Clear Aligners Market is Anticipated to Reach US$23.8 Bn by 2029
A higher adoption of aligners due to greater awareness, and technological advancements to act as primary elements driving growth of the global clear aligners market. The clear aligners market was valued at US$5.4 Bn in 2021 and is projected to achieve the valuation of US$23.8 Bn by 2029. As highlighted by a market intelligence report of Fairfield Market Research, higher disposable incomes, procedural availability, and a preferred alternative treatment to conventional braces are all elements expected to result in the global clear aligners market expanding at a favourable CAGR of 19.8%. Technological innovations will augment market growth prospects in addition to frequent new product approvals from the US FDA that play a crucial role in market progression. The report marks the fact that the unmet treatment needs for effective oral care continue to create sustained tailwinds for market expansion worldwide. North America however remains the top market for clear aligner makers, says the report.

Adoption of Disruptive Technologies, and Innovative Product Launches Push Clear Aligners Market Outlook
Apart from caries and periodontal disease, malocclusion or the misalignment and incorrect relation between the teeth of the upper and lower dental arches is a major oral health disorder by the WHO. Irrespective of gender, the global prevalence of malocclusion is 56%, with the highest being noted as 81% in Africa and 72% in Europe, followed by 53% in North America, and 48% in the Asia Pacific. This elevated level of prevalence has resulted in the development of innovative products for effective treatment. Our study indicates that automation and a greater adoption of enhanced orthodontic and restorative techniques such as AI-assisted assessments as well as advancements in computer-aided design, dynamic smart navigation systems, 3D printing, AR/VR implementation, biomaterials, and manufacturing processes are all crucial factors resulting in an improved growth trajectory for the global clear aligners market. Moreover, a higher rate of product approvals by regulatory authorities has in turn led to stronger market competition globally and higher availability of these products and services to a wider spectrum of individuals.

Funniest thing I've seen recently, and not funny in a ha-ha way, more funny in a "the endless entropic void gnawing at my will to live" way, was somebody asking around for alternatives to Neil Gaiman, in the light of Neil Gaiman's ongoing fall from grace. As though what we're currently sitting through isn't the collapse of the carefully curated "Good Guy Neil" image that caused people to parade Gaiman as the same kind of preferred progressive alternative to, say, Rowling. As though we won't be in the same goddamn situation in a few years or months, with some number of the new progressive sci-fi/fantasy darlings- not all of them, to be clear, but at least some of them- when their impeccably-curated marketing implodes in on itself and they're revealed to be the same kind of sex pest or abuser. Can you not see the wheel to which you are strapped. The game of human pinball you are condemning yourself to with this mindset. Maybe you do see, and you're just resigned to taking it one soul-crushing disappointment at a time, one "I never would have guessed" after another. I mean I think we all need to get resigned to that one way or another, sun's gonna go out before it stops happening

I'm slowly making my way through the retro game stores of large Midwest cities.
This week: Minneapolis metro area
Verdict: Not half bad!
Experience:
For each stellar game store I went to, I found one that wasn't up to snuff. However, those good stores had a great selection and really positive atmospheres. Plus, there were plenty of Half-Priced Books to pick up the slack.

I’m fucking venting here bc I’m angry and don’t have anyone to talk to and I’m not sure if this is political correct or right or whatever but I’m fucking pissed - I’m a public school teacher who works in the inner city and this year alone there have been two shootings in my neighborhood involving students not dying school hours- and one student who went missing due to gang ties (they were found ALIVE a DAYS later) -
I’m fucking TIRED I’m FREAKED OUT and I’m ANGRY because I have to go into work tomorrow and I have to have that conversation with the kids during our SEL block because they will have questions and bc they are in middle school some will not know how to process it and will joke while others will be genuinely upset
and I feel nauseous thinking about the fact that my mother and four of my closest friends are all going through the same fucking shit as teachers at different schools right now- and my roommate who is trans- and unrelated to his identity is also kinda an asshole- has been shitting on me all night about how I’m not I’m danger like he is and how I don’t know his pain (and while I’m not making excuses I’m an openly gay teacher who works directly with the lgbt students and activly educated my kids on trans rights AND I work for a nonprofit organization that directly works to protect trans and queer rights and JUST LAST WEEK put out a video for our organization on antitrans laws - I’m not saying I fucking get what it’s like to be trans but Jesus fuck I’m fighting the fight for trans youth more than you are working at Whole Foods) why the FUCK are you quantifying suffering, why the FUCK are you lashing out at ME of all people, and why the fuck are you telling a public school teacher in inner city Boston that I have no idea what it’s like to be afraid- motherfucker I’m angry I’m sorry but why the fuck are you monopolizing suffering why do you think you have the right to talk to me this fucking way. I get you are scared but you work in Whole Foods in Massachusetts- the bluest state there is- )
there is no fucking cap on grief- sorry I’m upset at this as well but you saying it doesn’t directly effect me is just so fucking ignorant and suffering shouldn’t be quantifiable mf we are on the same fucking side why are you infighting right now (and I know this isn’t relevant and this is entirely unrelated to him being trans but god he is so fucking sexist- saying shit like I have no idea what it’s like to have my bodily autonomy at risk as if roe v wade didn’t get overturned THIS year???) sometimes it pisses me off like fucking sorry I’m being over emotional and overreacting to a school shooting as a fucking public school teacher GOD I should be allowed to be angry too in my own goddamn apartment-
you don’t get to sit on your high horse and say you suffer more than me and that I’m not allowed to be afraid ok I’m done I’m gonna go in tomorrow and make sure to hug my one openly trans kid extra hard bc I know they are suffering just like I know my roomate is suffering and needs a place to express his anger- I get I’m an easy target bc I’m a safe person to lash out at and I’m not telling anyone how to grieve and I know a lot of this is just knee jerk reaction to violence and anger- I just wish he wasn’t expressing it at the one fucking person who doesn’t deserve it, like fuck, the one thing people always say about public school teachers is that we have it TOO easy, especially the night after a school shooting
*Also fuck terfs and fuck anyone who is using a tragedy as an excuse to hate trans people*

Happy Pride! "Get Woke, Go Broke" is a lie! (Read the articles, not just the headlines)
Buried in the article: Modelo was on track to become the number one beer this year anyway, because young people like how it tastes. Apparently, it tastes like beer, in stark contrast to Bud Light.
Even Dylan Mulvaney seemed a little mystified as to why Bud Light approached her with a can to do an ad. You'll probably never see this, sweetheart, but I figured it out for ya. Someone in marketing saw Modelo creeping up on them (and launching a new lite beer of its own) and decided they needed to market to the demographic where it was most popular. Now, what do young people like? Er, apart from a better-tasting beer, because that's not an option.
Ah, yes! TikTok influencers with nonstandard gender identities! Well, quick, get us one of those! Offer her money, that oughta do it! The "tran"s need to eat like regular human beings, right?
Indeed, we do. But, as I've said, the "woke mob" doesn't define itself via brand loyalty, and we're not gonna go out of our way to buy your stuff because you pandered to us. However, conservatives DO define themselves with brand loyalty (at least, more so than The Left), and there's money to be made with performative outrage.
Bud Light doesn't taste very good and, to the best of my knowledge, Modelo hasn't gone out of its way to piss anyone off, so that's what young beer-drinkers with "lite" pocketbooks will prefer. Conservatives are strutting around the board like chess-playing pigeons while Bud Light does nothing more than continue its pre-Mulvaney downward trajectory. Because it's a shitty beer.
If you just read the headlines, you are missing the real story.
