been thinking about the liyue gang and how id draw their physical builds so here are some thoughts i had for xy cy and gm in particular

- xingqiu, unsurprisingly, would be quite lanky. i like to think he has broad-ish shoulders, like a thin athlete's build? hes a long boy to me haha, long face, neck, limbs, fingers etc, so naturally hes stands (comparatively) tall at 5'6" or 5'7"

i like to think hes most physically attractive one and has that handsome princely and boyish charm to him because it adds a lot to his fuckass duality LOL

- chongyun is a lot like xiao imo! short stature but with muscular arms. he seems nimble and flexible because of his normal attack animations (which bears a lot of similarities to xiao's actually! this + the fact that chongyun's normal attacks create gusts of wind further reinforces my hc that xiao trains him). sometimes i watch high energy choreography vids on youtube and some dancers look incredibly light on their feet, almost like their body is inherently bouncy? and i imagine chongyun to have that agility to him. chongyun has a delicate face and aura and i let that bleed into my hcs for his fighting style and physical capabilities hahaha. hes kind of like a cat who's deceptively strong. as for height.. just a few inches taller than xiao, so perceptibly short at 5'4"

- ga ming my new beloved. pretty much similar to chongyun but more muscular and stronger just because he wields his claymore with ease. theres a noticeable weight different between cy and his claymore the way he lugs it up after he swings (or even other claymore users like razor who, on his last hit, bounces from impact). meanwhile ga ming literally slams his to the ground LOL. i love his movements though hes very swift and expressive and radiant.. if cy has delicate movements then ga ming's is fierce and (charmingly!) assertive

ga ming is wonderfully charismatic though, i know hes not well known in liyue harbor yet, but he seems like the type to gain a reputation from his friendliness. how could no one adore him hahaha. 5'5" for height! just between xy and xq

OK I'll admit, my knowledge of polearms is limited compared to my knowledge of swords but I do have two standout favourites (cheating a little with two but one I only learned about recently...)

First one is the halberd! Probably a basic choice but I really like the shape of it and its versatility! It can be used as a traditional spear of course but the axe head and the hook (used I think to help footman drag cavalry off their horses?) add some nice variety to it!

Second is one I learnt about recently actually, the corseque! I really love the shape of this thing (it's Italian in origin I believe) and where the precursor to the glaive apparently (another polearm I like)

You’re self-aware of how much you truly eat, it’s not your fault, really! But when it comes to your favorite characters, you can’t help but feel a little insecure about it. You already had problems with that in the past, the feeling of people constantly judging the amount of food you ate was stuck in your mind and others saying that you had the appetite of a dragon wasn’t nice to your confidence. What if they start to appreciate you less as the almighty creator? would they be disgusted by this habit of yours?

With that possibility in mind, you reprimed your appetite and stuck to the plan of eating as few as possible, sometimes not even eating half of the plate they would offer to you properly. You really thought no one would notice? truly naive of you. They first thought you didn’t like the food, but after noticing your eyes glimmering and your mouth watering at the food before you shake your head and refuse it, they realized it was more complex than just a matter of personal taste.

Ei was the first to take the initiative alongside Nahida to try and talk to you about it. She may seem intimidating, but deep inside there is still a golden heart lying behind her stoic face. With a bit of persistence from Nahida’s part, they managed to get answers from you. The Electro and Dendro Archons comforted you, Ei gave you a portion of Kuki’s famous chocolate chip cookies that she bought, this was the best she could do since her cooking was awful, and Nahida affirmed that no matter how big your appetite was, they would still love you as their creator no matter what. They both wipe your tears away after you cry from relief, that the possibility of them shaming you from who you are never came…

The other Archons also joined the party. When you said you had the appetite of a dragon, Zhongli was left confused until you told him what it meant (He’s a little too literal). “There is nothing to be ashamed about. Your enormous strength must come from eating a bigger amount of food, right? Then, you should continue eating as much as you like. Don’t waste your ability to hear on those pesky little comments on your body, you are absolutely perfect in my point of view, Your Grace” The Geo dragon said, and trust me when i say that he would personally throw his polearm at the person who even thought of looking at you the wrong away while you eat at least 3 plates of (favorite meal)

