I think you hit it the nail right on the head actually. Jack reminds Dean too much of Lucifer for him to like him, no matter how little he actually resembles his biological father. Sam acting like Jack’s mommy definitely makes Dean hate him even more, yes because it reminds him even more of Lucifer but also because it takes some of Sam’s attention away from Dean. And if Sam wants to be a mommy so badly Dean would definitely try to knock him up himself because how dare Lucifer get what he doesn’t...

it’s not deans fault sam makes the perfect mother. he feeds jack, protects him, even talks to him like a son. dean knows sam wants a family, just like he wanted. and dean didnt need another women when the perfect one was already in his house everyday. it was so easy to just come up behind sam and hug him, whispering how they could make their own baby, their own child to raise in a way they couldn’t jack. and sam may not have felt the same way towards dean, but he wanted to be a mom so bad.
