Could you possibly do a Harry (w2s) smut?? I don’t really have a theme, so be as creative as you want! Thank you!
Very Vanilla (Harry Lewis/WroeToShaw Smut)
A/N: Alright, I'll have a go! I hope you like it!
Y/N’s POV
I am currently sat on the sofa in my boyfriend Harry’s house with Talia and Freya having a catch up
It feels like we haven’t seen each other in forever!
“So how is it going with Harry?” Talia asks me
Me and Harry have been dating for a year and can I just say that it has been the best year of my life
There is just one problem
Harry is very vanilla in the bedroom
Not very adventurous at all
The girls know that I have been having this issue for a while and are always willing to listen and give advice
“Well it’s still the same, very vanilla” I tell them honestly
“Have you tried talking to him about it?” Freya asks
I shake my head
“Freya, do you know how hard it is trying to talk to him about it? I can’t just go up to him and say by the way Harry, the vanilla sex in the bedroom is getting a bit boring now” I chuckle
They both laugh
“He’s just vanilla and that’s ok, but we just need to spice it up” I say
“Honestly, I think you should just talk to him about it” Talia says
“Maybe one day, maybe one day” I say before I take a sip of my tea
Little did I know that a certain someone was eavesdropping just around the corner
-2 WEEKS LATER-
It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve seen the girls
So we all decided to meet up in London and go clothes shopping
We are just about to walk into victoria’s secret and I feel my phone vibrate
I pull it out and unlock it to see that I have a text from Harry
Need you to come home ASAP x
I raise an eyebrow at the text
“Girls, I just got a text from Harry asking me to come home asap, so I’m going to have to leave” I say as I look up from my phone
“That’s fine, do what you need to do. We will see you soon!” Gee tells me
I wave them goodbye before I get a taxi straight back to the house
My heart is racing and my mind is filled with thoughts of what might of happened to Harry
The taxi stops outside the house and I quickly pay the man before getting out of the taxi and running to the house
I put the key in the door and swing it open, once it is unlocked
“Harry! Harry! Are you ok?” I shout as I rush through the house
Silence falls around me as I walk into the living room and see Harry stood looking out the windows with his back to me
“Are you ok?” I ask
He stays silent
“Harry?” I question
“Y/n, do you really think I’m vanilla?” his voice asks
He slowly turns around and looks at me dead in the eyes
I gulp and realised what has happened
Harry overheard my conversation with the girls the other week
“I, um-” I stutter trying to think of the right thing to say
“Because I overheard you telling Freya and Talia that having sex with me is very vanilla. Why would you say that if you didn’t think it was true?” he asks
“I didn’t mean to offend you but it’s just sometimes you aren’t very adventurous” I mumble
“Ok” he says before he walks towards me
“Get in that bedroom now!” he demands
I gulp as I nod and I turn around and walk towards the bedroom
I hear his footsteps following behind me
I open the door and see that the lights are turned down and that there are some candles littered around the room
“Oh Harry-” I am cut off by his voice
“Strip off and sit on the end of the bed” he tells me
I move more into he room and I take my clothes off my body
I then sit naked on the end of the bed
I look up to see Harry stood in front of me
“Now tell me option one or two?” he asks
“One” I confirm
“Alright one it is, now I want you to lay in the middle of the bed and I am going to put this over your eyes” he says showing me a blindfold
“O-ok” I stutter as I manoeuvre my body into the middle of the bed and lay down flat on my back
Harry comes and kneels on the bed next to my body before he covers my eyes with the soft material and ties it around the back of my head
“If you want me to stop, just say the word red” Harry tells me
“I will” I agree
I feel Harry get off the bed next to me and I can hear him walk around the room
“Just relax for me” his voice says
Without being able to see him, my mind thinks that his voice sounds further away from me than he actually is
Suddenly I feel a cold block touch my chest
I gasp
“W-what is that?” I ask as I feel coldness spreading across my chest as Harry moves it around
“Y/n just keep quiet, unless you want me to take you over my knee and make your arse red” Harry warns
I bite my lip trying to keep my whines in at the cold feeling
I feel the cold block that I am now assuming is ice circle around my left nipple
“Fuck” I moan
I feel Harry circle another block of ice around my right nipple
My sense are heightened and the feeling of the cold ice on my nipples is incredible
“Feel nice baby?” Harry asks
“Feels amazing” I moan out
Harry moves the ice down my stomach and down towards my pussy
As soon as I feel the ice touch my folds, I let out a high pitched moan
I feel Harry spread my pussy and place the ice on my clit
“Harry, fuck feels so good!” I whine
He lets the ice melt on my clit before grabbing another ice cub and rub it around my hole
“Oh shit! Please fuck me!” I beg
“As you wish” He says
The ice is removed from my pussy as I hear some movement before I feel the head of Harry’s cock at my entrance
He slides his cock into my hole very slowly
I moan as I feel him slide all the way in to the hilt
“Feel so full, please move” I moan after letting me adjust for a few moments
“As you wish” Harry mumbles before he starts thrusting at a bruising pace
Harry slams into me hard over and over, as I am moaning so loudly
He hits my special spot inside me dead on every time he thrusts
“Harry, I’m going to cum, feels so good” I moan out
“Me too Princess, such a good girl for me, cum for me” he instructs me
I cum as soon as I hear him give me permission
I clench around him before I feel him cum inside of me
He lets out a loud moan of “holy shit y/n!”
Thank god for the pill because I would hate to not feel him finish inside me without protection
Harry takes the blindfold off me and I blink a few times to get my eyes use to the light again
Whist I am doing that, I feel Harry lay down next to me and cuddle me close
“Was that less vanilla for you?” he asks with a chuckle
“Yes it was 100%” I tell him with a laugh
“I’m just sorry you had to find out that way, I just wasn’t sure how to tell you” I admit
“Y/n, I love you, you know you can tell me anything! Just be honest with me next time ok?” he asks
“Yes I promise, but can you promise me more sex like that?” I ask with a small smirk
“I’ll see what I can do” He says before pulling me into a kiss
Now that Harry feels more confident in being adventurous, I can see some amazing sex in our future!
A/N: PLEASE REQUEST IMAGINES!

The Last of Us Part 2 (Joel x Reader)
(A/n: just wanna say that I'm not gonna follow the game completely. A good amount of it I will follow but there is a fate of a certain character that I'm gonna change as I feel Naughty Dog did this character dirty.)
Tumblr media
Chapter 1: I Don't Know What Happened
The Last of Us (Joel x Reader) Masterlist
"I don't know what happened." Joel admits to Tommy as he starts to clean the neck of the guitar. The two brothers were out on patrol and decided to stop and take a break in this abandoned house. There Tommy had to ask Joel what happened with the Fireflies as Joel and (y/n) seemed a bit tight lipped about what happened.
"(Y/n) and I were suppose to take her to the Fireflies and walk away." Joel said before he let's out a small scoff. "You go halfway across the country with someone. She needed her immunity to mean something. Maybe we were starting to buy into that whole...cure business. Maybe (y/n) and I just wanted to do right by her. And then we made it." Joel explains as Tommy sits across from him, listen intently.
"We found the Fireflies. And because of her...they were actually going to make a cure. The only catch...it would kill her." Joel said, whispering the last sentence.
Flashback
"Sweet Jesus." Joel mutters and (y/n)'s jaw drops as the couple made it to the operating room.
"Doctor?" A nurse said and the doctor turns to them and gasped. "What're you two doing here? I won't let you two take her. This is our future. Think of all the lives we'll save." The doctor said as he grabs a scalpel and aims it at them. Joel glares at the doctor with determination while (y/n) closed her mouth and started to reach for her gun.
Present Day
"Jesus, Joel." Tommy mutters, shocked, as he stares at his older brother. "What did you two do?" He asked. Joel looks up at Tommy for a moment and replies. "We saved her."
Flashback
After killing the doctor, Joel disconnects the tubes and goes to pick Ellie up. "Stay back!" (Y/n) yelled at the nurse as Joel whispers to Ellie. "Come on, baby girl. I gotcha..."
As he picks her up, the couple look out the window to see some lights shining through. "Oh shit." Joel said as he starts to run at the door. "Get back!" (Y/n) ordered at the guards that were coming in, aiming her gun at them before turning around and follow Joel out of the room.
Present Day
"Damn, Joel. That's um...that's a lot." Tommy said, sounding like this was a hard pull to swallow. Tomny looks down them back up towards Joel. "What does Ellie know?" He asked as Joel continued to clean the guitar. "I told her they ran some tests. I told her...her immunity meant nothing." Joel replied.
"And she believed you?" Tommy asked, curiously. "She didn't say otherwise." Joel said, softly, as he looks down. "And (y/n) was okay with this?" Tommy asked. Joel stops cleaning the guitar, looks at the floor for a bit before he raises his head up and nods at his brother.
Flashback
"Joel?" (Y/n) asked her husband as they drive down the highway in the truck, Ellie still passed out in the backseat. Joel turns his head slightly to look at her, her face full of concern and worry. "Are we really gonna go through with this? Lying to her?" She asked.
"We have to. For her sake." Joel replied. (Y/n) let's out a sigh then looks down at her hands. She looks over her shoulder at Ellie and starts to think over what just happened. "You're not having second thoughts, are you?" Joel asked her, concerned.
(Y/n) continues to look at Ellie, as if she held all the answers, and she started to think about what if they let Ellie die, and it turned out that the vaccine didn't work? Then Ellie would've died for nothing. But then what if it did? Would the world go back to normal?
(Y/n) let's out another sigh before she turns to Joel and shakes her head at him. "No. I just don't like lying to her." She whispers before she turns back around and starts to twiddle her thumbs together.
Present Day
Tommy let's out a heavy sigh and shakes his head before he looks back at Joel. "We should head back." Tommy said and he gets up and grabs his backpack. Joel watches him start to leave then stands up, grabs his bag and the guitar and follows him out.
The two brothers go out to the garage, open the door then head to the horses and climb on. Then the two head out and start to head back home.
They make their way over the grassy hill to see the town of Jackson in the distance. As they make their way down the hill, Tommy starts to speak. "Did (y/n) go for her checkup?" Tommy asked Joel as they continued down the hill.
"She's suppose to go today...guess I'll find out how she is when I get there." Joel replied as the worry for the wellbeing of his wife started to linger in his mind. The past week, she had been sick and throwing up it seemed like every morning. She thought it was some type of flu but it didn't feel like the flu.
Luckily, there was a doctor in Jackson and (y/n) decided to go see him. Joel hoped that the doctor would figure it out and give (y/n) some sort've medicine. He hated to see her so miserable.
"We're almost there." Tommy said to Joel as they make it to the front gate of Jackson. As they got closer, the doors opened and they trotted inside and head over to the stable. Joel gets off of his horse, grabs the reigns and starts to lead the horse to the stable.
"It's okay. I got them, you go on." Tommy said to Joel. "You sure?" Joel asked and Tommy nods. "Alright." Joel mutters then he grabs his bag off of the saddle. "About what we were talking about earlier...." Tommy started to say and Joel stops and turns to him.
"I can't say I'd have done different. I'll take it to the grave if I have to." Tommy said to Joel, who nodded at him. "I'll see you later, Tommy." Joel said and he starts to walk down the street while Tommy leads the horses to the stable.
Meanwhile, Ellie was sitting her little room, which was basically a shed behind Joel and (y/n)'s house, drawing in her journal. She was listening to her walkman, which she fixed, and started bobbing her head to the music as she continued to draw.
Unbeknownst to her, there was a knock at the door but, thanks to her headphones, she didn't hear the knock. The door opens and Joel sticks his head inside. "Hello? Ellie?" He calls out but he noticed that she had her headphones on.
So he walks over to her then nudges the chair with his foot, which startles Ellie as she jumps and takes off her headphones. She turns her head and sees Joel standing behind her. "Jesus, you almost gave me a heart attack." She said, breathless, as she closes her journal and stands up to face him.
"I tried knocking, but..." Joel stops as he gestures towards the door. Ellie leans against her desk and looks up at Joel. "Hey." She said. "Hey." He said back. "What's up, Joel?" She asked him. "Just checking in." Joel replied. "Folks are..." he let's out a sigh then he starts to pace back and forth in her room.
"...y'know talking about how impressed they are with you and how well you're helping out." He finished. "Good." Ellie said. "Yeah." He mutters.
"Umm...is (y/n) okay? I heard she wasn't feeling good." Ellie said, concerned. "She hadn't made it back from the doctor yet....but I guess I'll find out here real soon." He said and Ellie nods.
"Tommy and I went out riding the other day and he, uh...he told me a joke and I thought about you. It's ummm....." Joel said but then he stopped as he tries to remember the joke. "Well, shoot, I forgot it. Something about a clock...how do you--" he started to say but Ellie interrupts him.
"Joel, it's, uh, it's pretty late, and I gotta get up in a few hours--" she said. "Yeah, yeah, I know, I know, and I'm gonna get out of your hair. I just um--" he said then he points towards the door then looks back at her. "I wanna show you somethin'. Just gimme one second." He said as he goes to the door, opens it and picks up the guitar then comes back in her room.
"What's this?" Ellie asked him, nodding towards the instrument. "Some folks call this here a gee-tar." Joel replied, really pouring into his Texas accent. "Funny." Ellie chuckles, softly. "You wanna hear something?" Joel asked her. "Okay." She said and he nods as he goes to sit down, the guitar on his lap.
"Promise me that you won't laugh." He said to her. "I won't laugh. I won't." She assures him as she sits down in her chair. "I'm trusting you." Joel said, smirking, then he takes a deep breath and starts to play.
If I ever were to lose you
I'd surely lose myself
Everything I have found here
I've not found by myself
Try and sometimes you'll succeed
To make this man of me
All of my stolen missing parts
I've no need for anymore
I believe
And I believe 'cause I can see
Our future days
Days of you and me
As he sings the song, Ellie smiles, softly, at him while (y/n) started walking towards the door then leaned against the frame. She got back from the doctors and spent most of the evening walking around Jackson, trying to clear her head as she was shocked at what the doctor had said to her.
It took her awhile to convince herself that she had to tell Joel and she was heading back to their home when she heard music playing. She followed it and realized that it was coming from Ellie's little shed house and walked up just in time to hear her husband sing.
She smiled fondly at this as she remembered the day he first sang to her. It was actually about a year after they started dating and he brought out his guitar and started to play and sing for her. In that moment, (y/n) realized that she had, indeed, falling in love with Joel. When he was done singing, she said the words "I love you" first and he, of course, he said "I love you" back.
(Y/n) was brought back to the present when she heard him stop playing and he looks over at Ellie. "There you go." He said. "Well...that didn't suck." Ellie replied, smiling, and Joel chuckles while (y/n) smiles. "I'll take what I can get." Joel said.
"Well, in my opinion, you still got it." (Y/n) said and both Ellie and Joel look over at her, both of them startled as they didn't hear her come in. "Hey." Joel said as he starts to stand up, still holding the guitar in his hand, and walking up to her.
"Hey, (y/n). You doing okay?" Ellie asked and (y/n) let's out a heavy sigh. "Yeah, yeah. I'm fine but, um..." she said then she looks over at Joel. "I-I need to talk to you, privately." She said to him.
The two share a look before Joel nods then goes back over to Ellie and holds out the guitar to her. "She's yours." He said to her, who looks at this in shock. "No. No, no, no, I don't know the first thing about this." Ellie said, quickly. "I promised that I'd teach you how to play." He said as Ellie takes the guitar.
She looks up at him, surprised that he remembered that. She smiles then looks down at the instrument. "You did." She said, softly. "So what you say? Tomorrow night, first lesson?" He asked her. "Deal." She replied, smiling. "Okay." Joel said and (y/n) smiles at this.
Joel walks over to (y/n), who takes his hand in hers, and they start to walk out until Ellie speaks up. "Did--" she stops as the two adults turns to her. "Did you remember the joke?" Ellie asked him and Joel leans against the door and thinks for a moment before he remembered how the joke went.
"What is the downside to eating a clock?" He recites and Ellie thinks for a moment but shrugs as she couldn't think of an answer. "It's time-consuming." Joel said and Ellie chuckles and (y/n) snickers under breath. "That's so dumb." Ellie laughs. "Yeah." Joel and (y/n) said then Joel grabs the knob of the door.
"Goodnight, kiddo." He said and he shuts the door and the two adults head back to their house.
Later, Joel opens the front door of their home and (y/n) walks in first before she stops in the middle of the hallway. "Everything alright?" Joel asked her after he shuts the door and walks up to her, her back facing him and her arms folded across her chest.
(Y/n)'s heart was beating rapidly, whether in fear or excitement she wasn't for sure. She just wasn't sure how Joel would take this news. "Hey." Joel said, softly, as he comes up to her and places his hands on her shoulders.
She turns her head to look at him then placed her right hand on one of his hands. "Whatever it is you need to tell me, we'll get through it." He said and she smiled at this, then she removes her hand off of his and turns to face him.
"I, uh...I really don't know how to say it, so I'm gonna come out and say it." (Y/n) said and Joel gives her a worried look as she takes a few deep breathes before she starts to speak. "Joel...I'm pregnant."
Joel's eyes widen and he let's out a gasp at this. "What? Y-You serious?" He asked her, shocked. "Yeah. He thinks I'm at least alittle over a month along. So that night we had together when we were out on patrol and that storm came through and we took shelter..." She replied and placed her hand over her stomach, feeling the little bump. There was long shocked pause between the two before she speaks up.
"Joel? Honey, are you...?" She started to asked but then Joel cups her face in his hands then leans in and kissed her on the lips. "Thank you." He whispers, his lips ghosting over her lips. (Y/n) let's out a breathless laugh and the couple share another loving kiss then embrace one another, relishing in this happy moment.
A moment that neither one of them ever dreamed would come true.

