magic kingdom:

delia insists on getting the iconic in front of the castle pic. the rest of them literally have to hold beej and lydia in place, otherwise they'd be running off to tomorrowland.

lyds and beej almost literally fight over who gets to sit in the first seat on space mountain.(three rows with one seat per row) adam, with a brain cell, points out that they'll have to split the group up among two of the rockets, so they both can sit in he front.

delia gets the highest score on the buzz lightyear ride (a shooting game)

at the monster's inc laugh floor, charles is "that guy." (during the show someone is randomly chosen to be the butt of nearly all the jokes). beej won't let it go for the rest of the day.

while walking around, someone asks beej for a picture. they thought he was dressed as jack skellington. he never corrected them.

barbara is super hyped for the seven dwarves mine train. after the ride, she tries to hide her disappointment. "that was lame." lydia says blankly. "yeah it was, i'm sorry. i thought it would be, like, a real rollercoaster." says barbara.

everyone jumps up with excitement at the haunted mansion.

more than once, adam makes a "wow, i can't believe they brought our house to disney!" no one laughs.

they ride the haunted mansion a lucky three times throughout the day.

after they get off pirates of the caribbean, the family gets dole whips. only delia and barbara get one at first, but when they let the other's try theirs, they all want their own. seriously, dole whips are that good.

beetlejuice and lydia get light up swords and fight "to the death" while they wait for the fireworks.

animal kingdom:

they go to the kilimajaro safaris first, and lyds claims she wants to pet everything. "honey, they're lions, they'll bite your hands off." says charles. lydia, nodding, "forbidden kitty." "lydia, no." says adam.

barbara freaks out over the hippos. they're her favorite animals, and she takes all the pictures of them.

they ride expedition everest next, and the maitlands are hooked. who knew they'd love it so much? they keep going on the single rider line, to get on it faster, while the deetzes eat soft serve. beetlejuice watches the monkeys.

(there's not much to do at this park)

hollywood studios:

adam and charles argue over whether to go to star wars or toy story land first. adam wins, when delia realizes that toy story land has toy story mania. (it's like a 3d shooting game)

lydia wins toy story mania, even though beej tried to cheat.

adam makes more horrible jokes about disney copying their decorating skills with tower of terror.

rockin rollarcoaster gives beej a head ache, and they take an ice cream break.

finally, they head to star wars land, a little bit before their boarding group is called. (boarding groups are the really confusing way of letting people on the rise of the resistance ride. you need to get your group immediately after the park opens or you don't get on the ride at all that day)

they go on the millenium falcon ride first, though. beej, as one of the pilots, crashes into everything, annoying charles, the other pilot. lydia and delia just spam the buttons as the gunners, and adam and barbara are just chilling in the back as the engineers.

charles tries to catch everyone up on the star wars lore as they wait in line for rise of the resistance. lydia interrupts every few minutes with either "we don't care." or a "you know we watched all of them right? you made us watch them."

nevertheless, they all love the ride.

epcot:

delia specifically made sure they went during the food and wine festival. drinking around the world, baby!

barbara recoils at every drink she tries, and lets lydia try it.

beetlejuice and delia are somehow drinking something at every country. adam and charles tried to keep up, but gave up after germany.

on test track, (a ride where you design your own car and see how it compares to other people's designs in different categories) they all contribute to making the ugliest car ever. i kind of don't want to say, but think of an eye burning mini truck. i'm sorry.

their car loses every time.

the discord server never sleeps, babey. with that said, this is gonna be a relatively long list, so buckle up.

again, no beetlebabes. only beetledeetzlands and variations of it.

(a bunch of these are kinda like an interconnected au, but there’s also some random ones so)

cw warning: mentions of abuse! (i’m talking about beej’s past with juno, and it wasn’t a good one)

- beetlejuice returns about a month or so after the events of the musical. he strolls (read: heelys) in when everyone is in the living room one night, with a starbucks in hand. after a very long talk, he’s allowed to stay. (charles wants him Gone, lydia is kinda happy to have her friend back, the maitlands are just super iffy about him, and delia knows there’s more to him than they think)

- delia could see a lot of red flags for abuse in beetlejuice’s behavior. after they know each other a bit better, she confronts him about it. it’s a struggle, but he eventually starts talking to her about it.

- lydia helps beej try and convince charles and the maitlands that he’s not all that bad. (it kinda works, although there were definitely more than a few mishaps.)

- after a few weeks of sessions with delia, he eventually sits the members of the house down and opens up about it. (lydia hugs him A Lot)

- charles and the maitlands don’t instantly forgive him, but they at least see that he’s truly trying. (it also makes them all realize exactly why he had acted the way he did. didn’t excuse it, but they understood it a bit more.)

- slowly but surely, charles and the maitlands warm up to beetlejuice (with the maitlands really warming up to him, and realizing that the demon has a Very Large crush on them.)

