EPISODE ONE — FATE | PROLOGUE

New year, Same Crush, Same friends, Same Grades, and what’s this? A new handsome face!

Y/n L/n was well known for her bright and bubbly personality, the cheerful girl always smiling and jumping around throughout the school day despite her low scores, and the mean comments made by her classmates about her loudness or existence within their school.

She is also known for her very obvious crush on the school's golden boy Yang Jungwon. The girl does little to nothing to hide the fact that she likes said boy. Even mustering up the courage to confess during their freshman year.

" Jungwonie ~ I like you." you smiled voice pitched a bit higher than usual, eyes shimmering under the bright sunlight. A simple " I am not interested." is all you received in response as the boy walked away leaving you to sweep by yourself.

However, the rejection didn't at all phase Y/n. You were a determined woman and you wouldn't let Jungwon's rejection stop you from crushing– it had become a part of your daily life at this point.

So here you are a year later and still as in love as you were a year prior. Only now you and Jungwon were part of the same friend group. Thanks to your best friend Sunghoon who had become good friends with Jungwon over the Summer. And the final cherry on top was that Jungwon sat at the desk to your right so you could stare at him freely without being called out by their teacher or straining your neck... again.

" Y/nnie~ Guess what! your best friend is going to be one of the top idols in Korea soon." Sunghoon brags sitting himself in the seat to your left. The male had been your best friend since kindergarten so now you were stuck dealing with his randomness forever.

" Yeah, I'll believe it when I see it." you reply eyes never leaving the boy sitting to your right. Smiling as you watch him write down notes from his textbook. No wonder he's at the top of the class, he never stops studying.

" Hey you may doubt me now but I know about 10 companies that would beg to have a face like mine under their label." Sunghoon is about to continue his rant when he feels a tap on his shoulder.

Kim Sunoo.

Kim Sunoo was pretty cute for a guy, very smart, sometimes mean and a bit scary but that just made Sunghoon even more interested. How could someone with the face of a baby be so tough and outspoken?

" Sunghoon hyung you're in my seat!" the boy claims foxlike eyes staring into Sunghoon's widening round ones.

" Oh yes! sorry." The park boy apologizes before moving to the desk behind Sunoo. " Thank you!" the boy said sending Sunghoon one of his usual bright smiles as he sat down in his newly acquired seat. There were no assigned seats but Sunoo knew he wanted to sit beside you this year to make sure he could help you if necessary and because you were a pleasure to be around.

" Yah Kim Sunoo your hair! it looks great, I am jealous." Y/n whines playful pout resting upon her lips as she admires the boy's dark red hair. " Wonyoung dyed hers blonde! I’ve heard that's Jungwon a type." Sunoo whispers. Y/n sighed she had been wanting to dye her hair for ages but her mother would kill her if she ever put color anywhere near her hair. People like Sunoo and Wonyoung were very lucky. Y/n watches as said girl talks to Jungwon with her doll-like smile and flowing blonde locks.

" Do you think I would look good blonde?" The girl asks looking back at Sunghoon. "Of course not!" earning an eye roll from y/n and a smack on the arm from Sunoo that leaves him softly rubbing at the area. “ow.”

" You'd look beautiful with any hair color y/n don't let this fool give you any advice. He once got bleach and dye mixed up and almost went bald!" Sunoo laughs.

" I'm starting to think all the bleach went to his brain." Sunoo adds grabbing his notebook from his book bag.

" Hey! My scores are pretty good in my opinion." Sunghoon argues. " Doing good on the exam is one thing but remembering the information is another Hoon." Sunoo replies.

“ yeah well, I don’t see you offering tutoring sunshine.”

“ as if I’d waste my time tutoring you.”

" Will you two quit flirting in front of me please it's disgusting." Y/n sighs turning her attention back to the cat-eyed boy in front of her. Completely missing the way both of her friend's cheeks flushed in embarrassment.

" Yeah well, why don't you wipe the drool off of your lip and pay attention for once?"

