Please do not answer or reblog any gofundme/paypal/cashapp if it hasn't been vetted. Report and block any account that has an unvetted crowdfunding campaign/payment app.

Many of these asks will follow similar tropes, for example, being stuck in Gaza, being disabled, having a sick child, being diabetic and needing insulin, and having an autoimmune disorder.

They will sometimes steal names and stories of genuine Palestinians in need, and their paypals/crowdfuning campaigns won't match the name they give in these asks. Sometimes they won't even link their avenues of "donation" in their ask at all. They will only go into the inboxes of those who have expressed support for Palestine.

Usually, these accounts will only be very new, at the very oldest being made in October when the Palestinian genocide began ramping up. In the blog itself, they will spam their mutual aid posts with unrelated tags so that more people can be scammed. Multiple of these accounts can be run by the same person.