Billy Loomis and Stu Macher: Ghost in the Flesh
Warning: 14+ Swearing. Gore. Word count: 1,688
Tumblr media
No party was as good as the ones hosted by Stu Macher. An 18 year old Rich Bitch senior, whose parents decided they could trust him with the house while they went on vacation somewhere in the Bahamas. He was also a piece of eye candy, along with his buddy, the ‘Definition-of-Teen-Angst’ Billy Loomis. He's that one ride or die friend of the school. You see, these guys are popular. While they may not be the jock d-bags of the highschool superiority complex, they are known around here for being party animals. Stu is also the goofiest in the school, the class comedian, if you will.
Me? I’m just… there. Look, Stu is throwing a massive party tonight. I’m not gonna flirt or anything. I just wanna get some beer and bounce. No biggie. In’n’out.
Okay, I'm a little freaked out. I don't wanna bump into a dude named Randy Meeks, a guy who's built like a weasel and acts like one too. He's a horror movie fanatic who acts like school is an actual movie, well, a horror movie. I really have nothing against him, he's a good dude, but still. I'd rather not talk to him.
The whole school day I spent pondering about the party. I found myself daydreaming about Bill- err… watching the movie at the party. Casey and I couldn't stop talking about it. We’re best friends, so we do a lot together.
I rented out the Robin movie and skedaddle. Randy was screaming and I wanted none of that. I go home and put the movie on the counter. "Mom? Hey, I brought a movie home! I know you'll love it!"
School is over for the weekend and I head to the video store on my walk home. Randy is stocking shelves as usual. I look at the comedy section; ooh, my family will love this one! It's a Robin Williams movie! And there he is, Party Man himself. Stu Macher, picking on weasel dude. I see Billy, talking to a group of girls who swoon at his slightest movement (ewww).
It was getting closer to 8. I watched that movie with my parents and ate. I did my homework, cleaned my room, and showered. I set out for the 10-minute walk to Stu's house. Instead, I got a phone call. "Hey, it's Billy. Do you need a ride here?" Right, I gave him my number to help study.
"Well, the house is just a 10 minute walk away-"
"Why don't you just let me pick you up? Shorten that time."
"Uhm, ok then. You need my address?"
"N-... yea, I do."
A few minutes later, I see the car of one of the most popular guys at school pull up in front of my house. Gee, that was fast. "Hey, mom? I'm gonna hang out with my buddies tonight. I'll call you before I leave for home."
I'm in his car. I'm in his car. I'm in his car. Oh my god. Ok, he's cute. But I can't freak out like this. "You- ah, ok there?" He says. "O- oh, yea, I'm sorry, just zoned out." I stammer. His car smells like cologne and it's very clean. And he's right next to me. Billy Loomis. Sitting in his car. Next to a loser.
“Hey, you know Stu and I are close, right?” Billy said. “Of course I do! You guys are double trouble!” I giggled. He laughs. God, that laugh. It was so melodic, so… perfect. “Well, we’ve been thinking about getting closer with you. Y’know, we’re not very close. We wish that was different. You’re very kind, and you have such a great personality.” He admitted. I stare blankly for a second. Hey, did he take a back road? “I like that idea,” I said. He looked at me with those gorgeous brown eyes. “Yeah?”
I nodded and smiled. I can’t believe this! He smiles and giggles lightly to himself. A solid minute went by in silence before we pulled into his driveway. We got there early so we waited in the car a bit. “Hey, that ride took as long as the walk would've taken,” “well, i wanted to have enough time to talk to you,” He says.
“That’s okay, I like long car rides anyways.” I said.
I walked with Billy into Stu's front door. Wow, this place is, just, beautiful. Stu walks right past me, straight to Billy. They start quietly talking together, Billy tosses a glance at me and Stu looks and smiles at me, I had no choice but to smile back. I was a guest in his house after all; you're supposed to be polite to your hosts.
It made me nervous. Really nervous. I wasn't thinking at all. I walked into the kitchen to cool down, that was really weird. Stu walked over to me after the two were done talking. He was actually really nice to me and we had a really fun conversation about aliens and whether or not they’re real. He did impressions of what he thought they would look like. He's such a goofball.
He handed me a beer and sat me down on the couch, right next to him. Wow, he is tall sitting next to me. I took a swig and decided you know what? I can stay for more than a beer. It's all good. I’m not big into horror movies and Stu knew this, so he explained all the lore behind Halloween while we were watching it.
I think one of the boys said something to Randy, because he hasn't even looked at me, not once, the whole night. Not even during his little ramble about the "rules" about being in a horror movie, or whatever.
During the movie, Stu noticed that I was cold. He told me I could go upstairs to grab his sweater. So, I head upstairs very cautiously, looking for the sweater. He said his room, right?
I then feel swift footsteps behind me and an arm wrap around my throat. Shit! I'm in a blood choke! I couldn't get out. Everything just faded.
I woke up in Stu's bed, I must've been out for hours. I stumble and try to fight myself awake. I feel so weak. I stumble down the stairs and begin shaking at the sight.
The whole house was a bloodbath. Randy was tied up and soaked in blood, dead. Sydney was dead.
Casey, oh God, Casey, mutilated beyond recognition and hanging from a tree outside the house. I can’t breathe. I can’t imagine how scared she was. Did she call for help? Could I have saved her?
The only people left were me, Billy, and Stu. They were soaked in blood and covered in stab wounds.
The police were on their way. I tried my best to help Stu, he was practically mutilated. I put pressure on his wounds and moved on to Billy. He wasn't as bad but he was losing a lot of blood.
I don't know why the killer didn't finish me off after I was unconscious.
The wait at the hospital was long. There were police officers and social workers and doctors talking to me, asking weird questions, and it was all happening so fast and I was so scared. I couldn't think, my head felt like it was splitting open. Casey, what did they do to you? Oh God, I’m so sorry.
The boys were in emergency surgery. A nurse came into the waiting room. "Hey, the boys are out of surgery. You can go and visit them, although it would be a while before they wake up."
I get into the hospital room and there they are. A shared hospital room with 2 empty beds opposite of 2 occupied beds. They're both asleep, hooked up to oxygen, connected to wires and tubes of all sorts. It was almost as scary as seeing them drenched in blood back at that party. Well, massacre.
I drag a chair in between the beds, pull the dividing curtain back farther, and wait. I sit and think about the party, how Stu was so tall sitting next to me on his couch, how Billy just... offered me a ride. The ride itself. It seems a little insane but do they... have feelings for me?
After I moved to the woodsboro district, both boys broke up with their girlfriends within a week from each other. It kinda sucks because I liked Sidney and Tatum, and now they want nothing to do with me-
"Hmmm...?" Stu slowly opened his eyes and lifted his head. "I had no idea you'd be here." He said in a tired, raspy voice.
"Hi, Stu. I just wanted to check up on you boys. You guys were really badly hurt. I feel awful, I could've done more to help."
"Honey, it's okay. Besides, imagine how badass these scars are gonna look when they heal over!"
"You big goof!" I giggled. Billy stirred in his bed. He lifted his head, rubbed his eyes, and groaned. "Hey, how did it go ove-" he stopped mid sentence. Both he and Stu shared looks of horror between me and themselves.
Why are they acting so strange?
Oh no.
Oh God.
I felt my heart stop in my chest. They didn’t. They couldn’t have. Casey…
“You… you were the killers?” I said in a soft, shaky voice. Billy smoothed his voice, “Now what makes you think we were the killers?”
“The… the phone call, the conversation at the front door, the… oh God, Casey!” I broke into sobs. I couldn't help it. They killed my best friend!
“Hey, it’s not like that. We never meant to hurt you…” Stu pleaded.
Billy’s expression turned from amusement to horror as he watched tears slip down my cheeks. Both were silent as they leaned in from their beds and wrapped their arms around me. “How can we make it up to you, beautiful?” Billy asked.
Silence fell over what seemed like the whole world.
“Stay with me. That’s the least you can do.”
 “Of course, sweetness.” Billy said.

Short Description: Hero abandoned Sidekick, but Villain saved them. They go to Hero to confront him.

