Alhaitham

Alhaitham is the type to think his s/o is overreacting while arguing with them. He's convinced that he's right and would just be humouring you by wasting his precious time on this useless banter.

He had already won before you could lay your case, so why do you keep insisting that he's wrong? Like, why are you overreacting by fussing over a small matter when Alhaitham had already voiced out his reasons? There's no way you're even slightly right.

Alhaitham already connected the points and drew them solved right to the finest detail. He'd just rest his back leaning on the wall with his arms crossed over his chest. Stupid turquoise eyes staring directly at you, watching you as you lose your shit in front of him

One crucial point that Alhaitham always forget is, people, grow frustrated when having to explain their point repeatedly to a person who's often said; not up for a debate because they're right. Alhaitham is exactly that kind of person.

So you can only imagine the slight shift of surprise in his expression when he hear your voice crack. Although it was brief because you stopped talking as soon as it happened, it didn't go amiss with Alhaitham. He only began to feel something tug his heart when you looked away from his direction with your head tilted downward, and your fingers lightly touching your eyes.

For once, Alhaitham is taken aback, and his stance begins to waver. Tossing his pride aside, he fast-paced to where you are standing. Although not panic strikened, he dislike being the cause of your tears.

Diluc Ragnvindr

As for Diluc, he'd listen to what you have to say until it involves things he disagrees with such as mending with Kaeya, taking a week off from doing his darknight hero gigs and also letting you help him.

Don��t get him wrong, you are important to him. But some things that you want to happen just does not align or sit well with him, he just genuinely will never be able to find himself compromising for it, so he would rather be straight with you.

"I don't think that's for you to decide." He would start being sharp tongued when you keep pressing on matters he dislikes speaking of. A bad habit of his but he'll never admit it. He would try his best not to dismiss you completely and wants to ensure you, what you are feeling is important to him.

Tragically for Diluc, his main problem is the fact that he forgets he has to be vocal about it. And not just stood there while staring into your soul with his eyebrows furrowed, the idea of you not understanding his thoughts completely leaving his mind.

So, when your voice starts wavering from confident to doubtful, Diluc realised something was wrong. His body would automatically release all the tension he was holding in, his expression softened slightly as he discards his own ego and reaches out for your wrist. His warm hand fills you with comfort almost immediately as he gently pulls you closer to him.

He does not want to see you upset nor does he wants to lie to you, so he chooses to put this argument to rest because it will just disturb you further if you keep trying to change things that his mind is set on. We all know how stubborn Diluc can be once his goal is set. Fortunately, even fire can’t stay bright and roaring forever if you keep trying to extinguish it.

He thinks it's dumb. But can't help his curiosity, so that's why he lasts this long. His mind is always brimmed with curiosity and hypotheses. So it only makes sense he'd take notes during this. After cramming so many activities, your mind in a daze and body almost collapsed, it was finally time to go to the after party. This is where the game actually starts, and you hated every bit of it.

Back in the days, he wasn't the center of attention, and these loud houses were quiet secrets only shared for two people. Now he took the center stage, where everyone worshipped his every move.

And you watched.

"And our star player tonight!" Childe drags Wriothesley to the stage where everyone could see him, you just clapped no time to cheer loudly. After all, your voice will be hoarse with no more for the presentation tomorrow.

Before, these events always seemed fun for you, but now, now...

You see them six, popular, untouchable group and know that you will never belong to it. Wait there's only five of them... where is...

"Need some fun, girlie?" The red head from earlier came to you and offered you some sweets.

You then entered the room, the very room where everything started. It was filled with the duke's past trophies and awards, a lot of memories unwind.

Back then he was your suitor, a nobody who who was mediocre at best.

A lot has change, huh. He changed, but you stayed at this moment. Unlike him, you stayed with him.

Promises were made, and he was the first to break them. With the chance of being popular and glorified he left you, but that didn't really stop you did it?

He did say you were the love of his life, about a million damn times.

"Cyno was right maybe I don't stand a chance against her. I'm just a nobody." You pout at nothing but your own misery. "And everyone thinks nothing of me beyond of him, she's spmething without him and I'm just no one!"

It was not long till the snoppy Charlotte saw you both, perhaps it was your loud exclaim.

"Want me to make an editorial about her so she will have a bad reputation?" That was her ideal of comfort, and in some degree it would work.

