Stray cat, first apartment, new adult
last one! i think the biggest takeaway from these "challenge" prompts is that i need to read more genres wow
also: anon, my apologies, i realized belatedly that the cat was supposed to be a stray but by the time i'd checked again, this had gotten a bit away from me. i hope it's still okay! (also everyone thank @littledata for the name inspiration lol)
When Beatrice had been making all the preparations for her new - her first - apartment, what she hadn't counted on was the quiet. It's not perfectly silent - she can hear the thankfully muffled sounds of what seems to be a party next door - but it's quiet enough that it throws her off balance. Not because of the quiet itself: quiet was a familiar guest in her life, a space held for it always. But she hadn't quite realized how much different the quiet would feel, now.
It's different, she knows, different from the cold silence she'd lived with as a child. But it's different still from the warmth she'd had with her grandparents these past few years: reading with her grandfather at opposite corners of his study, kneading dough side by side with her grandmother, walking through the garden with the both of them under the stars.
She knows that they're just a phone call away, knows that she'll be with them again just next week for dinner. Beatrice closes her eyes and presses a hand to her chest. Knows that she'll be okay. Breathes through it. Breathes again.
Hears a soft jingle.
Beatrice straightens, blinks - stands from her sofa when the sound comes again. Follows it to the kitchen.
Blinks again when she finds herself face to face with a cat sitting on the counter.
"Hello, sir," Beatrice murmurs, glancing around to see the window with the loose latch above the sink now fully open (scratches out the mental note she'd made to repair it).
The cat greets her just as gently, rubbing his cheek against Beatrice's palm when she slowly reaches toward it. She can't help but smile at his friendliness. "Pleased to make your acquaintance," she says, petting along his back.
She catches sight of a collar around his neck and hanging from it is a bell and a name tag: "Jean-Clawde Van Damn," she reads aloud. She raises an eyebrow and shakes her head, can't help but laugh as well. "Your owner has quite the sense of humor."
A knock at her front door has Beatrice murmuring her leave to accept a surprise food delivery care of her grandparents. But when she calls them and goes to the kitchen to introduce them to Jean-Clawde, she finds the kitchen empty.
**
He comes back though, to Beatrice's delight, always through the kitchen window. She finds his presence a welcome one, especially on days when all her trying - to make friends, to experience new things, to remember that things don't have to be perfect - has her tired and makes the quiet too loud; it helps to have a bit of comfort in the form of a furry friend.
The next time Beatrice is at the grocery - which in itself is also new, wheeling the cart by herself, balancing her budget by herself - she finds herself lingering in the pet aisle, eyeing snacks and toys alike. Wonders what Jean-Clawde would like.
The next time he visits, Beatrice is ready: she writes a note to Jean-Clawde's owner explaining his visits, asks for permission to feed him and any preferences and/or restrictions he might have. She tucks it into his collar for his return home.
It takes a couple days for Jean-Clawde to come back and when he does, it's with a folded up sticky note tucked into his collar - yellow with what looks like a drawing of a duck in the corner, accompanied by an enthusiastic granting of permission - JC eats anything but it's okay to kick him out if he's too much! - and a pun that has Beatrice chuckling, has her searching her own brain for one to send in return.
It's only polite, Beatrice thinks to herself, smiling as she tucks another note into Jean-Clawde's collar for him to send back to his intriguing owner.
**
"I'm sorry, sir, but I'm afraid I must answer the door," Beatrice murmurs, trying her best to ignore Jean-Clawde's whining mewls as she lifts him from her lap. She frowns a bit at him in concern as she stands. He'd arrived in the morning earlier than usual and, contrary to his usual behavior, had stayed near Beatrice for almost the entire day.
I'll add it to today's note, Beatrice thinks as she opens the door at another set of frantic knocks.
"I apologize for the wait -" "Hi sorry -"
It's not often that Beatrice is stunned to silence - well, not ever, in fact. It's something new indeed to be gobsmacked by a beautiful woman standing at her front door.
The woman shakes herself, sticks out her hand and grins. "Hi, I'm Ava, I live next door. I'm sorry I never got the chance to introduce myself."
"Pleasure to meet you," Beatrice murmurs, honest and stunned as she takes her hand.
"I know this is pretty sudden and uh well see I'm looking for my cat, he kinda wanders around, he's a free soul yknow? I dunno if you've seen him - he's gray with green eyes, has a little bell -"
Beatrice glances over her shoulder. "Do you mean Mr. Van Damn?" Opens the door wider so Ava has a view of the sofa and its current occupant.
Ava sighs the sigh of an exhausted cat-mother. "Jean-Clawde Van Damn, you're in a world of trouble, buddy. We're gonna be late for your doctor's appointment." She gives Beatrice an apologetic look. "I think he saw the cat carrier this morning."
"I see," Beatrice says, then, without thinking, "It sounds like he's not the most patient of patients."
Ava whips around from where she'd been trying to coax the cat from the sofa, stares at Beatrice with her mouth agape. "It's you!"
Beatrice blinks in surprise. Remembers the tucked notes sent back and forth via Jean-Clawde's collar. "'Tis I," she says shyly. Starts to slide her hands into her pockets only to bring them out to quickly catch Jean-Clawde when he jumps off the sofa and into her arms.
