It’s MY birthday and I get to redraw my old trollsona!!!!
And here’s a comparison with the old design, from five fuckin years ago when the extended zodiac quiz came out… jesus Christ
IDs under cut!
[ID: The first image is a traditional drawing, done in black ink and shaded in blue crayon, of the artists trollsona, as mentioned in the caption. He’s a fat man with a broad build, wearing a casual button up (although it’s unbottoned below the chest, revealing a binder), cargo pants, and hiking boots. He has curved horns, no notable ears, short dark hair that’s swept back, and long stubble outlining his chin. A chinstrap, if you will. He has a dark pattern of skin starting from his nose, and extending to the top of his head. He has a duffel bag swung over his right shoulder, and attached to his belt is a rock hammer and a compass. The buckle of his belt is his extended zodiac sign, Sagipio. There are notes surrounding the reference image, in a comprehensible order, they read: “Apollo Noelle ; tiredGeologist ; Lusus is a penguin, look is inspired by chinstraps ; Mutant blue blood - “Ice blood” ; Sagipio, Prospit dreamer, light player ; Sylladex type sorts items based on Mohs Hardness Scale ; Strife is Rock- & Rockhammer-kind ; Essentials, always in dex: Rockhammer (strife), Brunton compass, HCl (diluted), field notebook, phone, like a handful of rocks at all times, raw fish :).” (End of transcript). The second image attached is a comparison image, showing this one and an old trollsona reference image from five years ago, notably before the artist began transitioning. END ID.]
#my art#trollsona#homestuck#described#remaking this guy was essentially me going ‘how much hamfisted geology bs can I put in here’ AHDVSJVWJSBS#he is in fact just like me fr. including the forgetting to bring water SHVDVJSVWJS#alap I like playing around with the idea of mutant bloods at other points in the spectrum… so that’s why he’s a blue mutant!#his blood is almost white hence the ‘ice blood’ naming. he’s just chillin (literally) ((you will feel immediately cold if you touch him))#in contrast with my hc that Karkat runs a lot warmer being a redblooded mutant…#it’s just fun stuff to play around with I think :)#also I love penguins. wonderful creatures.

Hi! I absolutely love all of your art and I’ve been fallowing you for awhile! There’s been some rumors that you ship Muriel x crowley?? Which I guess is an odd paring but nothing terrible wrong with, I was just curious if you do ship them.
Thank you for all your wonderful art <3
okay, i want to preface this by saying that I've already been harassed over this to the point of being called a lowkey pedophile and having every little move of mine scrutinized and misconstrued to sickening extents (this harassment spilled over to my partner too, and it was horrible)
so all anyone would do by doing this again would be repeating history, among other things that have to do with fucking up my already frail mental state
now.
onto the meat
yes, I ship it
no, I do not see Muriel as a child, kid, teenager, or anything of the sort and I find it personally distasteful to think of doing so because infantilizing autistic traits rubs me the wrong way (p e r s o n a l l y)
you can do it if you want to, I have worse things to worry about than a random person on the internet thinking something of a fictional character, just don't try to push your headcanon onto me just because you perceive it that way or because it's a popular dynamic that you find fun
adding onto this, i want to add that i will never and i mean fucking NEVER post anything related to that ship outside of the very specific private Xitter account i created for it
(and my personal facebook, on a friends only setting)
any Muriel & Crowley content outside of that account is all platonic and bla bla you get the gist. I can separate things, what a talent.
Now, I'm being overly paranoid and explaining myself to exhaustion over this for a very good reason and it's because last time someone found out about it ((yes we're going full circle to the beginning of this little bible)) they treated it as some sort of GOTCHA moment about me being a pedo ((and if you didn't know this already: I fucking despise children with my whole being, I'd rather be forcefed alligator shit for my whole life than be with one of those creatures for a single day))
It got to the point of that person making extremely hurtful videos about me and their little friend group comprised of goober eating toddlers joining in on the "Hater" train or whatever the hell that new cultural trend is called, as well
It was hell, that whole experience fucked me up BAD and i feel silly for saying this but it was genuinely traumatic! So- I apologize if I'm sounding confrontational here, anon, but like, this is the type of thing you have to do to keep yourself safe now, it's gone to that point and I'm in hysterics now because what the fuck
Lastly, I'd like to say this one other thing
Muriel is played by an adult actress, they are canonically the same age as Aziraphale and Crowley and are also an eldritch creature just like them
The fact that they're nice and bubbly and happen to have autistic traits doesn't suddenly make them a fetus. I have friends with the same personality type as them and I feel like it'd be dumb to treat them like zygotes knowing they're adults with body hair and debt
Again, if you see them as one, I'm literally no one to judge, I'm 1.49, you're better off taking judgement from a stupid lone penguin in the saharan desert.
But don't fuck with others for thinking otherwise, it's not a moral issue to disagree with a headcanon, please. 🥲
#aneh answers#aneh cries#im still not over that whole thing bruh it fucked me up good#aneh wont shut up#and thank you anon#and also sorry#this shit is looooong#disk horse#discourse

