like literally today i saw someone on twitter saying exactly this bc the gmmtv twt account posted upcoming events for the next week. now mind you! first is LITERALLY on holiday with his family rn, so how (and more importantly why) do they expect him to have events next week? well when someone mentioned that in the replies, their response was just 'well clearly you don't see it the way i do' which ?? what way is that ?? that he's on holiday?? that he can't be in two places at once??? and other people in the replies were like 'well why can't khaotung have solo events!' and it's like ?? idk maybe bc he's at home gaming, hanging out with his sister and playing his instruments ?? maybe it's bc the two of them are CLEARLY on a break and just bc khaotung is still at home doesn't mean he's not RESTING??

and yes i'm mad about that kind of stuff! it comes off as so selfish and spoilt!! and not to make everything about bts but bts have this exact same issue w some fans to the point where armys literally came up w a name for to refer to these kind of fans: mantis (manager+anti). an explanation of what that means from reddit (bc it's better than i could ever explain it): 'Mantis are antis who essentially hide behind “stanning” so much that they themselves feel like they know the group, and their career, better than the group does. These are the fans constantly trying to "protect" them, beyond normal levels. The type to think they are constantly mistreated/tortured by the company and don't get to make any decisions of their own. Also tend to call out other fans "for not being real fans" if they don't join in on the concern.' like literally i read some of stuff some (emphasis on SOME) fkt fans say and it literally is like. i have played these games before!

and listen i'm not gonna pretend i know much of anything abt that company. i'm new here as it is and i really don't pay attention to any other actors or shows or whatever to compare it to so im deffo not the authority in this regard!

but all that said i 1000% get the impression that there are some fans that kinda... infantilise fkt when it comes to their work. like they have no choice or agency and gmmtv are keeping them locked in a basement somewhere. and i do believe that the majority of them mean well (altho i do think a lot of them want/expect way too much from fkt but i'll get to that), but it's almost as if they forget they're grown men who are more than capable of advocating for themselves. i mean fucking hell, was it not them aggressively advocating for themselves for years that got them put on a show together in the first place? first and khaotung are clearly not people who have difficulty going after what they want, esp when together. i've heard that fkt are notoriously picky about which scripts they accept, which doesn't sound to me like people who are really being neglected by their company. neglected actors don't get the luxury of being picky about jobs. neglected actors are lucky to get any jobs.

(and this goes for events and stuff too, which is a common gripe i've seen. in my opinion - and this is just mine! - people who take their acting as seriously as first and khaotung may not want to take loads of events where they're essentially glorified salesmen. and i mean that with no shade bc make that bag always, but as i see it that's all those events are - extra money in their pockets. i can't see how they would do anything for their career really. and doesn't it just make sense that if they're picky abt their jobs that would also extend into events and stuff too? like? i mean ppl are free to disagree w me on this bc this is just my opinion but yknow. i just think ppl make this into a bigger thing than it is)

and funnily enough i also saw a thread on twt the other day abt how fkt are much bigger internationally than they are in thailand. the shows they've opted to do (again, opted, bc they have a choice) are shows that allegedly don't appeal to a domestic market like most other gmmtv shows do. and so, no matter how you or i might feel abt it, from a business pov it makes sense that they might not be getting the opportunities some other actors might be getting if there simply just isn't demand for it domestically. which sucks, but if that's how it is, that's how it is.

and don't get me wrong i completely get viciously advocating for your faves ok? im an army. for half of bts' career fans were all they had. but sometimes that advocacy becomes a) kinda ridiculously demanding given the context and b) almost condescending. or very condescending sometimes. this goes for bts and fkt both. and while it's all well and good wanting things for them, all i'm saying is let's not forget that they are grown men who are not new to this business. not to mention the fact they have a known track record of advocating for themselves, or the fact that they enough scripts coming their way to be able to be picky, or the fact that already have a new show lined up. first has two even! and a show currently airing! and a cameo that just aired like last week! and another one we know is coming! like my god these are not men who are hurting for work rn.

