Thinking about getting a nose piercing. Like a little stud on the side... on the right side. My cartilage piercing is on the left & I plan to wear a lil hoop on it once it's healed enough. And that just might be the only cartilage piercing I want? Bc I have my double lobes and I got only one cartilage piercing bc I like the idea of having just one lil hoop in one ear. Coincidentally on the same side as Vash's hoop, though I chose it long b4 getting into Trigun bc I part my hair to the right lol, which means a cartilage piercing would be more visible on the left.

Anyways I was thinking about it and if I have a side nose piercing on the right of my nose, then an eyebrow piercing on my left eyebrow... balanced with my hair on the right side... I think that'd be my ideal piercing setup tbh, at least for my face.

Could change my mind later, but I am Thinking about it

I've been keeping up with bily since chapter 7 (I think🤔) I just finished chapter 14 of prey animals on ao3 and I just wanted to gush about how much I love this story and your writing!! I've re read bily a couple times its genuinely one of the best things I've read🥺 It's become one of my little comforts, re reading some chapters when my brain wants a mini break from life. The excitement I feel when I see a new chapter is coming, or realize I'm a little behind and have a couple chapters to catch up on is something I haven't felt for a story before🥺The way you've built the world, described the settings, made the characters feel real and let me empathize with them through everything that happens in the story is incredible! Every plot twist and secret reveal had me gasping and clutching my imaginary pearls, then seeing the little hints sprinkled thru the earlier chapters when re reading was soo fun!! I absolutely love the relationship building/dynamics especially Tae/MC and Hobi/MC (that burn was slow but soo worth it😭) and of course theres the relationship with yoongi which was so comforting, I love the way you're building it in prey animals! OG Bily is forever iconic but during re reads the relationship start did feel a little fast, which isnt bad at all but the pacing now feels right and their backstory is a lot more fleshed out. Watching them fall in love was beautiful but also kinda ouch because I know what they're about to go thru together in the next few chapters😭 I'm a little sad the official ending chapters are coming up, but I am so stoked for the finished re write/book (if it happens i will buy several copies🫡😌) I was here when the community was a little bigger and the secrets weren't out yet, I wish I were more active on here back then so I wouldn't be word vom ing my love for the series rn (I'm almost done I swear😅) There were a couple other popular bts fics i started at the same time as bily that had similar upload schedules and youre the only one thats stayed pretty consistent with your uploads(the others do too but like a couple times a year?) and I think thats so cool, you're so passionate about your works and I admire that so much. After ch 30smth of bily I went thru the masterlist i realized you wrote a couple of my faves!!(alpha goes first +the hybrid series) I think what I'm trying to say now is I'm a fan of your writing and while bily will always be with me I'm excited for your future works as well!!! ahhhh this was so sweet to read! i read this late last night when i woke up having a panic attack. ahhhh i'm always stunned when people tell me that they've re-read bily a bunch of times because it takes so long! i hope there are moments in it that you come back too when you need them!

ahhhh i'm glad the slow burn was worth it- i was writing some of their smutt in the next chapter and 😵‍💫 hopefully it's a satisfying conclusion to their love story (we still have to see them get matching tattoo's so it's not quite the whole conclusion but still!)

i'm glad you like how i expanded upon the m/c and yoongi's story! honestly- i think it reads totally different and like- totally changes how the rest of it goes and gives you a different view on it, there's so much more rawness in the new version, i know i'll probably hear that people like it alot less but i'm still very excited for it!

ok rewatched the trailer a few times

so multifuncional, multi community lots are confirmed?in video they showed them designating 2 public spaces, one was a furnished as a tattoo studio the other the pottery class/studio + employee areas + residential. so??? im actually shocked were aaactually getting this 😭😭

i like how the way you designate what the spaces are for is looking as well. you can set it to be a pottery studio but also sell your items in it, can select basically the activities you want sims to do on the lot which is going to be sooo useful and multifunctional- also for modding! it could be a great basis for modders to build on to create even more unique spaces omg. it seems implied you can make functional laundromats as well?! (when choosing an image for the community lot one of them was laundry)

and they seem to be utilizing the ticketing system?from sims 2 which i imagine could make things a but less buggy? im maybe high on hopium but thisd be a dream pack! honestly omg

the tattoo job/hobby also seems to have a system for designing tattoo designs if i saw it right (as in your sim creating them/hanging them up? thisd make more sense with it being a hobby to me!)

also! theyre allowing you to draw designs yourself for tattoos and it looks like theres a button to upload tattoo designs which would be INCREDIBLE. like, cc free custom content for sims!! 🥹

the pottery hobby looks super neat and i cannnnot wait to make a bunch of stuff for my sims home 🥺🧡

the world only has 2 hoods but still 12 lots 🤔 idk how i feel about that buuut i prefer lots to be closer together so maybe itll feel that way? i mean i often only stay in 1 hood or have played in smaller hoods as well so it might not bother me, ill have to see how it feels. i honestly cannot wait to see the builds people make with this