"Or better yet we will spread bad rumors about her at school?" Dehya joined in, wanting to cheer you up.

No. Clorinde does not deserve any of those, even if hatred panged your heart, you knew that she deserves none of it. She was always organized, she always knows what to do. She's just... perfect.

"The poor Clorinde, Lottie!" Kaveh reprimanded the journalist with his drunk boyfriend on one shoulder. How chaotic. "For me you should just get over the guy! It would also help your reputation at school! It's that furry's fault!"

You let out the heaviest of sighs, almost at the verge of just giving it all up. Clorinde's wrath just seemed to strong. But... you can't, you just can't let go, not today, not next week, and not even when everything changes.

You would always stay.

And in the fleet of defeat, you see Kaveh's drunk boyfriend finally holding his composure.

"Name, your phone is ringing." He gives it to you.

To Hold and Be Held

To be held by Alhaitham is not rare but not common either. This act of intimacy happens primarily in the late hours of the night and the wee hours of the morning. It’s the times when he just can’t be bothered to let go of the pleasant warmth you give off as he stays snuggled in the covers, nowhere near ready to start his day. It's in the moments where you take a seat on the opposite side of the couch, sometimes even the other couch altogether, unwilling to disturb your lover as he reads. Yet, somehow, not even five minutes later the man will find his place beside you, eyes never leaving the page as he guides you to lean against him.

And even when you've found a comfortable position for the both of you, Alhaitham's arm remains in its spot around you.

To hold Diluc is to hold the weight of worlds because that is what he himself does. He carries the lives of everyone in the city when he takes up his place as the Darknight Hero, he manages a whole industry from its product to its staff, ensuring that both are properly taken care of. Most of all, he takes care of you. You who shall not see another day of harm or sadness if he has anything to say about it, you who shall always be loved by him.

To hold Diluc is to temporarily allow him to not shoulder these responsibilities, to let him relax, be loved and just be Diluc.

To hold and be held by Kaveh is like looking at the sea crash onto the sand then recede - sometimes there is more sand, sometimes there’s more water. This is an accurate way to visualize your relationship, sometimes Kaveh holds you and other times you hold him. To hold Kaveh is to let him know that just because he is sad doesn’t mean he has to hide it, least of all from you. Holding him means to shield him from the world just for a little while. To hold him is to let him calm down from venting or ranting, be the topic about Alhaitham or some client. To be held by Kaveh, however, is like drowning in happiness. If he’s holding you, the chances are high that he’s smiling earnestly, laughing at either something you’ve said or a situation he’s retold.

If you’re holding each other, the chances of him being happy are indisputably high. Really, if you’re holding each other, it’s no longer a chance that he’s content, it’s fact.

To hold Xiao is like holding a baby bird or glass figurine, so fragile and to be handled with care. Xiao is the furthest from being weak when it comes to physical or mental strength, but even he will one day succumb to the years of sorrow weighing on him, crumbling until it’s almost impossible to get back up. So to find him curled into himself, his agony hanging heavy and all-consuming, it’s only natural for your first instinct to be to embrace him. He’ll tense in the beginning, perhaps always remaining unaccustomed to physical affection, but the longer you hold him, remaining by his side and letting your warmth seep into his bones, the more the darkness backs away to where it came from.

It’s a long war to be fought, but in this instant, you can be sure you won this battle.

Author Notes:  So this one ties in with Kaveh's, just because I thought it would be fun to do that. I applauded Kaveh’s performance from where I sat next to Alhaitham, glancing over slightly at the man next to me to see if he’d reacted at all.

In true Alhaitham form, though, he simply stood, with me following his lead and standing as well, as Kaveh and his partner came over and took their seats just next to where we’d been.

“Good job, looks like you practiced hard,” Kaveh grinned proudly at Alhaitham’s words, but he had every right to be proud. He’d just pulled off a wonderful samba with his partner.

“Naturally. I’m not just going to let you win.” Kaveh paused, glancing my way with a smile, “No hard feelings, Y/n.”

I smiled, shaking my head slightly, “It’s no problem. I am Alhaitham’s partner for your little competition, after all.”

Alhaitham watched us in silence before turning to head towards the stage Nilou had lent us, “Come on, it’s our turn.”

I blinked slightly but trotted after him, catching up to him as he reached the steps that led up onto the platform.

