Back in 2022 with more vegan goodness! Semia Upma Traditionally thin Rice noodles are made freshly for breakfast and flavoured with a simple combination of, Curry Leaves 🌿 Sliced Green Chilli 🌶 Mustard Seeds Cumin Seeds 1 Red Onion, sliced finely 1/2 Green Capsicum, diced finely 1 Tomato, chopped up Salt to taste Garnished with, Coriander, chopped Roasted Peanuts Coconut, grated 🥥 Serve hot with a squeeze of fresh lime 🍋 I used dried rice noodles & dry roasted the spices in a stone ware pan needing no oil!