" Yang Jungwon is far more entertaining than whatever Mr.Lee is teaching." Y/n responds her smile growing as she rests her chin in her hands. Of course, you should be paying attention to the lesson since your English grade was a bit low for your parents liking but you’d rather spend your time studying jungwons face than studying the English language.

" Y/n L/n."

The girl snaps out of her trance eyes widening. All eyes shifted towards her. "Please come write the sentence that Wonyoung Just read!" Mr.Les says gesturing towards the freshly wiped chalkboard. Slowly standing from her seat y/n timidly makes her way to the board.

The girl freezes what was the last word again she thinks to herself trying to recite the poem in her head again,

" Everyone let's quiet down and give our new student a chance to introduce himself. Y/n you may return to your seat." Mr.Lee says. the girl quickly made her way back to her desk dusting the chalk off of her hands.

" Hello everyone my name is Nishimura Riki, you can all call me Ni-ki, I'm from Japan, and I like sports." The male— Ni-ki informs, the class once again breaking out into small conversations as the male walks to the only empty seat which happens to be right behind y/n.

The boy softly tapping the girl's shoulder to get her attention. "Fate," the boy says once again, showing the word engraved cover of his journal. " Guess I got lucky." he smiles earning a small chuckle from the girl. Completely unaware of the pair of eyes that were lingering on the two.

Random Obey Me! Headcanons Part 3

Asmo collects plushies, he finds the little things absolutely adorable and has tons of them in his room. And yes, you'll see Asmo's eyes lit up like a kid if you ask him about them and their individual names. He will also be glad to explain each one's little story and how he got them, and you would be endeared to find that a good portion of the plushies were given by the other brothers themselves, who have known about his love for collecting for a long time now.

Belphie is one of those people who when you ask them for something will ALWAYS blatantly say no at first but then proceed to nonchalantly do the exact thing you asked with no ounce of shame whatsoever, maybe even smirk a little as they finish doing whatever it is you asked. It's a little annoying at first, but you eventually get used to it. He's just likes being a brat, really.

Satan had an emo phase as a teenager, he would dye his hair black, only wear dark clothes, paint his nails regularly ( with the help of Asmo ), listen to typical emo music, the whole nine yards. And of course, he was more rebellious than ever, refusing to listen to his brothers and just any authority figures in general. He's ashamed of it now and cringes hard seeing pictures of himself back then. As any good father older brother would though, Lucifer always manages to embarrass him by bringing up that phase and even showing the "cursed pictures" to friends/potencial partners Satan brings home.

Levi likes to hide in small spaces when he's anxious, overwhelmed, or just doesn't wanna deal with something ( social interactions more often than not ). Oh, you're at a party and you can't find Levi anywhere? Check the less crowded room, more specifically under the tables, he's probably there playing games on his phone. Hm, it's lunch break at RAD and the third born is nowhere to be seen? Inside his locker, or maybe the janitor's closet. He doesn't know exactly why he does it, but it's a habit that's been with him ever since he was a small angel. Those places just comfort him, somehow. And don't worry, he's pretty flexible so it works out just fine. I mean, why else would he be okay sleeping in a bathtub?

MC and Mephisto didn't meet for the first during S4. In fact, these two first met only a week into the exchange program, with Mephisto interviewing MC for the RAD Newspaper. Because of course, the public was dying to know more about the newest exchange student who had just entered the academy, and multiple news outlets were covering MC's arrival and curious situation, given that they had been placed with the seven brothers at HoL, and had gotten into a pact with Mammon so quickly. Being aware of all of this, Mephisto knew that an exclusive interview with MC would give everyone in the kingdom something to talk about, and so he sought to be the first one to get his hands on one. ( Also he was very intrigued and eager to known more about MC, but of course he'd never admit that. )

Belphie and Mammon both have piercings around their bodies. Mammon especially likes the golden and grey ones that match his rings, while Belphie prefers them black ( because of course he would ).

