So uh- lately I haven’t had the time to draw any mafia Miguel (cuz I’m making a big project about my spider sona for SCHOOL and it has to be done by the end of May 🫠 and I can’t sadly include Miguel cuz I have to use original characters only for this 😭) but I drew THIS :D and I just wanted to share it with you :3

They are mostly sketches and ideas- (also, pls excuse the Romanian writing 😭)

The first are some sketches of the background characters ☺️ also, yes, the first one, the POLICE CAPTAIN is Sebastian (💀 we know how that’ll end…) anyway~ and-HAHA, Tyler Parker is Kira’s brother XD inspired by my one and only rat (lil brother)

On the right are some building sketches from Kira’s world. Basically, her world is full of life and greenery. Is inspired by ecourbanism :3 (an architectural style, I’ll leave some pictures below that shows the vibe a lil bit :)) that’s where the green from her suit comes from :) in that world, the color green means hope and life and the opposite (red) means destruction and chaos. ☺️🤭 also the reason why mafia Miguel’s eyes are GREEN 🥰 another thing- be because this universe is full of trees and fauna and more wild life than usual, her costume is inspired by A KNIGHT 🥰 (I like adding meaning to stuff :))

And their names — I'm in love with them, especially with Nyanna and Olimpia! Also, I love how all the women are giving girl boss energy! We love to see it! 🙂‍↕️👑 I'm curious about Olimpia, pooks. Is she friends with Kira, or is she a villain? I’m curious since the Osborn character tends to have a villain arc. 👀

And then, there's Sebastian… 😞 I don't know much about him, but I keep thinking he's like the Peter in NC (Dulzura’s version) personality wise, where he was so sweet and loving, and I get all sad knowing he's eventually gonna pass away. 😞

THE ARCHITECTURE STYLE — POOKS! I love it so much! I would genuinely love to be part of that universe, no joke! It seems so peaceful with so much greenery. 🥺 I also learned something through this ask! I've always seen pictures of buildings like this (in fact, I believe the picture of the tall building covered in greenery next to the blank red buildings is a picture I've seen a few times in the past) on Pinterest, but I had never researched the name of this kind of architecture, so thank you for teaching me something new!

Also, the way the color green symbolizes hope and life in Kira’s universe! As soon as I read that, I thought about Miguel's green eyes and was like, “OHHHH! 🥹🤭 HIS EYES WILL GIVE KIRA HOPE AND LIFE 🥹🥹” and then, I read what red means, and I was like, “oop… Spiderman Miguel, my pookie… I'm sorry. 🥲”

Does Kira ever have a moment during the time she has a crush on Spider Miguel where she’s ignoring the fact his eyes are red and overall, his person is so intertwined with the color because of him being Spider-Man, even when the color symbolizes chaos and destruction in her universe? I wonder about that now that you’ve shared the color symbolism! Like, I’m imagining Kira being frustrated because she has a crush on him, but at the same time, the color of his eyes are associated with negativity due to the color symbolism in her world, and then, there’s Mafia Miguel with green eyes lol, symbolizing positive things. 😭

Either way, I LOVE the color symbolism! It’s so interesting because it foreshadows Kira ending up with Mafia Miguel! YOUR MIND>>>>>>

And omg, I was eventually going to ask you about Kira’s suit because I had noticed it’s like a knight’s! I haven’t said it yet, but I love that so much. 🥹💕 I find knights to be cool, so much that I have this original fantasy wip novel in which my female protagonist becomes one to pay a bargain to a king. Since she’s just a human (the king isn’t; I’m still deciding what his kind will be 🫠), she must train twice as hard to become a successful one, and that includes learning to wield a sword — so the sword Kira has is so exciting and cool to me! I LOVE IT SO MUCH! I also love that her suit is green. She’s a symbol of hope for the people in her universe! 🥺

