After the fight, what’s the fate of everyone’s favorite pacifist?
When Frisk died, only a small fragment of their soul remained. However it still held enough determination to persist. It managed to draw in enough magic to form a functional monster soul.
Frisk's body was still viable, so their soul used the magic it now produced to restart their physical body, as well as form a monster body around it as a bit of protection. However, due to having to constantly output magic in order to keep their physical body functioning, Frisk's soul doesn't have enough magic left over for them to actually perform magic.
Frisk also has to worry about the original fragment producing too much determination and causing the magical parts of their body to destabilize. They can't use it to save, load, or reset anymore, so they have to learn other ways to use it up.
They learn that if they focus, they can direct their determination magic to do almost anything they want. They mainly use it to imitate normal monster magic, communicate, and helping push themselves when they're low on energy or just having a hard time. Though if they push themselves too hard and use up too much determination, they can cause their whole soul to start to destabilize due to the determination being what holds everything together. This causes them to have a hard time breathing, body pain, dizziness, fatigue, and various other issues caused by both their magical and physical body failing. If they still continue to push themselves, they can end up hospitalized. They have done this multiple times, despite knowing of the consequences. They are extremely stubborn.

Frisk
They are pretty average height-wise for a human their age, but that means that they're quite a bit shorter than monsters their age
They prefer to still wear shoes, despite the fact that most monsters don't
They rarely speak and tend to use sign language. Though they can direct their thoughts through their magic if they need to.
Their body and face are still very "human" in appearance. Their face shape as well as their hands and feet are especially noticeable.
They originally took the offer to be the ambassador, but it proved to be too much for them with everything else they were dealing with at the time. Papyrus happily took over.
Their eyes glow red when they're using their magic
They started wearing glasses after Toriel realized that they were nearsighted
They did one genocide run early on in the resets, but felt so bad afterwards that they never did it again. It was done out of anger, and Frisk is now terrified of their own temper, and will let things go rather than cause a conflict.
Them and Chara are the only two who remember the other timeline, though they have spoken with Asriel about it.
They are pretty good friends with Clover. The two of them are the least chaotic of their group, so they tend to just chill sometimes.
They see Toriel as their mom, but they don't really see everyone else as their siblings
They're dating Asriel
They enjoy babysitting for Undyne and Alphys, and like to help out with the younger kids at the school.
They were 10 when they fell
They are biologically 16 in the time-skip, though due to the resets, they're mentally older

Toward the end of June, I deleted my Tumblr due to harassment. I should have just taken a break or deactivated it since I chose to come back. Shocking, considering my feelings toward this place. I was upset because one of the people who has issues with me over things I said/did/believed four years ago, came up with the wild accusation that I was lying about my mom and brother's place catching on fire. I was less hurt that anyone would believe that and more upset that...Wow. There are actually people in this world who would lie about such things?
Here's an update on that, though. It was mostly me doing all the cleanup. My mom and brother work most of the time, though she tries to help on her days off. Dad couldn't be around the smoke smell due to his weakened lungs from cancer treatments. He also couldn't do much because of the heat. Temps over 85F/29C take a toll on him. But I managed to get their portion of the house thrown away. It took about seven four-foot dumpsters and fourteen small trash cans.
The next step is to knock down the roof on that side of the house, and then we get to focus on the other side. Yeah, all of that time and energy for one half. Well, plus cleaning out the basement. Everything down there had water damage from the firefighters putting it out.
I've been hyper-fixated on Diablo IV this season. I got Tormented Grigorie down half last night (in two minutes, lol), so I've got a bit of a way to go, but I'm almost there! I also FINALLY beat the Raiden Training in Genshin, so I can move on in the storyline. And I've got 5200 Primos saved up so far for Mavuika!
Twitch Studio on my PC stopped working, so I had to find something else. I'm now using Prism Live, which lets me stream on up to six sites for free. So now you can find me on Kick, Twitch, and YouTube as SakuraWolf23!
I did, in fact, switch my Facebook gaming page over to also include crocheting and drawing, as I'm going to let SakuraWolf23 be the name I'm recognized by in those communities as well. Not much crocheting has been posted yet, but there will be as soon as I have more free time and energy to return to it.
I'm still streaming on Mon/Fri nights at 5.30 PST, but I hope to return to my MWF schedule soon or add a fourth day! Maybe even an every-two-day thing or something. I just enjoy it a lot and want to do it more.
Currently working on the next chapter of my Guardians of Sanctuary fanfic. You can still find me as SamanthaNBishop on Archive of our Own and Wattpad, but I decided to reactivate my Quotev, so I'm there as well now. I let go of Reedsy after reading more into their terms and conditions. But I'll still use the prompts there to get ideas.
While away from here, I polished up four short stories. I still have about ten more to revise and ten or so to write, and then I'll be looking to publish my first short story collection!
I'll also restart my thing, where I share my opinions about books, movies, games, etc. Interesting parts, life lessons, or scenes that evoke a strong emotion in me. Thinking of calling it Magical New World or something similar just to have the acronym MNW.
At the moment, I can't think of anything else I need to update on or speak about. So I guess that's it. Sorry for the long post!

Leeds United: Meslier, Bogle, Firpo, Ampadu, Struijk, Rodon, James (Piroe 71), Joseph (Bamford 79), Georginio, Gnonto (Aaronson 71), Gruev (Rothwell 71).
Subs not used: Darlow, Byram, Gelhardt, Wober, Crew. Last season Leeds United got off to a poor start, managing to win only one of our first five games - and also finished the season badly, losing four of our last six games. Nevertheless we ended up with an impressive 90 points, but still failed to get promoted. In order to secure a return to the Premier League this time around, we need to do at least as well as last season while hoping that nobody else is able to dominate the league like Leicester and Ipswich did last time….
Our opening fixture against Portsmouth looked like a very winnable game that would get us off to a better start, but what happened instead was typical Leeds - we dominated the game, missed loads of chances, gave away some cheap goals and ended up scraping a draw….
Amazingly, Leeds hit the woodwork three times in the first seven minutes. First of all, a great cross from Georginio found Willy Gnonto in the Portsmouth box, who saw his deflected shot hit the bar and go behind. From the resulting corner, Ethan Ampadu's header also hit the bar, with Junior Firpo's follow up then being saved by the Pompey keeper. Less than a minute later a free kick by Ilia Gruev hit the corner of post and bar.
Shortly after that we were awarded a penalty when Dan James was blatantly fouled in the area and Pascal Struijk coolly slotted it home to give Leeds a deserved lead. To say that we bossed the first 20 minutes of the game would be an understatement, and it should already have been put to bed before awful defending and worse goalkeeping gifted Pompey an equaliser totally against the run of play. Leeds continued to dominate the game, but Mateo Joseph, Gnonto and Georginio all failed to put away decent chances, and Pompey scored again just before half time with their second shot of the match….
Fortunately, Gnonto equalised shortly after the restart and it looked like we would still go on to win, but despite dominating possession and creating more opportunities, we couldn't find the net. Daniel Farke made a triple change in the 71st minute, replacing Gruev, Gnonto and James with Joe Rothwell, Brenden Aaronson and Joel Piroe. A few minutes later Patrick Bamford replaced Mateo Joseph. But the changes actually made us less effective and as the minutes ticked by, it looked like the game would finish 2-2. But then Pompey were awarded a very dodgy penalty in stoppage time, and scored their third goal from only their fourth shot on target - and it looked like it was all over.
However, Leeds didn't give up, and Aaronson almost turned himself into an instant hero by equalising from the edge of the box after being played in by Piroe. I say "almost" because in the final seconds he could have won the game for Leeds but dragged his shot just wide….
It must have been an amazing game for any neutrals watching, but for Leeds fans it was two points dropped at home, and a worrying sign that the flaws which prevented us from getting promoted last season are still there….

I had my cpu cleaned yesterday, which felt great bc the dust that's piled up was stressing me out, but it suddenly started acting out today for some reason and I'm just ????¿¿¿¿
Like I was in the middle of coloring that Zutara wip and only walked out the room for a bit to attend to something important (and fortunately I managed to save my progress too as a habit) but when I came back, the display was black and wouldn't turn on no matter how many keys I pressed. I restarted it, but instead of turning on, the fans in the cpu started getting louder and pretty much just stayed that way. There were some beeps too (which seemed significant according to Google. The search results weren't encouraging btw) but it didn't happen again when I restarted my PC for the third, fourth time.
Idk man the timing is just weird and well, I'm definitely upset but also, considering my bad sleeping habits, too sleepy to really digest it at the moment? Like I would definitely check my cpu again later after dinner but right now...I don't want to deal with it 🥲. Don't even want to think about it lmao. Might have a meltdown too if the problem is worse than expected bc I won't be able to continue drawing anything on my tablet until it gets fixed.
There's also the matter of money and pc parts being expensive UGH
Anyway, just wanted to get this feeling off my chest. I usually vent in twt but the format wasn't satisfying enough and my tendency to ramble just fits right here in tumblr.

