That's actually a really nice way to put it. We don't know anything about the evil Cucurucho, but we know that Cucurucho and the Code have their separate ways of doing something bad. The Code strikes immediately (not counting the times it didn't and just dropped items). It summons mobs, strong ones, to help it kill.

Cucurucho plays a bit more wisely, in a sense. He creates a bond or tries to get the person off their guard a bit. How? Well, anytime a player is with Cucurucho, there's a high chance they ask for some sort of information from the Federation. So have the players ask is a way to distract them. Like cooking a frog. Put the frog in a pot with water and then slowly rise up the heat. The frog won't jump out. What the Federation is doing though it slowly turning up the heat but then suddenly raises it to hot all the way, catching the person off guard and trying to look for an exit. But they can't.

Ok so I don't know if this will get any attention but I had an au idea that The Miser brothers were originally going to have a series and the rankin bass producers hired some extra animators but due to an animator's kid dissapearing, that guy quited and so the other did's, and then the show got cancelled BUT HEAT MISER DIDN'T GIVE UP AND DIDN'T WANT TO GO OFF THE STAGE SO HE TURNED THE LOST EPISODES INTO AN ANALOG HORROR TYPE THINGS. Years later, One of the cast found the episodes in tapes and pissed his pants cause of the scary things was in there.

scrolling back on my camera roll to this past january and there are several temma insta story screenshots/saved images even tho i was ostensibly a casual fan at the time… the past is prologue/prophecy etc so on and so forth