GIRL, THE POSTERS? YOU COOKED! I saw them and I immediately was like, “LET’S GET A MOVIE FOR KIRA, PLS!” They’re SO GOOD!! I think my favorite one is the one with her facing us because of her posture, the wind blowing her hair and the piece of fabric on her suit, and the way she’s holding her sword. Plus, you can see more of the city and the greenery, bringing out the green in her own suit! RAHHH, it looks so cool, pooks! I’m getting the urge to print it out and hang it on my wall! 😭

Pooks… I’m literally in love with everything you’ve shared with me. If I could respectfully consume it, I would! 🥰💖 But omg, you say this is for a school project? How much do you have left to do? Thankfully, there’s still half of March, the entirety of April, and the majority of May, so hopefully, plenty of time to complete your project! Okay, this was long overdue tbh 😔🙏(N Lore (?) Under the cut!)

I've been meaning to make N a new ref for a bit, so here we are! Since she's my skele-sona I kinda want to do a quick rundown on her design elements for fun, then her in-universe lore!

(Note: I refer to her a lot with she/her, she is technically a she/they/he/it genderfluid kinda girly, but I made her before gender tomfoolery registered in my brain so I default to 'she/her' out of habit-)

Design:

Her Halo/Crescent/Horns were initially inspired by wanting her to have metaphorical horns instead of slapping points onto her skull. She's also a shape-shifter, so her human form uses the crescent like a hair clip! Also based on the moon a bit.

The wings/tail are things I ended up w/ in the long run. The wings used to be optional + usually based on specific birds, and the tail was thicker w/ an end piece that looked like a fountain pen tip, but the long windy one abd the black wings were more fun to draw/animate!

Virgin Killer sweater used to be a Grey sleeveless turtleneck, but I just like the aesthetics here better.

Arm Gloves/Leg Socks are half because I hate drawing arm bones, abd half because I thought it brought more dynamic shapes into the design! Also... kibty... (inspired by gloves/socks I own)

Pants: She's always worn snow-pants in her design, and they used to have hanging suspenders, but I removed them. Why they're amarica colored I couldn't tell you... I just like the color combo 😔

Cracks on her face: The forehead crack is inspired by when I tripped and smacked my forehead onto a stair corner as a kid (blacked out, don't remember the hospital trip that followed?). Chin crack inspo is a random scar I have on my chin!

Color on Bones: I actually just added this, but my skin gets blotchy when I'm nervous or embarrassed, and I like the visual that N's magic does that to her Often lol. So! It's like blush! (It's also on her collarbone but you can't normally see it, haha-)

Blue + Purple: I actually don't have symbolism here. Just that I had another oc (B) who was my *other* skelesona insert oc, and *her* colors were blue and purple. N used to have white eyelights I think? Silver? But N and B traded off some traits in a point where I tried to combine them, and the result was this current version of N! Actually...

So, I stole the pattern from her jacket and put it kn her pants, stole the crack in B's forehead and gave it to N, her Halo kept tilting further left, and I revoked shoe privileges?? Idk man, it's been a wild ride.

Oh! Her hands *do* still have holes in them too.

Lore:

N is less like Me and more like a bossy little minion I custom-made to go harass my ocs. She exists anywhere, anytime, and is only restricted my universal laws if it makes a situation more interesting. Very much a mary-sue. Meant to play almost a 'narrator' role!

She has beef specifically with Ichor (because I put hin thru so so much in the early days-) and is very chill with Phishbone and Pretender. She loves to chill in different aus with different people, but she adores just being obnoxious to my ocs specifically. Objectively, *not* a good person 🙏

And yeah. She looks different in has new clothes everytimr I draw her, but this is a good basic design base!

Finally finished my self-insert/sona reference sheet! made a simple one bc I wanted to make it fast

yapping a lot about him:

- he is a reflection of me, I don't look like this at all irl but I really wish I did, so I made him for fun!!

- he is my self insert to ship with Tord bc I really love Tord :3

- hes mostly just me but he is also his own character, for example I don't really care about yaoi but Jean is secretly kind of a perverted gay freak (which is the opposite of Tord since he is openly a hentai freak)

- he has terrible social anxiety, this bitch can't even order his own damn food!!!