There was heavy breathing on the other line of the phone call. Villain smiled. "Such wrath, Hero." The other end went silent. He almost laughed. Hero had muted herself.
Looking at his phone for a moment, he shrugged, clicking the 'hang up' button before pocketing the device. Then, he turned the handle in front of him, pushing the heavy back-entrance door open. "Herooo? You in here?"
Hero's base was an old school, one that had supposedly shut down because of mass amounts of mold, rats scurrying about, and bed bugs in clinic beds. This was far from the truth though. Sidekick told Villain as much. Hero bribed the school to sell to him, then bought the school. He podged up the outside, made the rumour look true, and decorated the inside to be a lovely base and home.
Villain beat a fist against a locker, continuing down the hall. "Hero, I don't feel like playing hide and seek today. We do it often enough with your always running away." There was no answer, and no movement.
Okay, screw it. If Hero wanted to pretend like he didn't hear, then Villain would make himself loud enough that he couldn't be ignored.
Walking to the still makeshift office, Villain picked up a phone at the front desk, pushing a button that simply said 'All'. A radio noise sounded before there was a click. "Did you ever watch the movie Singing in the Rain?" Perhaps a bit cheesily, Villain began singing into the intercom. He could vaguely hear his own voice in the speakers. "I'm singing in the schoolhouse! I'm singing in the schoolhouse!" He sighed. "You ought to put me out of my misery, Hero. I have a fear of singing in public."
"You shouldn't. I always thought you had a lovely voice."
Villain turned hearing Sidekick's voice. He smiled, but it quickly faltered. "You need to leave. You know how to get into my home. Go- before our little hero learns what you've done." His voice wasn't panicked, but it had a cautionary and strategic tone.
"I'm not afraid of him, Villain."
He shook his head. "I didn't say- nor ask if- you were. But you know what he's capable of, and I don't want you in the mix of it."
Sidekick was stubborn, saying, "I'm just as capable as either of you." She crossed her arms. "I can take him, especially if you're at my side. Let me stay with you." She came closer, taking Villain's hands in her own and rubbing her thumbs across his skin. "I've been fighting against you all this time. I want to fight with you now."
"And I'm telling you no." Villain stole his hands away. "Let me take care of this. I'll have him wrapped like a present when I come home, okay? I know you want to help, but it's not necessary. Hero's going to know you're working with me either way, and he's going to be pissed either way, but if he sees you here...Sidekick, I don't want you getting hurt. Please, please just go home."
Now it was Sidekick who shook her head and Villain knew not to argue anymore. There was no point because if Sidekick weren't so stubborn, they'd be dead. It was her stubbornness that saved her life before. Maybe it would keep her alive today.
A phone rang behind the desk and Villain eyed it with caution.
"It'll be Hero calling from another room."
"Do you guys seriously pay for all of these phones still? That's gotta cost a fortune."
Sidekick gave a small laugh. "It's more like an advanced walkie talkie system. We don't- I don't- he doesn't-" She took a deep breath. "No one pays for service."
Villain said, "You're nervous."
"I'm not. Pick up the phone or else I will. It'll ring three- two- more times."
He shook his head, but obliged, not wanting the reveal to happen a moment sooner than...well, Villain wasn't sure when Hero would put two and two together. Either way, the later he knew Sidekick betrayed him, the better.
Picking up the phone, Villain answered gloriously, as if he weren't terrified of something happening to Sidekick. "Villain speaking! Who is in due pleasure of speaking to me?"
"Room 202." The audio clicked then remained in a long fuzz. Villain dropped the phone into its spot.
Villain swallowed his fear. It was Hero's anger that he was afraid of, but Villain was capable of the same anger. On a normal day, he was stronger than Hero, which meant that if both he and Villain were fueled by anger today, then it would be like any other day. Nothing would happen to Sidekick. Villain wouldn't allow it.
Still, Villain asked, "You're sure you want to face him?"
Sidekick nodded.
"Alright. Room 202 we go. Feel free to lead the way."
She squinted. Shook her head. "Call 202's extension- there's a list in the top right drawer that will tell you what to punch in. Tell Hero you'll meet in the Gymnasium. If he tries to direct you back to Room 202, say you'll only meet in the gym, auditorium, or music room- which is Room 126."
Fear was still clutching onto Villain. He kept trying to convince himself that everything would be okay, and that he had this, but... Gee, he'd never been afraid of Hero, and he couldn't say that he was afraid of him now. There was just this growing pit in Villain's stomach that told him something would go wrong- that Sidekick would get hurt, or worse, be killed.
"Maybe we shouldn't do this."
Sidekick was taken back by surprise. "Are you serious?" He looked her dead in the eye, silent. "You are." She sighed and walked to him, taking his hands all over again. "We're fine, Villain. Nothing bad is going to happen. I promise."
Her hands were warm, meaning her blood was rushing, heart beating quickly. She was either excited or as equally scared as Villain was. He knew it was the latter. Sidekick had stuttered so much earlier and changed the subject when he mentioned the possibility of her being nervous. Her hot hands confirmed what he already knew.
"We should do this when we're both ready. Right now, neither of us are in the right frame of mind to fight," Villain explained.
"You'd rather wait for him to surprise attack us?"
"Well, no, but-"
"We have the advantage right now, Villain. I know the base inside and out. There's two of us and one of him. We know when we'll attack. He doesn't. We're fine, okay?" She raised her brows. "We have this."
Villain closed his eyes, focused on the hands holding his own. He nodded. "Okay." He nodded a second time, and with an exhale, said again, "Okay." Villain let his hands fall from Sidekick's before he picked up the phone and opened the drawer sidekick mentioned before.
He made his call, though he had to confide with Sidekick in quiet whispers and mouthing words in order to remember all of the numbers she'd mentioned. In the end, they agreed to meet in the music room.
Agreed was a polite term when you considered how they were meeting to beat one another.
Sidekick interrupted at one point to tell Villain not to use the Gymnasium because there was an upper level where there was a weight room. She also advised against the auditorium because of a catwalk above. The safest place, really, was the music room. Truly, the safest place was outside, in the open, but Sidekick made it clear that she wouldn't put others in danger.
***
While on their way to the designated room, Villain said, "Glad you thought of his vantage points."
"Yeah, I'm- uh- sorry I didn't realize sooner."
He grabbed her swaying hand as they walked. How odd they were. A hero and a villain, walking with hands held between them, about to fight another hero because he'd become a villain. The scenario was all kinds of whacked up and Villain couldn't quite remember how all of it had played out. Falling in love with Sidekick had been gradual, he knew, but he wished he remembered the exact moment he knew he loved her.
"You could have not said anything at all. It's not like you would have been betraying me- me being a villain and all." He nudged her shoulder lightly, and tilted his head to see the smirk he proudly painted on her face.
"You're not a villain," she said.
"I never thought I was one either."
She turned her head to look at him, eyes squinted. Before she could ask anything further, they came to the door of the music room. Room 126.
Villain asked quietly, "If the problem with the gym is that he can unexpectedly attack from above...why don't we open this door now, and then head to the gym. He'll have to look for us, and we'll have enough time to prepare ourselves."
Sidekick agreed, and so they opened the door to the music room, knowing Hero would be waiting for them to walk in. When they didn't, he'd be forced to look for them.
***
Sidekick stood at one door while Villain stood at the other. Same wall, but different sides of the room. Villain wanted to look at her, to just see her and feel that she was safe in her gaze, but he knew he needed to look forward, watch for Hero instead.
Villain needed to be prepared, but how could he when his heart was beating so thunderously against his chest? It even felt like it was beating in Sidekick's direction, trying to bring him closer to her.
"Remind me again why we're spread this far apart?"
Sidekick answered, "Larger range between targets. If we were glued at the hip like you want, he'd take us out easily."
Villain nodded, said no more, kept his eyes on the opening on either side of the opposite wall. He also watched the railing above them both- a weight room just like Sidekick said.
There were a few doors in the center. A set of double doors that apparently led to a storage room for things like basketballs, dodgeballs, and hula hoops. A door to the left which was a girl's locker room, but was now used to display trophies Sidekick had won in high school. The door to the right of the storage room was the boy's locker room and did the same for Hero that it did Sidekick. And there was one last door to the right of the boy's room, which used to serve as an office, but was now used as a computer room. Villain tried not to think of how much information was in that room, stored on various flash drives and SD cards.
"Sidekick?"
Villain's attention snapped to the left of the room, where Hero stood. The fear Villain felt before was replaced with a stone-hard fury. He wanted nothing more than to launch himself at the self-proclaimed hero and tackle him to the ground.
"Yeah. Yeah, it's me." Sidekick said, and Villain could tell that she was still frightened. He didn't dare look at her for fear that Hero might take it as an opportunity to strike at her.
"What are you-" Hero turned his head, peering at Villain. Almost immediately, Villain could tell he tensed up. "He's forcing you to be here, isn't he?" Hero's eyes darted to Sidekick, but mostly remained on Villain. "Has he used mind control?"
Villain huffed a laugh and smiled. "You're still trying to pull that lie?" He could feel Sidekick look over at him. She hadn't known who Hero was until he left her to die. She still didn't know him, it seemed.
Hero's eyes flickered between potential exits. There weren't so many that Villain or Sidekick couldn't reach in time to catch him. It turned out the gym had been the best place after all.
"Look," Villain began, and he took several steps forward, crossing his arms. Would it be easy to throw a punch in this position? No, it wouldn't be, but Hero was easily intimidated by crossed arms and confidence. Hero wouldn't attack as long as Villain didn't falter. "I promised Sidekick that I would avoid kicking your ass, but even she knows that it might be necessary."
"You make it sound like I can negotiate." Hero was still tensed, but he relaxed just a tad at the possibility of getting out of this unscathed.
Villain smiled. "Not exactly."
He watched Hero's eyes dart over to Sidekick again and again. He was still piecing it together. He knew Villain didn't have mind control; that was a lie he created so that the media would despise Villain, and therefore consider Hero a true hero. The only other consideration to make was that Sidekick betrayed him. How long until the idea was confirmed in his mind?
"I want you to turn yourself over to the local news coverage. Tell them who you are. And before you do that," Villain had the confidence now to look at Sidekick and hold a gesturing hand out to her. "I want you to tell your partner who you are. She knows your a deserter already, but she deserves to know the rest. You want to talk about mind control, how about you tell her how you've manipulated everyone in the nearby communities?"
Now it was Sidekick who spoke up. "Villain?" Her eyes switched between Hero and Villain both. "Hero?" Someone needed to speak up. What was both sides hiding?
"Hero, are you going to talk? Or do I need to take action like I said I would avoid?" He glanced at Sidekick. "I know this is different from the plan, but I believe this will be more beneficial." He returned a smirk to Hero.
"I don't think I'm the one who needs to explain myself," Hero said. "Sidekick, your with Villain. You want to tell me about that?"
Sidekick flustered, no doubt feeling a sort of guilt. This was exactly why Villain wanted Hero to tell her what all he'd done. So that when this conversation- about her betraying him- she wouldn't feel awfully.
"I fought for you to get out," Sidekick said after taking a deep breath. "I. Fought. For. You. And I nearly killed myself doing so. You made it out." She paused. "You made it out and you never came back to help me. You knew it took all of my power to get you out, to keep all of that debris above the ground so you could crawl out. I couldn't move, Hero. You knew I wouldn't make it out, and yet, even after you were safe, you never even tried to get help, to get me out. You left me to die."
There it is, Villain thought. There's her anger. He was proud of her- for stomping down the fear she felt. He knew how hard it was. He'd done it himself at least five times in the last three hours.
Before Hero could defend himself, Sidekick continued. "Villain saved me. Not you, not the man they praise on TV as being selfless and caring and generous. Villain saved me. And he has cared for me sense. When I was still exhausted from exerting myself, he carried me to his home. He bandaged me. He fed me. He gave me a bed to sleep on. And what were you doing?"
Now's the time.
"I- well..." Hero glanced nervously at Villain, whose arms were still crossed. "You told me to leave, Sidekick. You told me to get out of there, so I did. You can't be angry at me for that. You see, he has tampered with your mind."
Villain sighed. "Hero, you grasping onto that concept like it's your lifeline. It can't protect you forever." He rose a brow when the supposed hero didn't respond. "Still not going to talk? Alright." Villain looked to Sidekick. "He ever let you in that computer room you told me about?" He pointed to the door, not waiting for an answer before speaking because he already knew the answer.
"When Hero and I were friends in high school, he used to journal on his desktop about all the guilty things he'd done. Things like stealing cookies off of unaware kids' trays, getting that one solo instead of the only freshman in our choir, stuff like that." Villain chuckled. "He didn't used to step on people until it was time for college applications. He realized he was only good enough for the mediocre schools. Hero always aspired to be someone great, but he lost faith in himself. Guess I was the easiest person to make a target out of. Isn't that right, Hero?"
He hadn't spoken this whole time, only bit his tongue. Hero nodded now, lips pressed tight.
"Wait. What are you saying?" Sidekick asked, but the question was more directed at Hero than Villain.
"I became a villain when he pointed fingers, started making massive claims making me out to be a horrible person."
Despite having already nodded, Sidekick asked Hero, "Is he telling the truth?"
"This isn't- but he- Sidekick, how could you even consider being on his side? I know I left you, but it's because you told me to go."
Villain interjected, "Or he only cared to save himself."
"I didn't tell you to never come back for me! You were safe as soon as you got out. Meanwhile I was being crushed because I used every ounce of my abilities so that you didn't get crushed!" Sidekick breathed so heavily that Villain and Hero could both hear her. "Wait. Wait, wait, wait. What did you think happened to me when you didn't see me for so long after the accident?"
Hero shrugged. "I thought you died."
"And is that what you told the reporters?"
"More or less."
"What did you say to them?" Sidekick demanded.
Villain felt completely foolish for ever thinking Hero's anger would overcome them. He supposed he wasn't thinking from Hero's perspective at all, but his own. Because if he truly saw Hero as a villain and his partner suddenly revealed themselves to be said villain's new partner, he'd be furious. Villain would fight like hell to get to a partner that betrayed him like that. But, Villain acknowledged, Hero has known all along that I'm the good guy between us. Hero couldn't possibly be mad at Sidekick for a false scenario.
"I told them that you sacrificed your life for mine." Hero took subtle steps backward, but not settle enough. Villain was far enough away that he could see Hero's whole body, and therefore could see every move he made. Villain held his hand up threateningly, stopping Hero in his tracks.
"I want to see your desktop," Sidekick declared. She didn't wait to start sauntering toward the door she needed.
***
Villain stood in the doorway, watching to make sure Hero didn't do anything out of sorts. He didn't think his old friend would kill anyone to maintain his false identity, but he wasn't sure. The stuff that he pinned on Villain was worthy of death, so he might as well have killed him.
Something for Villain to be somewhat happy, and yet also severely disappointed, about was the number of pages written about him. Every moment Hero considered undermining Villain, every time he did undermine him, or pin him, blame him, accuse him. There were also various pages detailing how badly he'd deceived Sidekick.
Speaking of Sidekick, after about two hours of reading and asking questions, she slammed the mouse on the table before standing and walking briskly out of the room. "I'm ready to leave. Damn whatever happens to him. I don't want to see or hear of him ever again," she said on her way out- or rather yelled.
Villain followed her out of the room, but stopped halfway through the gymnasium. He said to Hero, "I don't have the patience to deal with you right now, but just know that if you don't come out about all of this yourself, I won't hesitate to actually become your villain. Understood?"
Hero swallowed with a nod, and Villain took his leave.

LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT TO BE TAGGED
Tumblr media
I exhale, turning to look at Nikki where he's laying beside me, a sickly pale tone to his skin, his black hair tangled, his hand that is clinging to mine, covered in tracks, the same appearance as his other hand.
I can't help but wonder if I bathed him if he'd wake up. He reeks, and he's rough looking, only adding to my guilt.
Fred gave him a sleeping pill to ease him off of his coke high--he's been freebasing again, just cooking it up in the room's microwave.
I don't know what the hell to do about him.
I wish I did.
Turning over to face him, I brush his bangs out of his eyes, my fingertips lightly dusting over his cheeks, dark circles under his eyes.
They were supposed to play tonight, but said Nikki came down with the flu and added the show to the second round of U.S. tours lined up for early next year.
The Nikki I knew would have never put drugs over his music, his fans, and especially not his relationship.
But, the Nikki I knew also wouldn't have cheated on me…
It's been hard to accept the fact that the Nikki I fell in love with six years ago, isn't around anymore.
1981
I finish getting my church dress back on, grinning at Nikki as he gets his pants laced back up, the both of us glancing at each other in the back of my car.
"What's mommy and daddy gonna say when I send their girl back home all turned out?" He asks me, smugly, and I put my heels back on, scoffing.
"Gee, just come home with me and find out." I shrug.
"I'll pass." He mumbles, pulling his shirt over his head.
"Oh, c'mon, I'm sure they'd love you." I nudge him with my elbow.
"Your mom would piss her granny-panties." He argues, wrinkling his nose a little and I just blink at him.
"Maybe...but I'm pretty sure my dad would like you." I inform him.
"Like hell he does." He says to himself and I just let out a breath.
"So…" I say after a few seconds of silence and he nods a little, awkward tension filling the air around us.
"...Well." He lets out in the same tone.
"Good freaking night." I go to open the car door, irritated that he doesn't offer up to hangout and do stuff other than fool around, slamming the door shut.
"Hey, what's up?" He asks me, getting out next, standing by the driver's door, blocking my way.
"Nothing. I'll see you later." I mumble, nudging him out of my way, opening my door but he's quickly shutting it before I can.
"Viv, what's--"
"--I'm gonna start charging you to sleep with me." I state blatantly and his hazel eyes widen, a shit eating smirk on his lips as he chuckles out, "what?"
"You'd think since we have sex with each other so often it'd at least make us friends, but all you wanna do when we hangout is screw around and then go do whatever with the guys." I tell him. "And, no, this isn't me being a 'typical girl' and developing feelings for you just because we've had sex. It's me being tired of feeling like I'm just being used to get you off."
"I'm being used to get you off so it's a win-win, is it not?"
"You sound like Vince." I snap. "All that's happening is I screw you, you screw me, we leave, and don't talk until we're both horny again."
"Is that not how this works?"
"The least we can do is get food afterwards or something." I suggest.
"...Like a date?"
I gag at the thought.
"Ew, no." I tell him and he looks confused. "Like, um...I don't know. But since I don't hate you enough to not hook up with you, anymore, I think we could at least get to know who we're hooking up with a little better."
"Friends with benefits?" He clarifies.
"No, no, we're not friends." I point out and he let me get in my car.
"I'll see you tomorrow night?" He throws out and I nod. "Wear something pretty--we're going to McDonald's." He smugly smiles and I roll my eyes, holding back a laugh.
I'm shaking the memory away when there's a knock at the door and I slowly get out of bed, trying not to wake Nikki, slipping my hand from his as my feet hit the hotel carpet.
I open the door, seeing Mick.
"They wanted us to go ahead and start getting our stuff together to leave." He informs me. "Apparently Guns has some solo shows at some clubs nearby so they're staying behind and we'll back up with them tomorrow night." He informs me and I nod, smiling softly, before he lets out a small breath. "I know you're hurt, and you've got every right to be, but would it not make more sense to file for divorce before you move on, as opposed to moving on before you even really know if you're gonna leave or not?" He asks next, under his breath so Nikki has no way of hearing it.
"Ask your married girlfriend that before you come at me with it, Mick, alright?" I ask him neutrally, shutting the door in his face before stepping back to the bed, hesitant to wake Nikki up but doing it anyway so we won't be late.
I wasn't shocked when Mick let on that he knew about Duff and I because, like with me and Nikki, he just knew when something was up.
Looking back, Mick had a point, but at that time he was the last person I wanted to hear it from, because Emi wasn't estranged from her husband, or even on bad terms with him. She was just cheating for whatever reason while her husband stayed in the blissful dark. Mick was "the other woman" therefore he had no place to speak to me about my relationship with Duff.
"Nikki, get up, we gotta get packed." I gently shake him and he groans out.
"Baby, let me sleep." He mumbles, eyes squeezed closed, face scrunching slightly for a second.
"We gotta be in L.A. in seven hours, c'mon." I nudge at him again, and his red eyes open, disgruntled, taking a moment before sitting up.
"I did it again last night?" He asks me, rubbing the crust from his eyes as I slip my slippers on.
"Yep."
"Are they pissed?"
"They're worried." I inform him. "I'm worried, too." I add, stepping to the door.
"I'm fine." He says after me.
"Glad to hear it." I open the door, taking a moment to add, "and I'm not 'baby' to you anymore," before leaving.
I get to my room and get my things packed, being interrupted by a knock at the door.
When I get it open, Duff is on the other side, wearing nothing but his underwear.
"I think I left my necklace in here." He tells me and I step aside, watching him grab it from the bedside table before he turns to me and says, "so, you guys are leaving tonight?" He asks me.
"Yeah." I nod. "Gotta go watch Vince walk down the aisle."
He chuckles and I do, too, realizing how ironic the reality of it is.
"...Is, um...Nikki okay?" He cautiously questions.
"Yeah." I nod. "I'm sorry I didn't go back to your room last night, I just thought it'd be best if he eased off before I went to bed and then I accidentally fell asleep before I could leave so…"
"No, no, Viv, it's fine. You still care about him, even though he's shitty sometimes he's still the guy you've been with for the past six years. I'm not upset that you're making sure he's okay." He nods reassuringly.
Before I can say "okay", there's another knock at my door, and I step to it and open it, Tommy and Vince waiting for me.
"Ya ready?" Tommy asks, him and Vince both wearing sunglasses.
"Yeah." I reply, going to zip my suitcase, Tommy following in after me to grab it, taking a double take when he notices Duff.
"Hey, man."
"Hey." Duff replies, rubbing the back of his neck, before looking to Vince. "Vinnie, you ready to walk down that aisle?" He asks him with a smile.
"Yeah, just so Sharise will stop bitching about wedding details." He responds with a groan in his tone and Duff chuckles. "But her and Skylar are coming back with me for a honeymoon so just be on your best behavior--not that you aren't most times." He adds.
"Nah, I'll give Slash and Stevie the heads up, though." He assures him.
"Thanks, dude." Vince says back.
"Alright, see you when we get back." Tommy says, patting at Duff's shoulder.
"See ya." Duff says to them as they head out.
"I gotta pee and I'll be down." I lie.
Vince looks at me, oddly, with a small bit of hesitance before he shuts the door and I rub my lips and look at Duff, fumbling with my fingers.
"You're not breaking up with me already, are you?" He repeats what I asked him before and I smile and shake my head.
"No, no." I grab his hand and tug him closer to me and he kisses my hair, wrapping his arms around me, tightly, and I rest my cheek against his skin.
"Just have a safe flight, try not to kill anyone." He tells me and I nod.
"I love you." I tell him, looking up at him.
"I love you, too." He leans down and kisses me, pulling away too soon. "I'll see you tomorrow night."
"See you tomorrow night." I agree, taking a mental picture of his soft grin.
The next day was spent scrambling to keep everyone together--especially Nikki--because Sharise deserved one day to be with Vince without a fight...little did I know the only fight that would occur would be between Vince and I, and not him and Nikki, like I feared.
"Okay," I straighten her veil, examining her dress one last time as she hands me my bouquet, "you look beautiful, Sharise." I assure her and she continues nitpicking possible flaws in the mirror.
"I know we're already married so this is just a vow renewal or whatever but I'm nervous." She admits to me, fanning at herself a little.
"There's no reason to be." I tell her.
"Where's Sky?"
"With your parents."
"Where's Tansy?"
"Getting her dress on."
"Where's Nikki?"
"In the bathroom."
"In the bathroom or shooting up?"
"In the bathroom. Tommy's on smack watch."
"Okay." She lets out a breath, trying to calm down. "Vince...is he--"
"He's ready to walk when you are." As I say this, the door opens and Nikki and Tansy come in.
"Sharise, the wedding party's waiting for you." Tansy tells her a little shakily.
I think she's beginning to withdrawal.
"Alright. Okay." Sharise inhales and exhales.
"You got this." I promise her.
"You're right." She nods and I help her with her dress as she heads to the door.
Nikki, Tommy, Mick, and a couple other guys I've never met that are good friends of Sharise and Vince are wearing their tuxes with a hot pink sash, to match the bridesmaids knee length, hot pink dresses with black tull underlying the skirt.
We file into line, Nikki and getting in front of Sharise since she's appointed me with Matron of honor.
"You showered." I mumble to Nikki, impressed.
"Tommy threatened to spray me off with a water hose. I didn't feel like being cold." He mumbles and I scoff as the music starts, the doors opening to lead outside, where we have to walk down stone stairs to meet in a spacious courtyard.
"I'm getting war flashbacks." He says next once it's our turn to start walking.
"From our wedding, yeah, me freaking too." I reply in a hiss.
"I was gonna say from Tommy's wedding but sure." He scoffs bitterly.
"Just don't leave this one every fifteen minutes to slip into the bathroom and shoot up." I ignore his comment, the arm that my hand is looped through tenses up and I can feel him glaring at me through his sunglasses.
"Don't be a fucking bitch." He tells me as we step down the stairs and approach the guests, seeing Vince and the other groomsmen and bridesmaids waiting for us.
"Little late for that." I point out.
"And our wedding wasn't even that bad, Viv." He randomly cuts back to our initial back and forth and I fake a smile for the crowd, speaking through my teeth to reply, "Wish I could say the same for the months to follow it."
We separate at the alter, and I push my feelings aside when I look to see Sharise stepping down the stairs, looking stunning as ever.
When she gets down here, I'm straightening the back of her dress as she takes Vince's hands.
The ceremony doesn't take very long, and once the reception comes and all the pictures are done with being taken, I'm ready to get out of this dress--but it's not ready for me to get out of it.
I grind my teeth, dreading asking this bastard for help, but I know he's got his knife and the zipper of my dress is stuck.
"Nikki," I tap at his shoulder as he downs another glass of wine.
"What?" He wipes his mouth with the back of his hand.
"Can you help me get out of this dress?" I ask him and he suddenly bursts into laughter.
"I'd rather fuck a pot of boiling hot oil than fuck you." He tells me.
"No, asshole, I mean literally help me get this off because the zipper is stuck." I explain.
"Oh." He says, turning me to look at it. "Yeah, I guess." He stands up and I head to the bathroom as he pulls his pocket knife from his pocket.
Once we get to the bathroom, I'm pulling my arms from the sleeves the best I can before I look at him.
"Just go to sawing away here." I point to the seam that's three-fourths zipped.
He starts cutting at it, and it soon gets looser and looser to the point there should be plenty of room to finish pushing it down my hips...and I would if his hands weren't steadily holding at my bare sides, his eyes on my back as I look at him in the mirror and wait for him to snap back into reality.
He never does, and I'm forced to clear my throat to whisk the tension away.
"Um, I got it from here." I tell him, hinting that his hands on my skin aren't needed.
He just looks at me in the mirror and holds at them tighter, making me go to hit at the tops of his hands, only I realize this is one of the few moments he probably finds peace in because he can pretend, even for a second, that everything isn't screwed sideways.
I just rest my palms over his hands, making eye contact with him in the mirror, looking us over, and I smile sadly, realizing we won't ever be those people again.
After his moment is finished, he's gently patting my sides before taking a step back and putting his knife back into his pocket.
"Thanks, again." I say to him before he goes. "No problem." He mumbles, stepping out.
I rush back to the bridal suite to avoid being seen half naked, to change into a more comfortable dress.
As soon as I shut the door, I turn around and see Vince nursing a beer, and I jump.
"Jesus, Vince!" I snap at him, taking a deep breath and he rolls his eyes for a second. "What the hell are you doing here?" I ask him, peeling the dress down my legs, not caring that he's getting an eyeful of me in nothing but skimpy panties since he's seen me completely naked in the pictures of me that Nikki's shown off to him.
"Hiding from my in laws." He replies, taking another sip of beer.
"You're not supposed to be drinking." I remind him.
"Who's gonna tell them?" He asks me, raising his brows.
"Doesn't matter if the state doesn't know--God knows. That's who you'll have to answer to in the end."
"Oh-Oh, my fuck." He chuckles out, his tongue swiping the inside of his bottom lip.
"What? You think standing before God and being confronted with the fact you're still drinking after killing your friend in a drunk driving accident is funny?" I hiss at him.
 "I think the bible warns against becoming a drunkard but doesn't it also say, "you must not commit adultery'?"
My heart pounds in my chest, my eyes wide, and he stands up from his spot on the fluffy parlor chair.
"So you can give me shit about killing Razzle and still drinking, but every time the sweat on Duff's back dries after he's done fucking you, it's just another nail being hammered into Nikki's coffin, once he finds out." He says, pointing at me with the hand holding at his bottle. "And that blood's gonna be on your hands." He adds. "Not mine."

