what's noragami about?

Noragami follows the story of a minor god named Yato. A girl, Hiyori Iki, saves him from being hit from an oncoming bus, and in turn is now half phantom. Alongside them is a Shinki/Regalia, which are human souls that have passed on, and can be used as weapons for gods to fight with, named Yukine.

Unlike major gods, Yato has to struggle to survive. Tensions rise as information about Yato's past is revealed.

The manga/anime is a mix of comedy, action and drama. I personally think it excels with its character writing, and it's interesting power system! It is one of my all-time favourite mangas :)

Speaking of my music taste here's something my flatmates bf said to me that baffles me to this day

I was listening to the Victor McKnight + Penny Parker cover of Endless Possibility in the kitchen and singing along, fairly loudly I'll admit but it wasn't like anyone was asleep or anything so I assumed I was fine. Later on I went in to hang out with them in her room and her bf turned to me and just said "All Sonic music except the new ones (Frontiers) is shit." and all I could say was. "...Okay..?" BECAUSE LIKE. WHAT AM I MEANT TO SAY like he CLEARLY heard me singing along listening to Sonic Music he heard me enjoying it like MINUTES earlier. and just?? decided to tell me "hey the thing you like is bad." What did he want out of that conversation?? Obviously not a connection! Was he just trying to get a reaction?? or?? What are you suppose to say in that situation??? Like yeah cool opinion bro, it's a good thing I like shit music? What Did He Mean By This. GJFHG