"I'm glad we finally met in person," Ava says, grinning and bouncing on her toes. "Never thought you were right next door though, would've asked you out for coffee weeks ago." Ava stops, eyes wide as she gestures wildly. "I mean, only if you're interested, I know we like, don't really know each other -"
"Ava." Beatrice waits until Ava stops and takes a breath. Beatrice bites her lip, lets herself try: "Coffee sounds great. Purr-fect, even."
The laugh she gets in response eases every bit of tension in Beatrice's body. "Well, are you doing anything now? Looks like this guy is uh pretty attached to you," Ava says, gesturing to how Jean-Clawde's nestled in her arms. "Not exactly dinner and a movie but hey."
Beatrice chuckles as Jean-Clawde nuzzles her cheek. "I'd be happy to," she says, following Ava and her heart into something new.

modern!au is a CONCEPT. bless y'all. could u do some hcs for modern! roxas, ventus, vanitas, xion, and sora + having a disney marathon w/ their s/o? like what movies they pick, do they sing along, r there snuggles, what snacks are brought, etc. (pls feel free to add any other details u want. i love lil details.) (this might've sent once already, my page refreshed. if so, sorry!) hugs & kisses!
o this is such a wholesome prompt, thanks for sending it !
Sora :
You’re looking at the Disney King himself. He knows a shit ton of movies and almost every song in existence so you bet your ass he’s gonna sing. And you’ll probably tag along too, his enthusiasm is just so contagious - hell, it doesn’t matter if you don’t know the lyrics, just sing whatever you want to the rhythm of the song with him !
He’ll b e g you to watch Big Hero Six and the Lion King movies with him. After that, you can choose anything you want but just p l e a s e let him watch those, they’re his absolute favorites. Also, remember to keep some napkins around cause Sora will cry no matter the movie, the messages just hit d e e p and he’s just a softie. Just snuggle with him for a bit and pat his back while he just stutters about how cool the movies were, he’ll eventually stop with the waterworks.
You know what ? Sora probably has a lot of Disney merch. If you guys are having a disney marathon, you’re gonna do it properly. He won’t hesitate to prepare his entire house just for this movie night - building a pillow fort in the living room so you two can chill comfortably, hoarding a lot of snacks and like a thousand popcorn bags, wearing his Stitch onesie (and probably lending you his Winnie the Pooh onesie if you’re up for it !)
Like the whole concept could feel childish, but not to Sora ! He grew up with Disney and he holds those movies very dear to his heart, so he’d be so happy to know that you’re willing to pull an all-nighter with him ! You’re never too old to enjoy these things.
You know Sora would suggest inviting absolutely everyone, but he won’t complain if you wish for a more intimate date. That’s fine with him too ! The two of you would have such a fun time and then pass out in the pillow fort at like 4 am.
Vanitas :
You know those people who are like “Pffft, Disney is overrated” ? That’s Vanitas right there. The guy looks like he’s fueled by kicking puppies and being a generally mean jerk - but you know better than that. Vanitas has zero knowledge about Disney cause he was never interested in cartoons as a kid so he simply assumes it’s bad. It’s up to you to show him the real deal.
At first he’d be against the idea of having a marathon. The guy can barely pay attention to class or hold a normal conversation and you want him to just sit there and watch movies ? U n b e l i e v a b l e. Are you singing ? Please stop, no singing allowed in this house, no he doesn't want to be part of your world, plEASE SPARE HIM - Accepts in the end just to avoid doing homework. He’d let you pick whatever movie you want, but if he were to choose, he’d probably go with the Lady and the Tramp, Treasure Planet or any Pirates of the Caribbean movie.
No one will be able to wipe off that shit eating grin off your face after seeing Vanitas go from constantly talking over the movie, critizicing everything, teasing you for being so childish to just being dead silent, completely absorbed in whatever movie you two decide to watch. Feel free to catch him off guard with a smooch here, he’ll probably have a hard time processing what the fuck you just did cause holy shit did you see Hercules beat Hades' ass?
If you introduce Vanitas to the whole conspiracy theory about all Disney movies being related, you better be ready for 3 hours of him just rambling about the posibilities. Now THAT’s something that interests him. The movies would just be background noise as you two just talk away into the night, probably in the kitchen while preparing some weird food combination cause you two ran out of snacks.
If you expect Vanitas to admit that he was wrong and that Disney was, in fact, something pretty cool then you better sit down, honey. The closest thing you’ll get is him just stubbornly saying that “he wouldn’t mind spending more time with you, watching movies for kids.”
Ventus :
Ventus is a casual fan. The type that just knows the old 2D princess classics because he grew up with them, but just slowly lost track of what the hell Disney was doing. Like he probably didn't even get to see the Princess and the Frog - But's all good cause he's eager to see your favorite Disney movies !
If you make him choose a movie to watch, he'd go with the safe choices. Stuff that he knows like Snow White, the Little Mermaid and Cinderella. I can see him loving Pocahontas, Moana and the Three Musketeers, though.
If you want to pull an all nighter to watch as many classics as you can, he won't stop you and he'll try to stay awake with you (and pass out a little after midnight, lmao) - but he'd insist on taking breaks cause looking at a screen for over 6 hours straight can't be h e a l t h y.