For the first 2-3 months of the exchange program, MC genuinely thought Diavolo and Lucifer were a couple. This happened because ever since day 1 they were hearing "funny comments" about the two of them and just assumed they were in an actual relationship. And no one ever bothered to correct them because they found it hilarious, and wanted to see how long it'd take for them to find out the truth. Some of the brothers even went as far as purposely making up stories to lead MC to believe that Lucifer was out on dates with Diavolo when he wasn't at home and they came looking for him ( and the bastards would immediately start laughing the moment MC left the room ). MC only found out the truth when they were talking to Lucifer about Diavolo one day and casually replied to something he said with "But that's not really surprising since he's your boyfriend" and Lucifer just went ???? "Excuse me?? What did you just say?" and proceeded to explain that he and Diavolo were in fact not in a relationship. ( the punishment he gave his brothers after finding out about this "little prank" of theirs was no joke, but none of them regretted it, it was "just too funny", in their own words )

Lucifer's voice changes DRASTICALLY depending on his mood. Like, the more serious/stressed he is, the deeper it goes, and the more relaxed/content he is, the softer it becomes. You can hear it cleary when you compare the way he sounds on a regular basis when lecturing the others, speaking about work, giving speeches as RAD's vice president, etc, to rare occasions when he's talking about music and art, playfully teasing the others, or recalling a nice moment from the past. It's like there are 3 stages to his voice: usual deep, furiously deep ( that iconic "Mammooon" ), and ACTUALLY SOFT. The ones who get to hear his "nice voice" the most are MC, Diavolo, Barbatos, Luke, and Beel.

One that's already been discussed by other players but that I'd like to add on: demons ( and angels as well ) give humans "uncanny valley feeling" and MC could tell there was something ""wrong"" with brothers ( they aren't humans ) the moment they first laid their eyes on them in the council room. And my addition to this is: although the brothers all give off this feeling, it's to varying degrees that depend on how much they can blend in as a human. And Satan is the only who can bypass this "filter" almost completely, because remember when Lucifer first introduced him by saying something along the lines of "He might look nice but don't fall for it because it's an act"? Well, I like to think that Satan also looks the most "normal" out of his brothers when it comes to the "uncanny valley feeling" because of this too, since he has pretty much mastered the art of appearing trusting to deceive humans back in the day and is still the best at disguising himself as human to not to scare people away when visiting the human world and such.

Solomon has a hobby of solving jigsaw puzzles, like, you know those huge ones that take over the entire table or floor? He absolutely loves them and will gladly spend a whole day focused on completing them if needed. And if you offer to solve one with him? Oh, he'll get so excited it's actually kind of adorable. So do it, it's the road to his heart, even if you find it boring.

Lucifer leaves Beel on charge whenever he has a work-related trip, or simply intends on spending more time out of the house than usual. It's easy, as long as the second youngest keeps everything in order, Lucifer promises to take him to any restaurant he wants ( no matter how expensive ), and to let him eat to his heart's content when he comes back. Oh, Mammon is trying to sneak out of the house to gamble all their money away? Nuh-uh, Beel's not letting him leave through that door! Asmo's planning to take advantage of the fact that Lucifer is out to throw a party? Nope, Beel's stopping him. Satan & Belphie are trying to get into Lucifer's room to prank him? Yeah nah, Beel's dragging them back to their own rooms. Really, it works wonders, not only because Beel has the most physical strength out of everyone and can overpower them, but also because none of them have the heart to actually argue with him.

i don't think i've ever posted it, and i might make a post with a bunch of her outfits bc she is a consistent fashion icon, but... i do have her face

First Cadenza Design:

i wanted to make her and Laurence look visually very distinct from one another, but still beautiful in the same way... if that makes sense.

She has very dark eyes, like... get lost in them dark (which later matches Laur bc his eyes go black from being turned into an Sk)

They're not blood related, but they carry the same air of elegance, and since they were kids, have done everything to look alike. Cadenza is a natural ginger, Laurence has naturally blue/green eyes, and so Laurence dyes his hair ginger and Cadenza wears a blue-ish green (or blue and green, or just blue or just green).

