the lack of misogyny in heartstopper is so fucking refreshing. all of the girls in the show just LOVE each other. no jealousy. no cattiness. no competitiveness. elle, tara, darcy, imogen, and sahar are all just vibing together. in a world where literally every single tv show has women being pitted against each other, it makes me so happy to see full love, solidarity, and support amongst these leading ladies.

Not to make anyone cry but Imogen said "C'est la vie" to Sahar in s2 e5 when they were filling out the French vocab sheet, and then in s3 e8 Sahar sings a song called "C'est la vie" at the Fête. The song she ADMITTED was written about Imogen. Definitely crying

Now, listen. Heartstopper has given us so much good representation. We’ve gotten gay rep, bi rep, lesbian rep, trans rep, even aro/ace rep (and I believe some enby rep but I’m not sure). But I think it could be even more. Because now that we’re being shown inklings of Imogen being a little bit fruity, I think it’d be great if we got some pansexual rep.

Like, it’d be so good. As far as I’m aware there aren’t any pansexual characters in Heartstopper (yet!), so I think Imogen would be the perfect character to have that arc with