If you said you would get heavy if you eat so much, Venti would use his Anemo powers to make you fly, seeing you smile from the fun you were having was like a Cupid’s arrow striking right in his heart (again). “See? You’re light enough for the wind to carry you, so I don’t want to hear you calling yourself heavy again. You are very much deserving of compliments, more then you think you are! I assure you that” Venti demanded after safely putting you down. “But-” “No buts!” Venti interrupted you before you could say any nonsense about yourself. As the self-proclaimed most devoted and loyal Archon you had, he would never bring himself to let you put yourself down like that

Furina did the best she does to make your feel better: Put up the best of her performances to take even the slightest of the smiles off from you. You can’t say it didn’t worked, the show was amazing! And after the show, Furina offered you a piece of (favorite flavour) cake that she brought from the best bakery there is on Fontaine, along with some macarronis made by herself and tea. “I’m banning any degradetive words with the slightest reference to you, and that rule also will apply to you!“ she exclamed “M-Me?“ You stuttered “Yes! Such blasphemy about the magnificent divine shoudn’t leave from any person’s mouth, specially when you’re the one doing it“ Her blue eyes softened as getting lost on yours “...Don’t say such things about yourself, it breaks my heart to see you blinded by insecurety, not seeing how stunning you are..“

Mavuika was surprised by the way you honestly described yourself. Of course, she did expected you to be humild on your own description, but not so lowly to the point you compare yourself to a monster, and for what? For eating 3 more than proper meals everyday plus a ton snacks? That’s ridiculous!! who put that thought on your head? She’ll hunt this person like there is no tomorrow. But jokes aside, “Hey, it’s not something you can exactlly control, can you? Everybody works differently. And your apitite is something unique, a thing that difies you from the rest, in a good way!“ she ruffles you hair, grinning widely at your flustered expression “Plus, the way you get so excited over the diverse cusines around Teyvat, and your eating face are the most adorable thing in the world!“

Jjk girls (+ genderbent) struggling to open a soda can for you

A/n:I know I did a very similar prompt only 3 days ago and I'm also kinda behind with requests but this idea came to my head and I could not stop thinking about it because of how funny it was

Nobara kugisaki

"Just get yuji to open it for you"

"I'm not carrying your shopping bags anymore if you don't"

"E-eh? Why?"

"You say you love me and you can't even open a can for me?"

Nobara sighs before taking the can

"Alright, Alright, sorry"

She tries to open the lid, but nothing works. She tries a few more times, getting increasingly angry before taking one of her nails and trying to poke holes into the can

"......nobara, sorry, but won't that make the soda come out of the holes?"

"Who cares? This can is indestructible anyway"

When even that doesn't work, she just brings out her hammer to smash it, but the can still stands there like nothing happens. She still continues smashing it out of anger

"What *smash* The *smash* Heck *smash* Is *smash* this *smash* can *smash* made of!!!"

"P-please calm down babe"

She sighs, seemingly annoyed, but actually kinda loves showing her strength to you.

She's kinda used to this. You and yuta often ask her for help with stuff that requires physical strength, so she thinks this is gonna be easy

Maki sighs before standing up and walking away. You think she got mad and went to train or something, but then you see her come back with her polearm and try to stab the can........it still doesn't work

"WHAT THE HECK?!"

You roll your eyes as she takes the can and tries to pop the lid off with her thumb to show off. When that doesn't work, she narrows her eyes at the can before trying again with her full strength

"*ngh* come on..... open! I need to do this for y/n"

"Y-yuki it's fine I can get another o-"

"No, no i almost got it"

When she realizes that the can is this strong, she tells you to stand back and puts the can on the table before backing off herself

"W-what are you about to do?"

"Open this goddamn can that's what"

You start sweating as you understand what she's about to do

"Star rage:jupiter"

She puts a lot of mass in her fist and tries to punch the can, which gets flung on the other side of the room, almost breaking the wall from the impact.......completely intact

"W-W-W-WHAAAAAAAAT???!!"

