aphrodite cabin headcanons bc the way rick wrote them was fucked up. let them be silly and hyperfemme and girlypop i am begging you.

they have a billion playlists for different occasions (getting ready in the morning, arts and crafts, capture the flag, etc.) that they share with the apollo cabin.

to clarify, they are not allowed to use the capture the flag playlist anymore because they are permanently banned from playing after a hermes kid almost lost an arm.

the clothes in the camp store are ugly as hell so they convinced chiron to let them set up racks of clothes they don’t wear or just bought specifically for the store, of course with low prices because everyone should be able to look hot. there are crop tops, bandeau tops, all different length skirts, rompers, and even cute shoes. the aesthetics range from y2k to hippie to coquette to fairy grunge to mermaidcore to goth, with sizes ranging from 3XS to 5XL.

they have huge storage units of makeup and hair stuff that they gladly lend out to other campers. they even have dye and bleach from arctic fox and salon-grade brands. don’t worry about how they got it.

they regularly have movie nights using a projector with blankets, popcorn, and cuddle piles. their favorites to watch are mean girls, legally blonde, clueless, jennifer’s body (a halloween tradition), enchanted, the house bunny, but i’m a cheerleader, tangled, mama mia, the sisterhood of the traveling pants, and all three high school musicals (they know all the songs by heart, ofc).

the whole “nico was the first person who ever came out at camp” thing is literally the dumbest thing i’ve ever read, so that’s just not true and the aphrodite cabin has organized every pride event at camp for years now. no one knows how they do it or where they get all that glitter, and no one is brave enough to ask.

you need love advice? you’re questioning your sexuality and need to talk to someone about it? you need a girltalk session and some hypewomen? you need to make sure the harpies don’t get you when you and your partner sneak out to a secluded spot on the beach? they got u, babes, don’t even worry about it.

they all have perfumes and colognes customized to their signature scents.

their support for the trans community could rival the dionysus cabin. also they worship dylan mulvaney like the goddess she is because i worship her like the goddess she is, and i make the rules.

when one of them is sad, they all stop everything they’re doing until their sibling feels better. that means skincare, hair-braiding trains, manicures while watching barbie movies, and those frosted sugar cookies. no, they will not, under any circumstances, participate in camp activities until they’re sure their sibling is okay.

their favorite show is sex education. when they watch it, they send the younger campers into the big house with a hephaestus-cabin-engineered ipad to watch monster high and ever after high until they’re done. dionysus does not approve of having to babysit, but after he went to chew out the rest of the cabin and found them in tears with mascara trails because they got to season 2, he stopped interfering.

drew and will got the two cabins together to bribe and beg chiron for eras tour tickets. it did not work (much to nico’s delight, who would’ve been persuaded into going by his boyfriend). in retaliation, they put pink hair dye in his shampoo, and the apollo cabin cursed him to randomly sing what he says with no warning. dionysus has never been so entertained.

they have no tolerance for pick-me girls or slut-shaming.

piper apologized to drew once she matured and started dating shel.

they all have phones that they hide from everyone else, complete with protection spells from the hecate cabin. they all have a family group chat and facetime basically every day when summer ends. shel and valentina are best friends now.

being the only boy, mitchell used to get bullied a lot by insecure middle school ares boys. that is, until his sisters caught wind and gave them hell. now, no one messes with mitchell, and especially not with his sisters.

they absolutely lose their shit when they realize some of the younger campers are too young to know one direction.

they’re closer to the apollo kids (and nico) than any other cabin.

they have a bookshelf full of nothing but romance. red, white, and royal blue, the falling on love montage, pride and prejudice, cemetery boys, the seven husbands of evelyn hugo, like a love story, heartstopper, the list goes on and on (no colleen hoover, though, yuck).

their acrylics and press-ons are deadly.

they have bunk beds, but more often than not you’ll find them sharing beds like they’re at a sleepover.

the cabin is extremely maximalist, with little disco balls, pink and lavender everywhere, fake flowers, and full-length mirrors because no, they’re not sharing.

Also, it looks expensive... and uncomfortable, even if he knows that is not relevant in the world of beauty. Isn't it a bit too tight on the waist? Why is the skirt so pompous? Is it not hard to walk with those? And don't get him starting with those shoes, he hates them. And it wasn't him... but Gyutaro threw afaw your make up, not feeling confident that it wasn't toxic (Daki's isn't any better, but she can stand it). "You don't like it?" You ask as you spin to show him your newest set of clothing, seeing he is not very enthusiastic about it.

Usually he would like anything that goes against Japan's beauty standard, but this is not too different to like nor similar enough to hate. And he really wants to like it, because you like it and dressing like that makes you happy. He knows that, and really wants to tell you he likes it, that he likes how you look (because he likes how happy you look), but in the end "Ne... fuck it, my taste is shit anyways, ne." Gyutaro is doing no compromises.

Gyokko:

Gyokko straights adores it. De details! The uniqueness! The details! The mix of empowerenment and innocence in the skirt! The tightness is perfect, showing your body shape better than any kimono, making your curves visible. Round and symetric, the perfection of the world in shapes but with way too flashy and uncharacteristic colours, make up to make your skin glow up, he can't help but get into it. He adores the dresses, and sometimes he is tempted in using a female canvas with one of those, it would look beautiful! Kitsch! Definetely the perfect complement for his arts.

"I know that is I give you one I won't be recieving it back, if you are going to wear it or make another girl wear it it's the same." You argue when he asks for some of your materials, the only thing you let him get away with are the hair accesories and jewelry, not because those are easy to find, but because the dress can get to be... too much, even for you, that you won't be missing them as much. Also, you can trust Gyokko to do your hair and make up, so you must be able to give him things that go from your neck to above, He is as supportive as he can be, being Gyokko.

Hantengu:

It's... intimidating, everything put together. The heels make you taller and make too much noise against the wood, the robe (it's... it's a robe, right? What do you mean it's not? Then what is it?) in the skirt takes up a lot of space, more than a kimono, but besides that, it's pretty. And it suits you because of it, since you are pretty. He doesn't know how to voice it, but it's something nice to look, even if it's not easy on the eyes because of the amount of details, it makes him feel tipsy.

Sometimes he halps you with your hair and make-up, he knows how to make ponytails and braids, and besides a clear base your make up it's not so hard to do (when his pulse is not working against him, of course). He is more than supportive, even if he doesn't find the words to describe it.

Sekido:

"So? What do you think?" You ask Sekido and... he just looks at you for 5 minutes straight, a face that clearly says "are you kidding?" as he then proceeds to examine what you wear. A new dress, like the other one, full of details and looking uncomfortable as fuck, besides that too many accesories for his liking, but... you do seem happy, and he knows you like expressing yourself that way. "Looks good." Better than anything Urogi and Karaku can pull, he tells himself, and you do look good.