Summary: Soulmates can read each other's minds, so you and your soulmate communicate with each other, no matter how far apart you two are.
Warning: some angst (lots of fluff tho)
Word Count: 6305
Tumblr media
Everyone has a soulmate, one that's always connected with you by mind. When you have a soulmate, you are able to read each other's thoughts. And that's what you did all your life.
Being the daughter of Moana felt a bit lonely. You would always voyage everywhere, so it would make sense for you to be connected with your people, but you weren't. You felt like the odd one out, especially when you announced that your soulmate is from the Isle.
You tried talking to your mom, but she was always busy. She would get even more distant with you when you'd ask about your father. She said that she loved him, but they couldn't stay together. She wanted to continue voyaging, and he wanted to stay.
So all you had left was the sea, Pua's children, and your soulmate. If felt better to talk with a person than a bunch of pigs though. It started off when the two of you were kids.
Hey again.
Hiya. You could hear the Scottish accent.
I wish I could see you, so I could give a big hug.
I've never gotten a hug before.
It's okay, because once you and I are together, I'll always give you hugs whenever you ask for them.
I don't think we can, y/n. I'm a villain, and yer a hero.
That's not true! It'll happen, promise.
You grew up talking to him through your mind. You also felt connected with him by the sea. You dreamed about going on a ship with him, sailing the sea together and enjoying the ocean. The ocean was a friend of yours.
One day your mother told you that you won't be voyaging anymore, and instead going to school in Auradon. This was your chance. You had tried talking to people about the Isle of the Lost, tried to convince that maybe the children shouldn't be in there. But no one listened. They saw you as a freak, and made jokes of you being a villain. All you had was Harry, and you were fine with that.
But someone finally did listen. Ben talked to you about it, and agreed. He said that when he would be crowned king in about a year, he'll have some children of villains to attend school with us to show others that they aren't the bad ones.
You were ecstatic.
Harry~!
Why ye thinkin so loud, princess?
So I just made my first human friend, apart from you of course, and he said that he agrees with me. His name is Ben, and he's the King's son.
Ben, hm? Is he as good looking as I?
I don't know how you look like, but you're probably more handsome than anybody I know. But sh, listen! He's going to be king in about a year, and he said that he's going to bring some VK's to Auradon to show that they can be good!
I have to wait a whole year?! I want to see ye now princess.
We just have to be patient. We'll be together, Harry. Don't give up hope. Please, for me?
Fine. But when I get there I'm showing em how a pirate can truly be.
He heard your amazing laugh ring through his head. You got yourself a deal, pirate. But just not too much, okay? I want to stay with you once I got you.
Like a fish on hook, eh? You could practically hear the smile from that.
Exactly. I gotta focus on homework now. Talk to you later hookie.
Bye fishy.
"Harry!" The angry voice of Uma snapped him out of his conversation with you. "You wanna cut the daydreaming and get to work?"
This would happen a lot. Harry would be talking to you when he was supposed to be doing stuff. He didn't really care, as long as he got to hear your voice. Usually when you weren't talking to one another he would just block out what you were thinking.
You're the reason that he's usually so cheerful, although in a bit of a crazy way. You always talked him out of his fits of rage, reassuring him that he'll always have you.
He'd make the excuse that his dad had the same levels of anger, but you told him that he was better than his father. That's why he listened to you. Everybody on the isle tried to live up to their parents, but here you were saying that his dad could live up to him. That's how he knew that you were worth waiting for.
As he was occupied with his crew, you had made your first friend, Ben. It was nice having someone to physically talk to, at least until Audrey showed up. She didn't like you, and you didn't like her.
"You know what y/n, I'm sure you wouldn't want to be sitting here with us." She said cheerfully one day at lunch. "You'd probably rather be talking to your soulmate, since that's really your only friend, right?"
You looked at Ben, who didn't say anything. "Um, okay."
When you left, he decided to speak up. "I don't see what the problem is with her sitting with us."
"Ben, she has been filling your head with crazy talk of villain kids being good. You've heard, right? That her soulmate is a villain?"
"Yeah, and I don't see a problem with that. As long as they love each other, it shouldn't matter."
She annoyedly shook her head. "Let's just eat, kay?"
Meanwhile, you went to your unshared room and began to tear up. You just didn't understand why nobody liked you. Although you didn't realize it, you were thinking about how horrible Audrey was.
What's wrong princess? Those are a lot of nasty thoughts about this Audrey girl.
Sorry Harry. It's nothing.
Hard to believe that when ye were sayin some not so nice things.
I know, and I shouldn't be thinking that way about anyone! Ugh, I must be a bad person for thinking this way about people.
Bad person? You heard laughter. Las, you're my hero. It's okay to be thinkin those things about people. Nobody but me will hear ye.
Tears silently fell as you sat on your bed crying. You didn't have to pretend to be anything around him. I just lost my only physical, human friend. All because of his horrid girlfriend who loves to comment on how amazing she is. She isn't even his soulmate.
Well I guess I don't have any more competition for ye now.
You never did hooky. You know you're the greatest thing in my life, but it was nice to have company. I just hope that she doesn't fill his head with dumb stuff about villain kids being bad.
It'll be okay princess. Some day we'll be together, remember?
Yeah. Thanks for listening Harry. You're the best, as always.
Ye welcome love.
A few months later, Ben had been trying very hard to talk to you. You didn't know why, especially now, but you didn't care. If he wanted to leave a loyal friend for some bully, then he wasn't worth your time. At least that's what Harry told you.
Until he followed you to room without you noticing. Before you closed the door, he ran up to your room and stopped you from closing it. "Y/n please. I want to talk."
"Talk to your girlfriend." You tried to close the door again, but he wouldn't budge.
"Audrey wouldn't understand." He looked a little sad, but dating her was his choice.
"Ben, you're a prince. You could talk to all of your other friends, since you probably have so much."
"No, I really don't have that many friends."
You fake smiled. "Gee, I wonder what that's like. Bye now!"
"Y/n please, it won't be more than ten minutes." He said. He sounded desperate. "Please."
You said nothing, but opened the door wider and gestured for him to come in. He came in, pacing back and forth until he noticed you just staring at him. He then stopped but still antsy. "Uh, take a seat."
"No, it's okay. I'm okay. Sorry, I'm just nervous-"
"Ben sit. What's wrong?"
He took a seat at your chair where your desk is. "I'll be king in two months, and I have no idea what to do or how to lead. A king should be able to know what decisions to make and how to help his people."
You sat at the edge of your bed. "Well, what do you think would be good for the people?"
"The Isle. The people there will also be my people too, and it's not fair to the children on evil people to be stuck there. When you talked to me about that for the very first time, I was already thinking about it. For my first proclamation I need a citizen to agree with what I propose."
"And what are you going to propose?" You were praying for what you think he's going to say.
"For some of the villain kids to be brought to Auradon. I want you to be my citizen-"
You ran up to him and gave him a hug. "I'll do it. I'lldoitI'lldoitI'lldoit!"
He laughed. "That's great news. We'll finally get to meet our soulmates."
You were out of breathe for some reason. "Yeah!" Then you thought again about what he said. "Wait, what do you mean we?"
You both talked some more, and you understood why he saw what you saw. His soulmate was a VK. He didn't know which VK, since she tried blocking out her thoughts when discovering that he was the son of the king. You told him that you'd talk to Harry about it to see if he knows anything.
Harry pulled a few strings, but found out that her name was Mal, the daughter of Maleficent. Ben was ecstatic, saying that he would have her be one of the people who come, and will slowly get to know her so she would realize that they're soulmates.
"Go ahead and pick your three people, and those three, along with Mal, will be the ones that I choose." You quickly chose the daughter of Ursula, son of Gaston, and most importantly, the son of Hook.
You were so excited to be able to hold Harry and look into his eyes and kiss him whenever you wanted. You waited for two months, time going by slower that you could ever think. Finally the day had come, and you were in the room when Ben announced his first proclamation to his parents. They were unsure, but allowed it. Everything was going to be written and delivered for the limo to get them, until Audrey showed up.
"I'm sorry, but I found these notes regaurding Ben's first proclamation, and I don't think this is a good idea!"
"They already agreed. The deal can't be undone or else they will be dishonest and untrustworthy about their word." You argued.
They told her that you were right, but she was ready for that. "If you can't undo this, then I have a better way to rearrange this."
She proceeded to talk about how the daughter of Maleficent didn't get along with the other three from what an anonymous source told her. She said that it was most important to gain the trust of the daughter of the evilest villain, so the three VKs would have to be changed. To Mal's three friends.
Bell and her husband agreed. You ran out of the room, Ben running after you. You made it outside before you began to breathe hard, finding it harder and harder to maintain breathing. Ben rushed to your aid and calmed you down as you had a panic attack.
Meanwhile, Harry didn't take the news too well either. He was heartbroken. He was angry, but more importantly devastated. He shoved his way to his small room on the ship and went inside, laying down and crying his heart out. He wanted to be with you, feel you, love you with all his might. But good things didn't happen to villains.
Once you were okay Ben made you another deal. If the four VKs coming so good with their stay at Auradon, then it'll be easy for him to bring others once he's king. You nodded.
When the four of the villain kids came, Ben had asked you to be there as well. You found them fun and easier to be around than the fake, royal students at Auradon Prep. As you showed Mal and Evie to their dorm, you joked with them about Auradon and Audrey.
"You know, you're not like other princesses here." Mal said.
"Oh, I'm not a princess. I'm the daughter of the village chief, and it's not like I have my own castle or anything. We're voyagers, so we go where the ocean takes us."
"Eh, must be tiring to always travel with your people. But whatever, you here are all probably full of friends wherever. You just enjoy yourself anywhere you are with your buds."
You let out a laugh. "Hardly. The only friends I have are pigs, chicken, the ocean and Ben. Nobody likes to be around me after they found out about my soulmate." It just slipped out of your mouth. You didn't know why you were nervous since they're villain kids, but you still felt that people wouldn't like you for it.
"Who's your soulmate?" Evie asked.
"Um, the son of a villain." You said nervously.
Both stopped you. "Your room should be right there." You pointed.
"Back up a second, your soulmate is one of us?" Mal asked. You nodded. "Is it Jay or Carlos?"
"What? No, it's someone else. He was originally supposed to come, but Audrey, being the home wrecker that she is, changed that."
"Come on, we need to talk about this is private." Evie said, the two of them dragging you to the room. They pushed you inside that closed the door.
"So, who is it?"
"Um, Harry Hook."
They looked at each other. "Harry Hook?" Mal asked. "As in Uma's little henchman?"
"I think he's think of cute." Evie said.
Your ears perked. "Is he?! It's not like I've ever seen him, so I was just wondering." You said very fast, voice full of hope.
"He's no prince, but he's nice to look at." Evie said, taking your hands. You smiled and went back to your room to talk to Harry. He had rarely left his room.
Hey Harry.
...
So today I heard that you were handsome. I guess I hit the jackpot. Kind, funny, and attractive. Who would've known?
That doesn't matter.
I know, it's just a bonus. The sound of your giggles filled his head. He weakly smiled.
How are ye so hopeful?
Because if I give up, then I won't be able to have you in my arms. You're my soulmate, which means that we're perfect for each other. I don't wanna give up on my perfect match.
He felt better. He felt special. Somebody cared for him that much. I like ye.
I like you too.
Over the course of a few months a lot happened. The four VKs, who you befriended, decided to be good, Ben was made king, and Mal was going to be a lady of the court. Until she decided to run away. That's when everything went downhill, and Ben ended up captured.
You were walking to your dorm and passed by Carlos and Jay's room. Their door was open, and they were talking to Chad. "Look, Ben's been captured." You stopped in your tracks to listen. "And if we tell anyone he's dead meat, so we don't have time for your weirdness." With that you took off to grab swords from the supplies closet and waited outside.
When you saw the two outside you stepped out of hiding. "I'm coming."
They both jumped and turned around to see you with swords in a bag. "What are you talking about?" Jay asked. "We're going...to the... Waffle House."
"Nice try. You guys are going to the Isle to save Ben. I'm coming, period." You stared them down, and they reluctantly agreed. You excitedly walked to the limo. "Let's go!"
As you focused on preparing yourself for a fight, your mind slipped off of the fact that you were going to the place that your soulmate was. When you got there you gave Mal and Evie a hug. "Y/n, there's something you should know," Evie said.
"There's no time, E, we gotta go." Mal said.
You smiled at her. "You can tell me after."
You then all went to where Ben was being held captive. A pirate ship. You looked at the others. Jay spoke up, looking down. "We didn't know how to tell you."
You were taking bigger breathes now, not knowing how to handle this. "Let's just, let's just get Ben."
They nodded. Carlos side hugged you, and you side hugged back. He was always the sweet one. You then started to focus on Harry's thoughts. They were about Ben, and Mal, and the wand. He was thinking about being with you when they get the wand.
Harry.
What are ye doin up so late princess?
I know about everything your doing right now.
...
Harry this isn't the way to do things.
Love, I'm tired of waiting. We'll be together y/n. Don't ya want that?
Of course I do, but not like this.
It'll be fine, I'll have them go easy on yer friends.
Harry you know I'd protect my friends. One of them being Ben.
I'll talk with ye later. And with that he blocked you out. You huffed. He's always been so one track minded.
You all got there. Mal and Uma were arguing, and soon she took notice of you. "I see you brought one of your little princess friends. Hope none of us villains smudged your tiara."
"I'm not a princess." You said, voice sturdy. "I'm a Voyager."
Harry's smile that he had on quickly fell. "Is that..."
Ben heard his mumble. "Yes, it is. That's y/n, your soulmate."
Before he knew it, Uma called out for him. He snapped out of his thoughts, tugging a tied up Ben with him. Uma had him cut the ties, and gave them the wand. In a blink of an eye there was a sword fight. The wand was a fake, and they couldn't let the heroes go. They were villains after all.
Harry's mind went off of you as he fought, and he was at his overly bubbly self. That was, until he made his way to you. Immediately he put down his sword.
"Y/n." He said. You looked at him confused, until you looked down and saw that he was holding a hook. You looked up at him. "Princess, it's me."
You drop the sword and run up to him, immediately wrapping your arms around his neck. He wrapped his arms around your waist in return. "You don't know how badly I've wanted you." He said lowly in your ear.
"Do you trust me?" You asked. He looked at you, confused. Please say yes.
"Of course I'll say yes, las." He smiled as he looked down at you.
"Good." You slip out of his arms and grab his hand, jumping off the dock and into the water, taking him with you. Harry expected to crash into the sea, but the water went up, gently putting you in the ocean.
As you both floated in the sea under the docks, Harry pulled your waist and brought you in for a kiss. You put your hands on his face as he tilted to deepen the kiss. You pulled back for breath, putting your hands on his shoulders. "I've waited all my life for that." You said as both your foreheads were pressed against each others. "I figured we shouldn't be seen."
"How do you plan on gettin back up las?"
"The ocean's a friend of mine." You gestured to the water that was moving up on its own, waving at the two of you. Harry smiled in awe and hesitantly waved.
"I don't want to let ye go princess." His blue eyes gazed down at you.
"It'll be okay Harry. I'll ask Ben to bring you with me. Now that he's seen the island he'll sympathize."
He looked away from you. "Are ye sure? I may have threatened him a bit." He pressed his lips together.
You brought your hand to his cheek, having him look back at you. "Yes, I'm sure. He forgave the other four for trying to steal fairy godmother's wand, so I'm sure he'll forgive you."
"What if he won't let me there?" He looked like he was in pain. Soulmates are supposed to be together, having them apart puts an emotional strain on each other.
"Then I'll come back and stay here."
"Princess-" you cut him off with a kiss on the corner of his mouth. You knew he wouldn't want you staying here. But you didn't care.
"I want to be together. I don't care where I live." You heard Evie calling your name. "Dip your head under the water to make it look like you fell."
You both did so, the ocean gently bringing you both back up. He grabbed your hand. "So beautiful."
You gently squeezed his hand. "Bye hooky."
"Bye fishy." You then went back to your friends. You looked back, the smudged eyeliner on him making his bright eyes even more piercing.
As you went back to Auradon in the limo, you sat in the front with Jay, looking out the window as silent tears fell down your face. Evie wanted to make you feel better, and designed a dress for you to go to cottilion. Although you didn't want to go, she was convinced that this would make you happier.
As you were in a white and peach dress at cotillion, you stared out at the sea, wandering what it would be like if Harry was there with you. If he took your hand to dance with him. If you were in his arms. If he leaned down to kiss you.
Harry heard all these thoughts, and was so excited to finally be with you. He shut out his thoughts from you temporarily, and got ready. He put on red leather pants with his red long sleeved jacket. Underneath he had a white button up with ruffles and a loose red tie, as well as fingerless gloves.
Meanwhile, you sucked up your sadness and out on a smile as you saw Mal come down. A moment later Ben came down, and, to the horror of everyone present, Uma as well.
As you questioned her, she dropped a surprise on you. "I figured that you deserve happiness too, y/n, so I didn't come alone."
Everybody watched as Harry stepped out, walking straight up to you, bowing and kissing your hand. He smiled as he came up. You hesitated, not knowing if this was a dream or not, then brought him into a big hug. He hugged back, feeling complete.
"Harry, what's going on?" You said as you pulled back.
"I can be with ye now, princess." He smiled, putting his hands on your waist.
You put your hands on his face gently. "You know that's not what I mean. What's going on with Uma? Is she planning something?" He looked away from you. The only ones who were next to you were Mal and Evie. Harry!
You tried to read his mind, but couldn't. He blocked his thoughts from you. "I can't betray Uma."
"Hooky," you said quietly. "Look at me." His sad eyes looked into yours. "Please. Do Uma and Ben really love each other?" He didn't say anything, and that was all you needed. You understood, that was his friend who was probably just as loyal to his as he was to her. You then faced Mal. "Does she know how to use love spells?"
It seemed like something clicked inside Mal's head. "My spell book! I left it on the island. She must have gotten it."
After Mal confronted Uma and Ben, she and him kissed, breaking the spell. True love's kiss. Uma and Mal were about to fight after turning into an octopus and a dragon, but Ben stopped them. Uma left, feeling bad and leaving Harry.
After the Cotillion, you talked with Ben about bringing more VKs to Auradon, with Harry right behind you. He was trying his best to behave himself, in fear of losing you again. Ben agreed and even allowed Uma and Gil to come as well.
After this, Harry didn't let you out of his sight. Everybody seemed to be afraid of the impulsive pirate, but you didn't care. You were always on your own, you didn't care what the others thought. As long as you were with your soulmate, you didn't care.
He had two periods with you, sitting next to you in both since everyone was afraid of him. About a week later, the new VKs arrived. Gil greeted Harry with a hug, while Uma looked around. Her eyes then landed on you. "You don't seem like much, princess."
This took you by surprise. How were you supposed to respond to that. "Sorry?" You squeaked.
Harry walked behind you, grabbing your waist and putting his head on your shoulder. "Oh, but she is Uma. So much." He gently squeezed you, igniting a giggle from you for being ticklish. You smiled and put a hand on his cheek.
As it turned out, Ben arranged for you to share your room with Uma. You put on a weak smile and thanked him. He was just trying to be a good friend, but something told you that Uma wasn't going to be the kindest to you.
Day after day, she tried everything to push your buttons. She wanted you to get angry. There was no particular reason why, she just wanted to see it. She's never met someone so shy and nice before, it got on her nerves.
She would never pick up, use your stuff, 'accidentally' break things, leave wet towels on the floor, and laughed you off every time you kindly asked her to please stop.
But that wasn't the worst thing. Worst of all, she never let you sleep. She would make noice or leave the light on. Sometimes she would train at night.
This took a big toll on you. Everyone noticed, but you brushed it off. Of course, nobody believed you. Harry confronted you about it, especially because you too tired to block your mind from the thoughts of what Uma was doing.
When he did confront you, you were so out of it that you just hugged him, snuggling into his chest and taking in his warmth. "You're so warm Hooky."
His flustered mind didn't know what to do, so he just hugged back. When you pulled away you kissed his cheek, caressing the other with your hand. "What can I do to help ya, princess?"
You shook your head with tired eyes and a gentle smile on your face. "Nothing. It's okay though, I'm fine. I have to get to class."
After you took off Harry went over to Uma. He opened the door to your dorm room to see a mess everywhere. But it was all Uma's stuff. "Bit of a mess we got here, isn't it?"
She looked up from her tv. "Harry, hey. Just living life in Boradon with your girl."
"Why is she so tired Uma?"
Uma laughed. "Right, that. That's because I want to see how long until I break her. She's always little miss perfect shy princess, but everyone's got their bad side. I just want to see hers."
"Uma let the las be. Ye know she means a lot to me."
"Don't worry Harry, I'm just having a little fun."
Harry huffed, not knowing what to do. He exited the room as he thought over the situation. He went to class, not really paying attention to what the teacher was saying, but more on you.
When he returned to his room after class he was in for a pleasant surprise. He found you curled up on his bed, sound asleep. This then happened frequently, not that Harry or Gil minded. Harry found your sleeping form cute, and you and Gil had become good friends.
There was one particular night where you had it with Uma, and you spoke up. "Turn the music off Uma, I'm trying to sleep."
She looked up from her phone that blasted out music. "Oh, I'm sorry princess. Did I mess with your beauty sleep?" Her smile made you angrier than ever.
"What the hell is problem with me? What did I ever do to you?" This made her sit up.
"Oh princess, you've done nothing wrong. I'm just simply evil, in case your royalty brain forgot that."
You stood up from your bed and put on your normal clothing. You couldn't stay here, not when Uma was trying to drive you crazy. "You don't have the right to call me that!" You said as you put on your shoes. "I'm not a princess, and I'm not royalty!"
She scoffed. "I was wondering when that whole nice girl act would wear off."
"It's not an act, it's called a personality Uma! You should try to get one."
She then stood, anger coming to the surface. "Excuse me?"
"You heard me! Every VK here is happy here. Just because your parents are villains doesn't mean that your a villain too. The four original VKs are living honest lives that they love, Gil finally doesn't have to try to be tough since he could never hurt a fly, and Harry is the sweetest person I've ever met. They're all so happy to live their lives here. But not you Uma. You just want to make others miserable to satisfy yourself! Let me give you some advice, people will like you more if you stop messing with their lives and start living one of your own!"
And with that you slammed the door, leaving a speechless Uma. You stomped over to a certain dorm and knocked, being greeted by Gil. "Oh hey y/n. Everything okay?"
Harry stood from his bed. He heard your fast and frustrated thoughts running through his mind. "Yeah, yeah I'm good. Um, is it okay if I sleep here? Please?"
Gil immediately understood. "If you want I could sleep in your room and you could take my bed."
You hugged him. "You're awesome Gil. Thank you." He smiled and headed to your room. Harry stared at you the whole time. "Did you hear everything?" You said quietly with your head down.
He nodded, walking toward you and wrapping his arms around you. It was then you fully realized that he was shirtless. The warmth of his skin made you feel safe and able to talk. "Maybe I shouldn't have said those things." You didn't look at him.
You couldn't help but feel bad about what you said. You barely had any friends, and you felt self-conscious about your personality. Maybe this was the reason why people stay away from you.
"Fishy, look at me." You looked up at him with sad eyes. "It's not a bad thing for ye to stick up for yourself. Don't feel bad for it. I'm proud of ye."
You smiled and kissed his cheek. "I think you're rubbing off on me Harry."
He then pecked your lips. "I think you don't have anything to wear to sleep y/n." He was right. You had put on your normal clothing to go to the dorms. "Don't worry princess, I'll let ye borrow some of mine."
So there you were, coming out of the bathroom, feeling extremely shy as Harry sat up from his bed to stare at the huge shirt on your short figure. You felt your face burn up as he didn't take his eyes off of you for a second. "What?" You laughed nervously.
He got up and took your hands in his. "You look beautiful las. So beautiful."
He then walked backwards and lead you to the bed. "Wait, Harry-" Do ye trust me? You smiled. "Of course I'll say yes."
"Don't worry princess, I just want to hold ye." He smiled at you as you both laid down on the bed. He didn't need to tell you that he was touch starved, you knew. He buried his face in your neck as you ran your fingers through his hair, both of you dozing off.
When you woke up you let out a content sigh as you kissed the top of his head. Mornin' las.
You smiled. Morning Harry.
I'm a bit hungry. How about we have ourselves a little breakfast date, hm?
"Sounds like a plan." You felt him smile against your neck and hug you, rolling you over and causing you to giggle. You got up, putting on your clothes but leaving his shirt on, which he loved.
As you two were enjoying yourselves by the docks eating your plates of breakfast, Audrey came stomping by. "Sorry to bother your little low budget date, but King Ben wants to see you both."
You both came into his office with Audrey leading the two of you, head held high. Uma and Gil were standing inside as well. "Ben, what's this about?" You asked.
Audrey spoke up instead. "There's a chance that these pirates could be getting sent back to the isle."
"What?" You all exclaimed.
"Now, hang on a minute." Ben said, standing up from his chair. "Let's not act too rashly about this Audrey."
She chose to ignore this. "It's against the rules for any males to be sleeping in the female dorms, and the same goes for girls in the boys dorms. I saw with my own eyes Gil go into your dorm room last night, and people have seen you frequently go into their room." She crossed her arms. "Care to explain yourselves?"
"We're sorry, we didn't know that it was against the rules." You said. "There wasn't any harm done anyway."
"Aren't you two weirdos soulmates? Who's to say that you two aren't doing anything gross when you sleep in his room? And is that his shirt you're wearing?"
"First of all, asking what we do at night is the creepiest thing ever Audrey." She gave you a look. "Which is, for the record, nothing. People say that their going to sleep somewhere to sleep." You then pointed at her. "You're disgusting."
"Hey, guys let's be civil." Ben meekly said, offering an awkward smile.
"She was never civil with me. I'm done trying to be nice to someone who only cares about herself."
"You dare speak to me like that? I am a princess. You are some traveler who never stays in one place for long. You've lived on a boat." She then scoffed. "No wonder why you're friends with pirates."
"Excuse me?" Uma was now offended.
You put a hand on Uma's arm, giving her a smile. "It's okay Uma, I know how to deal with girls that have a silver spoon up her ass." Audrey gasped. You then turned to her. "Gee Audrey, it's so weird that you're trying to insult us, when we're all happy with our lives. You, on the hand, find it necessary to try to make yourself happy by having others below you." You put a hand to your heart. "It makes me sad that you can't just go on with your own life. I mean, it must get boring to do nothing but sit and judge people all day in your palaces. I encourage you to get a hobby, but, trust me, involving yourselves in other's lives isn't the right one."
She looked at you angrily before running out of the room. Sweet innocent Gil spoke up. "Um, can we go now?"
"Unfortunately, no." Ben said. "A rule was still broken and action must be given. Why were you sleeping in each other's dorms?"
Uma looked at you, ready for you to speak up and cause her to be punished. But you didn't. You were silent. Gil cleared his throat. "Um, so Uma-"
"It's my fault." You said, your expression blank. "The full story doesn't matter. It was my idea, and accept all responsibility."
"Are, are you sure?" Ben asked. "Honestly the only one who could be punished is Uma. I've seen how tired you've been." Uma looked at you, a tiny bit of fear in her eyes. She didn't want to go back.
"Uma didn't do anything. Like I said, I accept full responsibility." You smiled at him, and he nodded his head.
You ended up getting a three day suspension. You silently thanked the Gods that your mother was busy at sea to know this. As you were going to walk back to your room, Uma grabbed your wrist. "Hey. I just wanted to say thank you. I went too far."
"It's fine." You smiled at her, and she smiled back.
"Well las," Harry said. "You have three days off. What are we gonna do?"
You put your hands on his cheeks. "You have class."
"Eh, I got my soulmate right here. That's all I need." He wrapped his arms around your waist.
"You are positively evil, Harry Hook, and I love you for it."
"And you, my wee little princess, are the love of my life. I love you too." He then kissed you, with ever ounce of love and devotion in it. It felt right. He was your soulmate, after all.