She might have considered using her black hole move on it before you comforted her

She actually looks at the can and sees it is indeed still open. She looks confused before trying some more times with increasing strength, when even those don't work, she's the most confused she's ever been

Her six eyes are telling her that that's just a normal can and yet she still can't open it. Her. Satori gojo, the honored one, the strongest sorcerer of today.....can't open a normal soda can

She tries everything. Pulling the lid off with blue, destroying it with red, even crushing it with infinity but nothing works....she feels like the can itself is humiliating her..... now it's personal

She tells you to stay out of the way and pulls her blindfold down, getting into position

"You want to make me look like this in front of my love? Well then, you got another thing coming"

You wonder who's she's talking to before you hear her start to chant immediately getting worried

"Nine ropes, polarized light, crow and decla-"

"WAIT, DON'T SATORI, YOU'RE GONNA DESTROY EVERYTHING!"

"I know you're strong enough to open that, if you weren't I would have never gotten with you"

"I know, but this can is insane. It's practically indestructible"

Sukuna isn't one to refuse challenges, and she knows you're not lying since she saw you struggling before, so she grabs the can with one of her four arms and pulls the lid off......only to see the can is unchanged

She lets out and amused sound before trying again, even with all 4 of her arms it didn't work

"I'll admit, this is weirdly difficult, Is this some sort of new cursed object humanity created?"

".......n-no it's just a soda can"

"Well, it's still no match for me"

You saw her wave on her hands at the can

"Cleave"

Even after her cleave and a few more dismantles the can stays completely unharmed, and that's when she starts getting mad

She's the queen of curses and the strongest sorcerer in history she literally abandoned everything (except for you) to become the strongest......she CAN open a soda can

"Dear, do you mind going outside"

".......s-sure"

Even from outside, you could still hear her next words

"Domain expansion:malevolent shrine"

She kinda forgot her domain was an open barrier one and ended up destroying everything near the can.....she still didn't care as she could still see that the can didn't have a single scratch on it

She later went outside near you as your house and everything around it burned in flames

".........was using fuga too necessary"

"Yes"

"You sure this ain't just a way to see me use my muscles?"

"*sighs* just do it ok?"

"Calm down, I was just joking"

She smiles and takes the soda can in your hand. Just like maki, she's used to opening stuff for you, and part of her likes it. It's a way of showing her that you like her heavenly restriction and don't judge her because of it like the rest of the jujutsu word.

She gets lost in thought and doesn't even notice that the can didn't open, but when she does, she tries even harder, but it still doesn't work. How is this possible? She opened so many food containers for megumi and tsumiki that this should be second nature

"A-are you alright? You look like you're struggling"

"Struggling, me? Nah, I'm just getting warmed up"

She's actually angry now, so she pulls out her inventory curse and grabs the inverted spear of heaven, and tries to stab the lid.. when that still doesn't work, she just goes all out and stabs the can.......to no avail

At this point, she's just frustrated and panting because how the heck is this soda can harder to deal with than gojo? She takes a break for a while and megumi walks in the room having seen all this

You let him try to open the can just for fun

"Mama, were you trying to open this?"

"Not now gumi mama's bus-.........."

Her jaw just completely dropped, seeing that her son actually opened the can

".....how the fuck?!"

"Language! Not in front of the kids!"

"Of course honey, let me handle it"

As your wife, nanami particularly enjoys helping you do stuff like this, especially since she knows she is quite strong she loves putting this quality of hers to good use for the person she loves

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing, the lid just seems really stuck there....no matter"

She goes to get a can opener from a shelf, but even that doesn't work, she tries a few more times, but nothing happens

"It's alright dear, I can get another one"

"No,no, please, I got it, It just seems I'll have to be more brute than usual"

She starts getting serious and puts her tie around her hand, making it glow with cursed energy. When she tries to open the can this way.......it still doesn't work

She even tried using her technique to make a weak spot in the can to try to yank the lid off there, but still nothing

"I am truly sorry, I thought it would have been easy, but it seems this can is really tough"

"Don't worry I couldn't do it either"

From this time on, she always checks if she can open the jars or cans you two buy just not to disappoint you like this again

"Oh, for sure, I got it"

Even before she got cursed energy, itadori (I dunno if Yuji is a gender neutral name, so I'll just call her itadori for now to be safe) has always been very physically gifted and strong, so her friends did on occasion ask her to open cans for them when they hung out, so she thought nothing if this and tried to open the can.......only for it not to move

"Eh? What's this? This is the first time I can't open a can"

She tries pulling harder, even putting a bit of cursed energy in her hands, but it still doesn't work, and she starts getting mad and embarrassed because she kinda wants to show you how strong and awesome she is

So sukuna (who is a woman also in this) tries to take advantage of that

"Oi brat, if you let me out, I can open the can for your partner"

"No way! I got it, just *breathes heavily* a few more tries"

"*sighs* whatever"

Eventually, she gets sick of it and just puts it on the table preparing a fist

"W-what are you doing?"