Even as adults they do this, and they have matching nose piercings! (one stud on one side, two studs and a hoop on the other).

except, ofc, in my rewrite, Laur's eyes change after he gets turned.

so, there comes the second Cadenza design:

also known as her goth phase. She wears red and black, or just one or the other, as Laur's eyes are black when resting, but become very blood shot when he's angry or in his SK form. and Cadenza is always his sister.

it's less visually eye-grabbing, but Cadenza doesn't need bright colours to steal the show.

Laur stops being ginger, ofc, but idk what to do with his design to make him match with her again too :/ im working on it

Tord Headcanons | The Stoic One

Let's start with his physical appearance!

My Tord has pale skin, since he is from Norway and doesn't get a lot of sun.

His hair is naturally that dark brown color that we see in Classic, but he dyes it the caramel brown color from Legacy- though, sometimes he can be seen with dark brown roots when he needs to touch up the dye.

My Tord has silver eyes, and I often describe them as piercing or being able to see through people. I think his eyes are one of the most unnerving parts of Tord, and makes people uncomfortable.

No facial hair- he shaves it if it starts to get stubbly.

Tord is the second tallest in my timeline, standing at 6'4 (I like my boys inhumanely tall). Edd is the only one taller than him and it pisses Tord off to no end.

I like to think Tord has the most athletic build of the group, being the military oriented one. He's not skinny and he doesn't have painfully unnatural muscles like you'd see in magazines. Think more along the lines of Chris Evans or Sebastian Stan. (Also has the juiciest man tiddies) Tord would alternate between going to the gym in the morning and going on morning runs through the neighborhood. He runs more often during the winter, since he's always thrived in cold weather. If Reader also liked working out or was interested in starting, he'd gladly let them join him. I think he'd even teach them self defense if they asked.

Because I think Tord would have some connection to his cultural roots, my Tord has a small tattoo of Yggdrasil on his collarbone, and an even smaller protection rune on one of his wrists. He has a piercing hole in one of his ears that he sometimes wears a simple black stud in; he got it pierced during his emo phase in high school.

Family life:

Tord is an older brother is one younger sister. He practically raised her until he moved out.

His dad was Red Leader before him and put him through intense training. Turned him into a child soldier. Resents his dad for it all.

Only time he ever argued with his dad is when he tried to give his sister the same training- Tord refused to let him.

Worst thing his dad ever did was make Tord do wilderness survival for 3 nights in a Norwegian forest. He was 12.

A Eurasian Lynx managed to find him, but he got away with only claw marks on his back. He's still got the scars.

He doesn't hate his mother, but he's not particularly close with her. Because his training started from such a young age, he spent most of his childhood around his father and other high ranking soldiers.

Cares a lot about his little sister and travels home to see her once or twice a year.

Now, personality:

My Tord is very apathetic sometimes, but mainly is just kind of calm and chill.

He likes to say that he'd rather be with his machines and inventions than other humans, but that's a bullshit lie and he's just being dramatic

Prefers being quiet, doesn't say a lot unless its under specific circumstances or he has commentary to give. He enjoys listening to Reader ramble endlessly, or just have her in his arms while he silently does some task.

He switched from cigarettes to vapes after a while, since its better than smoking and has more flavors available.

Likes energy drinks more than coffee, enjoys the variety they offer.

Actually pretty good at cooking, he'd cook for himself and his sister when his parents were busy with work.

Way smarter than he looks. If he had to take the ACT, he'd probably get a nearly perfect score.

A STEM girlie. He uses the garage as his workshop and spends most of the day there (not counting weekends).

Absolutely has a motorcycle in the garage. He rides it if he's having a low day and needs to get away. Has a special route that takes him the long way through the city before ending up at the cliff overlooking the neighborhood (the one we see in The End). Takes Reader on that route to cheer her up or clear her head. One time they fell asleep on the cliff and woke up to several calls from Edd, Tom, and Matt, who were all scared shitless.