Ventus would gladly cuddle and snuggle with you - and he'd also love to sing along, but the poor dude doesn't really know any of the lyrics. Solution ? Just put on those good subtitles and there you go ! He'd love to sing Aladdin's A Whole New World with you or just any duet. You two would get so into it that your neighbours would propably have to knock on the walls a few times so you'll lower your volume.
If you ever mention your favorite (s) disney character(s), you can totally expect Ventus to show up one day unnanounced with a plushie of them, just for you. Consider this his way of saying thanks ! And also apologize for passing out so early - he'll make up for that inviting you to yet another movie night with him.
Roxas :
Another casual fan, but the complete opposite of Ventus. Roxas never got into 2D Disney as a kid and he's more into the 3D additions like Brave, Coco or Frankenweenie. He's also that type of controversial fan who actually enjoyed the liveaction remakes of the old classics.
But don't get him wrong, he's still a r u t h l e s s critic. Roxas gets bored pretty quickly with movies that have such obvious and bland plots and twists that he can see them coming from a mile away. I see him being more of a Pixar fan, just quoting Shrek in his usual deadpan voice on a daily basis. Roxas' brain in a 1000 heartless fight : "and they don't stop coming and they don't stop coming and they-"
If you want to watch movies with him, prepare to discover Roxas' more sassy side - the guy just can't hold back all these funny remarks and jabs at Disney Fairy Tale Logic™. "Oh good for you Gaston, trying to send your crush's father to a psychiatric ward just so she can pay attention to you is SUCH a powermove. You should've dated Lefou instead -" "Do you think Ariel's daughter was born with a mermaid tail or legs? Imagine the monstrosity -".
In the end you two wouldn't even pay attention to the actual movies, since you'd be too busy mocking and impersonating every character and just rolling on the floor laughing your asses off. Your snapchat and instagram stories would be filled with videos of each other doing dumb stuff, calling out all the tiny mistakes as if you two were CinemaSins.
In the end, this Disney Marathon would just turn into a weekly movie night where you two just watch everything and anything. Sometimes it's fun and goofy, and sometimes you two actually get into the plot and discuss all the h i d d e n lore. Roxas would feel super special to have this little new tradition with you.
Xion :
Xion is the definition of a Disney Princess. She absolutely loves every princess movie and you bet your ass she screamed when all of them appeared in full 3D during Ralph breaks the Internet. Like she's a natural romantic and a dreamer at heart, so all the fairy tales just get to her, always tearing up during the climax of the movies.
Ironically, most of her favorite Disney movies aren't princess related : Aristocats, Peter Pan, Tangled and Brother Bear. Xion is that type of person who just points out all the similarities between her friends and the characters. Like Kenai and Kods's bond remind her of her and Roxas' friendship with Axel, Saix reminds her of Randall from Monsters Inc, Kairi is totally Lilo and Aqua is Nani - You get the idea !
Even if you suggested the idea of a Disney Marathon, Xion would just plan the best course of action and take the lead almost immediately. She's just so excited to be able to spend this night with you that she wants to make the most of it ! Snacks ? Check. Netflix and other sites to see movies ? Check. A shit ton of blankets and hot cocoa ? Check. The perfect partner ? Check.
Xion would do her best to not break out into fullblown singing - mostly out of respect for her roommates and neighbours, but you'll definitely hear her hum along and mutter the lyrics under her breath. And if the song is catchy enough, she'd love to pull you in for a dance !
At the end of the night, you two would be exhausted but content. Probably giving up on seeing all the movies, just listening to a disney playlist on Youtube while you two do stupid and silly Buzzfeed quizzes like "What Disney villain are you based on your aesthetics" and such. Xion has trouble sleeping, so you'll most likely end up falling asleep on her first. She'll stay awake till sunrise, taking a few sneaky selfies with you peacefully sleeping by her side.

The Party is Just Beginning
Special thanks to @princesswagger15 for collaborating with me
“Is it on?” Garcia asks as she looked through the lens of her video camera. “Okay, it’s on, and hiiiiiiiiiiiiii everyone.” She then roams around the mansion. Rossi was fortunate enough to take the team to the ski lodge over the holidays and the team decided to take advantage of it, from going skiing, to using the hot springs and even setting up a party. Garcia then decides to film the holiday party.
“Say hi to the camera.” She then tells JJ, Tara and Kate, as they wave back to the camera. She then runs to Luke in the kitchen, who had just pulled out a tray full of gingerbread cookies.
“Luke, Luke! Say hi to camera.”
“Hi camera.” He playfully waves back. She then runs to Alex and Reid, who were sitting near the kitchen table while Reid eats some doughnuts.
“Hi Spence, Blake.”
“Oh hi Garcia, are you making a movie?” Alex asked as she and Reid look on to the camera.
“Yep, I am.”
“Cool.” Reid then waves back while eating a donut.
“What game are you two playing?”
“Oh, just some lovely mahjong. It’s a lovely tile-based game that was developed in China during the Qing dynasty and has spread throughout the world since the early 20th century.”
“Cool.”