"Don't worry, I'll open the can for you y/n!"

She yells as you see the curses energy in her fist turn red and black

"Black flash!"

The can is on the other side of the room now but still intact, and you see your girlfriend smash her head on the table dejectedly.....you have to comfort her.

Meanwhile, sukuna in her head:

"Are you serious? You can fight curses, but you can't open a regular soda can?"

"Come on, I don't know what this can is, but it's not regular, I tried everything but it doesn't open"

She grabs the can and tries to open it while glaring mildly at you. Her gaze switches to the thing in her hand when, even after the third attempt, nothing happens

"See?"

".......alright, maybe you had a point"

She gets up and does the dogs hand sign

"Divine dogs"

After even the dogs can't bit through the can, she summons the toad.....then orochi... then nue....then all of her other shinigamis hoping they would do something.....nothing happened.....well she summoned everyone except for one

"Seriously? What the heck even is that thing? Are we sure it's not a cursed object"

"I dunno, that's why I asked you to open it"

"*sighs* well I still have one ace up my sleeve"

".......actually I'll let you this time, mahoraga might be needed for this"

Hearing you finally agreeing with her, megumi got into position for the ritual and started chanting

"With this treasure, I summon eight handled sword divergent silla divine general. MAHORAGA"

Megumi passed out quickly after summoning her tenth shadow, but you saw it approaching and slashing the can.....and it still wasn't broken.....

Apparently, not even mahoraga could adapt to the soda can

Xiao x gn!reader, 1.5k words. Anon I'm so sorry but I had actually no idea how to write this adgvhfcdcb. I tried my best but I kept giggling about lost 50/50s and and my 80 cr Xiao never critting without Motivation (crit food). I actually considered making hcs instead but I kept writing drabbles instead. Then I tried to write a fic, but kept writing... hcs... Perhaps if inspiration strikes me I'll revisit this idea someday, but! For now, allow me to present you with what feels like a raccoon in a tiara and a feather duster dress-

If Xiao could control player summons, he’d be yours already.

Unfortunately, he cannot- ergo you’ve made a hundred and forty pulls with not a Xiao in sight.

You've never hated Diluc more in your life, he can tell. Poor Diluc.

There are twenty minutes left for his banner to disappear for Devs know how long. He knows your luck is decidedly not his fault, but feels guilty nonetheless. What if he’s treated the same as Ganyu? Or, Devs forbid, Eula? 

You really did look forward to getting him, building him. He was so startled by your devotion- seated on that banner, he could see you anxiously open your inventory, check if you had enough primogems. You pre-farmed for him. You made silly little rituals for him(he winced when they failed). It was absurd. He was a high investment hyper carry. Why bother?

But you pulled Furina, and you pulled Faruzan. You don't have Xianyun (yet, he thinks, in both awe and alarm as he sees her ascension and talent materials in your inventory.)

He cannot fathom it. 

Perhaps you wanted Xianyun for herself- but then you also have Faruzan with all of her constellations lit up. And you also have Furina- and god, nevermind, you really did want him. The set you intend to put on Xianyun is the Song of Days Past. Four piece. With energy recharge substats.

You’re so close. Seventy. You get Layla. He echoes you when he mutters “but you’re not even on the banner!”

Twenty minutes left. You caress the screen. (That's a bit much.) Your brows are pinched together, lower lip worried by your teeth.

“I might have to break my free to play status,” you whisper.

It's not worth it! He wants to scream. Don't do it!

You bite your lip again as you find a chest. Primogem count: 159.

Oh dear.

“It’s fine,” you whisper. “It’s fine. This is fine.”

Xiao wishes he could make you go to bed somehow. You’ve been awake for hours. It’s fine even if you don’t pull him now, he returns like clockwork every lantern rite- hm? What are you pulling your Tighnari out for?