As long as he doesn't have to wear himsef any of that, the make-up, the produced hair-styles, the gloves, the heels, the skirt... everything is too much. Honestly, if you give him any of those as a gift, or even just lending or trying it on him, then he will give it to Karaku to lose it and Urogi to destroy it. He will support you in whatever you want to wear, it's not his problem, he sees the beauty in it, but it's not for him.

Karaku:

Karaku thinks it's cute. Something about it screams "childish" and "indulging", the feeling of being down below and on top at the same time. He has heard foreign, the ones you buy all this expensive stuff from, the term "kitsch" to describe it, "bad taste". He likes it, so you should not be surprised when he starts stealing these dresses for you, enjoying how... "flashy" it is. The details, the heels, the weird sizes, the tightness in the waist and the curves? What it's not to like? And you look happy in those.

After a while he also starts stealing things for himself, barely using them, but every once in a while he likes to mess around with this type of clothing. It's not the most comfortable, specially since it was desighned to be for women (men's attire is completely different, and he finds it boring compared to the ones you use), it's just to cause trouble. To look pretty and, in his body, like a pervert. These are good laughs, even if you don't feel the sime, but you are glad he is vocal about liking your style.

Urogi:

Urogi adores it, he thinks it's unique. "I have never seen anything like this before." He comments as he takes away a piece of the hair accesories, pulling it and toying with it in his hands, wearong doesn't seem as nice as it would be to make a nest with it. You answer that it's mostly based from an old style from Europe, another continent, a concept you have to explain to him. Urogi gets curious and asks as much as how did you get these things and about the continent they come from, you have never been there so you answer as much as you can.

"It's weird to be able to trade with humans beyond the see, last time I check they were a possible menace and pest. Didn't the borders close in Edo because of them?" He tries to understand, but because he was alive in that time he is the one that should be explaining it to you. He seems more interest in the concept of being from outside than the look itself, but he does steal your things to build nests. Besides that, he is not that interested, and you can't trust him with your stuff (not even the make up, he ate it once).

Aizetsu:

Aizetsu thinks it looks... young... childish sometimes. That is not exactly a good thing. He knows you want to look cute, but... can't you at least wear something less indulgent? It looks expensive, and damn him if he doesn't feel melancholic when he sees the bill of those things you wear. (Leave it to the west, he swears they always battle to make things the most expensive they can, should have kept the borders closed). Also, it doesn't really look comfortable. with everything over it he can't tell you you are reaching to look like yourself or look how you would like to be seen, because it's too much effort to, everyday fix your hair, make up, wear clothes that are hard to walk and run with (and surrounded by demons, no less).

Aizetsu always thought it was sad how it was expected for women to "fix" themselves for their families, for their husbands, for their society, and he doesn't know what to think while seeing you. "So, what do you think?" You show him another set, he has been thinking into asking help from Karaku and Hantengu to get money (stealing it, what else?) so he can at least support you a bit, because no matter his thoughts on the matter, you seem happy in those dresses. "It looks fine." So he plays along (even if he thinks he is cuter when making sad puppy eyes than you with all those things, maybe that is why he doesn't understand the effort. He doesn't need it, why do you?)

Nakime:

"I'm not wearing any of that." Is the only thing Nakime said before leaving with her biwa to another room-dimension-floor-whatever after you came with another one of those dresses of that style you wear. You know, skirt at the lenght of the knee (at most), many details, tight on the waist, socks over the knee, hair accesories and make-up powder, but in black and grey, asking her her to wear it. You thought it would look cute on her, she didn't agree. Nakime... doesn't like it, it feels odd for her, too foreign for her liking, because she does like luxurious items, the hause has them, but she likes traditional luxury. This is... too European.

Also, Nakime feels is a bit... infantilizing in some point, so she would rather avoid the experience of wearing it at all. She has never shown or vocalized her dislike because in her view it has nothing to do with you, she doesn't like it, but you do. You can wear whatever you want, it's not her job to police you, but she is not even going to try it on, no matter how much you ask. Nakime can and will also compliment you from time to time, only to feed you confidence, but she is not more supportive than that.

Akaza:

He... feels weird about it, there is something that he doesn't like and he doesn't know- fuck it, Akaza knows exactly what he doesn't like, the fact that you, as a woman, are trying to dress more like you were younger, the lenght of the skirt is the one you would expect only in young children, he remembers Edo, he used to dress.... forget it , he did, the thing is, you are a young lady, why look like a child with all the pink and details and fragile looks like she had. She was sick, he had to take care of her. Why are you reminding him she was just a girl? A girl who dresses with pink, the patterns were not as flashy as they couldn't afford more, but he would have given her more. "Akaza?"

He looks at you are you where showing him another set and he zoomed out. He looks at you a bit lost before answering quickly "Yeah... yeah, it looks nice. Soft pink... it's nice." He wants to take care of you, but not in the usual way, he wants to fix you beddings and set you there and talk you to sleep, keeping awake as he looks down at you, hopefully soundly sleeping, waking you up from nighmares and comforting you after. To bring you food and check your temperature, not let you up. He doesn't understand it, why would he want to treat you like a child? He can't get it, so he can't like it. "It's nice."

Douma:

Douma likes it, it's knew, foreign. He doesn't have many outsiders as followers, five at most if he is not wrong, but his cult recieves them nonetheless. He must admit, just one had a style any remotely similar to yours, European, and he ended up killing that same follower. It was not personal, they were not liked around in general, carrying too much silly ideas of their own nation to accept the superiority of those in front of him, accusing Douma of being a demon, so he got silenced. Honestly, it's entertaining, the details, the shape, the make-up, the heels... it's all so outstanding.

Douma adores new things, new tastes, anything than can kill monotony and boredom. But besides that? He doesn't care. You can dress whatever you want and he couldn't care less, and once het gets used to this look then he will stop caring. His only interest is to see more of this foreign culture, and take a bite id he can. He will not point your looks out, mostly not wanting you to be berated for them, since it's hard to get along with Europe, it has always been, so you could say he is ignoring it.

Kokushibou:

So.... Kokushibou will not say an opinion... but he will. "It looks inappropriate." Really, the skirt is a bit short, showing from your knees to below or even more... you are a young lady, not a child, you should be covering properly. Women in his times did (we heard you gramps 😅). Also, the details are too much and it gives off the impression that you expend too much money on yourself (the proces really are not at your favor in that argument) and are seeking too much od spotlight, it defies what a proper lady should look like, with simple grace and humble wealth (as if that existed 😒), and he dislikes it. It does follow some of Japan's beauty standars, like the use of clear bases and make-up that doesn't fight your natural skin tone, so he doesn't hate it.

Still, while he has never told you how you should dress, he really doesn't like it. It's clearly a foreign style and, honestly? He is not impressed, it's clearly meant to be for those who lack the discipline of the Japanese traditions, meant to break the links with the ancestors and the values in simplicity. What else could he expect from outsiders? The fact that you use that... clothes only for the sake of indulging proves him right! (Yeah, yeah, go to sleep Kokushibou) So don't you dare including him in... this phase of yours. (... at least he is not fainting of horror 🤣).

