I don't know if anyone else with dysphoria does this, but when I'm feeling particularly shitty about not liking my agab, I, for some godforsaken reason, tend to force myself into things traditionally associated with my agab knowing damn well that in approximately two hours I'm only going to feel worse and regret it.

Anyway, it's been about two hours and I'm feeling worse and regretting it

#on todays episode of blaine handles his dysphoria badly #fortunately it wasn't anything huge today i just cleared my amazon lists of things i actually enjoy for things that are traditionally fem #jeans were switched with dresses black appliances were switched to white pride things switched with floral crosses you get the idea #and there's nothing wrong with anyone of any gender or expression liking those things btw #they just set off my dysphoria so i tend to avoid them like the plague #however today my guilt over being trans won and was like 'you'll learn to like these things and being a woman'#like mf (me @ myself) i haven't learned to like it in 24 years i don't think it's going to happen just accept it mate #and then i do accept it and i go about living my life as i intend that makes me happy but then the dysphoria hits and the cycle goes on #i hate it 🩷#gender dysphoria #dysphoria #dysphoric #trans #transgender