He knows you never really bothered to build him prior, purely because farming those fungi was a pain. He watches as you make Yelan rush up to the cliffs of the very Chasm before switching to Tighnari. When he realises what you’re doing, he buries his face in his palms. Your party members groan. Xiao wonders if you’re serious- you want to hit a bird in flight? With your aim?

“FOOL!” Faruzan shrieks. “Attack the ruin guard at Stormbearer instead! That achievement is much easier to get- Hat Guy, do something-“

“Too late.” He smacks his forehead with the back of his hand. “It’s started.”

Shing! Nothing Special, Just Practice.

You whoop, then cough and fall silent, anxiously peeking out of your room. Your fingers shake with trepidation as they land on the screen.

Much to his immense surprise, this is an incredibly familiar story. Every time his banner rolls around there’s people that want him- spend for him, run amok collecting primogems for him. Farming for him. Giving him increasingly prettier and stronger polearms. Thrusting the Staff of Homa in his hands (sorry, Hu Tao).

He’s always a bit baffled, unless the person is someone already inclined to spend. He’s not a good choice for anyone’s account. He’s incredibly unflexible. A bit niche even. He doesn’t even do what his element is meant for.

Yet somehow you seem to enjoy running around with him. Making him special little layouts in the teapot. Insisting he collects your rewards every time. Making him speak to Katheryne every day (it’s so awkward every time, and she keeps laughing when your back is turned).

He remembers doing the Chasm quest with you. When it had begun, you were nothing short of gleeful, which brought him only anguish- he knew in part what had transpired and what was about to- and he knew you’d only be heartbroken by the end of this story.

And you were. You somehow managed to contain yourself till the very end- refusing to move to have even a sip of water until the quest concluded. You were patient- absorbing every every dialogue, every inch of text you could get your hands on.

To be loved is to be known, he thinks amusedly as you sniffle at the conclusion, then immediately open the wiki to confirm some tiny wretched detail. He can’t help but smile to himself a little as you angrily mutter profanities at the advertisements jumping out at you.

He hasn’t shut up since you logged in- because as soon as you finished your dailies, you occupied yourself straight away with painstakingly modifying the teapot (and crying over changes you accidentally forgot to save), all to welcome home the newest limited anemo five star. He’s been furious since he heard of her and ergo his potentially impending powercreep, much to the amusement of literally everyone besides Barbara, who feels sorry for him and Qiqi, who keeps forgetting who he even is. Xiao wishes he could tell you- he’s sure you’d laugh to no end, but even if he could you probably wouldn’t hear him right now since you’re currently occupied with one of your wretched rituals. This one involves Chongyun and- OH dear, no-

Furina grits her teeth as the glacial greatsword slams into the ground, straight through her neck. Chongyun looks like he really wishes the teapot had a bathroom. Xiao sighs.

Tiny fingers tug on his sleeve. Xiao blinks and turns around to face Sayu, her face puffy, her eyes crusty and glued shut. Eugh. Children really are something sometimes. Xiao considers wiping at her face with his sleeve, but… no. The Wanderer barks a laugh.

“What’s going on?” Sayu yawns. “Who are we pulling for?”

“Chasca,” Xiao says as the Wanderer hisses like a cat. “I wonder if she’ll need Faruzan too?”

They turn to Faruzan, sprawled like a corpse across the grass. You need to touch some too, Xiao thinks. You’ve wasted nearly an hour on the game today, and today has barely begun. He suspects you just like the thrill of gacha and are desperate for a five star. Weren’t you saving up for Xianyun? No matter.

Xiao knows you’ll never stop using him. You love him too dearly and sunk cost fallacy has effectively reeled you in, stored you away in a grimy little box. You’ve invested too much into Xiao to cast him aside now. But the Wanderer…

Barbara trots out the house just as the sky darkens, a cloudy depression opening up in the heavens. The Wanderer finally stops ranting, something about loyalty and actually amusing gameplay. Barbara puts the Tome of Eternal Flow away with a gasp upon noticing the giant HOLE in the sky (how did she just notice? Why is she gasping at the wishing screen when you open it thrice a day?) and gently nudges Faruzan out of her dysania to welcome home the newest anemo dps. Faruzan sniffles. Poor woman. It can’t be easy, dealing with him and the (thankfully, now quiet) ex Fatuus.