Hi I was wondering if you could do a polar bear 🐻❄️ anon? Like reader could be just chilling in shnezyha with the Fatui and come and go as they please, but they’re enjoying being a polar bear and just snooze anywhere and everywhere, eating a fish on the floor? No, let’s eat right next to Singora’s coffin R.I.P. if not that’s ok, thx for reading!!!!
Harbingers Encounter
૮꒰˶ᵔ ᗜ ᵔ˶꒱ა Pairings : GN! Polar Bear Reader x Harbingers
૮꒰ྀི∩´ ᵕ `∩꒱ྀིა W.K. : 447
໒꒰ྀིᵔ ᵕ ᵔ ꒱ྀི১ Tags/CW&TW : Fluff, there is a penguin corpse tho
No one really knew what to do.
They all stared at the random ass polar bear that wondered into the room, in the middle of Signora’s funeral.
It was honestly baffling, and all Pierro could think about was how a few Fatui were going to get…. Let’s say fired, later.
“… What do we do..?” Childe questioned. He was - ironically- the closest to the bear and even he didn’t really feel like fighting it. As much as he and Signora “totally got along”, it would still feel mildly disrespectful to start going at it with a bear in the middle of her literal funeral.
“… I wish to take it back to my labs.” Dottore suddenly suggested, and immediately Pantalone was on his ass about it.
“Why? Whatever could you need a polar bear for?? It’s a waist if you ask me..” His disappointment was clear as day, despite the sterna smile etched into his face.
“Perhaps I could enhance its strength? Create a brand new type of creature to protect us.~” Dottore mused, his grin widening.
All conversation was halted however when a giggle rang out. Heads turned to see you gently playing with Columbina.
Your paws firmly planted on the ground as you nuzzled a blood-soaked-face into hers as you nipped at her ears.
She then took out a very dead penguin from under her coat and threw it at you, you catching it in your mouth and bending down to chow down.
You looked up after ripping a wing off the bird, offering it to her.
“Oh no, I’m alright for now my dear. Oh! But do save the large intestines. I may get hungry later, hehe!~”
Everyone stared at her as she conversed with you, a simple nod showing you understood before going back to ravaging and defiling the corpse beneath you.
“… What?” She asked now that all eyes were on her.
“… I suppose none of us were expecting you to have such an animal as a… pet..?” Capitano said, only to receive a giggle from the shorter girl.
“Oh they are no pet, simply a friend I made during a walk once.” She answered.
You lifted your head and nodded.
“Well did they have to attend?” Pierro asked, annoyance in his tone.
“Ah, I have no control ever where they go, though they have shown to have a respect for all of us.~” Giggles escaped her lips as she spoke, finding the faces of her fellow Harbingers amusing.
Pierro only sighed before continuing to speak. The funeral now continued without a hitch, even as you ate behind Columbina.
… Would the Tsaritsa ever consider making an animal a Harbinger…?
໒꒰ྀི˶˙Ⱉ˙˶꒱ྀིა Author’s note : Polar Bear!Creator after revealing they can control the elements: 🐻❄️
The Harbingers: One of us, one of us, one of us, one of us, ONE OF US, ONE OF US, ONE OF US, ONE OF US-
The Tsaritsa: 😐 Fine
And don’t worry I love your idea!! Never be afraid to share my dear ૮꒰˶ᵔ ᗜ ᵔ˶꒱ა˖⁺‧₊˚ (also, do you want to be an anon? It’s a bit unclear-)

Year One vs Zero Year: A Tale of Two Batmen
(You can also read this on AO3 if you want)
In the introduction to the Batman: Year One collected edition, Dennis O’Neil writes about the impetus behind the post-crisis reboot—things had become dated and it was time to revamp their most iconic characters: Superman, Wonder Woman, and Batman. “The writers assigned to the task had quick and clear ideas about how to update Superman and Wonder Woman, but Batman was a problem. He was fine just as he was.” Batman: Year One was not a story that was trying to reinvent Batman, it was a story that was trying to distill him, to revisit and retell his origin for a new era of DC storytelling. Whatever you may think of Frank Miller, he and David Mazzucchelli certainly succeeded with that goal.
While I don’t have a nice clear editorial quote like that for Batman: Zero Year, it’s clear that Synder was trying to do the same with the story. Zero Year is a Batman origin for the new era of storytelling that was the New 52. It has its nods to Miller—it has to, simply existing after Year One’s influential rewrite of Bruce’s origin—but it owes far more to the Batman of the golden age in it's story beats. It is not just Batman: Year One for the New 52, it is the Batman origin of the post-flashpoint comics, it's art and storytelling reflecting this Batman of a new era.
Batman’s origin has always been consistent in its strokes: Bruce Wayne’s parents are killed by a mugger. Devastated, the young boy swears to devote his life to justice. He trains both body and mind, until finally ready to begin, a bat flies through the window, and he takes it as an sign that he should become Batman—a creature that strikes fear in the hearts of criminals. It can be summarized in a page or two to get the audience up to speed.
(Batman’s Origin as told in Batman #47)
Neither Year One nor Zero Year change any of the fundamental pieces, but the narratives that surround them are vastly different. Year One seeks to tell a Batman origin grounded in reality as much as it can. In an afterward by David Mazzuchelli in the Batman: Year One collected edition he writes that “with year one, we sought to craft a credible Batman, grounded in a world we recognize”. The main enemy that Bruce Wayne faces is corruption: in the police and in the leading families of Gotham. Beside Gordon and Alfred, the other members of the Batman mythos that are present are Selina Kyle, just beginning to put on the catsuit and Harvey Dent prior to becoming Two Face, both of them surrounded by plausibility and grit. The Joker gets a single name drop at the end. It takes up four issues and covers the span of a year, covering the emergence of Batman’s mission
In contrast, Zero Year is bombastic. It’s a story full of bright colors and fantastic events: explosions, blimp chases, and Gotham city cut off and run as the Riddler’s personal fiefdom. It’s longer—spanning 10 issues—and covers a significantly shorter period of time. In it, Batman faces the Joker, The Riddler, and a bone-mutated mad scientist foe who’s name I don’t remember. Pamela Isley and the Penguin are alluded to as well. The giant penny plays a role in the plot. It calls back to many pieces of golden age lore, such as Bruce’s Uncle Philip Kane, and his love interest Julie Madison. (For a more modern retelling of the golden age Batman’s origin, see Secret Origins (1986) #6)
(The Batman: Year One and Batman: Zero Year trades. Please also note that the Year One trade contains at least an extra issue’s worth of bonus content at the end, where the Zero Year trade only has some variant covers)
There is also a difference in attitude between the two origins. Year One is a comic that is trying to escape the bounds of genre; Zero Year is a comic that revels in it. Part of it is the tone—Year One is setting itself in contrast to the Batman of the past in its commitment to realism rather than melodrama. Part of it is the art. In terms of color, the original printing of Year One and Zero Year are very similar. In Year One, this is because of technical limitations. There are only so many colors, most of them bright, and still Richmond Lewis works to create a strong sense of atmosphere to highlight the noir-type story that is being told. Zero Year uses these colors as a deliberate homage to comics of the past. It’s filled with bright pinks, blues, yellows, and greens set in contrast to each other. It’s beautiful. It’s also a clear stylistic choice.
Richmond redid the colors of Year One for later reprintings. While beautiful, they are far more subdued and muted. It’s clearly the sort of look they wanted for Year One from the beginning, but could not achieve. In contrast, Zero Year stands out from the comics surrounding it in the first half of the New 52 precisely because everything else is illustrated in this overly realistic dull and gritty style.
(Batman #405 — original printing vs recolor)
(Batman (2011) #22 vs Batman (2011) #1 — These comics have the same colorist, but clearly different philosophies guiding them)
This can also be seen in the Batman costumes themselves. While both Year One and Zero Year are drawing from the same original Batman costume from Detective Comics #27, they take different parts. Year One’s Batman suit has a simple and streamlined black and grey. The Zero Year suit keeps the purple gloves.
(From left to right: Batman in Detective Comics #27, Batman #405, and Batman (2011) #24. While the image from Detective Comics #27 is faded, note that the gloves are purple)
This contrast isn’t just in the origins themselves—it is the comics that surround and follow them as well. Year One and Zero Year are origins for two different eras of Batman. I’ve read primarily post-crisis Batman comics and am less familiar with the pre-crisis era, so I can’t say how much of the storylines that followed were specifically picking up on Year One’s influence, and how much was just the natural change in storytelling direction, but throughout the major Batman events of the Post-Crisis era, there is a throughline of sensibilities that they share with Year One. AsYear One set out to tell the grounded origin of the Batman, so do many of the foes and challenges he faces have this grounded nature to them as well. They all still have a larger than life feel, but the foes Batman faces tend to fall into the categories of crime (Knightfall, War Games), natural disasters (Contagion, Legacy, Cataclysm), and himself (all of them, but more specifically Murderer/Fugitive and arguably a Lonely Place of Dying as well). These are events that start from a realistic starting point that are magnified. Earthquakes, outbreaks of disease, a gang war—these are all things that could happen to any city. Any man could lose a son or be framed for murder. The heightened nature of these stories is what separates them from the real world.
(Even an event like No Man’s Land, with its premise of ‘Gotham getting kicked out the United States’ that stretches the suspension of disbelief, is intensely focused on what this means for the city that remains. It cares about grounding the fantastic events in real reactions.)
In contrast, post-flashpoint events tend to have this more fantastical feel. The Night of the Owls does not put Bruce up against ordinary corruption among the elite, but against a masked conspiracy with immortal assassins at their disposal. The driving force of Robin War is not the idealism of the We Are Robin movement against a city that doesn’t like or trust them, but a power play by the Court of Owls. In Night of the Monster Men, Batman and co. fight Kaiju-like monsters; there are themes of contagion throughout the story, but this isn’t a hopeless fight against that ancient enemy of humanity that is disease, it’s a thrilling, action-packed fight. One approach is not necessarily better than the other, but they are fundamentally different paradigms of storytelling. I remember reading Night of the Monster Men at the same time as the lead up to Bruce Wayne: Murdere/Fugitive and thinking that they didn’t feel anything alike.
Unlike Year One, Zero Year does not feel like a origin point for this shift in narrative focus. The beginning of the new52, while having the benefit of being the beginning of a new era, also isn’t it—these storytelling trends could be seen in the comics leading up to Flashpoint as well. If I had to pick an event that started to show this shift, it would be Batman RIP. Morrison’s love for silver age comics and deep cuts to lore lead it to having that same fantastical feel. While the Batman of Morrison’s run is nominatively the one of Year: One, he fits more in line with the storytelling motivations of Zero Year—the callbacks to older ages (Morrisons’ Batman definitely wore the purple gloves), the extreme feats of survival, the larger than life events. Year One was an origin for an era that had come to an end.
A new Batman origin was inevitable, if for no other reason than the constant passage of time. One of the big differences between Year One and Zero Year is the sheer difference in the type of technology Batman uses in each. In Year One, there is no Bat-Computer. Bruce has his grappling hooks, his smoke bombs, his ultrasonic device that summons hoards of bats—It’s all far too simple for a Batman of today’s world. Zero Year has computers everywhere and Batman’s gadgets are upgrading to fit the glitz and advancement of the modern era. The New52 gave DC the chance to revisit it and for better or for worse, no one could call Zero Year, ‘Year One only set 30 years later’. Both works are products of their times, and both works show the audience not only the basic beats of Bruce’s origin, but also what a Batman story looks like. Together, they show the way that he has evolved as a character over the years. Maybe in 15 years, DC will put out another origin epic for Batman. Chances are, he’ll have changed yet again.