and in my humble opinion, coming to learn about this industry relatively recently, i think ppl expect too much from these actors overall. i think a lot of them - fkt included - work a hell of a fucking lot actually. i think demanding much more is just selfishness. if im honest. like yes it's nice to see them doing events and stuff. but it's not necessary. and i'll be honest! would i like more interviews and magazines and things like that? sure! but like i said if the demand isn't there, neither will the offers be. that's just the reality of what it is! i'm not going to be sending trucks about it lmfao

I've also gone through Lyney and Lynette's character stories/voice lines regarding Arlecchino (and a rough translation of Freminet's) and I completely agree! To be completely honest she seems more nicer than I thought she'd be. Of course, she's still strict and evil but she still has standards and seems to care for the siblings to some extent. One of the lines I found most interesting was "Perhaps the most amazing aspect of Lyney's Founding Day magic show was its ability to have even "Father" lay down her heavy burden and enjoy a brief moment of familial love." I didn't expect her to have such a close connection with the siblings. Plus, when she denied giving Lyney a Delusion and also allowed Lynette to keep a box of cats? Loved that. She can be cruel and mean but she does have some sort of heart left. Not to mention Arlie's confirmed to be from Fontaine. I hope we learn her real name soon! Totally with you there with her being soft only for reader ❤️ She has the ability to be kind but expresses it in perhaps an unconventional way. Even when she's being soft she doesn't know exactly how to act. Really looking forward to her in-game appearance!!

I understand the Traveler not trusting the Fatui but they were literally holding onto Childe's Vision in that moment?😭 Besides that little piece, these two Archon quests were really solid and lots of fun. Was also surprised how many serious topics were put into it too. Usually they leave the dark stuff for side/world quests.

Navia. Definitely an amazing character i loved her in the quests. Really beautiful, great personality, and i love her two bodyguards. Her voice while yelling at Neuvillette was really raw 🥺 Also loving Furina a lot. I didn't expect her to be insecure of herself. Seems like her confidence is just a facade for her people's sake. Y'all already know how I feel about Neuvillette haha i didn't expect him to be so emotional but I'm loving him so much! (I love everyone lemme just stop repeating myself 😭)

But damn being dissolved into water is so grim 😭 Imagine just being Fontanian and all of a sudden you learn you could simply dissolve and no one would ever know. I'd literally be so scared that i could die at any time 😭

But then you felt the situation weigh upon you, knowing he was still going to war with your parents, and your heart beat against your chest in a furious pace.

“I've decided to renew the terms.” he says, out of nowhere and you look at him confused before it dawns on you.

before i say anything else, i wanna tell you that i'm sorry. i've been exactly where you are, some days i am still there, and i know how hard it is, how absolutely devastating it can be, and i'm so sorry that you're experiencing it.

none of it is silly. the characters may not be real, but the feelings are! the love that you have for this character is very real! which means the grief is too. which is so beautiful but so heartbreaking at the same time, isn't it? and the thing that's helped me the most, and the thing that i recommend to people going through it, is to allow yourself the time to feel that grief.

i know that my initial reaction was to try to pretend that i wasn't feeling what i was feeling. i thought it might be stupid or ridiculous, i was concerned of what people might think... but it didn't stop me from feeling it. it just made me feel bad for feeling it, worse than i was already feeling. it made me feel isolated and trapped. i had to sit with it so that i could heal from it. i had to lay in bed, i had to cry, i had to write it down, i had to talk it out. and now i'm better, i'm happy and i'm in love, and he is with me always. but i had to mourn him first. and that might be what you need to do too.

and i want to tell you that two things can be true at the same time. it can be true that in canon, he died. it can be true that you experienced a loss and it has been heartbreaking, to feel like he's gone and that your relationship was cut short. and it can also be true that he will always be with you. that you have a connection to him unlike any other and as long as you're breathing and as long as you love him, he exists within you and he will never really be dead. you can bring him back to life, you can pretend he was never really gone at all, and you can keep creating a future with him. and you can sit in both of these truths at the same time and honor all of the feelings that come with them. choosing one or the other can be hard. you don't have to do it.

when feelings come up, allow them. sit with them and talk with them and allow yourself to heal from them. i know it feels like you won't ever be able to move on from it, that's how i felt too, but one day it won't hurt so bad. maybe you'll forget his death or maybe you won't, but you can still live a happy life with him as a part of it anyway. just give yourself time to get there, okay?