You pull. Xiao doesn’t bother holding his breath. It might as well be Bennett pulling, really because recently you’ve been getting exactly nothing of value. Another Faruzan, a Gorou for some godforsaken reason, four rainslashers, and so forth.

“Perhaps you’ll avoid your fourth betrayal,” Xiao muses. The Wanderer shoots him a startled glare, then laughs.

“Perhaps. You’re lucky, twink- NO!”

“Chasca, Flower-Feather Clan. Any disputes you need me to end for you? Depending on the situation, it could cost you a little di-“

All things considered, it’s been a strange few years for Xiao. Since the game’s inception, he’s known he would be consigned to a solitary fate. He’s not a straightforward person, or particularly honest. He’s troublesome to play and troublesome to speak with. His chronicles are drenched in blood and anguish, quietly nestled away in softly murmured dialogue, artifact descriptions and optional adventures. Whatever love he was once showered with had long since washed away by the years that came after. And yet...

People continued to bother reaching past his exterior, reaching about with tender fingers. Wanting to know. Wanting to learn. They spoke of him. They took soft little bunches of their finite time and spun it into stories of him, art of him, words and adoration whispered and passed among one another in the communities they formed- that came together all because of their love for him.

It never failed to astonish him, fill him with gratitude so copious it was difficult to contain at times. It always drove him a bit insane- people loved him enough to painstakingly learn about him, strengthen him. That he was significant enough to sow the seeds of friendship formed by the common love felt for him.

Thinking about it makes him feel a bit silly. He’s just a character. He wonders if the others think about this as well (not Qiqi for sure) but he’s glad to have brought people someone real comfort after his fictional atrocities. Mortals… humans. He snorts a bit. He’ll try a bit harder to crit for you tomorrow.

Hello! I'm a little nervous to request, haha, but I wanted to request Tighnari, Cyno, and Albedo (idk if you have a character limit) with reader taking care of them when they're sick or injured. I'm a sucker for sickfics/comfort fics, lol. I know there's a lot of Tighnari taking care of reader fics, but I'd love to see the other way around.

Tighnari

Tighnari is super careful when it comes to avoiding injuries. He's super used to taking care of others injuries, and rarely gets injured himself. It's rare, but not impossible.

He came back home to you with his dominant arm in a sling. You smiled lightly, happy to see him. You knew he wasn't severely injured, and it brought you some relief knowing he'd only be down for a little bit.

In the meantime, he needed your assistance with various tasks. He couldn't use his bow, and he was stuck being a stationary ranger rather than what he typically did.

He was bummed, but you knew he'd recover quickly.

"Love, can you help me with this?" He'd ask frequently, whether is be grabbing his clothes or his bow that he couldn't even use.

You'd help him position and reposition his sling, being ever so gentle with his injured arm. "Thank you, I'm sorry for being so dependent on you as of recently. The medic said I'd be out for a few weeks, but I'm hoping it heals a lot quicker than that." He stared down at the arm you were carefully caressing and adjusting a sling on.

That was your Tighnari, so eager to get back to work. He appreciated your help a lot, and he doesn't know what he'd do without it.

He also felt bad with the lack of affection he could give you with his dominant arm down, he'd have to use his non dominant arm to hold your hand, or rub your arm gently when he was around you. He was gentle with his physical affection naturally, and he was even gentler with his injury as he was weak.

Like he said, he recovered quickly as he knows how to take care of himself. His blood is healthy, and his skin is tough due to his nature of being active and dealing with small injuries constantly.

He flexed his arm as you unwrapped it from the bandage for the last time, instead of a thick wrapping around his arm, he opted for a thinner support material traveling up his arm as he fully recovered.

The first thing his healed arm reached for was the face of you who had helped him throughout his injured weeks. He held your face as you leaned into his touch, placing a gentle kiss on your forehead.

Cyno

Cyno was less careful when it came to preventing injuries. He'd often come home to you with small cuts or bruises lining his arms. It's not because he was weak, he was just simply more reckless when it came to harnessing that strength.

His strength had consequences, and with his raw power came his ability to find himself injured easily.

Cyno had been out on a lengthy task, it had taken him a week or two to complete it, which meant he would come back with new injuries. You expected a cut or two to help him clean and heal, but what was new to you was an actual broken bone, that being Cynos injured wrist.