Hey bat!!!! :D it's been a whileeee.. So- here's my question!
Do you have any head canons for your octonauts- characters? (Regular au) if so. Can I know em? :0
Sorry this took me so long!! I'm a very busy Bat!!
I decided to share some headcanons for all of my octonauts for my normal BatBites AU.
Captain Barnacles:
He goes to sleep curfew on the DOT and wakes up at 7:00 am each morning, and will wake up the other Octonauts as well
He feels like the father of the crew, whether he likes to or not
He doesn't open up to anybody about his struggles or insecurities- ever! He's bad at that sort of thing...
During the summer he'll take extremely long cold baths that he'll literally dump ice in, and he sheds like crazy, he does NOT like the summer.
His suit has a cooler. Tweak built it for him!!
He is totally unaware of any feelings his CREwMAtes might have for him....
Lt Kwazii Cat:
He bat's other peoples tails instinctively...
He can bareeely taste sweet, so he'll usually add a shit ton of sugar to his desserts
Struggles with impulse control and social awareness, struggles to understand what can be talked about on the dinner table and what can't be
Quite ashamed honestly about his cat-like behavior, so he'll try to keep it to himself. He doesn't like to meow or purr around anyone but Shellington, but because he lacks impulse control, he'll end up doing it anyway. Dashi loves the meowing.
He's incredibly affectionate
His first thought when a sea creature gives them trouble is I'LL SHOW THEM WHO'S BOSS!!!
Medic Peso Penguin:
His urge to pick up rocks everytime he sees a pile of them goes strong, and he usually ends up doing just that
This is more of a redesign than a headcanon, but he has a full set of teeth in the og books and I thought that would be a good excuse to give him fangs in my AU just for added cuteness
He's a chronic apologizer
He gets picked on by the crew occasionally, he hates it
He looks up to Barnacles and Kwazii so much- he IS the youngest and the last one to join, after all.
He does really like taking care of his friends.
He's a bit of a crybaby. His sense of empathy is really big and strong, and he'll feel himself tear up if he sees something- or someone- suffering.
IT Officer Dashi Dog:
Because she's the IT officer, programmer & photographer, she's super busy all the time
And speaking of time, she always loses track of it..
If Kwazii and Barnacles were to be unavailable she would be in charge.
She likes to keep incredibly clean even if the DEMONS tell her to jump in the MUDD and have FUNN
She loves everything cute and collects chibi cat squishies. This is like, one of my first head canons ever.
She's in charge of the wifi, whenever it shuts down and the crew begins to bug her about it, she gets super fckin annoyed
She barks, because of course she barks, and her tail wags whenever she sees something she likes or is giving/receiving affection
Her tail ALSO wags when she's talking to Captain Barnacles, I wonder why THAT is!!!
Engineer Tweak Rabbit:
Gets 1 second of sleep every night
Taught the rest of the crew how to play her video games
She glows in the dark because she's literally radioactive, same with her dad
When she needs a break she goes to the garden to chill, and eat a few carrots on the way
Will wake up in a cold sweat to randomly build something in the middle of the night
She does not give a shit about how messy she gets
Dr. Shellington Sea Otter:
Spends so much of his alone time just grooming himself
Goes searching through the fridge for ice cubes during the summer. Loves his ice cubes
Was the most geekiest geek in high school, he had like 3 friends
He plays visual novels
He's really defensive, embarrassed, and shy about what he likes.
His sleep schedule is fcked up, he talks in his sleep as well. He'd much rather be spending his time researching so as he sleeps he'll usually dream about his research.
He cannOT take a compliment. Compliment him and he will curl up into a little ball out of shame.
Professor Inkling Octopus:
He'll put on classical music in the library and vibe to it with whoever's with him
He hosts story nights occasionally
He's really good at giving romantic advice
He refuses to drink coffee
He needs to be constantly MOIST
his chair is super high tech and comes with a heater and cooler
May or may not be the group therapist
He's INKredibly humble
Tunip Vegimal:
Like 4 years old
Gets excited over literally anything
Gets the cutest puppy dog eyes when he wants something
Defaults to running around with the other vegimals when there's nothing to do
His fave thing in the world is watching the crews face light up when they eat his food
Vegimal food just hits different
Tunip sees Shellington as his dad, and sees Tweak as his mama. Kwazii's the gay aunt
*flies away*

