I'm so tired of hearing about how the different US states are really "50 countries in a trenchcoat" because I'm sorry... Have you been to the states?

You're really going to sit there and tell me that Washington, California and Oregon are as distinct from each other as the UK, France and Germany?

Really?

With a straight face and everything?

The states are more like, I dunno, different denominations of protestantism, or different Shonen Jump battle series, or different versions of Star Trek.

Like, if someone earnestly talked about how The Original Series and Voyager are actually really different that person would be correct, but if another person said, "Come on man what are you talking about it's all fucking Star Trek" that person would also be correct.

ohhhh my god i need to yap about this

josh johnny played johnny as more like…kind of a cornered dog in a way? like the scene where dally’s checking on him outside of the house, he kind of snapped at him like “i said im fine!” and he kind of played him less shy and more like he wanted to just fade out of existence and be invisible y’know? his johnny really did remind me of a scared dog just ready to snap because there was a few times he just snapped at pony and dally—i really liked how he portrayed johnny!! he’s my favorite johnny i think. like he SCREAMED at pony after he killed bob and right before run run brother.

it was different from sky but it really worked!! i loved it!

California: pop (mainly 2000’s but he’ll play popular songs occasionally)

Texas: capitalist country

Florida: absolutely anything

Louisiana: southern jazz (did u know there’s a house in New Orleans)

Illinois: Midwest emo (The Front Bottoms, Modern Baseball, all of it)