Never gets cold. If someone comments on it, he says its "nothing compared to Norwegian cold." (The others are all tired of hearing that and roll their eyes)

Despite this, he's not dumb. He knows how to stay warm and how important it is. Will scold Reader for not wearing enough layers.

His music taste is so mixed up and wild that nobody can give it a name.

Probably reads the most out of the four, will never tell you what he's reading.

Gets angry about historical inaccuracies.

Not allowed to play Trivial Pursuit because he knows a bunch of random facts.

More detailed descriptions:

Balefire: brown skin, shoulder length black hair, brown eyes, thick eyebrows, strong nose, has a prominent glare (at least, from Tach’s pov). Slightly shorter than average. Fairly well built. Has a black scar on her chest from Tach. Likes wearing yellow. I haven’t quite decided on her hero costume but it’s black + reddish orange and has flame motifs. She probably added some phoenix motifs after her reappearance. (She didn’t start off with them.)

Tachythanatous: was obnoxiously into emo culture as a teen (belt buckles, straps, studded pads, metal chains, etc). Anglerfish inspired helmet with a dangly light that changes colours. The dangly light has a practical purpose of providing a light source in case he’s trapped in complete darkness as his shadows cannot appear. (Think Pride from Fullmetal Alchemist.) Sometimes he makes the light multicoloured so he can vibe to Caramelldansen. Dressed in black + dark blue. Probably has platform boots for the heck of it. Has a swishy cape because he’s dramatic. Surprisingly skinny (his suit is well padded for protection). He doesn’t have much strength as he heavily relies on his speed and his shadows. Without his speed and shadows, Bale can easily punt him into the sky while he goes “YIPPPPPEEEEEeeeeeeeeee 💫”.

Tach is usually in his suit. If he’s not, he’s covering up his skin with long sleeves + pants. When Bale stayed with him, sometimes Tach was too lazy to suit up so he would just walk out with a big black rectangle covering his body like a glitch in the matrix. Like imagine a stressed out Balefire with a headache coping with a complete 180 of the status quo waiting for the kettle to boil and then this floating black rectangle ominously enters into the kitchen like 🧍 “morning nemesis”.

Lyra: light skin, straight black hair with blue highlights, black eyes. Puts on hair clips and likes wearing her hair in a braid (she’s been growing out her hair for a while). Has a stoic resting face so people used to be intimidated by her until they learn she’s just a shivering pathetic wet cat. Her ears turn red when she blushes. Tall and lanky. Doesn’t like to show her legs and wears trousers and long skirts. Wears blue, grey, black, and yellow.

Ben: tan skin, short cropped hair, big brown eyes. A bit scrawny. Dresses like a tour guide at a marine park (orange shirt, cargo pants). Likes clothes with pockets despite owning a pocket dimension. (Maybe it’s his brand?) He’s clumsy and falls over like a piece of toast.

Archie: fair skin, wispy blond hair, watery blue eyes. Wears glasses. Likes vests and jackets. Wears in shades of green, beige, and brown. He tends to layer clothes and wear clothes made with different materials to practice his superpower of phasing through matter (one of his fears is phasing through a wall but leaving his clothes behind). Also wears accessories such as watches, hats, and chains to train his powers. Has a stocky build but born with a weak constitution.

Reina: fair skin, long straight blond hair to her back, brown eyes, short and stout. She later dyes her bangs black. Wears black and shades of pink (in particular magenta). Likes alt fashion (short skirts, corsets, platform boots). Occasionally wears plum / dark lipstick.

Cora: dark brown skin, shoulder length curls, dark brown eyes. Medium build, average height. When she’s in class, she wears a doctor’s coat. Dresses in shades of purple, green, and white. Her family wants her to dress “demurely” but her actual taste is more casual. Wore more androgynous clothes but leaning towards more feminine clothing lately. Occasionally wears silver eyeliner.

All of the kids can afford whatever they want to wear because the gov pays them to go to hero school. They’re rich kiddos lol.