"Kent v Linebacker" -Ted Lasso
Roy's knee is fucked. This is well known.
His fucking monster child, who he loves, accidentally fucks it up more. Such is life.
Part 2 // Accompanying AU
WORDS: 2631
XXX
Their first son is “built like a linebacker,” according to Ted Lasso. Roy shows his usual disdain at the reference to the wrong type of football, but Keeley wearily agrees- she was, after all, the one who carried then delivered their 10-pound baby.
Most people see their son and suggest rugby instead of football, even as they pile tiny Kent jerseys and footballs onto the new parents. Roy insists he doesn’t give a damn if their child wants to play rugby or football or join the damn chess club, but he also tears up the first time Keeley puts him in a tiny (or maybe just small) Richmond jersey.
Because of the way Roy and Keeley are, they balance each other out. Marriage and parenthood come to them relatively smoothly, save for typical growing pains and bumps in the road. But they figure it out, at least for the most part.
One of the more persistent bumps is Roy’s knee. Because, while he was forced to walk away from playing football, Roy is reluctant to accept other limitations. He’ll run or dance or carry around the baby’s new crib, and then swear and pop his knee back into place as needed. Doctors eventually find this out and inform him that this is, in fact, bad. Roy Kent tells them to fuck off. He doesn’t echo this sentiment when Keeley suggests that they’re right.
Because, as usual, she seems to have a point. It doesn’t always take a miles-long Christmas day walk or a rom-com style sprint to Ted Lasso to fuck up Roy’s knee. Somedays, it’s going down the stairs one too many times. Or standing up long enough to make Keeley a fancy dinner. Or jumping around in the coaches’ box after a Richmond win. So Roy concedes this matter, and anyway, he doesn’t particularly enjoy moving his kneecap around or Phoebe’s and Keeley’s face when he does so.
Roy scales back, reluctantly and unhappily. He does modified yoga with the moms and they suggest stretches to help him. Roy doesn’t push himself nearly as much, and so the pain in his daily life decreases.
Then Roy becomes a father, and then his son becomes a toddler.
Oliver is a fucking ray of sunshine. He’s inherited Keeley’s bubbly personality, something evident from his first dazzling smile and the peals of laughter that soon follow. When he starts to talk, he does so incessantly, and he puts every ounce of his energy into babbling and running literal circles around his parents. Even Keeley- even Ted Lasso, occasional babysitter- struggle to keep up. But Roy and Keeley and the Richmond team do their level best to entertain and supervise him, and it works.
Then, because they’re fucking daft, Roy and Keeley decide they want another fucking monster to turn their lives all upside down.
Oliver is three when they tell him he’s going to be a big brother. He’s overjoyed, then he cries, then he’s comforted, then he’s overjoyed again. Roy is the happiest he’s ever fucking been with his son, and Keeley pregnant, and then life comes along and fucks it all up again.
Father and son are just home from preschool, Oliver restarting his long-winded recap of his day when he sees Keeley. Roy hobbles through the door behind him, grinning at Keeley for half a second. She beams back at him, then returns her attention to their child, brows furrowing as she tries to decipher his somewhat senseless story.
Roy’s standing by Keeley’s side, hand on her shoulder as they listen the best they can. Oliver reaches a part of his tale that’s especially exciting- something about cupcakes and a classmate’s birthday, and he gives a shout, then springs up with his arms spread wide, and-
-forty pounds of force collide with Roy’s bad leg. He hears Keely gasp, which is what registers first, then his vision goes white as pain overtakes him, and he feels himself falling.
He opens his eyes a moment later, and Keeley is crouching at his side awkwardly, the swell of her stomach hindering her. Oliver gives a noise that indicates he’s probably about to cry, and Roy shushes him through a groan.
“Fuck,” Roy says, his voice strained. “I’m okay.”
Keeley purses her lips, which indicates she’s well aware of his lie, but she draws Oliver against her side, rubbing circles into his back as she takes Roy’s hand.
“It hasn’t been this bad before, has it?”
Roy shakes his head. “I think I’m fucked,” he confesses, trying to keep the uncertainty and pain out of his words.
“ER fucked?”
“Fuck no.”
“Can you get up, Roy?” Keeley would sound impatient if not for the way her tone wavers. Roy shifts, babying his leg, and Keeley watches as he winces, cringes, and swears again.
Keeley whispers something to Oliver, and he sniffs loudly before scampering off into the kitchen. His wife stands, unsteady and off-balance, and reaches down to help him. Roy uses only his left leg to rise, trying not to knock Keeley over, and he staggers before grabbing the back of the couch to steady himself. Keeley holds onto his elbow and guides him around so he can sit.
“I’m fucked,” Roy reiterates, and this time, Keeley just nods.
-
In the end, there’s no ER visit- just a few pulled strings to get Roy into the doctor the next day. Rebecca stops by to deliver crutches and a few bottles of painkillers once Keeley realizes that Roy can’t get to the bathroom- or anywhere else, for that matter- on his own. More reluctantly, Ted is called, and he promises to give Oliver the “best darn sleepover since the movie Sleepover.” Roy isn’t particularly keen on Ted being privy to this particular moment of weakness, but Ted leaves with Oliver quickly enough, and Keeley’s pretty sure that even just a few minutes of exposure to Ted is enough to force some positivity into Roy’s outlook, and for that, she’s grateful.
Roy sleeps on the couch that night, as stairs are out of the question. Even if he could manage to struggle up them, he can only imagine coming back down via a painful fall. He’s alone, too, because, despite Keeley’s protests, he’s not about to let his pregnant wife sleep anywhere but a proper bed.
He lies awake long after kissing and texting Keeley goodnight, and he contemplates the quiet of the house and the apparent severity of the situation. The doctor had wanted Roy to come in today, but she didn’t throw a fit when he insisted he could wait. Instead, he’ll see her tomorrow, first thing, and Ted will take his son to school, and Keeley and Roy will both miss work for Roy’s least-favorite type of doctor’s appointment.
-
“You dislocated your kneecap again,” Doctor Patel explains, gesturing to an x-ray of a very fucked up knee. “The first time, you twisted it.” She points to a slightly less fucked up x-ray. “But continually dislocating your knee weakened the ligaments. So, when Oliver collided with you, your ACL and meniscus tore completely.”
“That’s why it hurt so damn much.”
Patel nods, then sighs. “You mentioned chronic pain worsening over time- you did everything right, trying to keep it at bay, but this- along with additional trauma- can worsen a knee injury.”
Roy grunts. He expected as much. The first doctor he saw after his final match had warned of this, along with things like arthritis and all sorts of complications. His main worry was that his football career was over, and there was nothing he could do about that, so any accompanying outcomes seemed unimportant.
He was wrong, apparently.
“It’s not unusual for these injuries to get worse over time. Especially when you’re not gentle with yourself. But, your symptoms are indicative of severe tearing. I’m also worried about nerve damage.”
“So what do we do now?”
Keeley is the one who asks, gripping Roy’s hand. He glances at her, then squeezes her hand.
Patel hesitates. Roy likes this doctor- her knowledge and honesty have been extremely comforting to both him and Keeley over the years. She doesn’t take bullshit, not even Roy’s, and he appreciates that about her.
But it’s unusual for her to hesitate.
“I believe our best option is open knee surgery,” she says, and her eyes soften when Roy’s jaw clenches. “There are other routes we can pursue, but we’re at a point where they may not be as effective.
“What are they?”
“We can do more tests and try an arthroscopic surgery or other minimally invasive options, but-”
Roy tunes her out. He’s the last football player of his generation- he’s seen everyone he played with at the beginning of his career retire, and the various injuries that forced this fate upon his fellow footballers. Open knee surgery is a big fucking deal. Especially since he’s not a fucking grandma.
“It’s a long fucking recovery time,” Roy says finally.
A nod.
“We have a baby due in three months.” This time, Keeley squeezes Roy’s hand.
“If all goes well, you’ll be walking unassisted by then. Enough for midnight diaper changes, so long as you don’t sprint into the nursery.”
“And it’ll work best?”
“I can say with reasonable confidence that your case is severe enough to warrant this surgery, and that the other surgeries aren’t typically successful in similar cases.”
“Fuck. Let’s do it.”
-
They schedule surgery for a few days later, which is a quick turnaround, but it’s enough time for two Richmond matches to take place. The first falls on the day after Roy’s doctor visit, and the second one is the day of the surgery. This gives him pause- Roy’s first and longest love is football, and he’s loath to step away, even for a week. But he thinks of Oliver, hesitant to hug his father when they get home, and Keeley, sneaking glances at him as if expecting him to break when she’s not looking.
Roy trudges- or limps- forward. He stays home for the first Richmond match and tries to ignore Keeley scrolling through Twitter with a worried look on her face. They had debated what would be worse- to miss the match with no explanation, or for Roy to show up on crutches and in obvious pain. In the end, the desire for privacy (and maybe easing Roy’s discomfort) won out, and Keeley and Roy and Oliver watch the match from their living room. Roy and Oliver shout at the TV, and Keeley livetweets, and it’s okay until the post-match conference.
“Coach Lasso! Roy Kent was missing from the coaches’ box tonight. Can you explain why? Has there been a professional change or has something personal occurred?”
Ted holds up a hand, stemming the reporter’s flow of questions. He smiles at her easily, but Roy knows that no matter what Ted says, there’ll be speculation. A nonanswer is still an answer, but they decided as a team to keep the public in the dark as long as possible, to maintain any privacy Roy has.
“Roy and his family are jus’ fine, thank you. As far as I know, Roy hasn’t decided to leave our coaching team, so we’re all good there.” Ted clears his throat, and Roy wonders if his mentor is uncomfortable telling half-truths to the press. “Roy needed some personal time away, but I expect you’ll be seeing him back again shortly. Thanks.”
“Well, that wasn’t complete shit,” Roy muses in near-approval. Keeley hums noncommittally.
“No,” she agrees, pleased. “And I livetweeted the whole thing so nobody thinks one of us is dying.”
“Perfect,” Roy says, satisfied. So long as they don’t get hounded on the way to the hospital. He looks down at his lap, where Oliver is curled against him, fast asleep. Roy moves slightly so that he can wrap his arm around his son, and sighs.
Keeley looks up at them and grins as she takes in the sight. “Look at my boys,” she says softly, and Roy’s heart melts just a little.
-
Surgery goes well, and Roy leaves the hospital the same day. His memories of the event and the hours after are fuzzy, but Keeley informs him that he watched the Richmond match while the anesthetic wore off, and proceeded to shout an absolutely incomprehensible mix of words and swears at the TV. Richmond lost, but it was hard fought, and it’s days later when Keeley confesses to Roy that he actually cried once the final result was clear. Roy would be less concerned by this if he could remember it at all, but at the same time, he’s reassured that his plan of being totally unaffected by major surgery and attending the match in person didn’t pan out.
Roy quickly decides he’s utterly useless on crutches, instead letting Oliver expend his energy by fetching things like water and painkillers and phone chargers for his dad. There’s plenty for him to do; Oliver thrives with given purpose, and under the extra attention Roy has to spare. He hates being unable to carry his son, but he can still cuddle with him, and draw with him, and even though Keeley is burdened with bathing and chasing after Oliver, Roy can still fucking help here and there. Like telling Oliver to eat his broccoli or clean up his shit, because vegetables are fucking important and his son isn’t a slob.
His return to Richmond is less smooth. He doesn’t want anybody’s fucking pity, least of all from the boys on the team, or from Ted Fucking Lasso, but instead of the fearful reactions Roy’s used to, Roy’s treated with a gentleness he absolutely fucking despises. Nobody wants to push back against his heightened grumpiness (a side effect of knee surgery is that it fucking hurts and this makes Roy very unhappy), and Ted somehow feels obligated to hang back with him as he limps up to the field each day. His fellow coach also launches into several tirades about his and Beard’s and his great uncle Roger’s various injuries over the years, and Roy ends his first week back feeling, unfortunately, closer to all three men, including the one he’s never fucking met in the first place.
Keeley’s made sure to officially announce that he’s had surgery, explaining away his absence and all the speculation that went with it. The press will likely hound him anyways, but Roy already has his response planned (“Fuck off!”).
The crowd cheers him during their next match. He hobbles slowly behind the rest of the coaches, using one crutch even though he really should be using both, swearing under his breath at the soft terrain and his shit balance and fucking kneecaps for being so fragile in the first place. Keeley would say all this support is sweet, and he catches a glimpse of her beaming at him from the stands, Oliver bouncing on her lap, and the agony and humiliation dulls.
Richmond plays a great fucking game. It’s not their best match ever, but they win and celebrate accordingly. Roy makes his excuses earlier than usual; he knows he’s put Keeley through the wringer in the past week, and Oliver keeps rubbing his eyes, and there’s nothing more that Roy wants than to read his son a fairytale then cuddle with his wife in bed.
So they go home, and do exactly that.
Roy’s last thought before he drifts off that night, having tucked Oliver into bed and kissed Keeley quite thoroughly, is of how fucking perfect his life is. And, although he echoes that thought many more times, one of the more poignant occurrences is when his daughter is born, and he holds her in his arms for the first time.
Yeah. Pretty fucking perfect.

