#album: Deculture Mixture!!!

Last year I ripped the Macross Deculture Mixture albums as lossless FLAC audio from my own CDs.

There are three versions of Deculture Mixture. The standard album, the Frontier Album which is the standard album with a cover featuring Ranka and Sheryl with a special medley of the Delta songs sung by Megumi Nakajima and May'n, and the Delta Album which is like the Frontier Album but Walkure theme and a medley of the Frontier songs sung by the members of Walkure instead of the Delta medley by Nakajima and May'n.

I have the Frontier and Delta albums, so I ripped the standard album songs from one of them and included the medleys from each of the special albums as 12 F and 12 Δ.

Macross Franchise's 40th Anniversary Collaboration Album Tops Japan's Weekly Album Charts

    The official website for the Macross franchise reported today that "Deculture!! Mixture!!!!", the franchise's 40th anniversary special collaboration album performed by Ranka Lee and Sheryl Nome, two idol singers from Macross Frontier, and Walküre, the five-member idol unit from Macross Delta, ranked No.1 both in Oricon's weekly album sales chart and weekly digital album chart.

  This is the first time in franchise history that an album has dominated both charts at the same time. According to Oricon, the album had dominated its daily album chart for three consecutive days since its release, and its total sales has reached 78,000 copies.

  When the two films - Macross Delta the Movie: Absolute Live!!!!!! and Macross Frontier: Toki no Meikyuu -  were released together in Japan in October 2021, "Super Dimensional Collaboration Song Election !!!!!!!," a voting project that asked for the Macross Frontier song that fans wanted Walküre to sing and the Macross Delta song that fans wanted Ranka and Sheryl to sing, was held. 

  The album containing the 11 songs selected based on the results, "Deculture!! Mixture!!!!," was released in Japan on April 6.

all of the tracks from the DeCulture!! Mixture!!!!! Delta version album have been posted! tracks from both versions are under the tag “album: Decultre Mixture!!!”, the Walküre version of the Nyan Nyan Special Service Medley is the only song specific to this version