Hello :D
I was wondering, if the villains (and Onix) could pick a Partner Pokemon what would it be?
Okay, so do forgive me, but I don't know too much about Pokemon like most people do, it's not that I don't like Pokemon, I just didn't fit watching the show into my schedule & I don't have the consoles or the storage to play any of the games. But I did look up a list of beginner Pokemon from the different series & chose some to give the villains. Hope this will do.
So I gave Onix a Chikorita since it kinda looks like a dinosaur & she loves those.
Hades got a Torchic cause the idea of a god having a tiny chicken looking creature following him around sounds absolutely hilarious.
Shan Yu gets a Litten, similar to Hades the idea of a big strong war lord having a tiny kitten is too good of an opportunity to let up.
Frollo has a Snivy because it looks very regal like Frollo & it's also not associated with fire which Frollo attempts to avoid every chance he gets.
Syndrome received a Piplup since I head cannoned that his favorite animals were penguins so it would make sense to give him a pokemon that looks like one.
And finally Facilier, he got Eevee. My reason, in this au Doc likes all things fluffy, especially animals, so of course he's gonna choose the fluffiest one of the bunch when given the opportunity.
Keep in mind, this is the first time I've drawn Pokemon in my life, apologies if I didn't get these too close to their original designs. 🥹

Penguins
Rory x reader
Master List
An: I'm in a writing mood. Lol. Hope you enjoy. Just small banter between two friends. Send requests if you'd like. 💜
You loved curling up under the blankets with a good book every night. It was the perfect way to relax and escape from the day's stress. You would get lost in the stories and forget your problems for a while.
You were so engrossed in your book that you didn't notice when the front door opened and closed.
The fan in your room also drowned out any other sounds from the apartment. Your best friend since childhood, Rory, had dropped by without warning, as he often did. He had a key to your place, which you gave him for emergencies only, but he had a different definition of emergency than you did. He would claim that he was bored out of his mind and needed your help to survive.
Rory walks into your bedroom and spots you curled up with your book. "What are you doing with that book? You know reading is bad for your eyes, right?" He pretends to be concerned but ends up sounding more like a smartass.
Looking up from your book, you mockingly glare. You know he's kidding, but playful banter was kind of your thing. "Oh? And what do you suggest I do instead? Watch TV like you do all day?" You shot back, watching his brows furrow in confusion.
"Hey, TV is educational. I learn a lot from watching documentaries and nature shows!" Rory sits at the edge of your bed and starts taking off his shoes.
"Yeah, sure. Like that one about the mating habits of penguins? How fascinating!" you sarcastically say while rolling your eyes.
"Hey, don't knock it till you try it. Penguins are amazing creatures. They're loyal, brave, and adorable." His eyes glittered with enthusiasm.
"Just like you, huh?" You tease, nudging him with your foot.
"Exactly. See, you get me!" He laughs as he crawls up your bed and sits next to you, leaning against the firm headboard
"Yeah, I get you. I get that you're a lazy, sarcastic, penguin-loving nerd." You lean your head on his shoulder in a friendly way.
"And I get you're a smart, witty, book-loving geek." He gently rests his chin on top of your head.
"Aww, thanks. You're too kind," You laugh while reopening your book.
Smirking, he says, "You're welcome." and continues to watch you read wondering if you ever realized why he told you random facts about penguins.
He didn't care if you teased him and made sarcastic remarks at him.
He felt like you were his penguin, somewhat of a soulmate and he would continue to wait for the perfect time to hand you his most treasured pebble.

Wonderful Precure Episode 26 Review - Beat The Heat
Glad that Animal Town isn’t also the only place suffering from intense heat. It’s extremely hot where I live too! I was legit freaking out when I saw Iroha taking Komugi out on a walk because small dogs shouldn’t be out in scorching hot weather. I know because I have two miniature poodles who are sensitive to the heat. I usually take them out for walks really early in the morning so that they don’t have to suffer in the heat; I’m glad that Iroha is actually taking Komugi out for walks before the sun rises in the end of the episode.
Basically, there really isn’t much to talk about in this episode as it’s just about how hot it is and how to beat the heat. It was funny how Iroha and Mayu were essentially outside for different reasons but get delirious to the point that getting splashed by Satoru by accident is the reason that snapped them out of the heat trance. It was nice seeing how Satoru informs both the Precures and the viewers on how to beat the heat, especially for those who own rabbits.
Speaking of Satoru, his vast knowledge of animals comes from his home library. He even has books in English as he can only find some interesting books overseas. This means Satoru knows English as well! Satoru can cook, is caring and knows a lot. Iroha is clearly missing out. Though, I do wonder where Satoru’s parents are. It’s been twenty-six episodes already and we have yet to see his parents. I also appreciate all the Daifuku screen time. He’s such a cute rabbit! He deserves all the screen time.
I find the Mey Mey segment hilarious because he was denying how hot it was and then passes out due to the scorching hot weather to the point that he got Tsuyoshi, Iroha’s father, to shave him. He definitely looks weird with short hair. I seriously loved Iroha and Komugi’s reaction to it.
The GaruGaru of the week was ironically a camel. Since they are creatures who can withstand the heat, the Precures are at a disadvantage because they’re too sensitive to the heat. I do like the detail of Friendy’s barrier being so small because the heat is affecting her. It was nice seeing Lillian finally doing the Help Kirarin Animal and we finally get to see the Penguin in action again!
Though, I do wonder how the heck Niko’s egg was in the refrigerator. Did she teleport herself there? It’d be so hilarious if she did. Anyways, how do you beat the heat where you live? For me, I just stay home and bask in the air conditioner or I drink cold water. What about you?