If the ghosts bosses got to be reincarnated, what do you think they’d look like in the modern age(I’m talking, like the twisted sisters, Clem(best rat boi), Fishhook, etc)?
Oh boy tough call !✨Sooo let's seeeee...
(*Low quality colouring, drawing and long post ahead (sorry), Click4Quality*)
Tumblr media
So let's start with Chambrea and Steward. They gladly took back their human form (Yeah I see Chambrea as Latino/Arabic styled, and Steward as Australian), but less gladly the fact of having to work to not get hungry. They restarted to work in services, although their experience (as for a good part of the ghosts) got them militant, and they are fighting for the service workers to get treated/respected better and better paid (between others). Chambrea (Chãlissia) is the leading type, Steward (Stuart) follows and admires her, and struggles to push their relationship to another level. They already live together.

Then there's Chef Jacques Soulfflé. He of course oriented himself towards cooking, but understandably enough for those who witnessed his cooking, got fired several times, and refused to understand why ; so much that he actually attempted ''Hell's Kitchen'' to prove everyone wrong- and nearly caused Gordon Ramsay, who -figures- spectacularly blazed his @ss, to rage quit the emission. They actually had a private talk afterwards and Gordon decided to save cooking's honour and to give him private lessons. Never did he see a guy so bad at cooking but who genuinely absolutely loved cooking against all. Deserves an effort. Thanks to that Soulfflé got better and found a regular cook post. Yeah I got carried a bit far on this IK. X) Anyway so next-

Morty finally managed to open the cinema class he was planning to open before his death, and he's having the time of his life with this. He takes cheap and everyone in -elementals to elderly- and he is in a 'poor-populated' city part, so he has a lot of volunteers ; as an activity as for an actual class. He loves to communicate his passion with others, is a wonderful teacher open to everyone and loves creating shorts and movies with his students. Some of them actually succeeded as actors or staff or even directors, and often credit him. Although a bit wore out, he is really happy. Plus a good portion of the former boss ghosts like to help him with and star in his productions.
Krüller thought of becoming policeman, but chickened out and went on as a mall guard. He is great with children. He even babysits sometimes. And often stars in Morty's movies, as 'the police chief'. He's satisfied by this repetitive but calm life.

Johnny Deepend invested into an old gym and became sport coach. Between taxes and incomes, it isn't always easy but his easygoing, supportive and friendly natural attitude gets him a nice bunch of people following him and going to his gym. But on the side, he is also very engaged to ban competitions based on showing off the body, knowing way too well how destructive it is for the people, and actually even run conferences about that. He is determined.
Serpci has became a famous social media influencer and practically lives out of it (plus some beauty and fashion sideworks. She customize clothes.). Her Egyptian style, her beauty and aura and her pets snakes got her REALLY popular on any network- and leaves her targeted by many creeps of course, but her merciless way of dealing with them chicken them out (and actually is a way of outcome for her. Blackmail is powerful, but shhh.) She's militant for feminism, and against racism, cultural appropriation and above all, grave robbers (especially targeting archeologists). Remains of her pharaoh shenanigans, y'know.

Dr. Potter searched around and was taken under the wing of an association that fights to save true seeds (seeds that naturally grows back after harvesting and not having to be replaced each time like big corporations like to sell [as] 'necessary'.) He is trusted to keep and grow in number these true seeds, and in return he is taken care of, feed, and has his own house, garden and glasshouse. He is very happy.
The Triplets had to actually go to school for the first time in their lives, and if they managed to get to be adopted together (by one of the bosses, idk for this one), they had a very cynical bad surprise. They still perform during events, to show-off or at parties.
THAT is my human interpretation of Fishook. He lacks an arm and look as what white police arbitrarily view as the embodiment of ''''potential criminal''''; and now that he's human again, he's fucking pissed. As in -he freaking means business. By that I mean, he is entirely, body and soul, engaged to the whole 'Save Marine Life' cause. He raids awareness and direct missions, participates to everything and acts everywhere. Yeah, he works for the WWF. (He is also getting a bit of trouble about his cranky comportment.)

(Yeah, ship time. Why ? Because I can.)
Amadeus Wolfgeist and Clem turned into a couple representation of Tortured Artists ™. (I'll explain for Clem at some point in the future so it'd make sense, pinky swear.)
Amadeus Wolfgeist got his hair back (and I wasn't too sure of what colour to give it but heck it I'm satisfied), but was really pissed to learn that it's hard to make a carrier out of classical music nowadays. He yet decided to keep on it, determined as frick that he was to bring back the golden age, and became an independent compositor, freeing the stress generated from this work by private contract concerts. Despite his talent, he's struggling due to his dissuading stubbornness and is upset to not being able to afford his preferred nobile lifestyle. Clem has spawned up with an hyperactive syndrome, plus of his autistic condition, and is making the most money by having several jobs at the time. As a handyman/plumber, but also as a painter and visual artist, as he finally noticed how much interest and talent he had for that. He draws eyefooling artworks as a living, to situate. He kept his pet opossum and his emotional support duckies. Strangely enough, he hardly sleeps on his own impulse anymore.
They live together (for 'financial reasons' dixit Wolfgeist, y'knooow...) and complete and equilibrate each other. Clem is the one who -ironically- makes the most money, and deals with Amadeus's stress and irritation levels. Amadeus is Clem's impulse control, health, fashion, self-care and sleep schedule advisor.
Sometimes Clem seconds Amadeus on his banjo.