Both Reid and Alex nod as Garcia walks away. It didn’t seem much of a big party going on, mainly since it was only 14 of them at the house, tho it would soon become on, as the gang starts to become energetic just as the day progresses. She was just about to encounter Matt and Elle play smash bros, only to hear Ashley and Emily laugh in the living room, as Derek flops on top of Hotch on the sofa. Boy, this was starting to become a Christmas party.
“Oh my god, what are you guys doing?” Garcia laughed as she noticed Derek hudding Hotch.
“Huh? The fuck are talking about?” Hotch said rubbing his eyes. He tried to move, only to notice Derek wrapping his arms around him. “Wha-Morgan?! What the hell?!”
“W-What?? I-I i don’t understand.” Derek said sitting up a little.
“Were you just on top of me?”
“If that’s what you call it.”
Hotch then noticed Garcia staring at him with her camera, much to his surprise. “Garcia, are you filming this?!”
“Yes haha! How could I not?”
“Shhiiitt, to be honest I thought the couch was just really hard and lumpy.” Derek said getting off Hotch.
“And stop laughing, this isn’t funny.”
“Yes the fuck it is!” Tara said.
Garcia then points her camera at Emily, who glares into the lens.
“Uh Garcia, do you mind asking me why you’re filming us? I mean, what’s the point.” “Uh hello, I’m just trying to make some memories. Plus you all look pretty photogenic here.” Garcia tries to zoom up on Emily’s face, only to cover herself while pushing the camera away, much to her amusement.  “Rude.” She scoffs. She then points her camera back to Hotch, whom Derek continues to wrap his arms around him and cuddle, much to his amusement though also embarassment when he sees Garcia filming him again, this time, with him smiling as Derek hugs him.
Hotch groans as he tries to wave Garcia away, but to no avail. He then covers himself with the blanket before turning his back away. Fortunately for him, Garcia left as she overheard Elle and Matt playing video games in the game room.
“Not gonna lie, but I was hoping that me and Reid would end up in the same position as Derek and Hotch.” Marissa said drinking fruit punch.
“Maybe later.” Emily winked. They suddenly stop to hear a couple of screaming from another room. They watched as Garcia follows the source of the noise and followed her as well. Soon, they were suddenly greeted by the sounds of Elle and Matt screaming and swearing as they play Outlast 2 on the game console.
“FUCCCKK! I swear this game has me all the way fucked up! What are we even supposed do?!” Elle screamed.
“Why did we even chose this game in the first place?!” Matt asked.
“Because we didn’t play it when it first came out…”
He paused and looked over to Elle. “I-”
“Hey guys, what are you two playing?” “We’re playi-”
“OHHH SHHITT!.......FUCK!” They were suddenly startled by a jumpscare in the game.
“What the shit was that??!!” Elle yelled.
“Piggy Piggy Dude.”
“My god, what is this?” JJ asked.
“We’re playing Outlast 2.”  Matt responds, clutching his chest. “Goddamn jumpscares.”
“This is a Christmas party and of all the games you wanted to play, you two chose that?” Kate glares at them.
“It………..it was free tho……..”
“Yeah, but still. You’re gonna get nightmares from it, I know I did when I played it.”
The two gamers sigh as they keep playing.
“Well, all I know was that I got some really cool content for my video.” Garcia smiled. “Even though that means I’d have to spend a few hours watching happy cat videos after this.”
“Wait Garcia, were you just filming us?” Elle looked at her.
“Mayyybbeee…..????”
“W-why?”
“B-Because I wanted to…”
She and Matt sigh as Garcia pats both of them on the back before skipping away. Nonetheless, they kept playing.
“So I guess that’s everyone.” Garcia looked to her camera. “Oh except Rossi, but he’s only out to get some more eggnog, because Someone thought it was a good idea to hog most of the eggnog!” “I said I was sorry!” Luke shouts in the background.
“You better be.” She rolled her eyes. She then walked over to a tall tree standing by the staircase, and scrolls up and down.
“And here it is, our beautiful Christmas tree.”
“Oooooo pretty!” Tara said.
“We all took a fair share in decorating the whole tree, and might we say that we all did a pretty good job.”
“Yeah, we did.” Garcia then scrolls down to a large pile of gifts surrounding the tree. “And oh my, we’ve got tons of presents. I wonder what’s inside, ooooo can’t wait to open them.”
While Garcia continues to roam around the holiday home, Reid just had just walked out from the bathroom after washing his hands, where he noticed Marissa sitting alone at the living room. Seeing that she was all by herself, he walks over to her.
“Hey Marissa.”
“Oh hey Spencey.”
“What are you watching?”
“I think it's Rudolph the Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.”
Reid looked to the screen “Ooo Rudolph, the 1964 version, my favorite one.”
“Really? Haha, I would've picked you as a Tim Burton Nightmare Before Christmas guy.”
He shrugged his shoulders. “I-I like both.”
Marissa raised an eyebrow “What’s up? You stuttering?”
“Eh, it's a force of habit. I was gonna ask you if it's okay if I can watch the movie with you seeing that you're by yourself. Unless you want to be alone.”
“Oh, of course you can! I'd love to spend some time with you hun!”
“Cool.” He then sits down beside her as they watch the movie. Just then, the two notice the little mistletoe hanging above them. Before either of them could say anything, the two suddenly found themselves kissing each other on the lips.