- because of his social anxiety he doesn't talk much to new people, but once you get close enough to him he won't shut up (be prepared to hear a lot of swearing)

- he hates being alone and feeling alone, silence makes him feel like that so he aways has the tv on his room on, hes also usually using headphones and listening to music while drawing

- he is extremely horrible at any physical activity, he prefers to stay locked in his own room drawing anime girls all day (that's also why he's so pale)

- secretly a furry artist (he gets a lot of money from commissions)

- hes favorite foods is shrimps and bacon nham nham 🤤

- him and tord's ship name is smokedshrimps and this 🚬🦐 is the emoji combo, yes you can call me a genius for that

- ↑ reason for it is because both of them got HORRIBLE posture while drawing (they are both artists after all) and tord just smokes a lot lol

- Jean dresses fem very rarely, and when he does, it's usually very simple clothes like pleated skirts or cropped tops, and he only wears basic makeup like foundation and concealer to hide eye bags

- he has terrible sleeping schedule btw if you draw him feel free to add eye bags

- his room is very colorful and full of posters, drawings he made of characters he likes, plushies (mainly usahana ones), anime figurines, and lots and lots of fan merch.... and socks on the floor... hes lazy like that

- tord """hated""" him when they first met, acording to him it was bc he is "too cute" (yes tord is stupid you can punch him if you want)

Now let’s get onto some character design study! Let’s start with her limbs!

I was going to make her limbs white, which aesthetically didn’t look nice, so instead of white limbs, I thought maybe I make it the colors OF the stripes, with the white slightly showing, and if your wondering how her limbs turn from normal to tiger.. let me demonstrate..!

That’s basically how her limbs change color, her limbs originally have dark stripes with a slightly lighter rest of the skin, depending on how much she turns into a tiger is how much the colors show!

The paws on the normal limbs are different from the tiger ones, I couldn’t make the paws the exact same color as the limbs so I made it lighter (since I didn’t show it in the reference above, I didn’t put it’s color in the palette)

Her tail completely shifts into nothing just like her fur on her neck, I thought it would be cool if I added small stripes along her neck where the fluff comes but I thought it was a little too much, since the limbs were already showing off the cool stripes, yk?

Plus, if you noticed, the more normal version of her is more awkward and shy, to the point she doesn’t even know what pose she should make! But the more she shows off her bestiality, the more confident and proud she is! Since tigers are very strong and confident, I thought it would be cool to make her lose/gain that confidence based on how normal/bestial she is!

Her claws can unsheathe, which is why I demonstrated it in the reference above btw

To disguise her stripes, she said she was just born with this “odd beauty mark pattern” which wasn’t exactly a lie, some people would fall for it, and some got suspicious but didn’t think too much about it

And uhh about my older sonas, (Fuorzy, Bookmark, and Portal) I’ll see which ones I’m gonna stick with since I think I’m losing my hype for Bookmark

And to end everything, she is one of my (favorite) sonas now, as she really shows off everything I have!

I am a white tiger therian, very VERY skinny, I have glasses (my old ones were circle glasses), freckles, I always feel confident and happy when I shift into Xue, aka my theriotype, and in reality I am a very shy and awkward person!1!

Soo.. WOAAH!! HI OBJECTIFED VERSION OF ME!! :D

I thought it would be such a perfect idea to add my theriotype in my sona because I got SO MUCH therian energy off of Dynamite! Which inspired me to make my own oc and lore and au and… yeah you get my point.. <:D (I actually shifted earlier today and yesterday after months of nothing which felt so refreshing, I thought I lost my connection for a while!)