1 What was the first element of your OC that you remember considering (name, appearance, backstory, etc.)?

It was right after Art Fight and I desperately wanted a Queer Horror OC before Halloween season. There was a lot of talk about what kind of horror we wanted to go towards. (which maybe still is not quite settled as there are multiple "Horror Movie Plots" in our Whorror Movie story.) But we settled on demon possessed with some religious trauma and a bit of delicious revenge, and Darla and I both worked on designing our own guys separately and see how they would fit together. I sketched these:

I thought the demon might be similar to an AU demon we have, Goopy, who possesses Lucky and Nate in a story, so that's why I have the drippy drawing in the corner and the inspo for the top surgery tattoos. That's how Goopy was! But Quinn's Demon is a bit different now! Black hair with horns was a must but it mostly became spiky hair with the Vibe of horns. (… unless! rule of cool: draw them as horns anyway its badass!!)

In an early iteration of the story Quinn and Parker were going to find a baby possessed by a demon, from an Evil Cult Town. Quinn's demon and Parker's strength (and bloodthirst) destroyed their Big Bad leader who was doing the baby/demon sacrifices, and the baby was abandoned, maybe thought to be dead? They were like sure… We'll see what we can do with this little thang. They named it Blair Belladonna. They knew of an older witchy/demon knowledgeable grandma figure (literally Domino's Grandma before Domino was a character) who could help them learn about this baby's demon and how to raise a little demonling. BUT That never settled into canon, there is no baby Blair. (However! Much of the baby demon possessing cult thing turned into Domino's backstory. 👀)

12 What have you found to be most difficult about creating art for your OC?

Remembering the dripping perma crying eyeliner down his cheeks. Yes it's supposed to be a permanent feature. 😔 Also figuring out how to draw the hair in between the "horns", how to make it spiky but not distract from The Big Spikes, which direction its going off in, etc. Otherwise I think Quinns pretty easy to grasp for me! 🤔 I love when I get to use flat black for hair and clothes when I'm just doodling so thats always a relief.

18 What is the most recent thing you’ve discovered about your OC?

This was trickyyy ahh Andre's such an old character that hasn't been the main focus lately, so a lot of thinking of him recently has been like. Reminiscing on old facts and not necessarily bringing in anything new. If theres something I've recently discovered of him, I can't think of it!

One thing I've recently decided after some consideration is that I'm going to fuse the Original Andre story where he adopts Delilah the robot and the AU where Andre has an Actual Human Baby instead of the robot together. So now, Delilah and baby Leia exist at the same time! Yay, two of them!!! It's gonna have to make me rethink and plan out his timeline a bit differently and see how he reacts to things now. I just haven't actually set out the time to plan the combined story yet. I feel like I softened up Andre's story a bit in the baby AU, (less drug use, less bad relationships with sketchy people, etc) so I'll have to see if I end up keeping it slightly more balanced or if it'll stay more true to the Actual Canon events, maybe just pushed around the timeline a bit.

Something else that feels new from semi recent times: I thought of an AU where all three of his parents actually like. Get together/stay together polycule it up and raise Andre together rather than the usual backstory of:

two good friends in college befriend and get a crush on the same woman

the guys start a business together

one of them marries the woman and they have a kid together but he gets way too into his work and neglects his wife, oops :(

she then goes to their friend for comfort, which leads to cheating, which leads to she GETS PrEGNANT (WITH ANDRE!) (NOT her Husband's child!) oops :(

she tells her husband the truth and they talk about separating

The Friend leaves The Business and is told to basically never speak to them again

Husband decides will simply raise this child as his own and works on bettering himself and the marriage (if only for appearances and/or for their older daughters sake) and he will simply Not resent the New Child for any reason, it's That Easy! (he said, you know, like a liar.)

Andre finds this out (Accidentally! From his SISTER) as a full grown ass adult and it fucks him up for a bit. oops :(

⬆ this is a lot to Get Into. And also it's Not the new stuff, although I probably haven't actually delved into it before…!

But basically, all this to say, this New 3 Parent AU leads to Andre being much more well adjusted, because so much of his… THing in his life (in canon timeline) has juust been. family treating him unfairly for something he had no part in and resenting/reacting to that. 🥴 And his two dads are such opposite strict/lenient personalities that they'd balance each other like, reallly wellll if they had that opportunity to both raise him from the start, and Andre would have someone in his corner when he's Going Through rough times in life. AUgh. If only… (Also his bio dad is … probably autistic like him so I think someone would like, UNDERSTAND him and the way he does things while growing up which is like, wow groundbreaking.)

I have a hard time explaining myself so we shall see how this goes 😂 I tend to be kind of quiet at first but the more you get to know me the less I shut up (ask my husband). I’m definitely outgoing, hardworking, and tend to forget to take time for myself because I get too caught up in things. Pretty sure I have undiagnosed ADHD because sometimes things get wild (like Jutty, iykyk). 9 times out of 10 my brain is working faster than I can keep up with 😂 Not much of a party girl but if you’re in my friend group, theres nothing I love more than spending quality time with my small circle.