I’m just copy-pasting a post I had already made earlier (with additions), since I was wondering if you’d like to help (since you said you’d like to do kin-help for questioning folks and such)
I’ve kind of been questioning being some kind of aquatic creature. I’m unsure, since it feels a lot closer to kith than kin, but I still can’t figure out what I am. I know that I’m definitely smooth- whether it’s feathers, fur, or skin/fleshy scales (It feels like it should be dense, penguin-esque feathers). Additionally, shallower water (salt or freshwater) gives me a lot of species euphoria. I get a ton of species euphoria from webbed hands/feet- especially from swimming while wearing webbed hands- specifically the kind that seabirds and waterfowl have (such as cormorants, gannets, boobies, pelicans, and some ducks).
The way ducks and some other birds swim (like above) is really euphoric. However, I feel like I’d also have some form of wing(s) that have become streamlined into flipper-like limbs (similar to shearwaters, penguins, great auks, and sea lions). A more two toned coloration feels good, but I don’t think it would be a strict black and white like some animals. I don’t believe I’d be able to breathe underwater. The webbed feet and hands of otters are also very euphoric, as well as the paddle-like tails of crocodilians and the scutes towards the end of their tails. Also, (I just realized this quite recently) shallow parts of lakes and rivers, (especially when they’re clearer) are AMAZING. Looking for fish and paddling around is good, and I should be able to fly overhead and plummet or dart around in the water after fish.
You’re aquatic so maybe you have a better idea of what I am?
Ok, I have a few ideas! And not all of them have all your requirements, but I'm going to throw things on the wall and hopefully one or two of them stick. I'm not going to be getting into more niche species because there are just too many, but if you have a specific biome that you gravitate towards, let me know and I can dig deeper and pull up some more specific species. I've got three main ones, and then a list of minor ones.
Anyone who wants to add onto this is more than welcome to do so!
First that comes to mind is a gull.
They've got the webbed feet, they float like ducks, and are just neat guys in general. Their wings are nowhere near as sheared as some of the examples you provided, but I'd argue that they're fit for the job. There are also multiple species of gull, so you've got some different coloring options, including those wonderful mousy browns.
They're found near fresh and salt water alike, so you've got lots of variety.
These were the first to come to mind. Gulls have a bit of a bad rep, but they're pretty neat birds. I feel lucky to be around them often!
You mentioned shearwaters, so I assume you're also familiar with the petrel! These guys are pretty neat, and fly super close to the water, picking out fish that swim near the surface (which reminded me of how you described your love for shallow waters). They've got webbed feet, float like a duck, and have those awesome wings.
Some good coloring, too!
I think the Procellariidae genus in general would be a good idea to look into, although I'm sure you've already done so, seeing that they're in the same family as shearwaters! Not all of them are saltwater, either! So you've got some wiggle room
Grebes also came to mind for the obvious reasons, but more specifically for their weird feet! They are strange little things! But they just remind me of how you spoke about otter hands? I'm not sure- they're good enough to swim like ducks but are so very distinct. And this may be a bit of a stretch, but the shape also reminds me of a crocodile tail. birds also technically have scutes ;] but again, a bit of a stretch. Not the same look!
They're in the family Podicipedidae, which are described as "foot propelled diving birds." Most are freshwater, although they can be found in salt water. Lots of different colorations and plumage types.
There are many other birds that i thought of, but upon further research they didn't seem like too great of a fit. I'll list them out for you, though! Just in case.
Puffin, galapagos penguin, albatross, frigatebird, skimmers, kingfisher, osprey, sea eagles (as well as other fish-eating birds of prey), and wading birds such as bitterns, herons, or egrets.
You mentioned flying specifically, but there are a few non-avian critters that I also wanted to put out there, primarily the marine iguana and platypus. They've got a mix of traits and I just wanted to toss them out!
Tagging a bunch of different communities in case someone has some more ideas :]
I also wanted to say that I think it's OK to not know what you are specifically, or to feel like you are a mix of many different things. It's very nice to have a solid answer, to point and something and go "hey! that's me!" but I think it can be just as fulfilling to generally understand yourself as nonhuman, without feeling the need to classify all the phantom sensations into preexisting species. Sometimes we're just our own thing, sometimes we are whatever feels most natural in the moment! And of course this will change depending on what type of nonhuman you are, but I think it can be good to keep in mind. Felt like i should tack that on somewhere ;]
ANYWAY! So sorry for the wait! I had like five other paragraphs for different birds and then kept finding more and rewriting and changing my mind. And then I had a transatlantic flight! So many delays. Thanks for being patient :]
And again! If you have any specific feelings about any of these or want me to take some other things into consideration, let me know! I'd be more than happy to dig and pull out something a bit more detailed.
Thanks for the ask <3

Hello! 😊 I saw you list the kinkiest crews on someone else's ask. I know this is a kid pirate blog, but can I ask why heart pirates are at 4? They seem too cute to be kinky, so I was super curious to know your take on it.
XD I don’t mind talking about different crews - I only made crew specific blogs to keep my main focused on socializing and my side blogs for longer fics and shares - but it’s all me so it’s all good.
As for why I rank the Heart Pirates there is because the most bubbly pop rock and bubblegum personality you know can also be the most depraved little unhinged kinky bastard. It’s all personal head canon of course, and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with someone seeing them as a vanilla crew, but that’s just not the vibes I get.
Law is intimately familiar with the body because of both his studies and his fruit. I almost think half of that distant demeanor he puts on is specifically to help create a wall between him and his patients/victims, but when he warms up to someone he’s fully capable of lighting their nerves on fire in the best ways.
Dom, top, bottom, or sub, he just has a fantastic fruit for kink.
I also see Penguin and Shachi as a kind of Good Dom/Bad Dom pairing - despite the goof ball antics I think they definitely shift behind closed doors. From social creatures to hunters in a snap.
Most of the rest of the crew is pretty switch (I do love the idea that Bepo is a decisive and stern dom behind closed doors, he’s just such an apologetic little puff ball I think the dissonance would be wonderful.)
But, that’s why they’re at #4 - I see their internal relationships being almost as complicated as things are on the Kid crew.