These are the tentative designs I have of the main cast. Everyone else is more vague lmao

Arcus/Kai: brown hair, brown skin, well built. Has weather manipulation powers so his suit is probably sapphire blue with bits of dark grey

Cinder/Lillian: short hair in a bob, “mousy”, wears glasses, doe eyes, was weak and scrawny during her Academy years. Suit is a mellow yellow with white.

Moxie/Mona: black hair, black eyes. She looks lively and mischievous.

Sentinel/Milo: he’s like your fun uncle at BBQs. Probably wears his hair in a messy ponytail. Suit is maroon probably.

Harrison: brown hair, handsome, photogenic (which Ben complains about in his inner monologue)

Esme: freckled skin, sharp eyes, brown hair in two long braids

Towa’s Hair Color, and the Change Thereof (in Taku’s Route)

Here's yet another meta that connects Maya's influence on Towa with Taku's own influence on the younger man. This time, Towa's appearance takes center stage (for the most part) in this poorly-constructed analysis; though I did briefly discuss it in a previous meta. Do bear with me. 

No one's denying that Towa looks almost exactly like his mother. But inheriting her appearance has mostly been a curse on him. While he forgot about Maya after she died, the trauma she heaped on him had reached its peak by then. 

And so, his personality changed, with his experience in Euphoria causing his masochism and his promiscuity to manifest. At some point, it also caused him to be more temperamental. 

That stage of his life was also defined by him bleaching his hair. 

It's easy to assume he did that just because. He was in his more rebellious phase, and most unruly teenagers tend to dye their hair just to make clear their desire to not conform to anything or anyone.

In this case, that may only partly explain Towa's decision to dye his hair. 

Once again, he looks a lot like his mom. But even in the depths of his subconscious, he hates that very idea. And he was still young back then. He had yet to grow as numb as he is at present to whatever is haunting him but he could never truly recall. 

Back then, he could have looked at himself in the mirror and felt a greater sense of unease at his reflection as the afterimage of *that woman* comes close to manifesting in full in his eyes. 

So he may have felt that he had to change something about his looks. 

He didn't feel the need to mutilate his face until *after* he remembered Maya. Before that, she was a forgotten memory, even in his younger years where his trauma was still fresh and raw.

And so, he may have sought to change only the color of his hair. 

It had been at least a few years since he last bleached his hair up to the timeline the game takes place in. It's why only the edges of his hair remain bleached. 

This could represent the identity crisis that he doesn't know he has.

Whether he regains his memories or not, his mother's abuse and what she desired for him still has left a bad seed that can bloom into something beautiful yet undoubtedly ominous  - as shown best in Fujieda's Madness ending.

He knows who he is... but he also doesn't.

He never really faces his past in Taku's route but he still gets hints about it. He doesn't remember the gory details, but there is still even a teensy bit of closure to be had by Taku confirming to him that his home life was wrought with problems. 

And as I had mentioned in yet another meta, Taku's presence in his life slowly smothers Maya's own. Maybe it won't completely go away, but it would still be weakened and shoved into a lonely and dark corner where its cries will soon fall on nothing but deaf ears. 

This means that there are now parts of his past that he's subconsciously at peace with (more or less), as shown in a scene near the end of Taku's route. 

To recap, Towa didn't want to remember his childhood since the sight of even a single relic of that time had his mind warn him to stop while he was ahead.

Yet when shown a picture of himself in his youth, of when he was still his mother's prisoner, he didn't feel any dread. Not even a slight pang of discomfort. At most, he only muses that if he was a sweet and quiet boy back then, he had long since grown out of that.

But the irony is that by the time he and Taku see each other again after spending a year apart, Towa had become that young boy again, in a way. He's still Towa, but he regains a semblance of the innocence that had been robbed from him when he was still Haruto. 

This shows in how his hair grew long, with the bleached tips now gone. He looks more reminiscent of his younger self. Even though this technically would also have him resemble Maya more, it never becomes an issue. 

He didn’t consciously grow out his hair - though he joked that he did for Taku to see how long he had waited. Even then, it’s not purely an aesthetic choice that he now has that kind of hairstyle. 