I hyperfixate on things like you would not believe. Like when I like something I REALY like something, I’ll eat, sleep, and breathe it until it runs it course or it stays i.e. Supernatural, Starwars, Ghost, and Sleep Token. And then it will likely become a tattoo 😅

My heart is always with other people. I work in a field where I care for people with developmental disabilities and theres nothing that makes me happier than to see people who cannot succeed on their own succeeding even with help. I’ve been told I make a great leader in my field as well.

I’m also not someone who gets angry but when I do, someone really must have done something quite bad. I am a quietly angry person whose usually blowing up on the inside but you’d probably never know it other than the dead silence.

🤔 Like fictional or real life? Personality or looks? I guess I’ll start off by saying I’m not a looks person. Obviously I find people attractive but its always been about so much more for me. Someone who is caring and patient enough to put up with my brain is good enough for me 😂 I’ve always been drawn to the personalities like Hunter but obviously he’s beautiful to look at so double win.

27) Things I hate…

Disrespectful people. This is one of my biggest pet peeves I guess we can say. Like you don’t have to like me and I don’t have to like you but you will NEVER catch me being disrespectful to someone. I give it and expect people to give the same which I really don’t think is a big ask.

Grape/Cherry flavoring. I took medication as a kid that made me sick to my stomach that was flavored like that 🤷‍♀️

You take the job, a street urchin brings you behind, and then under, the butchers' to a secret chapel hidden within the cliffside. The room is built in a natural cavern. Dark waves crash against the cliff-face and occasionally a spray of cold, salty, water mists the room. The smell of blood from above, and coals from below, remain strong on the air despite this.

The urchin, and three others, are in the room. A woman being fit for a wedding dress hands you a photo of who they want to disappear... He appears priestly. You wonder what he could have done to make these four people what him gone... She instructs you to, in her words:

"Feed his miserable corpse to the stars below."

You take this to mean 'throw his body in the ocean', and accept the job. It's not until you return to collect your payment that you begin to worry.

You walk in on the group finishing some kind of ritual; the light it generates reveals that all four have matching tattoos. You recall rumors that the reason the west end is in chaos is because of a coup; the cult that held the area was destroyed from the inside out.

Shit. That explains the marks injuries. You didn't want to get caught up in all that.

The woman who was being fit for a dress approaches you. She hands off the money before gently reaching up to grasp your face in her hands.

"Our Lady in the Darkness thanks you, you will be forever in the watch of The Consuming Star."

She kisses your cheek and your vision fills with light. A painful, blinding, pure white- unlike any you have ever seen in Duskvol before. You lose consciousness.

You awake topside next to the butchers' shop, lying on top of your earnings. You quick crack open the case; it's all there. Despite the weirdness they paid, and you are mostly unscratched... but there is a compass rose scarified on your wrist that you suspect is going to haunt you.

BAM abridged version of what my players encountered if they took this job 💃 The Cult of the Consuming Star started as the PC crew- built of Me and two friends- in a BitD game that only had one session 🥲 It was then recycled into an ally for a game that I was GMing that never even started 🥲🥲 Then AGAIN for a game that we got two sessions out of as a rival cult 🥲🥲🥲 I got really super attached on that third iteration and now they just... Live in my head rent free.

BitD Crypto, is one of the members, the other three, Sidewinder, Vee, and Stove, don't have tags. The entity that they all serve has... little built for her so far 🤔 I have an aesthetic, and a goal. For a sleeping God do you really need more though?

1x05 background details:

In the opening flashback, teenage apocalypse Five has Diego’s knives and holster strapped to his leg.

The hat he’s wearing is very similar to Reginald’s but it’s not quite the same. Those are the same googles though.

In the winter, Five put a hat and a coat on Delores so she wouldn’t get cold :(

In the spring he put sunglasses on her

There were animals in the apocalypse because you can hear vultures. Also Five has a rifle, so presumably he hunted for food.

The title card for this episode is an Umbrella Academy lunchbox amidst Five’s things, which definitely makes me wonder if he collected memorabilia that had his siblings on it.

Diego punches things when he’s distraught or upset (the floor when he found Eudora, the steering wheel the next day.) He also fidgets with his hands a lot. Flexes them, pops his knuckles etc.

Five’s contract for the Commission was 5 years, then he could retire to whenever time he wanted. He obviously didn’t complete his contract.

The Handler refers to the apocalypse as “just the end of something.” Episode 2x10 is titled The End Of Something.

Now Klaus has known about the eyeball/apocalypse since 1x02 but at this point, the only time we know he has spent in his room was the headphone scene before he got kidnapped in 1x03. Which means, he either drew it then or it’s something he drew a long time ago. (Or it’s just simply an easter egg). Who knows. 🤔

In Diego’s room in 2019 there’s knives stuck in the dartboard. There’s also a guitar in the corner. In the comics, he played bass along with Vanya for The Prime 8s.