I really didn’t know how this competition had gotten started between Kaveh and Alhaitham or what the prize for the winner was. All I really did know was that they’d gotten to choose the other one’s dance style and that whoever did the best job won.

I also didn’t know why Alhaitham had chosen me for his partner, though I’d agreed since learning to dance actually sounded like a fair bit of fun. I hadn’t expected for west coast swing, of all things, to be quite so difficult to learn, though. Evidence of how little I’d truly known about dancing to start with, I supposed.

I didn’t know if it had been intentional, though I did have my suspicions, but Kaveh had chosen an incredibly difficult style that was grounded in improvisation for Alhaitham. And honestly speaking, I actually didn’t know if we would win this contest or not. 

I glanced over at Cyno, who sat next to the record player, bobbing my head before turning to face Alhaitham. 

It was hard to say how he felt about this entire endeavor. He’d agreed to the competition, obviously, and he’d shown up for every practice, putting the necessary effort in to learn the dance, but he really didn’t seem terribly enthused.

Even now, he was utterly relaxed and almost nonchalant as he took my hand and wrapped his arm around me without even the slightest show of discomfort as his gaze met mine easily.

But perhaps his nonchalance was why it was almost amusing that we were going to be dancing to such an upbeat song.

We began shifting to the beat. One of my hands in his while the other rested against his shoulder as we let our feet slide across the polished stage to the beat.

He shifted me from one side to the other, our rhythm already falling into that odd slinky style that was found in west coast swing and that Nilou had so grilled us into learning.

He spun me across the floor, and I felt myself smiling slightly as I danced across from Alhaitham. Not mirroring one another, since that never seemed to happen in this style, but still matching his beat and complementing it despite our mismatched motions.

We glided along the line of our dance, remaining on it and not truly rotating even as he guided me around him. His arm stretching over his head as he led me to dance around him in circle after circle.

I slid to the side, briefly pausing to twist and look back at him before he pulled me towards him, his arm wrapping smoothly around my waist so we could rotate together.

I spun, putting my back to him and looking over my shoulder at him as a grin flashed its way across my face before I spun back under his raised arm.

We grasped each other’s arms, carefully shifting with one another and reading the other’s cues. 

Already, I was marveling at how lucky it was that Alhaitham was my lead and not someone else. With him, I could follow his silent directions and even trust him to be able to read any cues I might give him. It made improvising, which was all but required for this style, far easier, and even Nilou had told me I was lucky to be dancing with him and not someone else.

But it never failed. Even in dance, Alhaitham was reliable and would get his work done while expending as little effort as possible. And not being able to properly lead or read my cues would just make his job harder.

And, in his own odd way, Alhaitham had always been pretty good at reading cues. Even so, Kaveh might argue otherwise when it came to the matter of empathy.

Alhaitham spun me out, bending at the knees as I stopped, and we both paused for effect. Facing one another and connected only by our outstretched arms and joined pair of hands.

And then he tugged me towards him as I straightened. Letting him twirl me around him in a little circle. Letting go with one hand to wrap his arm around my waist and continue to guide me around to his front before sliding around me in an easy, free-flowing circuit of his own.

Nilou was watching us closely, swaying in her seat and nodding her approval every so often even as she clapped along to the song. Her smiling eyes bright with pride just as they had been while she’d watched Kaveh.

Alhaitham stopped as he made his way back around, his eyes meeting mine and his eyebrows arching ever so slightly before I danced forward. Doing as he silently directed and crossing the floor so that I was opposite him on his other side.

He spun me, reaching out and stopping me with his hand before spinning himself. Never letting go of my hand for an instant as I smiled, watching him.

But for a man who’d apparently never danced, Alhaitham moved well. Even if I wasn’t sure that I was doing well, I was confident that Alhaitham was excelling for his part of the performance.

He gave me a light tug before letting go of my hand, only to reach out with his other one to grip my previously free hand as I danced towards him.

I felt myself smile as he spun under my arm, using his own momentum to whip me into my own spin that had me gliding across the floor where he led me.

I paused, slowing only to feel him shift behind me and raise his hand that held mine into the air. A silent cue before he started twirling me in place as I lifted one leg and bent my knee to lower myself closer to the ground.

I swallowed, throwing my head back to look up at the sky that spun with my motions, making it look like the clouds were dancing overhead to accompany mine and Alhaitham’s motions.

