dinner tonight is milk tea boba, an apple salad, tomato soup, and a tuna salad melt with gouda cheese. I vastly prefer to eat tuna salad/x and cheese sandwiches while shoving ridged chips in my mouth at the same time

Whenever I eat next to nothing for breakfast I get the worst cravings throughout the day, like I fucking ate an ice cream sandwich. LIKE WHAT THE FUCK!!! I'm gonna try this new diet that I invented awhile back for school because it was easy for me to follow because I get out of school so late. (Insert name) Diet 🌱E X E R C I S E While exercise is important, I personally recommend focusing on just the diet aspect and once you're used to that incorporate exercise whenever you can. (I do yoga in the mornings but I also work on a farm which is basically physical labor all day in the sun) But while you are getting used to the diet you should get your body used to moving around more, so that exercise won't be as hard, for example: -taking the stairs -standing instead of sitting -going on nature walks -walking instead of taking the bus( if you can) -fidget like crazy I'm not kidding -clench your stomach or thigh muscles periodically when you sit and then relaxing them again (repeat) 🌱 D I E T -Breakfast is actually pretty important I guess but I do skip it on occasion. But if you do skip breakfast drink about a liter of water or a few cups of black coffee or tea. Otherwise breakfast should be between 200-300 cal (depending on your personal cal intake, I try to stay under 1000 everyday) -If your breakfast was made for you by a family member or if you went over the calorie allowance skip lunch and drink some cold water and chew on sugar free mint gum or suck on sugar free hard mints. (The mint will keep you from feeling hungry) If you don't have gum or mints go for a lemon or cucumber infused water. If your breakfast stayed within the calorie boundary eat a 100-200 cal lunch -Dinner, is almost always prepared by my parents for me and so I always try to put as little on my plate as they would allow, they also tend to not eat at the dinner table and so I usually can get away with throwing out my food. If this doesn't work for you try to eat atleast 1/3 to 1/2 of the food on your plate and then spread the food out so that it looks like you ate a lot, then offer to eat the rest tomorrow or claim that you're too full to continue eating. If you make your own dinner try to stay between 200-400 cal. 🌱E X T R A R U L E S -count all fruits, vegetables, and beverages EVERYTHING HAS CALORIES!! -if you're out with family at a restaurant, order from the soups and salads sections or go for a vegetarian or vegan meal, they tend to have fewer calories and fewer fats and sodium -go vegan or vegetarian, it'll give you a good excuse to not eat certain foods -try to aim for no junk food, sometimes I slip up on this because my family aren't the healthiest people. But go for no sugar -only drink water, tea and black coffee. You are allowed up to two diet cokes a month to help satisfy any sweet cravings -if you feel light-headed or sick in anyway EAT! A little extra calories won't destroy you're progress - the key to this diet is that weight loss is achieved by eating less than you burn, everyday you burn an average 1500 calories even if you sit around and do nothing all day. So if for some reason you can't work out everyday/week it's OKAY! Exercise itself doesn't make you lose weight, it's how much/ what you eat that gets you results so focus on that first!!!! - this diet is good for people that have trouble with skipping meals. If this diet is done with the maximum calorie allowance, you'll be consuming 900 calories which is a fuck ton. And if you eat that in fruits and vegetables and healthy stuff, it'll seem like a shit ton of food and so I like to consider this a more "generous" diet. -and of course the all important golden rule: DRINK A SHIT LOAD OF WATER IM NOT KIDDING DRINK ATLEAST 2 LITERS EVERYDAY BECAUSE HYDRATION IS IMPORTANT AND WATER FILLS YOU UP WHICH MEANS YOURE LESS LIKELY TO BINGE I SWEAR!!!!!! Hopefully this was useful to somebody, if not then I'll know that it was atleast useful for me and it helped me a lot 🌱Get thin, stay healthy!

2018 year of health
I am giving myself from tomorrow 365 days to get my BMI down from 33.2 to 20.3. Currently 88.9kg I want to weight 54 kg easy to remember since in 5’4 😊
My health is starting to suffer and the threat of developing diabetes is a serious reality now so I have to change what I’m doing.
Firstly drinks I rack up so many calories on coffees and soft drinks so from here on out my drinks will be green tea, black coffee or water no juice, sodas, smoothies or milky flavoured coffees.
Breakfast- I need to get into the habit of having breakfast every morning to make it easier I will be having. Dairy free over night oats pre made in the fridge for an easy go to. Tea rather than coffee and a pint of lemon water before any food.
Lunch - im going to start bringing a sandwich to work and college to help curb temptation and help my wallet currently spending £5+ a day on lunch £35+ a week is not ideal when I can buy 3 meals a day for a week for that much in the supermarket. Also the daily chocolate/sweet break is gone I will have grapes
Dinners I want to keep light to help me sleep better at night either soups or a vegan salad and on occasion pasta.
Goal is a have 200g of fiber per day and at least 500g of veggies and fruits (bulk from veg) also drink enough water throughout the day.
I have just over 5 stone to lose however I want to lose it right wich means losing it slowly. Here’s to a year of change and daily blogging to keep me on track
P xoxo