Here's my silly little skeleton sona ^, basically me irl but how I would wanna look as a skeleton, you can call them Avi cause that's my irl preferred name (I gave 'em yellowed out bone to make the colors fit together, since the hair looks terrible with white bone, and I just had to have it cause it's very iconic to my irl look, except I added a shaven side to show off that skeleton skull too, and also the vines, tail, sharp canines, and wings, cause why the heck not lol)

"Fun" fact, second picture is of them suffering and being very miserable and silently begging for comfort in their mind while Fresh possesses them! I think I really nailed the sad kicked puppy look, I mean look at them being all sad, doesn't that make ya wanna comfort them? ...Yes, I did make 'em solely for the purpose of what if I was a skeleton and Fresh possessed me, cause I couldn't even imagine Fresh possessing my human self without damaging something, it just feels so wrong because of all the human fleshy stuff packed together, like how would that even work, and it would be a hella bad sensory experience too, like physically, so hell no. Thus, skeleton me! Cause y'know, at least for a skeleton it doesn't hurt as bad because it just hurts their soul, not both soul and physical body. Still feels terrible but y'know, not as terrible.

And here's Avi possessed by Fresh! ^ I call them Freshi. I like how I managed to make the colors work, with how I made the colorful Fresh clothes more warm toned, or like if there was a warm tint added on top of the "original" colors (I didn't use a tint or anything like that, just when I intuitively picked the colors I think it's kinda the effect I got. Kinda like discolored nostalgic old stuff, which fits ngl), and a tiny bit muted, to match my sona's more earthy look. I also like how I did the glasses, and what's behind them in the second picture.

Sure! ✨💚 -In my second outfit where I only have a jacket I wanted to show a little my taste for basketball (it's my favorite sport and the only one I know how to play decently lmao,that's why I added the number to my shirt)

This is how I would look without the jacket (imagine that it is a shirt and on top of it there is a basketball shirt please, I made this quick sketch and I don't know if it shows) -I also wanted to have star symbolism on my clothes because of the wish rewrite fandom, so I reused the idea from Aster's redesign by adding a star gradient on my pants. -The scarf exists in real life! I sewed it myself and it is one of my greatest prides lol

There are few of them so I will also say some peculiar qualities that my sona has!

You can say that I look a little like the old crazy cartoons that had those qualities of stretching and changing size o(￣▽￣)ｄ

I like to imagine that I use them to facilitate the process of designing the KOW characters (like in the drawing of Aster) Imagine as if I changed size to add small details to the characters or stretched like a cartoon from the 80s just because I am very short enough to reach some characters *cough*cough* King Magnifico-*cough*

Or simply to not get bored and chat with you in a more fun way!

howdy, i'm mabel! it's the 3 year anniversary of unorcadox today, so i've prepared a decent bit of surprises. (and yes that means i started this blog in 2020, which is terrifying to think about.) i'll go into those new things under the cut, but first... check out the carrd linked in the header text of this post :3c

sooo soo so so so where on earth do i begin. uhh honestly let me just break down the new stuff first since i can talk about that more easily.

THE NEW LOOK! ok so like truth be told, i've been a faceless blog on purpose up until now. it wasn't until this summer where i actually liked how i looked or had any solid sense of my own aesthetic or what i wanted to look like. it also made it easier to protect against dysphoria and transphobes in the same breath, as no one could ever comment on any aspect of my appearance, or even the mere suggestion i even had one to begin with! but that all changes now, i'm going to actually have a presence on this blog, as it is MY blog and tbh i'm tired of being so faceless on here. that's why i've been doing more asks and non-edit posts recently, and those will increase in frequency. check out the carrd for more info, my sona's ref, and art credits for assets on here <3

mondays -> MUSIC MONDAYS! so it might come as a shock i'm actually a musician in addition to making stuff on here! i've promoted my music a couple of times by now, but nothing all that substantial. sooo, considering that, i'm going to be replacing monday oc posts with a music post! just a link to a song on my bandcamp and a little description about it. i don't really care if these perform particularly well, but i want to give people a chance to actually hear it without having to deep dive through my entire internet history to get it. i also will be releasing more soon-- whether via compilations of older work or new stuff altogether :3

MORE IN THE FUTURE! i have a couple other ideas up my sleeve, we'll see how they pan out but i wanna keep trying new possibilities on here. i think at this point i've proven my consistency, and it's about time i let myself have a little fun and explore my options. these will be announced individually but probably added here over time as this is the new pinned post lol.

