Under the cut are mostly self-insert doodles of decreasing quality. Again, not much directly tied to Team Fortress 2. Might as well toss these out while I have no access to my puter. Much yapping under the cut and in the tags incoming.

Another self-insert, this time less of a "here's me as a tenth class" and more of a "here's my game experiences translated into the class I would take the place of". The Cleaner. Although I guess they could still be wearing either suit. It doesn't matter that much.

That one Convict's Case taunt with Backup would be extremely funny, because the man would be on the verge of a breakdown (he does not want to go to jail so bad you have no idea). The second image- I owe no explanation. You know what I am. You see the pattern with my favourites.

The duality of the man. Resting face versus "just heard you express interest in religion/Russian folklore" face. He's not that hard to make friends with, when you pull him away from all the explosions.

The title for my version of the TMNT "adolescent evil turtles" gets more and more funny as it develops in my mind because near the end of the story literally all of those things are either untrue or up for debate

𝐂𝐂𝐗𝐗𝐗𝐈𝐈𝐈. Skirk's drip marketing brought a few interesting aspects, one of them being the terminology used instead of 「Vision」 or 「Authority」 as seen in allogenes and Neuvillette respectively, this term being 「The Seven-Shifting Serpent」. Not only it is interesting the number 7 in itself considering the symbolism it carries in Teyvat, but a few graphic aspects worth taking in consideration:

Before her, Dain's drip marketing was also released with empty places filled with 6 four-pointed stars as opposed to elements that represent the nation that the character in question belongs to as it is customary. What's more interesting yet is that if we take a look at Skirk's card, one of the stars is replaced with what seems to be her own "Vision" (for a lack of a better word, as we don't know what's supposed to mean this Seven-Shifting Serpent yet) and this element being Cryo.

Despite my own bias for Dain and illegible scribble that was shown in his own card as opposed to a terminology (Vision at the time, since he was drip marketed pretty early on upon Genshin's release if not before— I'm not sure about this one because I joined Genshin the following spring since its release) and seeing that HYV decided to give her an element for her kit despite what all of us had witnessed in the Primordial Sea close to the end of the Fontaine AQ chain, it's possible that Dain might end up filling another one of those spaces with what could be Pyro, as visually what he uses that's the element that is the closest, but also something else given that in his own splash art there are some crystals at his feet before you say anything, I'm still holding on the hope that whatever he uses is something entirely different and not one of the seven elements.

However, it's also worth remembering that his constellation name is "Ring Snake", which is popularly referred to as Ouroboros given that it's supposed to represent a snake depicted in a circle which bites its own tail. There are strong references for this to be true with some elements attributed to Dain, such as one of his titles 「Confluence Between the Past and Future」. This is particularly meaningful when taking in consideration a plausible connection with Irminsul for him to be able to have knowledge in the collected miscellanies, knowledge that we could refer to as the "past" and then 「Travail」, where he narrates what is bound to happen in the future. Following the topic of Irminsul, there is a very interesting curiosity about it if we lace it with another Ouroboros-like serpent from the Norse mythology: Jörmungandr ironically I did talk about it in the past and never brought it again, it's comical that it has some relevance again with this.

An older term for Irminsul is «Jörmun», which occupies the first two syllables of Jörmungandr. Given how large this serpent grew, it received the name of World Serpent due to the fact that it can circle the whole world and bite its tail. It’s said to be an initiator of Rägnarok —Twilight of the Gods— by thrashing its tail and provoking the sea to be at unrest, thus causing its waves to inundate the world from which it’ll spring anew fertile. Besides this, it’s also said that with its brother Fenrir it was to confront the gods, though eventually it dies in a battle against Thor who also passes away due to the serpent’s poison.

In view of this and if the Ring Snake constellation takes after Jörmungandr, then that would make an even stronger connection with Irminsul as Jörmun which fits Dain's character. On the topic of the element he could be using, I've long since hypothesized that he might be using something different: a power from beyond as a potential possibility, mentioned both by Dain in 「Travail」 and Skirk after defeating Narwhal or perhaps whatever energy Irminsul has, given that it is also blue and not too dissimilar to what Dain uses. On the other side, considering that Irminsul is known for nurturing Teyvat with the seven elements, it could be possible that Dain may be using the Pyro part of the Seven-Shifting Serpent but not necessarily be limited to it, if he were to represent a manner of totality. Another extra flavor to this that I owe to @astrxlfinale's big brain is that he might have a possible connection to Nibelung, who would actually represent the totality of the seven elements from the Realm of Light due to certain details out there, like the possible allusion to the ring he has to the Ring of Nibelung and the implications that dragons and serpent are no different.

but he was made with the idea of hermie.

so he has this vague, fluttering ache, this groundless attraction. has the stage directions and nothing else. and everyone else has the script, sees the one he's understudying and all the ways he doesn't add up. he's pulled on in the final act and he's never seen the play before

so he has to know. they're in heaven, so he wishes that he did.

and then he knows. it's not quite like becoming hermie, not like hermie being reborn into a new body-- it's like a parent telling you a story of something impressive you did when you were younger that you had forgotten. it doesn't really change anything about you, but now you've incorporated it into your memory.

so now he has context.

now he knows the nameless shadow, the ultimate goal, the boy that died among friends but died yearning and alone nonetheless. he knows every stray thought, every mindless interaction, every rejection, every act and reality.

and he sees that boy and he understands him. feels his brightness and his bitterness and his love. (sees that what he was given when created pales in comparison.) he mourns for that boy and what he could have had and what he did and vows to carry that with him from then on.

and when he was brought back from the dead and got the chance that hermie never could, it solidifies.

they're not the same person, but he vows to carry the legacy that had once been forced upon him. vows to be more and have more than hermie was ever thought to. because they both deserve it.

Holy shit. Aziraphale's an unreliable narrator and was probably threatened by the Metatron.

Just hear me out.

What really struck me during my latest rewatch is how bloody awful they are at communicating. Through the whole season.

Crowley finds out that helping Gabriel will be punished by being removed from the book of life - doesn't tell Aziraphale.

When asked about the trip back from Scotland, Azi does not tell Crowley about being visited by Shax.

Crowley never tells Aziraphale that he visited heaven and found out a lot of things. Here amongst that not going along with Armageddon 2.0 is why Gabriel ended up with no memory. Which seems pretty relevant now that Aziraphale is replacing Gabriel.

And of course there is all the unsaid stuff during the final 15 but that is not important right now tbh.

So... Aziraphale is an unreliable narrator. We know that he and crowley just... doesn't tell each other important stuff.

I saw some post with a theory about Give me Coffee or give me death and how the Megatrash probably gave Aziraphale the ultimatum between going to heaven or having Crowley ereased from the book of life. And honestly it would make so much bloody sense if the Murdertron threatened Aziraphale in some way or other.

This is the exact kind of thing that we see through the season that Aziraphale and Crowley do not share with each other. And that would explain why Aziraphale changed his mind so suddenly. And the choice to show us the scenes with Azi and the Megadumb through the narration of Aziraphale.