You know when you have an idea of nothing and you share it with your friend and she tells you that the idea is very interesting? my friend and I had an idea of what a crossover between Sherlolly and Good Omens would be like. We are still working on the chapters but I brought you something to get an idea of what it would be.
-------------
Tumblr media
Between Heaven and Hell
1.
He placed the book in its respective space on the library shelf, sighed in satisfaction as he admired the shelf and saw it well organized, he was proud of his work and one of his greatest treasures; he heard the bell at the entrance of the establishment ring, walked to the free space he had at the entrance of the library seeing Miguel and Gabriel standing like real dizzy cockroaches, Aziraphale felt sorry for his brothers when they walked on Earth, as they did not know about human customs they knew how to behave and when they "tried" to deceive mortals it was very weird.
Gabriel spoke up -We came to deliver a .....
-Fanfic! -Michael added.
-Exactly, fanfic.
Everyone present at the place looked at the two as if they had mental problems, Aziraphale looked around in embarrassment.
-P-please come with me. - went to a reserved area of the place, when Aziraphale confirmed that there would be no one around Gabriel started.
–We received reliable information that the incarnation of Eve and Adam are here in the city.
Such information surprised the angel, Eve and Adam were their first mission on Earth after they left and never heard from him again, the news was really unexpected.
-That ... it's ... it's good ... isn't it?
-Go if they come to the light side. -Miguel replied with pride talking about heaven.
-It was just that? -Aziraphale asked hopefully.
–Aziraphale, you as a good child of God must know that just as the actions of Adam and Eve had an effect in the past, they can have an effect again now, perhaps more drastically than before, there is a prophecy that says that if Eve is not influenced by correctly, chaos on Earth can occur and only the love of your life, Adam, can save you. –Gabriel added.
At that moment Aziraphale was already wondering why Gabriel and Miguel were telling him that, he was going to have to do something, he sure would.
-You have been here on Earth for a long time and have always been efficient in your work, we will give you the mission of making the two stay together, so that chaos does not occur, we had to take such measures, because the opposite side decided to act and interfere with the natural line of events and sent a demon to do the job. –Miguel explained.
-So I will be a cupid?
–What is a cupid? -Gabriel asked.
-Nothing, forget it.
–Anyway. -Gabriel snapped his fingers and a folder appeared in his hand. -We found out the whereabouts of the two and they are here in London, another reason why it was you, their names are Molly Hooper and Sherlock Holmes, all the details of them will be here.
Gabriel handed the folder to Aziraphale, before leaving the folder in full possession of the angel he warned him.
-We trust you Aziraphale. -The angel swallowed, a little terrified by the subtended threat, he knew that this mission was not just any one, peace on Earth depended on him which worried him, because if the punishments failed, they would be severe.
Gabriel and Miguel left the room and the first one shouted.
–Thanks for my fanfics!
Aziraphale leaned against a table he had there to process the information, what did he get into? He soon remembered that he would be fighting with a demon who would be there to disrupt his plans, he took a deep breath.
-I just hope that the demon is not Crowley.
_______________________
Molly promised herself that she would get back on top with her passion for Sherlock, she would move on and meet other people, she was never a woman to have many dates, she also didn't want to appeal to modern relationship apps, so she thought an agency that held meetings in the dark, made the registration by email, made its due demands regarding the person who would have the meeting, the man could be a little older, nothing more than five years older than her, who had a good musical taste, a good conversation, and was red, yes, red! Molly had even thought that the best way to forget someone who doesn't return their affection for her would be to cut off any resemblance to the next one, no dark brown hair then.
On the day of the meeting he left the office at Bart's and went straight home, he wanted to have at least a few extra hours to get ready calmly, this was his first date after he broke up with Tom, which in the case had been two years since do not go out with someone, I was not nervous, it was something different, perhaps an anxiety, I hoped that those who knew today could give you a thread of hope.
She chose a red skirt and a white blouse with cherries as prints, as it was summer in London, she didn’t need a coat or something, she did light makeup and styled her hair with a braid on the side of her head and her inseparable ponytail, picked up her bag and headed for the meeting place. On the way he wondered if it was the right thing to do, had he not given up on Sherlock more easily? He had already demonstrated a few times that he cared about his feelings, but she couldn't wait for miracles to come from him, there were times when she asked God to send her concrete signs that what she felt for him will one day be reciprocated “maybe not this time. life. ”, the chestnut thought a little discouraged.
Upon arriving at the restaurant where the meeting would take place, he introduced himself and asked the attendant if the person who booked the table with her had already arrived, as the establishment was a partner of the agency, all the attendants were already used to the routine of the place, he led to the round wooden table with a U-shaped sofa where an apparently tall red-haired man with dark glasses (who covered the entire side view not showing any crack in his eyes) then he saw Molly's presence and soon stood up .
"Hello!" Said Crowley excitedly. "You owe me company tonight," he finished by kissing Molly's hands.
- Hello, - he said a little embarrassed. - I'm Molly Hopper and you are?
- Anthony J. Crowley, at your service.
While talking Molly found Crowley very interesting, enigmatic with those sunglasses (which she really didn't know why he was wearing this time of night, would remind me to ask him later), funny, talking about things as interesting as if had lived thousands of years.
- So Molly, what do you do with your life?
- I'm a pathologist at St Bartholomew's Hospital.
- Wow. It must be a difficult job.- he said smiling.
- Until not, the dead are not the problem, the living that appear there wanting information or sometimes clues. Molly said and took a sip of the wine in her glass.
- And this guy would be a coworker or ex boyfriend ?!
Molly laughed at Crowley's questioning and shook her head.
- No, no, let's say he's more like a co-worker than anything else.
Well, if I can say something, he's an idiot. He doesn't really know what he's missing. ”Crowley smiled seductively and Molly bit her bottom lip and let a red appear on her face.“ I don't know about you, but here's boredom, come on.
Crowley got up leaving the money on the table, Moly was confused by his sudden action, but decided to follow him.
-Where are we going? Hooper questioned.
-You must spend a lot of time inside a morgue that doesn't do any good to anyone, let's have fun, do you dance?
"I'm not much of a thing," Molly said sincerely and found it too crazy for a first date in the dark.
- No problem. I'll teach you. Come on.- the redhead held out his hand to Molly who accepted.
Outside Crowley, he made his way to his car. Molly was feeling like a real adventure, a mixture of fear and excitement was running through her blood, she barely knew the guy next to her and they were already going to a nightclub, what if he were to traffic her? Or drug her and leave her on the street? "Stop paranoia Molly" Molly scolded herself in thought.
- So, how do we go to this nightclub you talked about?