ok so anyways, i do wanna have the mandatory sappy segment because of course i do. i want to say a couple of things but i'll split them into bullet points again bc yeah i do that.

this year has been really good for me and the blog, in most ways it's been the straight up best year of my life uncontested. not everything has gone perfectly, i had other plans that fell through, but hey that's just how life goes huh. at one point, i was easily projected to hit 20k by the end of the year, and now i'll be happy if i hit 17k lol. tumblr has not been that kind to my blog's growth this year and it's making me consider other options in the future, but everything's so scary rn i don't wanna commit to anything.

as for the blog itself, i've kinda been in a weird spot with it for a while. i've been scraping by on here intermittently for the entire year on and off, and i might have some ways to help keep me on top of the ball during the next year, but i also do wonder how long i can really keep doing this, and how long people will still like weirdcore and my work in particular. i've been considering branching out in terms of my presentation, or format, or style, but i feel incredibly weird about doing so.

in my personal life, this is the year i finally started transitioning and seeking treatment for my most pressing issues. i've finally started dating the love of my life, my best friend of 10 years, and despite some interpersonal turmoil all around me, i think i'm finally finding safe ground and knowing what i wanna do next. i don't really talk about it on here because i'm very private about it, but i've been kinda slowly becoming like a Real Adult Person this year. i didn't really have much of a chance to prior and i still am struggling a lot, but hey i know what i want now!

it's really silly to say but this blog still means a lot to me! it's seen me through the craziest times in my entire life, it's brought me so much perspective and knowledge and opportunities i wouldn't've had otherwise. i wake up every day and go on here and never stop feeling starstruck that people chose to follow me. i know tumblr success means nothing but to me it's the only community i've ever actually belonged to, so thank you all.

ok so like i really just don't have much else to say anymore, so i think i'll end it there! thank you all again, i can't wait for year 4 as it's going to definitely be a crazy one lol. let's hope it's a good one too!

so like not really a kinfession but kinda wanna know if how im feeling abt this is valid (no pressure to respond if u guys dont want to btw!)

so my bf and i are planning on making a comic based around our "sonas" (idk what else to call them), but how these came to be was us literally drawing ourselves how we see ourselves essentially. like for me, im demonkin, so i just drew how i remember myself and then projected all my memories to this "character" and i think my bf did something really similar to that when making his, so basically we are these characters and they are us

after a while we added aspects to them that dont reflect memories (such as the two of them dating) but more so reflect us CURRENTLY, as well as some random things that just make sense and these "sonas" became very important to us and huge parts of ourselves (naturally, since we are them)

now wed love to do this and possibly post the series on tumblr and/or another site as a nice project between the two of us but thats when my bf realized: what if people kin them? and it kinda made us uncomfortable thinking about it since its based off our own otherkin experiences and that theyre literally us

so basically what id like to know is if itd be wrong to ask people to not make fan works (if it gets popular) and tag them as kin and stuff? weve seen people mark stuff with that and so thats why i planned on doing that, but do u think people would understand our discomfort? ik people cant help kins, but id feel a lot more comfortable if people didnt make it comfortable they're whole public identity based around one of us or used our work as face claims and stuff. am i being irrational or is this understandable?? (sorry if any of this sounds repetitive im kinda nervous lol)

the thing is, if this does get popular (and thats a big if- i dont mean that as an insult you truly cannot predict these things) yes there will be issues. youre not being Irrational, and i understand where ur coming from but im *in* the same community as you & kin also. if this gets popular, there are inevitably going to be people who dont understand and ignore that boundary, because you cant exactly stop people from doing that once smth gets big. theres a difference between like, asking someone to not kin tag an art post vs not kin from a Popular Piece Of Media, yk? it wouldnt be a wrong thing to ask for no. but if youre ok w the possibility that this could blow up ur gonna have to realize that you cant control an entire fanbase that closely and what ur afraid of is likely to happen. tldr i think this is understandable but im not just the average consumer that doesnt have the full story

I think ScVi has gotta be one of my all time fav gens because all five the main characters are all so dear to me in different ways, which i dont think the past few gens have been able to make me connect with them on such a deep deep level,,

Nemona, Arven, and Penny are all such great friends that I wish i could have irl and both Kitakami siblings really give me bubbly feelings and are both people I wish I could have as siblings as well,,

Skyler was actually a mechanic before they fell into the dark world. They could fix anything that you asked for

When Skyler fell, they fell around the time a bit before before the phone started calling spamton. The Addison's found them in the city all lost and stuff, and just basically added them to the friend group.