“Wow haha.” Marissa blushed, prompting Reid to blush in return.
“Where'd you learn skills like that Reid?”
He stuttered. “I-I don't know. It just came into my head.”
“Well you're amazing.” She smiled.
“Thanks.”
“Always.” She rest her head on his shoulder as the two continue to watch the movie. Unbeknownst to them, Garcia was somewhere secretly filming them.
“Omg you guys are giving me LIFE! Y'ALL ARE JUST THE CUTEST!” She quietly squealed. She then strolled around to the living room before staring into the camera
“And that’s all of us, I hope you-” She heard the doorbell rang. “Oh, I wonder who could that be?” She then peeks at the door and smiles, revealing Rossi as she opens the door.
“Oh look it’s Rossi! The man we’d want to thank for letting us stay over and borrow this beloved holiday house for a party. Say hi to the camera Rossi.” Rossi was too focused to even bother staring or saying anything to the camera as he struggled to carry two large boxes inside, giving a rather side eye look to Garcia. “Sorry about that. He’s a little preoccupied at the moment, but that’s okay. He’s usually like that.” She then looked around to see everyone else having fun at the party, from Matt and Elle playing video games, to Reid and Marissa watching a movie, to Alex eating cookies with JJ, Luke and Tara while everyone else play games and dance. It wasn’t much, though it was already becoming a party.
Happy New Year everyone!

Thank you! (Lol I’m hoping I haven’t asked this before. I’ve asked a couple blogs 😅) Could you do Shu or Laito with a bride who is insecure about her weight? Like... cause she isn’t as small as Yui, for lack of a nicer phrasing, I guess. It can be fluff, or NSFW if you’re up for it (cause you know. Laito) {it depends on who wants to write it. Only if you want to of course. I’m sorry but I can’t remember which Mun prefers what 😓} thank you ❤️
Hope ya like it! I decided to do two prompts one w/ Shu and I might end up doing one for Laito at a later date, though! Also, I know the feeling of being insecure about weight, and this might slightly go somewhat into Eating disorder waters, I’ll try not to do that, though, but I’m sorry if it gets a bit trigger-y. “Fun” fact: yo gurl Roza suffers from an ED so I’m sorry if I make it #SuperTriggering. Warnings: NSFW (Only inplied, but I might write a smut scene later on if y'all sinners want it.)                  Self-hate/(potential development stages of an eating disorder)
Shu:You stared in the mirror, biting your lip as you looked at your body. You weren’t exactly “fat”. Not technically, since you were in the “average weight” Spectrum of your height. Nonetheless, you /felt/ disgusting and fat. And now, you stood in front of the mirror in your room, in your underwear, feeling absolutely sick to the stomach. Your thunder thighs.Your bulging stomachYour fat face and your fat, flabby armsYou /hated/ it. Truly, deeply despised your own body. You knew you weren’t good enough for Shu. You’d known it all along, but it was only recently you finally realised it on a conscious level after Yui had been brought into the manor as a new sacrificial bride. You by no means disliked Yui, she was lovely and sweet and kind. She was /perfect/. Even though you didn’t hate the blonde girl, you envied her like hell. She had the body you always wanted, and it killed you to know that you were being a stupid, selfish and envious bitch. Yui was so kind and you tried being kind too, but you couldn’t help being so incredibly annoyed that he had the body you doubted you’d ever be able to have. You felt bad, you’d been avoiding her recently because every time you look at her, you compare yourself to her and it makes you more and more frustrated and angry with yourself. In fact, you’ve begun to compare yourself to every girl you see, most of them being skinnier than you by a ton. You could only wonder why Shu hadn’t left you to be with Yui or some other girl who was far prettier and thinner than you. Slowly, you got dressed, and tried to pick the clothes that had a slimming effect, it was hard to find such clothes, but you managed. (Timeskip)It had been a few weeks since then, and you’ve decided to lose weight. You’ve started eating less, and only ate if anyone else was around, which was quite easy to do since the boys themselves didn’t need to eat often, or at all really, and you only had Sunday dinner together. You stepped on the scale, smiling proudly as you saw the number on the scale go down. You were already much thinner than a few weeks ago, you were doing well. You still ate, of course, just…perhaps slightly less than you were meant to. But hey, as long as it worked…right?Yui was the first to notice, and she complimented you, noting how your legs looked much more shapely, feminine. After a while, some of the boys noticed, too. Laito was the first to actually notice, but it’s Laito and he notices those things with ease. Kanato and Reiji noticed it too, Rejij complimented you and Kanato just noted it quickly, not really staying on the topic. However what upset you, was that Shu hadn’t noticed, or if he did, then he didn’t say anything. Did he not even really care about you anymore? What if he noticed, but you still aren’t skinny enough? Obviously you were not yet skinny, but still far better than you had been not that long ago…!As time went on, you ate less and less, and at first, you assumed no one noticed since no one said anything about it. Yui was catching onto it, though, based on the sad, pleading looks she sent you and tried to get you to eat meals with her, but you refused, always have some excuse.“I’m not hungry”“I feel ill”“I already ate..!Of course, you were hungry. You ate so little, it was horrible. But it was all for the result. For being skinny. And then maybe you’d be enough for Shu…!
