oh boy i don't know enough about dogs as i am a diehard cat person but the one kind of dog that i will always love is pitbulls, they are 100% the best dogs ever speaking as someone who's best friend growing up was a pit mix

they're the most loyal and loving dogs ever mattie was so protective of me she literally *carried* me inside once bc the neighbor hit the fence and *then* went back outside to bark once i was safe

she could also tell when i was sick and would go wake up my mom and drag her to me

Nami always suspected there was something kind in her neighbor.. despite their bickerings and being at one another's throats; he was truly the only person she had come to know here.. so at this fury that made her dying to hurt him, she felt upset.. despite it all she didn't want to hurt him- or anyone.. yet she had, all because of a skip of sanity.. all because her head felt aflame, flames stabbing her eardrums. "- shut up. Don't make me change my mind about shocking you." she warned at his comment, though feeling as if she were coming back to herself.. if only slightly. At his comment she nodded following behind him, biting her tongue to contain her insanity.. she wouldn't hurt him, she couldnt... nami only hurt people if deserving of and in self defense, there was no reason for it.. "- my clima-tact." she told eyes looking at the weapon she held, one that helped her manipulate the weather.. "-without it I can't hurt anyone.. " she assured, holding it out to him feeling as if it were glued to her hands.. she felt as if letting it go was an impossible task, her stomach curdling at how she felt..

With teary eyes she looked up at the male, “will you help me?” A plea as hands were scratched and clothes were dirty..

                                                             mu qing watches the showcase of her powers in mild admiration, having been unaware nami apparently had some form of control over the weather. it had been just a tree that went up in flames this time, but it’s easy to imagine just how painful it must be should these powers be used on humans. “i’d probably wonder why someone with the ability to control the weather needs my help in the first place.” it is an indirect answer to her question, purposely so. in a situation this grave, the insinuation that his help would come at a price irks him greatly, as if he’d be terrible enough of a person to turn a blind eye. he can’t help it: he scoffs, though he regrets it as soon as he sees the tear well in her eyes—that is not something he knew how to deal with. “what kind of monster do you take me for? let’s get you out of the street first.” he supposes he’s got a little bit of time before he has to continue his search for a weapon and feng xin, though he’d rather get that over and done with as soon as possible. if worse comes to worst, he could always knock nami out, mu qing thinks—it may not be the best option, but she’d thank him later. “let’s go,” mu qing urges after a moment of silence, leading them towards an empty building nearby. his logic is simple: if there’s no people around, nami won’t be able to hurt anyone. he’s just got to find a way to make sure she stays there after he leaves. “is there any way we can contain your powers? how does it work—do you need to be outside? do you need your hands? any information that can be of help, tell me.”
