"A little birdy told me," you say sweetly, "That you had a bit of fun at the USJ with Class 1-A last period, Mr. Yagi."

The lounge is now empty — lunch break has ended, and the teachers have broken for their respective classes. You, however, find yourself lingering back with the man in question. 

He's in his smaller form now. The sight is dear to you.

Toshi's head snaps up at your voice.

"The kids have started calling you All Smite," you joke as you watch Toshinori's cheeks turn a bit pink; your favorite look on the man who holds half your heart, "Shame you didn't ask for any pointers. Maybe then you wouldn't have lost." 

You stalk forward, eyeing him in a way that still makes his heart hammer in his chest after all these years.

"I thought it would be insensitive to ask you to take part," he rumbles in a veiled apology; his eyes never leave you.

You muffle a laugh into your coffee as you stop before him. Toshinori, as always, finds himself in awe. You're beautiful. Gorgeous. You're so perfect like this, in a soft sweater and flared trousers with your hair swept up and a colorful pair of glasses perched on your nose... you look every bit the part you've played for the last six years: a hero course instructor at UA High. 

He's sure he'll never grow tired of this look on you. Relaxed. Content. 

Toshinori Yagi adjusts his tie and leans over to gather his tea. Your eyes linger on his lean form, and you throw a cautionary look over your shoulder at the now-closed door to the lounge. 

"I wouldn't have minded."

"Next time," he says as he presses the lid to his cup with his large, calloused hands, "We will play the role together."

Another step forward, and you tilt your chin up. You tilt your head for good measure. "Next time...?"

Toshi swallows. His Adam's apple bobs. His brows quirk as he bends to sip his green tea. He knows that coy, little look. He knows it well, and he knows you know what it does to him. He could agree to anything when you blink up at him like that, and God knows he already has a thousand times in this life. Toshi narrows his blue eyes.

You know what you're doing. Hell, you know him like the back of your hand. You've loved him since you were twenty-something and fighting by his side; your love looks no different from then. It burns bright and hot and heavy — it's home. 

And you know Toshinori has never been able to say no when you creep a finger up his chest and fiddle with his collar. Be it tie or cape. The gesture has always managed to melt the unstoppable hero before you into an amendable and suggestable man in love. 

"Is All Smite busy this evening?" you whisper softly, smirking easily, "Maybe we can grade some papers and I can give you those pointers."

There will be no grading getting done. There never is. Well — sometimes there is. But it's not entirely the only thing the two of you do on nights spent together in his staff dormitory. 

Toshi takes a deep breath.

Then, with his voice sounding a bit rougher than usual:

"How does seven this evening sound to you, Sensei?"

Characters who SPECIFICALLY should be the ones to kill AFO

Listen there are so many characters (basically almost all of the characters) deserve to kill him but these are the ones who definitely deserve to do it.

1- Yoichi Shigaraki

Poor dude ended up with an obsessive brother who gave him his name because he was his first property!!!! Genuinely I feel so bad for him it’s not his fault AFO became obsessed with him to the point of wanting to wanting One For All just so he could have Yoichi back like seriously Yoichi should absolutely demolish AFO

2- Tenko Shimura (aka Tomura Shigaraki)

I’m using Tenko’s photo because truly he should be the one to kill him. Sure Tomura should also destroy him but Tenko deserves it more (I know they are the same person but they are at different points in their life) like Tenko deserves so much better

3- Yuga Aoyama

Honestly the Quirk that AFO gave him is enough reason for him to demolish him. He has been manipulated for his entire life and was forced to be a traitor by him. I can’t wait for the anime when he attacks AFO

4- Toshinori Yagi

Honestly AFO should’ve stayed out of the story after the Kamino Arc. He killed All Might’s mentor and caused his injury which led him to using the rest of One For All to take down AFO. So having that fucker return and be essentially the final boss is so upsetting like if I was All Might I would be so angry

5- Oboro Shirakumo and Shota Aizawa

A two for one. Oboro lost his life because AFO (okay it was Garaki technically but he was doing it because of AFO) wanted to have Aizawa’s Quirk and he ended up dying so he absolutely deserves to kill him and Aizawa also deserves to destroy him because he was the target (I swear if I had a nickel for every time an evil organization wanted Aizawa’s Quirk I would have two nickels, which isn’t a lot but weird that it happened twice, right?)