AND THEN, TO FINISH (because I literally, between other things, have no space left) we have Macfrights who tried to get hired at 'Puy du Fou' but got humiliated and turned off, and Phantasmagloria who tried to get hired as a DJ but nuts for several reasons. They both swallowed back their pride and ended up working at fast-foods. They both try as often as possible to play in Morty's movies. Macfrights likes to play the villain.

OKAY ! And that was about it for my headcanons about this ask. Very long post, I know but hey ! Dare I believe that it was worth it...?
Alright, thank you for your ask. That was a big one and I hope you are, too, satisfied and wish you a nice day :) .
Aaand thank you to everyone else for your attention 🎵 ! 🤗 Have a nice day~♥️

5 Underrated Video Games
1. Night in the Woods
Tumblr media
Margaret "Mae" Borowski is a 20-year-old college dropout, who relocates back to her hometown of Possum Springs, which has been struck by the closure of the coal mines and the stagnating economy. She meets up with her old friends, including gloomy but intelligent Beatrice "Bea" Santello, hyperactive delinquent Greggory "Gregg" Lee, and Gregg's quiet, modest boyfriend Angus Delaney. Mae also learns that another one of her old friends, Casey Hartley, has mysteriously disappeared.
Mae spends several days exploring Possum Springs and spending time with her friends, but she also begins to have strange and vivid dreams. At the town's Halloween festival, Mae witnesses a teenager being kidnapped by a mysterious figure. The four friends begin working together to figure out what is going on, with Mae's mental health slowly deteriorating with every one of her dreams. After intensive searching, the four stumble across a strange group of cloaked figures in the woods, who chase after them; Mae ends up falling and lapses into a coma.
Mae eventually wakes up and returns to her friends, and she reveals that the reason she dropped out was due to her increasing dissociation from people and the world (it is implied that Mae suffers from some sort of depersonalization disorder), seeing everything as merely shapes. Mae's journal, in which she draws pictures for each major event in the game, was given to her by a doctor to write down her emotions after she bludgeoned a student with a softball bat six years ago as a result of a dissociative episode. Due to this incident, the townsfolk became wary of Mae and caused a financial and emotional strain in her family. As her dissociation worsened at college, Mae mustered up the strength to leave and return home, hoping that being back in Possum Springs would help her return to normal.
Still wounded, Mae decides to venture out into the woods alone to find the group who chased her and the others, only for Gregg, Bea, and Angus to refuse to let her go by herself. The group enter the old mines and meet the mysterious group, who are revealed to be a cult. The cult turns out to be behind the kidnappings of several residents, including Casey, taking those whom they deem useless to society and whom they say will "not be missed" into the mines to sacrifice them to a god-like chthonic entity called the Black Goat in hope that the Black Goat will revitalize the economy of Possum Springs. The cult's leader allows the group to leave, threatening them never to tell anyone about the cult – however while riding up the mine's elevator, a member of the group attempts to kill Mae. The others manage to save her and the elevator falls, collapsing the mine and presumably trapping the cult underground.
Depending on who the player interacted with the most throughout the course of the game, Mae will sit down with either Bea or Gregg and talk about the events of the previous night, and all the things that have happened in Possum Springs. The others join them shortly after, and Mae tells them that although they will all be forced to grow and adapt to life as it goes on for better and for worse, they can still enjoy their time together now. The game ends as the four decide to forget about their problems for the time being and have band practice.

2. Among the Sleep
Tumblr media
Among the Sleep is a first-person exploration game seen from the view of a toddler. The player can move the cursor to walk or crawl around, the latter of which is faster and is required to slide through obstacles blocking the way. Running is also an available option, though the player will fall down if it is done for too long. The player can interact with and push objects, and open doors and windows. Sometimes, the handle to open doors is too tall to reach for the player, in which case the player will have to push and climb chairs for additional height. Other than chairs, the player can climb boxes, tables, and various things to reach otherwise unreachable ledges and heights. Certain objects can also be held as well as thrown away. Others can be stored to the inventory and taken out again for later use.
For most of the game, the player is accompanied by a sentient teddy bear named Teddy, a birthday present from the toddler's father. The player can hug Teddy, who emits light that helps the player navigate through darker environments. The light will wear down after a while, but will recharge if left unused. If the player drops Teddy, which always happens whenever they arrive from sliding through pipes to a new level or environment, they will have to pick it up first before advancing again.
Throughout the game, the player is followed by two monsters: a feminine figure that haunts the first three levels, and a trench coat-wearing figure that haunts the final level. The monsters' appearance is indicated by the blurring of the vision, grating sounds, and in the case of the feminine figure, a slow lullaby (Trollmors Vuggesang), "Trollmother's Lullaby") hummed about. There is no way to fend off the monsters; if they appear, the player will have to run away or hide under tables or chairs until they go away. If the player is not quick enough to evade the monsters, a short cinematic will show the monsters taking hold of the player, which results in a game over, followed by a continue screen with a pacifier. Clicking the pacifier restarts the game from the last checkpoint. The player can also get a game over by other means, such as falling into water or chasms.
The game is largely linear and involves going from point A to B, though the expansive environment with multiple obstacles may induce the feeling of being lost. After some time exploring the player's house, the player is taken to a dreamlike location with a gingerbread house-like hut that serves as a sort of hub level. The house contains a circular door that leads to a new level, surrounded by four containers where "memories" obtained from each level are stored. After the player finds a memory and heads to a tube at the end of the level, they will be returned to this hut. Once four memories are stored, the player can insert Teddy's right hand below the circular door to return to the player's house.
In the extra DLC level, instead of exploring dreamlike locations, the player is taken to another house with the objective of finding and thawing five frozen dolls by playing music or turning on the TV. The gameplay is still the same, with the feminine figure haunting the player, but the player is also confronted by a fireplace monster in the underground section that advances and closes in through an aisle.

3. Rule of Rose
Tumblr media
Described as "essentially an interactive movie" by its director Shuji Ishikawa and associate producer Yuya Takayama, the narrative of Rule of Rose centers on the traumatic childhood memories of Jennifer, "an ordinary, vulnerable girl"; these memories sometimes manifest in exaggerated ways. Set in England, the game opens in 1930, as 19-year-old Jennifer is led to an abandoned orphanage by a boy. She follows him to a grave in the courtyard, where she digs up a coffin with a bloody sack inside it. Four children sneak up on her and pour water on her, before shoving her into the coffin. She awakens in a largely abandoned airship in flight to an unknown destination, ruled by a cruel group of young girls known as the Red Crayon Aristocrats, despite the presence of adults on board. Under the threat of death, Jennifer must appease the Aristocrats by bringing an offering for them each month. Assisting her is Brown, a dog she frees from confinement in the airship, and the chronically sickly Wendy, who is the only child to be friendly to her.
Jennifer eventually regains her memories of being cared for by the farmer Gregory Wilson, after she was orphaned in an unrelated airship crash. There, he was kind to her, though he confused her with his dead son Joshua, kept her prisoner, and periodically slid into melancholy alcoholism. Discovering her one day, Wendy began to exchange letters with Jennifer and eventually convinced her to escape, but not before Wendy stole his gun. The two then renewed their oath of "everlasting, true love," with Jennifer's stuffed bear exchanged for Wendy's brooch. Back on the airship, Jennifer ascends to becoming part of the Red Crayon Aristocrats, after retrieving the stuffed bear for the Princess of the Red Rose, the co-leader of the Aristocrats.
The game's setting then transitions to the now-inhabited orphanage. Bullied by the children, Jennifer is horrified to find that she has become the offering of the month; meeting up with Wendy in the courtyard, she loses Brown and later finds his corpse in the Aristocrats' meeting room, where he had been killed in her place. Wendy then reveals herself as the Princess of the Red Rose. Jennifer, now a child, slaps her and casts aside her brooch, hating the Aristocrats and herself for being too cowardly to oppose them. Afterward, the Aristocrats approach Jennifer, now an adult, in the hopes that she will replace Wendy as their leader, whom they have deposed. Wendy, however, retaliates against the children by mentally conditioning Gregory into assuming the persona of "Stray Dog," a dangerous creature she had invented to assume power over the other children. She then brings Gregory, as Stray Dog, to kill everyone in the orphanage. Only Jennifer escapes the onslaught. Before being killed off-screen, Wendy, now remorseful, confesses her role in it, which had been sparked by her jealousy over Brown. She then gives Jennifer Gregory's gun. Gregory then returns to kill Jennifer, and in a moment of lucidity, he asks "Joshua" to give him back the gun, which Jennifer does. He then kills himself.
Rule of Rose concludes with Jennifer, as a child, waking in the large empty orphanage and reflecting on the events and characters. Jennifer vows to remember the other children, especially because the media coverage of the children's deaths had diminished after it came to light that Jennifer had been the survivor of two horrific events, and meets with Wendy and Gregory. In the final scene, Jennifer visits Brown, now a puppy, in the shed and puts a collar on him. She completes a Bucket Knight nearby, symbolizing that she can always remember and return to her memories of Brown. Promising to protect him for eternity, she then closes the door on him.