AAAYYYYEEEE AQUARIUM EMPLOYEE SOLIDARITY!!!! do you work directly with the animals? i’m on the environmental quality team at mine, so i spend the majority of my time up in the lab or down in the pump rooms, and i’m always so envious of our galleries team for getting to have problems like ‘one of the penguins keeps fake sneezing because she loves getting attention from the vet team and wants a checkup every day or she’ll scream at us because she’s a special princess’ and ‘our moray eel found a new hiding place and we’ve yet to figure out where it is so if anyone sees him please email the head aquarist’ as opposed to ‘who the fuck used the last of our phosphate reagents and forgot to order new ones GOD DAMN IT’ and ‘alright who wants to stick their arm into the freshwater sump to retrieve the pH probe we need to calibrate?’ like it must be so wonderful to always be in such close proximity to so many little beasts and creatures. do you have a favorite kind of animal to work with/observe? i’ve always been partial to the tunicates and coldwater soft corals/sponges we pick up whenever we do collections on local coastlines. i ❤️ blob animals
Right now my aquarium is kind of a disaster (middle of massive renovations) and we have as few employees as possible so we all kind of do everything, which is sort of nice because I get to do public education and animal care and behind the scenes stuff and help with research!
I ALSO LOVE TUNICATES!!!!! They’re so cool. I especially love surprising people by telling them that tunicates are chordates that are closer related to them than anything else in the touch tank. Blob animals are the best. You should look through my moon snail tag for the biggest blob you’ll ever see

The Backup Team: Crime Runners-Up ~
Our runners-up this week are @horsecrash, @i-am-the-one-who-wololoes and @just--a--penguin!
@horsecrash — Pyramid Schemer
I kinda wish that this card had some flavor text, because I'm imagining this on Amonkhet (hey, pyramids right?) and I know that the zombies there aren't exactly ones who "scheme." So the name is excellent, and there are maybe some subtle plans that they can enact, but I wanted just that little more. What I love is the fact that this card works wonders mechanically. It's kind of obvious (or at least I hope so?) that you picked the name and had the brain-blast idea following that, but you know what? It works for me.
There's something to be said about a manasink that can make a load of 2/2 lifelinkers. If you can kill or mill, then you can utilize both graveyards to your advantage. Things that care about tokens and/or zombies make this loads better as well. I mean, you don't even need that if you can make a lot of creatures, too. What I like about the Amonkhet angle is that you can hate out embalm and eternalize creatures quite easily and fizzle someone's graveyard strategy in limited. I'd love to have played this last night in a chaos draft as well, but that's neither here nor there. So: flavor's almost there, but the mechanics and vibes are great.
@i-am-the-one-who-wololoes — Steal the Blueprints
The art description here works really well, and I'm happy that you have a clear grasp of the Futurist vibes of Kamigawa. I've come around on some of it, but not all. I've come around on this card a lot as well. When I first saw it, I was honestly a little baffled at the wording, but I think that the vibes you were going for are certainly sensible and that merely creating a token isn't the same as casting a copy, and the use of blueprints to make (read:cast) the thing you're stealing absolutely justifies this design.
I wish it was less situational, though, and that it fit better mechanically into the ninja shell of limited. I don't think it could've, honestly, but does that matter when that's not what the card itself is going for? I think the one thing that could've made this card better is if you could've copied either an artifact card from their hand or an artifact that they already control. After all, depending on who you're playing with, what if there are no artifacts, or they've played out their big stuff by turn five already? Still, situational cards are situational, and I can see this one being pretty good in the right place. Exceptional, actually. And I can also see it being a dud, but nonetheless. You really had a fascinating card here that's a super specific and cool crime, too.
@just--a--penguin — False Testimony
This card's silly and strives to be nothing but silly. Look, I'm willing to accept that. There's a distinct silly vibe from a lot of these cards—and I'm honestly glad that not every card played into the grimdark that I usually purport to enjoy (which I mean, I do, in small doses with the right vibes). Still, as a furry at heart, I'm miffed that you're taking my nth Leonin husband and accusing him of crimes! Hm. You know, this is a corrupt court, and even though I'm saying that it's silly, there's a non-zero chance that there's some serious stuff going on behind the scenes and you're gonna throw him into kitty prison. Shame on you.
NO shame, however, for the awesome line of "Suspect the token." I like the gist of the mechanics coming together and all the simple things that make up an awesome card. You steal their thing, the thing you get is suspicious, and you get a cantrip off of it. This is a fun sideboard card, if nothing else, but in a limited game you can make some awesome things happen with your opponents' on-curve plays if you're missing the four-drop slot or if the late game is leaving you high and dry. I don't think the flavor is 100% saying "testimony" to me but that's entirely the way my brain works and honestly I don't think I'd be able to fully say what I'd want "testimony" to look like in Magic.
And commentary is being written now. Be safe out there! @abelzumi

