I just want to make you aware that we do have sindarin elvish words and translations

Ada is father

And

Naneth is mother

Tolkien has a book of translations for the names and translations of words.

I mean no ill will just wanted to let you know bcs Adar doesn’t mean father in sindarin elvish. I also want to comment and say that I absolutely love your art. It’s so beautiful ❤️

Tysm for this!! In my research, ‘Adar’ is father in Quenya Elvish, and Amil (or variations Emil/Emel/Amille) was the Quenya word(s) for mother! I should have made it more clear that I was using Quenya as my basis, rather than just saying the more general ‘elvish’.