4. Tattletail
Tumblr media
The game takes place in 1998 over the course of 5 nights, beginning on December 20th and ending on Christmas Day. The player wakes up on Night 1 to open their Christmas present early. The present is the new fad toy, a purple Baby Talking Tattletail (based on a Furby). After playing with the toy briefly (which involves feeding and grooming it), the player puts it back into its box and goes back to bed.
On Night 2, the player finds the same Tattletail in the tumble dryer, with no indication of how it got there. The player then charges it, wraps it back up into its box and goes back to bed.
On Night 3, the player encounters the contents of an old nursery in the basement. In the corner sits the now-recalled Mama Tattletail, along with a cassette tape which can be played using the toy. The tape contains a snippet from a story in a read-along style - including prompts to "turn the page" - about how "the children thought that Mama would never find them as long as she couldn't see them" but Mama would find them nevertheless. The player returns upstairs to find that Tattletail has made a mess. Tattletail asks to be taken to “Mama”. The player returns to the spot to find that Mama has disappeared. Mama Tattletail then starts to hunt down the player when they try to clean up after Tattletail.
On Night 4, after a lengthy hide-and-seek session with another Tattletail, the player finds a VHS tape that shows several interchangeable camera feeds from what seems to be a Tattletail commercial (which is actually footage from the trailer). After some time, some of the camera feeds' names turn red, the lighting changes from blue to green and trash bags and obscured parts of inanimate or writhing human bodies appear.
On Christmas Eve, Baby Talking Tattletail invites the player to the basement to join a "party" with a yellow and blue Baby Talking Tattletail, with two more that the player must fetch. After the player gets them, they must pick up their own Tattletail and get some supplies from upstairs. The player then finds out that the Talking Tattletails have made a pentagram out of the Christmas lights with the VHS tape in the middle, and have begun chanting in a seance. After rewinding the VHS tape, Mama appears and steals the candles and the player must find them in vases scattered around the basement while avoiding being attacked by Mama. Once the seance reaches its climax, the tape begins to levitate and the player must destroy it. The seance then ends and the player goes back to bed.

5. Duck Season
Tumblr media
Summer 1988 and your mom has just rented the coolest new game for your Kingbit Entertainment System. As you play over the course of the day it becomes apparent something is different about this game than the other games you own. Duck Season is a throwback to the golden age of 1980's gaming and movies with a hint of horror in a Spielburgian universe. Re-live a slice of childhood as you transported to an eerily familiar memory and play out the dark story that unfolds over a single day/night as your imagination takes over.

So after a few half-assed runs, I suddenly just. Made this bizarre deck work.
Not gonna lie, had to restart twice: once because I screwed up a monster placement in the early game, and then again at the end because I made Seraph way too strong, as I forgot what a pain in the ass Seraph the Patient is and how quickly he buffs up if you don’t pay attention to what you’re doing.
Like, I’m okay with Awoken but normally I hate the Melting Remnant because they’re way too complicated for me, but the moment I saw spikes on Sentient I knew what I wanted to do. And while it was largely an Awoken deck, Dripfall absolutely saved my ass several times over the course of the run, both letting me reposition my giant Animus of Will and slow enemies down.
Plus like. Basic Dregs fortified with a Hallowed Drippings can actually be really nasty when you have them behind an impassable wall like the Sentient is.
I finally got Dante the Deceptive too. I was looking forwards to making him super tough and upgrading him more, but uh. Never actually got the chance to do nearly as much with him as I wanted. However, it turned out just making him tanky was more than enough, and in the end, he got the finishing blow on the Seraph. I mean, sure the Sentient and the Animus softened him up - by which I mean did 2200 points of damage - but Dante did a good job of drawing his fire and cleaning up the giant birdmen who managed to slip past.
Also again learned how powerful simply copying a card can be. +3 Damage / +3 Health every single turn doesn’t seem like much, but it really adds up, especially when you end up dumping three of them on something with multistrike.
I think I’m finally starting to understand what it means to be able to visualize your run: like, sitting down and looking at the cards and figuring out what it makes a good foundation for before you even got started. It’s something I need to get better at now that we’re in the really scary Covenant territory, but at least his makes for a good start to it.

This is super late, but I finally got around to thinking about my answers to Magia Rapport. Between life in general and the announcement of the EN server closing I just didn't feel like doing it before. But I did want to participate so better late than never, I guess!
Day 1: If you could give advice to a new player, what would that advice be? If you could restart the game from the beginning, what would you do differently this time?
Oh boy, does that question hit different now. Well... For a new player, I would say save your gems as much as possible for the fate weaves you really want to pull for. Try to decide what girls you really want, and how many slots you want to try to get for them. I was maybe 80% f2p. I managed to get quite a few limited girls I wanted by saving up, and even though most of them only have one slot that was perfectly fine with me because I just really liked the character. As for restarting the game, I am restarting on JP, and this time I decided I'm going to go my own pace. I'll still play every day to get those bonuses and dailies done, but I'm not too worried about catching up to where JP is in the story or farming for materials. I'll probably only do the story portions of events, and I'm going to try to cut my playing time compared to how long I play the EN version every day. I want to get back to doing other things, and even if I haven't felt like writing or drawing lately because of personal reasons, the game's become a larger part of my daily routine than I intended it to be.
Day 2: What was your favorite event, and why? Is it because of gameplay or the story?
The Tart Magica events will always be my favorites because I just really love the spinoff series. The fact that I got to see the characters animated and hear them speak just makes me smile. I also really liked the map layout for those events.
Day 3: What is your proudest achievement in the game? Is it a character you got from a fate weave? Is it a moment you defeated a really difficult event? Did you get a high ranking in mirrors?
My proudest achievement would be managing to get all the Tart Magica characters. I didn't get Tart or Riz their first run and was so disappointed. So I made sure to save up just for a rerun of their banners and when it came back around I got Tart, and I did have to spend a bit IRL money for Riz but it wasn't too much and I felt it was worth it. Another moment would be when I made S class in ranked mirrors 2nd and 3rd rounds. I was having awful luck this last time especially but thanks to @muffinrecord 's advice I managed to make it!
Day 4: What is your favorite memoria in the game and why? Is it because it's unexpectedly good? Do you like the artwork? Is it the flavor text that stands out to you?
My favorite memoria would be I Made Friends!. Not only is it such a good passive memoria with great effects but I just really like the art too. I always liked seeing Kako, Felicia, and Ayame's interactions in the story and events because these girls have been through so much in their lives, before and after becoming Magical Girls, and it's nice to see them just being kids and playing together. Two close seconds are Hopes Combined and Our Backs Together. They're my two favorite groups of characters and the flavor text really speaks of their bonds and how strong they are together. And the artwork is just cool!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Day 5: What character do you identify with the most? Why is that? Do you have a favorite quote or moment from them?
There's a few characters that really remind me of myself. I have social anxiety like Seika, though it's not nearly as severe. I mostly keep to myself and a few close people like Konoha did. I have a hard time expressing myself to others like Ren. And Tsuruno... When we learned everything she was dealing with and how she tried her best to keep smiling and taking care of everyone else's problems, that definitely struck a chord with me.
Day 6: What character has your favorite wish? Do you think it's the best wish or is it something close to what you would wish for if you could?
I had to think about this one, but in the end I think Mitama's wish is my favorite. It's just very interesting to me. We know growing up in Daito Ward is... not that great. The class difference is bad enough, and I relate to her on that level from growing up in a similar situation. Then to get that chance to have a brighter future, better education taken from you due to circumstances out of your control (in my case money, in hers rumors leading to a ruined reputation)... Of course she would be devastated. Furious, even. In her eyes, Kamihama took her future away from her, so why not wish to take Kamihama's future away in retaliation? Her wish to have the power to destroy Kamihama is a powerful one, and she harbored it since making the contract, hiding her true thoughts from everyone and playing neutral as Coordinator. But the thing is when she made this wish, it WAS granted, though not in the way she thought. When the time came for her to choose a side between the Kamihama Magical Girls and the Magius, she very easily could have chosen to side with the Magius. If she had, that would have been the end of Kamihama. She was a key character during the final battles. She distributed grief seeds, shared vital information, looked after injured girls. If she hadn't been on the Kamihama Magical Girls' side, they would have lost. That was her opportunity to fulfill her own wish, but she didn't take it. During her time as Coordinator she met and became friends with so many Magical Girls, and came to see Kamihama was full of good people too. She turned her back on her own wish to help those that had shown her kindness and friendship and I think that's fascinating.
Day 7: What moment, concept, or character makes you happiest from the game? Why is this?
I think what makes me happiest about the game is that they went for a completely different tone from Madoka Magica... I was so surprised as we went through the story and it was a pretty light-hearted story of found family and friendships with some slice of life thrown in. I love Madoka Magica so much, and the truth about the Magical Girl system was so shocking when I first watched it. It explored so much in so little time, and seeing the girls struggle to survive the system was intense. But I always wondered if more Magical Girls had teamed up to fight Walpurgisnacht, could they have defeated her? And I got my answer in Magia Record. The game focuses on all these unique characters, who still have struggles of their own due their lives and their contracts, but they're not alone. They have teams, other Magical Girl friends, and there's this sense of community between them. And when they all banded together they were able to take down one of the most powerful witches known to Magical Girls. It's a wholesome spin on the Madoka Magica series, and I am here for it!