The first thing he tried to do was make a joke about it, which flew right over your head as you gently held his hand, staring down at it, upset he would let it happen. You knew he could have prevented it, but he didn't, and that's what upsetted you.

Cyno admitted to how it happened, as he got his polearm stuck in an awkward position, causing his wrist to bend in an abnormal position, resulting in his break. He had a high pain tolerance, and failed to realize anything was actually wrong with his wrist.

You had to explain to him that he had to take it easy or else it would result in permanent or further damage. You were no doctor, but you were educated enough to know how to take care of your reckless boyfriend.

Cyno wanted a wrist brace at most so he could get back to work. A break was nice every now and then, but he had duties he had to fulfill, and he couldn't postpone those responsibilities over a small injury.

However, being his lover and someone who cared for him, allowed you to lecture him on being safe and taking things easy on himself. You'd hope he would learn a lesson, and realize just how irritating injuries could be, therefore making him more careful, but that was wishful thinking.

He was very independent, and worked solo for most of his life, so he didn't like depending on you for assistance when he was injured, even though you had offered your help countless times. It was hard to get through his thick skull, but he was appreciative of your thoughtfulness regardless.

Albedo

Unlike Tighnari and Cyno, Albedo suffered from illness more than he did injury. Albedo had experience with injuries, but he was also very knowledgeable on how to take care of himself.

One thing he couldn't prevent was his line of work, and how all the information had a way of overloading his brain. He was intelligent, nobody could deny that. He also had a way of handling information and data unlike anybody else.

Furthermore, this positive attribute had a negative effect, as he would suffer from headaches frequently.

You knew of his intense migraines and headaches he would get. He would typically try to ignore it until it got unbearable, which hurt you to see.

He would have resources in his office nearby to put off the pain, but it wouldn't help him completely. It was easy to tell when he was having one of his severe headaches, his hand would fall into his hair, putting pressure on his head. His eyes would squint shut in pain for a brief moment, until he was able to attempt to put it off.

When you were with him, you'd always offer him some water, or suggest a break for a few. He'd typically decline a break, but that was expected.

If his headache got to him too badly, he'd step away from his desk or workstation, and come sit down near you for a while. His hand would softly brush up against yours for comfort, and he would sit there until the pain had passed.

You'd rub your nails over his back as he was experiencing this pain, sending shivers up his spine at the goose bump inducing feeling. He'd thank you for your help and squeeze your hand before he got back to work.

In your own time, you'd try to find a way to help him. Whether it was asking about medicines or tips, you'd try a lot to do anything to help him, as you were one of very few people who knew how much pain he endured due to the information he was intaking on the daily.

Think about the anemo boys, they had some traumatic past and maybe they have night terrors when they are stressed....what will happend if they wake up after a heavy(and really angst) night terror and they search for reader and the bed is empty? (and the reader is eating something because who doesn't had a midnight snack?)

Kazuha shifted closer to you sleepily, trying to shake away the remnants of his night terror and stay awake so he wouldn't slip back into the horrible dream world, but even as tired as he was, he noticed instantly that you weren't near him, your comforting familiar warmth was gone and seemingly nowhere to be found. He sat up slowly, rubbing his eyes and scanning the dark room, it was unlike you to leave in the middle of the night...

Goosebumps formed on his skin as he remembered his nightmare once more, the sound of glass shattering, the subtle grunt of the intruder as he struk you down, was it real? Were you slipping away while he sat there idling on? He glanced at his sword, making the silent decision to take it with him as he left the bedroom behind and quietly made his way around the house, if anyone had gotten in he'd take care of it before they could even make a move.

"Kazuha what are you doing?"

He turned to face you, a blush crawling up his cheeks as he noticed the glass of milk in your hand, he'd gotten carried away again..., "I was just...checking to make sure no one unexpected had shown up in the house, ahem, what are you doing up so late honey?" You chuckled softly and the sound warmed his heart instantly, you always helped him, without even knowing it.

𑁍༄Xiao:

Xiao groaned quietly, sitting up in your shared bed with sleep clinging to his sharp yellow eyes, his heart was racing with emotions...anger, fear, sadness, hatred...but it had all been just a bad dream right? Nothing had actually happened to you, "Flower...are you awake?" His voice was raspier than usual, laced with with worry as he glanced in your direction, but your side of the bed was empty...in fact you weren't even in the room.