This, plus his change of wardrobe to one of lighter and softer material and color, demonstrates that while Towa’s still the person we know him to be, that Taku knows him to be, he’s not exactly the same anymore, albeit in a positive way. Like a child, he openly seeks affection, more openly expresses his affection, is happy to live in domestic bliss with Taku and acts spoiled as a way to both dote on Taku and be doted on by him. 

In a way, it mirrors how the scene where Towa and Fujieda splash water at each other whilst on the ocean as a means of getting to reclaim a moment of innocence they never got to have or share, given what they've been through. 

Even when things play out differently with Taku, Towa can still let loose a little more. He can act childish but in an undoubtedly devoted manner. Because he can love and feel completely safe in someone's arms, which he never got to truly have back then but can do so now.

He can reclaim a part of himself from when he was Haruto, he can look more like his younger self - and consequently, his mother - and it wouldn’t add any weight onto his heart. 

For Taku, it’s all more than worth it.

Fives was nearly bouncing as he waited for Tup to finish getting ready and pull on his jacket. "Hurry up! We're going to be late!" He whined and Tup just smiled.

"Fine, fine. I'm ready. Will you tell me where we're going that needs such special arrangements anyway?" He asked sliding his hand into Fives' to let his partner tug him out the door of their apartment. Coruscant's weather was in its winter phase so there was a bite to the air but it never actually got that cold on a planet with that many people.

"Nope! You'll just have to wait and see!" He said tugging him past a few other clones that were milling about outside the apartment building most of them now lived in. The fact the rent was matched to the stipend they were now all receiving with back pay made it a good choice and there was an old shopping tower nearby that had also been renovated to allow some clones to set up shops and businesses of their own also was a nice perk. Not to mention it was close enough to the new Coruscant Guard offices that those who worked there could easily commute together or even just walk.

Fives dragged them towards that shopping tower and Tup tried to remember what new shops might require reservations to get in. He knew a few new food places had opened but none of them seemed Fives' type. Once they got inside Fives immediately punched in the floor number and moved his hand from Tup's so he could wrap his arm around his waist instead.

"I promise you'll like it. Trust me?" His partner pleaded batting his lashes at him and Tup pressed a kiss to his cheek.

"Always, completely, with almost everything. But even I know you do have a habit of pranking people." He pointed out. Fives pouted.

"Other people! I've never pranked you!" He said then amended the statement at Tup's dry look. "On purpose. The hair dye had been meant for Thorn. Thankfully your hair is dark so you couldn't even really see the green." He added sheepishly.

"You're lucky I love you." Tup sighed but smiled at the way that statement made Fives light up.

"I love you too." He murmured back then they were off again once the elevator dinged and released them to the new floor.

They finally stopped in front of a building calling itself 'Caff and Cuddles' which had a large smiling tooka as its mascot. There was a line to get in the door on one side and separate lane with a Guard Trooper at the front which Fives dragged them to.

"Fives and Tup? I made a reservation." Fives said abd the Guard looked up.

"Oh yeah, you have the tower room, enjoy your stay." The trooper told them and let them in. Tup immediately understood as they started passing other rooms and he started to grin more and more widely.

"Fives? Is this a tooka cafe?" He asked excitedly and Fives grinned back.

"Not just tookas but yeah. Stray domesticated animals that need homes are brought here to be socialized and even possibly get adopted. Plus Fox said their caff was really good and you know how picky he is about his caff." He said and Tup took a moment to press him against a wall and kiss him.

