, it takes her a fair bit of time to deal with it in the morning. You might convince her to let you help brush it, but expect her to mumble (while blushing thoroughly) that there's no point in fussing so much about her hair anyways, because- you know, rebelling things.

last nights dream was crazy. i went to get some food and got lost briefly in this mall. i got stuck in this kids entertainment place that was like off brand tamagotchi themed. i was in there to pick up food, and finally got it. got back to the car, and my friends brother was waiting. he had gotten three ferrets. he was on the phone talking or dictating for a paper about wild events, and i started driving off road and freaking out but he helped me get back on the road. we got back to this house and suddenly were getting attacked. there was this giant sound wave ghost thing and i yelled for everyone to get inside, but the animals hadnt made it inside. luckily they were ok. a guy drove up in the driveway with a cheshire cat and he had a shotgun and so everyone hid. when everything calmed down, we went and got the animals. my friends brother left, and then left the ferrets behind. they were mostly fine but one had a broken nose. they were cuddled up to my cat and i started looking for how to get help for this ferret. while i was out getting help for the ferret, these like virtual pet robot things showed up at my house, and they were getting larger. when i got back, food was ordered and delivered but nobody notified us that it was there so it was sitting outside. suddenly things turned into a turn based rpg almost where i had to stop someone from hurting the pet things. one of them randomly spawned and shoved the other into an attack and it died. after i had to comfort this robot dog who had just spawned and was grieving the other virtual pet it had just watched die

Me and my partner celebrated their birthday recently. It was nice, we went to get pizza, watched a movie, bought boba, and I got to see them open their gifts. It was adorable, watching them gently tear open the wrapping (construction) paper, gushing about the Luma plush and Sukuna Tamagotchi I got them, as well as being clearly very excited about what I wrote in their birthday card. The issue was that for every step except the last, their roommate came along.

The issue was not that their roommate (who I will refer to as SZ) was unenjoyable. Far from it. I would have appreciated her as a friend even if there was nothing connecting us. She treats my partner well, and the relationship between the two is very much akin to my relationship with my partner when we first started dating (except the kissing and cuddling). This isn't an issue either, I would fully welcome somebody who could make them as happy as I do. SZ wasn't a third wheel, or a nuisance, or anything like that. She's funny and sweet.

There lies the problem. Not only do I appreciate her, but I enjoy her company, as well. Before you read the rest of this, I will offer my disclaimer before the damning prose rather than after. Normally I like making that stupid little juke, where I say my true feelings, then I say my true meta feelings about the prior feelings, et cetera. That's gotten old. I need you, the (probably) posthumous reader, to know that I hate this following shit. I hate my complete lack of control over my own thoughts, and I hate the fact that I know in the moment that I hate it. I still lose reason, meaning that no matter how much I acknowledge my hatred for my mindset/thoughts, I don't want to switch tracks. This is what I mean by a "lack of control."

"Not only do I appreciate her, but I enjoy her company, as well." That's a problem. SZ isn't just kind of attractive, she's quite attractive. Her body type seems to be that of my partner's, except she's a little more well endowed in the chest area and slightly less so in the rear. It upsets me heavily, constantly, to know that I've analyzed her to this coarse degree. I don't want this knowledge. As we watched the movie in my partner's bed, I maneuvered my leg to make contact with her knee, where it stayed for a while, until she shifted. This repeated several times throughout the movie. While there was almost no room on the bed, while I was in the middle, while my partner was pushing my legs towards SZ unknowingly, constantly, while SZ's legs were extended towards me... I can make all these explanations (some of which I gave in the moment as an apology to her), but it doesn't matter. I could spin the scenario to create whatever excuse I wanted for my physical contact with SZ, but it wouldn't matter. What matters is I chose to not lift my leg away. I made the conscious effort to not remove my pant leg from her knee. You know why? Because I enjoyed it. It felt nice, to have physical contact with anyone, even more so since it was her. It fueled my brain for even less honorable stories I wove in my brain. I hate it.

As much as I accidentally enjoy fantasizing about improbable sexual encounters, it pains me greatly to relive this. I was in pain when it happened, I was in pain afterwards. These unrestrainable notions which yell at me in my head to "try to fuck her," "be selfish," "go ahead, you're dying anyways," will never quiet down. I can't ignore them.