A brief explanation on all of your AUs
I-dude-fam- that's, that's a lot of AUs. So, so many AUs. I'm currently planning on making a massive text post for just my eternatus centric AUs. Do you want crossover ideas too??? You know what, I'll just start throwing AUs out here and if you want crossover concepts as well you can tell me. Buckle up, it's long post time.
Legend of zelda. Set in the downfall timeline, focusing on the hero of time. After being defeated, the goddesses bannish his soul to termina expecting his soul to be destroyed by majora. They didn't expect for him to not only defeat majora, but also absorb both majora's and the fierce deities essence. Now Link has crawled his way out of termina and has 3 things on his mind: tormenting ganon, killing ganon, and then picking a fight with the goddesses. Everyone is terrified.
Another one about majora's mask; majora is actually the goddesses of time, who has been driven mad by a curse.
Loftwings are still around post skyward sword. (I like loft wings, ok?)
Fandom: Loz. Setting: unspecific era. When link is born a shadow link manifests at the same time. The two view eachother as brothers. Through a series of events the two get adopted by a nice lade and are happy for many years. Events Happen^tm, Shadow's memories are wiped, Link is nowhere to be found, and somhow shadow has the triforce of courage. He doesn't know this. All he has from his past a a locket he can't open. He ends up living in the forest near where the master sword is. Shadow meets a young princess zelda, they become friends, one day zelda gets attacked by a boss monster, shadow draws the master sword to defend zelda. Now shadow is being forced to save the kingdom. Oh, btw shadow is a shy flustered mess and Fi is back.
I have been on the "fierce diety is a good dad" team since the first time I saw him, so you bet I have a gazilion AU ideas that all boil down to FD adopting link.
Speaking of fierce deity, AU where fierce gets revived in botw hyrule pre the calamity. He doesn't remember anything and takes of mercenary work. He's just a chill teen with a big magic sword who can casually kill boss monsters. Hyjinx insues.
Zonai fierce diety????
That one idea that started out a a plausible theory but then spiraled out of control into AU territory. No I'm not explaining that here, that would take way too much time. What I will say it the goddesses are evil and demise, majora, and the fierce deity were once a single godess that got shattered.
2 player botw. This was inspired by something I did with friends and will someday make a post about. When link wakes up in the shrine of resurrection, there's someone else in his head. That someone is majora. Both have lost their memories. Two chaos gremlins in one body, hyrule is not prepared for what is to come. Majora acts as Link's guide, as despite losing all of their memories Majora still has the extensive knowledge of a god. Also majora is dead set on restarting the post office in hyrule.
Botw au: the chosen hero is a shadow link. He is here to help zelda unlock her powers, be snarky, and vibe check both the calamity and the king.
Alright that's enough loz AUs, lets do other fandoms.
Detroit become human: connor is an android dog, was built much earlier, and saved Cole's life.
Skyrim: miraak was freed from Mora by a bigger scarier unidentified god. Said god gives miraak one order: protect the last dragon born.
Harry potter: through a series of events, Malfoy actually becomes friends with Harry, and both Snape and the Weasley family are petitioning to adopt Harry. (Seriously, what was Dumbledore thinking when he left harry with the dursley family???)
A few Pokemon AUs:
Due to a miscalculation and misunderstanding, team rainbow rocket abducts the galar champion thinking they are the villain of the region. The champion decides to role with it, plotting to destroy team rainbow rocket from the inside out.
Opal is actually a legendary pokemon who got turned into a human. Thus why she is an absolute cryptid.
Some traner/champion manages to find all of the legendaries/mythical pokemon that exist due to evil scientists and adopts ALL OF THEM (ie mewtwo, genesect, type:null, ect)
This list could go on and on, but I'm going to stop myself here.

Leeds United: Meslier, Ayling, Koch, Cooper, Aaronson (Klich 63), Roca (Greenwood 78), Summerville (Harrison 63), Adams, Rodrigo, Struijk, Gnonto (Gelhardt 90).
Subs not used: Robles, Firpo, Llorente, Gyabi, Kristensen. This was a curate's egg of a game - pretty awful overall with occasional moments that were worth watching. Adam Forshaw picked up another injury against the barcodes, so Marc Roca returned to the starting line up....
West Ham's squad cost several times more than ours, but they've somehow managed to lose their last five games and find themselves at the wrong end of the table. They were marginally the better team during a very scrappy first half in which there wasn't much attacking threat from Leeds and we struggled to keep hold of the ball. The only real moment of quality from either side came in the 27th minute, when Rodrigo flicked a header into the path of Willy Gnonto who took the ball forward, passed it to Crysencio Summerville and then continued his run into West Ham's penalty area. Summerville found him with a perfectly weighted defence-splitting pass, which he fired home into the bottom corner of the net. What a signing he has turned out to be…. West Ham didn't offer much in response, but in typical Leeds fashion we gave away a penalty just before half time, from which they equalised. And soon after the restart, a woeful backpass from Brenden Aaronson set up Gianluca Scamacca to score West Ham's second goal. So we went from being one up a minute before the break to being a goal down a minute after the break. The game continued to be dire until Jesse Marsch replaced Aaronson and Summerville with Mateusz Klich and Jack Harrison, and we started to claw our way back into it. A few minutes later another rare moment of quality led to our equaliser. Tyler Adams won the ball in the centre circle and found Harrison, who played in Rodrigo, who controlled the ball with his right foot and then fired an unstoppable shot past Łukasz Fabiański with his left foot from the edge of the box. The last 20 minutes were more entertaining with chances at both ends, and Rodrigo almost won it with literally seconds to go but was denied by a fantastic save from Fabiański. Two days before the game Leeds signed Max Wober (who can play as a left back or centre back or defensive midfielder) from Red Bull Salzburg. He's the third player we've acquired from Salzburg, who are the best team in Austria but play in a league that is less demanding than the Championship, so it's difficult to tell if he's an upgrade on the likes of Liam Cooper or Junior Firpo. But whenever we buy players it seems to be inevitable that we also have to sell, and after the final whistle it suddenly became clear that Mateusz Klich is about to leave the club. All the Leeds players donned t-shirts with his picture on the front and he was in tears while applauding the crowd, who began to sing his name as messages of good luck from his team mates appeared on the big screen, and they formed a guard of honour for him to leave the pitch. There have been rumours that he's on his way to the MLS but I was hoping that he'd stay until the end of the campaign…. Although a draw wasn't a disaster for us, there's still no sign of any progress under Jesse Marsch's management. We're back to being two points above the relegation zone and it's becoming increasingly difficult to believe that there are three worse teams in the league this season.

