“Don’t move.” The brunette haired girl instructs as soon as Lydia steps foot into the studio. She freezes and does as she’s told, looking anywhere but the oddly intimidating girl that’s on her knees pointing her camera in various angles at Lydia.

“Nice to meet you too.” Martin mutters and brushes some hair off her face, the New York winds have been seriously damaging her styling this entire week.

“I’m Allison, and you’re Lydia. We have a lot of work to do today, I hope you don’t mind a tight schedule.” She shakes her head and internally sighs, a weird one and a busy one, great.

“I’m used to being on a time crunch, we’ll be fine.” Allison throws a grin over her shoulder as she leads Lydia to where her spotlights are set up. She’s pretty, Lydia wonders if she’s ever considered modeling herself. She’d have to lose the hoodie and baggy jeans, but she could definitely pull it off. She’ll ask about it later.

Allison Argent - Gym Leader of Hammerlocke (Dark-type trainer)

Allison was always meant for greatness but sometimes that was more of a curse than a blessing. The daughter of the former gym leader of Hammerlocke and the former Champion of Galar (the notorious battling-duo, Chris and Victoria), Allison always excelled in battle. She ran circles around the gym leaders during her journey, but when Scott McCall was named Champion, Allison never challenged him. There wasn’t a trainer in the region who wouldn’t have bet on her in a showdown between them but Allison never approached him.

Privately, only Lydia Martin knew the real reason wasn’t that she was worried about losing or thought she needed to be stronger first. Allison knew she could crush Scott in a battle, but she never wanted to be the Champion. The spotlight had always been hers by virtue of who her parents were and Allison preferred the dark hallways of Hammerlocke Castle (where she could sneak away with Lydia whenever she wanted) to the brightly lit fields of Wyndon Stadium.

Welcome/FAQ

What is this?

What is says on the tin up there! An event to create a supportive environment for authors working on long fic featuring less popular pairings and genfic for Teen Wolf!

So what can I write?

For the purposes of this event: No pairings that have had fic-exclusive events in the past two years are allowed for this event for the purpose of elevating pairings/characters less explored. This excludes Sterek, Steter, Thiam, and Steo, for example, but not Scerek, Allydia, Stalia, or individual characters.

Any rarepairs, polyships, or genfic are allowed. If you aren't sure just ask.

What Can I sign up for?

You can sign up to write, create art or beta read!

How long does my fic have to be?

Minimum word count is 10k, no upward limit.

Can I work on wips?

Yes.

If the work hasn't been posted, carry on.

If the work has been posted you may request mod approval so long as fic will be complete by the event deadline and over 10k of new words will be added to the wip.

What qualifies as art?

Drawings, moodboards, gif sets. Do you have other ideas? I'm open to listening. Many things count as art.

How much art do I have to make?

One piece of art will be required per fic you choose.

How do I sign up?

Read the rules here. And then send me a dm or email with your summary and estimated word count. Writer sign ups will run Mar 1st-15th. Artist sign ups will begin May 15th.

Lydia rubs her thumb over the soft material of Alison’s sweater, it feels how it did three days ago when she handed it back to Alison after weeks of wearing it to bed, it smells like the lavender detergent Alison uses, still has the small hole in the cuff where Alison would poke her thumb, all of it’s the same. The exact same.

Only now there’s a lingering feeling of disappointment in Lydia’s chest. She knows now, sitting on Alison’s bed clutching her sweater, that Alison will never wear it again. There’ll be no more bantering over Lydia stealing it and Alison pretending to be annoyed about it. She never was, not really.

There’s a sick feeling that twists in Lydia’s gut as her brain flashes with images of her girlfriends joyous face in the moments where Lydia would wrap her arms around herself and bury her nose into the collar of the sweater just because Alison thought it was cute. She’d give anything to see it one more time, she’d savor it this time, take it in, memorize every detail in the moment.

Alison’s room feels big and empty without her warmth there to fill the space. It all looks the same, still has open textbooks for their math test next week, still has Alison’s shoes thrown about the floor and her bed spread is unmade, there’s still a picture of Lydia sticking out from under her pillow and a spot next to her desk where she’d keep her bow case. The bow she was holding when she— Nothing feels the same.

might I request an allydia moodboard with minimal angst?

You absolutely may. You may also enjoy this Allydia moodboard I made last year, which has more of a grunge-y vibe, and is before I accidentally discovered that BeFunky collage editor allows me to wiggle images around more than in simple 3x3 squares. I call this one, "Go away you're interrupting my incredibly homoerotic attempt at casual conversation!" Lydia and Allison never have a conversation without being un-heterosexually close to each other, I swear.