Meet cute clexa. Clarke and Lexa are both single moms who take their kids to the aquarium. Their kids meet each other at the tide pool exhibit and become friends. This leads to them hanging out with each other for the rest of the day at the aquarium which also leads to Clarke and Lexa spending time together. They exchange numbers at the end to setup another playdate and maybe an adult date too
Okay, okay, im kind of mashing both together where they end up technically having a first date at the aquarium.
Lexa just really enjoys fun educational trivia. She reads all the guides and helps her six year old read out the info on the side of the tide pool. And there's this little boy right next to her daughter, about her age too, attentively listening to what Lexa is saying and then nodding and whispering it to who Lexa assumes is his mom. At some point, her daughter seems to make friends with him, and they go around the tide pool, pointing and whispering about what they learned about each star fish and barnacle they can see.
Its sweet to see them making friends so fast. Within a few minutes they've exchanged names and are calling out to one another to show off the new creature they found. Lexa stands slightly to the side, letting her little girl lead the exploration, always the little leader as the blonde little boy follows her and nods with amazement.
"They got along fast hm?"
Lexa is slightly startled by the voice next to her but quickly she ginds herself staring at beautiful blue eyes and the friendly smile of a woman whose hair is the exact same shade of Madi's new best friend.
"I'm Clarke, Aden's mom!" She extends a hand in gretting. Lexa takes it.
"Lexa. That's Madi. And yeah, they're already best friends, it seems." Lexa chuckles, pointing at the two little kids, already holding hands so they wont lose one another.
"Im glad. Aden is very shy sometimes, its always nice to see him making friends."
"Thats great! Madi is always making friends whenever she goes."
"Oh good, a little social butterfly!"
"Oh yeah!"
An awkward silence of two adult strangers sets in while their kids talk as if they have known one another from birth. Lexa takes a quick look at her watch.
"Well, we should get moving, she was dying to see the penguin feeding and its nearly time." Lexa comments, hoping to get away from the awkward silence next to a pretty woman. She was never great at those.
"Oh yeah! I bet Aden would love to watch that too! Hey maybe we can walk together, as the kiddos seems to not wanna let go of one another" Clarke seems to find no issue in the awkwardness, as she suggests they propongue it for the sake of their kids.
With an awkward smile, Lexa agrees. The kids have a wonderful time talking and laughing with one another as they walk to the next exhibit, both faces glued to the glasses to see the fishes inside. Lexa and Clarke walk behind them exchanging quick words but never really having a conversation, no matter how much Clarke tries to initiate one. She never had troubles with a gorgeous girl before but damn, isnt Lexa making her doubt her herself.
"Is she starting first grade too?"
"Mmhum. In Polis Elementary."
Clarke grabs Lexa's arm so fast that Lexa nearly loses her balance. "No way! Aden is starting there, too!" The excitement is evident in the woman's face as she stares at Lexa and Lexa has to admit the motherly excitement is contagious. Although she does not have much fear about Madi's capabilities of making friends, she can see why Clarke would be excited for Aden to have a friend in her daughter already. She's so different from Lexa in that regard, she is nearly allergic to new people, which makes the /single/ side of her single parenthood very, very pronounced.
"Oh I bet they'll be so excited about that!"
They reach the penguin exhibit rather quickly. Both kids squeal when they see the animals waddling and swimming around, and both mothers smile at one another at their excitement. Lexa shares a few more facts about penguins marveling both the kids and Clarke herself, who may ask more follow up questions than the children. Aden even follows her lead and asks Lexa a few questions, albeilt a little shyly and with some persuasion from Clarke, ones she answers with a smile at the little boy's courage.
They continue their visit together because there is no separating those two now, both kids showing very little interest in their moms unless its to show them something or to pose for a picture Lexa insists on taking.
It is no long before Lexa and Clarke actually start talking. Their both single they quickly find out, and live in the same neighborhood it seems, Lexa having moved in just a couple months ago and despite Madi's quickness in making friends with the neighborhood kids, Lexa barely knows the name of her next door neighbors. Clarke laughs at the differences between Madi and her mother, which Lexa promises she takes after her other mother eho was perhaps a little too friendly with their past neighbors, so much so she ended up cheating on her and taking off from their lives.
"That bitch!" Clarke snarks once Lexa tells her in a half joking tone. Lexa slaps her on her stomach at her loud remark in the middle of a room full of kids "Sorry. But what a bitch!"
"Yeah. A real bitch. Barely pays child support too. Not that I need her, but Madi does you know? Its hsrd when they just up and leave you with a kid." Lexa comments bitterly. Madi still asks about Costia from time to time, less now but it still hurts to see her little girl long for her momma.
"It does." Clarke replies more quietly.
"I'm sorry, I didnt mean to bring out any bad memories about your ex..." Lexa quickly interjects awkwardly.
"No, no. I don't really have an ex like that. Aden is mot even mine technically."
Lexa stares at her in surprise. The little biy is a carbon copy of Clarke, it seems almost impossible to think they aren't related, "is he adopted or...?"
"He's my nephew. My little brother's kid. He made some shitty decisions on his last year of high school and knocked up a girl, but he was trying to straighen up. He loved Aden. A lot. But he also had an addiction problem and despite working to get an apartment and give Aden a better life, he and his girlfriend ended up OD'ing with Aden in his crib. He was a good kid, he loved his son so much and he made me promise I'd take care of him if anything ever happened. So I got custody of him. Sometimes I'm scared I'll fuck him up and let my brother down."
Lexa is silent for a while. They are sat by the big tank, the kids sat by the glaas enchanted as they watch the fish above them. Lexa and Clarke are standing against the wall, luckily more isolated from the rest of the parents around them.
Lexa is not good at comforting grown ups. With Madi she can hold her and kiss her, she's her daughter and she knows what she needs. But adults are much different. So all Lexa does and hold Clarke hand and brush her finger over her top of her hand. "I think you're doing a wonderful job with him."
Clarke looks up at her slowly and then. She smiles. Big.
"Thank you Lexa"
And suddenly Lexa's heart is beating faster, her cheeks growing red, luckily unnoticed by the low blue light of the room, and she feels like she's on a first date and finally got the courage to hold her dates hand. A part of her tells her to lean in and kiss Clarke and in the intimacy of the moment she nearly does.
"MOMMY! LOOK AT THE SHARK!!!" Madi's voice echoes through the room.
"Mama! Its the shark look!!" Clarke hears as Aden pulls at her shirt.
Clarke and Lexa smile at each other and gollow their kids to see the magnificent shark as it swims oh so close to the glass.
The rest of the visit is much more relaxed and passes by fast as they talk like old friends, the kids always pulling them along, happily to chat amongst themselves with the odd intervention from Lexa as she shares yet another fun fact that makes Clarke's eyes twinkle as she listens.
They leave the gifshop together, Clarke holding far too many shark themed items as Aden plays with his new shark plushies while Lexa manages only a bag with only one big sting ray plushie, a shirt and plenty stationary supplies for Madi to use in the new school year.
"I think I over did it" Clarke comments as she tries to hold the second, smaller shark toy underneath her arms, "its hard to tell him no."
Lexa chuckles, "You're doing great. Although maybe the overpriced shark themed markers weren't needed."
"They have shark names!" Clarke exclaims and Lexa laughs once more. If she catches the way Clarke stares at her in amazement she ignores it.
They exchange numbers and promises of a playdate as the kids nearly cry at not wanting to be separated, only lerting go of each others hand when their moms share that they'll be classmates and neighbors and that they'll be sure to set up something together soon. With a wink and a flirty smile, Clarke comments on them setting up their own little playdate just the two of them, chuckling when Lexa turns red at the suggestion and ealkimg away with an enthusiastic "Bye you two!"
Lexa watches her walk away with stupid smile of her face.
"Mommy?"
"Yeah baby?"
"I like Aden. And Aden's mom! Dont you?"
Lexa smiles at her daughter, "I do."
Madi nods, with a cheeky smile "I think Aden's mom likes you too."
#letter opened#this is so big and says very little tbh 😅#i changed it a bit with Madi being Lexa's kid and Aden being Clarke's#gay moms end up having a date at the aquarium 😌🤣