Manchester United players turn on each other in defeat to Borussia Dortmund
Tumblr media
Manchester United players turn on each other in defeat to Borussia Dortmund In Sin City, Manchester United experienced a series of unfortunate events. Omari Forson, the 18-year-old winger, was taken off the field after 37 minutes for engaging in altercations with Borussia Dortmund's Julian Ryerson and Karim Adeyemi, resulting in him kicking out at Ryerson. Ryerson informed the linesman about the incident, leading the coach, Erik ten Hag, to step onto the pitch and exchange words with them. Forson received a booking for his actions, and immediately after, Antony was called upon to warm up. Just eight minutes later, Forson was substituted for Antony. After the incident, Ten Hag briefly discussed the situation with Forson for about 33 seconds and concluded by patting him on the head. However, despite being ahead at some point, Manchester United ended up trailing by the end of the half, conceding three goals. Donyell Malen seized the opportunity twice in rapid succession, prompting a heated discussion filled with harsh words between the confrontational Williams and Heaton, who was fully committed to his role as a sweeping goalkeeper. Williams, known for his passion for boxing and hailing from Harpurhey, appeared to direct his frustration at Heaton, accusing him of making a significant mistake. In reality, the player responsible was Victor Lindelof, who attempted a risky pass that was not feasible. Heaton had been having a satisfying first half until Malen scored in the 43rd and 44th minutes, with the second goal coming just 18 seconds after the restart. Embed from Getty Images Aaron Wan-Bissaka also committed a similar error to Lindelof's, allowing Dortmund to regain their lead. As a result of the situation, Heaton did not return for the second half, and Andrew Onana, making his second appearance for United, took his place. The teamsheet identified him as 'Andrew Onana,' and he quickly displayed his skill with a precise pass, followed by an agile save against Sebastian Haller. Onana immediately went over to Harry Maguire and reprimanded him for something. United's tour concluded with their third loss out of four matches, but its significance is minimal in the bigger picture. Last year, United achieved three wins and one draw in friendly matches held in Thailand and Australia. However, a week into the season, they faced a low point in their performance during a match against Brentford. Despite this being a friendly, Ten Hag emphasized that United doesn't treat such games casually and made substitutions, bringing in many first-team players after the 60-minute mark. The team's attacking potency seemed diminished when Jadon Sancho, who was being experimented as a center forward, was replaced by the young and inexperienced Joe Hugill in the 77th minute. Hugill missed an opportunity in a one-on-one situation late in the game. While the players and staff from both teams exchanged pleasantries in the center circle after the match, Ten Hag swiftly returned to the dressing room. United's first Premier League fixture is scheduled in two weeks. Compared to United's other tour matches, this one at the Allegiant Stadium lacked excitement. The stadium, known for hosting the Super Bowl, is more suited for American football. Nevertheless, United managed to draw a respectable crowd of 50,857 spectators to close their tour in the United States. With the team rebuild now finished, the focus has shifted to addressing the squad's depth. Ten Hag has made the decision to form a second XI with up to six players who may not remain with Manchester United in the next five weeks. Heaton is uncertain about his future and seeks more clarity, Maguire will be sold if a suitable offer comes in, Williams is up for sale, McTominay's situation is subject to change, Van de Beek has admitted he might leave, and Pellistri revealed that United is actively working on finding the right club to loan him to. During Ten Hag's tenure, Diogo Dalot, the only starting player to renew his contract, scored an unstoppable goal in the 24th minute, reigniting the debate about the right-back position. Despite Wan-Bissaka's improvement, Dalot possesses a goal-scoring ability that Wan-Bissaka lacks. Wan-Bissaka continues his momentum, but unfortunately, his own attempt at goal ended up being a field goal, turning the attack into defense, which allowed Youssoufa Moukoko to score with a tap-in. This has been a step back in his performance after making progress for seven months. Both of Manchester United's right-backs are expected to start in the upcoming back-to-back friendlies against Lens and Athletic Bilbao in Manchester and Dublin. After that, Ten Hag will have a week to decide who starts against Wolves at Old Trafford. In his 38th year, Heaton is an experienced player who is still eager to learn new techniques. He followed Ten Hag's instruction to position himself in the center circle whenever United had a corner, instead of staying rooted to the goal line. As long as Maguire remains with United, it seems likely that a portion of the crowd will criticize him. After being booed by a minority in Melbourne and Houston, it briefly subsided but started again when Maguire kicked a pass intended for Pellistri into the stands. He appeared unusually nervous when Onana rushed towards him. For 43 minutes, United dominated the game and showed precision in their attacks, with the squad members feeling confident due to their starting positions. Facundo Pellistri was full of enthusiasm, Donny van de Beek was actively involved, and Williams was making attacking runs. Additionally, he demonstrated that he can be quite outspoken. Hazel Levesque: Into the Prophecy-verse pt. 1
Time for the prologue to an AU I’ve wanted to write for a long time and need to finally get out of my brain. Hazel is a little OOC in this, but that’s because it’s an AU where she grows up in the modern world, not the 1920s.
Description:
Rome was a three-thousand year old empire, with two capitals - Old Rome in Italy and New Rome in America. New Rome was the powerhouse of the gods and their hero’s.
The children of the Olympian gods lived amongst mortals, the most powerful of them joining the Legion, and some even earning fame status when major prophecies thrusted one or a few of them into the spot light.
Hazel Levesque is an unclaimed, unimportant demigod, unsuitable for the esteemed legion. And she’s about to find herself at the middle of a major prophecy.
~*~*~*~
Alright let’s do this one last time
“My name is Jason Grace. I’m the son of Jupiter and for ten years, I’ve the one and only child of the Big Three. I’m pretty sure you know the rest: I saved a bunch of people, fell in love, saved the city, and then I saved the city again and again and again. I also did this [cut to Jason getting hit in the head with a brick]. We don’t talk about that. Look, I’m a comic book, I’m a cereal, did a Christmas album, have an excellent theme song, and a so-so popsicle. I mean, I’ve looked worse. But after everything, I still love being the hero. I mean, who wouldn’t? So no matter how many hits I take, I always find a way to come back, because the only thing standing between this city and oblivion is me. There’s only one child of the Big Three. And you’re looking at him.”
Hazel was listening to her music too loud to hear Chiron calling her. She had her first day at some prep school for demigods, meaning she was leaving Chiron’s half-way house for unclaimed and untamable demigods.
New Rome was overflowing with demigods who either hadn’t been claimed or had been rejected from the Legion. Lupa had deemed her and her friend Leo “too insubordinate” for the Legion. He set the wolf on fire (an accident) and she had told the wolf to eat shit (not an accident.) Demigods who didn’t fit in the Legion and couldn’t live at their home with their mortal parents (like Hazel, who’s mom had been deem “unsuitable”) or didn’t have mortal parents (like Leo) lived in one of the half-way houses. There was hundreds of them around the country, all named “Chiron’s Half-Way House,” but only the New Rome branch was actually graced by the old Greek Centaur.
He did his best to train or rehabilitate problem kids, getting them ready for either the legion or the real world. He was the one who had insisted every demigod apply to some fancy, over-priced prep school. And Hazel was the only one of them dumb enough to be smart enough to get in.
“Do I have to go?” She asked Chiron, as he adjusted the collar of her uniform (which she already hated.)
“This is a step in the right direction for you Hazel.”
She tugged on one of her curls, pulling it straight in front of her eyes before letting it bounce back into place. Chiron led her out to the car. Leo was waiting out on the front porch.
“Don’t forget us little people while you’re off becoming some famous hero or some shit, Levesque.” He said, smiling.
Hazel pulled him into a hug. “Who could forget you?”
“I’ll bust you out as soon as I can,” he whispered.
Hazel sat, clearly angry, in the back of Chiron’s car. He couldn’t drive, being a centaur and all, so Argus, the thousand-eyed half-way house driver was behind the wheel, and Chiron lectured her about all of her opportunities.
“I don’t care,” Hazel protested. “I don’t want to go, I’m only here because I drew some pictures.” Her scholarship was art-based, that was true. She was a good artist. Not a really notable demigod skill, though. Still, someone had to mosaic all of Jason Grace’s accomplishments. They were only one year away from some world-ending prophecy that the tabloids still had yet to leak. So it was only a matter of time before Golden Boy Supreme (as Leo had nicknamed him) added another line on his resume. And if Hazel was lucky, which she rarely was, she’d be there to sculpt the whole thing in marble.
“You passed the entrance exam just like everyone else,” Chiron told her. “This is your opportunity, Hazel. Do you want to end up like --”
He cut himself off, but she knew how that sentence ended. Like her mother. Her mom wasn’t perfect, but she wasn’t bad. She was actually pretty cool. The courts were just picky about who was allowed to raise demigod children. Even mega-Hero Grace grew up with a foster mom - Sally Jackson, poster mom for good demigod parenting. Literally, her picture was on the side of buses. She had her own book. She had been on The View with the nine muses.
Her mom wasn’t Sally Jackson, for sure, but she always made sure Hazel had food, and she taught her how to draw. The court’s problem was her mom’s inability to hold down a job. The only thing she managed consistently was selling her own homemade jewelry. It was all bullshit though. If Hazel wasn’t a demigod, they never would have separated them.
“Whatever,” Hazel said as they pulled up to the school. She grabbed her backpack and suitcase, and preyed to whatever god her father was that she would be kicked out by the end of the day.
“Tie your shoes!” Chiron yelled after her. She ignored him.
Hazel walked into a whirlwind. The school was huge. Most people were in their uniforms, although a few wore ancient Roman style armor over theirs. Some carried stacks of books, and other had spears and swords. Half her day was academic - Latin, literature, history, science, and math. The other half was training - weaponry, climbing, survival skills, and pegasus riding. At least they had Pegasi here. She had been trained well enough at the half way house, but there were unfortunately lacking in magic horses. Well, besides Chiron’s lower half, which Hazel wasn’t too keen on riding.
“You’re shoe’s untied,” a stranger said, passing Hazel.
“Yeah, I know it’s a choice.”
The sneakers probably weren’t uniform, but she didn’t earn the label “insubordinate” for nothing.
She found her locker, wide and tall enough for armor, weapons, and other demigod provisions, and shoved her suitcase in it. She figured she would move into her dorm later on.
Someone opened the locker next to hers. “Oh this is so embarrassing,” Hazel said to her locker neighbor, “we are wearing the same jacket.” She laughed awkwardly, but the girl just rolled her eyes before walking away.
Off to a good start, Hazel though before grabbing her backpack and moving on to her first class.
Each class seemed to come with its own thousand pound textbook. And the long, winding hallways made it impossible to stop at her locker in between classes. By fifth period - history - she had four new text books and figured she was about to get one more.
She walked in late. She hoped the darkness of the room helped cover her late arrival, but she cast a shadow in front of the projector.
“Ah Miss. Levesque,” her history teacher, some old guy named Mr. Quintus, paused the movie, “you’re late.”
She shrugged, “Maybe y’all are just early.”
A girl with black spiky hair and dark eye make up let out a stifled chuckle. Quitus and Hazel looked at her. “Sorry, it was just so quiet.”
“Please take your seat, Miss, Levesque.” He started playing the movie again. Some history documentary. The Romans loved those. This one had some young narrator, who would have been handsome if it wasn’t for the scar down his face. With his blond hair and blue eyes, Hazel could have mistaken him for Jason Grace, if Jason were twenty-five, not fifteen.
“The Titan Saturn, lord of Time, was overthrown by Jupiter and his other brothers and sisters, and his remains cast away.”
Hazel was just staring to tune the whole thing out when Quintus paused the video again. “Can anyone tell me the Greek name for the Titan Saturn?” The girl next to Hazel raised her hand. “Yes, Miss. Grace?”
“Kronos,” she offered.
“Very good,” Quintus restarted the film. Hazel thought about leaning over and asking her if she was related to Jason, but figured she probably got that all the time.
A week later, Quintus stopped Hazel on her way out the door. “Miss. Levesque?”
She walked over to his desk. “What’s up?”
Quintus showed her the score from their history quiz the day before. A red 0/100 was written across the scantron.
“A zero?” Hazel tried to look genuinely upset. “A few more of those and you’ll probably have to kick me out of here, huh?”
“If a person wearing a blind fold took a true or false quiz at random, what score would they get?”
“Fifty percent?”
Quintus changed her 0 to a 100. “That’s right.” He stood and faced the bored to start erasing that day’s lecture notes. “Are you familiar with the story of Icarus, Miss. Levesque?”
“Uh yeah, he was escaping the Labyrinth with his father with a pair of bronze wings. But he flew too close to the sun, the wax melted, and he fell into the ocean. it’s about pride, right?”
“Correct,” he said, turning to face her, “but you left out a crucial element. Yes, Icarus was instructed by his father not to fly too high. But he was also told not too fly too low, as the sea mist could also weaken the wax.”
“Why are you telling me this?” She asked.
“You’re trying to quit, and I won’t let you. You must remember not to let yourself fly too low, it’s just as dangerous. I’m assigning you a personal essay. Not about history, but about yourself and the kind of person who you want to be.”
Hazel had spent an hour at her desk, trying to write anything for Quintus or for her literature essay, but her ADHD was going off the rails. She wished Leo would make good on his promise to bust her out of there.
But she decided not to wait for Leo.
She hadn’t seen her mom in a while. She grabbed her hoodie before making her way down the fire escape.