Only reason it became public was because in the early days of the big shot era, Skyler was messing around with spamton and stuff, using their magic and shit, and Queen walked into them.

For people not familiar with My Character- there are two versions of this character, My Hero and My Villain. They are the same character at different points in his life. Same thing goes for Your Character/Your Hero/Your Villain, who is the asker's character. Wanted to add this to clarify my responses.

Well shit man. Straight to the point huh

Dislikes first! Get the angst out of the way and then we'll get silly! My Character's biggest dislike about himself is probably their past. It's not really that he hates who he was before becoming the villain, but it's not who they are or wanted to be, so it is a genuine disliking. Similarly, anything that reminds him of his past brings a bit of discomfort. Teehee.

My Villain, in addition to above, dislikes THE HERO!! THEIR ARCHNEMISIS!! I'm joking they're besties lol. Villain has a wide variety of sensory issues that they hate! He tends to only eat certain foods and can't really try new ones, he can only wear certain types of clothes, their evil layer has to be decorated a certain way, his gadgets have to be built, painted, and labelled a certain way, while listening to a certain song or playlist, so on. Villain is aware of all these issues and hates them. It pisses him off that he has to do things a certain way or else everything will explode or something like that. However, he also hates not doing things that certain way, so they kind of cancel each other out.

As for My Hero... well. Shit's fucked. They actually lose most of Villain's sensory issues (except the clothing one, that one gets worse) and develop completely new problems! Such as very intense anxiety, perfectionism, and apathy. All of which he hates having. Hero has a good amount of self-loathing going on, because they feel like they can't ever get anything right, they have a much higher emotional awareness, and he's realizing that the world is not as black and white as he though! It's complex and people feel different things all the time and how could he be so stupid for not realizing that before! He's a criminal mastermind, a genius, why the FUCK did he not figure this out earlier???? The role of the hero is also painfully reminiscent of his life before becoming the villain, so that's an added layer of discomfort and anger. I can't help but think that Hero also starts to develop a disliking of their archnemisis, Your Villain, for a variety of reasons. First for refusing to keep the silly dynamic they had when My Character was the villain, then for causing My Character for become the hero, then for being a better villain than My Villain was, then for forcing My Character to change their entire worldview. It's never a serious disliking, more of a moment of anger in which they need to point a finger at someone, but he loves Your Character too much to develop a serious grudge.

Wow that was a lot! Thank goodness likes are sillier and shorter lol. My Character has a lot of common likes between versions, the biggest being their archnemisis and BFF Forever, Your Character!! He is such a fan of Your Hero, and no matter how angry or angsty he gets after the two switch roles, he is still a fan of Your Villain. My Character will always be Your Character's biggest supporter and wants them to be okay and happy.

My Villain is definitely more aware of what they like than Hero, but they share a lot of likes! Both of them have a huge love of dramatic one-liners, catchphrases, nicknames, and monologues. Villain absolutely rehearses his monologues in front of a mirror, and loves referring to Your Hero by various nicknames, his favourite being "Old friend". He also LOVES using "I was just like you when I was younger, innocent and naive" for shits and giggles. My Hero is more of the cool one-liner sort, since the villains tend to be the monologuers, and he loves when he finds the perfect thing to say. My Character also has a love of poetry, both reading and writing it. Tinkering and inventing things are a given, since My Villain is an evil mastermind and has to build gadgets and whatnot, but Hero also enjoys this!! A Villain-exclusive like is that he's a fashionista, and takes their outfits very seriously, so that's a big source of enjoyment to them. And a Hero-exclusive like is the small things in life: taking a walk, hanging out in a local shop, reading a book outside on a warm day, small gestures of kindness, stuff like that.