His other hand gripped my bicep, slowing my motions as I kicked out to the beat of the song. Dropping to one knee before standing once more. His hand already at my back and propelling me forwards and into the faster section of the song.

A smile flickered across his face as I faced him once more, dancing carefully and sliding along the floor with him. Letting him spin me so that his arm wrapped around my shoulders briefly before he was loosening his hold on me once more.

He pulled me back towards him, though, his arms wrapping around my waist as he leaned me backwards. Tracing a curve in the floor with his foot in a motion that I mimicked as I held onto his shoulder with one hand for balance.

He stepped backward, still leaning me backward before he straightened with me, and we began to shift together. Briefly separating before being pulled back together so that we were pressed to one another as more people began to clap along.

He raised his hand, with mine pressed flat to his before our fingers curled together, and he pushed me out so that we could dance more freely without colliding with one another.

We continued to shift along the stage that way, occasionally trading out which of our hands were connected and which hung free. Elongating and stretching our motions to the music as we continued to dance.

I was smiling more now as I glided along, following Alhaitham’s silent instructions and even teasing him a bit with my own improvisations. Earning a few softly huffed chuckles as amusement flickered in his gaze.

The music seemed to start fading out all too quickly, and Alhaitham spun me across the stage, letting go of my hand at the very last second so that we could both face our audience separately.

I came to a stop, laughing slightly and bowing, half-embarrassed as I glanced over at Alhaitham, who was simply inclining his head to the crowd before looking over my way.

In all honesty, I still couldn’t say who’d won, but we’d done well enough that I was proud of both of us.

I exited the stage at Alhaitham’s side, nudging him lightly with my arm, “Do you think you’re going to win, or…?”

I trailed off, watching him closely as he glanced my way, “I think we did well enough to win, yes, but I can’t actually say. That’ll be up to Nilou as judge.”

I nodded, feeling a smile creep across my face at the way he’d subtly emphasized our joint effort even though this was his contest with Kaveh. But it was very like him to use others as a means of shielding his own efforts and successes from attention.

“Are you satisfied?” I paused at Alhaitham’s question, which I hadn’t been expecting, before I nodded. 

Smiling over at the man next to me, who held my gaze as I answered cheerily, “Yes, I am. But I would like to dance with you more sometime. Just for the fun of it though. Not for another competition.”

He hummed, looking away from me and heading off towards where Kaveh sat, looking towards us expectantly. And I honestly figured that was going to be that before he spoke, calling over his shoulder without ever raising his voice.

“We’ll see.”

I grinned, trotting after him and catching up quickly to hear him and Kaveh already starting to trade barbed remarks with one another even as I wondered when exactly I might have my next dance with the scribe of the Akademiya.

To be honest, he had been developing this crush for a long time, just waiting for a good moment to say his real feelings. Tighnari and Alhaitham are the two smartest, but they aren't academic rivals. Haitham is better at literature and social studies, while Tighnari is better at math and science. They tutor each other on their bad subjects.

Kaveh is the art kid, ofc. He loves drawing and painting. He once made a whole sturdy structure out of marshmallows and toothpicks. He draws Haitham the most, but claims he draws Cyno more.

Last is Cyno, he's sporty and a huge teachers pet. He has office duty and has a huge ego about it. He lets Kaveh get away with skipping, but annoys Haitham and Tighnari about being a second late.

Now dating time!

The first crush that ever happened in the group was Alhaitham getting a crush on Cyno in elementary school. He just thought Cyno was the prettiest in a cute elementary schooler way.

Og highschool couples were cynonari and kavetham. The couples would often go on double dates, one time Cyno and Kaveh ran off at a fair leaving Haitham and Tighnari behind. The two walked around holding hands and Haitham won Tighnari a huge fox plushie, but it was tOtAlLy PlAtOnIc

After a while communication happened and they all realized they liked each other.

Haitham and Tighnari constantly hold hands in the hallways. Tighnari is always nervous that someone's gonna just touch his tail, so Haitham is his shield.

Kaveh does Cyno's hair everyday before classes start. High pony with bangs, low pony, a messy bun. Kaveh is in love with Cyno's hair. But the one time it backfired was with pigtails. Cyno almost beat the shit outta Kaveh

Cyno drags Haitham everywhere because scary dog privilege. Haitham also just picks Cyno up at random times to annoy him. Cyno just wiggles like a feral cat, but after a while goes limp.