Mizho actually doesnt need her eyepatch - she began wearing it after she regained her past-life memories and wanted to keep that handicap since that’s what she was used to in her past life - also it helps train & become stronger like she used to be. Also she saw the heart eyepatch & was like that’s fkn cute #aesthetic. I imagine a moment (years into knowing the evil doji) where she’s focusing hard on something & flips her eyepatch up for a moment to concentrate and Fussa & Rage are like “??!”

I will say that there’s a line in chapt 3 of Feast of Fools that’s making me Rethink this and i’m liking the idea of her losing her eye in a similar way to however Michel Dubois did

WWII 3-year bad doji bonding arc - like all the other doji & their masters she cares for Hana. Mizho will deny that she likes her and keep threatening to stab Hana whenever she comes near. The little girl calls her Nii-chan and asks her to brush & do her hair and she only trusts Mizho’s judgement on the cute clothes she finds during that era. Hana idolizes Mizho and keeps saying she wants to be just like her when she grows up. Eater is terrified of that possibility.

She is bored to death of Vice & Rune’s schemes and this posturing around the philosophy of evil & defeating Dunstan. She’s like ‘yeah. we’re evil. duh. everyone shut up.” (given that in her few scenes during those chapters all she says is ‘Gimme a break’ and ‘I hate chitchat’) i lowkey think this is why Takei never gave her a moment - near endgame KDU all the fights included long ramblings about good / evil blurring and Mizho/Paresse are just like 'whatevs." kinda hard to fit their arc in near the end of the story where Takei was rly trying to wrap up his themes about good & evil (i'm bitter)

She refuses to call Rune ‘Officer’ or any of the other doji & their masters by their military titles that they gain/steal/whatever during WWII. She’s like ‘I gained the rank of Lieutenant all by myself in the last War, yall cheated by fighting with your doji’

Highkey the only character I ship Mizho with is Paresse. Love the idea of two freaks who only tolerate each other <3 After the end of the series there’s a slight power struggle as Mizho adjusts to not being his master & hanging out with him 24/7 and he’s not as down for her weird whims as he figures out what he actually likes as a human. Because they’ve known each other for so long though and were especially isolated with only each other bc of their sloth/apathy, they have a bit of codependency / separation anxiety issue as they try to build their own identities in a normal world. This goes one of two ways: eventually, they’re like ‘wait. we really are….the only ones….. that match each other’s freak” (this is my idea in this dumb sexting fic i’m writing) OR Rage helps Paresse get over her (could start out as Rage being like ‘let me teach you how not to be a fucking creep now that you’re human’ and then Rage realizes ‘wait, i actually….do like this weird shit you’re into’) and M & P develop a close siblinglike relationship after a few rocky months. Either way, WTI’s first Japan tour is a freaking mess and Fussa is like 🧍 watching these emotionally discombobulated kids tear each other apart.

Jeff feels overwhelmed at his hospital job, feeling that he is responsible for everyone and everything, so most of the time when he doesn't have to work with patients, he wears headphones to ease his mind a bit, usually listening to something rhythmic (+1 point if the track doesn't have any words).

Jeff would be such a fan of Twenty One Pilots. This band is so him coded.

I think that Evan has a Walkman cassette player, and he prefers cassettes to CD's, because "they sound worse".

HABIT :

Evan can't stand MCR (i know it's a hot take, i know), but HABIT loves them, especially when he gets to rearrange and clean his weapons, humming along while putting on a show, like twirling knives in the air or threatening an imaginary opponent.

If talking about my favorite purple bastard, I think it's really for music to get stuck in his head, and sometimes it can result in pretty hilarious (although still horrifying if you know the context) things, for example him throwing out the "trash" *wink wink* and not noticing how he sings something he had heard on the radio.

Just imagine HABIT humming ABBA or some 2010 white girl music. This brings me so much joy, you have no idea.

I think Steph would hide her preferences, until she feels safe enough to share some of the music she likes, and if a person she shares it with likes it as well, she would spend hours and hours talking about every little detail in lyric and sound and how it all has A DEEPER MEANING! She would be right, tho.

Teruteru Hanamura - (He/Him Hyper pan sexual) I don’t actually hate his design, he looks like the plump chef decorations everyone had in their kitchen in the 90s. He has thick hair and uses a ridiculous amount of pomade and hairspray to style it. (How he doesn’t catch on fire doing flambé is beyond me)

Ultimate Imposter - (They/Them intersex pansexual) They have to hide all of their natural features as part of their talent, but I feel like they probably have a somewhat feminine build. Due to their weight, they can pass more easily as any gender without being questioned (and maybe with some shape wear to help seal the deal) and this is pretty gender affirming for them.

Mahiru Koizumi - (She/They, Lesbian) She is midsized with a small tummy pooch and kind of pear shaped. Her freckles extend to her shoulders and back, and she has somewhat crooked teeth, but in kind of an endearing way. Has a small nose ring.

Peko Pekoyama - (She/Her, grey asexual) Slim and muscular with very little curvature, not that she needs a big pair of jugs to slow her down. She has really long thin fingers, and 9 times out of ten they are ice cold. She also has several scars from weapons training.

Ibuki Mioda - (They/She, pansexual) Built like a board. Just no hips or chest to spare, but they prefer a more androgynous style anyway, as is popular in the scene. Always has raccoon eyes, and will rub or picked at her face, smearing them in the process. Septum and tongue piercings and stretched lobes. Also has light acne scars.

Hiyoko Saonji - (She/Her, Lesbian) Looks like she’s 12. Her hair is very reactive to humidity and she is prone to turning into a poodle if it gets wet. Has a sizable front tooth gap, which only serves to make her look more childish.

Mikan Tsumiki - (She/Her, bisexual-female pref) She is plus sized and has wider hips, which she bumps into stuff with all the time. She has a round face and a button nose, which are always rosy pink, because of how often she is crying. Just chronically puffy eyes.

Gundam Tanaka - (They/Them, pansexual) They are kind of average/slim and don’t have much in the way of muscle. There’s just not as much under those robes as you might expect. Wears corpse paint and other trad goth makeup often but hates going out without at least using a light/white foundation. Black lipstick is a must for special occasions, and they always carry at least one lint roller to maintain their perfect black clothes with the hammies. Has a septum piercing and stretched lobes.

Nekomaru Nidai-(He/Him, Bisexual, female pref) Obviously built like a Greek god. Is very particular about his manscaping, and you bet your ass his fades are always on point. His hands are so fucking huge and blocky that it’s almost comical to see him holding someone else’s hand. His chest is hairy, and he has eyebrow and nipple piercings.

Nagito Komaeda - (He/They, gay) The man is dying of cancer. He is deathly pale and skinny. If he wasn’t a wacko, any sane person would be concerned for him. His hair is dry and coarse, in an over processed bleach kind of way. Has dark circles and yellowing teeth. Somehow though, he still manages to have a smooth, soft baby face and unnaturally clear skin. Is lacking in the eyebrow department, but has white double lashes on Satoru Gojo’s level.

