Okay, so, initial thoughts.

I loved all the camp scenes and I kinda got bored when it cut to Nini and Ricky ehehe. i really liked showing the different dynamics of the girls together and the guys and exploring those friendships more and, obviously, Portwell were adorable! I love them and will defend them constantly However, I……am not a fan of a potential EJxGinaxRicky love triangle thing being POTENTIALLY set up (????) and I'm also not a fan of this love triangle POTENTIALLY resolving itself by POTENTIALLY having nini come to camp and rini gets back together. yes this is all my speculations for the rest of the season ehehuhuhuesohohoohhafhdlakjdsfhasdf Both Ricky and Nini need time away from each other to gain their own independence and to understand why their relationship ended in the first place (i cannot remember if in s2 they actually covered that or not. i do remember their breakup scene was good? in the sense that it followed exactly what the show was setting up in s2 for rini)

But who knows. Maybe Rini will reunite and actually be a better fit after some time apart to grow as people? I'll just have to see how that goes.

And while I used to ship rina and due to that, I will probably have a slight soft spot for them in the sense of just liking their scenes together………….i am very concerned for portwell's happiness. This is supposed to be Gina's season and EJ plays a big role for that and he's also getting even more screentime I--------

Intouch was sitting with his back against Korn’s side, and Korn’s arm was draped over In’s shoulder, wrapping around his front and hugging him close to that side. In’s legs were stretched out over the length of the couch and he was ducked down low enough that he could rest the side of his face against Korn’s shoulder. Korn’s other hand rested on In’s opposite side, thumb idly brushing back and forth against it through the thin material of In’s shirt. In smiled to himself as he felt Korn press a lingering kiss to the back of his head, making him still his fingers from where he’d been playing with a string on Korn’s shirt. “What are you thinking?” In asked. He almost wanted to move so that he could turn around and face Korn instead of the window - but he was far too comfortable to move just yet.

“Nothing,” was the quick reply that Korn gave him. In hummed in response, but did not believe it. Korn sighed softly, knowing that Intouch hadn’t believed the answer. He didn’t want to talk about it, though, and ruin the moment. His thoughts always seemed to stray back to how dangerous it was for him and In to be together, to how even though he loved In more than anything there wasn’t a way that they could ever truly be together. Korn knew that Intouch was optimistic. He had plans. He believed that they’d be able to graduate and move out on their own and just… be.

Korn wanted that. He wanted it with Intouch. But he could not stop his fears that one day their secret would not be a secret and that he would end up losing the best thing that had ever happened to him. With another sigh, Korn pressed another kiss to the back of In’s head. “You should probably go home,” he said quietly, his lips lingering close to In’s head since he hadn’t pulled away far at all. He didn’t want In to go. He wanted In to stay there with him. He didn’t want to have to let him go - but he knew that his father would be home eventually and it would be better for them both if In wasn’t there when he arrived.

“But I’m already home,” said Intouch, his voice just as soft as Korn’s had been.

The simple statement made Korn inhale sharply through his nose while pressing another kiss to the back of In’s head and hugging him even more tightly for several long seconds. “You know what I mean.”

“Mn.” In nodded his head and then did move to turn around so that he was facing Korn. Korn kept his arm loose on In’s shoulder so that he could turn and Korn didn’t have to let him go. In smiled softly as Korn’s fingers began idly playing with the ends of his hair. He knew that Korn was right, but In wasn’t ready to leave. He knew the good-bye would only be temporary, but still it hurt him each time he had to say it. In reached up and brushed Korn’s hair back off his forehead only to laugh softly when a few stubborn strands fell back into place practically in his eyes.”You need a trim.”

“Mn.” Korn wasn’t in any rush to do so, though, not when In would play with the strands when they would sit together while Korn’s head was in his lap. Or when he would reach up like he was doing right then. It didn’t exactly make Korn in any hurry to cut his hair. “Just a few more minutes.”

In smiled brightly at that and nodded his head before he leaned forward enough to rest his head against the front of Korn’s chest while wrapping both arms around his middle. It wasn’t the most comfortable position being bent down like he was, but In didn’t have any intentions to move until the moment he had to get up and leave to head to his family’s home - especially when he felt Korn press another lingering kiss to the top of his head. It was there, in Korn’s arms, that Intouch was home and he would hang on to that for as long as he could.

what i like most about them: for not being debuted for very long compared to some other groups, it feels like they have actually really good chemistry and almost a sense of like- being genuine I guess. Like we see it in the videos and also in all they predebut stuff. One particular time I remember is when Yunho asked Hongjoong about why he has his nail painted and when Joong explained it, Yunho asked if Hongjoong could paint his nail so he could do it as well.
