the papaya boys reviewing "iconic toys" is just big brother-little brother energy

right off the bat Lando is just annoying (affectionate) and shoving the Barbie box into Oscar's face

Lando was also surprised to learn that Oscar has 3 sisters

next was the Lego McLaren and I get the impression Oscar wasn't super into Lego but Lando was

better, upon Lando revealing that his brother used to break Lando's cars to annoy him, Oscar gets the gremlin gene and threatens to push the car (and Barbie) off the table. Lando ~ "don't break it.."

Lando about play-doh ~ "this used to be gangster back in the day"

Oscar had a great time, Lando struggled. a lot. with getting the play-doh out of the pot and the shape cutter. a lot of shaking

They made Barbie a chair :)

Oscar was seriously unimpressed with both bop-it and Lando's singing along with said bop-it

These 3 pages are titled "Lost and Found". It's not rly related to any particular event in the story (it's just the aftermath of a mission here) But i'd probably situate it after chapter 8 with the whole Camu ordeal. I wanted to show how Kamui has found people that accept him and care for him while Camu is left behind, living through Kamui

I just recently found out that Jon actually has two crows named "Craw" and "Nightmare" (Kudos to Mistress of Fear for the info!), so as the Crow and Raven lover that I am, I had to sketch Jonathan and his birbs.

I did try to use the cell shading, which I have improved, but certainly it shows it is still out of my comfort zone hahaha.

I did base of his design of some of the comic looks and Maxwell as I kinda did shoot myself in the foot by not drawing my version of Jonathan first, but oh well XD. Likewise, I did want to keep him Ginger as outside The Dark Knight (aka my intro to Jonathan) is the iconic Batman the Animated series. I prefer his S2 design, but i enjoyed his episodes but I wished he was on more.

Anyway, here's the drawing without effects

I did originally thought about drawing him in a funny incorrect quote I found, but it might go into another day, although I finally got the idea for Jonathan x my OC (Elizabeth) drawing too. I can't 100% guarantee I'll get this done as I am a very busy buzz person (who does get hit with depresso mood swings, but I'll do my best)

He bought no bullets on purpose because he desired the rhetorical threat of the gun without the ability to harm anyone. He lived by this simile, this idea, that even if you are being slowly hacked to pieces by hate so organized and entrenched that it has become the state itself, the culture itself, you must not hate in return.