Kazuichi Souda (He/They, bisexual female pref) Has a bit of pudge from eating processed junk all the time, but doesn’t seem to mind. He had braces as a kid, so his teeth are perfectly straight and really the only tight laced thing about the guy. Has shaved sides and hates washing his hair, so he uses the beanie to cover up the greasy bits and his little black roots when they grow out. Breaks out easily, and has some acne scars. Pierced nostrils, tongue, and stretched ears.

Fuyuhiko Kuzuryuu - (He/Him FtM, ace spec?) Kind of scrawny and will just never be tall. Freckles on his shoulders and back. Has a tiny amount of peach fuzz over his top lip and is really hoping it will start to fill in. Blonde eyebrows that are barely visible to begin with, that he still insists on shaving slits into. Pierced ears.

Sonia Nevermind - (She/Her, pansexual) Petite all around. Dainty little hands and the softest skin. Very fine hair, and like Fuyuhiko, she is a bit lacking in eyebrow definition, but she has to fill them in. Has a small upturned nose and definitely does the princess peach lip thing.

Akane Owari - (She/Her, pansexual) Muscular and thick all over. As much as she definitely has abs, having them visibly defined is generally speaking, not healthy for most women, so they’re under a smooth soft tummy. She has a wider button nose and full lips that she would love to put gloss on if it didn’t interfere with her snacking. Has somewhat crooked teeth and her hair is consistently tangled.

Hajime Hinata - (He/Him, pansexual) Buff arms. All around pretty stocky but not fat. Stubby thick hands. Tans easily and has the worst farmers’ tan from his stupid polo shirt. Gets freckles across his nose when he’s in the sun a lot. He has bushy eyebrows that could use some attention and thick lips.

Random headcanons i have about the Society

Despite being the least academic out of the four kids, Kate is actually fluent in the most languages. While Sticky and Reynie understand most languages (and Reynie can sort of speak some of them), Kate has grown up with people from so many different cultures at the circus that they all just come naturally to her

Sticky is a great cook/baker and I’ve written about this before, but I think he’d be like a little Michelin star chef á la Number Two in the kitchen

Rhonda designs and sews most of her clothes herself (with occasional assistance from Number Two)

Reynie does not do well with horror movies and like, neither does Sticky, but with Reynie he can’t even watch the trailer because he’ll get so scared

Kate on the other hand loves horror movies

Constance pretends to like them but is secretly also a little scared

Sticky can read sheet music but can’t actually play any instruments

He tries teaching himself the violin but quickly gives up

It is the healthiest relationship she has (outside of MK) and the most toxic relationship he has. They will never stop talking to each other. Wayne reads as Ace/Aro for me but even outside of that, I just never liked it. Feels like it happened just bc Bowie was (is?) her rival and he dated Raj A random headcanon: I made a post about this but, to me, her parents are definitely divorced and her mom's been through, like, 5 marriages. Her mom and dad opened the bakery when they were together and now they have to tolerate each other for the sake of the business. Hey gang, back from the dead for a bit to share some recent headcanons I've been thinking up regarding the three new Doctors I've been working on. I'm waiting for commission art to get back before I officially add them, but for the newbies— Bumble, Purple, and Sleepy are the new Doctors who are arriving on their way. My ninth, tenth, and eleventh Doctors. I do have a twelfth Doctor, but he'll probably stay private for a pretty long time until I feel confident enough to bring him over. For now, my last three have been on my mind a lot.

Under the cut is a TON of headcanons regarding their characterization, as well as the commission details I have AT THE MOMENT. Final designs are on their way.

Bumble

Rascal incarnate. Comes directly after Pink, and I think some of those colors bled into her mind. Living life in the most cunty way possible. Disrespectful, punkish in nature, and absolutely bonkers. Out of these three, she's medium-sized. I like to imagine she's retreading One in some ways, maybe wearing a waistcoat & tie with a dress shirt, but then there are some jeans and chains here and there— fingerless gloves and boots. She's like a college professor and a punk-rock biker girl all in one. Wears those round sunglasses with bright red lenses when it's sunny out. I also think she's a pansexual nightmare. She wants to do crime and kiss pretty people, as well as spend most of her life driving with the top down. I think she realizes she might be approaching the end of her regeneration cycle, and is kind of going through it. 

The Darkest Incarnation? Maybe. I think she's definitely up there. She's a little bit unhinged. Pink as an incarnation was very much pragmatic in his approach to violence. If he had to kill someone in order to defend himself or to protect his friends, he would. He's a Doctor fit for a harsh universe, but wasn't absent of that kindness that made The Doctor has as their core personality component. Bumble, following that mindset, and adding in that twinge of extra charisma— is someone who (when faced with the trolley problem) could absolutely justify trading one person for a hundred. She's more of a game player, I think. She plays mental chess with her enemies, lulling them into a false sense of security before pulling the rug out from under them. That doesn't mean she won't give them the option of surrender— she just doesn't offer it as much as any other incarnation would. She's a "no second chances" kind of Doctor, but doesn't actively preach toward someone about considering mercy if she knows they won't take it. "Two truths one lie I'll start— I have killed, I'll kill again, and It burns when I pee." energy.

Tired of being nice: Bumble is probably the most chaotic incarnation in my about. I think even Looney would struggle to keep up with the amount of energy she has and how generally unpredictable she is. She seems to lack a certain noteable amount of sympathy that other incarnations would have. The energy levels of Looney mixed with the general cold/bitterness of Goth. While Goth on his own was mourning his people, and had a heart of gold underneath all that rage— Bumble seems to be generally disinterested in being polite, nice and seems to lack a certain social awareness that other Doctors have on at least a basic level. I think she has a very party-girl lifestyle. She still helps out where she can, but she really does it from an "Oh, you're interrupting my good time" mindset. She would rather go to a club and get involved in someone's night then patrol the universe as a do-gooder. She really is a very morally grey incarnation. 

Purple

The Comeback King: If Bumble following Pink was a challenging adjustment for the universe (and others) then Purple following Bumble is perceived at least as a bit of fresh air. I have no idea what kind of arc Bumble would go through throughout her life that would help her remember the fundementals of being The Doctor and doing what's right because you want too as opposed to doing good things because you have too. However, I think Purple does a sort of comeback tour. He definitely cares more about people then Bumble does, and definitely has an overall greater compassion for things and life in general. 

Disorganized Twink: That being said, I think he's high strung. I think his TARDIS is littered with maps and charts and things. Mostly like books and stuff that help him figure out where he'd like to go. I definitely think that he gets involved in situations where The TARDIS doesn't land exactly where he wants it too (probably BECAUSE of his piloting, which is probably more jank and disorganized) and he gets involved in a situation, solves that situation, and then quickly gets on the move to try and see if he can get to where he was going— rinse and repeat. He has a TON of White Rabbit from Wonderland energy in the sense that he's checking his wrist watch a lot because he's late for something on another planet even though he has a time machine. He's also the tallest out of these three and has the most snatched waist. 