Kaveh loves to nap on Tighnari's tail. The blonde is absolutely obsessed with it. He'll put cute clips on it, he'll braid the longer parts, and it's just his comfort spot. He brushes Tighnari's tail to help calm himself.

Kaveh and Haitham go to the library all the time. Kaveh loves reading about ancient architecture, while Haitham grabs almost every book he can find on authors to quench his hyperfixation.

Cynonari go on ice cream dates. Cyno loves mint choco while Tighnari despises it with a passion. Tighnari always gets some "tropical fruit" like lychee or dragon fruit. Cyno is basic as hell, vanilla or mint choco.

Lastly they all always attend Cyno's games. For whatever sport he does, they're always the loudest fans. One time Kaveh almost physically fought a girl because she claimed to be Cyno's #1 fan (dramatic bitch)

The one player who ALWAYS has the best cards

Only uses the draw 4+ or draw 2+ cards on Kaveh unless someone used a reverse card

Gets skipped a lot by Cyno

Hates when he loses to Kaveh and Cyno

Uses the blank rule card on Kaveh the most and it’s always something complicated that makes Kaveh lose his shit

Loses his patience when Kaveh drops back to back skip cards or draw 2+ cards (karmas a bitch)

Played drunk Uno one time and it didn’t end well, it takes a lot for Alhaitham to get drunk so when he did get drunk you best believe the other three take advantage of him even if they’re drunk too

Drunk Alhaitham is more susceptible to manipulation from the others

They made Alhaitham believe he cheated and made him draw 25

He also did a bunch of questionable things that night that he doesn’t remember but the group has photos as blackmail

Him or Cyno always shuffles the deck because Tighnari and Kaveh CAN NOT be trusted

Only cheats when everyone is really drunk

When he cheats he only steals Kavehs cards or Cyno, but mainly Kaveh

Almost fist fought Kaveh for dropping back to back skip cards for every turn when he had one card left

The king of always slamming down draw 2+ cards

Draw 2+ cards feel more petty than draw 4+ cards which is why he loves them (totally not projecting lol)

He always has them, either at the start, middle, or end of the game

Alhaitham is always the victim of his draw 2+ cards

Physically cringes whenever he gets skipped

Has definitely had a psychical altercation with Tighnari over cheating allegations

Let’s be real, Kaveh is never beating the cheating allegations because he does cheat

They throw cards at each other before every argument (him and tighnari)

Has won UNO three times in a row and was accused of cheating by everyone (tbh this time he wasn’t sksks)

BRAGS whenever he wins, Cyno and Alhaitham roll their eyes while Tighnari verbally shit talks him

Complains whenever he gets skipped by Alhaitham ONLY

When he gets drunk, he either talks more than usual or falls asleep in the middle of the game

When he does fall asleep, Alhaitham or Tighnari would steal his cards despite Cyno’s objections

Quite literally hates the swap hands card, even more than the skip card

Kaveh is always ready to trash talk anyone who beats him

Hits Alhaitham whenever he is grabs a good card, it’s a little habit he has and Alhaitham doesn’t really mind it as long as it doesn’t hurt him

It’s hard to cheat in UNO but Tighnari always finds a way to do it

His victim is always Cyno, any skip, draw 4+ cards are always used on Cyno

Doesn’t use any of those cards on Kaveh, cheaters stick together 

Argues with Cyno over the dumbest shit, making Cyno want to just shove a bread roll down Tighnaris throat  

When Cyno accuses him of cheating, Tighnari gaslights him into thinking that he is the one cheating and toit works half the time, it makes Alhaitham and Kaveh giggle

Has gotten into a pyschial altercation with Kaveh (both were drunk) and ended up being kicked out of the tavern, they both blamed Alhaitham and Cyno (who stayed to finish their game)

His favorite card would definitely by the rule card, 

He creates the most OUTLANDISH rules for only Cyno to follow 

Hates getting skipped (and pouts whenever he does get skipped)

Tighnari keeps the UNO deck at his residence, so he can mark cards (cheater <3) 

Alhaitham targeted Tighnari one night and he lost eight times in a row, making the fox boy storm out the tavern 

Has a terrible poker face, right next to Kaveh 

Whenever he has the rule card, his ears twitch, and Cyno has to mentally prepare himself for another outlandish rule