- the demon in question quite definitely has a very big crush on the maitlands (and delia and charles, although he’s not about to let them figure that out. he would be Devastated if he lost delia as a friend, and/or set back his progress with charles)

- about 5 months after the demon comes back, him and the maitlands end up dating. it’s a very tentative thing in the beginning, but they realax into it soon enough. after they’re sure it’s not going to fall apart, they tell the deetzs

- lydia doesnt like to think about any of them in the context of dating (because,,,, ew that’s her ghost parents and best friend) but she loves all of them, and accepts their decision easily

- so do charles and delia! although charles is a bit confused about it in the beginning, seeing as the maitlands are married and he’s very used to monogamism, but he understands after they explain it a bit more.

- charles and delia finally have their wedding about a month after that! it’s really nice, and beetlejuice behaves because They Deserve It. (they also made him and adam best men, and barbara was the bridesmaid! beej exerted his powers to make them visible for the day.)

- a little while after this, let’s say about,,,, a year after beej has returned, the feelings are all over the place. delia and charles have talked about their feelings for the 3 ghosts (delia whole heartedly supports communication on everything in a relationship), and the 3 ghosts have talked about the same between themselves (aka the maitlands coax it out of beej because he’s been repressing it for a While)

- this all comes to a head after a month or so of the couples talking about the others. one night while lydia is babysitting sky overnight, delia makes them all sit down and talk it out. it’s a long talk, but they eventually all agree to try this thing out. much like beetlejuice and the maitlands, they keep it a secret from lydia until they’re sure the relationship isn’t going to splinter apart.

- lydia isn’t too surprised, and had honestly come to terms with the fact that all of them were gonna end up in some sort of relationship. (she’s just happy that all of the parents/whatever beej is in her life are happy)

- they make sure to keep everything PG if lydia is so much as within the vicinity of the house.

- adam eventually makes them all a bed big enough for them all, and they custom order a mattress big enough for it.

- charles does renovations to connect the guest room the maitlands and beej had been staying in, to his and delia’s room

- they also renovate the bathroom in their room in order to make the shower big enough for all of them, and have more counter space.

with that all squared away, NSFW time babey!

- beetlejuice and delia are definitely the kinkiest of all of them. they’re also really the only ones with experience with multiple partners, so they mostly take the lead in the beginning

- the first few times they do anything, it’s all very planned and “by the books”, and they also establish some boundaries before each time (ie. who is into what, what they’re willing to try, and what is a hard no, safe words, etc.)

- delia and beej slowly teach them to “go with their feels” as time goes on.

- the most awkward spots are definitely between charles and beetlejuice. however, they sit down and talk (and make out, and hook up) a few times in order to get past it.

It started when Adam kissed beetlejuice at the wedding

Beej couldn't stop thinking about it, about Adam, he was almost frustrated because there was no way it would happen, besides, he'd been sent back to the netherworld so he clearly wasn't wanted

He was scared because of all the shit he pulled on the Maitlands before, he regretted harassing them

He eventually talked to her about it, and she was accepting, but couldn't say she felt the same, she wasn't exactly over what beetlejuice had done

Although it turned out Adam couldn't stop thinking about it either, and he felt guilty because he was with Barbara right??

Also confused because why?? Why does he feel these things??

Almost a year after the incident, the Maitlands-Deetz household had a sit down, it may have been brief, but there was a certain appreciation for the demon

Lydia (and Adam, too, somewhat) practically beg for beetlejuice to be allowed back

Delia is willing to give a second chance, and Barbara and Charles are apprehensive but can see how much he is wanted back by the other two

Lydia summoned beetlejuice back, and he was so shocked?? And thrilled??

He also felt kinda apprehensive, cus like,, what if they were just gonna trick him again?

With help from Lydia and Delia, beej is able to open up to them all, becoming more friendly and less defensive

Barbara and Adam notice the shift in his behaviour, finding him rather sweet in his own way

Adam is falling hard, like, the object of some of his more recent fantasies (although he refuses to call them that) is becoming more and more like how he would imagine

Barbara finds herself catching feelings, too, starting to openly talk with Adam about how they feel about beetlejuice, or just talking about him like teenagers at a sleepover

They watch a cheesy rom-com to finish the night and Barbara just kinda let's slip a sleepy "mm I love you both so much"

Adam is mildly panicking, and Barbara barely noticed she said anything

"You- you do?"

Adam would pipe up about his feelings too and beej could just about explode he's so happy

That's the point she realised and blushed furiously "yeah, I do…"

They're super cute together

"Holy shit, you're serious? I love you too! Both of you!" He'd have a massive grin on his face

They actually manage to get him to take a bath!!

They find scars over his arms, torso and a bit of his face left by his mother, when all of the dirt is removed

Bathtime turns into cuddle time, blue hair beej showered in love and affection

They all switch turns being in the middle when sleeping or watching films

They never fight over who's turn it is, they just follow a rotation

Beej was doing alright for friendly touches from his few friends in the netherworld, plus Lydia and Delia