Worse then your aunt but better then yer mum: Just like any Doctor— Purple is a lot to deal with. He's highly energetic and asks a lot of personal questions (just because he wants to help, though.) He lacks certain social graces, blurting out things before he speaks. He's easily distracted, can't keep his head on straight, and definitely is wound too tightly. That being said, he really just wants to be a good person, have a good time, and genuinely is just a good guy to be around. He's based on Matt Smith's Doctor, so there's a lot of those elements reflected here in Purple. He's serious and deadly when the moment calls for it, but chooses to maintain a sort of disorganized lifestyle because he feels like it works well for what he has going on. Life moves fast, and so does this Doctor. He has stay-at-home mom energy, sometimes. "Oh no they love orange juice but they been bad" tiktok energy, if you know what I mean. 

Sleepy.

You're a devious man, Columbo: I'm NOT even gonna hide it. Sleepy is 100% based on Columbo. He is the SMALLEST Doctor on my roster, based heavily on the smaller columbo twitter account. While I haven't decided exactly WHAT his height is, part of me is thinking about making him a four foot short king. That being said, he does share a few elements with Columbo, but isn't like. A direct copy / paste. I think he's very laid back. He's got a sharp tongue and a quick wit, but most of what makes The Sleepy Doctor unique is his approach to his day-to-day adventures. He really is not the running about doing crazy things Doctor. He's very much a handles things very quickly and casually. He CAN be challenged, but I feel like he's the most difficult Doctor to combat— because he's so focused at absolutely all times that he probably has everything mapped out in his head. He's hyper observant and hyper vigilant, but he DOESN'T present that way.

Just a sleepy little guy: Which BRINGS ME to this point. The Sleepy Doctor is EXACTLY that. Sleepy. He's just this really sort of. Low energy incarnation. I think he realizes that his next incarnation is the last body. That means that no matter how Sleepy acts, or what he does— at the end of the day, it's up to the LAST GUY to figure out exactly what they need to do in order to either get the rest The Doctor deserves, or continue persevering. So The Sleepy Doctor is sort of committed to a low energy low activity lifestyle. This doesn't mean he actively ignores the danger in the universe and doesn't help out— he's very capable of that and often still does adventure. It's more of just the fact that the universe is in a state (thanks mostly to the combined efforts of the post time war Doctor's including Goth, Looney, Pink, and Bumble IG, and Purple as well) that he can sort of just RELAX. So he DOES. He's like a big ole sleepy cat— He's also just GENERALLY really friendly. He's laid back, and is probably the most domestic-fueled Doctor. He wants a life, wants to retire. He'll live in that era before the next guy has to start setting up things for finality. "I'm rechargin', so the next guy has a big ole battery."

GOJO ON MAIN? That being said, I don't think you wanna fuck with Sleepy. I think he's potientially the most dangerous Doctor. Super experienced, has a massive collection of artifacts he can use to trap his enemies or disable them entirely— and has a very, very powerful memory. Sleepy's Memory is EXTREMELY percise, to the point of basically being an incarnation-exclusive trait. He remembers exactly everything he needs to about an enemy, but plays it off like he doesn't. Nobody takes him seriously, but I cite Gojo Satoru as an example of Sleepy's characterization in ONLY the most basic sense in which: Visually, his eyes are closed almost ALL the time. However, when they're open, that means you've fucked with him to such a degree that you're being banished to the shadow realm, basically.

1). I feel like this is a reference that is going over my head. But cool headcanon! Not what I imagine Mystery Man's name to be, but a good one to have! Tatiana being silly my beloved

2). Sofa and Dodo just having dance-offs where Dodo puts too much effort in and ends up just dancing a random dance and not even hitting the right buttons while Sofa is expertly dancing and hitting every button perfectly every time.

3). Pft, what a bunch of losers /j. I can see Noa being a DM and he regrets it almost immediately as he now has like 3 murder hobos in his campaign.

4). I like the idea that Neon switches but is big spoon most often. Or at least he wants to be, it can't be comfortable to sleep on a metal arm wrapped around you. But same thing with being little spoon, it would be difficult with his head and body. Not to mention DJ is probably not the most touchy person, and even though Mama likes spooning, it is difficult with Neon's metal body.

They try to use blankets or something to soften the metal, but it just leads to Neon getting overheated and very paranoid/feeling trapped. Which is another thing that probably stops him from being little spoon a lot.

Like I LOVE the idea, but unfortunately it has to be a conscious and awake cuddle session for spooning to work, otherwise if any of them try to sleep/nap, it will just end up bad for someone. But Neon switching a lot and being little spoon every so often is a very nice thought that I love1

5). Hmmmm, not how I see them. I like Mama as a flowey, pastel colored skirts and dresses kind of girl. And Mayday I could see going through a goth phase more than a preppy girl phase.

HOWEVER. Mayday trying to fit in and make friends so she pretends to be a preppy cheerleader kind of girl is something I see happening. It didn't make her happy but it got her some friends (who were fake but at least she wasn't alone).

For Mama, I can see her always wanting to try gothic lolita fashion (and for those who don't know lolita is a legit fashion and is different from lolis or lolicons) as it is super pretty and cute, but never having enough money for it growing up and then feeling too old to ever try it once she was an adult. I can see her finally getting to live her dream one day for a Halloween party where she dresses up in lolita fashion (and then does so more regularly every so often for fun).

As for Neon, yeah. I can see him going through a phase like that for fun. Especially if he and Martha were dressing up together. He hasn't dressed up like that for a while until Carna wanted to be a kind of Victorian noble person for Halloween one year which sparked Neon to try and wear more outfits like that at times. Especially if Carna was also dressing up to go out so fea wasn't alone in looking dapper.

6). I'm so sorry but "just dance and chill" made me think of netflix and chill lol! Those two would not be doing THAT hahah. But no, I can see them dancing together for exercise and to just bond.

7). Okay, at first I'm thinking they made a makeshift bomb (by accident, they were not thinking), but you said it's not what I think so hmm..... I can't think of anything other than taping a bunch of mentos into a duct tape ball.

8). Don't know much about ENA, but sure, I can see Dodo liking that media. Maybe even showing Eve since they both have split color designs or something like that.

9). Don't know if Maragold would like Samurai Jack all that much. Not because it was bad, but because Maragold wouldn't really be interested all that much. They would watch it with Yinu to be nice at least, and honestly I actually don't think Maragold would like the robot violence that much too. Carna would love the violence in the show but think some scenes are too slow and get bored with it too (I have seen very little Samurai Jack and it's been years so yeah, memory might be bad).

10). Also don't know anything about Eric Andre, so uh, yeah. I can see Zuke wanting to be a show host one day though! That seems like something Zuke would want to do at some point, but ended up growing out of that dream later down the line.

