Jimmy’s so pissed for Lister and worried for him and Lister’s first thought I’d that Jimmy is mad at him.

i went to a local library today for some quality reading time and also to take home some new books!

i am so so close to finishing “a day of fallen night” 🥳 just under 100 pages to go!! thanks to my hour and a half at the library, i should definitely finish it tonight, and then i’ll continue on with “daisy jones & the six” and these newbies from today 😊

A little explanation that I feel that I owe, if only to myself.

I love writing, it's a breath of fresh air launched into this old, ravaged pair of lungs. It's nourishing to me, it heals me. So...?

Why do I always stop writing?

Short stories, books, sagas, playlists of my life; half written angels and demons. Half realized dreamers in halfway written dreams. Half nightmares never truly dreamt.

It's easy to explain, I swear!

To me... Writing is only a breath of fresh air, new blood in my veins; a fresh pair of contacts; when it is authentic.

I refuse to defile the sacredness that this written word has to me... I can't write something that's not authentic, copy a feeling that I've never felt, talk about something that I know nothing about.

It's not too much of an excuse, but it's true and it's a promise that you... My Reader. Will always have a direct line to my heart; if you're willing to read it and dig into it a bit.

Yeah, you heard me. Think about it, all of those traumatic experiences through the course of nearly half a decade being jam packed into under 365 days. Hawkins could not get a single break at all, and neither would our heroes. Will goes missing and comes back, then not long after the Mind Flayer shows up. Everything looks to be alright, but fast forward like a month or two later, Russians invade and Billy is killed the Flesh Flayer. Immediately, this would allow VH1 to strike just as the trauma was still raw for the main cast. They still lose and the four gates combine to unleash Hell on Earth.

Whatever would occur in Season 5 is at the near end of the year.

The characters would be as old as they were in Season 1, Max and Billy move in halfway through, Will’s PTSD is amplified due to the nonstop attacks of the Upside Down, and everyone just wants this nightmare to end much more than they secretly do in canon.