- Let's go in my car. - The taller looked at Molly, at that moment curiosity hit her, she imagined what such a car would be like an ordinary car like all the others, but when Crowley approached a Bentley Molly she couldn't help but show surprise! - Then? What did you think? - is leaned against the car.
- He's very, very different.
- Is this different good or bad?
- It's a very good different. I never rode such a model.
- Feel free, miss. Crowley opened the door and pointed into the car like a real gentleman.
-Thanks.
As soon as he closed the passenger door he went around and got into the driver's side.
“So where's this club at?” Asked Molly.
- Stay in Soho, I discovered this place a few years ago.
- Hmm looks cool.
Upon arriving at the nightclub that was packed with songs from the 70s and 80s and with all the themed decor of those decades, with lights, a dance floor and everything else that was entitled to a themed nightclub.
Crowley took Molly's hand and led it to the center of the floor where he was playing “Night Fever” by
Bee Gees and making a few steps the redhead approached as if calling to join him in the roar of the music.
- Wow, I ... I like to take a few steps but I'm not much of a thing.- Molly said sincerely and found it very crazy for a first date in the dark.
- No problems! I teach you! Come on.- the redhead held out his hand for Molly to rise from the table.
Crowley insisted on paying the dinner bill and then headed out of the restaurant.
- So, how do we go to this nightclub you talked about?

- Let's go in my car. - The taller looked at Molly, at that moment she did not know what to expect, imagined that it would be an ordinary car like all the others, but when Crowley approached an old car model Molly can't help but show surprise! - Then?! What did you think? - is leaned against the car.
- Wow! He's very, very different.
- Is this different good or bad?
- It's a very good different. I never rode such a model.
- Feel free, miss. Crowley opened the door and pointed into the car like a real gentleman.
-Thanks.

It was not possible to notice that they were being watched by a certain consultant detective who was sitting on the other side of the establishment.

The question now is this ... Does this fic have a future? I'm dying to know your opinion.

Fans were nagging, desperate to know what happened to their favourite YouTuber. They were trying to find answers through everyone. Friends, family, even those who were barely connected to Will. Everyone was tight lipped. Alex had tweeted about it, "Will's not feeling to great at the moment. His next videos are pre recorded so after the last one, he won't be posting until he's better. Don't be a prick, he'll post when he's ready."
Will knew the fans were desperate. His heart broke when he read a message from his friends whilst the taxi made its way to his parents' home.

Big Boy Brian
We don't really do heart to hearts but I've got your back whenever you need us
Will paid the driver and collected his stuff. He pulled his suitcase, backpack on his shoulders, a pillow under one armpit, whilst he walked Otis to the front of his childhood home.
His mum quickly ran out and hugged him. "Oh honey I'm so glad you're home!" She beamed despite the circumstances. Will knew so it wasn't to trigger anything. "I missed you so much."
"I missed you too." Will almost cried. His mum shushed him and pulled away. She smiled sweetly before looking down at Otis.
"Now this lovely boy must be Otis!" She bent down and started stroking Otis.
"I bought his dog bed if you don't like him on the sheets." Will rambled. "I also bought my pillow, a little reminder of London. I also bought his bowls and food and toys. I didn't even think about Darcey and-"
"Honey, you're my son; not my house guest. He can sleep on the sheets. How about you unpack and I'll make us some tea?"
Will nodded before taking his stuff up to his room. He opened the door and sighed contently. Nothing had changed. The walls were still a light blue and all his old football posters were plastered on the wall. He placed the dog bed on the floor and let go of Otis so he could explore the room. Will put the pillow on the bed. He immediately started putting his clothes in the wardrobe.
A knock at the door startled him. He turned to see his mum holding Darcey by a lead.
"I figured it'd be best if they'd get introduced." She said. Will nodded and held onto Otis' lead as he walked him over to the bigger dog.
After the dogs got introduced Will's mum explained that his dad was on his way home with Will's siblings. Will had simply nodded, anxious about the inevitable "talk" that was bound to happen.
Will and his mum were watching Eastenders when the rest of their family wondered through the door. Will quickly jumped up and gave them all a hug, before lying to his siblings that he was home for a break. His brother immediately asked about YouTube and all the famous people he's met.
Later, they were all sat around the table for dinner and the conversation was flowing easily. Old memories and silly stories were brought up. Will smiled at how peaceful he was at home. It wasn't until his siblings had left the dining room that it became tense.
"Will, we should talk about what's been going on." His mum had stated quietly, worried that her other children were listening in.
"We want you to talk to us." Will's dad added and it made Will feel physically sick. "We can't have a repeat of what happened when you were sixteen okay?" Will tensed.
"You promised you'd never talk about that again." He spoke through gritted teeth.
"It needs to be spoken about, Will." His dad said.
"This is different." Will stated, anger over taking him. He had made his parents promise to never talk about what happened at age sixteen.
"How do we know it's different?" His dad's voice raised a bit. "How do we know you won't try to take your own life again, Will? How do we know?" His dad yelled.
"Shut up." Will growled.
"How do we know that you won't try to jump off that bridge again? How will we know?" His dad yelled.
"I said shut up!" Will screamed, standing up suddenly. "You said you would never talk about it again!"
Otis bounded into the room and started to try and help his owner calm down by licking his leg and nudging against him. Will was shaking as he leaned down to stroke his dog.
"I'm going to bed." Will sighed. As he walked out the room he saw his siblings all stood outside. He quickly ran upstairs and got a hold of his phone before calling up James.
"Hi, mate, everything alright?"
"Um can I rant quickly?" Will stuttered out.
"Of course."
"I just got into an argument with my dad."
"Oh."
"He brought up what happened when I was sixteen. He yelled it and they heard. My siblings heard!" Will sobbed. "He promised to never to talk about it again."
"Will... what happened when you were sixteen?"
Will froze. He hadn't told any of his friends what happened, he couldn't.
"Will?"
"I tried to kill myself, James." Will whimpered. "I was so close to jumping off that bridge."
"Oh, Will."
Will flinched. "Don't pity me."
"Will are you gonna be okay there? Or do you want to come back?"
"I need to stay, have a break."
"Will putting yourself in a place where you are uncomfortable, is gonna make everything ten times worse. I promise you."
"But I can't be in London."
"Why not?"
"I- I don't know." Will whispered. "I thought this would help, but-"
"Give it a few more days. If you need to come back to London and we'll look after you here. Okay?"
"Alright." Will whispered.
"Hey, I love you, man."
Will swallowed the lump in his throat. "Love you too."
Will hung up and laid on the bed. He stroked Otis lightly when there was a knock at his door.
"Who is it?" He asked. Slowly, his younger brother walked in. "What's up?" He sat up a little bit.
"Why are you home? I want the truth this time." His brother sighed.
"I missed you all, needed a bit of a break." Will said.
"I said the truth, Will. I saw what Alex put on Twitter. I also saw that video online of you having a panic attack." Will quickly sat up. "What's going on Will?"
Will patted a spot on his bed and his brother wondered over and sat next to Will.
"I've got anxiety. And shit's been real tough lately. Gee and Alex and all my other mates told me I needed to take a break." Will spoke quietly.
"What happened when you were sixteen? What was dad talking about?" Will's brother asked. Will felt his eyes water.
"Dad and I were talking about how, when I was sixteen, I tried to kill myself." Will stuttered.
Will was expecting questions or disgust or something bad but instead he was engulfed in a hug.
"I love you. You're my big brother and one of my best friends. Please don't leave me." His brother's voice wobbled.
"I won't. It was a long time ago anyway." Will promised and kissed the top of his brother's head. He wasn't going to kill himself but the intrusive thoughts weren't going to leave.

all my life- tyler x oc (part six)
december 1, 2005
today is a special day. why? it's tyler's birthday. why exactly is it special? because callie gets to yell him awake over the phone. at 7 am. aka 'too early to wake up' according to tyler.
she goes onto his contact and presses the call icon, putting her phone up to her ear. it rings for about seven times before finally, it goes through.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY YOU DORK!!" callie shouts into the phone before he has a chance to say anything. across the line, tyler winces back, not having been ready for callie to scream at him at 7 am after just waking up. "god, callie. morning to you too, doofus. i didn't order a wake up call but thanks." he responds tiredly into his phone.
callie chuckles. "you're welcome." she says with a smirk. "why'd you call me at 7 am cal? you know i hate waking up early." "that's actually exactly why. i always have to get up early, and today's your birthday, so i thought, 'y'know what, tyler's gonna wake up early today, too.'" "you're the worst." callie laughs. "whatever ty. hey go get out of the house today, go hang with mark and chris, have some fun okay? don't stay cooped up inside your gloomy bedroom all day." she tells him. she hears him sigh across the phone. "alright, i'll call them. i'm only doing this because of you though." he replies reluctantly.
"well gee, thanks. nice to know people listen to me." she hears tyler let out a soft chuckle. "go get ready for school cal." "okay, okay, i will!! i just want to make sure you have an awesome birthday!!" he laughs lightly again, bringing a smile to callie's face.
"i will, thanks doofus." "that's you." "whatever, you need to get ready." "don't worry about me tyler i'll be fine. oh wait, you got any plans tonight?" she asks suddenly. "uh, no? why?" "well, now you do! i'm coming over at 7." she says with a proud smile. "what?" "have a good day dancing queen!!" she says before hanging up quickly, laughing to herself.
yes, tyler is now 17. and yes, callie is going to make mamma mia jokes about it for the next 365 days.
~~~
"yo we should totally just make this an all dudes day, this is where it's at." tyler's friend mark says as he, tyler, zack, and a couple of tyler's basketball buddies lay sun tanning at the pool.
"oh yeah totally, this is one of the most chill days i've had in a while." nick, one of tyler's teammates agrees. the rest of the guys all voice their agreement to such am awesome, laid back day.
"as much fun as that sounds guys, i actually have plans at 7." tyler brings up. the guys look over at him. "what?" "dude." "you're serious?" "with who?"
"woah woah woah guys calm down. i didn't even make them. callie's coming over at 7 tonight, i have no idea what she planned but that's just what she told me this morning." tyler explains.
nick raises his eyebrows. "so you're gonna ditch us for her? c'mon man, it's your birthday!" "hey, callie's his best friend, he can hang with her whenever he wants." mark argues, defending the poor girl who doesn't even know she's being talked about at the moment.
tyler looks over at his friend with a smile. "why thank you mark." he says elegantly. "oh, anything for you, your highness." mark replies, bowing to tyler.
"wait you have plans with callie?" zack asks, sitting up from his reclined potision. "well, i didn't until seven this morning." "you were up at seven?" "hey, she called me and screamed happy birthday into the phone, okay?" tyler explains, trying to get the guys to see where he's coming from.
"is it a date?" nick asks slyly. "what- no, it's not a date! she's just coming over and...actually i don't know what we're gonna do but i assume it's probably just food and tv." "wait she's coming over??" zack asks confusedly. "yeah, why?" tyler asks in reply.
zack is quiet for a couple seconds. "i'm hanging out with will tonight." tyler rolls his eyes. "whatever bro."
"tell us how your date goes tomorrow man." mark says, nudging tyler with a smirk. tyler laughs and shakes his head. "sure, whatever."
~~~
callie walks up to the joseph household with two bags of taco bell in her hands. she knocks in the same pattern she and tyler use for their treehouse. a few seconds later, the door opens to reveal tyler, his hair messy but in literally the cutest way possible. callie flashes a toothy smile and waves a little with her hands, bags dangling from her arms. "happy birthday!!"
tyler chuckles. "you know me way too well." he says with an amused expression before welcoming her inside.
they sit down at the dining table with tyler's family (minus zack) and celebrate the beloved birthday boy.
callie gets out her phone as tyler and his dad are pretty engrossed in a conversation about how amazing tacos are. she opens the camera and focuses it on tyler, snapping the picture button just as he shoves a bite of his crunchy shell taco into his mouth. however, rookie mistake, she had her ringer on, so the camera sound went off and got tyler's attention.
callie shoves her phone down underneath the table and bites back a grin at tyler's offended expression. "did you just take a picture of me?" he asks with a mouth full of taco. she holds back laughter and shakes her head innocently. "no, who would do such a thing? not me, that's who." she says as she shrugs, taking a bite of her taco.
tyler narrows his eyes suspiciously as he continues chewing. ".....anyway, tacos are literally the best form of food-" he starts up again, turning his attention back to his dad. callie turns to maddy, both of the girls snickering evilly.
tyler did practically predict the night, they all watched back to the future together after dinner and cake.
tyler wouldn't have spent a birthday any other way though.

