guys. i actually don’t care that sam just wanted a normal life. he can’t have it. they both never will. they know this. and sam also isn’t a fucking moron and could’ve figured out that the dead monster went to dead monster land. sam winchester who for almost 15 seasons did everything mostly for his brother and friend, did not try to search for him. or the 16yr old boy that also went missing.

him moving on after even attempting to look for either dean or kevin makes complete sense. also like to note that sam delving head first into a woman who clearly has some issues is not him “moving on”, it’s the ignorance of grief. i hate the defense that he was “being healthy”. both sam and dean have never ever handled something in a healthy way.

i do not care for the justifications, because partly yes i agree. i would’ve liked to seen “sams version” of dean with lisa but what they did was just bad, lazy writing. also amelia and his relationship was just a weird trauma bond. and this bad writing continued by making sam dismissive and an asshole for the majority of the season (though i think this part was more in character for sam lol).

I have this fic idea that's been living in my head rent free and its time for it to move out

So basically, season 14 Destiel gets transported to the past to like 2004 (their bodies also younger for funsies) and they try to figure out how to get back to their time without causing a world ending paradox

The Novak family are on some fair and they let Clair run around with her brand new camera that she won

She runs into Dean and Cas and takes snaps a few pictures of the two because that one guy looks exactly like her dad of course she's gonna take pictures of him

She comes back to her parents and shows off her discovery and Jimmy, naturally, assumes that Cas is his twin brother

The basic plot of the fic is Jimmy trying to find and reconnect with his "long lost brother" and what Dean and Cas are doing in the meanwhile to try and go back

Not to hate on Amelia or anything but did her "so are going to take the dog"-speech rub anyone else wrong?

I feel like that was such a manipulative and spiteful thing. Also, you can clearly see that Sam is distressed and not doing well but you want him to take on the forced resposibility of a dog? That's not a little thing and you really think the dog would benefit from it?