You planned on doing your first fast* tomorrow, and you were nervous. Never before had you fast, so there was a danger of binging. You had just finished taking a bath and checking your weight on the scale, when you noticed you’d gone up a few pounds from a recent binge, causing tears to come to your eyes. You failed..! Maybe the fast would need to last longer? forty-eight hour fast…? Were you ready for that? You left the bathroom, dressed in your nightwear, ready to sleep. It was morning, and you’d all gotten back from the academy not too long ago, and you were tired. You assumed everyone else was asleep already. You couldn’t wait for your head to hit the soft pillows and fall asleep. Your (e/c) eyes widened in mild surprise when you saw Shu sitting on your bed, his deep ocean-blue eyes staring into your very soul. “S-Shu…!” You stuttered out, “What are you doing here? Shouldn’t you be sleeping?” You asked, nervously. It’d been…a few days since you and he had been fully alone. You spent time together, of course, but it’s been getting less and less since you don’t want him knowing that you haven’t been eating - which he’d know if he was to spend too much time with you. “…” Shu was silent for a moment, before sighing. You froze.
Did he know!?  Oh, Gods, he knew, didn’t he?How…? Did someone tell him!?“…Yui says you haven’t been eating.” He finally spoke up, his face stoic. You cried out internally, of course, Yui would’ve told and snitched on you!“I do eat.” You lied, biting your lip, not looking into his eyes. Shu glared at you, shaking his head slightly. “Don’t lie to me.” He darkly stated, “I can tell when you lie.” He added, crossing his arms. “And look me in the eyes when I’m talking to you.” He demanded. This was…odd. He was usually so care-free, so calm. But now he was so…gravely serious and seemingly angry.Gods, he was angry, wasn’t he!?You could feel the tears gathering in your eyes and your knees getting weak.“Why have you been doing it?” He asked although it sounded much more like an order or question. He was ordering you to answer him. “…I…” You choked on tears, and you couldn’t take it anymore. “…I’m just…” You tried to speak through the tears, “I’m just so F A T!” you cried out loudly, knees giving in as you feel on the ground, crying. “…I-I…I’m sorry!” You exclaimed, shaking your head as you cried, staring at the ground and crying your eyes out. You were so pathetic. He’d probably leave you right now. Suddenly, you felt a warmth around your body and it took you a while to realise it.Shu was holding you. You cried into his chest, whimpering and choking on the tears. After a few minutes that felt like several hours, you heard a somewhat sad chuckle erupt from him, as he spoke up, “You’re such a troublesome woman…” He sighed softly,  his arms tightening around you. His tone wasn’t degrading nor judgeful, but almost…playful. As if he wanted to lighten the mood.“You shouldn’t worry about such bothersome things, (y/n).” He stated softly, /sweetly/, his eyes looking down at you affectionately. This was a side of Shu only you really got to see. His real affectionate side…“If I didn’t want you, I wouldn’t have made you mine in the first place,” Shu assured, and lifted you bridal style, shocking you. “Besides, you’ll always be light to me.” He smugly stated as he carried you to your bed, and placed you down, smiling, pure love and lust into his eyes, “But I think it’s my job to show you how beautiful you are to me as your lover, isn’t it?” He smirked and kissed you softly.

Hope you liked it!
I’ll leave the ending to your imagination~

Grey's Anatomy: All of Me (14x24)
A lot of this was very cute, but on the whole this finale was just okay for me.
Cons:
I think TV shows are overly saturated with "disaster wedding" episodes, and I guess I was just looking for something a little different. There's a moment early on where everyone is sitting at the church and the wedding music starts, and I was pleasantly surprised by the idea that the wedding ceremony was going to happen early on, and that the rest of the episode could be focused on the reception. But, instead, it turns out that most of the guests were at the wrong ceremony. There are tons of disasters, both medical and otherwise - Jo and Alex get stuck in a shed with a skeleton, the wedding planner goes into anaphylactic shock, the pastor is super late, etc. etc. Wouldn't it be nice to just have a normal, easy ceremony for once? I'm not saying it would make the best TV, but still.
There was some clumsy writing with the way both Arizona and April got written off this week. My little shipper heart was thrilled with the suggestion that Arizona and Callie might be able to find their way back to each other, but to find out in an offhand comment that Callie and Penny broke up feels very odd to me. Callie moved away from her whole life because of Penny. If the two of them aren't together anymore, then why is Callie still in New York? What was the whole point of Sofia bouncing back and forth? It was all just handled so very poorly. And April gets a very clunky line of exposition where she tells us that she's helping the homeless now, and that's why she quit her job at Grey Sloan. This feels like a good ending for April hypothetically, but it's a bit of a sudden and flimsy excuse for her being written off the show. As far as I can tell, she and Matthew are still living in Seattle, right? Maybe she'll be able to pop back in and make guest appearances?
Teddy is pregnant with Owen's child. The Owen and Amelia stuff is already feeling more soap-opera-y than I prefer from my medical soap operas, thank you very much. Ugh. This makes no sense and makes me so very angry.