Out Of The Woods (2/?)
Tumblr media
This multi chap fic has been one that I've wanted to write for a while. I'm hoping to connect a few loose ends, since my series is getting closer to the end. Don't worry, I still got a couple of fics left in me. I'd love to thank @xerxezra whose conversations with me are always inspirational. I'd also like to thank @dorkydisappointment whose writing got my creative juice flowing and @hoodoo12 who continues to inspire me all the time.
Reference to the crystal necklace a can be found in my fic The Language Of Flowers and to safety measures in Sentimental Reasons. And finally, references to the woman in Ricks journal is from What You Found Amongst The Pages. I know, that was shameless self promotion ;P
If you haven't read part 1, then heres a link (Read Chapter 1)
In this fic the reader tries to uncover the mystery of the artist behind Zeta-7s portrait.

Chapter 2: The Girl Who Loved Him Before
You couldn't sleep. It wasn't so much the bed, which was much harder than the one you had back home, but your thoughts. Ugh, why couldn't you just turn your brain off? If you could, then maybe you wouldn't be up at 2 in the morning questioning your life choices; that or it was because you were in an unfamiliar place.
You thought of taking out your laptop to type out the draft for a new story idea you had, or to take another sedative, but you decided that maybe you could read one of the magazines you saw on the coffee table instead. Carefully, you cracked the door to your room open, checked to see if the coast was clear before you tiptoed towards the living room. Next to the couch, was a rustic coffee table created out of an old tree trunk; on it were coasters made from a young pine. Next to the pile of coasters were old science fiction magazines; all of them older than yourself. And since you couldn't find the book you saw earlier, you picked up the stack and slipped back into your room.
Just like you did when you were a kid, you hid under the duvet with a flashlight. Each magazine was in its own sleeve, and you shuffled through them until you found a hand full you liked. The one with Gort on the cover had original stories that had been sent in by fans; your favorite being The Day The Earth Stood Stupefied, which was a story about how Gort and Klaatu managed to control the masses with charisma and Rock n Roll. Another one had a series of stories which revolved around a lonely dendrologist, who alienated everyone he knew in his pursuit of knowledge; whose increased disdain for humans had led him to madness; a marriage to the forest, and whose offspring walked the earth, searching for their place in the world. The other magazines turned out to be comic books, laced with outdated tropes and humorous ads for sea monkeys and x-ray goggles. Though, the one that interested you most was the small booklet for a funeral home.
Strange, why would this be here?
You pulled the covers down, glanced at the door just to make sure it wouldn't open before you hid again, and flipped through the booklet. From different burial arrangements to simple and ornate caskets, you assumed that either he helped with a burial or had planned one. Poor man. You placed it back in the middle of the stack where you had found it and returned the lot of it to its original place. Maybe trying to write might help quiet your brain after all.
____________________
You woke up; the cause being from the sounds which came from outside. Slipping your feet into some slippers, you stepped out of your bedroom, finding that Rick was neither in his room, kitchen, or living room. The noises got louder and seemed to be coming from the back of the house. So feeling brave, because you could totally take care of yourself, you grabbed the silly dancing moose statue from the dining table which doubled as a banana holder and stepped outside, only to find Rick pause; his ax lifted above his head, with raised brow perplexed as to what you were doing before returning to his task. “Oh, you're chopping wood.”
Log after log, he split them into smaller pieces. You had never seen him chop wood, but at the rate and diligence in which he was, made you wonder if he had cybernetic enhancements like other Ricks did; it certainly would explain a few things. When you realized that you were still holding the statue, you could only giggle at your silliness and set it down beside you as you took a seat on the porch steps; not only relieved there wasn't an intruder but pleasantly surprised by this display of masculinity. “Rick, why are you chopping wood? It's not to impress me, is it? Cause if it is, it's totally working.”
Leaning the ax against the stump, he pulled off his sweater, having warmed up from the exertion, using it to wipe his sweaty face. The t-shirt that was underneath his sweater clung to him, outlining the shape of his lean torso. Wow. “There's n-no central heating and there's going to be a cold front t-t-t-tonight. I um - I wanted to make sure there would be enough firewood.”
“Well, nothing warm hands and a pillow fort couldn't solve. Right?”
“Hohoho, n-no. Though it would be nice if that's all it - it took.”
Goodness, did you love what you were seeing, regretful that you didn't have your phone to take a pic. If he was more confident, then he'd certainly be the death of you, strolling over with a confident swagger but it didn't matter. You were so lucky to have him; dorky and all. “Rick, could you come here for a moment? I want to show you something.”
By now, you'd think he'd catch on to your mischief, but even so, he obeyed; how cute. He walked towards you, unassuming, and you stood and waited for him to be close enough so that you could lean over and kiss him. He squirmed when you did this because he was all sweaty and wanted to be all nice and clean before making any attempts of being affectionate, but you wrapped your arms around him and held him tight, determined not to let him go. “I got you, Ricky.”
“Gosh, but I'm - I-I-I shouldn't. I'm all sweaty.”
“It's okay,” you cooed, brushing his bangs away from his forehead. “I kinda like it. Besides, everyone sweats. It's only natural, and if we didn't we'd die, right? So calm down my little manly man. I'm not grossed out.”
It took him a few seconds to let this sink in.“Is there anything y-you don't like?” he wondered; neither reciprocating nor initiating.
“I don't like mosquito bites, but what does that have to do with anything? I really like you. That's what matters.”
“Th-that's - thank you. I appreciate it.”
You pressed your nose right into his hair, breathing in the scent which was naturally his intermingling with that of the forest. You knew this made him nervous, but you adored the way he smelled, especially right now; as though he'd been birthed from the ashes of pine. “You're welcome. Have you been rolling around in pine needles?” you giggled, picking out a stray leaf. “Or have you been hugging trees again? If you aren't, then maybe I should encourage it.”
“No,” he answered matter of factly. “it's um - it's from the wood. Th-they produce chemicals called terpenes, which give them their special, distinctive scent.”
“Oh Rick, when are you going to understand when I'm flirting with you?”
Scratching the back of his neck, he mumbled sheepishly. “Gee, I-I-I don't - I'm sorry.”
Reluctantly you let go, deciding that you should let him be before you had a chance to get any other mischievous ideas. “Aw, don't be sorry. You still have plenty of time to understand me. Until then, how about I make us some breakfast. Banana pancakes sound good?”
Smiling warmly down at you, he nodded. “It s-sure does.”
_______________
After breakfast, Rick informed you that he needed to go somewhere, and you were ready to go along but he confessed. “I-I-I have to get some supplies to do a couple of repairs. I've been so busy lately that I didn't realize that there were still a-a few things t-t-to do around here before I can relax. I should be back this afternoon.”
“Rick, it sounds like you're leaving me here.”
Giving your hand a squeeze, he admitted. “I am, though only because I want to return as soon as possible. I want t-to spend as much time with you as I can. I mean, I'm going t-t-to be making repairs after I return, but in other words…..”
“You're busy,” you interrupted, pulling your hand away so you could put away the dishes. “and you wanted to take care of your errands without distractions. Fine, it's whatever. I'll be here I guess.”
The mismatched dishes were an odd contrast in comparison to the many other decorations about the place, and you were relieved by this, but annoyed that you weren't tall enough to put away the mixing bowl in its respective place on the top shelf. Seeing this, chair legs scraped against the floor, creaking in complaint as Zeta-7 crossed the room; gently removing it from your hands and putting it away. If he wasn't so darn sweet, you might actually manage to stay upset at him. “Thanks.”
Studying you, he placed a reassuring hand on your shoulder. “I'm s-s-so sorry princess. I promise I'll make it up to you.”
You knew he would for he always did and you followed him outside towards the car. Opening the driver's side door, he stood there, fiddling with the keychains, glancing at you, at the keys, then back at you. “It won't be long. Y-y-y-y-you know where I put the freeze ray, and where the switch for the security system is.”
“Yeah,” you answered, tugging lightly on the chain about your neck, revealing the lovely crystal you carried with you always. “and I still have the crystal necklace that I only have to squeeze to be transported to the safe room just in case.”
“Th-that's good. And the Meeseeks box is in the closet. I um - they'll help if you need them.”
“Got it. I guess I'll see you later then. Drive safely.”
You turned around to head back, having heard the car door close, thinking he was ready to go, but to your surprise, he spun you around and pulled you in for a kiss. Undemanding, he sought forgiveness on your lips, supporting you as you melted into him. When he pulled away a few seconds later, he softened. “Please don't be mad a-at me. I couldn't bear it if y-you were.”
“I'm not. Annoyed maybe, but not mad. I just wish you would've told me earlier. “ you admitted in your girlish voice. “It's nice to know these things. I had plans for us to go apple picking and thought we'd bake some apple pies together. I was really looking forward to it.”
Pressing a kiss on your temple, he sighed. “Gosh, th-that sounds perfect, but it's going to have to wait. I shouldn't neglect the repairs or else one of us c-could get hurt. I hope y-you understand.”
“I do. It's a good thing you're the responsible one. Someone has to be. Just, promise you'll be safe okay?”
“I-I will. Be careful on the front porch and inside the laundry room. There are a-a few old boards that have to be replaced.”
“Okay.”
Brushing a lock of hair away from your face, he nodded. “Bye, m-mi corazón.”
Leaning into his touch, you softened. “Return soon.”
“I will.”
You pulled away so that he would go, for he would never deliberately leave until he knew everything was alright. And when you couldn't see the car anymore, you stepped back into the house, avoiding the loose boards he had mentioned. Honestly, you didn't enjoy the idea of being left alone, especially in the middle of nowhere, but it did give you the time you needed to explore the place.
_____________
You glanced at the painting again, wishing it would talk back to you. What secrets did it hold? And why Rick, your Rick and not anyone else? Did they know there were others, or were they only acquainted with yours? Ugh, this was frustrating.
You sat back for a while, thinking of what you knew; Zeta-7 wasn't the type to pose for pictures let alone a painting, so this might've been done by memory. If it was done in the afternoon light, anytime after 4 would've been comfortable if it was done outside, but what if the lighting was symbolic as to timing and not so much literal? Oh, what did you know, except that you really hoped he wasn't holding a torch for her; if he was, it'd probably kill you.
However, since you were here, you decided to check out the other paintings. There were a few that you realized also weren't signed and done in a similar style. There was one of a Morpho butterfly, eating a ripe banana. Then there was one of a half-eaten picnic and a cake covered in bees. The one next to it was of a labcoat draped over a chair and a forgotten candy wrapper lying on the floor. And the last one on this wall was of a diseased blue rose bush.
How odd. The familiarity of these subjects and scenes filled you with a warm nostalgia of past adventures. Was it possible that their story was similar to yours? Of course, everyone had their story, and if your assumptions were correct, then all these unsigned pieces were by her as well as these memories that she portrayed; funny and uncanny that they should like Morphos, blue roses, picnics, and Rick just like you. The only difference is that you weren't an artist, but then while they were, they didn't think so either.
Maybe you could almost forgive this person because they had good taste in both men and painting subjects. Then again, maybe not.
____________
Unlike the movies, the basement was well furnished and pleasant. There was a couch, a bunch of boxes stacked in the closet, and a wall of books; as could be expected from a prolific reader. You tested the couch for comfort, finding that it was way better than the bed in your room. Getting up, you perused the shelves, happy to find all your favorites as well as a couple from your wishlist; lucky you.
Picking up a leather-bound copy of Persuasion, you laid back on the couch, fluffing up the old, but clean pillows. In your hands was a well-loved copy, possibly read more times than your own. The reasons this particular Jane Austen classic held much appeal was extensive, but the main ones were because it was a story waiting, of misunderstanding, forgiveness, and reconciliation. You always got lost in the old-fashioned customs and words and it never failed to move you. However, what moved you this time when you cracked opened the book were not elegant sayings or humorous witticisms but the photographs.
Used as bookmarks, there were several Polaroids of Rick; of him dancing in an ugly sweater; of him cooking; of him playing the ukulele; of him standing as his figure was filtered amongst spring blooms; of his hands full of sunflower seeds; and of a yard full of sunflowers. You stared at these photos, dumbfounded at the similarities between the subjects and your favorite things. This book and photos must've been from her too and Ricks age in these photos matched that of the painting. Damn it.
It couldn't be true, but even inside the cover, there was a small note from Zeta-7 explaining why he gifted this book; signed with love. No, none of it could be true. However, photographs didn't lie and it meant you weren't all that special. Not caring if you stained the beginning pages with your tears, your chest ached with regret and you couldn't breathe. All this time, when your wonderful Zeta-7 paid special attention to what you loved, claiming to love only you, never wanting to lose you had turned out to be a cruel game and a lie; you being beaten by the girl who loved him before; someone who was way better than you.