Cyno figured out Tighnari’s marks on the card and he was banned from keeping the cards at his place

Whines and complains to Kaveh after every match if he loses to Cyno or Alhaitham but mainly Cyno

Stickler for the rules

His favorite card would have to be the wild cards

Those cards have saved him on so many occasions so he treasures them

Doesn’t argue but will get snippy with any of the three if he’s frustrated or losing

Targets Althaitham and Tighnari most nights but mainly Tighnari

Rarely gets drunk, but when he does (like Alhaitham) he’s easily manipulated into the other threes deceptions

His least favorite card is the draw 2+ card, he doesn’t see the need for it so he never uses it unless he has to

Cyno is usually quiet, but on game nights he’s actually very talkative

I don't know if this'll help improve your day, but I ended up getting Alhaitham C1 kinda on accident.

Basically, I was super close to pity on standard and needed more dust for one more wish there. So I decided to do a ten pull. I skip, expecting maybe a Sethos con because my pity was like 20, and Alhaitham's pretty face appeared.

I did end up getting my standard 5 star and now my (very scuffed) Xiao finally has his Jade Spear!

In hsr I have lost every single 50/50 but in genshin I win almost all of them. I don't understand my luck.

Kaveh strikes me as someone who is just desperately trying to avoid being a protagonist. Like, even canonically, yknow?? The fact that he just so happened to be away when everything suddenly went tits up in Sumeru?? Alhaitham being like “where were you when Sumeru needed you most?” Like! Hiding! Hiding from being the protagonist! And then later on during the Inter Darshan Championship, when he won the competition and was getting possessed by the Diadem, Sacchin was like “I’ve been searching for many years for a successor, and I’ve FINALLY found one, it’s YOU” and in response Kaveh fucking smashes the Diadem because he is NOT having this protag shit. And finally the fact that Nahida herself says that Kaveh’s ideal of Wisdom and stuff is literally PERFECT?? He’s got so much protagonist energy and he’s doing everything he can to avoid it. So goddamn funny I love this guy

I know you already know vaguely that me and Alhaitham don't know how we ended up together, let alone how we ended up with a child. We see for like 2 weeks every 2 months because of our undercover line of work. What you dont know yet though is that her name is Aurelia. It means Moon Jellyfish. I didn't know this, and just fell in love with the name. As basically a genius he did know this though, and hates the name jkashdjkahsdj. But I won, and now she has a pet Jellyfish that he caught her. He named it Channary, meaning moon girl. He did this to be a smartass but she loves it and is none the wiser.

We literally have no idea when we started dating, we just know that one day we were in love against our will.

Our daughter lives with his grandmother that gives him hell but absolutely loves me. She does hate that we won't just work regular jobs and be at home with the family though.

Ryder’s true identity is that of the runaway princess of the kingdom across the desert. It’s been three years since her disappearance. Alhaitham figured this out on his own as well, shortly after meeting her.

The reason why she ran away and is now capturing Alhaitham is bc she knows the corrupt secrets of both kingdoms and needs his help to end it all. Which he accepts.

Alhaitham is instantly impressed by Ryder the first time he heard any news of her. He was secretly rooting her persona on everytime news came of a vigilante raiding an army base etc etc.

Alhaitham and Ryder bicker a looooot. On their adventure, they are assumed a married couple multiple times bc of it.

First kiss happens in book 2, pg 286 when the two are running away from a deadly group and hide in an alleyway. The tight space and need to stay hidden pressures the prince to swoop down and kiss her. And then they kiss again and again…and again for a looong time.

Ryder’s true name is revealed to Alhaitham but it’s never written out in the book. The author chose for only Alhaitham to ever know her name. Not even readers are privy to this information.

I swear I haven't won a fucking Pity in all I've been playing Genshin. My only promotional 5 star characters are Navia, Clorinde and Nahida. Nahida was my only miracle, Clorinde's was the result of losing Kazuha's banner and making a mistake for being half asleep because originally I was going to pick Alhaitham and with Navia it wasn't even for her, I wanted one of the 4 stars that were in her banner.

I've been fighting to get Kinich for almost the entire month and it still hasn't been possible. I think before it's over I can muster up for one last desperate roll, because I lost 50/50 because of Jean (for the second time).

Hell, with my bad luck, anyone gets a character at least C2.