Pros:
Alex and Jo were adorable, and happy, and totally chill about the wedding being a disaster. April cared about how the ceremony was going so much more than they did, and I thought that was a lot of fun. It was nice that even though the wedding was a disaster, the bride and groom were not worried at all. They were just happy and having a good time. I love Jo's slightly hysterical laughter, especially when they find a skeleton in the shed and she tries to put a positive spin on the situation. She's pretty great. I haven't heard any news about Alex and Jo leaving the show if Jo goes to Boston to pursue this new career opportunity, but I really, really hope they stick around. Losing Alex would be an extremely tough pill to swallow.
Meredith doesn't want to lose Alex either, which prompts her to offer Jo an attending position at Grey Sloan. She later apologizes for doing that and tells Jo that the opportunity in Boston is great and she's happy for her. Throughout the episode we see Amelia hounding Meredith to try and figure out what's wrong, convinced that Meredith is secretly in love with Alex, or then secretly in love with Jo... it was all pretty funny, and I found myself enjoying Amelia more than I have been lately.
So... April and Matthew get married, with Jackson in attendance, and it's honestly pretty sweet. I'm going to miss April, and I still maintain that I would have liked to actually see a bit of their romance play out, but at the same time, I'm happy that she gets exactly what she always wanted. She gets to marry a man who loves God as much as she does, and the two of them will raise their two children together, and it's all just so sweet and full-circle. Both of these people have been hurt so badly by life, and now they get the reward they deserve. It's sickly sweet, but I'm all for it, at the end of the day. Jackson being happy for April, knowing that the two of them are going to be in each other's lives, loving and supporting each other, makes April's departure feel a little less sad.
Since the whole wedding goes to crap, most of the party are back on the ferry to the mainland, and Jo and Alex still haven't tied the knot. Meredith gets ordained online, and performs a brief ceremony for the two of them. We cut their ceremony in with April and Matthew's, and also with the random couple whose wedding got interrupted earlier when the mother of the bride collapsed. It was kind of cool to see these three ceremonies being performed at the same time. I especially like the fact that Meredith doesn't say the traditional words, but says things like "do you want to be married to Jo?" instead of "do you take Jo?" and that kind of thing. Even if Alex and Jo do leave the show (please no!) I know that Alex and Meredith will be friends for life. I love the fact that Meredith and Jo have gotten closer this season, so you can see that Meredith means it when she remarks that Jo and Alex really bring out the best in each other.
Bailey decides she wants to take a sabbatical from being chief, and focus on research and surgery more. She might be offering an interim position to Teddy Altman, which seems a little sudden. But even with the silliness of the whole pregnancy thing, I think I'm on board for this one. Teddy could be a fun way to bring back a familiar face, since we're losing a couple of our key players. I liked the little story about this other random stranger's wedding, and I liked that it ended up being a happy story, even with all the complications along the way. That was sort of the theme of the episode - complications will happen, but we'll all get through it and get to our happily ever after!
I'm really going to miss April and Arizona. Especially Arizona. And while I'm not 100% thrilled with either exit, I do love the fact that Calzona is implied endgame. I never really got over those two breaking up. I'll see y'all in the fall for Season Fifteen!

12/11/17 -- Elder Dalton Hall, Kansas, Wichita Mission
Dalton's second letter home:
Hello everyone!!! I hope you all had a great Halloween!! Nothing was different here yesterday other than some of the Elders on my floor had some decorations lol. I didn't really think much about it, plus I've never been a huge fan of Halloween anyway (besides the candy) so it didn't really bother me!
So last P-Day after I was done emailing we went to the Provo Temple and it was so cool! I've never done an endowment session in another temple, so it was neat. I also got to go in with the Elders from my zone and district! On Thursday we woke up and gave service at like 6:25 and we just cleaned the whole building. We cleaned the bathrooms, mopped the floor all that stuff. That morning we went to get a sack breakfast after our service and I ran into Brandon Soctomah! Brandon is a year ahead of me, but he just got to the MTC last week! We went to the same high school and had mutual friends and went on some dates and played basketball together and it was so cool to run into him and talk to him! So you know how Elder Carter and I were teaching our investigator Stefanie? Well it turns out she was like a "practice investigator" and she teaches our 6-9 class now! I knew it was gonna happen cuz someone told me on accident, but she is really nice and really helpful in class! This week we received two new investigators! One of them is "David" and he is 47 and his kids and wife are members but he isn't. (It's really Brother Astorga our Spanish teacher) But anyway, he is going to be an investigator and we are going to teach him the lessons as if he wasn't a member. We also got another investigator this week and it's an elderly lady named Sofia Avila and we have had two lessons with her! Our Spanish is not very well so she corrected us a lot, but we taught her the first lesson (the first lesson is about gods plan for his children and the atonement and Joseph Smith and the Book of Mormon which sounds like a lot, but we have learned how to teach it effectively in class) and in our second meeting we talked to her about the Plan of Salvation. Sofia is most likely a "practice investigator" but the MTC told us that there's a chance that they could be a real investigator which is pretty cool! Elder Carter and I really felt the spirit in both of our lessons but mainly the second lesson because she had questions about her family members that don't believe in God. Elder Carter bore a powerful testimony because his Dad served the same mission as him, but now his dad is inactive and then I shared my testimony about some of the family members I had that are inactive. We both were very emotional because we both love our families so much and we love the gospel with our whole heart and all we want is to share the gospel and Christ's love to everyone. The spirit was strong. In the book of Mosiah in the Book of Mormon there is a chapter about the Sons of Mosiah and they couldn't bear the thought of people not knowing the gospel so they served missions for like 14 years! That is how Elder Carter and I feel and we both work well together in our lessons, but what is most important, is the spirit that we are blessed with throughout our lessons, because the Spirit is the real teacher.