Skadi feels extremely transgender to me, especially with the whole thing of having the seaborn misgendering her and calling her a name that is not hers. It’s more like a reverse deadname to be fair, like it will be her name when she dies and her body is taken over by Ishar’mla, but the rest of her character still reads as transgender to me anyway.

“Skalter” or Ishar’mla is transgender because despite everything she is a girl now when she takes over Skadi’s body in the bad ending doomed future she exists in. I don’t think seaborn necessarily do gender the way we do, but I’m almost certain Ishar’mla is referred to with he/him at some point whereas Isharm’ladi is her now coming to terms with having some of the lingering memories and feelings that Skadi did, so she’s transgender too.

For Nearl it’s a combination of things. The obvious ones are the swimsuit outfit that had bulge before it was removed and the many many community jokes about her having a horse cock (which kinda sucks but also I do enjoy the ones made by people I know have an actual understanding of the character). As amusing as those are, I think her character does very much read well as being a trans woman. I’m not entirely sure how to explain why, but she does. Honestly the bulge incident was enough to put her here anyway.

Miss Saluzzo and Blaze don’t have anything actually resembling canon but they feel like they belong here and so I put them here. Basically every trans woman I know who is into the game as well as a handful of other people, also headcanon them as trans and that’s good enough for me.

Monch gets misgendered in the game. It could have been a localization mistake for the English translation, but idc we take those. Also look at her. She’s wearing a gray sweater, a sick really big black coat with pink accents, has a scarf covering her neck, a skirt over tights, and has a hairband that makes it look like she has horns and is wearing a flower in her hair. Then add the enormous pigtails, the bags under her eyes, the depressed look, the fact that she bonded and swore her service to the first person to treat her nicely, and the fact that she was mistreated by said person being an asshole taking advantage of her. To me she’s one of those skinny trans girls who doesn’t eat enough and is kind of a doomer and a goth little weirdo. She’s perfect. And now she’s back to doing yuri stuff with a married woman, Monch is truly one of the best characters in this game.

Blue Poison basically wears trans flag colors, and since that wasn’t obvious enough her outfit made them pastel and arranged them as a just slightly out of order trans flag. Also she’s producing liquid poison somehow and getting it milked from her on the daily, it’s so much more fun to think about that if she’s trans :3

Vulcan straight up has a deadname according to her and Pallas’s files, is based partially on a male Roman god, and reacted to being called ma’am by Ceobe in a way that made it seem like she didn’t feel like she deserved to be called that bc she’s not a feminine enough person. But she let her keep calling that anyway bc she likes how it feels. I’m not even talking about the headcanon stuff here this is all pretty much game text.

Pudding, Kirara, and Lava all come across as various types of nerdy and kinda lame trans girls, and I refuse to see them any other way. Pudding is the agoraphobic engineer and Closure is the chaser who hired her explicitly to “make her wildest fantasies a reality”. Kirara is a shut in gamer girl with really bad anxieties who is haunted by memories of people treating her like some kind of weirdo for just being who she is, also her color scheme is kinda trans flag colors. Lava is a lame ass chuuni tgirl who just so happened to get a demigod to fall in love with her and indulge her weirdness, she’s adorable.

And lastly Bison. Reading Code of Brawl I didn’t see any way to read “his” character other than being about “his” trans awakening. I’ve made posts about that before. Many others have as well. She’s so so so so easy to read as transgender it’s not even funny. And of course as a newly hatching egg she decides to latch on to the worst woman possible and become unhealthily down for her (Mostima).

It's time for Summer Festival season to start! For all of the Danganronpa girls and a Cyber Angel, how are they spending their time at the festival? Who is trying out the carnival games, who is putting on an art or music performance, and who is making sure to sample everything at the food stands? Do they all stay for the fireworks? Who is enthusiastic about wearing a yukata or other traditional attire, and who prefers to wear their regular clothes?

(Am I asking for potential thread ideas? Possibly! Assume that if it's a Danganronpa girlie or chuuni I would like for Sonia to meet them. I almost went for Beach Episode headcanons that do not involve everyone trying to kill each other but festival tropes are fun too)

Rio is just having a good time. She has read some cute romantic manga chapters set during a summer festival to prepare herself just in case anyone wants to have a romantic night with her, but if it doesn't happen, she won't sweat it. With how busy she is most of the time, she's going to take the day easy, not pushing herself too hard, just enjoying everything that comes her way. Definitely she's chowing down on some festival food at a nice table, or in the shade under a nice tree, with some friends, and while she's probably not in the mood for a full yukata, she'll probably wear slacker traditional wear - something festive like a hapi or a kimono shirt, that looks cute without requiring much effort from her.

Once her legs get tired from walking around and seeing things, she'll find a place to sit with her Switch or her tablet to play some games, and probably will end up responding to some research emails even though she's supposed to be chilling. She might even fall asleep - be gentle in waking her up, please! She is so sleepytired. She might not make it to the fireworks, and if there's no one she has plans with, she'll say goodbye to her friends and classmates who might be wanting to pair up and be left alone, but either way, she'll make sure to stop by Akagi Bakery's stand on her way out to buy some sweets and say hello to a certain someone.

Tsubasa isn't a traditional person, and on the balance of things, a summer festival is just another day as it informs their opinion of society and tradition. However, the festival also correlates with lotes of pretty girls looking super cute and having fun, so they can let the festival origins slide on this one. Still, by skating around and jumping up on and off things, they're causing a lot of headaches for the festival organizers. They're horribly underdressed, too, given that they're wearing their normal pants with skate shoes, and then an open jacket and one of those goth mesh shirts over their binder.

After an easygoing afternoon of skating and winning prizes for cute girls at the game stands, they put in their headphones and skate off. They'd be down for a romantic moment with someone at the fireworks, but if that's not in the cards for them right now, they'll take advantage of everyone being huddled near the same place to go skate some of the places that they aren't supposed to. There's not a ton for them back at their apartment, though, so they'll stay out late, long after the fireworks are over and the festival grounds are cleared out, skating and hanging out with any other stragglers milling around.

Izumi is probably having a pretty anxious time (this is every time with her). She picked out a cute yukata and was excited to wear it, only to get nervous and hide out in a bathroom or behind a large tree. If she manages to calm down, she'll slink off to wherever there might be live music to listen and relax for a while. Her dad and her band members sent her encouraging messages to get out there and have fun, and she sends back smiling selfies making it look like she's having a good time, even if she's nervous and doesn't do well with large groups of people, or people she doesn't know very well.

If anyone is especially nice to her, she'll follow them around like a puppy until they tell her to go away. She doesn't really have any plans, so if there's nothing else to do, she might just lurk around some of the stalls selling things and pretend to be interested so that no one talks to her, but for some reason, she gets dragged into all kind of typical anime plotlines. If there's a band performance but they're in a bind because their guitarist couldn't make it, expect Izumi to end up volunteering before she can stop herself, performing, getting cheered, and then running off with a face as red as a tomato. As is usually the case with Izumi, she'll be stressed and anxious the entire day, but probably look back on it with fondness at how fun everything was when she's older.