6- Izuku Midoriya

I mean he already did it but still it was deserved. Honestly Midoriya should’ve also demolished him with words as well as killing him. So glad he took him down.

There are honestly so many characters I could’ve included (Grand Torino, Nana Shimura, Basically all One For All users, Present Mic, all of UA, etc) but these six (technically seven) are definitely the ones who should have been (and were) the ones to destroy that fucker.

Explain the Timeline

So my Hero academia. You know where 2 century ago Quirks Emerged and quickly became a dominant trait in human society. And I started thinking. How long did each holder of one for all hold onto the Quirk.

I started doing some calculations and we were short.

Like half a century Short. About 50 years unaccounted for.

Explain your calculations.

Let's gather what we know in approximately the order it's revealed in.

A baby of light was born 200 years ago

One for All is Yagi Toshinori's (All Might) Quirk there are Seven people before him that have held it.

Midoriya Izuku is the Ninth.

It has Stockpiled so much energy that one's body must be trained to hold it.

Yagi Toshinori has been an active hero in Japan for over 15 years (middle school midoriya) as The All Might's Japan debut was already Old News when Izuku was rewatching it.

Yuui Academia (UA ) is Toshinori's highschool. Also worked in American.

Yagi Toshinori master died in combat.

All for one is as old as the dawn of Quirks (aka 200)

Yoichi All for One's brother is that age. Thus the QUIRK is that age

Yagi Toshinori has been Number one almost his whole Japan career. He is close to 50 Years old

Shinomori Hikage died of old age at 40 he received it when he was 22. Cultivating it for 18 years. Having it for the longest time. Before All Might

All other users died before then.

Shimura Nana met yagi Toshinori while he was in Middle School.

Yoichi was rescued by Kudo and Bruce from a Vault.

Yoichi died by All for one's hand while fleeing with Kudo and Bruce.

Kudo was Targeted with the belief that Kudo Killed Yoichi.

Now we have some information let's do some math. There is some Head canon in here.

Let's say Yoichi died when he was 35

Kudo received noticing a small power holding onto it for close to 10 years as he's a wanted man.

Kudo and Bruce experimented with OFA during the time. Thus the time frame where he then Dies fighting AFO. The Hot potato has been passed.

Bruce figures he is probably also wanted so giving him 10 years is Generous

He finds and teaches Hikage about the Quirk before passing it and facing AFO.

Hikage held onto it for 18 years. He started to rapidly age gifting the Quirk to Banjo.

Banjo becomes or is a Hero he can hold his own so 15 years picking up the wet cat that was En training and giving the quirk to him before cracking the foundation that was AFO's power.

En holds onto it for 10 years as AFO knows the holder. Hero society has a foundation and is gaining traction.

Nana is selected. gaining a husband and kid while holding OFA . She meets Toshinori(11–15) Training him for the Quirk before her death. About 10 years

Toshinori has it for almost 40 years

Now if you add that all together

35+10+10+18+15+10+10+ 40 =143

That's me being generous and on the reasonable.

So they are either as saying we are in the second century of Quirks coming to being. Or I'm underestimated.

But I figured that I would inform you of what I think is an accurate estimate of how long each holder before Izuku would need to hold OFA for everything to be true

Yoichi is 56 when he dies.

Kudo holds OFA for 16 years

Bruce holds OFA for 16 years

Hikage hold OFA for 18 years

Banjo holds OFA for 16 years

En hold OFA for 16 years

Nana holds OFA for 16 years

Toshinori holds OFA for 46 years

Voila 200 years.