Sooo I finally got to read the Simon fic, and it was so good! You made me warm up to him more and understand him a little better. It was a nice way to save him too, I like that the protagonist isn't this perfect individual, they get jealous, a lil bit stalky, which quite honestly is very relatable and realistic. Couple questions:

Do you think there's a character that is beyond saving? Denham, Willy, Dave from Heavy (lol jk) Is there hope for everyone?

Do you plan on writing for characters that have died and if so, will you come up with a way to bring them back or have the story take place before the death or alternate universe?

Every time I get love for my fics with one of the lesser loved characters my heart grows three sizes and I want everyone to know this Q//w//Q This answer got long so I'm putting it behind a cut, I've never gotten to answer something like this before other than my Simon one from yesterday so this was a lot of fun to think about! 💗

Going into writing readers I honestly thought I'd just be writing me over and over, but as I do more of them I'm so glad that it's easy to fit someone different into whatever role the character needs them to be, which is so different from my usual stuff since I'm very used to fitting the plot around purely existing characters, or my own ocs, and getting to write up someone new who can mesh with these guys while also having that bit of me and what I hope are bits of the people who read them is so incredibly refreshing and a constant challenge I welcome 😊

I feel like some are beyond saving, but only because I have a horrible fear of getting attacked for wanting to find a way to save the unsaveable just because I'm into villains and think they're hot lmao

It's a challenge for sure, but I don't see myself being able to do any villain redemptions for Denham or Willy or even Realtor Dave since they're so surface level evil and love the hell outta it (even though my villain-lovin ass can probably still give them fully fledged proper backstories oop), unlike Simon or Kyle Slade or Logan Reeves, who all have short parts and did very bad things but also have peeks into how they got there, and I can always work with that.

I love doing deep dives and finding out how a character in the present got to where they are, figure out where they can go when they miss that One Event that made them a villain, and doing it with DD's roles has been so much fun since he loves playing rounded out characters and is always adding so much to them so they're not Just Evil, even if we get a few who're exactly that just for funsies hehe

This is why Gensan is such an interesting character to me despite The Big Flaw, because I see him get reduced to only that when there's a ton that made him that way. I'll never ship with him, the super rare character I don't since DD lures me in that easily, but I can't hate him either, and that's just the honest truth because he's so much more than Uh Oh Plot Twist because DD's such an amazing writer. This movie and Animals stuck with me the most after I watched them, I was just thinking about them for like a solid week afterwards, constantly turning over what I'd just seen in my mind whenever I stopped thinking of other things and putting those early pieces together so I could see why he reacted that way, or did what he did, and I'd love to try and watch it again soon and catch all the stuff I missed the first time.

And then there's Cam, who just really fuckin sucks lmao he's the absolute worst, 0 stars, kick to the balls, what an asshole 😂

As for characters who died, of course! Two of my biggest loves are Abner and Wojchek, and I'm also madly in love with Bob now as well, so they'll all have fully fledged fixits with my selfship sona Addy as I get back to all her plots, Abner first and foremost oh my god my heart I love him so much he needs to be alive and happy forever 😭

Outside of her, yes absolutely I'll find ways to save them for my readers, their canon endings will not stop me QwQ A lot of them don't deserve their ends with or without redemptions if they're a villain (looking at you Dwight you maniac I love you), and definitely not if they're good people who're just in the wrong place at the wrong time like Lonny or Lester or Coco now that I've finally watched BR2049. I'll probably mostly stick to saving them before their deaths rather than bringing them back or delving into aus (apart from the starting au of having the reader in their lives lol) since those kinda ideas can get away from me fast and start series, and I wanna save all the big series for my boys the Three River Phoenixes and all of Addy's plots~

This is where I'd love to get more requests, since I'm still mainly writing for who I love, so getting that random challenge to fix or save someone evil or who died before any real character of theirs was established would be hard but I know I'd have a lot of fun with them 😊💗