Anzu is disappointed that there are no superlatives at the summer festival, but if she can't officially be the Best Dressed/Most Hotsexy, she will be so unofficially. She is dressed to the nines in a gorgeous yukata and a carefully coordinated makeup+accessories situation. Truthfully, she'd like to join in on some traditional singing and dancing, but she knows a particularly bratty rival will be there, and wouldn't want to be shown up on a stage by someone so obnoxious. Instead, she's flitting about, not staying in a single place for too long, making the rounds and talking to just about everyone. Even if she can be a bit much, Anzu makes friends easily - and if some hot boys flirt with her? All the better.

In the early evening, she's starring in some dramatic theatrical production tied to the festival's theme. As a professional, she probably shouldn't work for free, but as long as she was begged and appropriately flattered by the festival committee, she'll go along with it. Slowly and surely, she took over more of it, until she was the lead writer/director/starring role all at once, but even if some people are a little miffed about it, it's hard to deny the quality. Once that's all over, she washes off her makeup and takes her extensions out and finds a place to sit and watch the fireworks - or rather, watch other people watch the fireworks. People watching is a hobby that she doesn't get to indulge in as often recently, given her current Other Hobby of aggressively shipping her friends, but she's glad to indulge.

Shinobu, like Izumi, is probably having a bit of a rough festival. A number of their admirers have already built up a Romantic Festival Date in their head, and even if no such date has been agreed to, that's not liable to stop them. Shinobu probably won't have much time to enjoy herself at first, with obligations to those annoying girls eating into the schedule. Once she can get away, though, Shinobu will be rather solitary - eating some food, buying a thing or two, playing some games. In particularly, they linger near the accuracy games - air rifles, tossed rings, thrown balls - or scooping games where the "prize" is a goldfish of some kind. She doesn't really intend on taking them as pets, but asks that her winnings be held for her until the end of the festival, with intent to donate them to a pet store, school, or hobbyist group, rather than let them be taken by idiot teenagers who would probably get them killed in a day or two.

After that, she goes to see Anzu's production, probably sitting in the back as unassumingly as possible so as not to steal any of her best friend's strongly-desired attention. Once their dates have been attended to, some food purchased, some fish saved from irresponsibility, and Anzu's show attended, there's really no reason for Shinobu to stick around longer. Being reasonable, it would be a good idea to return home early, so as not to be scolded by her father for waking him up, or otherwise get into some kind of trouble. Furthermore, sticking around likely carries some sort of risk akin to the Valentine's Day Riot, with her company being fought over during the most important, most romantic part of the festival. The obvious thing to do is to just say goodbye to Anzu and leave.

Instead she goes to find a particular person and see if she'd like to watch the fireworks together.

If nothing else, platonically or romantically, Celeste and Gonta would have a really compelling dynamic to explore - the real noble raised as a complete unknown looking to rediscover his heritage, and the fake noble clinging to her dream of ascending to aristocracy, juicy!

Kokichi is a menace, and I'll have none of his fancy jiving footwork in this house.

I've seen some nice variations of Kirumi, Mukuro and Sakura with Taka, I think matching the girls' sensible and dedicated natures with his own - and a lot of pairings with Celeste! Often with Celeste initially pursuing Taka based on how he fits into her desired aesthetic, feelings developing later, and I'll admit- they do have the spooky goth couple look down. I think the one that surprised me with how well it could work was Leon with Taka. Leon's volatility being shown as more performative, and in fact he uses his social fluency to hide his nervous need to be liked - it creates a compelling dynamic with Taka who cannot read a room to save his life, and wears his heart on his sleeve.

That is actually kind of adorable

Given Leon's over the top, dramatic personae - calling Makoto, as someone who totally understands him, his 'soulmate' fits well into his all or nothing style. No half measures with Leon Kuwata.

He kind of reminds me a lot of Klavier Gavin from Ace Attorney, although not a suave - they're both very outwardly loud and flashy; both drawn to the spectacle of being a rockstar, but are internally much softer and in need of reassurance from those around them than you might have thought.

fem!mondo and fem!taka are a blast to mess around with!

It'd be really interesting to see how someone goes about developing their relationship as women- A huge part of how Mondo presents and interacts with others is how he's tied his identity as a man to his reputation; his strength and pride as the leader of the Diamonds, and this is what has boiled over into his toxic masculinity. Approaching Mondo's crises and dated view of gender expectation from the lens of Mondo as feminine rather than masculine would be fascinating

@yaysof11037 [the pride comic!] In my main non-despair au I've got Mondo in my head as Bisexual, although takes his sweet time recognising his attraction to men as more than just 'admiration'. The pride comic however doesn't take place in that au, so although at first I was gonna have him with the Bi flag, I thought it might be more in line with the spirit of the comic if I left it open; so people could imagine what flag they wanted instead :) (lol I did actually mention it in the tags, but it's easily overlooked XD)

In my mind, I tend to see Takemichi as having a platonic found family style relationship with the Oowadas, basically like their 3rd unofficial brother- Mondo still being the youngest, but Takemichi as a sort of moderating, long suffering, middle sibling. I've mentioned in [here] (in the asks after the readmore) that I don't have anyone specific that I pair Daiya with. In my little non-despair au, he's somewhat of a permanent bachelor, and has only really had casual relationships previously.

I'll admit that Daiya and Michi isn't one I've seen before! Takemichi does have the briefest hint that he might not be traditionally heterosexual, so him nursing a crush on Daiya wouldn't be outside the realm of possibility. However, perhaps it's because we're introduced to Daiya through the lens of his little brother Mondo, I have to say that personally I can only really see Daiya as a sort of pseudo brother figure to the members of his gang.

Daiyakure is a pretty popular pairing, and it was a bit of a surprise to me when I first saw it! And whilst it's true they never meet in the games, I think people like to explore the sort of loose and wild dynamic they could have, and since there isn't an established interaction people can go crazy with it!

yeah, that's very fair XD I was thinking in the grand scheme of all the shows I like, and found that there are very few canonical romantic pairings that I'm invested in, and the number of headcanon ones I have, I could count on one hand.

It's worth mentioning here that the only pairing I really personally ship in Dangan is Taka with Mondo. However! I'm happy to talk about any pairings as well as ones where Taka and Mondo aren't together, zero issue there! My brain just doesn't really connect the dots of any others without prompting. My internal relationship needle mostly points to platonic like a true North, unless I see something that catches my eye and it knocks it off course XD

Taka and Hina share so much boundless passionate energy, and a certain naivete - I love to see them form a close alliance!

This ask was asking since I drew Kaito and Maki as adopted siblings in the previously linked ask dump ^ and [this one], the query was something like 'Since you drew them as siblings I assume you don't ship Kaito and Maki?'