Wow so Cece is living her best life and i'm loving it. I mean it seemed an easy option for her to pine and be dragged into the drama. I love that you continued to write her to just be doing the best for herself and not be waiting for someone else. Not being a second choice. She's a take charge girl!

As wild of a time one part of this triangle is having in Vegas, the reasons I'm back is really to ask and had thoughts about the Pittsburgh couple. To me these two are so interesting for so many reasons. Which I have mentioned before to you. What stood out for me in this chapter is the quiet moments in their relationship. That unspoken part. To me particularly for these two they are important and intriguing are the verbal ones. You have written this so well, especially in this chapter with the games they are playing.

So for example, Jacqueline with her style change. She explains how she liked the dress. Simple. He says it's not her, likes her how she is. Simple. That's the verbal. But unspoken is the trap she is laying for him. She knows why she tried this out. Sid also knows why she is doing this and what's going on here. They arent saying it overtly or straight up asking the obvious. They both know it. That is what I read in this part among other things. Well I have through the previous chapters so far. It's written so well. I hope this makes sense and not just ramblings.

I have gone back and re read chapters and you have done this a bit.... the unspoken. I wanted to know was this intentional and for this story feel it's the unspoken parts that are the most interesting?

Look im possibly making up my own backstory and reading way too much into it 🤣

I'll just jump in and say yes, there's lots of unspoken moments with Jacqueline and Sidney. They've known each other for so long that they truly do know how the other is. The style thing was a test, Jacqueline knew if Sidney complimented her and encouraged the change that he was fully guilty while Sidney knew something was up, he just didn't know what exactly but he didn't feel good about it. He loves Jacqueline, he knows she's who he belongs with despite all the fighting and tense moments. He just knows he wants Cecelia too which is the bad part.

I do tend to do that a lot with the unspoken moments lol and believe me it makes me so happy you pick up on them. I feel like the unspoken is better than the descriptive sometimes if it's the proper moment to do so. I don't wanna give spoilers, or too much away, but this is the theme that goes until someone spills their guts and tbh it might not be who you're thinking lol. I was checking an oldish tag on here and saw some of your old asks about Stas where people told you everything she was doing, full transparency and you defended her like no other. Everything they spoke about came to light and we are now or have been seeing since Europe everything and more that people mentioned . So im curious (maybe you’ve said before but i didnt see it) what made you change your stance and open your eyes to her odd behavior especially towards Colby? The asks were pretty blunt and straight forward and you still found a way to curve every answer.

and then finally: tomorrowland. the amount of fans that upticked their talks of colby and stas when they were basically forced to hang out with one another the whole time bc kat and sam wanted their own time away (which is fine, don't get me wrong. but it just really didn't help the already existing issue of colby and stas being shipped) was super fucking annoying. i basically was getting upwards of 10 asks a day, and that's a light guesstimate, about the situation. and while i don't mind talking about something…. i don't want to talk about it that much.

The whole afternoon was spent with your loved one, friends and you all had such a great time, playing some card games, tennis which Jean and Connie that they brought along with them. Hanji then talked about how your relationship was going and Levi would suddenly talk really highly of you, and pamper about you then he would mention all of the times you meant a lot to him and he cherished.

The sun started to set and everyone was heading to leave, and Levi held on your hand and you both went to see the sunset while sitting on the bench. You found the sunset really beautiful, but to Levi he thought you were more prettier.