Yeah it's inaccurate with how the quirk works in the latter years. Another way would be if All for one used a youth quirk on Yoichi not giving him it. But using it on Yoichi. He's obsessed with keeping Yoichi so he could be anywhere between the 35 to 106 years old. It really shows you how much we know about Yoichi and All for One's relationship. And the beginning of the era of Quirks.

just. when i think about the way that yagi toshinori transformed one for all and its purpose.

i'm on ch 305 rn, aka the izuku's-coma-slash-ethical-debate chapter, and just. it's really really striking me how much one for all, and the users' understanding of it, has evolved over history. We know that they didn't know it could be passed on until after Yoichi's death, and Banjo says that AFO tried to steal OFA from him and En twice, and failed both times, and I wonder if the users even knew it was unable to be stolen until Banjo figured it out.

It brings this moment from a previous chapter to mind:

"They weren't really chosen ones"--they were just trying to keep the quirk alive, even as they died. And it's kept alive because, as yoichi says in this chapter--

This quirk was an unwanted gift, followed by a mutation and a happy accident, and then, until Nana, it was kept alive to keep the fight against AFO going, with the hope of someday killing him at last.

And then along comes Yagi Toshinori.

It's so telling that Nana abandoned her son to keep him safe, but then this other kid tells her his dreams and plans for a safer society, and she gifts him with a death trap target on his back of a quirk in response.

I think i'm about a hundred chapters off from Toshinori's origin story, so I don't know the exact details of a lot of vestige stuff, but like. This quirk, up until now, has been passed on in desperation. But All Might inspired something in Nana so clearly that she made him a chosen one in a way that she and others before her never were.

And then he takes this quirk that has been kept alive specifically to kill one man, and he uses it to save. He uses it to transform society. And both he and that transformation had shortcomings. but that's another post because this post is about the vision of this man.

And all might is able to defeat one for all, able to become the number one hero, BECAUSE the users before him kept this quirk alive for him to be able to use to achieve his vision. And then here's what the successor Toshinori chose (another chosen one, the second of his kind) has to say when even Nana says that Shigaraki can't be saved:

Yagi's the only user of all for one that's not fully there in this meeting, but nonetheless, his presence is still SO loud.

It's so important to me that All Might didn't choose Izuku as a successor to defeat AFO. He chose him as a successor for his other vision for his quirk.

And Izuku's not All Might. He's a transformation himself, one that gets me all kinds of emotional, but that is ALSO another post. But the thing is, he's able to use this power to save in part because it was given to him in order to save people, not in order to kill. And that's because of Yagi Toshinori.

But a new hero like himself caught his eye. She went by Minerva her qurik Labyrinth. It was powerful and quite unique, its allowed her to make illusions and create beings as well as objects from crystal balls. She could hallucinate people with them aswell, little other things wither her quirk she could also create rabbit holes with my quirk aka teleport, she had her own type of worlds Labrinths/mazes, also able to use telekinesis to an extent. She was astonishing, and very liked my the media he saw her on lots of buildings and in ads.

He saw her everywhere, on magazine fronts, in the news. She was a sight for eyes the media’s favorite, how she posed in her work the outfits she wore. She knew how to please the paparazzi she smile wide for them, either blowing them a kiss or waving.

Now she stood a few tables away at a convention cameras still on her, she wore a denim two peace, mini skirt with a halter vest a white bottom up under it that hung above her belly button that was priced. She wore lether white platform heels, gold jewelry finishing up the look. Her hair was thick and long and in its natural state, her two toned lips glossy. All might couldn’t remove his yes from her she filled everything out so perfectly her stomach slightly coming over her skirt here thighs plush and crossed over as she stood talking to a friend, he noticed a birth mark on the back of her thigh it the opposite of her complexion. His eyes scanned her takings in the sights before him moving little as people walked by never wanting to looks away.

“You know I could introduce you to her.” Dave said snaping Toshinori out of thought.

He looked over at his friend taking his eyes off of you for the first time, “Could you please?” He said pleading in a way making Dave laugh.

“Common.” Dave spoke standing up grabbing his drink. The two men stood up making there way over to her the closer they got all might couldn’t help but feel excited he had a little school girl crush on this woman so of course he was excited.

“Yo N/N !” Dave spoke out, Might watched as she turned around the twos hands meeting in a small hand shake.

“Hi Davy, whats good!” She said smiling at the man her voice was a little deeper compared to alot of girls but not in a manly matter but more mature.

“Really? Wow I think you would enjoy it there to be honest.” He said.