Another little spiritual moment was in our class the other day. We all read 1 Nephi Chapter 1 as a class and we all wrote down a question we had. As we read the whole chapter I received an answer to my question as did everyone else in the class. We all shared our thoughts and impressions and it was so cool. I received my answer in verse 20 where it talked about having faith in the Lord and realizing the tender mercies that the Lord gives to us. My question was "How can I be able to learn Spanish better and be able to use that in our lessons?" and I realized that the Lord has blessed me with tender mercies such as just being able to pray in Spanish and teach what I need to in our lessons! I also learned that if I have faith in the Lord then ANYTHING is possible. We also had class study time where we split into two groups and read Ether 12 and that chapter is so great and I challenge all of you to read it because it talks mainly about having faith but it also talks about hope and charity. Faith is our anchor! Without faith there is no hope! I challenge you all to read and pray about the chapter because it is an amazing testimony builder.
My second Sunday was awesome too!! It was like a regular Sunday except I woke up at like 6:15 and went to some meetings. We had sacrament, priesthood and then like a devotional by Brother Christensen from the Branch Presidency. Every Sunday there is a departing district and it's hard because we've been talking and getting to know a lot of the elders in the departing districts and then they just leave! Haha, but it's okay because we get along and talk with all the Elders and Sisters here. That Sunday night we had a devotional and Mitch Davis, the filmmaker of "The Other Side of Heaven" and he helped out with "Dead Poet Society", spoke to us! He talked about losing ourselves in the work and letting God sculpt us into our true self and ultimately what he wants us to be. He had a great message and it was enjoyable to hear from him. So every Sunday night is movie night and our district decided to go to Jeffrey R. Holland's "Open Your Mouth" talk that he gave here not too long ago. Elder Holland is an awesome apostle and he is very firm in his testimony. He is very open and opinionated and it is so awesome because he is so funny and he really makes sure that we know what we’re doing. He makes sure that we don't fall off the path and he is not afraid to call us to repentance and tell us that we have to be better. It is such a great talk and he said that the way we defeat the adversary on our mission is to open our mouth. If we open our mouth and push our limits, then we will be blessed and help others to come closer to Christ AND at the same time, we will prevent the adversary from "winning".
Okay! Last speaker! We had Craig C. Christensen from the Presidency of the Seventy speak to us last night and it was so cool to be with another general authority! He talked to us about how we are vital to spreading the gospel to all the corners of the earth and he shared a ton of scriptures and quotes about truly being converted to the gospel. It was so perfect because I hear that in Ecuador that there are so many baptisms but that there inactive list is huge because the people weren't converted to the gospel. One of my goals when i get to Ecuador is to convert people and help families become stronger and united in the gospel and it went along great with Elder Christensen's talk. We just went to our class after the devotional and our district reviewed the devotional and we all shared the promptings we received and that was amazing. My district is so awesome! I am so blessed to be at the Provo MTC because I have the opportunity to hear from apostles and general authorities of our Savior Jesus Christ.
This week has been even better than the first week and my testimony is much stronger. Elder Carter and I have been trying to be obedient and study when we can. We have a spot that we like to go to and there is a music box that plays peaceful music and we just sit there and study and look out the windows to see beautiful Utah and the beautiful Provo Temple.
I also want to share my testimony that families can be together forever and that families are so important to God's plan of happiness. I am so grateful for my family and for all the families that have blessed my life. I want to share my love for President Thalman and the Thalman family as they are all great examples to me. President Thalman is a great example of what a priesthood holder and father should be and I love and appreciate that. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family President.
Oh also if y'all were wondering about the exercise time here it's been sick! We played soccer a lot more this week and we tore it up. Our district has a few good soccer players and our Zone Leaders are pretty good too, but the other day we played the "Cantonese Elders", which just means that they are all going somewhere Cantonese speaking, and they are all legit soccer players and they have this Elder from England with an accent, but we shut them down. They were pretty hard and they talked trash and we all played physical, which is what I like. We were all really trying to humble these Elders and I like kept stealing it from Coxcy, the English Elder, and there were some words exchanged and it was just chippy which was super fun ! I had a golasso and an assist and we played D pretty well. Elder Carter was dribbling to the goalie and it was a one-on-one situation, but they ran into each other and the goalie freaked out, but then I scored so technically with that goal we tied. Haha, but it was fun and at the end of the day we were all chill. Also, today for our exercise time this morning I got to play some actually COMPETITIVE basketball with Brandon and some other guys who actually were pretty good and we played a bunch of games, so it was great to get back on the court!
I am loving it here and I know that this is the best place for me to be!! I love all of you so much! Thank you all for the support and emails!! I wish I had time to write all of you more but we are always so busy especially today! Also, sorry if my grammar and spelling is off, I am really trippin out going back and forth between English and Spanish all day!
Amen.  --  Elder Dalton Hall