In the original ask someone said that they saw Kaito as Mondo and Taka's kid- but I thought out of the cast of V3 Maki was a better fit than Kaito, so for that one ask, I put them as adopted siblings! In my own opinion however, Kaito fits better as Hiro's son, and upon further reflection I think Maki suits Fuyuhiko and Pekoyama best! Which of course would definitely make them not siblings.

In terms of their actual dynamic in the game, Maki's slowly defrosting nature and subsequent unyielding loyalty toward Kaito seems to be implied to being equivalent to a blooming crush. Whereas Kaito's own notion of romance is more oblique. Is it requited? Unrequited? The game'll never tell! To my mind, I don't pair them romantically- rather I lean toward Maki perhaps having an initial unreturned crush on an oblivious Kaito, but what forms instead is a strong friendship.

This ask was something like 'what do you think of saimota?' I don't remember if there was anything more to it.

I can't quite get a bead on Shuichi as a character - he's mostly reactionary, with those around him being the instigating force on how he choses to act. He seems starved of friendship because of his quiet and nervous nature so a warm, energetic presence like Kaito or Kaede certainly has him come out of his shell (literally). Shuichi and Maki have some similar traits, as well as sharing their heroic adoration of Kaito. The game seems to point toward Maki's interest as romantic so it wouldn't be disingenuous to suggest that Shuichi's might be too.

Kaeya being a weird horse girl™ is so true to me anyway, but in a modern setting specifically I just know he collected all the horse posters from those teen girl magazines and plastered them all over his walls. There were some he stuck on the fridge too before Adelinde scolded him for it (gently told him to leave some room for Diluc's drawings too). Also his phone and computer backgrounds were pictures of horses he found on the internet or selfies he took with horses.

Venti dressing as he does in game makes me laugh so much! I imagine Diluc still owns a pub or something in a modern au, so he just sees Venti in his little medieval bard clothing and looks at the CCTV camera, The Office style, and goes "the guy from the pantomime back again". And honestly, I can't decide which music genre is funnier for Venti in this scenario! Like, indie? Rap!? Pop!?!? Every genre is funny and unexpected when my guy dressing in his little pantaloons and starts singing anything that isn't theatre!

Vampire Diluc!!! pLEASE! Him going through his little goth phase completely unintentionally, beelining for the rack of black clothing in the corner of every clothes shop because "all the other clothes are tacky". He always dresses in long sleeved shirts in the summer because he gets sunburnt too easily, and likes wearing all the vintage trousers and waistcoats because they "look elegant" and he's got the money. Kaeya would always laugh at him for it but then basically do the same thing in a different font. Lowkey reminds me of my boyfriend ngl. He too has an unintentionally pretentious style purely because he "wants to look smart" and I make fun of him for it

#princeinexile is trending in Khaenri'ah at least once every month. The people love Kaeya! They live for the drama of their exiled prince's life! I bet you there's a show too! Like Keeping Up With The Kardashians, except it's Keeping up With The Khaenri'ahn Royals and Kaeya doesn't know he's being filmed. He's like every other celebrity, except there's even more mystery and excitement around him because he doesn't actually know he is a celeb so he doesn't do interviews or anything, and people love dedicating their accounts to him and making edits and coming up with theories and headcanons. If Kaeya ever found this part of social media, I think he would have an aneurism.

Okay okay okay, listen. I think Rosaria would be the type of person to make a lot of sex jokes, but like in a tasteful goth way. She'd definitely tell people to call her mommy as a joke (or not as a joke), and she said it to Kaeya once and only once, because Kaeya promptly had a breakdown, told her that she does really resemble his mom and then a panic attack to top it all off. Rosaria to this day has not fully processed this but they both refuse to speak about it or even acknowledge it.

"Are you certain you are using it as prescribed!?" Kaeya just nods as the doctor starts crying at their desk because this is NOT NORMAL! "Are you sure you don't smoke or take drugs? Please!? I don't understand how goddamn traumatised you must be for your system to literally override THREE Different Types of Biological Medication!?!?!" They're like rocking back and forth while Kaeya just kinda sits there like, "yeah... it do be an issue, but like. I would like it solved please?" If the next one hadn't worked the doctor would have actually just prescribed vodka and resigned.

I don't even know what to say about the last one. Like. What? Kaeya got shown it by some kid from college and he had never been so relieved that he was abandoned and adopted by Crepus instead. Kaeya told the kid he had no idea who that man was and then went home and bleached his eyes.

This is the first time I got asked something like this so here we go😊

I feel like Damian's the type of girl who seems prim and proper but isn't afraid to get down and dirty either. Like under normal circumstances she follows a face and hair routine carefully but also had no hesitation to go into the sewers to chase a villain. Jon use to think she was hoity-toity but then saw her help a cow give birth. Much respect after that. Definitely a blend between a prep/jock/goth aesthetic. It changes depending on her mood.

Speaking of Jon, as a girl I feel like she likes to have her hair kinda long but at the same time is lazy to take care of it. She'll sometimes forget to brush her hair for days and Damian is relentless on making sure Jon does better. At first, it was just annoying but Damian also gave her things like curly hair shampoo and a silk pillowcase to help so she knows she means well. She's definitely a blue jeans kid and was probably like those kids whose mom dressed them up in colorful leggings. Needless to say, she's a little embarrassed about some of those outfit choices.

Dick as a girl either sticks religiously to a face routine or doesn't have one other than washing during showers and still looks good. She prefers to wear gym leggings 95% of the time but likes to get fancy for galas every now and again. She keeps her hair semi-long so that she can easily tie it up and secure it.

Female Jason definitely keeps her hair short. Growing up on the streets it was kind of useless to have it long but prior to her death living in the manor, she let it grow out. Now she keeps it short but has some bangs grown out that she sweeps up when wearing her helmet. Dresses like a jock but we all know she's a nerd deep down.

Tim, sweet Tim. She sucks ass at doing even the most basic of routines. Face wash? Whoops, guess it's just a wet napkin day. Moisturizer? Shoot my face is burning! Oh yeah, I need to moisturize. Face masks? I saw those on Tiktok once. She wants to get better at taking care of herself but gets too easily distracted and has the same struggle of getting herself to take a shower. When she does need to get ready for a Wayne Business Meeting or a Gala she pulls out all the stops and somehow manages to look good on camera. The fact that she edits every picture of her on the internet has nothing to do with it. At home, she wears sweats and nerd merchandise.

Duke would probably have not as elaborate as Damian's but she has a good skin routine. (If anything I write about fem Duke's hair offends anyone or I used incorrect wording, let me know so I can fix it). Prior to becoming a vigilante, she had a weave but after becoming signal and wearing a helmet she kept her hair short. Outside of being signal, however, she does wear a wig and enjoys having different styles to chose from. Anyone who says that her hair is fake she doesn't even have to lift a finger because one of her siblings dukes it out on them. Tim tended to complain how jealous she was that Duke didn't have to wash her hair as often but once she saw her complete hair routine she stopped complaining. Dresses casually most days but definitely has a cottage core aesthetic.