Coughs and Sniffles (Oneshot)
Tumblr media
(Pic is not mine)
'At least you were at home, in the arms of the one person in the world who made your life complete...'
The sun is shining, the birds are singing and you wake up with a smile on your face. However, your smile quickly fades when you see a shivering, sniffling, coughing Jongdae, trying to sleep comfortably beside you...
---------
Oneshot
_____
Genre: Fluff
Member: Jongdae (Chen)
_____
The room was enveloped in complete darkness except for the trail of sunshine that peeked through the left side of the curtains.
You rubbed your eyes and sat up in bed. You kept your eyes closed for a brief second in order to focus on the sound of the car tyres shuffling across the road outside and the faint melody of birdsong that was playing just beyond your bedroom window.
Today was going to be perfect.
Both you and your beloved Jongdae had a day off work and were both planning on going out to see a movie and then have dinner at a restaurant in order to celebrate your upcoming birthday.
Excitement coursed through your veins as you opened your eyes, leaped out of bed and pulled the curtains apart. The glowing sun caused warmth to spread throughout the entire room as you stood in front of the window and took a deep breath.
You turned to face the bed where you were met with Jongdae's sleeping figure. You stared lovingly at his handsome features and smiled contently. Suddenly, Jongdae  let out a gruff cough. This sudden disturbance to the silence caused you to jump slightly and you placed your hand above your heart until its beating slowed.
You placed your palm on Jongdae's forehead and concern overtook you - he had a fever and a very high one as it seemed...
He was pale and sweaty. His breathing seemed irregular and his eyebrows were knitted together making him look like he was struggling and pained.
You moved his dampened hair out of his face and proceeded to the bathroom to grab some medicine and a soaked wash cloth. You made your way back to the bedroom and placed the cloth onto his forehead. You wiped the beads of sweat from his brow and then headed to the kitchen to grab a tall glass of water.
"Dae," you whispered "Dae, it's me. Wake up and drink this."
He shifted in his sleep and turned to you with a tired expression.
"Morning, beautiful. What's that?"
"It's medicine Dae," you replied "Now drink up. It'll help you feel better."
"Medicine? What? I don't need medicine. Why would I need medicine?" he said.
A series of coughs and splutters followed this statement and you looked at him and mumbled:
"That's why..."
Jongdae decided to quit being stubborn and complied to your request.
Once he had swallowed the medicine, he attempted to stand up - only to be pushed back down onto the bed by you, who was not going to allow it...
"Kim Jongdae I will not let you get out of bed in this condition!" You stated.
"But what about our dateeee?" He whined.
"Forget the date, Dae. Look at you! You can barely walk three steps without going into a coughing fit!"
"Thats not tr--" - he barely even finished his sentence before he was inturrupted by yet another series of coughs and sneezes.
You gave him the 'I told you so' look and he whined in defeat.
"Ughhh how are we gonna celebrate your birthday nowwww?"
"Just stay in bed, baby. It's okay! Don't worry about the date and don't worry about me! Your health is my number one priority right now and I highly doubt that either of us would enjoy a date if it mainly consisted of endless bouts of coughing and sneezing... and I doubt that the people around us would enjoy that either." You reasoned.
Jongdae sighed and said:
"Okay. Fine. But I don't want you to have to look after me all day. Go out! Buy yourself a million chicken nuggets or more, baby - you deserve it. Leave me here and enjoy your day off! I'll be fine here."
You looked at him with a confused expression.
"Okay I'm sorry but that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard you say and you've said some pretty stupid things before, Dae."
He scrunched his face in confusion.
"Do you seriously think that I would enjoy my day off if you aren't there to enjoy it with me?"
He looked down and shook his head.
"Exactly!" You said, "Now lie down. Let me take care of you."
"No." He argued.
"Kim Jongdae, now is not the time to be stubborn. You're sick! You need to rest!" you said.
"Can we go downstairs instead? Please? Lets watch a movie together. It's too stuffy in here."
You were about to refuse his suggestion until he pouted and showed you his dreaded puppy-dog eyes. You winced and nodded your head in agreement which caused him to weakly raise both his arms with excitement.
You walked, hand-in-hand, into the living room and you told him to make himself comfy on the sofa while you went to grab something from the kitchen.
Minutes later, you returned with a glass of water and a bowl of chicken noodle soup in your grasp.
You laid the bowl and the glass of water down on the coffee table and grabbed a blanket from a nearby pile. You placed the blanket over his legs and turned on the TV.
Commercials were being played so you used this as an opportunity to feed the sniffling Jongdae some chicken noodle soup.
He happily ate every spoonful and left the bowl nearly squeaky clean by the end of it. He licked his lips clean and said:
"I feel so much better now! Thank you so much baby. I love you! And did I mention that you make THE.BEST.CHICKEN.NOODLE.SOUP. E V E R?"
You smiled and said:
"Aweh thank you, Dae. I love you too!"
You pecked his lips and looked deep into his dark, brown eyes once you pulled away -not even caring if you would get ill as a result of it.
"You still wanna go out on that date babe?" He asked, "C'mon we still have time to celebrate your birthday today!"
You shook your head, "Dae, my birthday is in three days... we have tonnes of time to celebrate! And who's to say that this isn't a good enough celebration huh? I'd even say that cuddling on the couch with you whilst watching my favorite TV shows is the absolute perfect way to celebrate my birthday."
Jongdae grinned, wrapped his arm around you and kissed your temple. You burrowed into his embrace and inhaled his cologne - your favorite scent in the entire world.
The commercials on the TV finished playing and an old re-run of Glee started to air. You both watched intently as you waited for your favorite part of the show to begin - the singing!
The characters began to sing your favorite songs. You and Jongdae just couldn't help but sing along with them. You both sang together with your voices filling the entire room, causing an atmosphere of happiness and delight to flow through the air.
"You sing the female part and I sing the male part of the song okay, baby?" He said, smiling.
"Got it!" You beamed.
You sang and sang and sang, your smile never leaving your face and with your laughter errupting between every other line of the song.
Then, when Jongdae's part came, you ceased your laughter and just smiled - you smiled because you were lucky enough to love the beautiful human being that is Kim Jongdae and you smiled because you were lucky enough to have him love you just as much.
The day didn't quite go as planned. But that was okay because you were there with him. You were there, listening to him sing his heart out. And eventhough he sounded a little croaky and gruff because of his fever, you still thought that he sounded like an angel sent to you from heaven... and in a way, he was.
The occasional cough and sneeze still escaped past his lips but spending the whole day with you in his arms had really helped him regain his strength.
The final TV programme ended and Jongdae clicked the 'off' button on the remote. The screen turned to black. Jongdae checked the time on his phone. It was 9pm.
"Hey, love, lets go to bed now. I know you must be tired" he said.
The only response he got from you was a soft snore and an unconscious whimper.
He smiled and kissed your head before he proceeded to carry you up to your bedroom.
He laid you onto the bed and covered you with the duvet to ensure that his beautiful girlfriend would be kept safe and warm.
Tomorrow. He thought. Tomorrow we're gonna go to the Cinema and watch that movie and go to dinner together just like we planned.
With that, he made his way onto the bed, wrapped his arms around you and drifted off into a peaceful sleep.
The next morning, the sun was shining brightly once again. Jongdae woke up, stretched his arms out and let out a mighty yawn. He stood up and made his way to open the curtains.
Sunlight filled the room once again as Jongdae made his way over to your sleeping figure.
"Love, loooove, wake up! Let's have a shower and eat before we head to the cinema."
You groaned and turned to face him.
"Oh my gosh you look horrible." He stated, bluntly.
"Gee thanks, Dae. I love you too." you scoffed.
Jongdae put his hand on your forehead and guilt consumed him upon feeling your high temperature.
"I guess we won't be going to the Cinema afterall..." he said.
"Do you mean to say that we get to spend another day cuddling on the sofa?" You asked.
Uh.. yeah. Is that okay? I'm sorry baby. I told you that you should've just left me home alone..." He said.
"SHH!" You said, putting your index finger up to his mouth in an attempt to shut him up.
"It's completely fine, Dae. Besides, now you get to look after me." You said, smiling brightly despite the pounding in your head.
But you took no notice of your aching bones, pounding headache or scratchy throat because you knew that a certain sweetheart named Kim Jongdae would be there, by your side, to help make you feel a hundred percent better again.
So what if you weren't out, celebrating your birthday in a fancy restaurant or watching the latest Avengers movie? At least you were at home, in the arms of the one person in the world that made your life complete.
In all honesty, you had hoped that everything would turn out that way...
~~~~~~~~~
Fairy Tail Random Drabbles - Stupid, Stupid Bet
Erza: I swear, if those two pull something like this again...!
Ultear: I'm actually surprised Jellal put some effort into it. They had to see who could pose as the other for a whole week - failing that, who could keep up the charade longer. He must have really wanted to win.
Erza: Gee, with a date with me as the prize, why WOULDN'T he? -_-*
Ultear: I'm actually shocked Jellal lost... oh wait. No, I'm not. **I would have LOVED to see him try to inhale that flaming meat that Demon Mirajane served...** ^___^
Meredy: Hey, at least Natsu won't make you do something outrageous, right?
Erza: I am not dating either of them. I am not an object to be won, and they could've been hurt! ... Well, Jellal could have been hurt. Natsu almost got arrested. -_-*
Ultear: Oh, good. I had a feeling you'd say that~. ^_____^
Erza: You're up to something... >__________
The Southsider (pt. 9)
Sweet Pea x reader
Chapter Summary: As y/n prepares for an important event in her life, her humor stirs up some interesting reactions from those she cares for.
Word Count: 1978
Chapter 1 • Chapter 8 • Chapter 10
Tumblr media
Toni taught you the main moves, and you were determined to perfect them. Some of the dance had to be from your own creativity, which you figured out along the way. This had to be perfect. Not just for Sweet Pea, but for you. "Alright, I think we could take a break. And by break I mean we're going lingerie shopping."
You nervously nodded. When you got there you just felt like none of them would look good on you. You felt awkward there. If you felt uncomfortable in a crop top for one person how were you supposed to wear this stuff in front of a group of people?
"Have you found anything?" Toni asked, poking her head out of an isle row.
"No. I don't think I'll look good in any of these." You sadly looked at the items.
She walked up to you with a few outfits in hand. "Why not?"
"I don't know. Just never been a big fan of my body I guess. It was only a few years ago when I had to cover up to hide the bruises covering my body."
She put a hand on your shoulder. "But there aren't any more bruises to cover up. Your dad's gone now and your body's thriving. You should be proud of having control over it. Now c'mon, I found a few things for you to try on."
You went into the dressing room, trying on each of them and showing them to Toni. Toni reassured you that you looked good in all of them, but you both agreed that none of them were really perfect for you. "This is stupid." You called through the dressing room.
"No it's not, now come on out. This is the last one anyways."
You stepped outside. Toni looked you over, nodding her head. "I like this one. I like it a lot."
"Really?"
"Yeah. This is the one." She grabbed your hand and spun you around. "Let's see that dance." Toni joked.
You hopped around, overexageratily rubbing your arms. "I'm not used to this much air hitting my body!" You partially joked. "It's so cold in here." She laughed and pushed you back in the dressing room.
You changed back and paid for the outfit. "It's getting late. Hopefully FP and Jughead will be asleep and won't see this."
You both walked back to the trailer park. As you both stopped at Jughead's trailer, Toni then said. "Y/n?"
"Yeah?"
"Pea's gonna love it." You blushed and playfully pushed her. She laughed at the reaction and walked back to her trailer.
You opened the door slowly. The lights were off. As you closed the door the lights clicked on, and you saw the two boys sitting on the couch. "Hey guys."
"Now where have you been?" FP asked.
"With Toni, like I said."
"What's in the bag?" Jughead asked.
"Nothing important." You put the bag next to your duffle bag and laid down on the small air mattress that was set up. "Night."
"Y/n." FP said in a harsh tone. You sat up, knowing he wasn't in the mood for games. "Where were you?"
"With Toni." You urged. "You could even ask her grandfather Thomas."
"That bag doesn't look like English homework to me."
You sighed. "Look, I went over to Toni's, learned some stuff, then we made a quick shopping run. I worked for the money that I spent, if that's what this is about."
"Were you with Sweet Pea?" His asked loudly, ignoring all that you said.
You gave him a really? look. "No."
"See? I told you." Jughead said. He started to get up. "We stayed up for nothing."
"Sit boy." He pulled him back down. "What's in the bag?"
You didn't want to argue or get him mad, so you grabbed the bag. FP tried to snatch it your hands, but you pulled it back, handing it to Jughead. He looked into the bag, before yanking his hand out right away. He got it. "Dad, she was with Toni."
He ripped the bag from his son's hands. "Give it here boy."
He pulled out the lingerie and stood, throwing it to the ground when he realized what it was. "What the hell is that?!"
"Careful, it was pricey!" You exclaimed. Jughead held in a laugh.
"So this is what you're doing now?" You nodded your head, a little confused. He didn't get it. "You used to be smart and open eyed, and now this is what you're doing? Sweet Pea's got you doing this sort of crap?!"
You bursted out laughing. "You think that Swee-!" you cut yourself off laughing more. You sat next to Jughead, putting a hand on his shoulder. You calmed down a bit, pointing to FP and the lingerie. "He thought that I got that for Sweet Pea~!" You started laughing again. Jughead couldn't help but laugh a little bit as well.
"Someone wanna tell me what the hell is so funny?!" FP was getting angrier.
You calmed yourself down. "Thank you for that laugh, it felt really good." You then sat up straight. "No, I did not buy that for Sweet Pea. I bought that for the serpent dance."
He put a hand to his mouth, digesting what you said. "The Serpent dance?"
"Yup."
"So you're gonna become a serpent?"
"Just like mummy." You gave him a cheeky smile.
"Oh." He let out a big sigh. "I just figured, cause it's Sweet Pea, you know?"
"No, I really don't." You turned to Jughead. "Why does everyone see Sweet Pea as some dark, controlling person with a knife kink or something?"
"I honestly don't know." He responded. "I don't see it either."
You nodded. "You think he'd like the outfit though?"
FP cut the conversation short. "Bed, now." You and Jughead lightly laughed as you all then went to sleep.
The next morning you woke up a lot earlier than the other two. Whenever you slept in a place you weren't used to sleeping in, you always woke up very early. You decided to make the most out of the time you had, and went to your duffle bag.
Jughead woke up the best way he could. He smelled bacon. He walked into the kitchen, groggy and tired, to see you practically shining. "Morning." You smiled at him. "I made pancakes, bacon, and sour bread french toast. What would you like?"
"The works." He sat, a plate of stacked food put in front of him. You knew him too well. He dug in as FP came out of the bathroom and sat down as well, a plate being put in front of him.
He turned off the stove and plugged in a small fan to not make the whole trailer hot. "Where'd you learn to make all this?" FP asked.
"Practice at my house. When it's just you, you don't have to feel bad for screwing up someone else's meal. I got better overtime."
After breakfast you washed the dishes as Jughead combed his hair. "So, you ready for our double date?"
You made a face. "Ugh, that's today. Why was Betty so excited for it?"
"I don't know. She's been talking about getting to know Sweet Pea because one of our best friends is dating him. She said it'll be good for the Southside to stop hating the Northside so much by southsiders getting to know her."
Oh Betty. Such a sweet heart of gold.
When you got to school Kevin immediately came up to you, linking arms. "Oh my God, we have so much to talk about."
"So you heard?"
"From Veronica, who heard from Betty, who heard from Jughead. I knew that wrinkly, sack of bones aunt was evil. Okay, no offense, but her inside kind of shows on her outside."
You laughed. "None taken. I agree, when I look at her I see my mom if she was buried in pet sematary and came back."
He laughed as well. "As much as I love talking about the Wicked Witch of the West and the Good Witch of the South, I wanted to ask you something."
"Go ahead."
"As you know, I'm directing the musical for this year, which I have selected to be Carrie: the Musical."
You nodded. "And a good choice too. I think we all know who's going to be lead."
"Pretty much, but there is another role that I think will be perfect for a certain person."
"Which is?"
"I want you to play the role of Chris Hargensen!" He smiled brightly as you, anxious. You loved musicals, but you weren't much for performing in front of others. However, seeing the smile on Kevin's face caused you to give in. You would do anything for Kevin. He was your best friend.
"Sure." You smiled back.
He excitedly hugged you. "Oh my God, this is perfect. It's a good thing you said yes, because I already wrote down the cast list and was on my way to post it on the bulletin board."
"Gee thanks."
"It's fine, Veronica was going to be my backup in case you said no." Kevin took out the paper from his satchel and posted it, people shoving past the two of you to see the list. "First meeting starts tomorrow after school."
The bell rang. "Alrighty then. I'll see you later."
The day went by a little too quickly for your likely. School ended, and Betty told you to meet them at Pop's at 4. You walked out of the PE locker rooms, which happens to be your sixth period, to see Sweet Pea waiting for you. "How are you so quick?"
"I'm just that good sweetheart." He smirked.
You laughed and lightly nudged his shoulder. "No need to brag. I was close behind you." He only responded with an unsure sounding Mm. You fake pout.
"Put the pout away." He hugged you from behind as the both of you walked to his motorcycle. "I'm here." You snapped your head and looked at him with a wild smile. He didn't know whether to be confused or nervous.
"That was the most adorable thing I have every heard! I fell for a teddy bear."
He felt offended. "I'm not a teddy bear, I'm a serpent. Nobody adorable would have a neck tattoo."
You giggled. "So cute."
You made it to his bike, and he grumpily let go of you to hop on, but you grabbed his hand to stop him. He sighed and leaned on the bike. You leaned onto him, his hands unconsciously finding your waist.
"I know you're not just a cuddly teddy bear. You're tall and dark and brooding and a mystery that people can't seem to solve. You're a badass who has a neck tattoo. You're a serpent. I know all that, but I also know that you can be a softie sometimes, and there's nothing wrong with that."
He then gently said, "I'm only soft for you."
You were about to kiss before you heard laughing. You pulled back and saw Fangs standing right next to the two of you. "I'm only soft for you? Yeah, that's something any chick would want to hear." You both stared at him, Sweet Pea fuming. "Oh, right, I'm not here."
Sweet Pea then quickly got up and chased Fangs through the parking lot as you patiently waited for your boyfriend while leaning on his bike. When he came back breathing hard with ruffled hair you smiled. "You good now?"
He walked straight up to you and pulled you in for a deep kiss. You were surprised, but quickly reciprocated. When he pulled back you were gasping for breath.
"All good. Let's go to that damn double date." You were still in a daze and extremely flustered, so all you did was nod and grab onto him as the two of you sped off.