"You really are the best. Okay take me to the tookas. I need to pet as many as possible." He said eagerly.

anthro au specific but since my Skid & Lila are both cats, some nights they'll just sit in total darkness (bc cats can see in the dark). it is great and enriching for both of them.

adding onto that, ever since Pump started coming over they added some glow in the dark star stickers along the walls to help him find his way around :)

Lila is transfem to me . I don't need proof or elaboration this is just something I know in my heart /lh

she probably started transitioning pretty young, which is something she feels lucky for. her parents were supportive ^_^ !!

that being said, her parents were rather protective, and she didn't get out too much as a youngin.

jake raises the picture of bradley closer for inspection. the teenager in the picture is definitely his boyfriend—he has all the same facial features except for the mustache—but the second-most glaringly obvious difference is the fact that the curls peaking out from underneath his baseball cap are a dark brunet instead of the lighter honey color jake’s so accustomed to.

bradley laughs a little, hooking his chin over jake’s shoulder to see the picture for himself. “well, mav’s already shown you me as a baby, so i guess i have to admit that teenage-me was trying a little too hard to be cool.”

“a little? babe, c’mon you wanted to join the black parade so bad.”

maverick pipes up from just behind them. “do you want to see the pictures ice took after the first time he snuck out to a party? i’ve kept them for exactly this purpose.”

“the what?” jake asks, delighted.

bradley groans. “mav i thought you said the hangover was punishment enough.”

“oh, no baby goose, this punishment has been 20 years in the making.”

unfortunately for jake’s ever-growing blackmail stash against his boyfriend, they’re interrupted by a buzzing sound from bradley’s pocket. “phoenix,” he says, holding up the phone, “gotta take this.” he presses a kiss to jake’s temple before he crosses to the other side of the hangar.

jake’s attention drops back to the photo in his hand. some surly teenager with a major case of baby face, but also hints of the strong man he’d come to be. 

mav shifts to stand next to him. he gazes down at the picture, the sheen of nostalgia in his eyes. “i remember when we caught bradley with that stupid hair dye all over himself and half the bathroom. we made him scrub it off the tiles, but he was too proud of his new look to be really upset about it.”

jake looks back between the picture of teen bradley and mav, a little scrunch forming between his brow.

it’s funny because, well, a lot of how bradley appears now is all nick bradshaw—his hawaiian shirts, his mustache, his natural hair (though a few shades browner than it was as a child)—but when jake looks at the picture of young bradley with his dark, messy hair and then the man in front of him, well—

“he looks like you,” he finds himself saying. “in this picture, with the hair, and the way he stands, and the way he smiles. he’s so totally your kid.”

when he gets no response, he looks up. maverick’s eyebrows are raised, mouth slightly parted, but it appears jake has done what cyclone could only dream of: struck pete “maverick” mitchell silent.

“except for the height,” jake adds.

bradley chooses this time to wander back to them, situation with phoenix over and resolved. he hooks an arm around jakes waist and leans in, all close and easy. bradley turns towards maverick. “what’s wrong?” he asks at the look on his father’s face.

mav shakes himself a little. he looks at his son. he smiles.

“nothing,” he says.

Why does everyone think Richard is dying his hair? He's always had black hair?

He has been dying his hair a long time, but originally as a kid he started out blond

but in some cases hait gets darker as the child grows up (had a friend in highschool who had almost black hair naturally but was also a blond as a toddler)

Richard posted this pic from 1984 on his IG a while ago, and although not in color, but i wouldn't be surprised if this at the time was indeed his natural haircolor (brown, don't know if some would call it 'dark-blond', but then i never figured out why dark-blond isn't just brown...people have told me i'm dark-blond, but i'm just plain old brown....wait..where was i...)

after that i think we got the pre-Rammstein blond dreadlock phase, i'd say that defintely was a dye-job

then in the Rammstein era he sometimes has blond hair, sometimes brown

maybe both are dyed, but i wouldn't be surprised if the brown was similar to his natural color (also seeing the eyebrow color), then when Rammstein entered the red hair phase, he had red spikes, but the base-color got a dark-brown i would say

and then after that he went jet-black und stuck with that ever since

it seems to suit his aesthetic of Red and Black ❤️🖤 and he really seems to like it, almost feels like a sort of 'comfort' color which makes him feel good or something

but yes...definitely a dyejob..🌺

and i've said it before, i wish he'd let it grow out and show his natural color, wouldn't be surprised if he was grey(ing), but i bet that would look great on him (sometimes the jet-black seems too black, if that makes sense) ❤️