Panick started to set in, what if it hadn't been a dream, but a memory, had he lost you? Or what if someone had attacked while he was sleeping? He threw off the covers, polearm appearing in his hand as he rushed out of the room, what was he going to do if he couldn't find you?

"Xiao? You okay?"

His eyes shot in your direction, a heavy sigh of relief escaping his lips as he pulled you into a tight embrace, "Thank the archons..." He whispered into the crook of your neck, you weren't sure what had gotten into him, but you kissed his cheek and snuggled into his touch, "Hey it's okay...I'm alright."

𑁍༄Heizou:

Heizous feet slowly padded against the cold floor, his eyes dazed with sleep and barely even open, yet he knew he wasn't where he was supposed to be. He could have sworn he was just investigating a death, now he was suddenly in the living room?...what had happened in between those two points? He shook his head, recalling what he'd thought had happened, only to be brought back into his dream, realization hitting him almost instantly, face pale as milk as he stared down at you...the death he had been investigating...was yours?

He took a step back, crashing onto the floor with a loud thud, he couldn't wrap his head around what was happening and he was starting to have trouble breathing, where you actually gone?

"Heizou?!"

He looked up at you, now even more confused as tears welled up in his eyes, was he relieved, scared? He didn't even know, "Y-you're okay?" His voice sounded so fragile, like your answer could break him, "I'm perfectly fine...are you okay? You're the one sitting in the middle of the living room floor." You kneeled down next to him, kissing his cheek while he sighed in relief and gave you a short nod, "I'm okay."

𑁍༄Venti:

Ventis eyes fluttered open, cold tears clinging to his cheeks as he stared up at the ceiling, the image of his friend slowly leaving the world plaguing his thoughts..making him wish he didn't even have dreams. Until that day he'd never experienced the loss of someone close to him, in fact he hadn't gotten that close to someone since then, other than you. He loved you so much, the idea of losing you would be even worse than death...

He started to hum in a attempt to make himself feel better, cuddling up to you...or at least trying to, "Huh...?" He sat up slightly, moving the covers to find that you were in fact gone and he was all alone, so alone...his night terror replayed again in his mind, only this time it was you who was slipping away and he swore it was like his whole world had shattered at the sight of it, tears welled up in his eyes and he didn't even know what to do. Was this some type of panic attack, was he really all by himself?

"Oh my gosh, Venti what's wrong?" You set your small tray of food aside and rushed over to him, pulling him into a tight hug while he shook with emotion, "Shhh it's okay. Did you have another nightmare?" He didn't answer, he just pulled you you even closer to him and hid his face in the crook of your neck, sniffling as he tried to calm himself down...if he ever lost you...it might just mean the end of himself too.

𑁍༄Wanderer:

Wanderer looked out the window, on the outside his appearance was the same as always, unbothered...maybe even slightly annoyed, but on the inside it was a different story. He was terrified, the words you had said in his dream replaying over and over in his mind, each time stinging worse than the last...

"I'm leaving and I hope I never see you again"

If that ever happened...he wasn't sure he'd be able to handle it, you're the one person he'd ever felt love towards in his hundreds of years of living and without you...it would be like loosing his heart all over again, "Please don't ever leave me." He whispered, hoping you hadn't heard how pathetic it sounded...wait speaking of hearing, why didn't he hear your soft snores. "Oh crap...are you awake?" He glanced in your direction only to be caught off guard by the empty space, covers thrown aside like you'd just got out of bed in the middle of the night and wandered away.

Again your harsh words came to mind and he clenched his hands into fists, anger flowing through his veins, had you left him without even saying a word?

"Oh hey, want some crackers?...what's with the look on your face? Bad dream?"

He shot you a glare for a split second, "I don't have bad dreams, I'm just annoyed...that you woke me up so late. What the hell were you doing?" His words sounded harsher than he'd meant them too, but you didn't mind, you knew by now that whatever he said was usually the opposite, "I wanted some crackers, hence the plate of crackers."

"...you're an ass."

"Do you want some or not?"

"Yes I want some."

"That's what I thought."