For the ask:
4. mythical creature you think/believe is real?
7. what animal do you look forward to seeing when you visit an aquarium?
4. I don't think I believe in any mythical creatures. If I start believing in stuff like that, I'll have to start believing in ghosts and I really don't wanna do that 😅😅
7. Penguins! Here's the website for my local aquarium The Deep. It's a great place to visit but I haven't been in a while. When the kids were young we went regularly and they had touch tanks where you could stroke stingrays. They also had this amazing dark section which I loved that had glow in the dark jellyfish.
Thank you for asking my wonderful dragonny friend

Hello! Ever wonder who does the ocean? That's us! While, technically, we aren't in direct contact with the people who are actually in charge of the ocean, we have assumed the role of keeping it interesting!
Blog, ask, and mod info below the cut!
// We are all minors! Thought I'd add this before the read more.
Feel free to send us asks about what to throw/edit into the ocean! You can simply send us an image or name in the ask box with signatures to specify what format you want the post to be in! they're right below this! and next to those signatures? examples!! of the posts!!
-[Chuck] "An image of a rock, please -[Chuck]." This will have the provided image or description being hastily edited to appear as though they are being thrown into the ocean, or perhaps off a dock!
-[Swim] "adam sandler -[Swim]." This will have the provided image or description being edited into the ocean, and maybe even included a school of said image or description. maybe.
look at him. so majestic in his natural habitat.
-[Amalgamation] "Dany Devito bigfin squid -[Amalgamation]" This will have the chosen subject be horribly amalgamated onto a sea creature or oceanic feature! they will be in extreme pain!
Mod Info:
Hello! I'm the creator of the blog, and you can refer to me as Juno. You can discern my posts from the other mods through my boring, regular writing, and I'll probably be the only one not to swear. I go by he/him, and I will always take the chance to brag about how I got to make that one part of space, or how I have the most squids to my name. I'll also be able to be recognised with my tag, being #{J}.
hello i am the purple one. i called dibs on purple whilst we were coming up with the idea of this blog, so you will be able to recognise me by my colour and tag: #〔L〕. my name is Liv (i am the only one here who has not changed their name because i couldnt find anything that suited me) and i go by she/her, and ill probably mention penguins a lot. i know they dont live in the ocean, but they come here often so theyre like a family friend. i also like manatees, so they might get a few mentions from me, idk yet. im also probably recognisable through my lack of punctuation apart from commas and full stops, so do whatever you want with that information. i also actually spawned in the ocean, so despite my lack of qualification, im allowed to be here as its sort of a form of compensation for the mistake.
Hello. I'm salt, which for legal reasons is not my name but I'm not expanding on that. I'm not sure what happened. I got here by . I go by they/them. It'll probably b quite easy to distinguish me from the others as I use punctuation incorrectly or not at all nd shorten word that don't typically need to be shortened. Another way will probably be my dramatic response to references I understand. When I post, I'll use red and my tag will be #S♣. I also really like sharks. I love sharks. I'm not responsible for them, but I will take credit for them.

Could it be possible that stars true form are similar to biblical accurate angels?
(This won't leave my head when you mentioned eyes at the back of Cephs head.)
Something incomprehensible to humans.
On a side note how well-learned is Asha about her world? Since her mom was a sailor I wondered what stories she would have told Asha about her time as a merchant. Does Asha have any cousins and how well is her relationship with her uncle?
Can she identify what a penguin is?Or animals not native to her home? If she were to travel to another kingdom for a possible vacation where would be her first choice?
What are her other interests other than astronomy, crocheting, science, inventing, sketching and surviving?
What are her current skill sets? Can she pick a lock? Because I don't believe Sabino would not teach her how to get out of a cage or such if she were to ever be kidnapped. Her paranoia must come from somewhere?
Sorry if these were all to much.
I enjoy and am very invested in your Asha, her story and your world building.
(Sorry Ceph but I just prefer Asha and world building more than you. PS.Cloaks and shawls are better capes)
Thank you! ❤️ I’m glad you like my Asha and my story/worldbuilding 🥹
((
Ceph: *starts choking*
Asha: are you okay?
Ceph; no! There’s so much audacity in this comment that I’m literally dying! You’re killing me north towards me- YOU ARE KILLING A STAR!
Magnifico: *elsewhere in a room full of confused advisors* why do I feel like I am being challenged?
Ceph: there’s absolutely no way you expect me or any other star to honestly answer that question after your little ‘shawl’ comment- no seriously! That’s just not right! This is crazy! And that’s something coming from me!
Asha: finally someone with good taste!
Ceph: and this is why none of you will know my birth name. Ever. ))
During her earlier years in her apprenticeship Asha ended up shadowing a lot of ministers when magnifico had basically turned his attention to the other apprentices. She spent a lot of time studying about other countries and their histories- Arendelle and Corona to name a few, and tends to socialize with their diplomats to learn more about their technology/science (so she can strengthen her argument on the science’s legitimacy!) so overall I think it’s a bit safe to say that Asha knows a lot more about the world beyond Rosa’s than your average Rosa’s native born (most don’t really plan to leave Rosa’s ya know? So they’ve never been too bothered about learning about distant countries in depth)
Sakina has told her a lot about her times sailing and the crazy adventure she did. She had a lot of dangerous run ins with supernatural creatures like Davy Jones and sirens. And also met Calypso (POTC Calypso) she got collections of picture books from her time abroad to show Asha the world beyond Rosa’s. So She can identify a lot of animals non-native to Rosas
Asha also has a few little cousins and her relationship with her uncle is very good (they built her sailboat together) and he always brings her gifts whenever he comes around, but he hasn’t been too big on visiting Rosas since Tomas passed. If she were to travel to another country I think she’d definitely want to visit Corona- so she can nerd out over Lord Demanatus’s work. In a perfect world she’d also love to visit Atlantis (maybe even moreso than Corona!) (She’s not too big on Arendelle and Scotland for their magic and bears and magical bears tbh 😬)
Asha: there’s more to life than survival? (Jk) she loves diplomacy and history. She does still love art here too but she draws less frequently due to being overworked. if her life had gone better she’d still be huge on musical theatre. She also likes wrestling/grappling too- the main branches of self defense her grandfather taught her that would be advantageous against bigger people due to her smaller size! Asha is also a firm believer in stress baking (don’t tell Sabino)
As for her current skill set Asha can definitely pick a lock (she’s so good at fixing them that there’s no way she doesn’t know how to break a few) and there’s also no way Sabino would teach some noble boy how to pick the lock but not his own granddaughter. Asha is also quite well trained for her circumstances unless magic comes in. Then she’s kinda toast.