Semifinals: Raihan vs Daniel
@flygonera @everstcne
Tumblr media
“And here we are, folks! The last match of the Semifinals between Raihan of the Morgremlins and Daniel of Team Sweet Puff! This one will be for all the marbles, deciding which team progresses to the Finals! Excitement is in the air!”
Tumblr media
“It should be noted that the Chairman and I have come up with a few methods of deciding a winner, should this last match end in a draw, as well. Such as scoring teams based on how many obstacles were cleared or even doing a round of Sudden Death. Nothing will get in the way to impede the flow of this event, I assure you.”
Tumblr media
“But, anyway! It’s time for us to get to the event itself! The drama! The showmanship! Both of these challengers had the most suspenseful times in the event, sliding in with only a second to spare! So I know they’ll put on quite a show for us today! They also both have Repeat Balls, so Bali, I’m going to be depending on you quite a lot during this match!”
Bali chittered and spun its head around, apparently denoting happiness.
Obstacle 1: The Angry Stunfisk -- Raihan: 76 seconds (Repeat Ball Save!) ; Daniel: 87 seconds
Tumblr media
“Ooh, we are neck-in-neck, fair patrons! Both Daniel and Raihan started crossing the platforms as quickly and carefully as possible, but a poorly timed step sent Raihan into the water early on!”
Tumblr media
“Raihan decided to use his Repeat Ball Pin, so he was quickly spirited back to the beginning platform where he began again, trying to cross the platforms as quickly as he could manage. He’s effectively caught up to Daniel, though I will remind viewers that his time was restarted, and he’s effectively ten seconds ahead right now.”
Obstacle 2: Big Red Pokeballs -- Raihan: 142 seconds ; Daniel: 65 seconds
Tumblr media
“Oh no! A Repeat Ball isn’t going to save Raihan from that mistake, I’m afraid! He and Daniel were still pressing forward at a blistering pace, but Raihan slipped on one of the balls near the middle, crashing into the water a second time!”
Tumblr media
“Daniel is still pressing forward at a steady rate, though, and he still has his Repeat Ball Pin to save him in case his encounter with the Sucker Punch goes awry. Best of luck…”
Obstacle 3: Obstagoon’s Sucker Punch -- Daniel (ahead): 76 seconds
Tumblr media
“A hush falls over the spectators as Daniel comes head to head with the dreaded Sucker Punch and sizes up his enemy. He watches for a pattern for a few seconds before he commits to cross as quickly as he can without slowing down.”
Tumblr media
“I say, he’s doing spectacularly! He’s still getting hit, unfortunately, but he’s relentless in chasing the safety of the next platform. He’s not slowing down! The crowd is going wild!”
Obstacle 3: Obstagoon’s Sucker Punch -- Raihan (behind): 208 seconds (Eliminated)
Tumblr media
“Oh, but here comes Raihan, ready to pull yet another victory out of the jaws of defeat! He seems determined to make up time and starts crossing the Sucker Punch as quickly as he can!”
Tumblr media
“Things seem to be going rather well for him, or at least as well as can be expected--”
Tumblr media
“YOWTCH! Oh no! Raihan was just struck in an… Er… rather sensitive area, and just dropped into the water, clutching his groin. I don’t think there’s any way he can recover from that in time to finish the race! Someone get the poor lad some ice!”
Tumblr media
“What kind of sadistic FREAK allows punches to be aimed below the belt on an obstacle course like this?!”
Tumblr media
“Maybe it’s possible he didn’t account for how tall Raihan is…?”
Tumblr media
“Mr. Chairman, that man is at least Raihan’s height, if not more, judging solely by the height of his shoulders! I’ll be talking to him about the safety of the next course after this match is over. He can ignore my recommendations at his own peril.”
Obstacle 4: Fishious Render -- Daniel (ahead) ??? seconds (Repeat Ball Save!)
Tumblr media
“Daniel’s now at the last obstacle, the insurmountable Fishious Render Bender! No one who’s faced off with these massive, swinging arms of destruction has withstood them to tell the tale. But Daniel seems to have been planning for this! He hasn’t used his Repeat Pin even once, and still has plenty of time to cross it! Will this be what sends his team over the edge for certain?”
Tumblr media
“You can really hear the excitement in the crowd… They’re all on their feet and singing the chant that plays when Gym Leaders pull out their signature Pokemon. This is really going to be some sort of finale -- just one man verses this massive obstacle.”
Tumblr media
“Daniel seems to be gauging how far it is between each platform and considering how fast he can run… He takes off across the platform as soon as the first arm has cleared him! Go, go go!”
Tumblr media
“He’s racing for the midpoint, apparently trying Rico’s strategy for himself. But it’s difficult to judge when the middle isn’t marked! He stands still in place, hoping the second arm simply goes past him, but he’s launched into the water without care!”
Tumblr media
“But he still has his Repeat Ball Pin! He’s holding it up now… Bali! Use Teleport and bring him back to the starting platform!”
Tumblr media
Bali chimed mystically and reset his position as Oleana wound back the clock. “This is likely the only chance he’s going to get. While he saved some time getting here, the margins are still too narrow to rely on. If he ends up in the water again, that’s likely it for his run…”
Tumblr media
“The crowd is chanting his name… If he pulls this off, it’ll be legendary! Come on, Mr. Daniel! We believe in you!”
Daniel took a deep breath, waiting for the first arm to swing past, before he broke into another sprint. The first time, he’d tried to freeze in the middle of the platform, but there was no way he was going to bet on that again. He knew he couldn’t run the entire length before one arm came swinging back down towards him, but with any luck, he shouldn’t have to.
He blew right past the approximate middle of the narrow walkway, much to the surprise of the hosts, keeping the sight of the second arm firmly in his peripheral vision. Almost there… Almost…
When the arm was nearly crashing into his side, he did the one thing he could think of: he jumped as high as he could, hoping he’d clear it.
He did not.
His foot got caught on the very edge, throwing him into a frightful spin. Dhimani stood up and screamed. “OH NO, HIS HELMET CAME OFF--”
Nearly a death sentence. Daniel’s forehead was clipped on the very edge of the platform, then basically got launched into the mighty river with all the force of a Gyarados’s Hyper Beam. The crowd fell silent as he landed with deafening SPLASH. Out like a light.
A CRITICAL FAIL.
Tumblr media
“B-BALI! Use Teleport! Bring him back to the shore, oh sweet Arceus!!!”
Bali chittered sadly, and did what it was told. From this close, a streak of blood could be seen gathering at his temples. Rose, of course went to check his vitals as Oleana sighed and dug out her phone again.
Tumblr media
“I’m on it, Chairman… Hello, is this Wyndon General Hospital? Yes, hi, Clara. We’ve got another one for you today… Yes, I’ll hold.”
Final Score: Team Morgremlin: 1,170 seconds (Winner?!) Team Sweet Puff: 1,200 seconds
